Daily Murli for Tuesday 31 December 2024

Sentence alignment between two languages is corrected.

This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.

How is Hinglish generated?

The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.

Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

Murli

9om shanti।

10Om shanti.

10abhi roohaani bachche yeh to jaante hain ki nai duniya mein sukh hai, puraani duniya mein duhkh hai।

11You spiritual children now know that there is happiness in that new world and sorrow in this old world.

11duhkh mein sabhi duhkh mein aa jaate hain aur sukh mein sabhi sukh mein aa jaate hain।

12At the time of sorrow, everyone experiences sorrow, and at the time of happiness, everyone experiences happiness.

12sukh ki duniya mein duhkh ka naam-nishaan nahin phir jahaan duhkh hai vahaan sukh ka naam-nishaan nahin।

13There is no name or trace of sorrow in the land of happiness and there is no name or trace of happiness where there is sorrow.

13jahaan paap hai vahaan punya ka naam-nishaan nahin, jahaan punya hai vahaan paap ka naam-nishaan nahin।

14Wherever there is sin, there can be no name or trace of charity and where there is charity, there can be no name or trace of sin.

14woh kaun-si jagah hai?

15Which places are these?

15ek hai satayug, doosra hai kaliyug।

16One is the golden age and the other is the iron age.

16yeh to bachchon ki buddhi mein zaroor hoga hi।

17This should definitely be in the intellects of you children.

17abhi duhkh ka samay poora hota hai aur satayug ke liye taiyaari ho rahi hai।

18The time of sorrow is now coming to an end and you are making preparations to go to the golden age.

18ham abhi is patit chhi-chhi duniya se us paar satayug arthaat raamraajya mein ja rahe hain।

19We are now about to leave this dirty, impure world and go across to the golden age, that is, to the kingdom of Rama.

19nai duniya mein hai sukh, puraani duniya mein hai duhkh।

20There is happiness in that new world and sorrow in this old world.

20aisa nahin, jo sukh deta hai vahi duhkh bhi deta hai।

21It isn't that the One who gives you happiness also causes you sorrow; no.

21nahin, sukh baap dete hain, duhkh maaya raavan deta hai।

22Happiness is given by the Father and sorrow is caused by Maya, Ravan.

22us dushman ki effigy har varsha jalaate hain।

23Effigies of that enemy are burnt every year.

23duhkh dene vaale ko hamesha jalaaya jaata hai।

24It is effigies of someone who causes sorrow that are always burnt.

24bachche jaante hain jab uska raajya poora hota hai to phir hamesha ke liye khalaas ho jaata hai।

25You children understand that when his kingdom finishes, it will finish for all time.

255 vikaar hi sabko aadi-madhya-ant duhkh dete aaye hain।

26It is the five vices that cause sorrow for everyone from the time they begin through the middle to the end of them.

26tum yahaan baithe ho to bhi tumhaari buddhi mein yahi rahe ki ham baba ke paas jaayen।

27Although you are sitting here, it is in your intellects that you want to go to Baba.

27raavan ko to tum baap nahin kahenge।

28You would not call Ravan your Father.

28kab suna hai - raavan ko parampita paramatma koi kehte ho?

29Have you ever heard anyone calling Ravan, “The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul”?

29kabhi bhi nahin।

30Not at all!

30kai samajhte hain lanka mein raavan tha।

31Some people think that Ravan inhabited Lanka.

31baap kehte hain yeh saari duniya hi lanka hai।

32The Father says: This whole world is the island of Lanka.

32kehte hain Vasco da Gama ne chakra lagaaya, steamer va boat ke dvaara।

33People say that Vasco da Gama went around the world in a steamer or a boat.

33jis samay usne chakra lagaaya us samay aeroplane aadi nahin the।

34Aeroplanes etc. didn’t exist at the time that he went around the world.

34train bhi steam par chalti thi।

35Trains too used to run on steam.

35bijli alag cheez hai।

36Electricity is something else.

