A شروع shurūʻ (inf. n. of شرع 'to enter into, to enter upon, &c.), s.m. Beginning, commencement: — shurūʻ-se, From the beginning, ab initio: — shurūʻ-se āḵẖir-tak, From beginning to end (syn. ād-se ant-tak): — shurūʻ karnā, v.t.
