¹“meethe bachche - punya aatma banna hai to apna potaamel dekho ki koi paap to nahin hota hai, sach ka khaata jama hai? ²''

¹Essence: Sweet children, if you want to become charitable souls, check your charts to see that you are not committing any sins and that you are accumulating truth in your account.

³prashn:- sabse bada paap kaun-sa hai?

²Question: What is one of the greatest sins?

⁴uttar:- kisi par bhi buri drishti rakhna - yeh sabse bada paap hai।

³Answer: To look with bad vision at anyone is one of the greatest sins.

⁵tum punya aatma banne vaale bachche kisi par bhi buri drishti (vikaari drishti) nahin rakh sakte।

⁴You children who are becoming charitable souls must never look with bad (vicious) vision at anyone.

⁶jaanch karni hai ham kahaan tak yog mein rehte hain? ⁷koi paap to nahin karte hain?

⁵Check yourselves to see how long you stay in yoga and whether you are committing any sins.

⁸oonch pad paana hai to khabardaari rakho ki zara bhi kudrishti na ho। ⁹baap jo shreemat dete hain us par poora chalte raho।

⁶In order to claim a high status, take care never to look with vicious vision at anyone and to follow the shrimat (elevated directions) that the Father gives you completely.

¹²behad ka baap apne bachchon ko kehte hain bachche, apne bheetar zara jaanch karo।

⁹The unlimited Father says to you children: Examine yourselves within.

¹³yeh to manushyon ko maaloom rehta hai ki hamne saare jeevan mein kitne paap, kitne punya kiye hain?

¹⁰People normally know how much sin and how much charity they have performed throughout their lives.

¹⁴rozaana apna potaamel dekho - kitne paap aur kitne punya kiye hain?

¹¹Therefore, each of you should look at your chart daily and ask yourself: How many sins have I committed and how much charity have I performed?

¹⁵kisko ranj (naaraaz) to nahin kiya?

¹²Did I upset anyone?

¹⁶har ek manushya samajh sakte hain - hamne life mein kya-kya kiya hai? ¹⁷kitna paap kiya hai, kitna daan-punya aadi kiya hai?

¹³Every human being can understand for himself what he has done in his life: how many sins he has committed and how much he has donated.

¹⁸manushya yaatra par jaate hain to daan-punya karte hain।

¹⁴When people go on pilgrimages, they make donations and perform charity.

¹⁹koshish karke paap nahin karte hain।

¹⁵They try not to commit any sin.

²⁰to baap bachchon se hi poochhte hain - kitne paap, kitne punya kiye hain?

¹⁶Therefore, the Father asks you children: How many sins have you committed and how much charity have you performed?

²¹abhi tum bachchon ko punya aatma banna hai।

¹⁷You children now have to become charitable souls.

²²koi bhi paap nahin karna hai।

¹⁸Therefore, you must not commit any sins.

²³paap bhi anek prakaar ke hote hain।

¹⁹There are innumerable kinds of sin.

²⁴koi par buri drishti jaati hai to yeh bhi paap hai।

²⁰To look with bad vision at anyone is also a sin.

²⁵buri drishti hoti hi hai vikaar ki। ²⁶woh hai sabse kharaab।

²¹Bad vision is vision filled with vice; that is the worst of all.

²⁷kabhi bhi vikaar ki drishti nahin jaani chaahiye।

²²You must never look with vicious vision at anyone.

²⁸aksar karke stri-puroosh ki to vikaar ki hi drishti hoti hai।

²³Normally, it is man and wife whose vision is vicious.

²⁹kumaar-kumaari ki bhi kahaan na kahaan vikaar ki drishti uthti hai।

²⁴Even kumars and kumaris sometimes have vicious vision.

³⁰ab baap kehte hain yeh vikaar ki drishti nahin honi chaahiye।

²⁵The Father says: You must not have any vicious vision.

³¹nahin to tumko bandar kehna pade।

²⁶Otherwise, you would have to be called monkeys.

³²naarad ka misaal hai na।

²⁷There is the example of Narad.

³³bola ham lakshmi ko var sakte hain!

²⁸He asked if he could marry Lakshmi.

