¹Essence: Sweet children, Ravan has made you suffer a lot and so God, the Protector of Devotees, has now come to remove your suffering.

²prashn:- sapoot bachchon ki mukhya do nishaaniyaan sunaao?

²Question: What are the two main signs of worthy children?

³uttar:- sapoot bachche sada maat-pita ko follow kar takhtansheen banenge।

³Answer: 1) Worthy children constantly follow the mother and father and claim their throne.

⁴khoob purushaartha mein lage rahenge।

⁴They remain engaged in making a lot of effort.

⁵2- unki baap se dil bahut sachchi hogi।

⁵2) They are very honest with the Father.

⁶sachchi dil vaale sada shreemat par chalenge।

⁶Those who have honest hearts constantly follow shrimat.

⁷agar andar mein sachchaai nahin to yaad mein rah nahin sakte।

⁷If you don’t have internal honesty, you cannot stay in remembrance.

¹²tum bhagwan ke bachche bane ho।

¹²You have become the children of God.

¹³bhagwan rakshak hai, bhakton ka।

¹³God is the Protector of Devotees.

¹⁴tum bhi rakshak ho bhakton ke। ¹⁵bhakton ki raksha karte ho।

¹⁴You too are protectors of the devotees; you protect devotees.

¹⁶kaunsi aaphat hai jo bhagat raksha karne ke liye bhagwan ko bulaate hain?

¹⁵What calamities do devotees experience that make them call out to God to come and protect them?

¹⁷bhakton ko raavan ka bahut duhkh hai।

¹⁶Devotees receive a lot of sorrow from Ravan.

¹⁸raavan sampradaay peedit hai - duhkhon se।

¹⁷The community of Ravan is suffering so much from all their sorrow.

¹⁹to bholaanaath ko yaad karte hain।

¹⁸They therefore remember the Innocent Lord.

²⁰woh hai raavan sampadraay, yeh hai raam sampradaay।

¹⁹That is the community of Ravan, whereas this is the community of Rama.

²¹bhakton ko yeh pata hi nahin hai ki hamaara rakshak kaun hai?

²⁰Devotees don’t know who their Protector is.

²²bhal gaate hain, bholaanaath rakshak hai। ²³parantu kya raksha karte hain, yeh nahin jaante।

²¹Although they sing that the Innocent Lord is the Protector, they don’t know how He protects them.

²⁴tum bachche ab samajhte ho ki bholaanaath shivbaaba hi bigdi ko banaane vaala hai।

²²You children now understand that Shiv Baba, the Innocent Lord, reforms that which has been spoilt.

²⁵duniya ko to pata nahin hai ki bhagwan kisko kaha jaata hai।

²³The world doesn’t know who God is.

²⁶bhagwan ka pata ho to phir bhagwan ki rachna ke aadi-madhya-ant ka bhi pata ho।

²⁴If they knew God, they would also know the beginning, the middle and the end of His creation.

²⁷na bhagwan ko jaante, na rachna ka pata hai isliye aise manushya sampradaay ko blind bhi kaha jaata hai।

²⁵They neither know God nor anything about His creation. ²⁶Therefore, such a human community would be called blind.

²⁸doosre taraph tum ho, jinko divya drishti mili hai।

²⁷On the other hand, there are all of you who have received divine vision.

²⁹ab tumhaara naam hi hai brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan।

²⁸Your name is Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

³⁰board par bhi naam laga hua hai - brahmaakumaari eeshvareey vishwa vidyaalay।

²⁹The name written on the board is: Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University.

³¹sirf brahmaakumaariyaan ho nahin sakti।

³⁰It cannot just be Brahma Kumaris.

³²prajaapita brahma hai na।

³¹The Father of People is Brahma.

³³pita ke paas bachche aur bachchiyaan donon hote hain।

³²A father has both sons and daughters.

³⁴prajaapita brahma ko hi itne dher bachche ho sakte hain।

³³Only Prajapita Brahma can have so many children.

³⁵to samajhna chaahiye yeh behad ka pita hai।

³⁴So, you should understand that he is an unlimited father.

³⁶yeh bhi jaante hain brahma-vishnu-shankar ko rachne vaala baap hi hai, jisko niraakaar kaha jaata hai।

³⁵You also know that it is only the Father who creates Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar and that He is called the incorporeal One.

