²वेस्ट (Waste) मत करो और वेट (Weight) कम करो

¹Do not waste anything and lose weight.

³सर्व खज़ानों को महादानी बन दान करने वाले, अपने शक्तियों के खजानों में सम्पन्न हो विश्व-कल्याणकारी आत्माओं प्रति बाप-दादा बोले:-

²The stage of being beyond sound is when you are in your incorporeal stage and the angelic stage is where the language of signals is used to a greater extent.

⁴आवाज़ से परे अपने निराकारी स्टेज और आकारी स्टेज, जहाँ इशारों की भाषा ज्यादा है अर्थात् मूवी है, दोनों ही स्थिति में साकारी सृष्टि के समान आवाज़ नहीं है - ऐसे आवाज़ से परे स्थिति अच्छी लगती है? ⁵मुख द्वारा सुनना, सुनाना इससे ऊपर अपनी वृत्ति द्वारा वा दृष्टि द्वारा वा वायब्रेशन्स द्वारा वा अपने श्रेष्ठ अनुभवों के प्रभाव द्वारा किसी आत्माओं की सेवा करना अर्थात् सुनाना वा परिचय देना,सम्बन्ध जोड़ना इसके अनुभवी हो? ⁶जैसे वाणी द्वारा सम्बन्ध जोड़ना इसके अनुभवी हो, वैसे वाणी द्वारा डायरेक्शन मिले कि इन आत्माओं की वृत्ति वा दृष्टि वा श्रेष्ठ अनुभवों के प्रभाव से सेवा करो तो कर सकते हो वा सिर्फ वाणी द्वारा कर सकते हो? ⁷जैसे वाणी द्वारा आत्माओं को बाप से सम्बन्ध जुटाने के नम्बरवार निमित्त बनते हो वैसे अपनी सूक्ष्म स्थिति के वा मास्टर सर्व शक्तिवान वा मास्टर ज्ञान सूर्य की स्थिति द्वारा, आत्माओं को स्वयं के स्थिति वा बाप के सम्बन्ध का अनुभव, पॉवरफुल वातावरण, वायब्रेशन वा स्वयं के शक्ति स्वरूप के सम्पर्क से उन्हें भी करा सकते हो?

³So, do you enjoy the stage beyond sound where there is no noise like that in the corporeal world?

⁸क्योंकि जैसे समय समीप आ रहा है, पाण्डव सेना के प्रत्यक्ष होने का प्रभाव गुप्त रूप में फैलता जा रहा है।

⁴Even greater than listening and speaking is to be serving souls through your attitude, vibrations and the influence of your own experience.

⁹सेवा की रूपरेखा समय प्रमाण और सेवा प्रमाण परिवर्तन अवश्य होगी।

⁵So, have you experienced relating knowledge, giving an introduction and forging a relationship through these methods?

¹⁰जैसे आजकल भी साइंस द्वारा हर चीज़ को क्वान्टिटी (Quantity;मात्र) बजाए क्वालिटी (Quality;गुण) में ला रहे हैं, ऐसा छोटा सा रूप बना रहे हैं,जो रूप है छोटा लेकिन शक्ति अधिक भरी हुई होती है।

⁶Have you experienced forging a relationship through words? ⁷If you were to receive directions through words to serve souls through your attitude, vision and the influence of your experience, would you be able to do it? ⁸Or, are you only able to serve through words?

¹¹जैसे मिठास के विस्तार को सैक्रीन (Seccharine) के रूप में लाते हैं।

⁹You become instruments numberwise in enabling souls to forge a relationship with the Father through words.

¹²विस्तार को सार में ला रहे हैं, इसी प्रकार पाण्डव सेना अर्थात् साइलेन्स की शक्ति वाली श्रेष्ठ आत्माएं भी जो एक घन्टे के भाषण द्वारा किसको परिचय दे सकते हो,वह एक सेकेन्ड की पॉवरफुल दृष्टि, द्वारा पॉवरफुल स्टेज द्वारा,कल्याण की भावना द्वारा,आत्मिक भाव द्वारा ‘स्मृति’दिला सकते हो वा अपरोक्ष साक्षात्कार करा सकते हो?

