¹Essence: Sweet children, this world is now a hopeless case. ²Everyone is to die and this is why your attachment to it has to end. ³Constantly remember Me alone!

²prashn:- service ki uchhal na aane ka kaaran kya hai?

⁴Question: What is the reason why you don’t have enthusiasm to do service?

³uttar:- 1- agar lakshan theek nahin hain, baap ko yaad nahin karte to service ki uchhal aa nahin sakti।

⁵Answer: 1) If your character is not good and you do not remember the Father, you cannot have any enthusiasm to do service.

⁴koi na koi ulte karma hote rehte hain isliye service nahin kar sakte।

⁶You continue to perform one wrong action or another and are therefore unable to do service.

⁵2- baap ka jo pahla direction hai - aap muye mar gai duniya ise amal mein nahin laate।

⁷2) The Father's first direction is: When you die, the world is dead for you. ⁸You don't put this direction into practice.

⁶buddhi deh aur deh ke sambandhon mein phansi hui hai to service kar nahin sakte।

⁹It is because your intellect is trapped in bodies and bodily relatives that you are unable to do service.

¹¹shiv ka naam ghadi-ghadi lete hain।

¹⁴They say Shiva's name again and again.

¹²roz shiv ke mandir mein jaate hain aur jo tyohaar hain woh varsha-varsha manaate hain।

¹⁵They go to a Shiva Temple every day and they celebrate whatever festivals there are every year.

¹³purushottam maas bhi hota hai, purushottam varsha bhi hota hai।

¹⁶There is the most elevated month of charity (leap month) and also the most elevated year of charity.

¹⁴shivaay namah to roz kehte rehte hain।

¹⁷They continue to say "Salutations to Shiva" every day.

¹⁵shiv ke pujaari bahut hain।

¹⁸Many are worshippers of Shiva.

¹⁶rachayita hai shiv oonch te oonch bhagwan।

¹⁹The Creator is Shiva, God, the Highest on High.

¹⁷kehte bhi hain - patit-paavan parampita paramatma shiv hai।

²⁰They say “The Purifier is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva.”

¹⁸roz pooja bhi karte hain।

²¹They worship Him every day.

¹⁹tum bachche jaante ho yeh sangamayug hai - purushottam banne ka yug।

²²You children know that this is the confluence age, the age in which to become the most elevated of all.

²⁰jaise jismaani padhaai se koi na koi oonch pad paate hain na।

²³People claim one high status or another from a worldly study.

²¹in lakshmi-naaraayan ne yeh pad kaise paaya, vishwa ke maalik kaise banen।

²⁴How did Lakshmi and Narayan claim their status? ²⁵How did they become the masters of the world?

²²yeh kisko bhi pata nahin।

²⁶No one knows this.

²³shivaay namah bhi kehte hain।

²⁷They say “Salutations to Shiva.

²⁴tum maat-pita... roz mahima gaate hain parantu yeh nahin jaante ki woh kab aakar maat-pita bankar varsa dete hain।

²⁸You are the Mother and Father.” ²⁹They sing this praise every day, but they don't know when He comes and becomes the Mother and Father and gives us our inheritance.

²⁵tumko maaloom hai ki duniya ke manushya to kuchh bhi nahin jaante hain।

³⁰You know that the people of the world don't know anything.

²⁶bhakti maarga mein kitne dhakke khaate hain।

³¹They stumble around so much on the path of devotion.

²⁷amarnaath par kitne jhunda ke jhunda jaate hain। ²⁸kitne dhakke khaate hain।

³²So many groups of people go to Amarnath; they stumble around so much!

²⁹kisko aisa kaho to bigad pade।

³³If you were to tell them this, they would get upset.

³⁰tum thode bachche ho jinko andar mein bahut khushi hai।

³⁴Very few of you children have a lot of happiness inside you.

³¹likhte bhi rehte hain baba jabse aapko pahchaana hai, bas ab to hamaari khushi ka paaraavaar nahin raha hai।

³⁵Some continue to write “Baba, from the moment I recognised You, there has been no limit to my happiness.”

³²kuchh bhi takleeph aadi hoti hai, phir bhi khushi mein rehna chaahiye।

³⁶Even when there are difficulties, you must remain happy.

