1Let go and become free.

2Today, BapDada who’s always the cooperative Companion of the children, is relating an entertaining conversation of Bap and Dada to His cooperative children who are His constant companions.

3All of you are entertaining, are you not?

4Therefore, Baba too relates entertaining things to such children.

5Today, a very large, beautiful, alokik and significant looking tree emerged in front of BapDada.

6The tree was very beautiful and it had many branches. 7Some small and some large: some thin and some thick.

8However, there were various very beautiful colourful birds on that tree.

9Each of them was sitting on its own branch.

10Because of the birds, the tree looked very beautiful.

11Some birds would come flying and sit on BapDada’s fingers.

12Some would come and sit on Baba’s shoulders and some just continued to circle around.

13Some just sat at a distance and met Baba through their eyes and remained happy with just that.

14They were happy just to observe the pleasure the other birds had meeting Baba.

15They themselves didn’t come close.

16Seeing such a scene, Brahma Baba smiled, clapped and began to call all the birds to Him. 17Baba very sweetly invited all the birds to come. 18He said: “Come children, come children!”

19Even then, those birds wouldn’t come.

20Although they had wings and were flapping those wings, they were still clutching onto the branches so tightly with their claws that they were unable to fly and come closer.

21What happened then?

22Even though they wanted to, they weren’t able to fly.

23They began to call out with a lot of love, “Baba, Baba!” then they said something. 24What would they have said?

25They said, “Make us fly! 26Make us fly!”

27And then, they said, “Free us! 28Free us!”

29BapDada said: “Instead of saying, “Free us! 30Free us!”, just let go and become free!”

31However, amongst those birds, there were some who were very clever, but others who were weak. 32Although they too wanted to experience the Father’s company, they didn’t want to let go of the branch. 33The clever birds wanted to do both!

34The weak and innocent birds wanted to become free, but they didn’t know the way to attain their freedom.

35The innocent ones, in their innocence, didn’t even realise that they had to let go!

36Seeing these birds, BapDada repeatedly told them to let go and become free. 37However, the birds continued to chatter in their own language.

38BapDada showed them what to do and yet they would let go of the branch a little and still clutch onto it again. 39This is why they continued to call out.

40Although they continued to speak, they were unable to become flying birds. 41They were unable to experience having a close meeting with the Father and tour the world, that is, they were unable to do the tour of unlimited world service.

42Now, each of you can ask yourself where you were.

43Were you on a branch or on Baba’s shoulders?

44Or, were you dancing on His fingers?

45Or, were you flying around Baba?

46Do you know yourself?

47Ask yourself to what extent you have made the lesson of “Let go and become free” firm for yourself.

48Do you always remember the lesson, “Let go and become free”?

49Or, is it that you can become free when others let go?

50Or, is it that you can only become free when Baba frees you.

51You don’t imbibe this lesson in that way, do you?

52You are not clutching onto any type of branch with the foot of your intellect, are you?

53You haven’t perched down on a branch just because of some old sanskars or your nature, or because you lack a particular power or because of being weak, have you?

54Do you put this lesson, “Let go and become free” into practice in every situation?

55It was this lesson that made Brahma Baba become number one.

56He let go from the beginning and therefore, he became free.

57He never thought that he would only become free if his companions or his relatives freed him.

58He never thought that he would only become free when those who were created obstacles stopped doing that.

59Or, that he would become free when the various circumstances changed.

60Did he ever think that?

61He himself constantly made make this lesson firm. 62Do you follow the father in the same way?

63This is known as: The one who takes the initiative is Arjuna.

64Therefore, he became Arjuna, did he not?

65He came very close to the Father. 66He became equal and combined.

67You also say that Bap and Dada are combined, do you not?

68Therefore, have you become like them?

69Or, are you sometimes one thing and sometimes something else, like this electricity?

70(The lights were continuously going out.) 71You don’t sometimes play the game of letting go by yourself, and at other times, only becoming free when others let go, do you?

72These lights going is also a game, is it not?

73Sometimes to come on and sometimes to go out is also a game.

74You don’t play such games, do you?

75Which do you prefer: when something is constant or when it keeps on coming and going?

76Therefore, in every aspect, whether in transformation of your nature or sanskars, or in coming into relationship with one another or in overcoming obstacles, what lesson do you have to make firm? 77“When you yourself let go, you can become free.”

78The circumstances are not going to let go of you, you yourself have to let go and become free.

79Even if other souls come into conflict with you, you must remember that you will only become free when you let go. 80Don’t think that when the other person stops creating conflict, you will become free, no!

81If you believe that you can only become free when that person lets go, then when that conflict ends, another one will start.

82For how long are you going to keep waiting for the other person to let go so that you can become free?

83Obstacles of Maya and test papers in your study will continue to come in different forms from time to time.

84Therefore, is it that you pass if you study or do you only pass if the teacher gives you an easy paper?

85What do you have to do?

86It is correct to say that you will pass when you study well.

87Similarly, here too, you have to pass in every situation.

88Don’t think that soandso has to pass.

89Don’t think that suchandsuch a situation has to end.

90Understand that you yourself have to pass.

91This is known as becoming free by letting go.

92Do not wait for anything, but prepare yourself.

