This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.
How is Hinglish generated?
The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.
Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

024-06-26 praatahmurli om shanti ''maateshvari'' madhuban
024/06/26 Madhuban Mateshwari Om Shanti Original 1965
1“is karmakshetra par karma anaadi cheez hai, tumhein karma chhodna nahin hai lekin karmayogi banna hai'' 2(jagdamba maa ke smriti divas par sunaane ke liye, unke dvaara uchchaare hue madhur mahaavaakya)
1(Sweet elevated versions spoken by Maa Jagadamba to be read on the Day of Remembrance – 24 June 2026) 2On this field of action, karma is something eternal. 3You mustn’t renounce karma, but you have to become karma yogis.
3yeh srishti karma ka khet hai, jahaan harek manushya aatma apna-apna part play kar rahi hai, ismen paramatma ka bhi part hai lekin woh aatmaon ke sadrishya janma-maran mein nahin aate hain।
4This world is a field of action, where each human soul is playing his own part. 5The Supreme Soul also has a part in this, but He doesn’t come into the cycle of birth and death as souls do.
4aatmaon ke sadrishya unke karma ka khaata ulta nahin banta hai।
6Like souls, His account of actions does not become spoilt.
5woh kehte hain main to sirf tum aatmaon ko liberate karne aata hoon iseeliye mujhe liberator, bandhan se chhudaane vaala gati sadgati daata kehte hain।
7He says: I simply come to liberate you souls and this is why I am called the Liberator, the One who liberates you from bondage and grants you liberation and salvation.
6aatma par maaya ka jo bandhan chadha hai, use utaarkar pure banaate hain aur kehte hain ki mera kaam hai aatmaon ko sarva bandhanon se chhuda karke vaapas le jaana, to srishti ke jo anaadi niyam aur kaayde hain unhein bhi samajhna hai, phir is manushya srishti ki vriddhi kis tarah se hoti hai, phir woh time bhi aata hai jab yeh kam hoti hai।
8He removes the bondage of Maya that the soul is tied in and makes him pure. 9He says: My duty is to liberate souls from all their bondages and take them back home. 10You also have to understand the eternal laws and disciplines of the world - how this human world grows (increases) and then there is also the time when it decreases.
7aise nahin ki badhti hai to badhti hi jaati hai, nahin।
11It isn’t that because it grows, it just continues to grow; no.
8kam bhi hoti hai।
12It also decreases.
9to srishti mein har cheez ka niyam hai।
13Everything in this world is governed by a law.
10apne shareer ka bhi niyam hai, pahle baal, phir kishor, phir yuva, phir vriddha।
14There is a law when it comes to your body too, first it is an infant, then it becomes a child, then youth and then old age.
11to vriddha bhi jaldi nahin, vriddha hote-hote jadajdeebhoot ho jaate hain, to har baat ka badhna aur uska ant hona, yeh bhi niyam hai।
15It doesn’t get old quickly; while getting old, the body becomes decayed. 16So, everything grows and then it comes to its end – this is a law.
12isi tarah se srishti ki generations ka bhi niyam hai।
17In this way, there is a law of the generations of the world.
13ek jeevan ki bhi stages hain to phir janmon ki bhi stages hain, phir generations bhi jo chali uski bhi stages hain, isi tarah sabhi dharmon ki bhi stages hain।
18There are stages of your life and also stages of your births, then there are also stages of the generations that have continued. 19In this way, all the dharmas have stages.
14pahla jo dharma hai woh sabse taakat vaala hai, peechhe aahiste-aahiste jo aate hain, unki taakat kam hoti jaati hai।
20The first dharma is the most powerful, and then those who come gradually, have less power.
15to dharmon ka bantana, dharmon ka chalna, harek baat niymon se chalti hai, in sab baaton ko bhi samajhna hai।
21Dharma to be divided, dharma to continue – everything continues according to the law. 22All of these things have to be understood.
16isi hisaab se baap bhi kehte hain mera bhi ismen part hai।
23In this way, the Father too says: I too have a part in this.
17main bhi ek soul hoon, main god koi doosri cheez nahin hoon।
24I too am a soul. 25I, God, am not anything else.
