S چندر चन्द्र ćandra, vulg. ćandr, and ćandar, s.m. The moon; a moon-like spot. ćandr-kānt, adj. & s.m. Lovely as the moon; — the moon-stone, a fabulous gem (supposed to be formed from the congelation of the rays of the moon and to dissolve under the influence of its light).