³³ham baap ke bane hain, yeh kabhi bhoolna nahin chaahiye।

³⁷You must never forget that you now belong to the Father.

³⁴tum bachche jabki jaante ho hamne shivbaaba ko paaya hai। ³⁵to khushi ka paara chadha rehna chaahiye।

³⁸Now that you children know that you have attained Shiv Baba, there should be no limit to your happiness.

³⁶maaya ghadi-ghadi bhula deti hai।

³⁹Maya repeatedly makes you forget.

³⁷bhal likhte hain hamko nishchay hai, baba ko ham jaante hain phir bhi chalte-chalte thande pad jaate hain।

⁴⁰Although you write that you have faith and that you know Baba, you become slack while moving along.

³⁸6-8 maas, 2-3 varsha aate nahin to baba samajh jaate hain poora nishchaybuddhi nahin hai। ³⁹poora nasha nahin chadha hai।

⁴¹When some don't come for six to eight months or for two to three years, Baba understands that their intellects don't have full faith and that they do not have full intoxication.

⁴⁰aisa behad ka baap, jisse 21 janmon ka varsa milta hai।

⁴²He is such an unlimited Father that He gives you the inheritance for 21 births.

⁴¹nishchay ho jaae to bahut khushi ka nasha rehna chaahiye।

⁴³If you had this faith, you would then have a lot of happiness and intoxication.

⁴²jaise kiske bachche ko raaja god mein lene chaahte hain। ⁴³bachche ko maaloom pad jaata hai ki hamaare liye aisi baat-cheet ho rahi hai ki raaja chaahta hai is bachche ko ham vaaris banaayen। ⁴⁴to bachche ko bahut khushi hogi na।

⁴⁴When a king wants to adopt a child and that child finds out that there is talk of the king wanting to adopt him and make him his heir, that child would have so much happiness.

⁴⁵main raaja ka bachcha banta hoon।

⁴⁵He would feel: I am going to become a child of the king.

⁴⁶jab gareeb ka bachcha saahookaar ki god lete hain to bahut khushi hoti hai na।

⁴⁶Or, if a poor child is adopted by a wealthy person, he feels so happy.

⁴⁷jaan jaata hai ki mujhe phalaana adopt karte hain to gareebi ka gam bhool jaata hai।

⁴⁷When he realises that he is going to be adopted by so-and-so, his unhappiness about being a poor person disappears.

⁴⁸woh to hai phir bhi ek janma ki baat।

⁴⁸That is a matter of just one birth.

⁴⁹yahaan bachchon ko khushi rehti hai 21 janma varsa lene ki।

⁴⁹Here, you children have the happiness of claiming your inheritance for 21 births.

⁵⁰behad ke baap ko yaad karna hai aur phir doosron ko raasta bataana hai।

⁵⁰Remember the unlimited Father and also show the path to others.

⁵¹shivbaaba patit-paavan aaya hua hai।

⁵¹Shiv Baba, the Purifier, has come.

⁵²samjhaate hain, tumhaara main baap hoon।

⁵²He explains that He is your Father.

⁵³aise koi manushya nahin kah sakte ki main tumhaara behad ka baap hoon।

⁵³No human being can say: “I am your unlimited Father.”

⁵⁴baap hi samjhaani dete hain main 5 hajaar varsha pahle aaya tha।

⁵⁴Only the Father explains that He came 5000 years ago.

⁵⁵tumko yahi akshar kaha tha ki maamekam yaad karo।

⁵⁵He said the same words: Constantly remember Me alone.

⁵⁶mujh patit-paavan baap ko yaad karne se hi tum patit se paavan banenge aur koi bhi upaay nahin hai - patit se paavan banne ka।

⁵⁶Only by remembering Me, the Purifier Father, will you become pure. ⁵⁷There is no other way to become pure from impure.

⁵⁷patit-paavan hai hi ek baap।

⁵⁸Only the one Father is the Purifier.

⁵⁹Krishna cannot be called God.

⁵⁸geeta ka bhagwan ek patit-paavan punarjanma rahit hai।

⁶⁰The God of the Gita is the Purifier and He is beyond birth and death.