18main bhi soul hi hoon parantu mera kaam bahut bada aur ooncha hai isliye mujhe god kehte hain।
26I too am a soul, but My duty is very great and the highest and this is why I am called God.
19jaisi tum aatma ho main bhi vaisa hi hoon।
27Just as you are a soul, I am also the same.
20jaise aapka bachcha hai vo bhi to manushya hai, aap bhi to manushya ho, usmein to koi pharka nahin hai na।
28Just as you are a human being, your child is also a human being. 29There isn’t any difference in this, is there?
21to main bhi aatma hi hoon, aatma, aatma mein koi pharka nahin hai lekin kartavya mein bahut bhaari pharka hai iseeliye kehte hain mera jo kartavya hai woh sabse bhinna hai।
30So, I too am a soul. 31There is no difference between souls, but there is a huge difference in our duties. 32This is why it is said that My duty is different from that of everyone else.
22main koi had ke ek dharma ka sthaapak nahin hoon, main to duniya ka creator hoon, vo ho gaye dharma ke creator।
33I am not a Founder of one limited dharma. 34I am the Creator of the world, whereas the others are creators of their dharma.
23jaise vo aatmaayen apna kaam apne samay par karti hain, vaise main bhi apne samay par aata hoon।
35Just as those souls do their work in their own time, in the same way, I come at My own time.
24mera kartavya vishaal hai, mera kartavya mahaan hai aur sabse niraala hai isliye kehte hain tere kaam niraale।
36My duty is unlimited and broad, My duty is great and unique. 37This is why it is said: Your work is unique.
25unko sarvashaktivaan bhi kehte hain, sabse shaktishaali kaam hai aatmaon ko maaya ke bandhanon se chhudaana aur nai duniya ka sapling lagaana isliye unko angreji mein kehte hain heavenly god father।
38He is also called the Almighty Authority. 39The most powerful work is to liberate all souls from the bondages of Maya and to plant a sapling of the new world. 40This is why, in English, He is called Heavenly God-Father.
26jaise Christ ko kahenge Christianity ka father, unko heavenly god father nahin kahenge।
41Christ is called the Father of Christianity. 42He cannot be called Heavenly God-Father.
27heaven ka sthaapak paramatma hai।
43God, the Supreme Soul, is the one who establishes heaven.
28to heaven world ho gai na, heaven koi ek dharma nahin hai।
44So, heaven is a world, is it not? 45Heaven is not a dharma.
29to woh world ka sthaapak ho gaya aur us world mein ek dharma, ek raajya hoga, tatva aadi sab change ho jaayenge isliye unko kehte hain heavenly god father।
46So, He is the One who establishes the world, and in that world, there is one dharma and one kingdom. 47All the elements will have changed and this is why He is called Heavenly God-Father.
30doosra, god is truth kehte hain, to truth kya cheez hai, kismen truth?
48Secondly, it is said: God is the Truth. 49So, what is the Truth? 50In what is there the truth?
31yeh bhi samajhne ki baat hai।
51This is also something to be understood.
32kai samajhte hain ki jo sach bolta hai vahi god hai।
52Some think that those who speak the truth are God.
33god koi aur cheez nahin hai, bas sach bolna chaahiye।
53God is not anything else, but one should just speak the truth.
34parantu nahin, god is truth ka matlab hi hai ki god ne hi aa karke sabhi baaton ki sachchaai bataai hai, god is truth maana god hi truth batlaata hai, usmein hi sachchaai hai, tab to unko knowledgeful kehte hain।
54But, no. 55The meaning of “God is the Truth” is that God came and told us the truth about everything. 56“God is the truth” means God tells us the truth. 57Only He has the truth, and this is why He is called Knowledge-full.
35ocean oph knowledge, ocean oph bliss, god knows, (eeshvar jaanta hai)… to zaroor vishesh kuchh jaanne ki baat hai na!
58The Ocean of Knowledge, The Ocean of Bliss, God knows. 59So, definitely, there is something that He knows.
36to woh kaunsi jaankaari hai?
60So what is that information that He knows?
37yeh nahin ki isne chori ki, god knows।
61Not that “This one stole something”, God knows.
