¹“मीठे बच्चे - हियर नो ईविल, एक बाप से ही सुनना है, गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान रहना है''

¹Essence: Sweet children, hear no evil! ²Only listen to the one Father. ³Live like a lotus while living at home.

²प्रश्न:- किस खेल को यथार्थ रीति जानने वाले बच्चे कभी मूँझ नहीं सकते हैं?

⁴Question: By accurately knowing which play do you children never become confused?

³उत्तर:- दुःख और सुख, भक्ति और ज्ञान का जो खेल चलता है, इसको यथार्थ रीति जानने वाले कभी मूँझते नहीं।

⁵Answer: Those who accurately know the play of happiness and sorrow, this knowledge and devotion, never become confused.

⁴तुम जानते हो भगवान किसी को दुःख नहीं देता, वह है दुःख हर्ता सुख कर्ता।

⁶You know that God never causes sorrow for anyone. ⁷He is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁵जब सभी दुःखी हो जाते हैं, तब दुःखों से लिबरेट करने के लिए वह आते हैं।

⁸When everyone becomes unhappy, He comes to liberate them from their sorrow.

⁹Song: Who has come here early in the morning?

⁷ओम् शान्ति।

¹⁰Om shanti.

⁸बच्चों ने क्या सुना?

¹¹What did you children hear?

⁹भक्ति का गीत।

¹²You heard a song of devotion.

¹⁰भक्ति को अंग्रेजी में फिलासॉफी कहते हैं।

¹³Devotion in English is philosophy.

¹¹टाइटल मिलते हैं डॉक्टर ऑफ फिलासॉफी।

¹⁴They receive titles such as Doctor of Philosophy.

¹²अब फिलासॉफी (भक्ति) तो छोटे बड़े मनुष्य सब जानते हैं।

¹⁵Young and old, all know philosophy (devotion).

¹³कोई से भी पूछो ईश्वर कहाँ रहते हैं, तो कह देंगे सर्वव्यापी है।

¹⁶When you ask anyone where God resides, they would say that He is omnipresent.

¹⁴यह भी फिलासॉफी हुई ना।

¹⁷That too is philosophy.

¹⁵अब शास्त्रों की कोई भी बात बाप नहीं सुनाते।

¹⁸The Father does not tell you anything of the scriptures.

¹⁶कोई भी भगत को ज्ञान सागर नहीं कहेंगे।

¹⁹None of the devotees can be called the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁷न उनमें ज्ञान है, न ज्ञान सागर के बच्चे हैं।

²⁰Neither do they have this knowledge nor are they the children of the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁸ज्ञान सागर बाप को कोई नहीं जानते हैं। ¹⁹न अपने को बच्चा समझते हैं।

²¹None of them knows the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, nor do they consider themselves to be His children.

²⁰वह सब भक्ति करते हैं भगवान से मिलने के लिए। ²¹परन्तु भगवान को जानते नहीं तो भक्ति से क्या फायदा होगा।

²²They all perform devotion in order to meet God, but they don't know God and so what benefit do they receive by performing devotion?

²²बहुतों को यह टाइटिल मिलता होगा डॉक्टर ऑफ फिलासॉफी, उन्हों की बुद्धि में तो एक ही बात है कि ईश्वर सर्वव्यापी है।

²³Many receive this title Doctor of Philosophy. ²⁴They only have one thing in their intellects and that is that God is omnipresent.

²³उसको फिलासॉफी समझते हैं, इससे ही गिरते आये हैं, इसको कहा जाता है धर्म ग्लानि।

²⁵They consider that to be philosophy. ²⁶It is through this that they have been falling down. ²⁷It is called defamation of religion.

²⁴हम कोई भी मनुष्यों से शास्त्रों का कुछ वाद-विवाद नहीं कर सकते।

²⁸We cannot debate the scriptures with other people.

²⁵हम कोई मनुष्य से पढ़े हुए नहीं हैं और सब मनुष्य, मनुष्य द्वारा पढ़े हुए होते हैं।

²⁹We have not learnt this from human beings. ³⁰All other human beings learn from human beings.

²⁶वेद शास्त्र आदि सब मनुष्य से ही पढ़ते हैं।

³¹They study the Vedas and scriptures, etc. with human beings.