¹⁰In the same way, using your subtle stage, your stage of a master almighty authority and a master sun of knowledge, are you enabling souls to experience their own stage and a relationship with the Father? ¹¹Are you doing this with a powerful atmosphere, vibrations and connection through your form of power? ¹²As time is coming closer, in an incognito way, the influence of the Pandav Army is being revealed and spreading. ¹³The form of service will definitely change according to the time and according to the service.

¹³अभी ऐसी प्रैक्टिस की आवश्यकता है। ¹⁴इसके लिए दो बातों की आवश्यकता है,जिससे ऐसी श्रेष्ठ सेवा के निमित्त बन सकते हो, वह कौनसी दो बातों की तरफ विशेष अटेन्शन दिलाते हैं।

¹⁴Nowadays, scientists concentrate on creating quality rather than quantity; they are making everything very minute, so that even though something may be physically small, it has much more power concentrated within it. ¹⁵They have condensed the expansion of sweetness into the form of saccharine.

¹⁵वह जानते हो कौन सी होगी?

¹⁶They reduce expansion into its essence.

¹⁶एक तो चारों ओर यह अटेन्शन दिलाते हैं की कोई भी चीज़ वेस्ट (Waste;बेकार) मत करो और दूसरी बात वेट (Weight;वजन) कम करो।

¹⁷In the same way, you, the Pandav Army, who are the elevated souls with the power of silence, are able to give someone the introduction through an hour’s lecture.

¹⁷वह लोग तो शरीर की वेट कम करने के लिए कहते हैं, लेकिन बाप-दादा आत्मा के ऊपर जो बोझ है, जिस बोझ के कारण ऊँची स्टेज का अनुभव नहीं कर पाती, तो इस वेट को कम करो।

¹⁸So, are you also able to remind others or give them a vision through a second’s powerful drishti, a powerful stage, benevolent and soul conscious feelings? ¹⁹You now need to practise this. ²⁰In order to become instruments to do this type of service you need two things.

¹⁸एक वेस्ट मत करो और दूसरा वेट कम करो।

²¹To what two things is Baba especially drawing your attention?

¹⁹इन दो बातों के ऊपर विशेष अटेंशन चाहिए।

²²Do you know what these two things are?

²⁰अपनी शक्तियां वा समय वेस्ट करने से जमा नहीं होती और जमा न होने के कारण जो खुशी वा शक्तिशाली स्टेज का अनुभव होना चाहिए, वह चाहते हुए भी नहीं कर सकते। ²¹जैसे आप श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं का विश्व-कल्याणकारी बनने का कार्य है।

²³Firstly, Baba is asking you to pay attention all round and not to waste anything anywhere, and secondly, to lose weight. ²⁴Those people tell you to reduce the weight of your body, but BapDada is telling you to reduce the weight of the burden on the soul, due to which you are unable to experience an elevated stage.

²²उसी प्रमाण समय वा शक्तियाँ न सिर्फ अपने प्रति लेकिन अनेक आत्माओं की सेवा प्रति भी स्टॉक जमा होना चाहिए।

²⁵Firstly, do not waste anything and secondly, lose weight! ²⁶Special attention has to be paid to both these aspects.

²³अगर वेस्ट होता रहेगा तो स्वयं भी अपने को भरपूर अनुभव नहीं करेंगे। ²⁴जैसे आजकल की गवर्नमेंट भी बचत की स्कीम बनाती है।

²⁷By wasting your power and time, you are unable to accumulate, and because of not accumulating, you are unable to experience happiness or the powerful stage that you want.

²⁵वैसे अपने प्रति आवश्यक समय वा शक्तियों में से एकानामी (Economy;बचत) का लक्ष्य रखते हुए बचत करनी चाहिए।

²⁸The task of you elevated souls is to become world benefactors. ²⁹Therefore, you should have accumulated a stock of time and power not just for yourself, but also to serve many other souls.

