¹Essence: Sweet children, make effort and imbibe the divine virtues very well. ²Never cause anyone sorrow. ³You shouldn’t have any devilish activities.

²prashnah- kaun se aasuri gun tumhaare shrringaar ko bigaad dete hain?

⁴Question: What devilish traits spoil your decoration?

³uttar:- aapas mein ladna-jhagadna, roothna, centre par dhamchakra machaana, du:kh dena - yeh aasuri gun hain, jo tumhaare shrringaar ko bigaad dete hain।

⁵Answer: To fight and quarrel among yourselves, to sulk, to create chaos at your centre and cause sorrow, are devilish traits that spoil your decoration.

⁴jo bachche baap ka ban karke bhi in aasuri gunon ka tyaag nahin karte hain, ulte karma karte hain, unhein bahut ghaata pad jaata hai।

⁶The children who, even after belonging to the Father, don’t renounce those devilish traits but continue to act wrongly suffer a great loss.

¹²People sing songs about this, whereas you see this with divine eyesight.

¹¹tum buddhi se bhi jaante ho ki hamko woh padha rahe hain।

¹³Your intellects understand that He is teaching you.

¹²aatma hi padhti hai shareer se।

¹⁴It is souls who study through their bodies.

¹³sab kuchh aatma hi karti hai shareer se।

¹⁵It is souls who do everything through the bodies.

¹⁴shareer vinaashi hai, jisko aatma dhaaran kar part bajaati hai।

¹⁶A soul adopts a perishable body to play his part.

¹⁵aatma mein hi saare part ki noondh hai।

¹⁷A whole part is recorded in each soul.

¹⁶84 janmon ki bhi aatma mein hi noondh hai।

¹⁸Eighty four births are recorded in this soul.

¹⁷pahle-pahle to apne ko aatma samajhna hai।

¹⁹First of all, consider yourselves to be souls.

²⁰The Father is the Almighty Authority.

²³The Father gives you the power to rule a whole kingdom.

²²itni mahaan shakti dete hain, woh science ghamandi aadi itna sab banaate hain vinaash ke liye।

²⁴He gives you such great power. ²⁵Those with the arrogance of science create so many things for destruction.

²³unki buddhi hai vinaash ke liye, tumhaari buddhi hai avinaashi pad paane ke liye।

²⁶Their intellects work for destruction whereas your intellects work to claim an imperishable status.

²⁴tumko bahut shakti milti hai jisse tum vishwa par raajya paate ho।

²⁷You receive a great deal of power and you claim the kingdom of the world through that power.

²⁵vahaan praja ka praja par raajya nahin hota hai।

²⁸There, it isn’t government of the people by the people.

²⁶vahaan hai hi raaja-raani ka raajya।

²⁹There, it is a kingdom of a king and queen.

²⁷oonch te oonch hai bhagwan।

³⁰God is the Highest on High.

²⁸yaad bhi unko karte hain।

³¹People remember Him.

²⁹lakshmi-naaraayan ka sirf mandir banaakar poojte hain। ³⁰phir bhi oonch te oonch bhagwan gaaya jaata hai।

³²They build temples to Lakshmi and Narayan and worship them but, nevertheless, God is remembered as the Highest on High.

³¹abhi tum samajhte ho yeh lakshmi-naaraayan vishwa ke maalik the।

³³You now understand that Lakshmi and Narayan were the masters of the world.

³²oonch te oonch vishwa ki baadshaahi milti hai behad ke baap se।

³⁴The highest-on-high kingdom of the world is received from the unlimited Father.

³³tumko kitna oonch pad milta hai।

³⁵You are to receive such a high status.

³⁴to bachchon ko kitni khushi honi chaahiye।

³⁶Therefore, you children should experience so much happiness.

³⁵jisse kuchh milta hai unko yaad kiya jaata hai na।

³⁷You would definitely remember someone who gives you something.

³⁶kanya ka pati se kitna lav rehta hai, kitna pati ke pichhaadi praan deti hai।

³⁸A bride has so much love for her husband; she gives her life to him.

³⁷pati marta hai to ya-husain macha deti hai।

³⁹When he dies, she cries so much in distress.

