This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.
How is Hinglish generated?
The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.
Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.
| Hindi | Hinglish |

2will power aur controlling power
1Will power and controlling power
3apne andar will-power aur controlling power--donon hi powers ka anubhav karte ho?
2Do you experience both will power and controlling power in yourself?
4kyonki apne purooshaartha ke liye va anya aatmaon ki unnati ke liye yeh donon hi powers ati aavashyak hain।
3Because both these powers are extremely necessary for your own effort and for the progress of all other souls.
5agar apne mein hi controlling power aur will-power nahin hai to auron ko bhi will karaane ki shakti nahin aa sakti।
4If you do not have controlling power and will power in your own self, then you do not have the power to make others will something.
6auron ki jo vyartha sankalp va vyartha chalan abhi tak chalti rehti hai, vo control nahin kara sakte hain।
5You are then not able to make others control their wasteful thoughts or their wasteful behaviour.
7will-power nahin rehti।
6You do not have any will power.
8will- power arthaat jo bhi kuchh kiya sankalp, vaani dvaara va karma dvaara, woh sabhi baap ke aage will arthaat arpan kar den।
7Will power means that whatever you do, either through your thoughts, words or actions, it should always be willed to the Father, that is, it should be offered to the Father.
9jaise bhakti-maarga mein jo bhi kuchh karte hain, khaate hain, chalte hain -- to kahne maatra kehte hain eeshvar arpan।
8On the path of bhakti, whatever they do, whether they are eating or walking, they say for the sake of saying it, that it is offered to God.
10lekin yahaan abhi samajhte hain ki jo bhi kiya, woh kalyaankaari baap ke kalyaan ke karttavya prati will kiya।
9However, here, you understand that whatever you did, you willed it for the task of benefit of the Benefactor Father.
11to jitna-jitna jo kuchh hai woh arpan karte jaayenge to arpanmay darpan ban jaata hai।
10If you continue to offer whatever you have, you will become a mirror of someone who is worthy of an offering.
12jisko arpan kiya, jiske prati arpan kiya woh saakshaatkaar aise arpan se svatah hi sabhi ko hota hai।
11The vision of the One to whom you offered something, the one for whom you offered it, is automatically received by everyone through such an offering.
13to arpan karke darpan banne ka purooshaartha yeh hua ki will-power chaahiye aur doosra controlling power chaahiye।
12So the effort needed in order to offer something and to become a mirror is that you need will power and secondly, you need controlling power.
14jahaan chaahen vahaan apne aapko arthaat apni sthiti ko sthit kar saken।
13You should be able to stabilise yourself, that is, your stage wherever you wish.
15aise nahin ki baithe apni sthiti ko sthit karne ke liye baap ki yaad mein aur uske bajaay vyartha sankalp va dagmag sthiti ban jaaye, yeh controlling power nahin hai।
14It should not be that you sit to stabilise your stage in Baba's remembrance, but instead, you have wasteful thoughts or your stage fluctuates, or that you do not have any controlling power.
16ek second se bhi kam samay mein apne sankalp ko jahaan chaahen vahaan tika saken।
15In less than one second, you should be able to stabilise your thoughts wherever you wish.
17agar svayan ki sthiti ko nahin tika sakenge to auron ko aatmik-sthiti mein kaise tika sakenge।
16If you are not able to stabilise your own stage, how will you make others stabilise in the stage of soul consciousness?
18isliye apni stage aur status -- donon ki smriti sada rahe tab hi lakshyaki siddhi pa sakenge।
17This is why you must constantly keep the awareness of your stage and status; only then will you be able to attain success in your qualifications.
19to will- power aur controlling power -- donon ke liye mukhya kya yaad rakhen, jisse donon powers aayen?
18So what will you keep as the main thing for will power and controlling power, so that you imbibe both the powers?
20in donon powers ke purooshaartha ka ek-ek shabd mein hi saadhan hai।
19The method of making effort for both these powers is included in just one word for each.
21controlling power ke liye sadaiv mahaan antar saamne rahe to aatometi- kali jo shreshtha hoga us taraph buddhi jaayegi aur jo vyartha mahsoos hoga us taraph buddhi automatically nahin jaayegi।
20For controlling power, constantly keep the great contrast (mahan antar) in front of you, and your intellect will automatically go towards that which is elevated; your intellect will not go towards that which is felt to be wasteful.