²⁶क्योंकि विश्व की सर्व आत्माएं आप श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं का परिवार है।

³⁰If you continue to waste, you will not experience being full. ³¹Nowadays, even the government has a budget scheme.

²⁷जितना बड़ा परिवार होता है उतना ही एकानामी का ख्याल रखा जाता है। ²⁸आप जैसा बड़ा परिवार और किसका है?

³²So too, you should also save something by budgeting and aiming to be economical in the time and power you use on yourself.

²⁹तो सब आत्माओं को सामने रखते हुए, स्वयं को बेहद की सेवा अर्थ निमित्त समझते हुए, अपने समय और शक्तियों को कार्य में लगाते हो?

³³All souls of the entire world are the family of you elevated souls. ³⁴The larger the family, the more one thinks of economising. ³⁵Who else has such a big family as yours?

³⁰मास्टर रचता की स्थिति स्मृति में रहती है वा अपने प्रति ही कमाया और खाया,वा कुछ खाया,कुछ गंवाया,ऐसे अलबेले हो चल रहे हो?

³⁶Keeping all souls in front of you, do you use your time and power whilst considering yourself to be an instrument for unlimited service? ³⁷Are you aware of your stage of a master creator or do you just earn for yourself?

³¹तो अपने सर्व खजानों की बजट (Budget) बनाओ।

³⁸Do you use some and waste the rest of it?

³²इतनी बड़ी जिम्मेवारी का कार्य उठाने वाली आत्माएं अगर जमा न होगा तो कार्य कैसे सफल कर सकेंगी। ³³ड्रामानुसार होना ही है -यह हुई नॉलेज की बात।

³⁹Are you moving along carelessly in this way? ⁴⁰So, budget all your treasures! ⁴¹You souls have such a huge responsibility; so, if you do not accumulate, how would you succeed in your task?

³⁴लेकिन ड्रामा में मुझे भी निमित्त बन सेवा द्वारा श्रेष्ठ प्राप्ति करनी है, यह लक्ष्य रखते हुए हर खज़ाने की ‘बजट’बनाओ। ³⁵बजट में लक्ष्य क्या रखना है?

⁴²To know that everything is to happen according to the drama is an aspect of knowledge, but according to the drama, you have to be an instrument and attain your elevated attainment through serving.

³⁶सलोगन याद है? ³⁷‘कम खर्च बाला नशीन’।

⁴³Maintain this aim and budget all your treasures.

³⁸हर खज़ाने को चेक करो कितना जमा है?

⁴⁴What aim should you have for your budget?

³⁹उस जमा के खाते से बेहद के आत्माओं की सेवा हो सकती है।

⁴⁵Do you remember the slogan, “Greater splendour through less expenditure”?

⁴⁰हरेक सब्जेक्ट की भी चेकिंग करो कि हर सब्जेक्ट द्वारा बेहद की सेवा के निमित्त बन सकते हैं, वा सिर्फ ज्ञान द्वारा कर सकते हैं, धारणा द्वारा नहीं? ⁴¹जब फुल पास होना है तो फुल सब्जेक्ट द्वारा सेवा के निमित्त बनना आवश्यक है।

⁴⁶Check all your treasures to see how many you have accumulated. ⁴⁷From the accumulation in a physical account, you can only serve souls in a limited way. ⁴⁸Check yourself in every subject as to whether you are able to be an instrument for unlimited service in every subject, or whether you are only able to serve through knowledge and not through your dharna.

⁴²अगर एक भी सब्जेक्ट में कमी है तो फुल पास नहीं लेकिन पास होंगे।

⁴⁹In order to pass fully and become an instrument for service, you need to pass in every subject.

⁴³एक है पास विथ ऑनर और दूसरी स्टेज है पास होना।

⁵⁰If you lack something in any subject, you will pass, but you will not pass fully.

⁴⁴जो सिर्फ पास होते हैं पास विथ ऑनर नहीं तो उन्हों को पास विथ ऑनर के अन्तर में धर्मराज की सजाओं से पास होना पड़ता है अर्थात् थोड़ा बहुत भी सजाओं का अनुभव में पास करेंगे।

⁵¹One is to pass with honour and the other is simply to pass. ⁵²Those who simply pass and do not pass with honour have to experience punishment. ⁵³Because of not passing with honour they have to experience some punishment.