36ab baap kehte hain duniya to ek hi hai। 37nai se puraani, puraani se nai banti hai।

37The Father now says: There is only one world; it changes from new to old and old to new.

38aise nahin kehna hota hai ki sthaapna, paalna, vinaash।

38It is incorrect to say that there is first establishment, then sustenance and then destruction.

39nahin, pahle sthaapna phir vinaash, baad mein paalna, yeh right akshar hain।

39It is correct to say that there is first establishment, then destruction and then sustenance.

40baad mein raavan ki paalna shuru hoti hai।

40The sustenance you are given by Ravan takes place much later.

41woh jhoothi vikaari patit banne ki paalna hai, jisse sab duhkhi hote hain।

41That is false sustenance through which you become impure and vicious. 42By taking that sustenance everyone experiences sorrow.

42baap to kabhi kisko duhkh nahin dete।

43The Father never causes sorrow for anyone.

43yahaan to tamopradhaan banne ke kaaran baap ko hi sarvavyaapi kah dete hain।

44Because everyone here is tamopradhan, they say that the Father is omnipresent.

44dekho, kya ban pade hain!

45Just look what they have become!

45yeh to tum bachchon ko chalte-phirte buddhi mein rehna chaahiye।

46You children should keep these things in your intellects as you walk and move around.

46hai to bahut sahaj। 47sirf alpha ki baat hai।

47This is very easy; it is simply a matter of Alpha.

48musalmaan log bhi kehte hain uthkar allaah ko yaad karo।

48People of Islam also say that you should wake up early in the morning and remember Allah.

49khud bhi savere uthte hain।

49They themselves wake up early in the morning.

50woh kehte hain allaah va khuda ko yaad karo। 51tum kahege baap ko yaad karo।

50They say, "Remember Allah" or "Khuda" (God), whereas you say, "Remember the Father".

52baba akshar bahut meetha hai।

51The word “Baba” is very sweet.

53allaah kahne se varsa yaad nahin aayega। 54baba kahne se varsa yaad aa jaata hai।

52You wouldn’t remember your inheritance by saying “Allah”, whereas, by saying, “Baba” you remember your inheritance.

55musalmaan log baap nahin kehte hain।

53People of Islam do not say Father.

56woh phir allaah miyaan kehte hain।

54They speak of Allah, the Lord.

57miyaan-beebi।

55People speak of husband and wife.

58yeh sabhi akshar bhaarat mein hain।

56All of these words exist in Bharat.

59parampita paramatma kahne se hi shivling yaad aa jaayega।

57When the people of Bharat say, “The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul”, they remember a Shiva lingam.

60yooropvaasi log god father kehte hain। 61bhaarat mein to patthar bhittar ko bhi bhagwan samajh lete hain।

58Europeans speak of God, the Father, but the people of Bharat even consider pebbles and stones to be God.

62shivling bhi patthar ka hota hai।

59Shiva lingams too are made of stone.

63samajhte hain is patthar mein bhagwan baitha hai। 64bhagwan ko yaad karenge to patthar hi saamne aa jaata hai।

60They think that God is sitting in that stone and so when they remember God, an image of that stone appears in front of them.

65patthar ko bhagwan samajh poojte hain।

61They consider that stone to be God and worship it.

66patthar kahaan se aata hai?

62Where do such stones come from?

67pahaadon ke jharnon se girte-girte gol chikna ban jaata hai।

63They are brought down from the mountains by the streams and made smooth and round by the water.

68phir kaise natural nishaan bhi ban jaate hain।

64It becomes a symbol naturally.

69devi-devtaaon ki moorti aisi nahin hoti hai।

65The statues of the deities are not like that.

70patthar kaat-kaat kar kaan, munh, naak, aankh aadi-aadi kitna sundar banaate hain।

66Sculptors carve statues out of stone with beautiful ears, mouths, noses, eyes etc.

71kharcha bahut karte hain।

67They spend a lot of money.