22jo bhi karma karte ho to mahaan antar-shuddh aur ashuddha, satya aur asatya, smriti aur vismriti mein kya antar hai, vyartha aur samartha sankalp mein kya antar hai, sab baat mein agar mahaan antar karte jaao to doosre taraph buddhi automatically control ho jaayegi।
21Whatever actions you perform, if you continue to see the great contrast between pure and impure, truth and falsehood, the difference between awareness and forgetfullness, the difference between the wasteful and the powerful, then your intellect is automatically controlled.
23aur will-power ke liye hai mahaamantra-agar mahaan antar aur mahaamantra yeh donon hi yaad rahen to kabhi buddhi ko control karne vo liye mehnat nahin karni padegi।
22And for will power, there is the great mantra (mahan mantra). 23If you remember both the great contrast and the great mantra, then you never have to make effort to control your intellect.
24yeh sahaj hai।
24This is easy.
25pahle check karo arthaat antar socho, phir karma karo।
25First of all, check, that is, think of the contrast and then perform the action.
26antar nahin dekhte, albele chalte rehte, isliye controlling power jo aani chaahiye woh nahin aati।
26When you do not see the contrast but continue to move carelessly, you do not have the controlling power that you should have.
27aur mahaamantra se will-power automatically aa jaayegi।
27And with the great mantra, you will automatically have will power.
28kyonki mahaamantra hai hi baap ki yaad arthaat baap ke saath, baap ke karttavya ke saath, baap ke gunon ke saath sadaiv apni buddhi ko sthit karna।
28Because the great mantra is Baba's remembrance, that is, to constantly stabilise your intellect on Baba, on Baba's activities and Baba's virtues.
29to mahaamantra buddhi mein rahne se arthaat buddhi ka connection power-house se hone ke kaaran will-power aa jaati hai।
29So by having the great mantra in the intellect, that is, by having the connection of the intellect with the Power House, you will have will power.
30to mahaamantra aur mahaan antar-yeh donon hi yaad rahe to donon paavras sahaj aa sakti hain।
30So you should remember both the great contrast and the great mantra and you will easily be able to imbibe both the powers.
31mahaamantra aur mahaan antar- donon smriti mein rakh phir gyaan ka netra chalaane se dekho saphalta kitni hoti hai।
31Keep the great contrast and the great mantra in your awareness, then use the eye of knowledge, and see how much success you have.
32jaise sunaaya tha na-hans ka karttavya kya hota hai।
32You were told what the activity of a swan is.
33woh sadaiv kankad aur ratnon ka mahaan antar karta hai।
33It constantly picks out the great contrast between stones and jewels.
34to aise hi buddhi mein sadaiv mahaan antar yaad rahe to mahaamantra bhi sahaj yaad aa jaayega।
34In the same way, if you constantly remember the great contrast, then you automatically remember the great mantra.
35jab koi shreshtha cheez ko jaan jaate hain to neeche ki cheez se svatah hi kinaara ho jaata hai।
35When people come to know about something elevated, they automatically step away from the things that are of less value.
36lekin antar yaad na hone se mantra bhi bhool jaata hai aur gyaan ke yantra jo mile hain woh poorn reeti saphal nahin ho paate।
36But by not remembering the contrast, you even forget the mantra, and you are not fully able to use the weapons of knowledge successfully.
37to ab kya karenge?
37So what will you do now?
38sirf do shabd yaad rakhna hai।
38Simply remember two words.
39hans bankar antar karte jaao।
39Be swans and continue to do that.
40samjha?
40Do you understand?
41jaise baapdaada ke teen roop mukhya hain। 42hain to sarva sambandh, phir bhi teen sambandh mukhya hain na। 43aise hi saare din ke andar aapke bhi mukhya teen roop aapko yaad rahne chaahiye।
41Just as you have three special relationships with BapDada; although you have all relationships, there are three main ones; in the same way, throughout the whole day, you should remember your own three main forms.
44jaise baal avastha, yuva avastha aur vriddha avastha hoti hai, phir mrityu hoti hai।
42Just as there is childhood, young age, old age and then death, so this cycle continues all the time.
