²"सभी परिस्थितियों का समाधान - उड़ता पंछी बनो"

¹The key to resolve all adverse situations is to become a flying bird.

³अव्यक्त बापदादा वतन निवासी, सदा न्यारे और सर्व के प्यारे शिव बाबा बोले :- ⁴‘‘बापदादा सभी बच्चों को नयनों की भाषा द्वारा इस लोक से परे अव्यक्त वतनवासी बनने के इशारे देते हैं।

²BapDada is signalling all of you children through the language of the eyes to go beyond this world and become residents of the subtle region. ³BapDada, the Resident of the subtle region, is blessing you to become equal to Him.

⁵जैसे बापदादा अव्यक्त वतनवासी हैं वेसे ही तत्त्वम् का वरदान देते हैं।

⁴Whilst staying in the world of angels, simply come into this corporeal world to perform actions.

⁶फरिश्तों की दुनिया में रहते हुए इस साकार दुनिया में कर्म करने के लिए आओ।

⁵Constantly continue to practice performing actions as a karma yogi and become an angel.

⁷कर्म किया, कर्मयोगी बने फिर फरिश्ते बन जाओ।

⁶Always remain conscious of being an avyakt angel who resides in the world of angels.

⁸यही अभ्यास सदा करते रहो।

⁷You do not reside on land, but in the sky.

⁹सदा यह स्मृति रहे कि मैं फरिश्तों की दुनिया में रहने वाला अव्यक्त फरिश्ता-स्वरूप हूँ।

⁸To be an angel means to be someone who remains beyond this world of vice but also beyond the vision and attitude of vice.

¹⁰फर्श निवासी नहीं,अर्श निवासी हूँ।

⁹An angel remains beyond all of those things.

¹¹फरिश्ता अर्थात् इस विकारी दुनिया, अर्थात् विकारी दृष्टि वा वृत्ति से परे रहने वाले।

¹⁰Angels constantly love the Father and the Father constantly loves angels.

¹²इन सब बातों से न्यारे। ¹³सदा वह बाप के प्यारे और बाप उनके प्यारे।

¹¹Both are constantly absorbed in the love of one another. ¹²Have you become such angels?

¹⁴दोनों एक दो के स्नेह मे समाये हुए, फरिश्ते बने हो?

¹³Baba remains detached and only incarnates in order to perform His task.

¹⁵जैसे बाप न्यारा होते हुए प्रवेशकर कार्य के लिए आतें हैं, ऐसे फरिश्ता आत्मायें भी कर्म बन्धन के हिसाब से नहीं लेकिन सेवा के बन्धन से शरीर मे प्रवेश हो कर्म करते और जब चाहे तब न्यारे हो जाते।

¹⁴Similarly, you angel souls don’t come because of your karmic accounts, but you enter a body to perform actions because of your bondage of service. ¹⁵You then become detached whenever you want. ¹⁶Are you free from bondage to this extent? ¹⁷This is what is known as being an angel.

¹⁶ऐसे कर्मबन्धनमुक्त हो - इसी को ही फरिश्ता कहा जाता है।

¹⁸When you belong to the Father, all your bondage to your old body and the old world is finished.

¹⁷बाप के बने अर्थात् पुरानी देह और देह की दुनिया का सम्बन्ध समाप्त हुआ। ¹⁸इसीलिए इसको मरजीवा जीवन कहते हो।

¹⁹This is why this life is called a life in which you have died alive. ²⁰Therefore, your old accounts of the past have been settled and you have opened a new account of your new Brahmin life.

¹⁹तो पुराने कर्मों का खाता समाप्त हुआ, नया ब्राह्मण जीवन का खाता शुरू हुआ।

²¹All of you understand and believe that this birth is your birth in which you have died alive, do you not?

²⁰यह तो सभी जानते और मानते हो ना, कि मरजीवा बने हैं।

²²Have you died alive or are you still dying alive? ²³What would you say?

²¹बने हो, वा बन रहे हो? ²²क्या कहेंगे?

²⁴Have you become this or are you still becoming this?

²³मर रहे हैं या मर रहे हैं?

²⁵Are you still dying or have you died?

²⁴जब मर गयें, पिछला हिसाब समाप्त हुआ।

²⁶When you are dead, all your past accounts are settled.

²⁵ब्राह्मण जीवन कर्मबन्धन का जीवन नही होता।

²⁷A Brahmin life is not a life of karmic bondage.

²⁶कर्मयोगी का जीवन होता।

²⁸It is a life of karma yoga.