38bhale woh jaanta sabkuchh hai parantu uski mahima jo hai na, woh isi par hai ki hamaari duniya jo neeche giri hai woh oonchi kaise chadhe, is chakra ki baaton ko woh jaanta hai isliye kehte hain god knows।
62Although He knows everything, His praise is based on how our world, which has fallen, can be uplifted again. 63He knows everything about this cycle, and this is why it is said God knows.
39to paramatma ki mahima us tareeke se aati hai jo manushya se bhinna hai kyonki unka jaanna sabse bhinna hai।
64So, this is how God is praised and it is different from that of human beings, because His knowing is completely different.
40manushya ka jaanna had hai, kehte bhi hain manushya alpagya hai aur paramatma ke liye kehte hain woh sarvagya hai, jisko angreji mein knowledgeful kehte hain yaani sarva ka gyaata athva jaanne vaala hai।
65The knowing of human beings is limited. 66It is said that what human beings know is short-lived, and for God they say that He is all-knowing. 67In English, it would be said “knowledge-full”, that is, He is the Knower of All, that is, One who knows everything.
41to jo sarvagya hai vahi truth ko jaan sakta hai, yathaartha baaton ki knowledge jiske paas hogi, zaroor woh sabko dega na।
68Only the One who is all-knowing can know the truth. 69Only the One who has accurate knowledge of everything will be able to give it to everyone.
42agar khud jaane, doosron ko na de to usse humein kya phaayda!
70If He Himself has knowledge and does not give it to others, what is the benefit of that to us?
43jaanne do।
71So, let Him know.
44parantu nahin।
72But no.
45uske jaankaari se humein koi phaayda mila hai, tab to ham uski qualifications gaate hain।
73We have received some benefit through His knowing everything, and this is why we sing praise of His qualifications.
46uske peechhe padte hain।
74We chase after Him.
47kabhi kuchh bhi hota hai to kehte hain he bhagwan!
75Whenever something happens, we say, “O God!
48ab tu yeh kar!
76Now, You do this!”
49khair kar, raham kar, mera duhkh door kar, to ham usse maangate hain na।
77Be kind. 78Have compassion. 79Remove my sorrow. 80So, we ask Him for this, do we not?
50usse kuchh sambandh hai na isliye us tareeke se yaad karte hain, jaise usne hamaare par koi ehsaan kiya hai।
81We have some relationship with Him and this is why we remember Him in that way, as though He has done us a favour.
51agar kabhi kiya hi nahin hota to ham kyon uske liye maathaakuti karte।
82If He hadn’t done anything for us, why would we beat our heads for Him?
52jab koi museebat ke samay madad karta hai to dil mein aata hai ki isne badi museebat ke samay mujhe help ki thi।
83When someone helps you at a time of difficulty, you feel in your heart: This one helped me a lot at a time of difficulty.
53samay par meri raksha ki thi, to uske prati dil mein prem rehta hai।
84He protected me at the time of need. 85So, you have love for him in your heart.
54to paramatma ke prati bhi aisa hi prem aata hai ki usne hamaari samay par madad ki hai।
86Similarly, for God too, you also have the same love that He helped you at a time of need.
55parantu aise nahin ki kabhi koi manushya ka achha ho gaya to kahen yeh bhagwan ne kiya... bas bhagwan aisa hi karta hai।
87However, it is not that, when something good has happened to a person, you would say that God has done it, that God works like that.
56lekin uska bada kaam hai, world ka kaam hai, duniya ke sambandh ki baat hai।
88His work is great, His work is for the world. 89It is related to the whole world.
57baaki aise nahin ki kisi ko thoda paisa mil gaya, yeh bhagwan ne kiya, yeh to ham bhi achhe karma karte hain, to us karma ka phal milta hai।
90But it isn’t that when someone has received a little money, that God did that. 91It is our good actions, so we receive the fruit of those good actions.
58achhe bure karmon ka hisaab chalta hai, uska bhi ham paate rehte hain lekin paramatma ne aa karke jo karma sikhaaya uska jo phal hai, woh alag hai।
92There is the account of good and bad actions. 93We continue to receive that, but the fruit of the actions that God has come and taught us is separate.
59alpakaal ka sukh to buddhi ke aadhaar par bhi milta hai।
94Temporary happiness is also received on the basis of your intellect.