45yeh chakra chalta hai na। 46to saare din mein teen roop kaunse yaad rahen jisse smriti bhi sahaj rahe aur saphalta bhi jyaada ho?
43And so throughout the entire day, which three forms should you remember so that you are easily able to have remembrance and have greater success?
47jaise baap ke yeh teen roop varnan karte ho, vaise hi aapke teen roop kaunse hain?
44Just as you speak of the three forms of the Father, in the same way, what are your three forms?
48savere-savere amritvele jab uthte ho aur yaad ki yaatra mein rehte ho va rooh-roohaan karte ho to us samay ka roop kaunsa hota hai?
45When you wake up in the early morning hours of nectar, and stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance or have a heart-to- heart conversation, what is your form at that time?
49baalak so maalik।
46That of a child and a master.
50jab rooh-roohaan karte ho to baalak roop yaad rehta hai na। 51aur jab yaad ki yaatra ka anubhav-roop ban jaate ho to maalikpan ka roop hota hai।
47When you have a heart-to-heart conversation, you remember the form of a child, and when you become the embodiment of experience of the pilgrimage of remembrance, you have the form of being a master.
52to amritvele hota hai baalak so maalikpan ka roop।
48So at amrit vela, you have the form of a child and master.
53phir kaunsa roop hota hai?
49Then, what form do you have?
54godly student life।
50That of a Godly student life.
55phir teesra roop hai sevaadhaari ka।
51And then the third form is that of a server.
56yeh teenon roop saare din mein dhaaran karte karttavya karte chalte ho?
52Do you continue to perform your activities whilst adopting all these three forms throughout the day?
57roop yeh teen hote hain। 58aur raat ko phir kaunsa roop hota hai?
53You have these three forms, and then what form do you have at night?
59ant mein raat ko sote samay sthiti hoti hai apne ko check karne ki aur saath-saath apne ko vaani se pare le jaane vaali sthiti bhi hoti hai।
54At the end of the day, at the time of going to sleep, your stage is that of checking yourself and as well as that, you have the stage of going beyond sound.
60us sthiti mein sthit ho ek din ko samaapta karte ho, phir doosra din shuru hota hai।
55Whilst stabilising yourself in that stage, you finish one day and begin the next day.
61to woh sthiti aisi honi chaahiye jaise neend mein is duniya ki koi bhi baat, koi bheeaavaaz, koi bhi aakarshan nahin hota hai, jab achhi neend mein hote ho, svapna ki doosri baat hai।
56So that stage should be as when you are asleep because at that time, you are not disturbed by any noise or any thing. 57When you are in a very good sleep and you have dreams, that is a different matter.
62is reeti se sone se pahle aisi sthiti banaakar phir sona chaahiye।
58You should make your stage like this before going to sleep.
63jaise ant mein aatmaaen jo sanskaar le jaati hain vahi merge hote hain, phir vahi sanskaar emerge honge। 64is reeti se yeh bhi din ko jab samaapta karte ho to sanskaar nyaare aur pyaarepan ke ho gae na।
59Just as at the end, the sanskars that the souls take at the end become merged and then those sanskars emerge, in the same way, when you finish the day in this way, your sanskars become loving and detached.
65isi sanskaar se so jaane se phir doosre din bhi in sanskaaron ki madad milti hai। 66isliye raat ke samay jab din ko samaapta karte ho to yaad-agni se va smriti ki shakti se puraane khaate ko samaapta athva khatma kar dena chaahiye। 67hisaab chuktu kar dena chaahiye।
60By going to sleep with these sanskars, you receive help from these sanskars the next day, and therefore, at night, when you finish the day, you should finish the old accounts with the fire of remembrance. 61That is, with the power of remembrance, you should settle all your accounts.
68jaise biznesmain bhi agar hisaab-kitaab chuktu na rakhte to khaata badh jaata aur karzadaar ho jaate hain। 69karz ko marzakahte hain। 70isi reeti se agar saare din ke kiye hue karmon ka khaata aur sankalpon ka khaata bhi kuchh hua, usko chuktu kar do।
62Just as if businessmen do not settle their accounts, they increase their debt; a debt is called a sickness; in this way, if there are any accounts of your karma or your thoughts of the whole day, you should settle them.
71doosre din ke liye kuchh karzaki reeti na rakho।
63Do not keep anything as a debt for the next day.