²⁷बनाये भी मनुष्यों ने हैं।

³²It was human beings who wrote them.

²⁸तुमको तो यह ज्ञान सुनाने वाला है एक ही रूहानी बाप।

³³It is only the one spiritual Father who gives you this knowledge.

²⁹वह एक ही बार आकर समझाते हैं।

³⁴Only once does He come to explain to you.

³⁰अब हमको कोई मनुष्य से कुछ भी सीखना नहीं है।

³⁵Now we don't have to learn anything from human beings.

³¹तुमको अब स्प्रीचुअल बाप से ही सुनना है।

³⁶You must now only listen to the spiritual Father.

³²सुनने वाले हैं रूहानी बच्चे, आत्मायें।

³⁷It is spiritual children, souls, who listen to Him.

³³वह सब मनुष्य, मनुष्य को सुनाते हैं।

³⁸All of those human beings relate things to human beings.

³⁴यह है रूहानी बाप का ज्ञान। ³⁵वह है मनुष्यों का ज्ञान।

³⁹This knowledge is from the spiritual Father, whereas that knowledge is from human beings.

³⁶यह बाबा भी (साकार) मनुष्य है ना।

⁴⁰This Baba is also a corporeal human being.

³⁷बोलो, रूहानी बाप इस द्वारा सुनाते हैं।

⁴¹Tell them: The spiritual Father explains through this one.

³⁸हम रूह सुनते हैं। ³⁹हम रूह फिर शरीर द्वारा औरों को सुनाते हैं।

⁴²I, the spirit, listen to Him and then I, the spirit, relate it to others through my body.

⁴⁰यह है रूहानी ज्ञान।

⁴³This is spiritual knowledge.

⁴¹बाकी सब है जिस्मानी।

⁴⁴All others are physical.

⁴²भक्ति में जिस्म की पूजा करते हैं।

⁴⁵On the path of devotion, they worship bodies.

⁴³बाप कहते हैं - तुम अपने को मनुष्य या भगत न समझो।

⁴⁶The Father says: You mustn't consider yourselves to be human beings or devotees.

⁴⁴अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ बाप को याद करो।

⁴⁷Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

⁴⁵तुम आत्मायें भाई-भाई हो।

⁴⁸You souls are brothers.

⁴⁶गाया हुआ भी है आत्मा-परमात्मा अलग रहे बहुकाल.. तो हमको कोई भी मनुष्य से सुनना नहीं है।

⁴⁹It is remembered that souls remained separated from the Supreme Soul for a long time. ⁵⁰We mustn't listen to human beings.

⁴⁷कोई सवाल पूछे तो बोलो - हमारा कोई शास्त्रों का ज्ञान नहीं है।

⁵¹If anyone asks you questions, tell him that your knowledge is not from any scripture.

⁴⁸हम उसको फिलासॉफी कहते हैं अर्थात् भक्ति मार्ग का ज्ञान है।

⁵²We call that philosophy, that is, they have the knowledge of the path of devotion.

⁴⁹सद्गति देने का ज्ञान सिर्फ एक बाप ही देते हैं।

⁵³Only the one Father gives you knowledge for salvation.

⁵⁰सर्व का सद्गति दाता एक ही गाया हुआ है।

⁵⁴Only the One has been remembered as the Bestower of Salvation for All.

⁵¹तो तुम बच्चों को कोई से डिबेट नहीं करनी है।

⁵⁵You children mustn't debate with anyone.

⁵²बाप कहते हैं ज्ञान की अथॉरिटी, ज्ञान सागर मैं हूँ।

⁵⁶The Father says: I am the Authority of Knowledge, the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁵³मैं तुमको कोई शास्त्र आदि नहीं सुनाता हूँ।

⁵⁷I do not relate any scriptures, etc. to you.

⁵⁴हमारा यह है रूहानी ज्ञान। ⁵⁵बाकी सब है जिस्मानी ज्ञान।

⁵⁸This knowledge of Mine is spiritual, whereas all other knowledge is the knowledge of physical things.

⁵⁶वह सतसंग आदि सब भक्ति मार्ग के लिए हैं।

⁵⁹Those spiritual gatherings are for the path of devotion.

⁵⁷यह रूहानी बाप बैठ रूहों को समझाते हैं इसलिए देही-अभिमानी बनने में बच्चों को मेहनत लगती है।

⁶⁰The spiritual Father sits here and explains to you spirits. ⁶¹This is why some children feel that it is an effort to become soul conscious.

