²prashn:- kis shreemat ka paalan karne vaale bachche apni avastha ko ekras bana sakte hain?

⁴Question: By following which shrimat can you children make your stage constant and stable?

³uttar:- avastha ko ekras banaane ke liye baap ki shreemat hai bachche roz savere-savere uth bade pyaar se baap ko yaad karo।

⁵Answer: The Father's shrimat to make your stage constant and stable is: Children, wake up early in the morning every day and remember the Father with a lot of love.

⁴apne ko aatma samjho aur baba jo sunaate hain use suno।

⁶Consider yourself to be souls and listen to whatever Baba tells you.

⁵agar yaad nahin karenge to phaaltu khyaalaat chalenge, vyartha sankalp aayenge isliye baba raay dete hain bachche roz savere-savere uth apne aapse pratigya karo ki chalte-phirte, khaate… bhojan banaate ek baba ko hi yaad karenge।

²⁴kahenge brahmaakumaariyon mein itna gyaan hai jo baith karke rachta aur rachna ki itni knowledge deti hain। ²⁵unki biography sunaati hain।

³¹They would say that the Brahma Kumars have so much knowledge that they can give the knowledge of the Creator and creation, that they relate His biography.

²⁶tum poochh sakte ho ki shiv jayanti manaate ho, pooja aadi bhi karte ho to zaroor woh kabhi aaya hoga tab to shiv jayanti manaai jaati hai? ²⁷woh kab aaya?

³⁸Souls are immortal.

³²jayanti tab manaai jaati jab mare aur janme। ³³aatma ki jayanti nahin hoti। ³⁴aatma to avinaashi hai।

³⁹A birthday is celebrated when there is birth and death, but there can be no birthday of a soul because souls are imperishable.

³⁵aise nahin kahenge aatma ki jayanti।

⁴⁰You cannot say that it is the birthday of a soul.

³⁶shiv to hai niraakaar, unka chitra ling ka rakha jaata hai।

⁴¹Shiva is incorporeal and people keep an oval image to represent Him.

³⁷tum bachchon ko yeh khyaalaat rahne chaahiye।

⁴²You children should have these thoughts.

³⁸yahaan se apne ghar, dhandhe-dhori mein jaane se yeh baaten hi buddhi se nikal jaati hain।

⁴³When you go home from here and engage yourselves in your work or business, all of these things are removed from your intellects.

³⁹chintan nahin chalta।

⁴⁴You don't churn these things.

⁴⁰gurooon aadi ki janjeeron mein bhi bahut phanse hue hain। ⁴¹baat mat poochho।

⁵⁰They celebrate the birth of incorporeal Shiva. ⁵¹He is incorporeal and so how could His birth be celebrated?

⁴⁷kismen aaya?

⁵²Whom did He enter?

⁴⁸aatma shareer mein jaati hai to kaha jaata hai birth (janma) ho gaya।

⁵³A soul enters a body and that is said to be a birth.

⁴⁹aatma to aatma hi hai।

⁵⁴A soul is a soul.

⁵⁰shareer mein pravesh karti hai to kahenge aatma ne shareer liya hai, part bajaane liye।

⁵⁵When a soul enters a body, it is said that that soul has adopted a body in order to play a part.

⁵¹woh to hai niraakaar। ⁵²usne janma kaise liya?

⁵⁶That One is incorporeal, and so how did He take birth?

⁵³kismen aaya?

⁵⁷Whom did He enter?

⁵⁴unko to paramatma kaha jaata hai।

⁵⁸He is called the Supreme Soul.

⁵⁵yeh kisko bhi pata nahin hai।

⁵⁹No one knows this.

⁵⁶bhal bahut shaastra aadi padhe hain, parantu kuchh bhi pata nahin hai।

⁶⁰Although they have studied many scriptures, etc., they don't know anything.

⁵⁷abhi tum gyaan se bharpoor ho।

⁶¹You are now becoming full of all this knowledge.