⁵⁹pahli-pahli baat yeh likhaao।

⁶¹This is the first thing that you should get people to write.

⁶⁰bade-bade aadmiyon ki likhat dekhenge to samjhenge theek hai।

⁶²When others see this written by eminent people, they will feel that this is right.

⁶¹koi saadhaaran aadmi ka dekhenge to kahenge brahmaakumaariyon ne inko jaadu laga diya hai tab likha hai, bade aadmi ke liye aisa nahin kahenge।

⁶³If they see this written by just anyone, they would say that the Brahma Kumaris have cast a magic spell on him and that is why he has written that. ⁶⁴They wouldn't say that if it had been written by an eminent person.

⁶²tum kuchh bhi kehte ho to samajhte hain chhota mukh badi baaten banaati hain ki bhagwan aaya hua hai।

⁶⁵When you say anything, they say that you have a small mouth and are talking big things, saying that God has come.

⁶³aise tum bachchon ko sirf kehna nahin hai ki bhagwan aaya hua hai, isse to koi samjhenge nahin aur hi hansi karenge।

⁶⁶You children mustn't just say that God has come. ⁶⁷No one will understand that and some will even laugh at you.

⁶⁴yeh to samjhaana hai ki do baap hain।

⁶⁸Explain that there are two fathers.

⁶⁵pahle se hi phat se seedha kehna nahin hai ki bhagwan aaya hua hai kyonki aajkal duniya mein bhi bhagwan kahlaane vaale bahut ho gaye hain।

⁶⁹First of all, don't instantly tell them directly that God has come, because nowadays, there are many in the world who call themselves God.

⁶⁶sab apne ko bhagwan ka avtaar samajhte hain to yukti se do baap ka raaz samjhaana chaahiye।

⁷⁰All of them consider themselves to be incarnations of God. ⁷¹Therefore, explain the secret of the two fathers to them tactfully.

⁶⁷ek hai had ka baap, doosra hai behad ka baap।

⁷²One is a limited father and the other is the unlimited Father.

⁶⁸baap ka naam hai shiv।

⁷³The Father's name is Shiva.

⁶⁹woh sab aatmaon ka baap hai to zaroor bachchon ko varsa dete honge।

⁷⁴He is the Father of all souls and so He must surely give His children an inheritance.

⁷⁰shiv jayanti bhi manaate hain।

⁷⁵People celebrate the birthday of Shiva.

⁷¹vahi aakar svarga ki sthaapna karte hain, to zaroor narka ka vinaash hona hai।

⁷⁶He comes and establishes heaven. ⁷⁷Therefore, hell definitely has to be destroyed.

⁷²uski bhi nishaani - yeh mahaabhaarat ladaai hai।

⁷⁸The sign of that is the Mahabharat War.

⁷³baaki sirf bhagwan aaya hai, yeh kahne se koi samjhenge nahin।

⁷⁹When you just say that God has come, no one understands anything.

⁷⁴dhindhora peette rehte hain।

⁸⁰You continue to beat drums.

⁷⁵aisi-aisi ulti service karne se aur hi phir service mein dheelaapan aa jaata hai।

⁸¹When you do service in the wrong way like that, service becomes even more slack.

⁷⁶ek taraph kehte bhagwan aaya hua hai, bhagwan padhaate hain phir jaakar shaadi karte hain।

⁸²On the one hand, you say that God has come and that He is teaching you and then you go and get married.

⁷⁷to log kahenge tumko phir kya hua।

⁸³People would then ask: “What happened to you?

⁷⁸tum to kehte the ki bhagwan padhaate hain।

⁸⁴You said that God was teaching you!”

⁷⁹kehte hain hamne jo suna tha so kah diya।

⁸⁵They would then reply: “We just told you what we heard.”

⁸⁰anek prakaar ke vighna bhi padte hain apne bachchon se, jaise hindu dharma vaalon ne aapehi apne ko chamaat maari hai na।

⁸⁶There are many types of obstacle from your own children. ⁸⁷For instance, the Hindus have slapped themselves.

⁸¹vaastav mein hain devi-devta dharma ke parantu kah dete ham hindu hain।

⁸⁸They actually belong to the deity dharma, but they say that they are Hindus.