72shivbaaba ki moorti par koi kharche aadi ki baat nahin।

68However, there is no question of expense, etc. for an image of Shiv Baba.

73abhi tum bachche samajhte ho ham so devi-devta chaitanya mein khud ban rahe hain।

69You children understand that you yourselves are now becoming deities in living forms.

74chaitanya mein honge tab pooja aadi nahin hogi।

70You are not worshipped whilst you are in living forms.

75jab pattharbuddhi bante hain tab patthar ki pooja karte hain।

71People worship stone when they become those with stone intellects.

76chaitanya hain to poojya hain phir pujaari ban jaate hain।

72You are worthy of worship when you are in your living forms. 73Afterwards, you become worshippers.

77vahaan na koi pujaari hote, na hi koi patthar ki moorti hoti।

74There are neither any worshippers nor any images of stone in the golden age.

78darkaar hi nahin।

75There is no need for them there.

79jo chaitanya the unki nishaani yaadgaar ke liye pattharon ki rakhte hain।

76Stone images are kept as memorials of those who existed in living forms.

80abhi in devtaaon ki kahaani ka tumko maaloom pad gaya hai ki in devtaaon ki jeevan kahaani kya thi?

77You now know what the life stories of those deities were.

81phir se vahi repeat hoti hai।

78They are to be repeated once again.

82aage yeh gyaan chakshu nahin tha to jaise pattharbuddhi the।

79Previously, when you didn’t have your third eye of knowledge, it was as though your intellects were stone.

83abhi baap dvaara jo gyaan mila hai, gyaan ek hi hai parantu uthaane vaale nambarvaar hain।

80The knowledge that you all receive from the Father is the same, but you all take it numberwise.

84tumhaari roodra maala bhi is dhaarna ke anusaar hi banti hai।

81Therefore, the rosary of Rudra (souls) is created according to how much each of you imbibes.

85ek hai roodra maala, doosri hai roonda maala।

82One rosary is of Rudra and the other is the rosary of Runda (human beings).

86ek hai brothers ki, doosri hai brothers aur sisters ki।

83One is of brothers (souls) and the other is of brothers and sisters.

87yeh to buddhi mein aata hai ham aatmaayen bahut chhoti-chhoti bindi muaaphik hain।

84It is now in your intellects that all of you souls are just like tiny dots.

88gaayan bhi hai bhrikuti ke beech chamakta hai ajab sitaara।

85There is a song that says: A wonderful star sparkles in the centre of the forehead.

89abhi tum samajhte ho ham aatma chaitanya hain। 90ek chhote sitaare misal hain।

86You souls now understand that you souls are living beings, that each of you is like a small star.

91phir jab garbha mein aate hain to pahle kitna chhota pinda hota hai। 92phir kitna bada ho jaata hai।

87The body of a soul that enters a womb is at first very small and then it grows larger.

93vahi aatma apne shareer dvaara avinaashi part bajaati rehti hai।

88Souls continue to play their imperishable parts through their bodies.

94is shareer ko hi phir sab yaad karne lag padte hain।

89Then, everyone starts remembering bodies.

95yeh shareer hi achha-bura hone ke kaaran sabko aakarshit karta hai।

90It is bodies that attract everyone because they are either good or bad.

96satayug mein aise nahin kahenge ki aatma-abhimaani bano, apne ko aatma samjho।

91In the golden age, you don’t have to tell anyone to become soul conscious or to consider themselves to be souls.

97yeh gyaan tumhein abhi hi milta hai kyonki tum jaante ho abhi aatma patit ban padi hai।

92It is now that you are given this knowledge because you know that souls are now impure.

98patit hone kaaran jo kaam karti hai woh sabhi ulta ho jaata hai।

93Because they are impure, whatever acts they perform are wrong.

99baap sulta kaam karaate, maaya ulta kaam karaati hai।

94The Father inspires you to act correctly whereas Maya makes you act wrongly.