³⁴tum bhi kehte ho na ham to lakshmi ko varenge। ³⁵naari se lakshmi, nar se naaraayan banenge।

²⁹You also say that you will marry Lakshmi, that you will become Lakshmi or Narayan from an ordinary woman or man.

³⁶baap kehte hain apne dil se poochho - kitne tak ham punya aatma bane hain?

³⁰The Father says: Ask your own heart to what extent you have become a charitable soul.

³⁷koi paap to nahin karte hain?

³¹Are you committing any more sin?

³⁸kahaan tak yog mein rehte hain?

³²To what extent do you stay in yoga?

³⁹tum bachche to baap ko pahchaante ho tab to yahaan baithe ho na।

³³It is because you children have recognised the Father that you are sitting here.

⁴⁰duniya ke manushya thode hi baba ko pahchaanenge ki yeh baapdaada hai।

³⁴No one else in the world recognises Baba, or that this is BapDada.

⁴¹tum brahman bachche to jaante ho parampita paramatma brahma mein pravesh hokar hamko avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka khajaana dete hain।

³⁵You Brahmin children know that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, enters Brahma and gives you the treasure of the imperishable jewels of this knowledge.

⁴²manushyon ke paas hota hai vinaashi dhan।

³⁶The wealth that human beings have is perishable.

⁴³vahi daan karte hain, woh to hain patthar। ⁴⁴yeh hain gyaan ke ratna।

³⁷That is what they donate. ³⁸Those are just like stones, whereas these are jewels of knowledge.

⁴⁵gyaan saagar baap ke paas hi ratna hain।

³⁹Only the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, has these jewels.

⁴⁶yeh ek-ek ratna laakhon roopayon ka hai।

⁴⁰Each jewel is worth hundreds of thousands of rupees.

⁴⁷ratnaagar baap se gyaan ratna dhaaran kar aur phir in ratnon ka daan karna hai।

⁴¹You have to imbibe the jewels of this knowledge given by the Father, the Jeweller, and then donate them.

⁴⁸jitna jo leve aur deve, utna oonch pad paaye।

⁴²To the extent that you take these jewels and then donate them to others, you accordingly claim a high status.

⁴⁹to baap samjhaate hain apne andar dekho hamne kitne paap kiye hain?

⁴³The Father explains: Examine yourselves and see how many sins you have committed.

⁵⁰abhi koi paap to nahin hota hai?

⁴⁴Check that you are not still committing any sin.

⁵¹zara bhi kudrishti na ho।

⁴⁵You must not look in the slightest impure way at anyone.

⁵²baap jo shreemat dete hain us par poora chalte rahen, yeh khabardaari chaahiye।

⁴⁶Continue to follow completely the shrimat that the Father gives you. ⁴⁷You have to be cautious.

⁵³maaya ke toofaan to bhal aayen parantu karmendriyon se koi vikarma nahin karna hai।

⁴⁸Storms of Maya will come but you must never act sinfully with your senses.

⁵⁴koi taraph kudrishti jaaye to uske aage khada bhi nahin hona chaahiye। ⁵⁵ekdam chala jaana chaahiye।

⁴⁹If you look in an impure way at someone, you must never stand in front of that one, but walk away instantly.

⁵⁶maaloom pad jaata hai - inki kudrishti hai।

⁵⁰One can instantly tell when someone has vicious vision.

⁵⁷agar oonch pad paana hai to bahut khabardaar rehna hai।

⁵¹If you want to claim a high status, you must remain very cautious.

⁵⁸kudrishti hogi to phir loole-langade ban padenge।

⁵²If you have impure vision, you will become debilitated.

⁵⁹baap jo shreemat dete hain, us par chalna hai।

⁵³You have to follow the shrimat that the Father gives you.

⁶⁰baap ko bachche hi pahchaan sakte hain।

⁵⁴Only you children recognise the Father.

⁶¹samjho baba kahaan jaata hai, bachche hi samjhenge ki baapdaada aaya hai।

⁵⁵For instance, if Baba goes somewhere, only you children would know that BapDada has arrived.

⁶²aur manushya dekhte to bahut hain parantu unko thode hi pata hai।

⁵⁶Many other people look at Him, but they don’t know anything.