³⁸yeh to patiyon ka pati hai, tumko kitna shrringaar rahe hain - yeh oonch te oonch pad praapta karaane ke liye।

⁴⁰That One is the Husband of all husbands. ⁴¹He is now decorating you so well in order to claim the highest-on-high status.

³⁹to tum bachchon mein kitna nasha hona chaahiye।

⁴²Therefore, you children should have so much intoxication.

⁴⁰daiveegun bhi tumko yahaan dhaaran karne hain।

⁴³You have to imbibe divine virtues here.

⁴¹bahuton mein abhi tak aasuri avgun hain, ladna-jhagadna, roothna, centre par dhamchakra machaana....... baba jaante hain bahut reports aati hain।

⁴⁴Many still have a lot of devilish traits. ⁴⁵To fight and quarrel, to sulk, to create chaos at a centre are devilish traits. ⁴⁶Baba knows this because He receives many reports.

⁴²kaam mahaashatru hai to krodh bhi koi kam shatru nahin hai।

⁴⁷Lust is the greatest enemy, but anger is no less of an enemy.

⁴³phalaane ke oopar pyaar, mere oopar kyon nahin!

⁴⁸“So-and-so is shown so much love. ⁴⁹Why am I not shown any love?”

⁴⁴phalaani baat inse poochhi, mere se kyon nahin poochha!

⁵⁰“So-and-so was asked his opinion. ⁵¹Why wasn’t I asked?”

⁴⁵aise-aise bolne vaale sanshay buddhi bahut hain।

⁵²There are many who speak like this because their intellects have doubt.

⁴⁶raajdhaani sthaapan hoti hai na।

⁵³A kingdom is being established.

⁴⁷aise-aise kya pad paayenge।

⁵⁴What status would such ones claim?

⁴⁸martabe mein to farka bahut rehta hai।

⁵⁵There’s a lot of difference in the status.

⁴⁹mehtar (saphaai karmi) bhi dekho achhe-achhe mahlon mein rehte, koi kahaan rehte।

⁵⁶Even cleaners will stay in very good mansions. ⁵⁷Others will stay somewhere else in good houses.

⁵⁰har ek ko apna purushaartha kar daiveegun achhe dhaaran karne hain।

⁵⁸Each one of you has to make effort for yourself very well to imbibe divine virtues.

⁵¹deh-abhimaan mein aane se aasuri activity hoti hai।

⁵⁹By your becoming body conscious, there are devilish activities.

⁵²jab dehi-abhimaani ban achhi reeti dhaarna karte raho tab oonch pad paao।

⁶⁰When you become soul conscious and imbibe all of this very well, you will be able to claim a high status.

⁵³purushaartha aisa karna hai, daiveegun dhaaran karne ka, kisko du:kh nahin dena hai।

⁶¹You have to make effort accordingly to imbibe such divine virtues. ⁶²Never cause anyone sorrow.

⁵⁴tum bachche du:kh harta, sukh karta baap ke bachche ho। ⁵⁵koi ko bhi du:kh nahin dena chaahiye।

⁶³You are the children of the Father who is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁵⁶jo centre sambhaalte hain un par bahut responsibility hai।

⁶⁴Never cause sorrow for anyone. ⁶⁵Those who look after centres have a great responsibility.

⁵⁷jaise baap kehte hain - bachche, agar koi bhool karta hai to sauguna danda pad jaata hai।

⁶⁶The Father says: Children, if someone makes a mistake, he accumulates one hundred-fold punishment.

⁵⁸deh-abhimaan hone se bada ghaata hota hai kyonki tum brahman sudhaarne ke liye nimitta bane hue ho।

⁶⁷By becoming body conscious, there is a great loss because you Brahmins have become the instruments to reform everyone.

⁵⁹agar khud hi nahin sudhre to auron ko kya sudhaarenge।

⁶⁸If you haven’t reformed yourself, how could you reform others?

⁶⁰bahut nuksaan ho padta hai।

⁶⁹There would then be a great loss.

⁶¹paandav government hai na।

⁷⁰There is also the Pandava Government.

⁶²oonch te oonch baap hai unke saath dharmaraaj bhi hai।

⁷¹The Father is the Highest on High and Dharamraj is with Him.

⁶³dharmaraaj dvaara bahut badi saza khaate hain।

⁷²Very severe punishment is experienced through Dharamraj.

