¹“meethe bachche - tumhaara pyaar vinaashi shareeron se nahin hona chaahiye, ek videhi se pyaar karo, deh ko dekhte hue nahin dekho''

¹Essence: Sweet children, do not have love for perishable bodies. ²Only have love for the one bodiless One. ³Even whilst seeing someone's body, do not see it.

²prashn:- buddhi ko svachchha banaane ka purooshaartha kya hai?

⁴Question: What effort must you make to clean your intellect?

³svachchha buddhi ki nishaani kya hogi?

⁵What is the sign of a clean intellect?

⁴uttar:- dehi-abhimaani banne se hi buddhi svachchha banti hai।

⁶Answer: Only by becoming soul conscious will your intellects become clean.

⁵aise dehi-abhimaani bachche apne ko aatma samajh ek baap ko pyaar karenge।

⁷Such soul-conscious children consider themselves to be souls and have love for the one Father alone.

⁶baap se hi sunenge।

⁸They only listen to the Father.

⁷lekin jo moodhamti hain woh deh ko pyaar karte hain, deh ko hi shrringaarte rehte hain।

⁹However, those who have foolish intellects have love for bodies; they continue to decorate their bodies.

⁸om shanti।

¹⁰Om shanti.

⁹om shanti kisne kaha aur kisne suna?

¹¹Who said "Om shanti" and who heard it?

¹⁰aur satsangon mein to jigyaasu sunte hain।

¹²In other satsangs, it is the followers who hear it.

¹¹mahaatma va guru aadi ne sunaaya, aise kahenge। ¹²yahaan paramatma ne sunaaya aur aatma ne suna।

¹³They would say that the mahatma or the guru said it but, here, you would say that the Supreme Soul said it and that the souls heard it.

¹³nai baat hai na।

¹⁴This is something new.

¹⁴dehi-abhimaani hona pade।

¹⁵You have to become soul conscious.

¹⁵kai yahaan bhi deh-abhimaani ho baithte hain।

¹⁶Some of you sit here in body consciousness.

¹⁶tum bachchon ko dehi-abhimaani ho baithna chaahiye।

¹⁷You children have to sit here in soul consciousness.

¹⁷main aatma is shareer mein viraajmaan hoon।

¹⁸I, this soul, am present in this body.

¹⁸shivbaaba hamko samjhaate hain, yeh buddhi mein achhi tarah yaad rehna chaahiye।

¹⁹Shiv Baba is explaining to us. ²⁰Let your intellects remember this very clearly.

¹⁹mujh aatma ka connection hai paramatma ke saath।

²¹I, this soul, have a connection with the Supreme Soul.

²⁰paramatma aakar is shareer dvaara sunaate hain, yeh dalaal ho gaya।

²²The Supreme Soul comes and speaks to us through this body. ²³Therefore, this one has become the agent.

²¹tumko samjhaane vaala woh hai।

²⁴That One is the one explaining to you.

²²inko bhi varsa woh dete hain। ²³to buddhi us taraph jaani chaahiye।

²⁵He gives the inheritance to this one, too; therefore let your intellects go to Him.

²⁴samjho baap ke 5-7 bachche hain, unhon ka buddhiyog baap taraph rahega na kyonki baap se varsa milna hai।

²⁶For instance, if a father has five to seven children, their intellects’ yoga would remain with their father. ²⁷That is because they receive an inheritance from him.

²⁵bhaai se varsa nahin milta। ²⁶varsa hamesha baap se milta hai।

²⁸An inheritance isn't received from a brother; an inheritance is always received from the father.

²⁷aatma ko aatma se varsa nahin milta।

²⁹A soul does not receive an inheritance from a soul.

²⁸tum jaante ho aatma ke roop mein ham sab bhaai-bhaai hain।

³⁰You know that, as souls, we are all brothers.

²⁹ham sab aatmaon ka connection ek parampita paramatma ke saath hai।

³¹The connection of all of us souls is with the one Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

³⁰woh kehte hain maamekam yaad karo।

³²He says: Constantly remember Me alone.

³¹mujh ek ke saath hi preet rakho।

³³Have love for Me alone.

³²rachna ke saath mat rakho।

³⁴Do not have love for the creation.