²⁷मालिक बन कर्म करते तो कर्मबन्धन नहीं हुआ लेकिन कर्मेन्द्रियों के मालिक बन जो चाहो, जैसा कर्म चाहों,जितना समय कर्म करने चाहो वैसे कर्मेन्द्रियों से कराने वाले होंगे।

²⁹When you perform actions as a master, those actions are not a karmic bondage. ³⁰Because you are master of your physical senses, you can use your physical senses to perform whatever actions you want as and when you want and for as long as you want.

²⁸तो ब्राह्मण अर्थात् फरिश्ता।

³¹So, to be a Brahmin means to be an angel.

²⁹कर्मबन्धनी आत्मा नहीं लेकिन सेवा के शुद्ध बन्धन वाली।

³²It doesn’t mean to be a soul who has any karmic bondage, but to be a soul who has the pure bond of service.

³⁰यह देह सेवा के अर्थ मिली है।

³³You have received your present body for service.

³¹आपके कर्मबन्धन के हिसाब किताब के जीवन का हिसाब समाप्त हुआ।

³⁴All the accounts of your life of karmic bondage have now come to an end.

³²यह नया जीवन है।

³⁵This life is a new life.

³³यह तो सभी समझते हो ना!

³⁶All of you understand this, do you not?

³⁴पुराना हिसाब अब तक रहा हुआ तो नहीं है?

³⁷None of your past accounts still remain, do they?

³⁵क्या समझते हैं महाराष्ट्र वाले?

³⁸What do the people from Maharashtra think?

³⁶टीचर्स क्या समझती हैं?

³⁹What do you teachers think?

³⁷हिसाब किताब चुक्तू करने में होशियार हैं वा ढीलें हैं?

⁴⁰Are you clever in settling your accounts?

³⁸चुक्तू करने आता तो हैं ना?

⁴¹Or are you slack?

³⁹फरिश्ता बन जाओ तो मेहनत से छूट जायेंगे।

⁴²You do know how to settle your accounts, do you not?

⁴⁰चलने वाले, दौड़ने वाले, जम्प लगाने वाले,इन सबसे ऊंचे उड़ने वाले हो जायेंगे।

⁴³By becoming an angel you will be liberated from having to make effort.

⁴¹तो मेहनत से छूट जायेंगे ना! ⁴²अनादि रूप में हैं ही उड़ने वाले।

⁴⁴Those who fly are faster than those who walk, run or jump high.

⁴³आत्मा उड़ता पंछी है,चलता हुआ पंछी नहीं।

⁴⁵A soul is a flying bird, not a hopping bird.

⁴⁴तो अनादि संस्कार जो बोझ के कारण भूल गये हैं, फरिश्ते के बजाए कर्मबन्धनी,उड़ते पंछी के बजाए पिंजड़े के पंछी बन गये हैं।

⁴⁶Because of your burden you forgot your eternal sanskar and this is why instead of being an angel, you became tied in bondage of your karma. ⁴⁷Instead of being a flying bird, you became a caged bird.

⁴⁵अब फिर से अनादि संस्कार उड़ते पंछी के इमर्ज करो।

⁴⁸Now, your eternal sanskar of a flying bird must emerge once again.

⁴⁶अर्थात् फरिश्ते रूप में स्थित रहो।

⁴⁹This means you must stabilise in your angelic form.

⁴⁷ततत्त्वम् के वरदानी बनो।

⁵⁰Claim the blessing of being equal.

⁴⁸इसी को ही सहज पुरूषार्थ कहा जाता है।

⁵¹This is what is meant by easy effort.

⁴⁹भिन्न-भिन्न परिस्थितियों में क्या करूँ,कैसे करूँ की जो मेहनत करते हो इससे परिस्थिति बड़ी और आप छोटे हो जाते हो।

⁵²When you labour over many different adverse situations wondering what you can do, or how you can do something, then the situation becomes big and you become small.

⁵⁰परिस्थिति शक्तिशाली और आप कमजोर हो जाते हो।

⁵³The situation becomes powerful and you become weak.

⁵¹किसी भी परिस्थिति में चाहे प्रकृति के आधार पर कोई परिस्थिति हो,चाहे अपने तन के सम्बन्ध से कोई परिवर्त्तन हो,अपने वा दूसरों के संस्कार के आधार पर कोई परिस्थिति हो,सब परिस्थितियों मे क्या और क्यों का एक ही उत्तर है -’’उड़ता पंछी बन जाओ''।

⁵⁴In any situation, no matter whether it is based on nature, whether it is connected to your body, whether it is based on your physical or spiritual relationships, whether it is based on your own sanskars or those of others, the way to resolve all the questions of “How?” and “Why?” is to become a flying bird.