60parantu usne jo knowledge di usse ham sada sukh paate hain।
95The knowledge that He has given us gives us happiness all the time.
61to paramatma ka kaam bhinna ho gaya na, isliye kehte hain ki main hi aa karke karma ki jo yathaartha knowledge hai vo sikhaata hoon, jisko kaha hai karmayog shreshtha hai।
96So, God’s work is separate. 97This is why it is said: I come and teach you the real knowledge of actions, which is referred to as: karma yoga is elevated.
62ismen karma ko, ghar grihastha ko chhodne ki baat nahin hai।
98There is no question of renouncing actions or your home in this.
63sirf tum apne karmon ko pavitra kaise banaao, uski knowledge main batlaata hoon।
99I simply give you the knowledge of how you can make your actions pure.
64to karma ko pavitra banaana hai, karma chhodna nahin hai।
100So, you have to purify your actions, you don’t have to renounce them.
65karma to anaadi cheez hai।
101Actions are eternal.
66yeh karmakshetra bhi anaadi hai।
102This field of action is also eternal.
67manushya hai to karma bhi hai, parantu us karma ko tum shreshtha kaise banaao woh aa karke sikhaata hoon jisse phir tumhaare karma ka khaata akarma rehta hai।
103Where there are human beings, there will also be actions, but I come and teach you how you can make those actions elevated, through which your account of actions becomes neutral.
68akarma ka matlab hai koi bura khaata nahin banta hai।
104Neutral action means that you don’t accumulate anything bad.
69baap kehte hain main is chhote se sangamayug mein tumhaare desh, is corporeal duniya mein tumhaare liye hi aaya hoon, to kam se kam jitna time hai utna time to kuchh hamaara khyaal karo।
105The Father says: I have come into this corporeal world, in this short confluence age, just for you. 106So, at the very least, however much time there is, think about Me for the short time you have.
70baba ke bane ho to kam se kam itna time to shuddh raho।
107Now that you belong to Baba, at least remain pure for that time.
71phir to tumhaari aisi praalabdha ban jaayegi jo tumhein us duniya mein mehnat nahin karni padegi।
108Then, you will have created such a reward that you will not have to work hard.
72abhi thodi mehnat ki baat hai, abhi tum kaise bhi karke, mar mit karke bhi pavitra rahne ki pratigya karo।
109Now, there is a little effort to be made. 110However possible, even if you have to die, make a promise to remain pure.
73apni dridhta rakho, apni dhaarnaaon mein rahne ka poora prayatna karo।
111Be determined. 112Make full effort to maintain your dharna.
74baap tumhein saaph-saaph batlaate hain tum sirf itne thode time ke liye yeh mehnat karo।
113The Father tells you very clearly: Simply make effort for this short time.
75main tumhein aur koi mehnat nahin karaata hoon, tumhein jitna milta hai uski bhent mein koi mehnat hi nahin hai।
114I do not make you make effort for anything else. 115In terms of how much you receive, the effort is nothing.
76aise nahin sirf kehte raho ki main yeh karoonga, woh karoonga...., duniya kya kahegi, woh kya kahenge.. are duniya kya kahegi... chhod do ise।
116Do not just keep saying: “I will do this, I will do that. 117What will the world say? 118What will that one say? 119O, what will the world say?” 120Just leave that to one side.
77abhi yeh duniya hi jaane vaali hai।
121Now, this world is going to finish.
78ab to maut saamne khada hai।
122Now, death is just ahead of you.
79tum itna lamba-chauda jo banaakar baithe ho yeh sab wastage kar rahe ho।
123Whatever big and complicated things you have created here, all of that is wastage.
80abhi baap kehte hain us wastage ko bachaao।
124The Father now says: Now save that wastage.
81is shareer nirvaah ke liye jitna chaahiye utna bhale karo, jitna tumhaara creation ke saath hisaab-kitaab hai, utna karo, main kahaan sambhaaloonga।
125Whatever you need for the livelihood of your body, you may do that. 126Whatever account you have with your creation, you have to do that much. 127I am not going to look after that.
82ise tumko hi sambhaalna hai।
128You have to look after them.