³³dehi-abhimaani bano।

³⁵Become soul conscious!

³⁴mere sivaae aur koi dehdhaari ko yaad karte ho, to isko kaha jaata hai deh-abhimaan।

³⁶When you remember any bodily being other than Me, it is called body consciousness.

³⁵bhal yeh dehdhaari tumhaare saamne hai parantu tum inko nahin dekho।

³⁷Although this bodily being is in front of you, you must not see him.

³⁶buddhi mein yaad unki rahni chaahiye।

³⁸Let only the remembrance of that One be in your intellects.

³⁷woh to sirf kahne maatra bhaai-bhaai kah dete hain, abhi tum jaante ho ham aatma hain parampita paramatma ki santaan hain।

³⁹Those people say, simply for the sake of saying it, that all are brothers. ⁴⁰You now know that we are souls, children of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

³⁸varsa paramatma baap se milta hai।

⁴¹You receive the inheritance from the Father, the Supreme Soul.

³⁹woh baap kehte hain tumhaara lav mujh ek ke saath hona chaahiye।

⁴²That Father says: Your love has to be for Me alone.

⁴⁰main hi khud aakar tum aatmaon ki apne saath sagaai karaata hoon।

⁴³I, Myself, come and engage you souls to Me.

⁴¹dehdhaari se sagaai nahin hai।

⁴⁴This engagement is not to a bodily being.

⁴²aur jo bhi sambandh hain woh deh ke, yahaan ke sambandh hain।

⁴⁵All other relationships here are with bodies.

⁴³is samay tumko dehi-abhimaani banna hai। ⁴⁴ham aatma baap se sunte hain, buddhi baap taraph jaani chaahiye।

⁴⁶At this time, you have to become soul conscious: I, this soul, am listening to the Father. ⁴⁷Therefore, let your intellects be drawn to that Father.

⁴⁵baap inke baaju mein baith hamko knowledge dete hain।

⁴⁸The Father sits beside this one and gives us this knowledge.

⁴⁶usne shareer ka loan liya hua hai।

⁴⁹He has taken this body on loan.

⁴⁷aatma is shareer roopi ghar mein aakar part bajaati hai। ⁴⁸jaise ki woh apne ko andar-house aresta kar deti hai - part bajaane ke liye।

⁵⁰The soul enters the house, that is, this body, and plays a part; it is as though the soul puts himself under house arrest in order to play a part.

⁴⁹hai to free। ⁵⁰parantu ismen pravesh kar apne ko is ghar mein banda kar part bajaati hai।

⁵¹He is free, but he enters a body, locks himself in this house and plays his part.

⁵¹aatma hi ek shareer chhod doosra leti hai, part bajaati hai।

⁵²It is the soul who leaves one body and takes another to play his part.

⁵²is samay jo jitna dehi-abhimaani rahenge woh oonch pad paayenge।

⁵³At the present time, to the extent that you remain soul conscious, so you will accordingly claim a high status.

⁵³baba ke shareer mein bhi tumhaara pyaar nahin hona chaahiye, rinchak maatra bhi nahin।

⁵⁴You should not have even the slightest love for Baba's body.

⁵⁴yeh shareer to koi kaam ka nahin hai।

⁵⁵This body is of no use.

⁵⁵main is shareer mein pravesh karta hoon, sirf tumko samjhaane ke liye।

⁵⁶I enter this body just to explain to you.

⁵⁶yeh hai raavan ka raajya, paraaya desh।

⁵⁷This foreign land is the kingdom of Ravan.

⁵⁷raavan ko jalaate hain parantu samajhte nahin hain। ⁵⁸chitra aadi jo bhi banaate hain, unko jaante nahin hain।

⁵⁸People burn an effigy of Ravan but, neither do they understand anything about that, nor do they know anything about the images they create.

⁵⁹bilkul hi moodhamti hain।

⁵⁹Their intellects are totally foolish.

⁶⁰raavan raajya mein sab moodhamti ho jaate hain।

⁶⁰Everyone's intellect becomes totally foolish in the kingdom of Ravan.

⁶¹deh-abhimaan hai na।

⁶¹There is body consciousness.

⁶²tuchchha buddhi ban gaye hain।

⁶²Intellects have become degraded.