⁸²apne ko chamaat maari hai na।

⁸⁹They have slapped themselves in this way.

⁸³abhi tum jaante ho ham hi poojya the to shreshtha karma, shreshtha dharma tha।

⁹⁰You now know that when you were worthy of worship you had an elevated dharma and performed elevated karma.

⁸⁴aasuri mat par dharma bhrashta, karma bhrashta ban pade hain।

⁹¹By following devilish dictates, you became corrupt in your dharma and karma.

⁸⁵ham hi apne dharma ki glaani shuru karte hain, aasuri maaya ki mat se isliye baba ne khud kaha hai - woh hai aasuri sampradaay।

⁹²We are the ones who begin to defame our own dharma by following devilish dictates of Maya. ⁹³This is why Baba said: That is the devilish community.

⁸⁶yeh hai daivi sampradaay, jinko main raajayog sikhlaata hoon।

⁹⁴This is the divine community to whom I am teaching Raja Yoga.

⁸⁷abhi hai kaliyug।

⁹⁵It is now the iron age.

⁸⁸jo yeh knowledge aakar sunte hain, woh asur se badal devta bante hain।

⁹⁶Those who come and listen to this knowledge become deities from devils.

⁸⁹yeh knowledge hai hi devta banne ke liye।

⁹⁷This knowledge is for becoming deities.

⁹⁰5 vikaaron par jeet paane se devta bante hain, baaki asuron aur devtaaon ki koi ladaai nahin lagi।

⁹⁸You become deities by conquering the five vices. ⁹⁹There wasn't any war between the devils and the deities.

⁹¹yeh bhi bhool kar di hai phir dikhaate hain, jiski taraph saakshaat bhagwan hai unki vijay hui, usmein naam shreekrishna ka de diya hai।

¹⁰⁰They made this mistake, but they have shown that the ones who had God on their side were victorious. ¹⁰¹They have mentioned Krishna's name in that.

⁹²vaastav mein hai tumhaari maaya se yuddha।

¹⁰²Your war is in fact with Maya.

⁹³baap bachchon ko kitni baaten baith samjhaate hain parantu tamopradhaan aise hain jo bilkul samajhte hi nahin।

¹⁰³The Father sits here and explains so many things to you, but some are so tamopradhan that they don't understand anything at all.

⁹⁴baap ko yaad nahin kar sakte।

¹⁰⁴They are unable to remember the Father.

⁹⁵samajhte bhi hain hamaari aisi tamopradhaan buddhi hai jo yaad hi nahin thaharti, isliye ulta kaam karta rehta hoon।

¹⁰⁵They understand that their intellects are tamopradhan and that they are therefore unable to remember the Father and this is why they continue to perform wrong actions.

⁹⁶achhe-achhe bachche bhi yaad bilkul nahin karte।

¹⁰⁶Even very good children don't remember the Father at all.

⁹⁷lakshan sudhaarte hi nahin, isliye service ki uchhal nahin aati hai।

¹⁰⁷They don't reform their characters at all. ¹⁰⁸This is why they have no enthusiasm to do service.

⁹⁸baap kehte hain - deh sahit deh ke jo bhi sambandh hain, unko maaro athva bhoolo।

¹⁰⁹The Father says: “Kill the body and all bodily relations”, that is, forget all of them.

⁹⁹ab maaro akshar vaastav mein hai nahin। ¹⁰⁰kehte hain aap muye mar gai duniya।

¹¹⁰The word "kill" isn't actually said; it is said: When you die, the world is dead for you.

¹⁰¹yeh baap baith samjhaate hain।

¹¹¹The Father sits here and explains this.

¹⁰²buddhi se bhool jaana hai jabki tum hamaare bane ho to in sabko bhoolo, ek baap ko yaad karo।

¹¹²Remove them from your intellects. ¹¹³Now that you belong to Me, forget them all. ¹¹⁴Remember the one Father.

¹⁰³jaise koi beemaari ka hopeless case ho jaata hai to phir usse mamatva mitaana hota hai।

¹¹⁵When someone is a hopeless case in terms of his illness, others have to break all their attachment away from him.