⁵²परिस्थिति नीचे और आप ऊपर हो जायेंगे।

⁵⁵Let the situation remain down below whilst you fly above it.

⁵³ऊपर से नीचे की वस्तु कितनी भी बड़ी हो लेकिन छोटी-सी अनुभव होगी।

⁵⁶When you look down from up above, then, no matter how big something is, it will appear to be very tiny.

⁵⁴इसीलिए सब परिस्थितियों को सहज पार करने का सहज रास्ता है - फरिश्ता बनो,उड़ता पंछी बनो।

⁵⁷Therefore, the easy way to overcome all situations is to become an angel and a flying bird.

⁵⁵समझा - सहज पुरूषार्थ क्या है?

⁵⁸Do you understand what easy effort is?

⁵⁶मेरा यह स्वभाव है,संस्कार है,बंधन है,इस मेरे-पन के बन्धन को मरजीवा बने तो क्या समाप्त नहीं किया?

⁵⁹When you say, “My nature, my sanskars, my bondage” etc., then when you died alive, did you not finish the bondage of the consciousness of “mine”?

⁵⁷फरिश्तेपन की भाषा ‘मेरा-मेरा'नहीं।

⁶⁰The language of angels is not the language of “mine”.

⁵⁸फरिश्ता अर्थात् मेरा सो तेरा हो गया।

⁶¹To be an angel means to be someone who believes everything of “mine” is now “Yours”.

⁵⁹यह मेरा-मेरा ही फर्शवासी बनाता है। ⁶⁰और तेरा-तेरा ही तख्तवासी बनाता है।

⁶²The consciousness of “mine” keeps you residing on this land, whereas the consciousness of “Yours” keeps you constantly seated on the throne.

⁶¹तो फरिश्ता बनना अर्थात् मेरे-मेरे के बन्धन से मुक्त बनना।

⁶³Therefore, to become an angel means to become free from the bondage of “mine”.

⁶²अलौकिक जीवन में भी मेरा एक बाप दूसरा मेरा कोई नहीं।

⁶⁴In this spiritual life, only the one Father and none other is “mine”.

⁶³तो ऐसे फरिश्ते बने हो?

⁶⁵Have you become an angel to this extent?

⁶⁴तो महाराष्ट्र वाले क्या बनेंगे?

⁶⁶What have those from Maharashtra become?

⁶⁵फरिश्ता बनना आता है ना?

⁶⁷You know how to become angels, do you not?

⁶⁶सब समस्याओं का एक ही समाधान याद रखना - उड़ता पंछी बनना है और बनाना है।

⁶⁸Always remember that the one way to resolve all problems is to become a flying bird and make others into flying birds.

⁶⁷समझा! ⁶⁸अच्छा।

⁶⁹Do you understand?

⁶⁹ऐसे बाप समान अव्यक्त रूपधारी फरिश्ते-स्वरूप, एक बाप मेरा दूसरा न कोई मेरा, ऐसे न्यारी और प्यारी स्थिति में रहने वाले, सदा कर्मेन्द्रियों जीत, कर्मयोगी और कर्मातीत,इसी अभ्यास में रहने वाले,सदा बन्धनमुक्त,सेवा के सम्बन्ध में रहने वाले ऐसे बाप समान ततत्त्वम के वरदानी बच्चों को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते''।

⁷⁰Achcha. ⁷¹To such souls whose angelic form is equal to the Father’s; to the souls who constantly stay in a loving and detached stage and belong to the one Father and none other; to those who are conquerors of their physical senses by constantly practicing becoming a karma yogi and karmateet; to those who are constantly free from bondage and who stay bound in service; to the children who have received the blessing of being equal to the Father; BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

⁷⁰पार्टियों के साथ अव्यक्त मुलाकात

⁷²Avyakt BapDada meeting groups:

⁷¹सदा अपने को इस सृष्टि ड्रामा के अन्दर हीरो पार्टधारी समझकर चलते हो?

⁷³Do you constantly move along whilst considering yourself to be a hero actor in this world drama?

⁷²जो हीरो पार्टधारी होते हैं उनको हर कदम पर अपने ऊपर अटेन्शन रहता है, उनका हर कदम ऐसा उठता है जो सदा वाह-वाह करें, वन्स मोर करें।

⁷⁴A hero actor pays attention to himself at every step. ⁷⁵Every step he takes is such that people sing praise of it and ask for him to do it once more. ⁷⁶If a hero actor ever takes one wrong step, he wouldn’t be called a hero.