⁴⁵पास विथ ऑनर औरों को पास करते हुए देखेंगे।

⁵⁴Those who pass with honour will observe others pass by.

⁴⁶इसलिए हर सब्जेक्ट में फुल पास होना है - हर खज़ाने की बजट करो और बजट बनाओ अर्थात् वेस्ट मत करो।

⁵⁵Therefore, you have to pass fully in every subject. ⁵⁶So, make a budget and save every treasure, that is, do not waste anything.

⁴⁷हर सेकेण्ड, संकल्प या स्वयं के प्रति शक्तिशाली बनाने अर्थ वा सर्व आत्माओं की सेवा अर्थ कार्य में लगाओ।

⁵⁷Use every second and every thought to make yourself powerful in order to serve other souls.

⁴⁸दूसरी बात ‘वेट कम करो।

⁵⁸Secondly, reduce your weight.

⁴⁹’ एक तो पिछले जन्मों का रहा हुआ हिसाब-किताब का बोझ समाप्त करने में लगे हो, लेकिन वह बोझ कोई बड़ी बात नहीं है।

⁵⁹Firstly, you are engaged in finishing the burden of the accounts of the past births, but that burden is not a big thing.

⁵⁰ब्राह्मण बनकर वा ब्रह्माकुमार/ब्रह्माकुमारी कहलाकर विश्व-कल्याणकारी वा विश्व-सेवाधारी कहलाकार फिर भी अगर ऐसा कोई विकल्प वा विकर्म करते हैं तो वह बोझ उस बोझ से सौगुणा है।

⁶⁰However, after becoming a Brahmin, after being called a Brahma Kumar or Kumari, a world benefactor and a world server, if you then commit any sin, whether in act or thought, then the burden of that is a hundred times greater than the first burden.

⁵¹ऐसे कितने प्रकार के बोझ अपने संस्कारों के वश, स्वभाव के वश, ज्ञान,बुद्धि के अभिमान वश, नाम और शान के स्वार्थ वश,स्वयं के सैलवेशन प्राप्त करने के वश, वा अलबेलेपन वा आलस्य के वश,अब तक कितने बोझ उठाए हैं?

⁶¹How many such burdens have you taken upon yourself due to the influence of your sanskars, nature, arrogance of your knowledgeable intellect, your desire for name and fame or for attaining some facilities for yourself, or due to carelessness and laziness?

⁵²सदैव यह ध्यान पर रखना है कि ज्ञानी तू आत्मा कहलाते अथवा सर्विसएबुल कहलाते ऐसा कोई कर्म वा वातावरण फैलाने के वायब्रेशन उत्पन्न होने के निमित्त न बने जिससे सर्विस के बजाए डिस सर्विस हो।

⁶²Whilst calling yourself a gyani or serviceable soul, always pay attention that you do not become an instrument to cause disservice instead of service by performing any such acts or spreading such vibrations.

⁵³क्योंकि सर्विस भी हो लेकिन एक बार की डिस-सर्विस दस बार की सर्विस को समाप्त कर देती है।

⁶³Let there be service, but also remember that disservice performed once destroys ten times as much service.

⁵⁴जैसे रबड़ मिट जाता है वैसे एक बार की डिस-सर्विस दस बार के सर्विस के खाते को खत्म कर देती है।

⁶⁴Just as you erase something with an eraser, so too, disservice performed once destroys the account of ten times as much service.

⁵⁵और वह समझता रहता कि मैं बहुत सर्विस करता हूँ।

⁶⁵Yet, such souls may continue to think that they are doing a lot of service.

⁵⁶लेकिन खाता खाली होने के कारण निशानी दिखाई भी देती हैं लेकिन अभिमान के वश बाहर से मियामिùè बन जाते हैं।

⁶⁶Because they have an empty account, the signs of this may be visible, but because of their arrogance, they parade themselves as being very clever.

⁵⁷निशानी क्या होती है?