⁵⁸abhi tumko gyaan hi sunaana hai।

⁶²You must now only relate this knowledge.

⁵⁹koi-koi do-teen varsha aate hain phir agyaan ki praveshta ho jaati hai।

⁶³Some come for two to three years and are then influenced by ignorance.

⁶⁰baba phir agyaan ko nikaal gyaan ki dhaarna karaate hain।

⁶⁴Baba now removes ignorance and inspires you to imbibe this knowledge.

⁶¹ab tum bachchon ko gyaan diya jaata hai।

⁶⁵You children are now being given knowledge.

⁶²parantu purush gyaan mein, stri agyaan mein to jaise hans bagule ban jaaen isliye pahle to stri ko gyaan dena chaahiye।

⁶⁶However, if the husband is on the path of this knowledge and the wife is on the path of ignorance, that is like being a swan and a stork. ⁶⁷This is why the wife has to be given this knowledge first.

⁶³stri, pati ko guru eeshvar maanti hai to stri ko guru ki aagya maanni chaahiye na।

⁶⁸A wife believes her husband to be her husband and her guru, and so the wife has to obey her guru's directions.

⁶⁴yeh yahaan ki baat hai।

⁶⁹This applies here in this world.

⁶⁵vahaan to aagya maanne na maanne ka savaal hi nahin। ⁶⁶sab pyaar se chalte hain।

⁷⁰There, there is no question of obeying or not obeying directions because everyone interacts with love.

⁶⁷vahaan aisi koi baat hoti hi nahin, to charity begins at hom।

⁷¹There is nothing like that there. ⁷²This is why it is said, “Charity begins at home.”

⁶⁸stri gyaan mein aati hai, pati nahin aata to kya kar sakti hai!

⁷³When a wife is on the path of this knowledge and the husband isn't, what can she do?

⁶⁹bhoon-bhoon karni hai।

⁷⁴She has to buzz this knowledge.

⁷⁰bachchon ko bhi bhoon-bhoon karna hai।

⁷⁵You children also have to buzz this knowledge.

⁷¹apne hamjinsa ka kalyaan karen।

⁷⁶You have to benefit your equals.

⁷²unko bhi bataayen baap ko yaad karo।

⁷⁷You must tell them to remember the Father.

⁷³ab ladaai saamne khadi hai, baba aaya hua hai।

⁷⁸The war is just ahead of you and Baba has come.

⁷⁴manushya pukaarte hain he patit-paavan aao।

⁷⁹People call out: “O Purifier, come!”

⁷⁵jabki patit duniya ka vinaash hona hai to tum phir patit kyon bante ho!

⁸⁰The impure world has to be destroyed. ⁸¹Therefore, why do you become impure again?

⁷⁶maata gyaan mein hai to maata ka kaam hai apne hamjinsa ka kalyaan karna।

⁸²If a woman is in this knowledge, it is her duty to benefit her equals.

⁷⁷abhi tum baap se 21 janmon ke liye saara raajya lete ho।

⁸³You are now claiming your whole kingdom from the Father for 21 births.

⁷⁸tumko koi haath laga na sake।

⁸⁴No one will be able to touch you.

⁷⁹tum saare vishwa ke maalik bante ho।

⁸⁵You are becoming the masters of the whole world.

⁸⁰farka dekho kitna hai।

⁸⁶Look how much difference there is!

⁸¹aise varsa dene vaale ko kitna yaad karna chaahiye।

⁸⁷You should have so much remembrance of the One who gives you such an inheritance.

⁸²yahaan to bahut hain jo saare din mein shivbaaba ko yaad hi nahin karte hain।

⁸⁸Here, there are many who don't remember Shiv Baba at all throughout the whole day.

⁸³saara din ghar ke, dhandhe dhori ke laphdon mein hi rehte hain।

⁸⁹They are constantly caught up in the mundane problems of their homes and businesses.