⁵⁸हम आत्मायें बाप से वर्सा लेती हैं।

⁶²We souls are claiming our inheritance from the Father.

⁵⁹बाप के बच्चे जरूर बाप की ही गद्दी के वारिस होंगे ना।

⁶³A father’s children would definitely become heirs to their father's seat (position).

⁶⁰लक्ष्मी-नारायण भी देहधारी हैं।

⁶⁴Lakshmi and Narayan are also bodily beings.

⁶¹उनके बच्चे जिस्मानी बाप से वर्सा पाते हैं।

⁶⁵Their children receive their inheritance from their physical father.

⁶²यह बात ही न्यारी है।

⁶⁶Here it is something unique.

⁶³सतयुग में भी जिस्मानी बात हो जाती है।

⁶⁷In the golden age too, it is a physical thing.

⁶⁴वहाँ यह नहीं कहेंगे कि रूहानी बाप से वर्सा मिलता है।

⁶⁸There, you wouldn’t say that you receive an inheritance from your spiritual Father.

⁶⁵देह-अभिमान को तोड़ना है।

⁶⁹Body consciousness has to be broken.

⁶⁶हम आत्मा हैं और बाप को याद करना है।

⁷⁰I am a soul and I have to remember the Father.

⁶⁷यही भारत का प्राचीन योग गाया हुआ है।

⁷¹This ancient yoga of Bharat is remembered.

⁶⁸याद अक्षर हिन्दी का है।

⁷²The word "yaad” (remembrance) is a Hindi word.

⁶⁹तो यह नॉलेज तुमको अभी कौन देते हैं?

⁷³Who is giving you this knowledge at this time?

⁷⁰यह कोई मनुष्य नहीं जानते हैं।

⁷⁴No human beings know this.

⁷¹जन्म-जन्मान्तर मनुष्य, मनुष्य से बात करते आये हैं।

⁷⁵For birth after birth, human beings have been conversing with human beings.

⁷²अभी रूहानी बाप रूहानी बच्चों से बात करते हैं।

⁷⁶Now, the spiritual Father is conversing with you spiritual children.

⁷³रूह सुनाते हैं इसलिए इसको रूहानी स्प्रीचुअल नॉलेज कहा जाता है।

⁷⁷The Spirit is speaking and that is why this is called spiritual knowledge.

⁷⁴गीता को भी वह स्प्रीचुअल नॉलेज समझते हैं, परन्तु उसमें नाम श्रीकृष्ण देहधारी का डाल दिया है।

⁷⁸They consider the Gita to be spiritual knowledge too, but they have mentioned the name of a bodily being, Shri Krishna.

⁷⁵बाप कहते हैं कि कोई भी मनुष्य में यह नॉलेज हो नहीं सकती।

⁷⁹The Father says: No human being can have this knowledge.

⁷⁶कभी भी कोई तुमसे डिबेट करते हैं तो बोलो, यह है तुम्हारा भक्ति का ज्ञान। ⁷⁷मनुष्यों के बनाये हुए शास्त्रों का ज्ञान।

⁸⁰When anyone debates with you, tell him: Your knowledge is of devotion: it is knowledge from the scriptures written by human beings.

⁷⁸सत्य ज्ञान तो एक ज्ञान सागर बाप के पास ही है, वही खुद नॉलेज दे रहे हैं।

⁸¹Only the one Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, has this true knowledge. ⁸²He Himself is now giving you this knowledge.

⁷⁹उन्हें सुप्रीम बाप कहते हैं।

⁸³He is called the Supreme Father.

⁸⁰पूजा भी उस निराकार की होती है।

⁸⁴That incorporeal One is worshipped.

⁸¹अगर और निराकारियों की पूजा होती है तो वह भी उनके बच्चे ही हैं।

⁸⁵If other incorporeal beings are worshipped, they too are His children.

⁸²मिट्टी का शालिग्राम बनाकर पूजा करते हैं।

⁸⁶People make saligrams of mud and worship them.

⁸³रूद्र यज्ञ रचते हैं।

⁸⁷They create a sacrificial fire.