⁶⁷What is the sign of this?

⁵⁸एक तो याद में शक्ति वा प्राप्ति का अनुभव नहीं होता।

⁶⁸There is no experience of power or attainment in their remembrance.

⁵⁹अन्दर की सन्तुष्टता नहीं होगी।

⁶⁹There is no contentment inside.

⁶⁰हर समय कोई न कोई परिस्थिति वा व्यक्ति वा प्रकृति का वैभव, स्थिति को हलचल में लाने के वा खुशी, शक्ति खत्म करने के निमित्त बनेंगे।

⁷⁰At every moment, one or another situation, person or material possession becomes instrumental in making their stage fluctuate and finishing their happiness and power.

⁶¹बाहर का दिखावा इतना सुन्दर होगा जो अनेक आत्माएं उन्हें न परखने कारण सबसे अच्छा खुश मिजाज और पुरुषार्थी समझेंगे।

⁷¹The external show will be so beautiful that, because of not recognising this, other souls will consider such souls to be happy and good effort­makers.

⁶²लेकिन अन्दर बिल्कुल उलझन में खोखलापन होता है।

⁷²However, inside there is nothing but emptiness out of confusion.

⁶³नाम,शान का खाता फुल होता है - लेकिन खज़ानों का खाता, अनुभूतियों का खाता खाली के बराबर होता है अर्थात् नाम मात्र होता है।

⁷³The account of name and fame is full but the accounts of treasures and experience are almost empty, that is, they are just in namesake.

⁶⁴और निशानी क्या होगी?

⁷⁴What other signs are there?

⁶⁵ऐसी आत्मा स्वयं विघ्नों के वश होने के कारण सेवा के कार्य में विघ्न रूप बन जाती है।

⁷⁵Because of being influenced by obstacles, such souls will themselves be an obstacle to service.

⁶⁶नाम विध्न विनाशक है लेकिन बनते विघ्न रूप हैं।

⁷⁶They are called destroyers of obstacles, but they themselves become obstacles.

⁶⁷ऐसे आत्माओं के ऊपर समय प्रति समय के बोझ से वेट बढ़ने के कारण अनेक प्रकार के मानसिक व्यर्थ चिन्तन वा मानसिक अशान्ति, ऐसे अनेक रोग पैदा कर लेते हैं।

⁷⁷Because the weight of this burden continually increases for such souls, from time to time, the many types of waste thoughts and peacelessness of the mind also increase.

⁶⁸दूसरी बात वेट होने के कारण पुरूषार्थ की रफ्तार तीव्र नहीं हो सकती।

⁷⁸Secondly, because you are heavy, your speed of effort cannot become fast.

⁶⁹हाई जम्प (ऊँची कूद) तो छोड़ो लेकिन दौड़ भी नहीं लगा सकते।

⁷⁹Let alone taking a high jump, you are not even able to run.

⁷⁰प्लान बनायेंगे कि यह करेंगे,यह करेंगे लेकिन सफल नहीं हो सकते।

⁸⁰You make plans to do this or that, but you do not succeed.

⁷¹तीसरी गुह्य बात ऐसी वेट वाली आत्माएं,जो विघ्न रूप वा डिस-सर्विस के निमित्त बनती है, बाप को अर्पण किया हुआ अपना तन-मन वा ईश्वरीय सेवा अर्थ मिला हुआ धन, अपने विघ्नों के कारण वेस्ट करती है अर्थात् सफलता नहीं पाती, उसके वेस्ट करने का भी बोझ चढ़ता है।

⁸¹The third deep aspect is that souls who are so heavy, who become instruments to create obstacles or do disservice, are unable to achieve success, because they waste their body and mind that they have surrendered to Baba and the wealth they have received for Godly service. ⁸²They accumulate a burden from wasting these treasures because of obstacles.

⁷²इसलिए पापों की गहन गति को भी अच्छी रीति जानो।

⁸³Therefore, now understand clearly the deep secrets of sin!

⁷³अब क्या करना है?

⁸⁴What do you have to do now?