³⁷yeh ho gaya behad ka baap।

³⁶He is the unlimited Father.

³⁹You have now become the children of Prajapita Brahma.

⁴²parampita paramatma brahma dvaara rachna rachte hain to tumko brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan kaha jaata hai।

⁴¹The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, creates the creation through Prajapita Brahma. ⁴²Therefore, you are called Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

⁴³itne behad ke bachche hain zaroor behad ka varsa lete honge।

⁴³There are so many unlimited children and they must therefore definitely be claiming the unlimited inheritance.

⁴⁴bachche jaante hain, ham brahmaakumaar-kumaariyon ko shivbaaba ne adopt kiya hai।

⁴⁴You children know that Shiv Baba has adopted you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

⁴⁵shivbaaba kehte hain - tum hamaare bachche ho।

⁴⁵Shiv Baba says: You are My children.

⁴⁶tum aatmaayen bhi niraakaar thi।

⁴⁶You souls were also incorporeal.

⁴⁷parantu gyaan to saakaar mein chaahiye।

⁴⁷However, knowledge is required in the corporeal form.

⁴⁸tum jaante ho ham aadi sanaatan devi devta dharma ke the, brahma dvaara rachna yahaan hoti hai।

⁴⁸You know that you belonged to the original, eternal deity religion. ⁴⁹Creation takes place here through Brahma.

⁴⁹shiv jayanti bhi yahaan manaai jaati hai।

⁵⁰The birthday of Shiva is also celebrated here.

⁵⁰yahaan magadh desh mein hi janma liya hai।

⁵¹He took birth in this impure land.

⁵¹baap kehte hain yeh desh bahut pavitra svarga tha।

⁵²The Father says: This country (Bharat) was pure heaven.

⁵²abhi inko narka, magadh desh kaha jaata hai।

⁵³It is now called hell, an impure dirty land.

⁵³phir svarga banna hai।

⁵⁴It has to become heaven again.

⁵⁴tum bachchon ki buddhi mein hai shivbaaba hamko phir se raajayog sikhaae pavitra banaate hain।

⁵⁵It is in the intellects of you children that Shiv Baba is once again teaching you Raja Yoga and making you pure.

⁵⁵gaate bhi hain patit-paavan bhakton ke rakshak bhagwan।

⁵⁶They sing that the Purifier is God, the Protector of Devotees.

⁵⁶bhakta hi pukaarte hain।

⁵⁷Only devotees call out.

⁵⁷patit hote hue bhi apne ko patit nahin samajhte hain।

⁵⁸Although they are impure, they don’t consider themselves to be impure.

⁵⁸baap samjhaate hain - tum sabhi patit ho।

⁵⁹The Father explains that all of you are impure.

⁵⁹paavan duniya satayug ko, patit duniya kaliyug ko kaha jaata hai।

⁶⁰The golden age is called a pure world and the iron age is called an impure world.

⁶⁰baap tumhein sab right bataate hain।

⁶¹Everything the Father tells you is right.

⁶¹laakhon varsha ki to koi cheez hoti nahin।

⁶²There cannot be anything that is hundreds of thousands of years old.

⁶²manushya ghor andhiyaare mein hain, samajhte hain - kaliyug to abhi chhota bachcha hai।

⁶³People are in extreme darkness. ⁶⁴They think that the iron age is still in its infancy.

⁶³aur tum jaante ho maut saamne khada hai।

⁶⁵You know that death is just ahead.

⁶⁴andhiyaare aur roshni ka varnan sangam par hi kiya jaata hai।

⁶⁶It is only at the confluence age that you speak about darkness and light.

⁶⁵ab tum ghor prakaash mein aaye ho।

⁶⁷You have now come into total light.

⁶⁶satayug mein tum yeh varnan nahin kar sakenge। ⁶⁷vahaan yeh knowledge hi nahin rehti।

⁶⁸You will not be able to speak about these things in the golden age; this knowledge won’t remain there.

⁶⁸is samay baap baith bachchon ko samjhaate hain, tum satayug mein sooryavanshi gharaane ke the phir ant mein aakar shoodravanshi gharaane ke bane ho।

⁶⁹The Father sits here at this time and explains to you that, in the golden age, you belonged to the sun-dynasty clan and that, at the end, you became part of the shudra-dynasty clan.