72nahin to vahi marz ke roop mein buddhi ko kamzor kar deta hai।
64Otherwise, it takes the form of a sickness and makes the intellect weak.
73roz apna hisaab chuktu kar naya din, nai smriti rahe।
65Settle your accounts daily and begin a new day with a new awareness.
74aise jab apne karmon aur sankalpon ka khaata clear rakhenge tab sampoorn va saphaltaamoorta ban jaayenge।
66When you keep the accounts of your actions and thoughts clear in this way, you will become perfect and the image of success.
75agar apna hi hisaab chuktu nahin kar sakte to doosron ke karmabandhan va doosron ke hisaab-kitaab ko kaise chuktu kara sakenge।
67If you are not able to settle your own accounts, how will you enable others to settle their accounts and karmic bondages?
76isliye raaz raat ko apna register saaph hona chaahiye।
68Therefore, your register should be cleared every night.
77jo hua woh yog ki agni mein bhasma karo। 78jaise kaanton ko bhasma kar naam-nishaan gum kar dete ho na।
69Whatever has happened, burn it away with the fire of yoga, just as people burn away thorns and make the name and trace of them disappear.
79is reeti apnenolejki shakti aur yaad ki shakti, will-power aur controlling power se apne register ko roz saaph rakhna chaahiye। 80jama na ho।
70In the same way, with the power of knowledge and the power of remembrance, that is, with will power and controlling power, you should keep your register clean every day.
81ek din ke kiye hue vyartha sankalp va vyartha karma ki doosre din bhi lakeer na rahe arthaat karza nahin rehna chaahiye।
71Nothing should accumulate. 72The wasteful thoughts and actions of one day should not leak into the next day, that is, there should not be a debt.
82beeti so beeti, full stop।
73Past is past, full stop!
83aise register saaph rakhne vaale va hisaab ko chuktu karne vaale saphaltaamoorta sahaj ban sakte hain।
74Those who keep their register clean in this way, that is, those who clear their accounts are easily able to become the embodiment of success.
84samjha?
75Do you understand?
85saare din ka checker banna।
76Become a checker for the whole day.
86svadarshan chakra ke andar phir yeh ek din ka chakra।
77In the cycle of self-realisation, there is this cycle of the day.
87shuru mein drill karte the to chakra ke andar chakra mein jaate the, phir nikalte the na।
78In the beginning, when you used to have drill, you used go from one circle into another and then come out of it.
88to yeh behad ka 5000 varsha ka chakra hai। 89usmein phir chhote-chhote chakra hain।
79So this is an unlimited cycle of five thousand years, and within that, there are little cycles.
90to apna woh dincharya ka chakra sadaiv clear rahe, moonjhe nahin। 91tab chakravarti raaja banenge।
80So your cycle of the day should always remain clear. 81There should not be any confusion in that, only then will you become the rulers of the globe.
92register saaph karna aata hai na।
82You know how to clear your register, do you not?
93aajkal science ne bhi aisi invention ki hai, jo likha hua sabhi mit jaaye jo maaloom hi na pade।
83Nowadays, science has also created such inventions that whatever is written can all be erased so that you are not even aware of what was written.
94to kya silence ki shakti se apne register ko raaz saaf nahin kar sakte ho?
84So with the power of silence, are you not able to clear your register every day?
95isliye kaha hua hai ki baap ke priy va prabhu priy va daivi lok donon ke priy kaun ban sakte?
85This is why it is said: Who can be loved by the Father, by God and who can be loved by the deities?
96sachchaai aur saphaai vaale prabhu-priy bhi hain aur lok-priy bhi aur apne aapko bhi priy lagte hain।
86Those who have honesty and cleanliness are loved by God and are also loved by the people. 87And they even love their own selves.
97sachchaai-saphaai ko sabhi pasanda karte hain।
88Everyone likes honesty and cleanliness.
98register saaph rakhna-yeh bhi saphaai hui na।
89To keep your register clean is also cleanliness.
99aur sachchi dil par saaheb raaji ho jaata hai arthaat himmat aur yaad se madad mil jaati hai।
90And the Lord is pleased with an honest heart. 91That is, when you have courage and remembrance, you receive help. 92Achcha.
100achha।