⁶⁴aise kuchh karma karte hain to bahut ghaata pad jaata hai।

⁷³When such wrong actions are performed, a great loss is experienced.

⁶⁵hisaab hi hisaab hai, baba ke paas poora hisaab rehta hai।

⁷⁴An account is an account. ⁷⁵Baba has an account for everything.

⁶⁶bhakti maarga mein bhi hisaab hi hisaab hai।

⁷⁶On the path of devotion too, there is a proper account.

⁶⁷kehte bhi hain bhagwan tumhaara hisaab lega।

⁷⁷It is still said that God takes account of everything you do.

⁶⁸yahaan baap khud kehte hain dharmaraaj bahut hisaab lenge।

⁷⁸Here, the Father Himself says: Dharamraj takes full account of everything you do.

⁶⁹phir us samay kya kar sakenge!

⁷⁹What would you be able to do at that time?

⁷⁰saakshaatkaar hoga - hamne yeh-yeh kiya।

⁸⁰You will have visions of the things you did.

⁷¹vahaan to thodi maar padti hai, yahaan to bahut maar khaani padegi।

⁸¹There will be a little punishment there, whereas there will be a great deal of punishment here.

⁷²tum bachchon ko satayug mein garbha jel mein nahin aana hai।

⁸²In the golden age, you children won’t go into a jail-like womb.

⁷³vahaan to garbha mahal hai।

⁸³There, a womb is like a palace.

⁷⁴koi paap aadi karte nahin।

⁸⁴No one commits sin etc. there.

⁷⁵to aisa raajya-bhaagya paane ke liye bachchon ko bahut khabardaar hona hai।

⁸⁵Therefore, you children have to be very cautious in order to attain such fortune of the kingdom.

⁷⁶kai bachche braahmani (teacher) se bhi teekhe ho jaate hain।

⁸⁶Some children become cleverer than their teacher.

⁷⁷takdeer braahmani se bhi oonchi ho jaati hai।

⁸⁷Their fortune becomes higher than that of their teacher.

⁷⁸yeh bhi baap ne samjhaaya hai - achhi service nahin karenge to janma-janmaantar daas-daasiyaan banenge।

⁸⁸The Father has also explained that if someone doesn’t do service well, he will become a servant for birth after birth.

⁷⁹baap sammukh aate hi bachchon se poochhte hain - bachche, dehi-abhimaani hokar baithe ho?

⁸⁹As soon as the Father comes in front of you children, He asks you: Children, are you sitting here in soul consciousness?

⁸⁰baap ke bachchon prati mahaavaakya hain - bachche, aatma-abhimaani banne ka bahut purushaartha karna hai।

⁹⁰The elevated versions of the Father for the children are: Children, you have to make a lot of effort to become soul conscious.

⁸¹ghoomte phirte bhi vichaar saagar manthan karte rehna hai।

⁹¹Whilst walking and moving around, continue to churn the ocean of this knowledge.

⁸²bahut bachche hain jo samajhte hain ham jaldi-jaldi is narka ki chhi-chhi duniya se jaayen sukhdhaam।

⁹²Many children feel that they want to leave very soon from this dirty world of hell to that land of happiness.

⁸³baap kehte hain achhe-achhe mahaarthi yog mein bahut fail hain।

⁹³The Father says: Even very good maharathis fail to have yoga.

⁸⁴unhon ko bhi purushaartha karaaya jaata hai।

⁹⁴Even they have to be inspired to make effort.

⁸⁵yog nahin hoga to ekdam gir padenge।

⁹⁵If you don’t have any yoga, you fall down completely.

⁸⁶knowledge to bahut sahaj hai। ⁸⁷history-geography saari buddhi mein aa jaati hai।

⁹⁶This knowledge is very easy; the whole history and geography enters your intellects.

⁸⁸bahut achhi-achhi bachchiyaan hain jo pradarshani samjhaane mein badi teekhi hain। ⁸⁹parantu yog hai nahin, daiveegun bhi nahin hain।

⁹⁷Although many good daughters are very clever at explaining at exhibitions, neither do they have yoga nor do they have divine virtues.

⁹⁰kabhi-kabhi khyaal hota hai, ajun kya-kya avasthaayen hain bachchon ki।

⁹⁸Sometimes, Baba wonders about the present stage of some children.