83jo zaroori hai woh to tumko free karta hoon, lekin abhi yeh jo extra rach rahe ho uske liye mana karta hoon kyonki abhi woh to girna hi hai kyon apna phaaltu samay ganva rahe ho।
129Whatever is necessary, I free you from that, but the extra that you are creating now, I am telling you not to do that, because now everything is to fall, so why are you wasting your time unnecessarily?
84in phaaltu ke jhanjhaton se hi tum duhkhi hue ho, un jhanjhaton se tum kaise chhooto, vahi to tumhein batlaata hoon।
130You are experiencing sorrow because of all of these useless complications. 131How can you become free from all of those complications?
85phir bhi baith karke anek bahaane lagaana, yeh kahaan ki reeti hai?
132This is what I am telling you! 133But even then, to sit and give many excuses, how can you do this?
86phir baap bhi kehte hain ki dekh lena, abhi agar mujhe seedhi anguli nahin dete ho, haath nahin dete ho, to phir main aise naak pakadke le chaloonga।
134Then, the Father too would say: Just see, if you don’t give me your finger straight, if you don’t give me your hand, then I will catch hold of you by the nose and take you with Me.
87naak pakdega to phir dam ghutega, phir duhkh hoga, sazaayen khaani padengi na!
135If you are caught by the nose, you will suffocate, and then feel sorrow and you will have to experience punishment.
88isliye kehte hain abhi haath mein haath dekar seedha chalne ka time aa gaya hai।
136This is why you are told: The time has now come to give your hand in His hand and to just go with Him straight.
89agar seedhi tarah se nahin chalenge to phir mere haath mein tumhaara naak bhi to aayega, phir dekh lena।
137If you don’t go with Me straight (directly), then your nose will come into My hands, then just see!
90phir us samay kuchh nahin ho sakega, na kuchh kar sakenge isliye baap kehte hain bachche, ab tum mere ho karke, mere paas aa karke, meri baaton ko sun karke, agar phir bhi kuchh nahin kiya to unke liye bahut kadi sazaayen hain, isliye jin bichaaron ko pata nahin uski to baat alag hai।
138Then, at that time, nothing can be done. 139You won’t be able to do anything and this is why the Father says: Children, now belong to Me, come to Me, listen to Me and even then, if you don’t do anything, there is huge punishment for that. 140For those who don’t know anything, it is a different matter.
91baaki jinhon ko pata hai, jo baithke, sunke phir inheen baaton mein gaphlat ki to unki to khair nahin।
141But for those who know, for those who sit here, listen to this thing, and still become careless, nothing can be done for them.
92jaise 10 guna phaayda, vaise 10 guna nuksaan hoga।
142Just as there is tenfold benefit, so there is tenfold loss.
93tab kehte hain apne nuksaan ko, ghaate ko.. achhi tarah se samjho।
143This is why it is said: “Understand your losses very well. 144Open your intellects very well.”
94achhi tarah se kuchh to apni buddhi kholo। 95abhi baap se buddhiyog lagaayenge to taakat milegi।
145If you connect the yoga of your intellect with the Father, you will receive power.
96to in sabhi baaton ko samjho, bhoolo mat।
146So, understand all of these things. 147Do not forget.
97abhi yeh jo samay chal raha hai, ise pahchaano, jara aankhe kholo, buddhi kholo aur samay ka poora phaayda lo।
148Recognise the time that is now passing by. 149Open your eyes, open your intellect and take full benefit of this time.
98apni poori takdeer jagaao।
150Awaken your fortune fully.
99kehte bhi hain jaisa sang vaisa rang hota hai, isliye jismen abhi yeh dhaarna poori nahin hogi to maaya ke sang ka rang lag jaayega, tab to kehte hain hear no evil, si no evil, talk no evil... kai aise evils hain jo yahaan bhi kaeeyon ko chhodte nahin hain, phir ek do ke sangadosh mein aa jaate hain।
151It is said: “As is the company, so is the colour you are coloured by.” 152Therefore, when someone doesn’t have complete dharna, then you will be coloured by the colour of Maya’s company. 153This is why it is said: Hear no evil, see no evil, talk no evil. 154There are some evil ones who don’t leave anyone alone, even here, and then they are influenced by one another.