⁸⁴तुम जानते हो वह परमपिता परमात्मा निराकारी दुनिया में रहते हैं।

⁸⁸You know that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, lives in the incorporeal world.

⁸⁵हम आत्मायें भी वहाँ रहती हैं।

⁸⁹We souls also reside there.

⁸⁶वह ज्ञान का सागर आकर ज्ञान सुनाए सबकी सद्गति कर देते हैं।

⁹⁰That Ocean of Knowledge comes and grants salvation to everyone by speaking this knowledge.

⁸⁷वह है परे ते परे रहने वाला परमपिता परमात्मा।

⁹¹He is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who lives far beyond.

⁸⁸सभी आत्मायें ब्रदर्स को पार्ट मिला हुआ है, जो फिर शरीर धारण कर भाई बहिन बनते हैं।

⁹²All souls, brothers, receive parts. ⁹³They then adopt bodies and become brothers and sisters.

⁸⁹आत्मा सब एक बाप के बच्चे हैं।

⁹⁴All souls are children of the one Father.

⁹⁰आत्मा जब शरीर धारण करती है तो स्वर्ग में सुख, नर्क में दुःख को पाती है।

⁹⁵When a soul adopts a body in heaven, there is happiness, whereas in hell there is sorrow.

⁹¹यह क्यों होता है?

⁹⁶Why does this happen?

⁹²समझाया जाता है - ज्ञान और भक्ति।

⁹⁷It is explained that there is knowledge and then devotion.

⁹³वह है दिन, वह है रात।

⁹⁸That is the day and this is the night.

⁹⁴ज्ञान से सुख, भक्ति से दुःख, यह खेल बना हुआ है।

⁹⁹Knowledge brings happiness and devotion brings sorrow. ¹⁰⁰This play has been created.

⁹⁵ऐसे नहीं कि दुःख सुख सब भगवान ही रचते हैं।

¹⁰¹It isn't that God gives happiness and sorrow.

⁹⁶भगवान को बुलाते ही तब हैं जब दुःखी होते हैं।

¹⁰²Only when they are unhappy do people call out to God.

⁹⁷समझते हैं वह सुख देने वाला है।

¹⁰³They understand that He is the Bestower of Happiness.

⁹⁸फिर जब सुख का समय पूरा होता है फिर रावण 5 विकारों के कारण दुःख शुरू होता है।

¹⁰⁴Then, when their time of happiness comes to an end, sorrow begins because of Ravan, the five vices.

⁹⁹यही खेल है, जिसे यथार्थ रीति समझना है।

¹⁰⁵This play has to be understood accurately.

¹⁰⁰इसे ही रूहानी ज्ञान कहा जाता है।

¹⁰⁶This is spiritual knowledge.

¹⁰¹बाकी है सब जिस्मानी ज्ञान, वह हम सुनने नहीं चाहते हैं।

¹⁰⁷All the rest is the knowledge of physical things. ¹⁰⁸We don't want to listen to that.

¹⁰²हमको हुक्म मिला हुआ है - सिर्फ मुझ निराकार बाप से ही सुनो।

¹⁰⁹We have received the order: Only listen to Me, the incorporeal Father.

¹⁰³बाप कहते हैं - हियर नो ईविल... हम एक भगवान से सुनते हैं। ¹⁰⁴तुम मनुष्यों से सुनते हो।

¹¹⁰The Father says: Hear no evil! ¹¹¹We listen to God alone, whereas you listen to human beings.

¹⁰⁵रात-दिन का फर्क है।

¹¹²There is the difference of day and night.

¹⁰⁶बड़े-बड़े विद्वान शास्त्र आदि पढ़ते हैं।

¹¹³Even great scholars, etc. study the scriptures.

¹⁰⁷वह तो हमने भी बहुत पढ़े।

¹¹⁴We have also studied them a great deal.

¹⁰⁸अब भगवान कहते हैं तुमने गुरू बहुत किये हैं, अब उनको छोड़ो, मैं जो सुनाता हूँ वह सुनो।

¹¹⁵God now says: You have had many gurus. ¹¹⁶Now let go of all of them and listen to what I tell you.

¹⁰⁹भगवान है ही निराकार, उनका नाम है शिव।

¹¹⁷God is incorporeal and His name is Shiva.

¹¹⁰अभी हम उनसे सुन रहे हैं।

¹¹⁸We now listen to Him.