⁷³अगर हीरो पार्टधारी का कोई भी एक कदम नीचे ऊपर हो जाता है तो वह ‘हीरो' नहीं कहला सकता।

⁷⁷All of you are double heroes. ⁷⁸You are heroes who have a special part to play and you are also those who make your life like a diamond (hero).

⁷⁴तो आप सभी डबल हीरो हो।

⁷⁹Do you experience such self­respect for yourself?

⁷⁵हीरो विशेष पार्टधारी भी हो और हीरो जैसा जीवन बनाने वाले भी।

⁸⁰It is one thing to know but something else to know and conduct yourself accordingly.

⁷⁶तो ऐसा अपना स्वमान अनुभव करते हो? ⁷⁷एक है जानना और दूसरा है जानकर चलना।

⁸¹Therefore, do you just know this or as well as knowing it, do you also conduct yourself accordingly?

⁷⁸तो जानते हो वा जानकर चलते हो?

⁸²Constantly remain cheerful whilst seeing your hero part.

⁷⁹तो सदा अपने हीरो पार्ट को देख हर्षित रहो,वाह ड्रामा और वाह मेरा पार्ट!

⁸³Wah drama! ⁸⁴And, wah my role! ⁸⁵If you perform a single act in an ordinary way, you would not be called a hero.

⁸⁰अगर जरा भी साधारण कर्म हुआ तो हीरो नहीं कहला सकते।

⁸⁶The Father is the Hero Actor and so every action He performs is praised and worshipped.

⁸¹जैसे बाप हीरो पार्टधारी है तो उनका हर कर्म गाया और पूजा जाता है,ऐसे बाप के साथ जो सहयोगी आत्मायें हैं उन्हों का भी हीरो पार्ट होने के कारण हर कर्म गायन और पूजन योग्य हो जाता है।

⁸⁷In the same way, every action all of you co­operative souls who have a hero part performs with the Father becomes worthy of praise and worthy of worship. ⁸⁸So, do you experience such intoxication or do you forget this? ⁸⁹You forgot this for half the cycle. ⁹⁰Do you still forget it?

⁸²तो इतना नशा है या भूल जाता है?

⁹¹At least you should now become an embodiment of remembrance!

⁸³आधाकल्प तो भूले, अभी भी भूलना है क्या?

⁹²Once you have become the embodiment of something, you can never forget it!

⁸⁴अब तो याद-स्वरूप बन जाओ।

⁹³What is the easy way to make your life elevated?

⁸⁵स्वरूप बनने के बाद कभी भूल नहीं सकते।

⁹⁴You make your life elevated when you consider yourself to be a trustee.

⁸⁶2. जीवन को श्रेष्ठ बनाने का सहज साधन कौन सा है?

⁹⁵A trustee means to be someone who is loving and detached. ⁹⁶Therefore, Baba has made all of you into trustees.

⁸⁷श्रेष्ठ जीवन तब बनती जब अपने को ट्रस्टी समझकर चलते। ⁸⁸ट्रस्टी अर्थात् न्यारा और प्यारा।

⁹⁷You are trustees, are you not? ⁹⁸When you live your life as a trustee, all your consciousness of being a householder automatically finishes.

⁸⁹तो सभी को बाप ने ट्रस्टी बना दिया।

⁹⁹It is the consciousness of being a householder that brings you down from your elevated life.

⁹⁰ट्रस्टी हो ना?

¹⁰⁰Nothing belongs to a trustee.

⁹¹ट्रस्टी होकर रहने से गृहस्थी पन स्वतः निकल जाता है।

¹⁰¹When you have no consciousness of, “mine”, you automatically become a conqueror of attachment.

⁹²गृहस्थीपन ही श्रेष्ठ जीवन से नीचे ले आता।

¹⁰²To remain free from attachment constantly means to remain elevated and happy.

⁹³ट्रस्टी का मेरापन कुछ नहीं होता।

¹⁰³When you have attachment, there is sorrow. ¹⁰⁴Therefore, become a conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁴जहाँ मेरापन नहीं वहाँ नष्टोमोहा स्वतः हो जाते।

¹⁰⁵To the families: ¹⁰⁶Whilst living with your family, all of you constantly keep your stage loving and detached, do you not?

⁹⁵सदा निर्मोही अर्थात् सदा श्रेष्ठ सुखी। ⁹⁶मोह में दुःख होता है। ⁹⁷तो नष्टोमोहा बनो।

¹⁰⁷You do not become trapped in any physical relations or worldly atmosphere or vibrations whilst living with your family, do you?

⁹⁸प्रवृत्ति वालो से :- ‘‘सभी प्रवृत्ति मे रहते सदा न्यारे और प्यारे स्थिति में रहने वाले हो ना!