100sabse ulta kaam hai baap ko sarvavyaapi kehna।

95The most incorrect act is to call the Father omnipresent.

101aatma jo part bajaati hai woh avinaashi hai।

96The part that each soul plays is imperishable.

102unko jalaaya nahin jaata, unki to pooja hoti hai।

97You souls are never burnt. 98You are worshipped.

103shareer ko jalaaya jaata hai।

99Your bodies are burnt.

104aatma jab shareer chhodti to shareer ko jalaate hain। 105aatma doosre shareer mein pravesh kar jaati hai।

100When a soul leaves his body, that soul enters another body, and the old body is burnt.

106aatma bigar shareer do-chaar din bhi nahin rakh sakte hain।

101A body without a soul cannot be kept for even two to four days.

107kai to phir shareer mein davaaiyaan aadi lagaakar rakh bhi lete hain।

102However, some bodies are preserved with chemicals, etc.

108parantu phaayda kya?

103What benefit is there in that?

109Christian ka ek saint Xavier hai, kehte hain uska shareer abhi bhi rakha hua hai।

104Christians say of Saint Xavier that his body is still preserved.

110unka bhi jaise mandir bana hua hai।

105It is as though there is a temple to him there.

111kisko dikhaate nahin hain sirf unke paanv dikhaate hain।

106The only part of him that they show is his foot.

112kehte hain koi paanv chhu leta hai to beemaar nahin hota।

107They say that anyone who touches his foot will never become ill.

113paanv chhoone se beemaari se halke ho jaate hain to samajhte hain unki kripa।

108If they feel relief from their illness after touching his foot, they believe that that is his mercy.

114baap kehte hain bhaavna ka bhaada mil jaata hai।

109The Father says: They receive the return of their faith.

115nishchaybuddhi hone se kuchh faayda hota hai।

110Some do take benefit due to the faith that their intellects have.

116baaki aise ho to dher ke dher vahaan jaayen, mela lag jaae।

111However, if it really were like that, great crowds would go there and there would be a great gathering.

117baap bhi yahaan aaye hain phir bhi itna dher nahin hote।

112The Father has come here, but there still isn’t a big crowd.

118dher hone ki jagah bhi nahin hai।

113There isn't enough space for everyone anyway.

119jab dher hone ka samay aata hai to vinaash ho jaata hai।

114When it is the time for many to come, destruction will take place.

120yeh bhi drama bana hua hai।

115This too is fixed in the drama.

121iska aadi va ant nahin hai।

116This drama has no beginning or end.

122haan, jhaad ki jadajdeebhoot avastha hoti hai arthaat tamopradhaan ban jaata hai tab yeh jhaad change hota hai।

117Yes, the tree does reach a state of total decay, that is, it becomes tamopradhan. 118Therefore, it then has to be changed.

123kitna yeh behad ka bada jhaad hai।

119This tree is unlimited.

124pahle woh aayenge jinko pahle number mein jaana hai।

120Those who have to go into the first number will go down first.

125nambarvaar aayenge na?

121Everyone has to go down, numberwise.

126sabhi sooryavanshi to ikatthe nahin aayenge।

122Not everyone in the sun dynasty can come down together.

127chandravanshi bhi sabhi ikatthe nahin aate।

123Not even everyone in the moon dynasty can go down together.

128nambarvaar maala anusaar hi aayenge।

124They will go down, numberwise, according to their place in the rosary.

129paartadhaari sabhi ikatthe kaise aayenge।

125How could all the actors come onto the stage together?

130khel hi bigad jaae।

126The whole play would be spoilt.

131yeh khel bada accurate bana hua hai, ismen koi change ho nahin sakti।

127This play is very accurate; there cannot be the slightest change in it.

132meethe-meethe bachche jab yahaan baithte ho to buddhi mein yahi yaad rehna chaahiye।

128Sweetest children, when you sit here, your intellects should only retain these things.