⁶⁹ab phir brahman vanshi bane ho।

⁷⁰You have now once again become part of the Brahmin clan.

⁷⁰abhi tum ho sarvottam brahman kul ke, tum ho oonch te oonch।

⁷¹You belong to the most elevated Brahmin clan; you are the highest of all.

⁷¹yeh eeshvareey kul hai na।

⁷²This is the Godly clan.

⁷²baap ke paas aate hain to baba poochhte hain - kiske paas aaye ho?

⁷³When you come to the Father, He asks you: Whom have you come to?

⁷³to kehte hain baap ke paas।

⁷⁴You reply: To the Father.

⁷⁴baap do hain - ek hai laukik, doosra paarlaukik।

⁷⁵There are two fathers: a worldly one and the One from beyond this world.

⁷⁵sabhi saaligraamon ka baap ek hi shiv hai।

⁷⁶The Father of all the saligrams is Shiva alone.

⁷⁶tumhaari buddhi mein yeh tapakta hai।

⁷⁷This knowledge continues to trickle into your intellects.

⁷⁷ham ek baap ke bachche hain, jisse varsa lete hain।

⁷⁸We are the children of the one Father from whom we claim our inheritance.

⁷⁸niraakaar varsa to saakaar dvaara hi denge na।

⁷⁹The incorporeal One gives the inheritance through the corporeal one.

⁷⁹baap khud kehte hain - main saadhaaran tan mein aakar pravesh karta hoon।

⁸⁰The Father Himself says: I come and enter an ordinary body.

⁸⁰ab baap bachchon ko kehte hain bachche, dehi-abhimaani bhav।

⁸¹The Father now says: Children, may you be soul conscious!

⁸¹apne ko aatma samjho।

⁸²Consider yourselves to be souls.

⁸²yeh deh vinaashi hai, aatma avinaashi hai।

⁸³This body is perishable, whereas the soul is imperishable.

⁸³aatma ko hi 84 janma lene padte hain, na ki deh ko।

⁸⁴It is the soul not the body that has to take 84 births.

⁸⁴deh to badalti rehti hai, phir doosre mitra-sambandhi milte hain।

⁸⁵The body is continually changed and it also has different friends and relatives.

⁸⁵abhi aatma ko behad ke baap se varsa lena hai - parampita paramatma dvaara।

⁸⁶Souls now have to receive their inheritance from the unlimited Father, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁸⁶tum hi sunkar phir dhaaran karte ho।

⁸⁷You listen to this and then imbibe it.

⁸⁷sanskaar tumhaari aatma mein hain।

⁸⁸The sanskars are in you souls.

⁸⁸aatma mein hi sanskaar rehte hain।

⁸⁹Sanskars are always in souls.

⁸⁹aise nahin ki shareer ke sanskaar kahenge।

⁹⁰You wouldn’t say that they are the sanskars of bodies.

⁹⁰nahin, tumhaari aatma ke sanskaar tamopradhaan hain।

⁹¹No, they are the sanskars of you, the souls, which are tamopradhan.

⁹¹unko ab change karna hai।

⁹²You now have to change them.

⁹²kaaya kalpatru kaha jaata hai।

⁹³It is said: The body is eternal.

⁹³kaaya kalpa vriksha samaan banti hai।

⁹⁴The body becomes as eternal as the kalpa tree.

⁹⁴aayu bhi badi rehti hai।

⁹⁵That means, it has a long lifespan.

⁹⁵tum jaante ho - yahaan to aayu bahut chhoti rehti hai।

⁹⁶You know that the lifespan here is very short.

⁹⁶chhoti aayu mein hi baithe-baithe akaale mrityu ho jaati hai।

⁹⁷When they are just sitting somewhere, some have untimely death at a young age.

⁹⁷abhi tum kaal par vijay paate ho।

⁹⁸You are now conquering death.

⁹⁸vahaan kaal kabhi khaata nahin।

⁹⁹Death never comes to you there.

⁹⁹akaale kab shareer nahin chhootta।

¹⁰⁰No one leaves his body in an untimely way there.