⁶³baap kehte hain moodhamti jo honge woh deh ko yaad karte rahenge, deh se pyaar rakhenge।

⁶³The Father says: Those who have foolish intellects will continue to remember bodies and have love for bodily beings.

⁶⁴svachchha buddhi jo honge woh to apne ko aatma samajh paramatma ko yaad kar paramatma se sunte rahenge, ismen hi mehnat hai।

⁶⁴Those with clean intellects, whilst considering themselves to be souls, will remember the Supreme Soul and continue to listen to Him. ⁶⁵Only in this is there effort.

⁶⁵yeh to baap ka rath hai।

⁶⁶This body is the Father's chariot.

⁶⁶bahuton ka inse pyaar ho jaata hai।

⁶⁷Many fall in love with this body.

⁶⁷jaise husain ka ghoda, unko kitna sajaate hain। ⁶⁸ab mahima to husain ki hai na।

⁶⁸Similarly, the horse of Hussein is decorated so much, but the praise is of Hussein.

⁶⁹ghode ki to nahin।

⁶⁹It is not of the horse.

⁷⁰zaroor manushya ke tan mein husain ki aatma aai hogi na।

⁷⁰The Hussein soul would definitely have entered a human body.

⁷¹woh in baaton ko nahin samajhte।

⁷¹They don't understand these things.

⁷²abhi isko kaha jaata hai raajasva ashvamedh avinaashi roodra gyaan yagya।

⁷²This is called the imperishable sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra in which the horse is sacrificed in order to attain self-sovereignty.

⁷³ashva naam sunkar unhonne phir ghoda samajh liya hai, unko svaaha karte hain।

⁷³Hearing the name "ashwa" (horse), they understood it literally to be a horse. ⁷⁴They sacrifice a horse.

⁷⁴yeh sab kahaaniyaan hain bhakti maarga ki।

⁷⁵All of those stories belong to the path of devotion.

⁷⁵abhi tumko haseen banaane vaala musaaphir to yeh hai na।

⁷⁶The One who is now making you beautiful is this Traveller.

⁷⁶abhi tum jaante ho ham pahle gore the phir saanvare bane hain।

⁷⁷You now know that we were beautiful previously and that we have now become ugly.

⁷⁷jo bhi aatmaayen pahle-pahle aati hain to pahle satopradhaan hain phir sato, rajo, tamo mein aati hain।

⁷⁸Each soul who comes is at first satopradhan and then goes through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.

⁷⁸baap aakar sabko haseen (sundar) bana dete hain।

⁷⁹The Father comes and makes everyone beautiful.

⁷⁹jo bhi dharma sthaapan arth aate hain, woh sab haseen aatmaayen hoti hain, baad mein kaam chita par baith kaali ho jaati hain।

⁸⁰All the souls who come to establish a religion are beautiful at first. ⁸¹Afterwards, they become ugly by sitting on the pyre of lust.

⁸⁰pahle sundar phir shyaam banti hain।

⁸²Souls are beautiful at first and then they become ugly.

⁸¹yeh number one mein pahle-pahle aate hain to sabse jaasti sundar bante hain।

⁸³This soul comes first as number one and so he is the most beautiful.

⁸²in (lakshmi-naaraayan) jaisa natural sundar to koi ho na sake।

⁸⁴No one else can be as naturally beautiful as Lakshmi and Narayan are.

⁸³yeh gyaan ki baat hai।

⁸⁵This matter is of this knowledge.

⁸⁴bhal Christian log bhaaratvaasiyon se sundar (gore) hain kyonki us taraph ke rahne vaale hain parantu satayug mein to natural beauty hai।

⁸⁶Christians are fairer than the people of Bharat because they live in cooler climates. ⁸⁷However, there is natural beauty in the golden age.

⁸⁵aatma aur shareer donon sundar hain।

⁸⁸Both souls and bodies are beautiful there.

⁸⁶is samay sab patit saanvare hain phir baap aakar sabko sundar banaate hain।

⁸⁹At this time, everyone is impure and ugly. ⁹⁰The Father comes to make everyone beautiful.