93You are a bird, you have wings, you are very beautiful, you are sitting on the Father’s tree, that is, you belong to the Brahmin family. 94However, there is the weakness of seeing any type of your own or someone else’s sanskars or nature. 95You are not independent in your efforts, you become dependent. 96There is attachment to a person or object, you lack a particular virtue or power.

97All of these are the various branches. 98So, you are not perched on one of these branches, clutching on are you?

99If you hold onto any branch, then you are unable to have an experience of the closeness of constantly dancing on the Father’s finger, of constantly moving along with the support of the finger of shrimat.

100You won’t be able to cooperate in every task of the Father’s, that is, you won’t be able to dance on His shoulders.

101One is to be constantly cooperative (sahyogi) and the other is to sometimes become cooperative and at other times become separated from the Father (viyogi). 102Why is it that instead of cooperating, you become separated from the Father?

103It is because your are clutching onto one of those branches.

104Sometimes, you become tired with yourself and sometimes you become tired of others.

105Sometimes, you become tired of service.

106So, you keep clutching onto that branch and crying out, “Now free me!

107Free me!” 108You yourself are clutching onto it and you are asking the Father to free you!”

109Why should He do this? 110This is why Baba constantly shows you ways to free yourself.

111You yourself have to let go.

112When you yourself do something, you receive the reward of that.

113If the Father were to do it for you too, then who would receive the reward?

114Is it that the Father does it for you and you receive the reward?

115This is why Baba becomes Karankaravanhar and makes you an instrument.

116Therefore, all of you in Maharashtra and Rajasthan are very beautiful birds, are you not?

117There are beautiful birds here from Bombay, too, are there not?

118And in Rajasthan?

119All of you are the beautiful birds who belong to the Father, birds with wings.

120But, now check whether you are birds clutching onto a branch or flying birds.

121No matter how much one tries to make some fly, they still have the habit of returning and settling down again on it.

122To become influenced by anything means to clutch onto that branch with your foot. 123It is when you forget the mantra that disciplines the mind, that you become influenced.

124So, who are the birds of Maharashta?

125Flying birds!

126Which kind of birds are the whole of the Maharashtra group?

127Are you flying birds or birds clutching onto a branch?

128And, what type of birds have come from Rajasthan?

129Is it, “Let go and become free”? 130Or, is it, “You have already let go and become free”?

131When you become tired, you clutch onto a branch.

132The birds of Rajasthan are very beautiful and very famous.

133You are the dancing birds, are you not?

134You don’t become influenced by anyone, do you?

135To be birds who simply fly around means to be those who have many thoughts such as: “I will do this. 136This will happen. 137I will show them this. 138I will think about this. etc!”

139Such ones are constantly making plans for the future. 140These are the birds who simply circle around.

141So, which group have you brought?

142Whom have you brought from Bombay?

143Which group have you brought from Rajasthan?

144Because all of you belong to the Father, you are all beautiful anyway.

145To become a Brahmin means to become coloured.

146You have been coloured and you have also received wings.

147However, it is only when you let go that you finally become free.

148Achcha.

149So, today, you entertaining children have come here.

150This is why BapDada has told you entertaining things.

151Achcha.

152To those who are constantly equal to the Father, the flying birds; to those who are constantly circling around doing unlimited world service; to those who are constantly free from the bondage of any type of branch and are able to fly whenever they want; to such free birds who constantly dance on the Father’s finger, that is, those who constantly have elevated thoughts, words and actions on the basis of shrimat; to such elevated souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. 153BapDada meeting groups from Rajasthan and Maharashtra zones

154A true Sita is one who has the awareness of the sound of Rama in her every vein. 155Do you consider yourselves to be true Sitas?

156To be a true Sita means to be one whose every step remains within the boundary of shrimat. 157So, do you constantly stay within this boundary?

158There is only one Rama and all the rest are Sitas. 159Sita had to sit within the boundary.

160To have remembrance constantly of the Father and constantly to follow the Father's shrimat: it is those who stay within such a boundary who are true Sitas.

161She wouldn’t take even one step outside without shrimat.

162When a train stands on the railtrack, it automatically follows the path. 163So too, every morning at amrit vela, stay on the path of remembrance.

164Amrit vela is your foundation for the day.

165When your amrit vela is good, then your whole day will be good. 166Those who live at home with their families should especially make their foundation of amrit vela very strong so that they automatically continue to receive help throughout the day.

167Whilst living in your worldly household, remain a constant and true Sita of the one Father. 168Sita would always remember Rama alone.

169There would be the awareness of the sound of Rama in her every vein you are such Sitas, are you not? 170This is known as being loving and detached. 171To the extent that you are detached, accordingly you will be loved by the Father.

172The way to earn an income of multimillions at every step is to consider yourself to be a special soul.

173The way to earn a constant income of multimillions at every step is to consider yourself to be a special soul at every step.

174As is your awareness, so accordingly your stage will automatically become like that.

175Your acts will also become special acts.

176Therefore, because you have made the Father belong to you, constantly have the awareness that you are a special soul.

177What could be a greater speciality than that? 178To become a child of God is the greatest speciality of all.

179Constantly stay in this awareness, and you will accumulate an income of multimillions. 180Whom do you belong to and what have you become?

181By even remembering this much, you will continue to earn an income.

182The vision of the souls of the world is on you. 183You are such elevated souls that you are constantly seen playing every part.

184This Brahmin life is for playing a part on the stage from the beginning to the end.