¹⁰⁰tum jaante ho - ab yeh shareer boodha hua hai, inko chhodkar naya lena hai।

¹⁰¹You know that this body has now become old. ¹⁰²You have to renounce it and take a new one.

¹⁰¹shareer chhodne samay bhi baaje bajte hain, janma lene samay bhi bajte hain।

¹⁰³There, harmoniums play at the time of leaving the body as well as at the time of taking birth.

¹⁰²vahaan rone ki baat hi nahin hoti।

¹⁰⁴There is no question of crying there.

¹⁰³tumko bhramri ka misaal bhi samjhaaya hai।

¹⁰⁵The example of the buzzing moth has been explained to you.

¹⁰⁴tum ho brahman-braahmaniyaan।

¹⁰⁶You are Brahmins.

¹⁰⁵braahmani aur bhramri raashi milti hai।

¹⁰⁷The words “Brahmins” and “brahmaris” (buzzing moths) sound similar.

¹⁰⁶jo kaam bhramri karti hai, vahi tum bhi karte ho।

¹⁰⁸You also do the same work that the buzzing moths do.

¹⁰⁷wonder hai na।

¹⁰⁹It is a wonder.

¹⁰⁸bhramri ka drishtaanta, kachhuon ka, sarpa ka yeh sab shaastron mein hain।

¹¹⁰These examples of the buzzing moth, the tortoise and the snake are all mentioned in the scriptures.

¹⁰⁹sannyaasi aadi bhi yeh misaal dete hain।

¹¹¹Sannyasis also give these examples.

¹¹⁰abhi tum bachche baap dvaara yeh sab samajh rahe ho।

¹¹²You children are now being given all of this understanding by the Father.

¹¹¹woh to hua bhakti maarga। ¹¹²past ka gaayan karna, iska phir baad mein gaayan hoga।

¹¹³That is the path of devotion, where they remember the past. ¹¹⁴Everything that happens here is remembered later on.

¹¹³is samay hi baap is tan mein aate hain, inko (brahma ko) bhagwan nahin kaha jaata hai।

¹¹⁵It is only at this time that the Father enters this body. ¹¹⁶This one (Brahma) is not called God.

¹¹⁴woh to phir andhashraddha ho jaati hai।

¹¹⁷That would be blind faith.

¹¹⁵aise bhi manushya hain jo raam ko, krishna ko bhagwan samajhte hain।

¹¹⁸There are people who call Rama and Krishna God.

¹¹⁶krishna ke liye, raam ke liye bhi kah dete woh to sarvavyaapi hai।

¹¹⁹They even say that Rama and Krishna are omnipresent.

¹¹⁷koi krishnapanthi, koi raadhe panthi hote hain।

¹²⁰Some belong to the path of Radhe and others belong to the path of Krishna.

¹¹⁸raadhe panthi vaale kahenge, sarvatra raadhe hi raadhe hain।

¹²¹Those who believe in Radhe say that they only see Radhe wherever they look.

¹¹⁹krishna panthi kahenge, jidhar dekho krishna hi krishna hai।

¹²²Those who believe in Krishna say that they only see Krishna wherever they look.

¹²⁰raam panthi raam hi raam kahenge।

¹²³Those who believe in Rama only see Rama everywhere.

¹²¹samajhte hain raam, krishna se bada hai kyonki raam ko treta mein aur krishna ko dvaapar mein le gaye hain।

¹²⁴They think that Rama is higher than Krishna because Rama has been portrayed in the silver age, whereas Krishna has been portrayed in the copper age.

¹²²kitna agyaan hai।

¹²⁵There is so much ignorance!

¹²³ab baap tum bachchon ko samjha rahe hain, kitne dher brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan hain, zaroor behad ka baap hoga।

¹²⁶The Father is now explaining to you children. ¹²⁷There are so many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris and so there must definitely be an unlimited father.

¹²⁴tum koi se bhi poochh sakte ho, kabhi naam suna hai prajaapita brahma ka?

¹²⁸You can ask anyone if he has ever heard of the name Prajapita Brahma.

¹²⁵baap ne svarga ki nai rachna rachi hai।

¹²⁹The Father created that new creation of heaven.