⁷⁴वेस्ट मत करो और वेट कम करो।

⁸⁵Do not waste anything and reduce your weight!

⁷⁵धर्मराज पुरी में जाने के पहले अपना धर्मराज बनो।

⁸⁶Before going to the court of Dharamraj, become your own Dharamraj.

⁷⁶अपना पूरा चोपडा खोलो और चेक करो पाप और पुण्य का खाता क्या रहा हुआ है, क्या जमा करना है;और विशेष स्वयं प्रति प्लान बनाओ। ⁷⁷पाप के खाते को भस्म करो। ⁷⁸पुण्य के खाते को बढ़ाओ।

⁸⁷Open your entire account book and check what still remains in your accounts of sin and charity and what you still have to accumulate. ⁸⁸Make a special plan for yourself to destroy the account of sin and increase the account of charity.

⁷⁹बाप-दादा बच्चों के खाते को देखते हुए समझते हैं मालामाल हो जाए।

⁸⁹BapDada looks at the accounts of the children and feels that they should all become prosperous.

⁸⁰(बरसात पड़ रही है) प्रकृति भी पाठ पढ़ा रही है।

⁹⁰(There was heavy rainfall.) ⁹¹Even the elements are teaching you a lesson.

⁸¹जैसे प्रकृति अपने मौसम वा समय प्रमाण अपने तीव्र गति से कार्य कर रही है ऐसे ब्राह्मणों की कमाई जमा करने की मौसम है।

⁹²Just as the elements are carrying out their task with full force according to the season, so too, it is now the season for Brahmins to accumulate an income.

⁸²तो मौसम प्रमाण तीव्र रफ्तार से जमा करो।

⁹³Therefore, according to the season, accumulate with full force.

⁸³अच्छा।

⁹⁴Achcha.

⁸⁴सदा फरिश्ते, वेटलेस अर्थात् लाईट रूप, हर सेकेण्ड और संकल्प में भी पिछला बोझ भस्म करते, भविष्य जमा करने वाले, सदा विश्व सेवाधारी स्वरूप में स्थित रह आत्माओं को सर्व खज़ाने महादानी बन दान करने वाले,अपने शक्तियों के खजानों में सम्पन्न हो शक्तियों द्वारा वरदानी बनने वाले, रहम दिल आत्माएं,सदा विश्व कल्याणकारी आत्माओं को बाप-दादा का याद-प्यार और नमस्ते।

⁹⁵To those who are constantly angels and weightless, that is, to those who have the form of light; to those who burn away their past sins at every second and in every thought and accumulate for the future; to those who are constantly world servers and who, as great donors, donate all their treasures to other souls; to those who become full with the treasure of all powers and who become bestowers of blessings through their power; to the merciful souls who are constant world benefactors, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

⁸⁵पार्टियों से

⁹⁶BapDada meeting groups:

⁸⁶सदा स्वचिन्तन और शुभचिन्तक दोनों स्टेज रहती हैं? ⁸⁷जब शुभचिन्तक होता है तो व्यर्थ समाप्त हो जाता है।

⁹⁷Do you constantly have the stages of having both thoughts of the original self and positive thoughts for others?

⁸⁸व्यर्थ का रहता है अर्थात् शुभ चिन्तक का अनुभव कम है।

⁹⁸When you have positive thoughts, all waste thoughts finish.

⁸⁹जैसे अगर एक बार बढ़िया चीज़ का टेस्ट (Taste) कर लिया तो घटिया चीज़ स्वीकार करने का संकल्प भी नहीं आएगा।

⁹⁹When there are waste thoughts, it means you do not have so many positive thoughts. ¹⁰⁰When you have tasted something great, you would not even think of accepting anything of a lesser quality.

⁹⁰वैसे शुभ चिन्तन में रहने वाला व्यर्थ चिन्तन कर नहीं सकता।

¹⁰¹In the same way, those who have positive thoughts cannot have waste thoughts.

⁹¹चिन्तन चलाना अर्थात् उसका स्वरूप बन जाए।

¹⁰²To have a thought means to become the embodiment of that.