⁹¹duniya mein kitna du:kh hai।

⁹⁹There is so much sorrow in the world.

⁹²jaldi-jaldi yeh khatma ho jaae।

¹⁰⁰All of it should finish very soon.

⁹³intazaar mein baithe hain, jaldi chalen sukhdhaam।

¹⁰¹Baba (Brahma) is waiting to go soon to the land of happiness.

⁹⁴tadaphte rehte hain। ⁹⁵jaise baap se milne liye tadaphte hain, kyonki baba hamko svarga ka raasta bataate hain।

¹⁰²Some are very desperate to go, just as some are very desperate to meet the Father, because Baba shows us the way to heaven.

⁹⁶aise baap ko dekhne liye tadaphte hain।

¹¹¹When you stay in incognito remembrance, you are able to follow the Father’s directions.

¹⁰⁴deh-abhimaan ke kaaran baap ke direction par chalte hi nahin।

¹¹²Because of being body conscious, some don’t even follow the Father’s directions.

¹⁰⁵kehta hoon chart banaao to bahut unnati hogi।

¹¹³Baba says: Write your chart and you will make a lot of progress.

¹⁰⁶yeh kisne kaha?

¹¹⁴Who said this?

¹⁰⁷shivbaaba ne।

¹¹⁵Shiv Baba.

¹⁰⁸teacher kaam dete hain to karke aate hain na।

¹¹⁶When a teacher gives homework, the students do it.

¹⁰⁹yahaan achhe-achhe bachchon ko bhi maaya karne nahin deti।

¹¹⁷Here, Maya doesn’t allow even some very good children to do this.

¹¹⁰achhe-achhe bachchon ka chart baba ke paas aaye to baba bataayen dekho kaise yaad mein rehte ho।

¹¹⁸If Baba were to receive the charts of the very good children, He would see how much such children stay in remembrance.

¹¹¹samajhte hain ham aatmaayen aashik, ek maashook ki hain।

¹¹⁹You souls understand that you are lovers of the one Beloved.

¹¹²woh jismaani aashik-maashook to anek prakaar ke hote hain।

¹²⁰There are many types of physical lovers and beloveds.

¹¹³tum bahut puraane aashik ho।

¹²¹You are very old lovers.

¹¹⁴abhi tumko dehi-abhimaani banna hai।

¹²²You now have to become soul conscious.

¹¹⁵kuchh na kuchh sahan karna hi padega।

¹²³Something or other will have to be tolerated.

¹¹⁶miya mitthu nahin banna hai।

¹²⁴Don’t consider yourselves to be that clever.

¹¹⁷baba aise thode hi kehte haddi de do।

¹²⁵Baba is not asking you to give your bones.

¹¹⁸baba to kehte hain tanduroosti achhi rakho to service bhi achhi reeti kar sakenge।

¹²⁶Baba says: Keep yourselves in good health so that you are able to do service well.

¹¹⁹beemaar honge to pade rahenge।

¹²⁷If you are ill, you will have to stay in bed.

¹²⁰koi-koi hospital mein bhi samjhaane ki service karte hain to doctor log kehte hain yeh to farishte hain।

¹²⁸The doctors feel that an angel has come when some children go to serve in hospitals.

¹²¹chitra saath mein le jaate hain।

¹²⁹They take the pictures with them.

¹²²jo aisi-aisi service karte hain unko merciful kahenge।

¹³⁰Those who do such service are said to be merciful.

¹²³service karte hain to koi-koi nikal padte hain।

¹³¹When you do such service, someone or other will emerge.

¹²⁴jitna-jitna yaad bal mein rahenge utna manushyon ko tum kheechenge, ismen hi taakat hai।

¹³²The more power of remembrance you have, the more people will be drawn here. ¹³³Only in this remembrance is there strength.

¹²⁵purity first।

¹³⁴Purity first!

¹²⁶kaha bhi jaata hai pahle purity, pees, peechhe prosperity।

¹³⁵It is said that there first has to be purity, then peace and then prosperity.

¹²⁷yaad ke bal se hi tum pavitra hote ho।

¹³⁶You become pure with the power of remembrance.

