पवित्र pavitra pavittr (a) holy, sacred; pure; ~ता holiness, sanctity, purity; —करना, चर आदि को (said out of reverence) to impart sanctity (by paying a visit), to come (e.g. आज मेरे घर को पवित्र कीजिए).