100to kehte hain aise sangadosh se bache raho।
155This is why you are told to protect yourself from the influence of company.
101aise mat samjho ki sangadosh baahar hai, yahaan nahin hai।
156Do not think that the influence of company is only outside and not here.
102nahin, yahaan bhi woh ghoomte rehte hain, kyonki unka raajya hai na, isliye baap kehte hain achhi tarah se kavach pahankar raho।
157No. 158Here too, they continue to wander around because it is their kingdom, is it not? 159This is why the Father says: Wear your armour very well.
103kavach hoga to uski goli lagegi nahin।
160If you have your armour on, the bullet will not hit you.
104yog ka hi kavach hai, gyaan ki talvaar hai।
161Yoga is the armour and knowledge is the sword.
105in sabhi astra-shastron ko apne paas achhi tarah se sambhaalke rakho।
162Keep these weapons with you very well guarded.
106kehte bhi hain jo karta hai woh paata hai, yeh to bhavishya praalabdha banaane ki baaten hain।
163It is said: Those who do something receive the reward of it. 164This is also a matter of creating your future reward.
107yahaan to praalabdha nahin bhogni hai na, yahaan to koi guru ban karke nahin baithna hai।
165You are not going to experience your reward here. 166No. 167You are not going to sit here as some guru.
108ismen koi misunderstand na kare, isliye yeh sab samjhaaya jaata hai।
168All of these things are explained to you so that there isn’t any misunderstanding.
109to yeh sab baaten dhyaan mein rakh karke apne ko safe rakhna hai।
169So, keep all of these things in your attention and keep yourself safe.
110yahaan koi kharche aadi ki baat nahin honi chaahiye।
170You mustn’t speak about any expenses here.
111abhi yeh sab kharcha doosron ke kalyaanaartha hi use karna hai।
171All of these expenses have to be used for the benefit of others.
112ek ek paai bhi sab isi kaarya mein lagaana hai।
172Each and every penny now has to be used for this task.
113achha।
173Achcha.
114aise baapdaada aur maa ke meethe-meethe bahut achhe, khabardaar rahne vaale bachchon ke prati yaadapyaar aur good morning।
174To the sweetest, very good children who remain cautious, BapDada and our Maa’s love, remembrance and good morning.
115achha।
175Achcha.
Question
116prashn:- mama ham chalte phirte yog ki oonchi avastha mein kaise sthit ho sakte hain?
176Question: Mama, while walking and moving around, how can we become stable in a high stage of yoga.
Answer
117uttar:- vaastav mein apni yeh life natural yog ki ho jaani chaahiye kyonki yog hai nishchay।
177Answer: In fact, our life has to become one of natural yoga, because yoga is faith.
118to hardam nishchay ko kaayam rakh practical woh swaroop ban jaana hai।
178So, keep faith firmly and become an embodiment of that in a practical way.
119nishchay roop ban karmendriyon se karma karo, bhal sthool karmendriyaan koi bhi kaarya karti rahen magar khud ko us hi sukh swaroop avastha mein lavleen rehna hai।
179Become the form of that faith and perform actions with your physical senses. 180Let your physical organs continue to do any work, but you yourself have to remain merged in that stage of being an embodiment of happiness.
120aapka chehra sada sukh swaroop ramneek dikhaai de।
181Let your face always be seen as an embodiment of happiness and entertaining.
121koi bhi ashuddha sankalp vikalpa na rahen।
182Let there not be any impure or sinful thoughts.
122eeshvareey aanand mein aantarik magan avastha mein raho to phir koi bhi ashuddha sankalp vikalpa ki utpatti nahin hogi।
183Stay in the stage of the internal love, in God’s bliss, and you won’t have any impure or sinful thoughts.
123shuddh pure dharni mein jo bhi sankalp utpanna hoga woh lok sangrah prati athva apni unnati prati hoga।
184Whatever thoughts arise in a pure land will be for the benefit of the people and for your own progress.
124yeh ati meethi sundar avastha hai jo samay par madad karti hai।
185This is a very sweet stage which helps you a lot at the time of need.