⁸⁷pahle satopradhaan pavitra hote hain phir utarte-utarte kaam chita par baith kaale ho jaate hain।

⁹¹At first they are satopradhan and pure. ⁹²Then, whilst coming down, they gradually become ugly by sitting on the pyre of lust.

⁸⁸ab baap aaya hai sabhi aatmaon ko pavitra banaane।

⁹³The Father has now come to make all souls pure.

⁸⁹baap ko yaad karne se hi tum paavan ban jaayenge।

⁹⁴It is only by remembering the Father that you will become pure.

⁹⁰to yaad karna hai ek ko।

⁹⁵Therefore, you must only remember the One.

⁹¹dehdhaari se preet nahin rakhni hai।

⁹⁶Do not love bodily beings.

⁹²buddhi mein yeh rahe ki ham ek baap ke hain, vahi sab kuchh hai।

⁹⁷Keep it in your intellects that you belong to the one Father and that He is everything for you.

⁹³in aankhon se dekhne vaale jo bhi hain, woh sab vinaash ho jaayenge।

⁹⁸Everything that you see with your eyes is going to be destroyed.

⁹⁴yeh aankhe bhi khatma ho jaayengi।

⁹⁹Even your eyes will be finished.

⁹⁵parampita paramatma ko to trinetri kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰⁰The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is called Trinetri (One with three eyes).

⁹⁶unko gyaan ka teesra netra hai।

¹⁰¹He has the third eye of this knowledge.

⁹⁷trinetri, trikaaldarshi, trilokeenaath yeh title unko mile hain।

¹⁰²That One has received all these titles: Trinetri, Trikaldarshi and Trilokinath.

⁹⁸abhi tumko teenon lokon ka gyaan hai phir yeh gum ho jaata hai, jismen gyaan hai vahi aakar dete hain।

¹⁰³You now have the knowledge of all three worlds. ¹⁰⁴This will then disappear. ¹⁰⁵The One who has this knowledge comes and gives it to you.

⁹⁹tumko baap 84 janmon ka gyaan sunaate hain।

¹⁰⁶The Father sits here and gives you the knowledge of your 84 births.

¹⁰⁰baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samjho।

¹⁰⁷The Father says: Consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁰¹main is shareer mein pravesh kar aaya hoon tumko paavan banaane।

¹⁰⁸I have come and entered this body in order to make you pure.

¹⁰²mujhe yaad karne se hi paavan banenge aur koi ko yaad kiya to satopradhaan ban nahin sakenge।

¹⁰⁹Only by remembering Me will you become pure. ¹¹⁰If you remember anyone else, you will not be able to become satopradhan.

¹⁰³paap katenge nahin to kahenge vinaash kaale vipreet buddhi vinshanti।

¹¹¹It is said of those whose sins are not absolved, "Those whose intellects have no love at the time of destruction are led to destruction."

¹⁰⁴manushya to bahut andhashraddha mein hain।

¹¹²People have a lot of blind faith.

¹⁰⁵dehdhaariyon mein hi moh rakhte hain।

¹¹³They have attachment to bodily beings.

¹⁰⁶ab tumko dehi-abhimaani banna hai।

¹¹⁴You now have to become soul conscious.

¹⁰⁷ek mein hi moh rakhna hai।

¹¹⁵Have attachment to the One alone.

¹⁰⁸doosre koi mein moh hai to goya baap se vipreet buddhi hain।

¹¹⁶If you have attachment to anyone else, it means that you have an intellect that has no love for the Father.

¹⁰⁹baap kitna samjhaate hain mujh baap ko hi yaad karo, ismen hi mehnat hai।

¹¹⁷The Father says so many times: Only remember Me, your Father! ¹¹⁸Only in this is there effort.

¹¹⁰tum kehte bhi ho ham patiton ko aakar paavan banaao।

¹¹⁹You even called out: Come and make us impure ones pure!

¹¹¹baap hi paavan banaate hain।

¹²⁰Only the Father makes you pure.

¹¹²tum bachchon ko 84 janmon ki history-geography baap hi samjhaate hain।

¹²¹Only the Father explains the history and geography of 84 births to you children.

¹¹³woh to sahaj hai na।

¹²²It is easy.

¹¹⁴baaki yaad ki hi difficult te difficult subject hai।

¹²³The most difficult subject is remembrance.