¹⁰⁸Do you stay beyond the physical consciousness and keep your relationships, atmosphere and vibrations spiritual? ¹⁰⁹There isn’t the consciousness of anything worldly, is there?

⁹⁹प्रवृत्ति के किसी भी लौकिक सम्बन्ध वा लौकिक वायुमण्डल,वायब्रेशन मे तो नहीं आते हो?

¹¹⁰Have you made the atmosphere of your home so spiritual that no one feels it to be an ordinary home, but that everyone experiences the atmosphere to be of an ashram for service?

¹⁰⁰इन सब लौकिकता से परे अलौकिक सम्बन्ध में,वायुमण्डल में, वायब्रेशन में रहते हो?

¹¹¹Anyone who goes there should experience it to be spiritual, not worldly. ¹¹²There should be no feeling of anything worldly there.

¹⁰¹लौकिक-पन तो नहीं है ना? ¹⁰²घर का वायुमण्डल भी ऐसा ही अलौकिक बनाया है जो लौकिक घर न लगे लेकिन सेवा केन्द्र का वायुमण्डल अनुभव हो?

¹¹³Anyone who goes there should not feel it to be an ordinary home, but a temple. ¹¹⁴This is the practical fruit of the service that pure householders do. ¹¹⁵Your home should be a service place and the atmosphere there should also do service.

¹⁰³कोई भी आवे तो अनुभव करे कि यह अलौकिक है,लौकिक नहीं। ¹⁰⁴कोई भी लौकिकता की फींलिग न हो।

¹¹⁶When someone creates upheaval at your centre because of being influenced by his or her nature or sanskars, then everyone says that it shouldn’t happen.

¹⁰⁵आने वाले अनुभव करें, यह कोई साधारण घर नहीं है। ¹⁰⁶लेकिन मन्दिर है।

¹¹⁷Similarly, everyone should also feel at your home that nothing like that should happen at your place.

¹⁰⁷यही है पवित्र प्रवृत्ति वालों की सेवा का प्रत्यक्ष-स्वरूप।

¹¹⁸You should feel in your heart that such actions must never be performed there.

¹⁰⁸स्थान भी सेवा करें, वायुमण्डल भी सेवा करे।

¹¹⁹When something wrong is done at your centre, you immediately put that right.

¹⁰⁹जैसे सेवाकेन्द्र पर अगर कोई भी जरा स्व-भाव स्व-संस्कार के वश होकर ऐसी चाल-चलन चलते हैं तो सब कहते हो ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए।

¹²⁰In the same way, you should immediately put your lokik place and your stage right. ¹²¹Your home should feel like a temple, not a household. ¹²²Just as the atmosphere of a temple attracts everyone, in the same way, the fragrance of purity should emerge from your home.

¹¹⁰ऐसे ही आपके घर के स्थान पर भी ऐसी महसूसता हो कि इस स्थान पर ऐसा कोई कर्म नहीं होना चाहिए।

¹²³Just as the fragrance of incense sticks spreads everywhere, in the same way, your fragrance of purity should spread far and wide. ¹²⁴This is what is known as a pure household.

¹¹¹यह फीलिंग दिल में आये कि यह कर्म हम नहीं कर सकते।

¹²⁵Achcha. ¹²⁶Blessing: May you be a true server who signals everyone towards the Bestower through every action your perform and your specialities.

¹¹²जैसे सेवा स्थान पर कोई भी कमी पेशी देखते हो तो ठीक कर देते हो ऐसे अपने लौकिक स्थान को और स्थिति को ठीक कर देना।

¹²⁷A true server never traps anyone after giving him his co­operation. ¹²⁸Such a soul enables all souls to make a connection with the Father. ¹²⁹Every word he speaks would remind you of the Father.

¹¹³घर मन्दिर लगे, गृहस्थी नहीं।

¹³⁰In every action he performs, the Father would be visible.

¹¹⁴जैसे मन्दिर का वायुमण्डल सबको आकर्षित करता,ऐसे आपके घर से पवित्रता की खुशबू आये।

¹³¹He would never even think that so­and­so co­ operated with him because of his speciality. ¹³²If someone only sees you and not the Father, then you haven’t done service, but have instead made someone forget the Father!

¹¹⁵जिस प्रकार अगरबत्ती की खुशबू चारों ओर फैलती, इसी प्रकार पवित्रता की खुशबू दूर-दूर तक फैलनी चाहिए,इसको कहा जाता है पवित्र प्रवृत्ति।

¹³³A true server connects everyone with the Truth and not with himself. ¹³⁴Slogan: Keep the Father bound to you with the subtle strings of all your rights and your love and you will continue to receive co­operation.