¹²⁶gaaya bhi jaata hai brahma dvaara brahman।

¹³⁰It is remembered that Brahmins are created through Brahma.

¹²⁷jab tak tum sab brahman brahma ki mukh vanshaavli nahin bane ho tab tak daade se varsa le nahin sakte।

¹³¹You cannot claim the Grandfather’s inheritance until you become Brahmins, the mouth-born creation of Brahma.

¹²⁸behad ke bachche behad ka varsa baap se hi lete hain।

¹³²You unlimited children claim the unlimited inheritance from the Father alone.

¹³³You truly did receive it.

¹³⁰barobar svargavaasi the।

¹³⁴You truly were the residents of heaven.

¹³¹abhi narkavaasi ban gaye hain, ab phir prajaapita brahma dvaara parampita paramatma vishnupuri svarga rach rahe hain।

¹³⁵You have now become the residents of hell. ¹³⁶The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is now creating the land of Vishnu, heaven, through Prajapita Brahma.

¹³²kitna sahaj hai।

¹³⁷This is so easy.

¹³³shivbaaba poochhte hain - aage tumko yeh gyaan tha?

¹³⁸Shiv Baba asks: Did you have this knowledge earlier?

¹³⁴inki aatma hi kehti hai - mere mein yeh gyaan nahin tha।

¹³⁹This soul (Brahma) says: I did not have this knowledge in me.

¹³⁵main bhi vishnu ka pujaari tha, jo ham poojya the so ab pujaari aakar banen।

¹⁴⁰I too was a worshipper of Vishnu. ¹⁴¹We, who were worthy of worship, have now become worshippers.

¹³⁶ab phir baba aakar pujaari se poojya devta bana rahe hain।

¹⁴²Baba has now come and is once again making us worshippers into worthy-of-worship deities.

¹³⁷tum bachchon ko andar mein khushi rahni chaahiye।

¹⁴³You children should have this happiness inside you.

¹³⁸parampita paramatma ne aakar hamko adopt kiya hai।

¹⁴⁴The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, has come and adopted you.

¹³⁹manushya, manushya ko adopt karte hain na।

¹⁴⁵Human beings adopt human beings.

¹⁴⁰bahut manushya hote hain, jinko apne bachche nahin hote hain to adopt karte hain।

¹⁴⁶There are many people who adopt children when they don’t have children of their own.

¹⁴¹ab baap jaante hain - mere bachche sab raavan ke ban gaye hain, isliye mujhe aakar phir se adopt karna pade।

¹⁴⁷The Father knows that all of His children now belong to Ravan and that this is why He has to come once again and adopt you.

¹⁴²brahma dvaara apne bachchon ko adopt karte hain।

¹⁴⁸He adopts His children through Brahma.

¹⁴³yeh adoption kitni wonderful hai।

¹⁴⁹This adoption is so wonderful.

¹⁴⁴tum hi jaante ho shivbaaba ne hamko brahma dvaara adopt kiya hai।

¹⁵⁰Only you know that Shiv Baba has adopted you through Brahma.

¹⁴⁵shiv-baba kehte hain - mainne tum bachchon ko adopt kiya hai, tumko behad sukh ka varsa dene।

¹⁵¹Shiv Baba says: I have adopted you children in order to give you your inheritance of unlimited happiness.

¹⁴⁶yeh brahma to de nahin sakte।

¹⁵²This Brahma cannot give it to you.

¹⁴⁷yeh bhi manushya hai na prajaapita brahma।

¹⁵³Prajapita Brahma is also a human being.

¹⁴⁸manushya yeh gyaan nahin dete hain।

¹⁵⁴Human beings cannot give this knowledge.

¹⁴⁹gyaan ka saagar niraakaar parampita paramatma hi baith yeh gyaan dete hain।

¹⁵⁵Only the Ocean of Knowledge, the incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, sits here and gives this knowledge.

¹⁵⁰brahma ko athva vishnu ko gyaan saagar nahin kaha jaata।

¹⁵⁶Neither Brahma nor Vishnu can be called the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁵¹in teenon ki mahima alag hai।

¹⁵⁷The praise of each of the three is different.

¹⁵²gyaan saagar, patit-paavan ek baap hai।

¹⁵⁸Only the one Father is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Purifier.