¹¹⁵baap ke saath yog rakhne mein koi bhi hoshiyaar nahin hain।

¹²⁴No one is clever in having yoga with the Father.

¹¹⁶jo bachche yaad mein hoshiyaar nahin woh jaise pandit hain।

¹²⁵The children who are not clever in remembrance are like pundits.

¹¹⁷gyaan mein bhal kitne bhi hoshiyaar hon, yaad mein nahin rehte to woh pandit hain।

¹²⁶No matter how clever someone is in knowledge, if he does not stay in remembrance, he is a pundit.

¹¹⁸baba pandit ki ek kahaani sunaate hain na।

¹²⁷Baba tells you the story of the pundit.

¹¹⁹jisko sunaaya woh to paramatma ko yaad kar paar ho gaya।

¹²⁸Those who heard what the pundit said were able to go across in remembrance of the Supreme Soul.

¹²⁰pandit ka drishtaanta bhi tumhaare liye hai। ¹²¹baap ko tum yaad karo to paar ho jaayenge।

¹²⁹Even the example of the pundit applies to you: Remember the Father and you will be able to go across.

¹²²sirf murli mein teekhe honge to paar ja nahin sakenge।

¹³⁰Just by being good with the murli will not enable you to go across.

¹²³yaad ke sivaae vikarma vinaash nahin honge।

¹³¹Without having remembrance, your sins cannot be absolved.

¹²⁴yeh sab drishtaanta banaaye hain।

¹³²All of these examples have been created.

¹²⁵baap baith yathaartha reeti samjhaate hain।

¹³³The Father sits here and explains their accurate meanings to you.

¹²⁶unko nishchay baith gaya। ¹²⁷ek hi baat pakad li ki paramatma ko yaad karne se paar ho jaayenge।

¹³⁴They had faith; they simply held on to the fact that they would be able to go across by remembering the Supreme Soul.

¹²⁸sirf gyaan hoga, yog nahin to oonch pad pa nahin sakenge।

¹³⁵If you only have this knowledge but no yoga, you cannot claim a high status.

¹²⁹aise bahut hain, yaad mein nahin rehte, mool baat hai hi yaad ki।

¹³⁶There are many who do not stay in remembrance. ¹³⁷The main thing is remembrance.

¹³⁰bahut achhi-achhi service karne vaale hain, parantu buddhiyog theek nahin hoga to phans padenge।

¹³⁸There are many who do very good service, but if their intellects’ yoga is not accurate, they become trapped.

¹³¹yog vaala kabhi deh-abhimaan mein nahin phansega, ashuddha sankalp nahin aayenge।

¹³⁹Someone who has yoga would not become trapped in body consciousness and would not have impure thoughts.

¹³²yaad mein kachcha hoga to toofaan aayenge।

¹⁴⁰Storms will come to those who are weak in having remembrance.

¹³³yog se karmendriyaan ekdam vash ho jaati hain।

¹⁴¹The physical senses are completely controlled by yoga.

¹³⁴baap right aur wrong ko samajhne ki buddhi bhi dete hain।

¹⁴²The Father also gives each of you an intellect to understand what is right and what is wrong.

¹³⁵auron ki deh taraph buddhi jaane se vipreet buddhi vinshanti ho jaayenge।

¹⁴³When your intellect goes to the bodies of others, it has no love for the Father and leads you to destruction.

¹³⁶gyaan alag hai, yog alag hai।

¹⁴⁴Knowledge is distinct from yoga.

¹³⁷yog se health, gyaan se wealth milti hai।

¹⁴⁵You receive health through yoga and wealth through this knowledge.

¹³⁸yog se shareer ki aayu badhti hai, aatma to badi-chhoti hoti nahin।

¹⁴⁶By having yoga, the lifespans of your bodies increase. ¹⁴⁷Souls do not become smaller or larger.

¹³⁹aatma kahegi mere shareer ki aayu badi hoti hai।

¹⁴⁸The soul would say that the lifespan of his body increases.

¹⁴⁰abhi aayu chhoti hai phir aadhaakalpa ke liye shareer ki aayu badi ho jaayegi।

¹⁴⁹The lifespan is now short. ¹⁵⁰Then, for half a cycle, the lifespans of bodies become long.