⁸⁴nahin to savere uth baap ko bahut prem se yaad karna chaahiye।

⁹⁰In fact, they should wake up early in the morning and remember the Father with a lot of love.

⁸⁵baba aapse ham pratigya karte hain। ⁸⁶aapse ham varsa zaroor lenge।

⁹¹“Baba, I promise You that I will definitely claim my inheritance from You.

⁸⁷baba aap kitne meethe ho।

⁹²Baba, You are so sweet!

⁸⁸aapki yaad se hamaare vikarma vinaash honge।

⁹³By remembering You, our sins will be absolved.”

⁸⁹andar mein apne se baat karna, usko vichaar saagar manthan karna kaha jaata hai।

⁹⁴Talk to yourself internally. ⁹⁵This is called churning the ocean of this knowledge.

⁹⁰baba aapse ham poora varsa lekar hi chhodenge।

⁹⁶“Baba, I will definitely claim my full inheritance from You.”

⁹¹ab hamko tamopradhaan se satopradhaan zaroor banna hai, tab hi satayugi raajya paayenge।

⁹⁷We now definitely have to become satopradhan from tamopradhan. ⁹⁸Only then will we claim the golden-aged kingdom.

⁹²baba aapko ham nirantar yaad karenge।

⁹⁹“Baba, I will constantly remember You.

⁹³63 janmon mein hamne kitne paap kiye hain।

¹⁰⁰We have committed so many sins in 63 births.

⁹⁴kitna sir par bojha hai isliye baba ham aapko bahut yaad karte hain।

¹⁰¹There is such a burden on our heads. ¹⁰²This is why, Baba, we remember You a great deal.”

⁹⁵baba ham khaana pakaayenge, ghoomne jaayenge to bhi aapki yaad mein rahenge।

¹⁰³Baba, when we cook food or go for a walk, we will surely stay in remembrance of You.

⁹⁶aise-aise baaten karte pratigya karenge to vikarma vinaash hote jaayenge।

¹⁰⁴If you make a promise while talking to Baba in this way, your sins will continue to be absolved.

⁹⁷baba ham bhojan banaayenge aapki yaad mein।

¹⁰⁵Baba, I will prepare food in remembrance of You.

⁹⁸hamko satopradhaan zaroor banna hai।

¹⁰⁶I definitely have to become satopradhan.

⁹⁹pata nahin kal shareer chhoot jaae to ham satopradhaan banenge hi nahin!

¹⁰⁷If I leave my body tomorrow, who knows, I may not be able to become satopradhan.

¹⁰⁰maut ka dar hai na।

¹⁰⁸There is the fear of death!

¹⁰¹baba ham jeete ji aapse varsa zaroor lenge।

¹⁰⁹Baba, I will definitely claim My inheritance from You while alive.

¹⁰²phir dekhna chaahiye ki aaj ke saare din mein hamne kitna yaad kiya।

¹¹⁰You should then check for how long you remembered Baba throughout the whole day.

¹⁰³koi bhi haalat mein yaad ki yaatra mein zaroor rehna hai।

¹¹¹Under all circumstances you must definitely stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance.

¹⁰⁴grihastha vyavhaar mein bhi rehna hai। ¹⁰⁵yukti se chalna hai।

¹¹²You also have to live in your households and interact with everyone with tact.

¹⁰⁶aise-aise teevra veg se purushaartha mein lag jaaen to yaad bhi rahegi aur aayu bhi badhegi।

¹¹³Busy yourselves in making intense effort in this way and you will be able to stay in remembrance and also increase your lifespans.

¹⁰⁷bhavishya mein tumhaari aayu badhegi, yaad nahin karenge to pad bhi kam ho jaayega।

¹¹⁴Your lifespans will increase in the future. ¹¹⁵If you don't stay in remembrance, your status will be lower.