¹²⁸phir hai gyaan bal।

¹³⁷Then, there is the power of this knowledge.

¹²⁹yaad mein kamjor mat bano।

¹³⁸Don’t become weak in remembrance.

¹³⁰yaad mein hi vighna padenge।

¹³⁹It is in remembrance that there are obstacles.

¹³¹yaad mein rahne se tum pavitra bhi banenge aur daiveegun bhi aayenge।

¹⁴⁰By staying in remembrance you will become pure and also develop divine virtues.

¹³²baap ki mahima to jaante ho na।

¹⁴¹You know the Father’s praise.

¹³³baap kitna sukh dete hain। ¹³⁴21 janmon ke liye tumko sukh ke laayak banaate hain।

¹⁴²The Father gives you much happiness that He makes you worthy of happiness for 21 births.

¹³⁵kabhi bhi kisko du:kh nahin dena chaahiye।

¹⁴³Never cause sorrow for anyone.

¹³⁶kai bachche disservice kar apne aapko jaise shraapit karte hain, doosron ko bahut tang karte hain।

¹⁴⁴Some children do disserviceand thereby put a curse on themselves and also trouble others a lot.

¹³⁷kapoot bachcha bante hain to apne aapko aapehi shraapit kar dete hain।

¹⁴⁵When someone becomes disobedient, it is as though he curses himself.

¹³⁸disservice karne se ekdam pat pad jaate hain।

¹⁴⁶By doing disservice, some fall right down.

¹³⁹bahut bachche hain jo vikaar mein gir padte hain ya krodh mein aakar padhaai chhod dete hain।

¹⁴⁷Many children either fall due to vice or else they become angry and stop studying.

¹⁴⁰anek prakaar ke bachche yahaan baithe hain।

¹⁴⁸Many types of children are sitting here.

¹⁴¹yahaan se refresh hokar jaate hain to bhool ka pashchaataap karte hain।

¹⁴⁹When they leave here, refreshed, they repent for their mistakes.

¹⁴²phir bhi pashchaataap se koi maaph nahin ho sakta hai।

¹⁵⁰However, nothing is forgiven by just their repentance.

¹⁴³baap kehte hain kshama apne par aapehi karo।

¹⁵¹The Father says: You have to forgive yourself.

¹⁴⁴yaad mein raho।

¹⁵²Stay in remembrance.

¹⁴⁵baap kisko kshama nahin karte hain। ¹⁴⁶yeh to padhaai hai।

¹⁵³The Father doesn’t forgive anyone, because this is a study.

¹⁴⁷baap padhaate hain, bachchon ko apne par kripa kar padhna hai।

¹⁵⁴The Father is teaching you and you children have to have mercy on yourselves by studying.

¹⁴⁸manners achhe rakhne hain।

¹⁵⁵You have to have good manners.

¹⁴⁹baba braahmani ko kehte hain, register le aao।

¹⁵⁶Baba asks the teachers to bring the register.

¹⁵⁰ek-ek ka samaachaar sunkar samjhaani di jaati hai।

¹⁵⁷When Baba hears the news of each one, He gives guidance.

¹⁵¹to samajhte hain braahmani ne report di hai aur hi jaasti disservice karne lag padte hain।

¹⁵⁸Then, because some students think that their teacher has reported them to Baba, they begin to do even more disservice.

¹⁵²badi mehnat lagti hai।

¹⁵⁹A lot of effort is required here.

¹⁵³maaya badi dushman hai।

¹⁶⁰Maya is a great enemy.

¹⁵⁴bandar se mandir banne nahin deti hai।

¹⁶¹She doesn’t allow you to change from being like a monkey to becoming worthy of living in a temple.

¹⁵⁵oonch pad paane ke badle aur hi bilkul neeche gir padte hain। ¹⁵⁶phir kabhi uth na saken, mar padte hain।

¹⁶²Instead of claiming a high status, some fall even more and are unable to get up; they die.

¹⁵⁷baap bachchon ko baar-baar samjhaate hain yeh badi oonch manzil hai, vishwa ka maalik banna hai।

¹⁶³The Father repeatedly explains to you children that this is a very high destination. ¹⁶⁴You have to become the masters of the world.

¹⁵⁸bade aadmi ke bachche badi royalty se chalte hain।

¹⁶⁵Children of eminent people behave with great royalty.