¹¹¹बाप खुद अपना परिचय और अपनी रचना के आदि मध्य अन्त का परिचय देते हैं।

¹¹⁹The Father Himself gives us His own introduction and the introduction of the beginning, the middle and the end of His creation.

¹¹²फिर हम आपसे शास्त्रों आदि की बातें सुनें ही क्यों!

¹²⁰So, why should we listen to the things of the scriptures from you?

¹¹³हम आपको रूहानी नॉलेज सुनाते हैं।

¹²¹We relate this spiritual knowledge to you.

¹¹⁴सुनना हो तो सुनो।

¹²²Listen to it if you want to.

¹¹⁵मूँझने की तो कोई बात ही नहीं।

¹²³There is no question of becoming confused.

¹¹⁶सारी दुनिया है एक तरफ और तुम कितने थोड़े हो।

¹²⁴The whole world is on one side, whereas there are very few of you.

¹¹⁷बाप अब कहते हैं मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे ऊपर जो पापों का बोझा है वह उतर जायेगा और तुम पवित्र बन जायेंगे।

¹²⁵The Father now says: Remember Me and the burden of sin on you will be removed and you will become pure.

¹¹⁸जो पवित्र बनेंगे वही पवित्र दुनिया का मालिक बनेंगे।

¹²⁶Those who become pure will become the masters of the pure world.

¹¹⁹अभी पुरानी दुनिया बदलनी है।

¹²⁷The old world now has to change.

¹²⁰कलियुग के बाद सतयुग आना है।

¹²⁸After the iron age, the golden age has to come.

¹²¹सतयुग है पावन दुनिया।

¹²⁹The golden age is the pure world.

¹²²कलियुग में ही मुझे बुलाते हैं कि आकर पावन दुनिया बनाओ।

¹³⁰It is only in the iron age that people call out to Me to come and purify the world.

¹²³सो मैं अब आया हूँ, मामेकम् याद करो।

¹³¹So, I have now come. ¹³²Constantly remember Me alone!

¹²⁴अब दुनिया बदल रही है।

¹³³The world is now changing.

¹²⁵यह अन्तिम जन्म है।

¹³⁴This is your last birth.

¹²⁶इस पुरानी दुनिया में आसुरी राज्य खलास हो रामराज्य स्थापन हो रहा है इसलिए अब अन्तिम जन्म गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान पवित्र बनो।

¹³⁵The devilish kingdom of this old world is going to be destroyed and the kingdom of Rama is being established. ¹³⁶This is why you have to become as pure as a lotus for this last birth while living at home with your families.

¹²⁷यह विषय सागर है ना।

¹³⁷This is the ocean of poison.

¹²⁸कमल फूल पानी के ऊपर रहता है।

¹³⁸A lotus lives on top of water.

¹²⁹तो अब तुम गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल के समान पवित्र बनो।

¹³⁹Therefore, you now have to become as pure as a lotus while living at home with your families.

¹³⁰तुम बच्चे जानते हो हम राजाई स्थापन कर रहे हैं।

¹⁴⁰You children know that we are establishing a kingdom.

¹³¹अभी सारी दुनिया बदलनी है।

¹⁴¹The whole world now has to change.

¹³²वह धर्म स्थापक सिर्फ अपना-अपना धर्म स्थापन करते हैं।

¹⁴²Those founders of religions simply establish their own religions.

¹³³पहले वह पावन होते हैं फिर पतित बनते हैं।

¹⁴³At first, they are pure and then they become impure.

¹³⁴सतगुरू तो एक ही सद्गति दाता है।

¹⁴⁴Only the one Satguru is the Bestower of Salvation.

¹³⁵मनुष्य गुरू करते ही तब हैं जब सद्गति में जाना चाहते हैं।

¹⁴⁵Human beings adopt gurus when they want to receive salvation.

¹³⁶जब पाप बहुत होते हैं तब रूहानी बाप ज्ञान सुनाते हैं।

¹⁴⁶The spiritual Father gives you this knowledge when there is a lot of sin.

¹³⁷भक्ति का फल ज्ञान तुमको भगवान से मिलता है।

¹⁴⁷You receive this knowledge, the fruit of your devotion, from God.