¹⁵³saari duniya ke manushya maatra unko bulaate hain।

¹⁵⁹People all around the world call out to Him.

¹⁵⁴angreji mein bhi kehte hain - woh liberator hai।

¹⁶⁰In English, they say that He is the Liberator.

¹⁵⁵jisse duhkh milta hai, usse liberate kiya jaata hai।

¹⁶¹You have to be liberated from someone who causes you sorrow.

¹⁵⁶baap bhi yahaan aakar raavan se liberate karte hain।

¹⁶²The Father comes here and liberates you from Ravan.

¹⁵⁷raavanraajya bhi yahaan hua hai।

¹⁶³The kingdom of Ravan is also here.

¹⁵⁸yahaan hi raavan ko jalaate hain।

¹⁶⁴It is here that they burn Ravan.

¹⁵⁹jalaakar phir kehte hain, sone ki lanka lootne jaate hain।

¹⁶⁵They burn him and then go and loot the golden Lanka.

¹⁶⁰unko to kuchh pata nahin hai। ¹⁶¹raavan kya cheez hai, kab ka yeh dushman hai।

¹⁶⁶They don’t know anything about who Ravan is or when he became your enemy.

¹⁶²samajhte hain raam ki seeta churaai gai।

¹⁶⁷They believe that Rama’s Sita was abducted.

¹⁶³yeh nahin samajhte ki ham sab seetaayen hain। ¹⁶⁴ham raavan ki jel mein phansi hui hain।

¹⁶⁸They don’t understand that all of us are Sitas, that we are trapped in Ravan’s jail.

¹⁶⁵yeh gyaan kismen bhi nahin hai, kathaayen baith sunaate hain।

¹⁶⁹Many sit and relate religious stories, but no one has this knowledge.

¹⁶⁶shivbaaba kehte hain - main doordesh ka rahne vaala aaya hoon is desh paraaye।

¹⁷⁰Shiv Baba says: I, the Resident of the faraway land, have come here into this foreign land.

¹⁶⁷yeh patit duniya puraani hai na, yeh hai raavan ki duniya।

¹⁷¹This impure world is old; it is the world of Ravan.

¹⁶⁸bulaate bhi hain he baba aao ham patit ban gaye hain।

¹⁷²People call out: “O Baba, come; we have become impure.”

¹⁶⁹baap kehte hain hamko paavan banaane is patit duniya mein aana padta hai।

¹⁷³The Father says: I have to come into this impure world to purify you.

¹⁷⁰aur mujhe aana bhi us tan mein hai jo pahle number mein paavan tha, jo sundar tha vahi ab shyaam bana hai।

¹⁷⁴I have to enter the body of the one who had the number one pure body. ¹⁷⁵The one who was beautiful has now become ugly.

²⁰⁶Grandchildren have a right to their grandfather’s wealth.

¹⁹⁹baap ki kamaai ke bachche bhaageedaar bante hain to hakdaar hain।

²⁰⁷Children inherit their father’s income and so they have a right to it.

²⁰⁰yahaan tumko shivbaaba se varsa milta hai।

²⁰⁸Here, you are receiving the inheritance from Shiv Baba.

²⁰¹gyaan ratna baap se hi milte hain।

²⁰⁹Only from the Father do you receive the jewels of this knowledge.

²⁰²tum jaante ho - ham brahman hi so phir devi-devta banenge।

²¹⁰You Brahmins know that you will become deities.

²⁰³jagat amba kaun hai?

²¹¹Who is Jagadamba, the world mother?

²⁰⁴baap samjhaate hain - yeh braahmani thi, gyaan-gyaaneshvari thi phir raaj-raajeshvari banti hai।

²²⁶Just as you have become constant yogis, similarly, become constantly victorious and you will then become true servers. ²²⁷This is because when victorious souls experience victory in every thought and at every step, many souls are automatically served when they see their transformation.

²¹⁸unke nain roohaaniyat ka anubhav karaate hain, chalan baap ke charitron ka saakshaatkaar karaati hai, mastak se mastakamni ka saakshaatkaar hota hai।

²²⁸Their eyes give the experience of spirituality, their behaviour gives a vision of the Father’s activities and the jewel on their foreheads shows a jewel of contentment.