133aur satsangon mein to aur-aur baaten buddhi mein aati hain।

129In other satsangs, they keep all sorts of things in their intellects.

134yeh to ek hi padhaai hai, jisse tumhaari kamaai hoti hai।

130Here, there is only this one study through which you can earn your income.

135un shaastron aadi ko padhne se kamaai nahin hoti।

131You earn no income from studying those scriptures etc.

136haan, kuchh na kuchh gun achhe hote hain।

132Yes, you can imbibe some good virtues.

137granth padhne baithte hain to aise nahin sabhi nirvikaari hote hain।

133It isn’t that all those who sit and read the Granth (Sikh scripture) are viceless.

138baap kehte hain is duniya mein sabhi bhrashtaachaar se paida hote hain।

134The Father says: Everyone in this world is created through corruption.

139tum bachchon se kai poochhte hain vahaan janma kaise hoga?

135Many people ask you children how babies will take birth there.

140bolo, vahaan to 5 vikaar hi nahin, yogbal se bachche paida hote hain।

136Tell them: The five vices do not exist there. 137Children are born through the power of yoga.

141pahle hi saakshaatkaar hota hai ki bachcha aane vaala hai।

138They have a vision beforehand of the child that is going to take birth.

142vahaan vikaar ki baat nahin।

139There is no question of vice there.

143yahaan to bachchon ko bhi maaya gira deti hai।

140Here, Maya even makes some of you children fall.

144koi-koi to baap ko aakar sunaate bhi hain।

141Some do come and tell the Father.

145sunaayenge nahin to sauguna danda pad jaayega।

142Because some do not tell Him, they have to experience one hundred-fold punishment.

146baap to sabhi bachchon ko kehte hain ki koi bhi paap karma ho jaata hai to baap ko jhat bataana chaahiye।

143The Father tells all of you children that if you ever perform sinful acts, you must immediately tell the Father.

147baap avinaashi vaidya hai।

144The Father is the imperishable Herbalist.

148surgeon ko sunaane se tum halke ho jaayenge।

145By telling the Surgeon what you have done, you will become light.

149jab tak sangamayug hai tab tak baap se kuchh chhipaana nahin hai।

146You must not hide anything from the Father during the whole of the confluence age.

150koi chhipaate hain to baap ke dil ko jeet nahin sakte।

147If anyone hides anything, he will not be able to win the Father's heart.

151saara madaar purooshaartha par hai।

148Everything depends on the efforts you make.

152school mein aayenge hi nahin to character kaise sudhrenge?

149If someone doesn’t go to school, how could his character be reformed?

153is samay sabke characters kharaab hain।

150At present, everyone’s character is bad.

154vikaar hi pahle number ka kharaab characters hai isliye baap kehte hain - bachchon, kaam vikaar tumhaara mahaashatru hai।

151The vice of lust is the foremost bad character. 152This is why the Father says: Children, the vice of lust is your greatest enemy.

155aage bhi yeh geeta ka gyaan suna tha to yeh sabhi baaten samajh mein nahin aati thi।

153Previously, I too used to listen to the Gita, but I wasn’t able to understand everything.

156ab baap direct geeta sunaate hain।

154The Father is now giving you this knowledge of the Gita directly.

157abhi baap ne tum bachchon ko divya buddhi di hai, to bhakti ka naam sunte hansi aati hai ki kya-kya karte the!

155The Father has now given you children divine intellects. 156When you remember what you used to do in devotion, you laugh.

158abhi to baap shiksha dete hain, ismen daya, kripa va aasheervaad ki baat hoti nahin।

157The Father now gives you teachings; there is no question of blessings or mercy in this.

159khud par hi daya, kripa va aasheervaad karni hai।

158You have to have mercy and blessings on yourselves.

160baap to har bachche ko purushaartha karaate hain।

159The Father inspires each of you children to make effort.

161koi to purushaartha kar baap ke dil ko jeet lete, koi to purushaartha karte-karte mar bhi padte hain।

160Some of you do make effort and win the Father's heart. 161Some even die whilst making effort.