¹⁰⁸purushaartha kar baap se varsa to lena hai na aur svadarshan chakradhaari banna hai।

¹¹⁶You have to make effort and claim your inheritance from the Father and also become spinners of the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁰⁹jaise hinduon ko Christian banaane ke liye nuns bahut phirti rehti hain।

¹¹⁷Many nuns go around converting Hindus into Christians.

¹¹⁰gharon mein dukaanon mein jaati hain, sabko kehti hain Bible lo, yeh lo। ¹¹¹hamaare Christian dharma mein bahut sukh hai।

¹¹⁸They go to people's shops and their homes and ask all of them to take a Bible, telling them that there is a lot of happiness in their Christianity.

¹¹²unhon ki bhi mission hai, bauddhiyon ki bhi mission hai।

¹¹⁹They have a mission and the Buddhists too have a mission.

¹¹³hindu log yeh nahin samajhte ki yeh kya karte hain!

¹²⁰Hindus don't understand what those people are doing.

¹¹⁴hamaare hindu dharma vaalon ko Christian banaate rehte hain।

¹²¹They are converting those who belong to our Hindu religion into Christians.

¹¹⁵tum kitna pradarshani mein samjhaate ho।

¹²²You explain so much at our exhibitions.

¹¹⁶bhal opinion bhi likhkar dete hain। ¹¹⁷ghar mein gaye khalaas।

¹²³Although some even give you their opinions in writing, as soon as they go back home, everything is finished.

¹¹⁸iske liye gaaya hua hai - bandaron ke aage ratna rakho to woh patthar samajh phenk denge।

¹²³baap svarga ka rachayita hai।

¹²⁸The Father is the Creator of heaven.

¹²⁴baap bhaarat mein aate bhi ek hi baar hain।

¹²⁹Only once does He come in Bharat.

¹²⁵baap kehte hain - tum mujh patit-paavan baap ko bulaate aaye ho।

¹³⁰The Father says: You have been calling out to Me, the Purifier Father, to come.

¹²⁶ab main aaya hoon, tumko svarga ka maalik banaane।

¹³¹I have now come to make you into the masters of heaven.

¹²⁷tum kehte bhi ho ham is bhrashtaachaari srishti ko shreshtaachaari banaakar hi chhodenge।

¹³²You even say that you will definitely make this corrupt world into an elevated world.

¹²⁸abhi to sab narkavaasi hain।

¹³³All of you are now residents of hell.

¹²⁹tum abhi shivbaaba ki shreemat par ho।

¹³⁴You are all following Shiv Baba's shrimat.

¹³⁰shiv bhagvaanuvaach main tumko svarga ka maalik, raajaaon ka raaja banaata hoon।

¹³⁵God Shiva speaks: I make you into the masters of heaven, into kings of kings.

¹³¹geeta mein bada achha likha hua hai, kehte hain main in saadhuon ka bhi uddhaar karne aata hoon।

¹³⁶This is written very clearly in the Gita: He says: I even uplift the sages and holy men.

¹³²to yeh unhon ko bhi sunaana chaahiye na।

¹³⁷You should tell them this.

¹³³pukaarte bhi hain patit-paavan seetaaon ke raam।

¹³⁸They call out: The Purifier is the Rama who belongs to Sita.

¹³⁴ab iska arth bhi samajhte nahin।

¹³⁹They don’t even understand the meaning of that.

¹³⁵sab hain bhaktiyaan athva seetaayen।

¹⁴⁰All are devotees, that is, Sitas.

¹³⁶woh pukaarti hain he raam aakar ham seetaaon ka uddhaar karo।

¹⁴¹They call out: O Rama, come and uplift us Sitas!

¹³⁷phir kehte hain raghupti raaghav raaja raam... vaastav mein raaja raam ki baat nahin।

¹⁴²They then chant the name of King Rama who belongs to the Raghav (most elevated) clan. ¹⁴³In fact, it is not a matter of King Rama.

¹³⁸mukhya bhool hai yeh, jo shiv ke badle shreekrishna ka naam daal diya hai।

¹⁴⁴The main mistake is that they have put Shri Krishna’s name instead of Shiva’s.