¹⁰⁴phir unko kehte hain raam-raam kaho, baap bhi kehte hain is duniya ka case bahut hopeless hai।

¹¹⁶He is then told to remember Rama (God). ¹¹⁷The Father also says: This world is a completely hopeless case.

¹⁰⁵yeh khatma honi hi hai, sab mar jaayenge, isliye inse mamatva mitaao।

¹¹⁸The world is to be destroyed. ¹¹⁹Everyone is to die and this is why you have to remove your attachment from it.

¹⁰⁶woh to raam-raam ki dhun lagaate hain।

¹²⁰They continue to chant Rama's name.

¹⁰⁷yahaan to ek ki baat nahin। ¹⁰⁸saari duniya vinaash honi hai isliye tumko ek hi mantra deta hoon maamekam yaad karo।

¹²¹Here, it isn't a question of just one; the whole world is to be destroyed. ¹²²This is why I give you just the one mantra: Constantly remember Me alone!

¹⁰⁹kitni samjhaani dete rehte hain, bhinna-bhinna prakaar se।

¹²³He continues to explain to you in so many different ways.

¹¹⁰abhi purushottam maas aaya to purushottam yug par bhi samjhaani dete rehte hain।

¹²⁴The month of charity has now come and so He continues to explain to you about the most auspicious age in which you become the most elevated beings.

¹¹¹samjhaane ki badi hoshiyaari chaahiye।

¹²⁵You have to be very clever in explaining these things.

¹¹²dhaarna achhi chaahiye।

¹²⁶The divine virtues have to be well imbibed by you.

¹¹³koi paap karma nahin karna chaahiye।

¹²⁷You mustn't perform any sinful actions.

¹¹⁴bigar chhutti koi cheez uthaana, khaana yeh bhi bahut gupta paap hai।

¹²⁸To take something without permission or to eat something without permission is also an incognito sin.

¹¹⁵kaayde bade kade hain, paap karte hain phir bhi batlaate nahin, to phir paap vriddhi ko paate jaate hain।

¹²⁹The rules are very strict. ¹³⁰When someone commits a sin and doesn't tell Baba about it, that sin continues to increase.

¹¹⁶yahaan to tum bachchon ko punya aatma banna hai।

¹³¹Here, you children have to become charitable souls.

¹¹⁷hamko punya aatma se sneh hai, paap aatma se virodh hai।

¹³²I love charitable souls and dislike sinful souls.

¹¹⁸bhakti maarga mein bhi jaante hain ki achha karma karne se achha phal milega isliye daan-punya aadi achhe karma karte hain na।

¹³³On the path of devotion, too, they are aware that they receive good fruit by performing good actions. ¹³⁴This is why they perform the good karma (actions) of making donations and performing charity.

¹¹⁹yeh drama hai phir bhi kehte hain bhagwan achhe karmon ka phal achha deta hai।

¹³⁵This is a drama and yet they say that God gives good fruit for good actions.

¹²⁰baap kehte hain - main sirf yeh dhandha thode hi baithkar karta hoon।

¹³⁶The Father says: I don't just sit and do that business.

¹²¹yeh to saari drama mein noondh hai।

¹³⁷All of that is fixed in the drama.

¹²²drama anusaar baap ko zaroor aana hai।

¹³⁸The Father definitely has to come according to the drama.

¹²³baap kehte hain - mujhe aakar sabko raasta bataana hai।

¹³⁹The Father says: I have to come and show everyone the path.

¹²⁴baaki ismen kripa aadi ki koi baat hi nahin hai।

¹⁴⁰There is no question of mercy in this.

¹²⁵koi-koi likhte hain baba aapki kripa hogi to ham aapko kabhi nahin bhoolenge।

¹⁴¹Some write “Baba, if we have Your blessings, we will never forget You.”

¹²⁶baap kehte hain - ham kabhi kripa aadi nahin karte, yeh to bhakti maarga ki baaten hain।

¹⁴²The Father says: I don't have mercy in that way. ¹⁴³Those things belong to the path of devotion.

¹²⁷tumko apne par kripa karni hai।

¹⁴⁴Have mercy on yourselves.