⁶³koi poochhe bhi yeh kaun hai? ⁶⁴bolo, baapdaada hain।

⁵⁷Therefore, if they ask who it is, tell them, "It is BapDada."

⁶⁵badge to sabke paas hone hi chaahiye।

⁵⁸Each of you should have one of these badges.

⁶⁶bolo, shivbaaba hamko is daada dvaara avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka daan dete hain।

⁵⁹Tell them: “Shiv Baba donates imperishable jewels of this knowledge to us through this Dada.

⁶⁷yeh hai spiritual knowledge।

⁶⁰This is spiritual knowledge.

⁶⁸spiritual father sabhi roohon ka baap baith yeh knowledge dete hain।

⁶¹The spiritual Father, the Father of all spirits, sits here and gives us this knowledge.

⁶⁹shiv bhagvaanuvaach, geeta mein shreekrishna bhagvaanuvaach wrong hai।

⁶²These are the versions of God Shiva. ⁶³In the Gita, it has been incorrectly written that God Shri Krishna speaks.

⁷⁰gyaan saagar patit-paavan shiv ko hi kaha jaata hai।

⁶⁴Only Shiva is called the Ocean of Knowledge, the Purifier.

⁷¹gyaan se hi sadgati hoti hai।

⁶⁵Only through this knowledge is there salvation.

⁷²yeh hai avinaashi gyaan ratna।

⁶⁶These are the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

⁷³sadgati daata ek hi baap hai।

⁶⁷Only the one Father is the Bestower of Salvation.”

⁷⁴yeh sab akshar poori reeti yaad rakhne chaahiye।

⁶⁸You should remember these words very well.

⁷⁵abhi bachche samajhte hain ki ham baap ko jaante hain aur baap bhi samajhte hain ki ham bachchon ko jaante hain।

⁶⁹You children understand that you know the Father and the Father also understands that He knows you children.

⁷⁶baap to kahega na - yeh sab hamaare bachche hain, parantu jaan nahin sakte hain।

⁷⁰The Father would say: All of you are My children. ⁷¹However, not all of you know Me.

⁷⁷takdeer mein hoga to aage chalkar jaanenge।

⁷²If it is in someone's fortune, he would know Him later.

⁷⁸samjho yeh baba kahaan jaata hai, koi poochhte hain ki yeh kaun hai? ⁷⁹zaroor shuddh bhaav se hi poochhenge।

⁷³If Baba goes somewhere, and people ask who it is, it would definitely be with a pure motive that they ask.

⁸⁰akshar hi yeh bolo ki baapdaada hain।

⁷⁴Just tell them that it is BapDada.

⁸¹behad ka baap hai niraakaar।

⁷⁵The unlimited Father is incorporeal.

⁸²woh jab tak saakaar mein na aaye tab tak baap se varsa kaise mile?

⁷⁶Until the Father comes into the corporeal world, how could we claim the inheritance from Him?

⁸³to shivbaaba prajaapita brahma dvaara adopt kar varsa dete hain।

⁷⁷Therefore, Shiv Baba adopts us through Brahma and gives us the inheritance.

⁸⁴yeh prajaapita brahma aur yeh bi.ke. hain।

⁷⁸This one is Prajapita Brahma and we are the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

⁸⁵padhaane vaala gyaan ka saagar hai।

⁷⁹The One who is teaching us is the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁸⁶unse hi varsa milta hai।

⁸⁰We receive the inheritance from Him.

⁸⁷yeh brahma bhi padhta hai।

⁸¹This Brahma is also studying.

⁸⁸yeh brahman se phir devta banne vaala hai।

⁸²He then changes from a Brahmin into a deity.

⁸⁹kitna sahaj hai samjhaana।

⁸³It is so easy to explain these things.

⁹⁰koi ko bhi badge par samjhaana achha hai।

⁸⁴It is good to explain to anyone the significance of the badge.

⁹¹bolo, baba kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash ho jaayenge।

⁸⁵Tell them that Baba says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.

⁹²paavan ban aur paavan duniya mein chale jaayenge।

⁸⁶You will become pure and go to the pure world.