¹³⁹poochhna chaahiye shreekrishna va raam ko kaala kyon dikhaaya hai?

¹⁴⁵You should ask them why they have portrayed Shri Rama and Shri Krishna as blue.

¹⁴⁰satayug treta mein hai hi sundar phir shyaam hote hain।

¹⁴⁶They are beautiful in the golden and silver ages and then they become ugly.

¹⁴¹pahle hai golden ej, silver ej, phir copper, iron ej।

¹⁴⁷First there is the golden age, then the silver age, then the copper age and then the iron age.

¹⁴²is samay hai iron ej।

¹⁴⁸It is now the iron age.

¹⁴³golden ej thi to kitna maan tha।

¹⁴⁹You received so much respect when it was the golden age.

¹⁴⁴to yukti se jaakar samjhaana chaahiye।

¹⁵⁰You should go and explain to them tactfully.

¹⁴⁵woh koi itna jaldi apna hath nahin chhodenge।

¹⁵¹They will not renounce their stubbornness that quickly.

¹⁴⁶jhaad ki aayu badi hoti hai to jhaad jad-jadi bhoot avastha ko paata hai, aayu to is duniya ki bhi hai na।

¹⁵²When a tree grows old, it reaches a stage of total decay. ¹⁵³Even this world has a duration.

¹⁴⁷nai duniya aur puraani duniya।

¹⁵⁴There is the new world and the old world.

¹⁴⁸old maana kaliyug, tamo-pradhaan duniya।

¹⁵⁵Old means the iron age, the tamopradhan world.

¹⁴⁹ismen ek bhi satopradhaan ho nahin sakta।

¹⁵⁶Not a single person in this world can be satopradhan.

¹⁵⁰ab tamopradhaan ko khalaas hona hai।

¹⁵⁷Everything is now tamopradhan and has to end.

¹⁵¹nai duniya kaun sthaapan karenge?

¹⁵⁸Who will establish the new world?

¹⁵²vahi baap।

¹⁵⁹That same Father.

¹⁵³aise nahin ki pralay hoti hai।

¹⁶⁰It isn't that annihilation takes place.

¹⁵⁴baap ko pukaarte hi tab hain jab patit ho jaate hain।

¹⁶¹When people become impure, they call out to the Father.

¹⁵⁵phir kehte hain aakar paavan banaao।

¹⁶²They say: “Come and purify us!”

¹⁵⁶aayenge to zaroor puraani duniya mein।

¹⁶³He would definitely come in the old world.

¹⁵⁷patit-paavan kehte hain to zaroor ant mein hi aayenge।

¹⁶⁴Since He is called the Purifier, He would definitely come at the end.

¹⁵⁸khud kehte hain main kalpa-kalpa, kalpa ke sangamayuge aata hoon - paavan duniya banaane।

¹⁶⁵He Himself says: I come at the confluence age of every cycle to make the world pure.

¹⁵⁹abhi hai sangam।

¹⁶⁶It is now the confluence age.

¹⁶⁰abhi baap sabko sadgati mein le jaate hain।

¹⁶⁷The Father now takes everyone into salvation.

¹⁶¹to aise baap ki shreemat par chalna chaahiye na।

¹⁶⁸Therefore, you should follow the shrimat of such a Father.

¹⁶²apni avastha ko jamaana hai।

¹⁶³savere uthkar baap ko yaad karna chaahiye।

¹⁶⁴apne ko aatma samajhna hai।

¹⁷¹Consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁶⁵yeh shareer ke organs hain।

¹⁷²These are the organs of the body.

¹⁶⁶baap kehte hain - he bachchon main tumko jo sunaata hoon, woh suno।

¹⁷³The Father says: O children, listen to what I tell you.

¹⁶⁷mukti-jeevanmukti ke liye aur koi ki baat nahin suno।

¹⁷⁴Don't listen to anything that anyone else says about liberation or liberation-in-life.
