⁴is sangathan ka kya naam denge? ⁵yeh sangathan hai brahma baap ki bhujaaen। ⁶isliye is sangathan ko baapdaada ke madadgaar, vaphaadaar, baapdaada ke diltakhta-nasheen, master sarvashaktivaan kahenge।

¹²They always have the sign of the imperishable stage of the soul (the tilak) shining on their forehead, visible even from a distance. ¹³Secondly, the pure feelings of benefit for all souls will constantly be visible on their face and in their eyes.

¹⁶teesri baat -- unka sankalp, vachan aur karma baap ke samaan ho।

³⁹They themselves are lacking power, and so they cannot put sufficient power into other souls for them to be able to follow all the maryadas.

³⁹koi na koi maryaada ki lakeer ullanghan kar dete hain।

⁴⁰They would definitely go outside the line of one or another maryada.

⁴⁰samajhte sabhi honge, samajhne mein kami nahin hogi।

⁴¹They understand everything, they are not lacking in this understanding.

⁴¹maryaadaaon ki samajh poori hogi। ⁴²parantu maryaadaaon mein chalna yeh shakti kam hogi।

⁴³is kaaran jinhon ki woh seva karte hain unhon mein bhi shakti kam hone kaaran high jump nahin de sakte।

⁴⁴sanskaaron ko mitaane mein samay bahut vesta karte hain।

⁴⁴They waste a lot of time in finishing their sanskars.

⁵⁹You teachers have to make so much effort on each and every one that not a single soul complains that their instrument teacher did not draw their attention to any particular aspect.

⁷²jaise darpan mein apni soorat sahaj aur spashta dikhaai deti hai। ⁷³aise service ke darpan dvaara apni features-soorat nahin, seerat ka sahaj spashta saakshaatkaar hota hai।

⁷²Just as you can see your face easily and clearly in a mirror, in the same way, through the mirror of service, you can have an easy and clear vision of your character, not your features.

⁷⁴woh hai soorat ka aaina, yeh hai seerat ka aaina।

⁷³That is the mirror for the face, and this is the mirror for the character.

⁷⁵harek ko apna saakshaatkaar spashta hota hai?

⁷⁴Do each of you have a clear vision of yourself?

⁷⁶hona chaahiye।

⁷⁵You should be able to.

⁷⁷agar ab tak spashta saakshaatkaar nahin hoga to apne ko sampoorn kaise bana sakenge।

⁷⁸jab apni kamzoriyon ka maaloom hoga tab to shakti bhar sakenge।

⁸³teachers dvaara yeh shabd ab tak nahin nikalnechaahieki yeh meri nature hai।

⁸⁴The words, 'this is my nature', should not emerge through the features of the teachers.

⁸⁴yeh kehna shaktiheenta ki nishaani hai।

⁸⁵‘purooshaartha’ shabd, purooshaartha shabd se use nahin karte hain। ⁸⁶parantu ‘purooshaartha’ shabd purooshaartha se chhudaane ka saadhan bana diya hai।