125aise eeshvareey alaukik meethi pure life banaane ka ab hi golden chance tumhein mila hua hai।
186You have this golden chance only at this time to create a sweet and pure life.
126to aisi avastha banaane ke liye thodi mehnat karo।
187So, in order to create such a stage, make a little effort.
127jab ham yog mein baithte hain to andar mein mantra pooja jap aadi kuchh bhi nahin karte hain, jaise bhaktimaarga mein koi koi andar hi andar praarthana karte hain, maala japte hain, moorti ko saamne rakh phool chadhaate hain, woh sabkuchh andar hi andar karte hain jisko mansa pooja kahenge।
188When we sit in yoga, we don’t have any mantra, worshipping or chanting internally. 189On the path of devotion, some say their prayers internally, they turn the beads of the rosary, keep an idol in front of them and place flowers on it. 190They do all of this internally within themselves, which is called worshipping with the mind.
128lekin hamaare yog mein ham sirf apne sva swaroop mein sthit ho sukh swaroop ban jaate hain।
191However, in our yoga we simply become stable in our original form and become an embodiment of happiness.
129apne man sahit sabhi karmendriyon ko control kar ekaagrachit ban eeshvareey sukh swaroop ho jaate hain iske liye yog ka time personal mukrar hai।
192We control all our physical organs, including our mind, become concentrated, and become an embodiment of Godly happiness. 193For this, our time for yoga is fixed personally.
130jahaan ek time par baithkar abhyaas karte hain।
194We sit and practise that at the same time.
131sirf vyakta baaton se naata todkar avyakt sambandh se naata jodkar rakhna hai to yaad sahaj ho jaayegi।
195We simply break our relationships with all gross things, forge a relationship with the avyakt and then remembrance will become easy.
132achha।
196Achcha.
133om shanti।
Blessing
134vardaan:- baap-daada ke saath dvaara maaya ko door se hi moorchhit karne vaale maayaajeet, jagatjeet bhav
197Blessing: May you make Maya unconscious from a distance by keeping BapDada’s company and become a conqueror of Maya and a conqueror of the world.
135jaise baap ke snehi bane ho aise baap ko saathi banaao to maaya door se hi moorchhit ho jaayegi।
198Just as you are loving to the Father, so make the Father your Companion too and Maya will become unconscious from a distance.
136shuru-shuru ka jo vaayda hai tumheen se khaaoon, tumheen se baithoon, tumheen se rooh ko rijhaaoon...isi vaayde pramaan saari dincharya mein har kaarya baap ke saath karo to maaya disturb kar nahin sakti, uska destruction ho jaayega।
199The promise you made in the beginning, “I will eat with You, I will sit with You, I will console my soul with You…” 200Carry out all your activities of the day with the Father according to this promise and Maya will not be able to disturb you; her destruction will take place.
137to saathi ko sada saath rakho, saath ki shakti se va milan mein magan rahne se maayaajeet, jagatjeet ban jaayenge।
201So, always keep your Companion with you. 202With the power of His company and by being lost in meeting Him, you will become a conqueror of Maya and a conqueror of the world.

Avyakt Signal
140ye avyakt ishaare - sada harshit rahne ke liye apni nature ko saral banaao, sahansheel bano।
206Avyakt Signal: To remain constantly cheerful, be easy-natured and tolerant.
141avyakt sthiti roopi darpan ko saaph aur spashta karne ke liye saralta, shreshthata aur sahansheelta in teen baaton par dhyaan do।
207In order to keep the mirror of your avyakt stage clean and clear, pay attention to three things: easiness, greatness and tolerance.
142agar teenon mein se ek bhi baat ki kami hai to darpan par bhi kami ka daag dikhaai padega isliye jo bhi kaarya karte ho, usmein saadhaaranta dikhaai na de।
208If, out of the three, even one is missing, then a stain of that lack will be visible in the mirror. 209Therefore, whatever work you do, let ordinariness not be visible in that.
143saadhaaranpan ko shreshthata mein badli karo, har kaarya mein sahansheelta aur vaani mein saralta ko dhaaran karo tab service mein saphalta dikhaai degi।
210Transform the ordinariness into greatness, let there be tolerance in every task and imbibe easiness in your words, and success will be visible in your service.