¹³⁸भगवान कोई भक्ति नहीं सिखलाते हैं।

¹⁴⁸God doesn't teach you to perform devotion.

¹³⁹वह तो ज्ञान देते हैं।

¹⁴⁹He gives you knowledge.

¹⁴⁰कहते हैं मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे और कोई पावन बनने का रास्ता ही नहीं।

¹⁵⁰He says: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved. ¹⁵¹There is no other way to become pure.

¹⁴¹नई दुनिया में सब स्वर्गवासी थे।

¹⁵²In the new world, all were residents of heaven.

¹⁴²अब पुरानी दुनिया में सब नर्कवासी हैं इसलिए बाप कहते हैं कि मैं सबका उद्धार करने आता हूँ।

¹⁵³Now, in the old world, all are residents of hell and this is why the Father says: I come to uplift everyone.

¹⁴³मैं ही आकर रूहानी ज्ञान देता हूँ।

¹⁵⁴I come and give you this spiritual knowledge.

¹⁴⁴बाप अपना परिचय दे रहे हैं। ¹⁴⁵मैं तुम्हारा बाप हूँ।

¹⁵⁵The Father gives His own introduction: “I am your Father.”

¹⁴⁶अभी यह है नर्क।

¹⁵⁶This is now hell.

¹⁴⁷नई दुनिया को स्वर्ग कहा जाता है।

¹⁵⁷The new world is called heaven.

¹⁴⁸ऐसे कैसे कहेंगे कि यहाँ ही स्वर्ग नर्क है, जिनको बहुत धन है वह स्वर्ग में हैं।

¹⁵⁸How can you say that heaven and hell exist here (at the same time)? ¹⁵⁹Those who have a lot of wealth think that they are in heaven.

¹⁴⁹स्वर्ग तो होता ही है नई दुनिया में।

¹⁶⁰Heaven exists in the new world.

¹⁵⁰यहाँ स्वर्ग कहाँ से आया इसलिए हम कोई मनुष्यों की बात सुनते नहीं।

¹⁶¹How could heaven exist here? ¹⁶²This is why we don't listen to human beings.

¹⁵¹बाप कहते हैं तुमको तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बनना है तो मामेकम् याद करो।

¹⁶³The Father says: If you want to become satopradhan from tamopradhan, then constantly remember Me alone.

¹⁵²सारा दिन बुद्धि में यह नॉलेज रहनी चाहिए।

¹⁶⁴Let this knowledge be in your intellects throughout the day.

¹⁵³अच्छा!

¹⁶⁵Achcha.

¹⁵⁴मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमार्निंग।

¹⁶⁶To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

¹⁵⁵रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

¹⁵⁶धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-

¹⁶⁸Essence for dharna:

¹⁵⁷1) एक बाप से ही रूहानी बातें सुननी है।

¹⁶⁹1. Only listen to spiritual things from the one Father.

¹⁵⁸किसी से दूसरी बातों का वाद-विवाद नहीं करना है।

¹⁷⁰Don't debate with anyone about anything.

¹⁸¹1) The basis of life is gyan, yoga and the inculcation of divine virtues.

¹⁷¹यह तो अपने को निश्चय है कि परमपिता परमात्मा द्वारा हमें नॉलेज मिल रही है, इस नॉलेज में मुख्य तीन प्वॉइन्ट हैं जिसके लिये अपने को पूरा पुरुषार्थ करने का ध्यान रखना है।

¹⁸²You have the faith that you are receiving this knowledge from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. ¹⁸³There are three main points of this knowledge to which you have to pay full attention in your efforts.

¹⁷²इसमें पहले है योग अथवा ईश्वरीय निरंतर याद, जिससे विकर्मों का विनाश होता है।

¹⁸⁴First is yoga - constant remembrance of God with which our sins are destroyed.

¹⁷³दूसरा है ज्ञान माना इस सारे ब्रह्माण्ड, सृष्टि की आदि-मध्य-अन्त कैसे होती है, जब यह नॉलेज हो तब ही इस लाइफ में प्रैक्टिकल चेंज आ सकती है और हम भविष्य प्रालब्ध अच्छी बना सकते हैं।

¹⁸⁵Second is this knowledge: what the beginning, middle and end of Brahmand and the whole world are. ¹⁸⁶Only when we have this knowledge can there be a practical change in our lives and can we then create a good reward for ourselves.