⁹³yeh patit-paavan baap hai na।

⁸⁷That Father is the Purifier.

⁹⁴ham purooshaartha kar rahe hain paavan banne ka।

⁸⁸We are making effort to become pure.

⁹⁵jab vinaash ka samay hoga to phir hamaari padhaai poori ho jaayegi।

⁸⁹By the time destruction comes, we will have completed our studies.

⁹⁶kitna sahaj hai samjhaana।

⁹⁰It is so easy to explain.

⁹⁷koi bhi kahaan aate-jaate hain to bhi badge saath mein hona chaahiye।

⁹¹When any of you are travelling, take some badges with you.

⁹⁸is badge ke saath phir ek chhota parcha bhi hona chaahiye। ⁹⁹usmein likha ho ki bhaarat mein baap aakarke phir se aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma sthaapan karte hain। ¹⁰⁰aur sabhi anek dharma is mahaabhaarat ladaai dvaara kalpa pahle misal drama plan anusaar khalaas ho jaayenge।

⁹²Along with these badges, also have some small leaflets in which it is written: The Father comes into Bharat to establish the original eternal deity religion once again and have all the other innumerable religions destroyed in the Mahabharat War, as they were in the previous cycle, according to the drama plan.

¹⁰¹aise parche 2-4 laakh chhape hon, jo koi ko bhi parcha de sakte hain।

⁹³Print two or four hundred thousand such leaflets, so that you can give them to anyone.

¹⁰²oopar mein trimoorti ho, doosre taraph centres ki address ho।

⁹⁴At the top, there should be the image of the Trimurti and on the other side, there should be the addresses of all the centres.

¹⁰³bachchon ko saara din service ka khyaal chalna chaahiye।

⁹⁵You children have to be concerned about doing service throughout the day.

¹⁰⁴bachchon ne geet suna - roz apna potaamel baith nikaalna chaahiye ki aaj saare din mein hamaari avastha kaisi rahi?

⁹⁶You children heard in the song that you should examine your chart daily and ask yourselves what your stage was like throughout the day.

¹⁰⁵baba ne aise bahut manushya dekhe hain jo roz raat ko saare din ka potaamel baith likhte hain।

⁹⁷Baba has met many people who write an account of the whole day in their diaries every night.

¹⁰⁶jaanch karte hain - koi kharaab kaam to nahin kiya?

⁹⁸They check whether they performed any bad acts.

¹⁰⁷saara likhte hain। ¹⁰⁸samajhte hain achhi jeevan kahaani likhi hui hogi to pichhaadi vaale bhi padhkar aise seekhenge।

⁹⁹They write everything down, because they think that if their biography is written in a good way, those who come later will learn from it.

¹⁰⁹aisa likhne vaale achhe aadmi hi hote hain।

¹⁰⁰Only good people would write in this way.

¹¹⁰vikaari to sab hote hi hain।

¹⁰¹However, everyone is full of vices anyway.

¹¹¹yahaan to woh baat nahin hai।

¹⁰²Here, it is not the same thing.

¹¹²tum apna potaamel roz dekho। ¹¹³phir baba ke paas bhej dena chaahiye to unnati achhi hogi aur dar bhi rahega।

¹⁰³Check your charts daily and then send them to Baba, so that you can make good progress and you will also pay attention for the future.

¹¹⁴sab clear likhna chaahiye - aaj hamaari buri drishti gai, yeh hua.......।

¹⁰⁴Write everything clearly. ¹⁰⁵“Today, I looked at someone in a bad way. ¹⁰⁶This happened… ¹⁰⁷That happened...”

¹¹⁵jo ek-do ko duhkh dete hain baba unhein gaazi kehte hain।

¹⁰⁸Baba calls those who make others unhappy deceitful.

¹¹⁶janma-janmaantar ke paap tumhaare sir par hain।

¹⁰⁹There is a burden of innumerable sins of many births on your heads.

¹¹⁷abhi tumko yaad ke bal se paapon ka bojh utaarna hai isliye roz dekhna chaahiye hamne saare din mein kisi ko duhkh to nahin diya?