⁹²जैसे सागर के अन्दर रहने वाले जीव-जन्तु सागर में समाए हुए होते, बाहर नहीं निकलना चाहते। ⁹³मछली भी पानी के अन्दर रहती,बाहर आई तो खत्म।

¹⁰³In nature, the creatures that live in the ocean stay in the ocean and do not wish to come out; fish also stay in the water, for they would die as soon as they come out; the ocean or that water is their world.

⁹⁴सागर व पानी ही उसका संसार है, इतना बड़ा बाहर का संसार उसके लिए कुछ भी नहीं,ऐसे ज्ञान सागर बाप में समाए हुए - इन्हों का संसार भी बाप अर्थात् सागर होता है।

¹⁰⁴The great big world outside is nothing for them. ¹⁰⁵In the same way, for those who are merged in Baba, the Ocean of Knowledge, their world is the Father, that is, the Ocean. ¹⁰⁶Do you experience this? ¹⁰⁷Or, do you still want to go on a tour outside?

⁹⁵ऐसे अनुभव करते हो वा बाहर चक्र लगाने को दिल होती है? ⁹⁶जब तक यह अनुभव नहीं किया, स्वरूप में समाने का,तब तक जो ब्राह्मण जीवन का गायन है - अतीन्द्रिय सुख के झूले में झूलने का, हर्षित होने का, वह नहीं हो सकता।

¹⁰⁸Unless you experience merging and becoming the embodiment, you will not be able to experience the praise of Brahmin life which is of swinging in the swing of supersensuous joy and remaining cheerful. ¹⁰⁹Those who have experienced this understand the importance of the happiness of this Brahmin birth. ¹¹⁰Brahmins are called the top­knot.

⁹⁷ऐसे अनुभवी ही इस ब्राह्मण जीवन के सुख के महत्व को जानते हैं।

¹¹¹This top­knot is an elevated stage. ¹¹²If you cannot reach here, how can you hoist the flag of victory?

⁹⁸ब्राह्मणों को चोटी कहते हैं, यह चोटी अर्थात्,ऊँची स्टेज है।

¹¹³If you hoist a flag from an elevated position, you will be called victorious. ¹¹⁴What is your present effort?

⁹⁹अगर यहाँ तक नहीं पहुँचे तो विजय का झंडा कैसे लहरायेंगे?

¹¹⁵Listening and relating continues all the time, but you now have to become experienced.

¹⁰⁰ऊँची चोटी पर जाकर झंडा लहराएंगे तो ‘विजयी’ कहा जाएगा। ¹⁰¹वर्तमान समय का पुरूषार्थ क्या है? ¹⁰²सुनना,सुनाना चलता रहता, अभी अनुभवी बनना है।

¹¹⁶Experienced ones are able to have more influence. ¹¹⁷When an experienced person relates something and then another person who has only heard something does the same, there would be a difference, would there not?

¹⁰³अनुभवी का प्रभाव ज्यादा होता।

¹¹⁸People also now want to have an experience.

¹⁰⁴वही बात अनुभवी सुनावे और वही बात सुनी हुई सुनावे तो अन्तर पड़ेगा ना? ¹⁰⁵लोग भी अभी अनुभव करना चाहते।

¹¹⁹Why do they have special experiences in the yoga bhatthis? ¹²⁰Because, as well as relating, the method to become experienced is to give them an experience.

¹⁰⁶योग शिविर में विशेष अनुभव क्यों करते?

¹²¹The results of this are very good.

¹⁰⁷क्योंकि अनुभवी बनने का साधन है - सुनाने के साथ अनुभव कराया जाता है।

¹²²Since souls want to have an experience, you should have an experience and give an experience.

¹²³What method should you adopt to become experienced?

¹⁰⁹जब आत्माएं अनुभव चाहती हैं तो आप भी अनुभवी बनकर अनुभव कराओ। ¹¹⁰अनुभव कैसे हो?

¹²⁴Just as an inventor stays in complete solitude in order to create an invention, so too, the solitude here is to be lost in the depth of One.

¹¹¹उसके लिए कौन सा साधन अपनाना है?