¹⁴¹ham tamopradhaan se satopradhaan ban jaayenge।

¹⁵¹We will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

¹⁴²aatma pavitra banti hai, saara madaar aatma ko pavitra banaane par hai।

¹⁵²Souls become pure; everything depends on making our souls pure.

¹⁴³pavitra nahin banenge to pad bhi nahin paayenge।

¹⁵³If you don’t become pure, you cannot claim a status.

¹⁴⁴maaya chart rakhne mein bachchon ko susta bana deti hai।

¹⁵⁴Maya makes children lazy in keeping a chart.

¹⁴⁵bachchon ko yaad ki yaatra ka chart bahut shauk se rakhna chaahiye।

¹⁵⁵You children should be very interested in keeping a chart of your pilgrimage of remembrance.

¹⁴⁶dekhna chaahiye ki ham baap ko yaad karte hain ya aur koi mitra-sambandhi aadi taraph buddhi jaati hai।

¹⁵⁶Check: Do I remember the Father or is my intellect drawn to friends and relatives?

¹⁴⁷saare din mein yaad kiski rahi athva preet kiske saath rahi, kitna time vesta kiya?

¹⁵⁷In whose remembrance did I stay throughout the whole day? ¹⁵⁸For whom did I have love? ¹⁵⁹How much time did I waste?

¹⁴⁸apna chart rakhna chaahiye।

¹⁶⁰Each of you should keep a chart of yourself.

¹⁴⁹parantu koi mein taakat nahin hai jo chart regular rakh sake।

¹⁶¹However, no one has the strength to keep a chart regularly.

¹⁵⁰koi virla rakh sakte hain।

¹⁶²Hardly any of you can keep it.

¹⁵¹maaya poora chart rakhne nahin deti hai।

¹⁶³Maya does not allow you to maintain your chart fully.

¹⁵²ekdam susta bana deti hai। ¹⁵³chusti nikal jaati hai।

¹⁶⁴She makes you completely lazy and destroys your alertness.

¹⁵⁴baap kehte hain maamekam yaad karo।

¹⁶⁵The Father says: Constantly remember Me alone.

¹⁵⁵main to sabhi aashikon ka maashook hoon।

¹⁶⁶I am the Beloved of all you lovers.

¹⁵⁶to maashook ko yaad karna chaahiye na।

¹⁶⁷Therefore, all of you lovers must remember Me.

¹⁵⁷maashook baap kehte hain tumne aadhaakalpa yaad kiya hai, ab main kehta hoon mujhe yaad karo to vikarma vinaash ho jaaen।

¹⁶⁸The Father, the Beloved, says: You have been remembering Me for half a cycle. ¹⁶⁹I am now telling you to remember Me so that your sins can be absolved.

¹⁵⁸aisa baap jo sukh dene vaala hai, kitna yaad karna chaahiye।

¹⁷⁰You should very much remember such a Father who gives you so much happiness.

¹⁵⁹aur to sab duhkh dene vaale hain।

¹⁷¹Everyone else causes sorrow.

¹⁶⁰woh koi kaam aane vaale nahin hain।

¹⁷²They will not be of any use.

¹⁶¹ant samay ek paramatma baap hi kaam aata hai।

¹⁷³At the end, only the Father, the Supreme Soul, will be of use.

¹⁶²ant ka samay ek had ka hota hai, ek behad ka hota hai।

¹⁷⁴There are the limited and the unlimited final moments.

¹⁶³baap samjhaate hain achhi reeti yaad karte rahenge to akaale mrityu nahin hogi।

¹⁷⁵The Father says: By continuing to remember Me very well, you will not have untimely death.

¹⁶⁴tumko amar bana dete hain।

¹⁷⁶I am making you immortal.

¹⁶⁵pahle to baap ke saath preet buddhi chaahiye।

¹⁷⁷However, first of all, your intellects must be full of love for the Father.

¹⁶⁶koi ke bhi shareer ke saath preet hogi to gir padenge। ¹⁶⁷fail ho jaayenge।

¹⁷⁸If you have love for anyone's body you will fall and fail.

¹⁶⁸chandravanshi mein chale jaayenge।

¹⁷⁹You will become part of the moon dynasty.