¹¹⁰You now have to remove that burden of sins with the power of remembrance. ¹¹¹Check yourself daily: did I cause sorrow for anyone throughout the day? ¹¹²To cause someone sorrow means to be deceitful.

¹¹⁸isse paap ban jaata hai।

¹¹³This leads to a sin.

¹¹⁹baap kehte hain, bachche kisi ko duhkh mat do।

¹¹⁴The Father says: Don’t be deceitful or cause sorrow for anyone.

¹²⁰apni poori jaanch karo - hamne kitna paap, kitna punya kiya hai?

¹¹⁵Examine yourselves to see how many sins you have committed and how much charity you have performed.

¹²¹jo bhi mile sabko yeh raasta bataana hi hai।

¹¹⁶Show this path to anyone you meet.

¹²²sabko bahut pyaar se bolo, baap ko yaad karna hai aur pavitra banna hai।

¹¹⁷Tell everyone very lovingly: “You have to remember the Father and become pure.”

¹²³grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool samaan pavitra banna hai।

¹¹⁸Whilst living at home with your families, become as pure as a lotus flower.

¹²⁴bhal tum sangam par ho parantu yeh to raavan raajya hai na।

¹¹⁹Although you are at the confluence age, this is still Ravan’s kingdom.

¹²⁵is maayaavi vishay vaitarni nadi mein rehte kamal phool samaan pavitra banna hai।

¹²⁰Whilst living in this river of poison filled with Maya, you have to become as pure as a lotus flower.

¹²⁶kamal phool bahut baal bachchon vaala hota hai। ¹²⁷phir bhi paani se oopar rehta hai।

¹²¹A lotus flower has many children (buds) but, in spite of that, it stays on top of the water.

¹²⁸grihasthi hai, bahut cheejen paida karta hai।

¹²²It is like a householder. ¹²³It creates many things (various parts of the lotus are edible).

¹²⁹yeh drishtaanta tumhaare liye bhi hai, vikaaron se nyaara hokar raho।

¹²⁴This example applies to you. ¹²⁵Remain detached from the vices.

¹³⁰yeh ek janma pavitra raho to phir yeh avinaashi ho jaayega।

¹²⁶Become pure in this one birth and that will then become imperishable.

¹³¹tumko baap avinaashi gyaan ratna dete hain। ¹³²baaki to sab hain patthar।

¹²⁷The Father gives you imperishable jewels of knowledge, whereas everyone else just gives you stones.

¹³³vo log to bhakti ki hi baaten sunaate hain।

¹²⁸Those people only speak about devotional things.

¹³⁴gyaan saagar patit-paavan to ek hi hai to aise baap se bachchon ka kitna lav rehna chaahiye।

¹²⁹Only this One is the Purifier, the Ocean of Knowledge. ¹³⁰Therefore, you have to love this Father so much.

¹³⁵baap ka bachchon se, bachchon ka baap se lav rehta hai।

¹³¹The Father has love for you children and you children love the Father.

¹³⁶baaki aur koi se connection nahin।

¹³²You should have no connection with anyone else.

¹³⁷sautele woh hain jo baap ki mat par poora nahin chalte hain।

¹³³Stepchildren are those who don’t follow the Father's directions fully.

¹³⁸raavan ki mat par chalte hain to raam ki mat thode hi thahri।

¹³⁴They follow Ravan’s dictates, and so those are not the directions of Rama.

¹³⁹aadhaakalpa hai raavan sampradaay isliye inko bhrashtaachaari duniya kaha jaata hai।

¹³⁵It has been Ravan’s community for the last half cycle and this is why this world is called corrupt.

¹⁴⁰ab tumhein aur sabko chhod ek baap ki mat par chalna hai।

¹³⁶You now have to forget everyone else and follow the directions of the one Father.

¹⁴¹bi.ke. ki mat milti hai so bhi jaanch karni hoti hai ki yeh mat right hai va wrong hai?

¹³⁷You yourselves still have to check whether the directions you receive through a Brahma Kumari are right or wrong.

¹⁴²tum bachchon ko right aur wrong samajh bhi abhi mili hai।

¹³⁸You children have been given the understanding of what is right and what is wrong.

¹⁴³jab righteous aaye tab hi right aur wrong bataaye।

¹³⁹Only when the Righteous One comes can He tell you what is right and what is wrong.

