A few reading pointers:
- ā, ī, ū: the line above the letter indicates a long vowel.

0> > 18-01-81 Om Shanti Avyakt Bapdada Madhuban 1The basis of becoming a constant embodiment of remembrance is remembrance and service.
1" smr̥iti-svarūp kā ādhār yād aur sēvā "
2Today, BapDada is seeing His invaluable jewels.
2Āj bāpdādā apnī amūlya maṇiyō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .
3Each of you jewels is part of BapDada’s decoration sparkling in your own position.
3Harēk maṇī apnē-apnē sthiti rūpī sthān par chamaktī huī maṇiyō̃ kē|K svarūp mē̃ bāp-dādā kā śhrr̥iṅgār hai .
4Today, at amrit vela, BapDada was examining His decoration (the jewels). 5In the corporeal world, you all decorate everywhere with different varieties of flowers. 6BapDada continues to watch from up above all the work you children do.
4Āj bāp-dādā amr̥itvēlē sē apnē śhrr̥iṅgār ( maṇiyō̃ ) kō dēkh rahē haĩ .
7On this day, when all of you children go on a pilgrimage of the various parts of Madhuban, BapDada accompanies you to each place on this tour.
5Āp sabhī sākārī sr̥iṣhṭi mē̃ her|har sthān kō sajātē hō , bhinn-bhinn prakār kē|K puṣhpō̃ sē sajātē hō .
8Four special places have been created in Madhuban which you definitely visit. 9Devotees give special importance to four pilgrimage places.
6Yah bhī bachchō̃ kī|key mēhnat bāp-dādā ūpar sē dēkhtē rahtē haĩ .
10Just as you go on a special pilgrimage on this day so, too, your devotees have followed you. 11All of you queue to visit these places so too, devotees of your idols also stand in a queue whilst waiting to have a glimpse of you. 12On the path of devotion, they say that the versions spoken by their guru are versions of truth. 13In the same way, together with your words, even your acts are the truth and are therefore great, which means a memorial is created of them.
7Āj kē|K din jaisē āp sab bachchē madhuban kē|K her|har sthān kī|key parikramā lagātē hō , bāp-dādā bhī bachchō̃ kē sāth parikramā par hōtē haĩ .
14This is the speciality of the confluence age. 15Devotees go on a pilgrimage to meet God, but what is God doing at present? 16God goes on a tour with His children. 17He places His children at the front and He follows behind them.
8Madhuban mē̃ bhī 4 dhām viśhēṣh banāyē haĩ .
18In every act He says, “Come on children, come on children!”.
9Jiskī parikramā lagātē hō , tō bhaktō̃ nē bhī 4 dhām kā mahatva rakhā hai .
19This too is a speciality. 20He makes you children the masters, and He Himself becomes a Child. 21This is why He salutes you every morning.
10Jaisē āj kē|K din āp parikramā lagātē hō , vaisē bhaktō̃ nē follow kiyā hai .
22Has God made you belong to Him or have you made God belong to you? 23What would you say? 24Who has made whom belong to the other?
11Āp lōg bhī queue banākar jātē hō , bhakta bhī queue lagāē darśhan kē liē intjār kartē haĩ .
25BapDada feels that the children have made God belong to them. 26Children are clever and Baba is also clever. 27Whenever you order Him to come, He appears before you.
12Jaisē bhakti mē̃ sat vachan mahārāj kahtē haĩ vaisē saṅgam par sat vachan kē|K sāth-sāth āpkē sat karma mahān hō jātē haĩ .
28Today is a day of celebrating a meeting. 29The blessing for today is, “May you constantly be an embodiment of remembrance”. 30So did you constantly experience this awareness at all times?
13Arthāt yādgār ban jātē haĩ .
31Today, in return for being a constant embodiment of remembrance, BapDada has come to celebrate a meeting with all of you. 32When you have the balance of remembrance and service you automatically become a constant embodiment of remembrance. 33Only Baba is in your intellect and you constantly speak the word, “Baba”. 34Every step you take is for world benefit.
14Saṅgamyug kī|key yah viśhēṣhtā hai .