¹⁵⁹kahaan baap ki ijjat na jaaye।

¹⁶⁶They are concerned not to lose their father’s honour.

¹⁶⁰kahenge tumhaara baap kitna achha hai, tum kitne kapoot ho। ¹⁶¹tum apne baap ki ijjat ganva rahe ho!

¹⁶⁷Of some it would be said, “Your father is so good whereas you are so unworthy that you are losing your father’s honour.”

¹⁶²yahaan to har ek apni ijjat ganvaate hain।

¹⁶⁸Here, each one loses his own honour for himself.

¹⁶³bahut sazaayen khaani padti hain।

¹⁶⁹A lot of punishment is experienced.

¹⁶⁴baba warning dete hain, bade khabardaar ho chalo।

¹⁷⁰Baba warns you: Be very cautious as you move along.

¹⁶⁵jel birds na bano।

¹⁷¹Don’t become jailbirds.

¹⁶⁶jel birds bhi yahaan hote hain, satayug mein to koi bhi jel nahin hota।

¹⁷²Jailbirds exist here. ¹⁷³In the golden, age there are no jails.

¹⁶⁷phir bhi padhkar oonch pad paana chaahiye।

¹⁷⁴Nevertheless, you now have to study and claim a high status.

¹⁶⁸gaphlat nahin karo।

¹⁷⁵Don’t be careless and make mistakes.

¹⁶⁹kisko bhi du:kh mat do।

¹⁷⁶Don’t cause sorrow for anyone.

¹⁷⁰yaad ki yaatra par raho।

¹⁷¹yaad hi kaam mein aayegi।

¹⁷⁸It is remembrance that is useful.

¹⁷²pradarshani mein bhi mukhya baat yahi bataao। ¹⁷³baap ki yaad se hi paavan banenge।

¹⁷⁹The main thing to explain at exhibitions is: Only by having remembrance of the Father will you become pure.

¹⁷⁴paavan banne to sab chaahte hain।

¹⁸⁰Everyone wants to become pure.

¹⁸⁴People mention the name of Brahma, but even Brahma cannot be the Bestower of Salvation.

¹⁸⁰jo devi-devta dharma ka nimitta hai।

¹⁸¹bhal devi-devta dharma ki sthaapna to shivbaaba karte hain phir bhi naam to hai na - brahma-vishnu-shankar. . . .।

¹⁹¹How can the founder of a religion be called the Bestower of Salvation? ¹⁹²These are very deep matters and have to be understood.

¹⁸⁷anya dharma sthaapak to sirf dharma sthaapan karte hain, jiske pichhaadi sab aa jaate hain, woh koi sabko vaapis nahin le ja sakte।

¹⁹³The founders of the other religions simply establish their religions. ¹⁹⁴Their followers then follow them down. ¹⁹⁵They cannot take everyone back home.

¹⁸⁸unko to punarjanma mein aana hi hai, sabke liye yeh samjhaani hai।

¹⁹⁶They have to enter rebirth. ¹⁹⁷This explanation applies to all of them.

¹⁸⁹ek bhi guru sadgati ke liye nahin hai।

¹⁹⁸Not a single guru can grant salvation.

¹⁹⁰baap samjhaate hain guru patit-paavan ek hi hai, vahi sarva ke sadgati daata, liberator hain, bataana chaahiye hamaara guru ek hi hai, jo sadgati dete hain, shantidham, sukhdhaam le jaate hain।

¹⁹⁹The Father explains: There is only the one Guru and Purifier. ²⁰⁰He alone is the Bestower of Salvation and the Liberator for All. ²⁰¹Tell everyone that we only have the one Guru. ²⁰²He is the One who grants salvation to everyone and takes them back home to the land of peace and the land of happiness.

¹⁹¹satayug aadi mein bahut thode hote hain।

²⁰³There are very few people at the beginning of the golden age.

¹⁹²vahaan kiska raajya tha, chitra to dikhaayenge na।

²⁰⁴You would of course show the pictures of whose kingdom it was.