¹⁴⁴baap kehte hain tumne aadhaakalpa yeh bhakti maarga ke shaastra sune hain, ab main tumko jo sunaata hoon - yeh right hai ya woh right hai?

¹⁴⁰The Father says: You have been listening to the scriptures for the last half cycle on the path of devotion. ¹⁴¹Now, are they right, or is what I tell you right?

¹⁴⁵woh kehte hain eeshvar sarvavyaapi hai, main kehta hoon main to tumhaara baap hoon।

¹⁴²They say that God is omnipresent and I am telling you that I am your Father.

¹⁴⁶ab judge karo kaun right hai?

¹⁴³Now judge for yourselves who is right.

¹⁴⁷yeh bhi bachchon ko hi samjhaaya jaata hai na, jab brahman banen tab samjhen।

¹⁴⁴All of this is explained to you children. ¹⁴⁵You can only understand this when you become Brahmins.

¹⁴⁸raavan sampradaay to bahut hain, tum to bahut thode ho। ¹⁴⁹unmein bhi nambarvaar hain।

¹⁴⁶There are many in Ravan’s community, whereas you are very few, and that too is numberwise.

¹⁵⁰agar koi kudrishti hai, to bhi unko raavan sampradaay kaha jaayega।

¹⁴⁷Those who look at others with impure vision belong to Ravan’s community.

¹⁵¹raam sampradaay ka tab samjha jaae jab saari drishti badal kar daivi ban jaae।

¹⁴⁸Only when their vision totally changes and becomes divine can they be considered to belong to the community of Rama.

¹⁵²apni avastha se har ek samajh to sakte hain na।

¹⁴⁹Each of you can understand for yourself what your stage is.

¹⁵³pahle to gyaan tha nahin, abhi baap ne raasta bataaya hai। ¹⁵⁴to dekhna hai avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka daan karta rehta hoon?

¹⁵⁰Previously, you had none of this knowledge. ¹⁵¹Now that the Father has shown you the path, you have to see to what extent you donate these jewels of knowledge.

¹⁵⁵bhakta log daan karte hain vinaashi dhan ka।

¹⁵²Devotees donate perishable wealth.

¹⁵⁶abhi tumko daan karna hai avinaashi dhan ka, na ki vinaashi।

¹⁵³You now have to donate these imperishable jewels of knowledge, not perishable wealth.

¹⁵⁷agar vinaashi dhan hai to alaukik seva mein lagaate jaao।

¹⁵⁴If you have perishable wealth, use it for this alokik service.

¹⁵⁸patit ko daan karne se patit hi ban jaate ho।

¹⁵⁵By donating money to the impure, you too become impure.

¹⁵⁹abhi tum apna dhan daan karte ho to iska evja phir 21 janmon ke liye nai duniya mein milta hai।

¹⁵⁶When you donate your wealth, you receive the return of that for 21 births in the new world.

¹⁶⁰yeh sab baaten samajhne ki hain।

¹⁵⁷You have to understand all of these things.

¹⁶¹baba service ki yuktiyaan bhi bataalte rehte hain।

¹⁵⁸Baba keeps showing you many ways to do service.

¹⁶²sab par raham karo।

¹⁵⁹Have mercy for everyone.

¹⁶³gaaya hua bhi hai parampita paramatma brahma dvaara sthaapna karte hain।

¹⁶⁰It is remembered that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, establishes a new world through Brahma.

¹⁶⁴parantu arth nahin samajhte।

¹⁶¹However, no one understands the meaning of that.

¹⁶⁵paramatma ko hi sarvavyaapi kah diya hai।

¹⁶²They say that the Supreme Soul is omnipresent.

¹⁶⁶to bachchon ko service ka shauk bahut achha rakhna hai।

¹⁶³Therefore, you children should be very interested in doing service.

¹⁶⁷auron ka kalyaan karenge to apna bhi kalyaan hoga।

¹⁶⁴If you benefit many, you too will benefit.

¹⁶⁸din-pratidin baba bahut sahaj karte jaate hain।

¹⁶⁵Day by day, Baba is making everything very easy.