35Brahmin life is when you have remembrance and service in every thought. 36If you don’t have remembrance and don’t do service, then you are not leading a Brahmin life. 37Achcha. 38To all the invaluable jewels, to all the children who have received the blessing of being a constant embodiment of remembrance, to the great emperor souls whose every act is an act of truth, to those who are constantly lost in love for Baba and who constantly receive His co operation, to such special souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
15Bhakta , bhagvān kē āgē parikramā lagātē haĩ lēkin bhagvān ab kyā kartē haĩ ?
39Personal meeting with BapDada: 40With which vision does BapDada constantly see each of you children?
16Bhagvān bachchō̃ kē pīchhē parikramā lagātē haĩ .
41BapDada’s vision is drawn to the specialities of each of you children, and there is no one who does not have some speciality. 42It is because you have a speciality that you have come into the Brahmin family and become a special soul. 43Whenever you come into contact with other souls, your vision should fall on their speciality. 44By recognising their speciality, you become able to have them do something and also take benefit from them.
17Āgē bachchō̃ kō kartē pīchhē khud chaltē haĩ .
45For instance, Baba is able to create hope in those who feel hopeless.
18Sab karma mē̃ chalō bachchē - chalō bachchē kahtē rahtē haĩ .
46No matter who someone is or what someone is like, you have to make that soul an instrument for a particular task.
19Yah viśhēṣhtā hai nā .
47This is the speciality of you confluenceaged Brahmins.
20Bachchō̃ kō mālik banātē , svayã bālak ban jātē , isliē rōj mālēkam salām kahtē haĩ .
48A jeweller’s vision constantly falls on diamonds. 49You too are jewellers. 50Therefore, your vision should not be drawn towards stones, but diamonds. 51The confluence age is the diamond age.
21Bhagvān nē āpkō apnā banāyā hai yā āpnē bhagvān kō apnā banāyā hai .
52Your part is the hero (diamond) part and the age is the diamond age, and so you should see the diamond. 53What will your stage then become? 54Your stage will be of one who constantly spreads rays of good wishes over everyone.
22Kyā kahē̃gē ?
55At present, you should pay special attention to this aspect. 56Such effortmakers are called intense effortmakers. 57Such effortmakers don’t need to labour over anything, because everything should happen easily and naturally. 58No matter how difficult something may appear to be, in front of an easy yogi everything becomes so easy that it is as though no work was done; it becomes like a thorn from a crucifix.
23Kisnē kiskō banāyā ?
59So you are such easy yogis, are you not?
24Bāp-dādā tō samajhtē haĩ bachchō̃ nē bhagvān kō apnā banāyā hai .
60When you are just a baby and learning to walk, you find it difficult. 61To have to labour over anything is babyish.
25Bachchē bhī chatur tō bāp bhī chatur .
62Now all your labouring should come to an end and everything should be easy.
26Jis samay order kartē hō aur hājir hō jātē haĩ .
63When you find something hard to do, keep Baba with you there. 64It is when you are carrying some burden on your own that you find it is difficult.
27Āj kā din milan kā din hai āj kē|K din kō vardān hai - sadā smr̥iti bhav ' ' .
65Give it to the Father and He will take away all your burden. 66When rubbish goes into the ocean, it doesn’t stay in the water, but is dissolved by the waves.
28Tō āj smr̥iti bhav kā anubhav kiyā ?
67Baba also dissolves all your burdens in the same way.
29Āj smr̥iti bhav kē|K rirṭan mē̃ milan manānē āyē haĩ .
68When you forget your Guide, you find the path to be hard, and when you have to work hard, time is wasted.
30Yād aur sēvā dēnō̃ kā balance smr̥iti svarūp svataḥ hī banā dētā hai .
69Now, serve with your mind. 70Have pure and positive thoughts and increase your churning power. 71It is labourers who have to labour. 72You are those who have been given all rights.
31Buddhi mē̃ bhī bābā mukh sē bhī bābā .
73BapDada meeting the residents of Madhuban – 9th February, 1980
32Her|har kadam viśhva kalyāṇ kī|key sēvā prati .
74Today, Baba has especially come to meet you fortunate souls who reside in Madhuban. 75Even today, devotees as well as Brahmins sing songs of praise of the residents of Madhuban. 76This is because the great praise of the land of Madhuban is automatically also the great praise of the people who live on that land. 77According to the drama, you residents of Madhuban receive a chance to do everything.