¹²⁸baap ko yaad karenge to vikarma vinaash honge।

¹⁴⁵By remembering the Father, your sins will be absolved.

¹²⁹bhakti maarga ki baaten gyaan maarga mein hoti nahin।

¹⁴⁶The things of the path of devotion do not continue on the path of this knowledge.

¹³⁰gyaan maarga hai hi padhaai।

¹⁴⁷The path of this knowledge is a study.

¹³¹teacher koi par kripa thode hi karega।

¹⁴⁸A teacher would not have mercy on anyone.

¹³²har ek ko padhna hai।

¹⁴⁹Each one has to study.

¹³³baap shreemat dete hain, us par chalna chaahiye na।

¹⁵⁰The Father gives shrimat. ¹⁵¹Therefore, you should follow that.

¹³⁴parantu apni mat par chalne kaaran kuchh bhi service nahin karte।

¹⁵²However, due to following your own dictates, you don’t do any service.

¹³⁵bachchon ko bilkul punya aatma banna hai।

¹⁵³You children have to become completely charitable souls.

¹³⁶jara bhi koi paap na ho।

¹⁵⁴Not the slightest sin should be committed.

¹³⁷kai bachche apna paap bataayenge kabhi nahin।

¹⁵⁵Some children never speak of the sins they have committed.

¹³⁸baap bhi kehte hain woh oonch pad kabhi nahin paayenge।

¹⁵⁶The Father says: They will never claim a high status.

¹³⁹gaaya hua hai chadhe to chaakhe... bachche jaante hain bahut oonch martaba hai।

¹⁵⁷It is remembered: Those who ascend taste the sweetness of heaven. ¹⁵⁸You children know that the status is very high.

¹⁴⁰girte hain to koi kaam ke nahin rehte।

¹⁵⁹If you fall, you are of no use at all.

¹⁴¹ashuddha ahankaar hai pahla number, phir kaam, krodh, lobh bhi kam nahin।

¹⁶⁰Impure arrogance is number one. ¹⁶¹Lust, anger and attachment are no less.

¹⁴²lobh, moh bhi satyaanaash kar dete hain।

¹⁶²Greed and attachment also completely destroy everything.

¹⁴³bachche aadi mein moh hoga to woh yaad aate rahenge।

¹⁶³When you have attachment to your children, you continue to remember them.

¹⁴⁴aatma to kehti hai mera to ek shivbaaba, doosra na koi aur koi bhi yaad na pade - aisa purushaartha karna hai।

¹⁶⁴The soul says: Mine is one Shiv Baba and none other. ¹⁶⁵Make such effort that no one else is remembered.

¹⁴⁵yeh sab to khatma hona hai।

¹⁶⁶All of those things have to end.

¹⁴⁶vinaash saamne khada hai, varsa to le nahin sakenge।

¹⁶⁷Destruction is just ahead. ¹⁶⁸After that, you won't be able to claim the inheritance.

¹⁴⁷inmen kya moh rakhna hai।

¹⁶⁹Why should you have attachment to this world?

¹⁴⁸aise-aise apne saath baaten karni hai।

¹⁷⁰Each of you should talk to yourself in this way.

¹⁴⁹saari duniya ko buddhi se bhoolna hai।

¹⁷¹Remove the whole world from your intellects.

¹⁵⁰yeh to sab khatma hona hi hai।

¹⁷²All of it is going to be destroyed.

¹⁵¹toofaan aise lagenge jo ekdam khatma ho jaayega।

¹⁷³Such storms will come that they will finish off everything.

¹⁵²aag kahaan lagti hai aur hava zor se aati hai to jhat ekdam khalaas kar deti hai।

¹⁷⁴When a fire breaks out somewhere and there are strong winds, everything is very quickly destroyed.

¹⁵³aadha ghante mein 100-150 jhopdiyon ko khatma kar deti hai।

¹⁷⁵In just half an hour, 100 to 150 huts are destroyed.

¹⁵⁴tum jaante ki is bhambhor ko aag lagni hi hai, nahin to itne sab manushya kaise marenge।

¹⁷⁶You know that the haystack has to be set on fire. ¹⁷⁷How else would all these human beings die?