¹⁸⁷Third point is our qualification of becoming filled with all virtues, 16 celestial degrees complete. ¹⁸⁸Only then can we become deities.

¹⁷⁵तो अपने आपको चलते-फिरते, खाते-पीते इन तीनों प्वॉइन्ट पर ध्यान देना जरूरी है।

¹⁸⁹It is essential for us to pay attention to these three points while walking and moving around, while eating and drinking.

¹⁷⁷तीनों का आपस में कनेक्शन है - ज्ञान बिगर योग नहीं लग सकता और योग बिगर दैवी गुणों की धारणा नहीं होती, इन तीनों प्वॉइन्ट पर सारी जीवन का आधार है, तब ही विकर्मों का खाता खलास हो अच्छे कर्म बनते हैं।

¹⁹¹All three are connected. ¹⁹²We cannot have yoga without this knowledge and we cannot imbibe divine virtues without having yoga. ¹⁹³Our lives are based on all these three points, for only then can we finish our accounts of sin and perform good actions.

¹⁸¹इस योग को अविनाशी योग क्यों कहते हैं?

¹⁹⁷Why is this yoga called the imperishable yoga?

¹⁸²क्योंकि अविनाशी परमपिता परमात्मा द्वारा सिखाया गया है।

¹⁹⁸Because it is taught by the imperishable Supreme Father, Supreme Soul.

¹⁸³भल योग और मनुष्य आत्मायें भी सिखाती हैं इसलिये योगाश्रम वगैरा खोलते रहते हैं परन्तु वो प्राचीन योग सिखला नहीं सकते।

¹⁹⁹Although other human souls teach yoga, for this is why yoga ashrams are opened, they cannot teach this ancient yoga.

¹⁸⁴अगर ऐसा योग होता तो फिर वो बल कहाँ!

²⁰⁰If there were such yoga, then where is that power?

¹⁸⁵भारत तो दिन प्रतिदिन निर्बल होता जाता है इससे सिद्ध है वह योग अविनाशी योग नहीं है, जिसके साथ योग लगाना है वह खुद ही सिखला सकता है।

²⁰¹Day by day, Bharat is becoming weaker and this shows that their yoga is not imperishable. ²⁰²Only the One with whom you have yoga can teach you this yoga.

¹⁸⁶बाकी औरों से तो योग लगाना ही नहीं है तो फिर सिखलायेंगे कैसे?

²⁰³We mustn’t have yoga with others, for how could they teach us?

¹⁸⁷यह तो स्वयं परमात्मा ही कार्य कर सकता है, वही हमें पूरा भेद बता सकता है। ¹⁸⁸बाकी तो सब तरफ कहते रहते हैं, हम योग सिखलायेंगे।

²⁰⁴Only God can carry out this task. ²⁰⁵Only He can tell us the secret; others just continue to say that they will teach us yoga.

¹⁸⁹यह तो हम जानते हैं कि सच्चा योग तो खुद परमात्मा ही सिखलाए सूर्यवंशी चन्द्रवंशी घराना व दैवी राज्य स्थापन करते हैं।

²⁰⁶We know that only God can teach us this true yoga and establish the sun and moon dynasties of the deity kingdom.

¹⁹⁰अब वो प्राचीन योग परमात्मा आकर कल्प-कल्प हमें सिखलाते हैं।

²⁰⁷God comes and teaches us this ancient yoga every cycle.

¹⁹¹कहते हैं हे आत्मा मुझ परमात्मा के साथ निरन्तर योग लगाओ तो तुम्हारे पाप नष्ट हो जायेंगे।

¹⁹⁵कभी किसी आत्मा के प्रति घृणा दृष्टि नहीं क्योंकि जानते हैं कि यह अज्ञान के वशीभूत है अर्थात् बेसमझ बच्चा है।

²¹⁴Never have a vision of dislike for any soul, because you know that that soul is influenced because of not having this knowledge. ²¹⁵You know that that soul has no understanding.

¹⁹⁶बेसमझ बच्चे के कोई भी कर्म पर घृणा नहीं होती है और ही बच्चे के ऊपर रहम वा स्नेह आयेगा।

²¹⁶One would never dislike a child who acts without understanding. ²¹⁷Instead, there would be feelings of mercy and love for that child.