33Saṅkalp mē̃ yād aur karma mē̃ sēvā hō yahī brāhmaṇ jīvan hai .
78Madhuban is the land of the divine activities of BapDada. 79It is the land on which He walked and acted.
34Yād aur sēvā nahī̃ tō brāhmaṇ jīvan hī nahī̃ .
80Just as a place can affect someone’s stage, in the same way, Madhuban is the place that puts greatness in your stage and makes you into an intense effortmaker. 81Therefore, those from Madhuban have been given a special chance. 82Madhuban is the main centre where you can make your mind powerful and attain the attitude of a world benefactor, and serve the whole world. 83As well as serving the guests with your thoughts, words and deeds, you residents of Madhuban also have a special chance to create a spiritual and angelic atmosphere.
35Achchhā
84When other souls see you residents of Madhuban, they all easily learn to follow you. 85Just as Madhuban is unlimited so too, you residents of Madhuban have a chance to do unlimited service. 86According to the laws of karma, all souls definitely receive the fruit of whatever acts they do. 87However, when souls are invited to Madhuban and are served and made very happy and content, then the residents of Madhuban and those who look after the guests receive a share of that contentment of all those souls.
36Sarv amūlyaṇ maṇiyō̃ kō , smr̥iti svarūp vardānī bachchō̃ kō her|har karma sat karma karanēv lē mahān aur mahārājan , sadā bāp kē|K snēh aur sahyōg mē̃ rahnē vālē , aisī viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ kō bāp-dādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .
88When you can accumulate a share of doing service whilst sitting at home, then you have a speciality. 89The residents of Madhuban have the speciality of receiving instant fruit. 90You are, of course, creating your own future reward. 91You residents of Madhuban have another special lift.
37Personal mulākāt - bāp-dādā her|har bachchē kō sadaiv kis najar sē dēkhtē haĩ ?
92You receive sustenance from BapDada, but you also receive sustenance from the elevated souls who are corporeal instruments.
38Bāp-dādā kī|key najar harēk bachchē kī|key viśhēṣhtā par jātī hai .
93You are given a lift of double sustenance. 94You are all given everything ready made.
39Aur aisā kōī bhī nahī̃ hō saktā jismē̃ kōī viśhēṣhtā na hō .
95Do you serve whilst considering yourselves to be so greatly fortunate? 96Do you know how elevated your fortune is?
40Viśhēṣhtā hai tab viśhēṣh ātmā bankar brāhmaṇ parivār mē̃ āyē haĩ .
97Just as souls certify that you are tireless servers, do they also certify you are being intense effortmakers and of having the stage of constantly easy yogis?
41Āp bhī jab kisī kē|K samparka mē̃ ātē hō tō viśhēṣhtā par najar jānī chāhiē .
98Only when you are certified simultaneously in both ways can it be said that the completion of the sacrificial fire is coming close. 99All of you have worked very well.
42Viśhēṣhtā dvārā unsē vah kārya karā saktē hō aur lābh lē saktē hō .
100BapDada is congratulating all you children who have used your body, mind and the treasure of your powers. 101Those who renounce something receive fortune automatically in the form of happiness and are able to experience lightness at that very moment. 102Based on this result, each of you can check yourself to see how much renunciation you have and how altruistic your motives are. 103Do you have the feeling of being an instrument or do you also have other feelings mixed with that?
43Jaisē bāp hopeless kō hōpavālā banā dētē .
104To check and change yourself is the special effort you need to make in order to make your stage ascend. 105Secondly, each of you must especially imbibe one special virtue for all time so that it becomes your original virtue. 106When this virtue becomes your natural virtue, you won’t need to make any effort; it will become part of your natural life. 107This special virtue is not to imbibe or speak of the weaknesses of anyone else.
44Aisā kōī bhī hō kaisā bhī hō unsē kārya nikālnā hai , yah hai saṅgam - yugī brāhmaṇō̃ kī|key viśhēṣhtā .
108Speaking about it creates an atmosphere. 109Even if someone comes to you to speak of another person’s weakness, have good wishes and just step away.
45Jaisē javāharī kī|key najar sadā hīrē par rahtī , āp bhī jvailarsa hō āpanī najar patthar kī|key taraph na jāē , hīrē kō dēkhō .