¹⁹³bhaaratvaasi hi maanenge, devtaaon ke pujaari jhat maanenge ki barobar yeh to svarga ke maalik hain। ¹⁹⁴svarga mein inka raajya tha।

²⁰⁵The people of Bharat and those who worship those deities will quickly believe that they (Lakshmi and Narayan) truly were the masters of heaven, and that it used to be their kingdom in heaven.

¹⁹⁶zaroor kahenge niraakaari duniya mein the।

²⁰⁷You would say that they were definitely in the incorporeal world.

¹⁹⁷yeh bhi tum abhi samajhte ho।

²⁰⁸You now understand these things.

¹⁹⁸pahle kuchh bhi pata nahin tha।

²⁰⁹Previously, you didn’t know anything.

¹⁹⁹abhi tumhaari buddhi mein chakra phirta rehta hai।

²¹⁰The cycle now turns around in your intellects.

²⁰⁰barobar 5 hazaar varsha pahle bhaarat mein inka raajya tha, jab gyaan ki praalabdha poori hoti hai to phir bhakti maarga shuru hota hai phir chaahiye puraani duniya se vairaagya।

²¹¹Truly, it used to be their kingdom in Bharat 5000 years ago. ²¹²When the reward of this knowledge comes to an end, the path of devotion begins. ²¹³Then there has to be disinterest in the old world.

²⁰¹bas abhi ham nai duniya mein jaayenge।

²¹⁴That’s it. ²¹⁵We will now go to the new world.

²⁰²puraani duniya se dil uth jaata hai।

²¹⁶Your hearts are now removed from this old world.

²⁰³vahaan pati bachche aadi sab aise milenge।

²¹⁹You children, who are to become masters of that world, must have very elevated thoughts and royal behaviour.

²⁰⁶bhojan bhi bahut kam, jaasti habach nahin honi chaahiye।

²²⁰Regarding food, you should not eat too little, nor should you have any greed.

²⁰⁷yaad mein rahne vaale ka bhojan bhi bahut sookshm hoga।

²²¹The diet of those who stay in remembrance would be very subtle (light).

²⁰⁸bahuton ki khaane mein bhi buddhi chali jaati hai।

²²²The intellects of many are distracted by food.

²⁰⁹tum bachchon ko to khushi hai vishwa ka maalik banne ki।

²²³You children have the happiness of becoming the masters of that world.

²¹⁰kaha jaata hai khushi jaisi khuraak nahin।

²²⁴It is said: There is no nourishment like the nourishment of happiness.

²¹¹aisi khushi mein sadaiv raho to khaan-paan bhi bahut thoda ho jaae।

²²⁵If you constantly maintain such happiness, your food and drink will become very light.

²¹²bahut khaane se bhaari ho jaate hain phir jhutka aadi khaate hain।

²²⁶When you eat too much, you become very heavy and you then keep dozing off.

²¹³phir kehte baba neend aati hai।

²²⁷Then you say: Baba, I feel very sleepy.

²¹⁴bhojan sadaiv ekras hona chaahiye, aise nahin ki achha bhojan hai to bahut khaana chaahiye!

²²⁸Your diet should be constant. ²²⁹It shouldn’t be that when there is good food you eat more.

²⁴¹To keep yourself as you are and how you are and to reveal yourself in that way to the Father is the greatest way to attain the ascending stage.

²²⁶buddhi par jo anek prakaar ke bojh hain unhein samaapta karne ki yahi sahaj yukti hai।

²⁴²It is the easiest way to finish all the many types of burdens there are on your intellect.

²²⁷honest ban svayan ko baap ke aage spashta karna arthaat purushaartha ka maarga spashta banaana।

²⁴³To be honest and keep yourself clearly in front of the Father means to clear your path of effort.

²²⁸kabhi bhi chaturaai se manmat aur parmat ke plan banaakar baap va nimitta bani hui aatmaon ke aage koi baat rakhte ho - to yeh honesty nahin।

²⁴⁴When you cleverly put any plans in front of the Father or the instrument souls on the basis of the dictates of your own mind or the dictates of others, that is not having honesty.

²²⁹honesty arthaat jaise baap jo hai jaisa hai bachchon ke aage pratyaksha hai, vaise bachche baap ke aage pratyaksha hon।

²⁴⁵To have honesty means that just as the Father reveals Himself to the children as He is and what He is, so you children have to reveal yourselves to the Father in the same way.