162baap to har bachche ko ek jaisa hi padhaate hain phir koi samay aisi guhya baaten nikalti hain jo puraana sanshay hi ud jaata hai, phir khade ho jaate hain isliye baba ki padhaai kabhi miss nahin karni chaahiye।

162The Father gives the same teachings to all of you children. 163Sometimes, such deep points emerge that all their previous doubts are removed and they become alert again. 164This is why you must never miss Baba's study.

163mukhya hai baap ki yaad।

165The main thing is to have remembrance of the Father.

164daiveegun bhi dhaaran karne hain।

166You also have to imbibe divine virtues.

165koi kuchh chhi-chhi bole to suna-ansuna kar dena chaahiye।

167If someone speaks to you about dirty things, then simply hear, but do not hear.

166hear no evil… oonch pad paana hai to maan-apmaan, duhkh-sukh, haar-jeet sab sahan zaroor karna hai।

168Hear no evil! 169In order to claim a high status, you definitely do have to tolerate fame and defamation, regard and disregard, happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat.

167baap kitni yuktiyaan batlaate hain।

170The Father gives you so many methods.

168phir bhi bachche baap ka bhi suna-ansuna kar dete hain to woh kya pad paayenge?

171Nevertheless, it is as though some children listen to the Father but hear nothing of what He says. 172Therefore, what status will they receive?

169baap kehte hain jab tak ashareeri nahin bane hain tab tak maaya ki kuchh na kuchh chot lagti rahegi।

173The Father says: Until you become bodiless, you will continue to be hurt by Maya in one way or another.

170baap ka kehna nahin maante to baap ka disregard karte hain।

174If you do not listen to the Father, it means that you have disregard for the Father.

171phir bhi baap kehte hain bachche, sada jeete jaagte raho aur baap ko yaad kar oonch pad paao।

175In spite of that, the Father still says: Children, may you remain constantly alive and conscious and remember the Father and claim a high status.

172achha!

176Achcha.

173meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

177To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

174roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

178The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

Essence for dharna

175dhaarna ke liye mukhya saar:-

179Essence for dharna:

1761) koi bhi ulti-sulti baaten kare to suna-ansuna kar dena hai।

180 1. If anyone tells you any wrong things, hear but do not hear.

177hear no evil… duhkh-sukh, maan-apmaan sab kuchh sahan karna hai।

181Hear no evil! 182You have to tolerate everything: happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat, regard and disregard.

1782) baap jo sunaate hain use kabhi suna-ansuna kar baap ka disregard nahin karna hai।

183 2. Never have disregard for the Father by ignoring what He says.

179maaya ki chot se bachne ke liye ashareeri rahne ka abhyaas zaroor karna hai।

184In order to be saved from being hurt by Maya, definitely practise remaining in the bodiless stage.

Blessing

180vardaan:- baap samaan merciful ban sabko kshama kar sneh dene vaale master daata bhav

185Blessing: May you become a master bestower and be as merciful as the Father by forgiving everyone and giving them love.

181jaise baap ko merciful, merciful kehte hain, aise aap bachche bhi master merciful ho।

186 Just as the Father is said to be merciful, in the same way, you children are also “master merciful”.

182jo merciful hain vahi kalyaan kar sakte hain, akalyaan karne vaale ko bhi kshama kar sakte hain।

187Only those who are merciful can benefit others and forgive those who cause them harm.

183woh master sneh ke saagar hote hain, unke paas sneh ke bina aur kuchh hai hi nahin।

188They are master oceans of love and they have nothing but love.

184vartamaan samay sampatti se bhi jyaada sneh ki aavashyakta hai isliye master daata ban sabko sneh dete chalo।

189At present, there is an even greater need for love than wealth. 190Therefore, become master bestowers and continue to give everyone love.

185koi bhi khaali haath na jaaye।

191Let no one go away empty-handed.