¹²⁵You also need to be isolated from external attractions.

¹¹²जैसे कोई इन्वेन्टर (आविष्कारक) वह कोई भी इन्वेन्शन निकालने के लिए बिल्कुल एकान्त में रहते हैं।

¹²⁶Your solitude should not be just that of just sitting in your room; your mind should also be in solitude. ¹²⁷Solitude of the mind means to stay in the remembrance of One, and to become stable.

¹¹³तो यहाँ की एकान्त अर्थात् एक के अन्त में खोना है, तो बाहर की आकर्षण से एकान्त चाहिए।

¹²⁸This is real solitude. ¹²⁹They go into solitude to invent something. ¹³⁰They go beyond the surrounding vibrations. ¹³¹So here too, you have to go beyond all attractions.

¹¹⁴ऐसे नहीं सिर्फ कमरे में बैठने की एकान्त चाहिए,लेकिन मन एकान्त हो।

¹³²There are also those who do not like solitude, but prefer to be in a gathering and to laugh and fool around.

¹¹⁵मन की एकाग्रता अर्थात् एक की याद में रहना,एकाग्र होना यही एकान्त है।

¹³³However, that means becoming extroverted. ¹³⁴Now, make yourself one who stays in solitude, that is, become isolated from the vibrations all around.

¹¹⁶एकान्त में जाकर इन्वेन्शन निकालते है ना!

¹³⁵Now, such a time is coming when this practice will be useful to you.

¹¹⁷चारों ओर के वायब्रेशन से परे चले जाते तो यहाँ भी स्वयं को आकर्षण से परे जाना पड़े।

¹³⁶If you have the practice of being influenced by external attractions, then you will be deceived at some point.

¹¹⁸ऐसे भी कई होते जिन्हें एकान्त पसन्द आता, संगठन में रहना, हंसना,बोलना ज्यादा पसन्द नहीं आता, लेकिन यह हुआ बाहर मुखता में आना।

¹³⁷Such circumstances will come that you will not be able to see any support other than this practice. ¹³⁸To be in solitude means to be an embodiment of experience. ¹³⁹Those from Delhi have become the first instruments for service.

¹¹⁹अभी अपने को एकान्त वासी बनाओ अर्थात् सर्व आकर्षण के वायब्रेशन से अन्तर्मुख बनो।

¹⁴⁰So, now become instruments with this speciality. ¹⁴¹Then others will also copy your experience of this stage. ¹⁴²This is the greatest service of all.

¹²⁰अब समय ऐसा आ रहा है जो यही अभ्यास काम में आएगा।

¹⁴³Together and individually, spread an atmosphere of both these types of practice.

¹²¹अगर बाहर के आकर्षण के वशीभूत होने का अभ्यास होगा तो समय पर धोखा दे देगा। ¹²²सरकमस्टन्सेस(परिस्थितियां) ऐसे आयेंगे जो इस अभ्यास के सिवाए और कोई आधार ही नहीं दिखाई देगा। ¹²³एकान्तवासी अर्थात् अनुभवी मूर्त्त।

¹⁴⁴Blessing:May you constantly be a jewel of contentment and finish all limited desires by having the treasure of contentment.Those who have the treasure of contentment have everything. ¹⁴⁵Those who become content with even a little experience all attainments, whereas those who are not content, even though they may have everything, will feel as though they have nothing.

¹²⁴दिल्ली वाले सेवा के आदि के निमित्त बने हैं तो इस विशेषता में भी निमित्त बनो।

¹⁴⁶This is because a discontented soul is always under the influence of some desire. ¹⁴⁷When one desire is fulfilled, such a soul will have ten more desires.

¹²⁵तो इस स्थिति के अनुभव को दूसरे भी कॉपी करेंगे। ¹²⁶यह सबसे बड़े ते बड़ी सेवा है।

¹⁴⁸Therefore, when you become ignorant of even the knowledge of limited desires, you will be called a jewel of contentment.

¹²⁷संगठित रूप में और इन्डीविजवल रूप में दोनों ही रूप से ऐसे अभ्यास का वातावरण फैलाओ।