110Don’t say afterwards, “I didn’t ask that person to tell me anything, but just listened to what I was told.” 111So, at least you listened to that person!
46Saṅgamyug hai bhī hīrē tulya yug .
112Those who speak of another person create an account.
47Part bhī hero , yug bhī hīrē tulya , tō hīrā hī dēkhō .
113Similarly, if you listen to those who speak of that other person, then you too create an account.
48Phir stage kaun-sī hōgī ?
114The percentage is different, but an account is created.
49Apnī śhubh bhāvnā kī|key kiraṇē̃ sab taraph phailātē rahē̃gē .
115You should neither have any wasteful thoughts nor should you speak of any weaknesses.
50Varttamān samay isī bāt kā viśhēṣh attention chāhiē .
116Accommodate the things of the past with your merciful heart.
51Aisē purūṣhārthī kō hī tīvr purū - ṣārthā kahā jātā hai .
117With your good wishes, accommodate everything and continue to serve that soul with your mind.
52Aisē purūṣhārthī kō mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛtī sab kuchh sahaj hō jātā hai .
118You have good wishes for even the five elements. 119Therefore, here, it is just a question of cooperating with Brahmin souls.
53Sahajyōgī kē āgē kitnī bhī baṛī bāt aisē sahaj hō jātī hai jaisē kuchh huā hī nahī̃ , sūlī sē kāṇṭā .
120Even if someone due to his or her sanskars says, does or listens to something wrong, you should transform that soul. 121Make sure that you do not create a garland of anything wasteful by it spreading from one to two, and then from two to three. 122Imbibe this virtue.
54Tō aisē sahajyōgī hō nā ?
123You must neither speak such things to anyone nor listen to anyone speaking such things, but just accommodate everything. 124Just cooperate and enable others to progress by serving them with your thoughts and words. 125What tends to happen is that someone has a friend, and that friend has another friend (second friend), then this second friend has a third one. 126In this way the the garlands of wasteful matters takes a big form and spreads in all four directions.
55Bachpan mē̃ jab chalnā sīkhtē haĩ tab mēhnat lagtī , tō mēhnat kā kām bhī bachpan kī|key bātē̃ haĩ , ab mēhnat sāmapta sab mē̃ sahaj .
127Therefore, pay attention that you don’t do this. 128Achcha. 129The unity of the Pandavas of Madhuban is very special. 130The whole season passed by without any obstacles, and so you have received the blessing of being free from obstacles.
56Jahā̃ kōī bhī muśhkil anubhav hōtā hai vahā̃ usī sthān par bābā kō rakh dō .
131All of you have passed in the subject of successful service. 132You are not doing service, but eating the fruit.
57Bōjh apnē ūpar rakhtē hō tō mēhnat lagtī .
133Is claiming a right to blessings from the whole Brahmin family doing service or eating the fruit? 134Achcha.
58Bāp par rakh dō tō bāp bōjh kō khatm kar dēgē .
135Blessing: Instead of being conscious of any illness you have, become soul conscious and settle your karmic accounts with happiness.
59Jaisē sāgar mē̃ kichṛā ṛālatē haĩ tō vah apnē mē̃ nahī̃ rakhtā kinārē kar dētā , aisē bāp bhī bōjh kō khatm kar dētē .
136Everyone’s body is old. 137Each one definitely has one or another minor illness. 138However, if you allow your body to influence your mind, you become doubly ill and illness conscious.
60Jab paṇḍē kō bhūl jātē hō tab mēhnat kā rāstā anubhav hōtā .
139Therefore, never allow any thoughts of illness into your mind.
61Mēhnat mē̃ time waste|west hōtā .
140Only then would you be called soul conscious.
62Ab mansā sēvā karō , śubhācintan karō , manan śhakti kō baṛhāō .
141Never be afraid of any illness, but take medicine in the form of fruit and bid it farewell.
63Mēhnat majdūr kartē āp tō adhikārī haĩ .
142Settle your karmic accounts with happiness.
64Śhakti kō baṛhāō . 65Mēhnat majdūr kartē āp tō adhikārī haĩ .
143Slogan: Consider service to be a game and you will not become tired, but will always remain light. 144* * * O M S H A N T I* * *
