³राजऋषि, सहयोगी,सहजयोगी बच्चों के प्रति अव्यक्त बापदादा बोले-

²Today, BapDada is seeing His self­sovereign Raj Rishi children who are to become part of the future royal family.

⁴‘‘आज बापदादा अपने स्वराज्य-अधिकारी,राजऋषि भविष्य में राज्य-वंशी बच्चों को देख रहे हैं।

³All of you are easy yogis, you are Raj Rishis. ⁴What special blessing does BapDada give all you children at this blessed time?

⁵सभी सहजयोगी अर्थात् राज- ऋषि हो।

⁵May you be an easy yogi! ⁶Do you experience this blessing?

⁶बापदादा सभी बच्चों को वर्तमान वरदानी समय पर विशेष वरदान कौन-सा देते हैं? ⁷सहजयोगी भव! ⁸यह वरदान अनुभव करते हो?

⁷Many people become yogis, but only you elevated souls of the confluence age become easy yogis. ⁸This is because you are blessed with this blessing by Baba, the Bestower of Blessings.

⁹योगी तो बहुत बनते हैं लेकिन सहजयोगी सिर्फ संगमयुगी आप श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें बनती हो।

⁹To become a Brahmin means to be blessed with this blessing. ¹⁰The first blessing you receive at your birth is the blessing of being an easy yogi.

¹⁰क्योंकि वरदाता बाप का वरदान है। ¹¹ब्राह्मण बने अर्थात् इस वरदान के वरदानी बने।

¹¹Therefore, ask yourself: Am I an elevated soul who has received this blessing from the Father, the Bestower of Blessings, and at this blessed time?

¹²सबसे पहला जन्म का वरदान यही सहजयोगी भव का वरदान है।

¹²Constantly retain this blessing in your intellect. ¹³This is what it means to put this blessing into practice.

¹³तो अपने आप से पूछो- वरदानी बाप,वरदानी समय और आप भी वरदान लेने वाली श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें हो।

¹⁴So, do you constantly consider yourself to be a soul who has attained this blessing and become an embodiment of all attainments?

¹⁴इस वरदान को सदा बुद्धि में याद रखना-यह है वरदान को जीवन में लाना।

¹⁵What is the easiest way of all to do this? ¹⁶Do you know ? ¹⁷To co­operate with everyone and serve.

¹⁵तो ऐसे वरदान को सदा प्राप्त की हुई आत्मा, प्राप्ति स्वरूप आत्मा समझते हो?

¹⁸Only a co­ operative soul can be an easy yogi. ¹⁹Many Brahmin souls are unable to experience easy yoga constantly.

¹⁶वा मेहनत भी करनी पड़ती है?

²⁰They are still caught up with the questions: How can I have yoga?

¹⁷सदा वरदानी आत्मा हो?

²¹Where should I focus my yoga?

¹⁸इस वरदान को सदा कायम रखने की विधि जानते हो?

²²There are no questions in easy yoga. ²³Together with that, you also have this blessing.

¹⁹सबसे सहज विधि कौन-सी है? ²⁰जानते हो ना?

²⁴Therefore, when you have a blessing, you shouldn’t have to labour.

²¹सदा सर्व के और सेवा में सहयोगी बनो।

²⁵You should constantly be able to do anything easily and automatically.

²²तो सहयोगी ही सहज योगी हैं। ²³कई ब्राह्मण आत्मायें सहज योग का अनुभव सदा नहीं कर पाती।

²⁶It means, you are the souls who have received the blessing of being easy yogis and will therefore automatically be constant yogis.

²⁴योग कैसे लगायें? ²⁵कहाँ लगायें?

²⁷What is the reason for not being able to be this?

²⁶इसी क्वेश्चन में अब तक भी हैं। ²⁷सहज योग में क्वेश्चन नहीं होता हैं।

²⁸It means you don’t know how to take care of the blessing and spiritual gift you were blessed with at your Brahmin birth.

²⁸साथ-साथ वरदान है, वरदान में मेहनत नहीं होती है।

²⁹You become careless about maintaining this awareness and don’t remain powerful.

²⁹और सहज, सदा स्वतः ही रहता है अर्थात् सहज योगी वरदानी आत्मा स्वतः निरन्तर योगी होती है। ³⁰नहीं रहते इनका कारण?

³⁰If you are a Brahmin but not an easy yogi, then what is your speciality of Brahmin life? ³¹Even though you have received this blessing and yet are not an easy yogi, at what other time would you become this?

³¹प्राप्त हुए वरदान को वा ब्राह्मण जन्म के इस अलौकिक गिफ्ट को सम्भालना नहीं आता।

³²Constantly maintain the faith with the intoxication of this as your blessing from birth. ³³Use this blessing to serve all souls.

³²स्मृति द्वारा समर्था रखने में अलबेले बन जाते हो।

³⁴To co­operate and serve is the way to remain an easy yogi.

³³नहीं तो ब्राह्मण और सहज योगी न हों तो ब्राह्मण जीवन की विशेषता ही क्या रही।

³⁵Each day, from amrit vela become co­operative . ³⁶Keep your main aim in just one word during your timetable of the whole day: Co­operation!

³⁴वरदानी होते भी सहज योगी नहीं तो और कब बनेंगे?

³⁷I have to give co­operation. ³⁸I have to remain co­operative.

³⁵यह नशा और निश्चय सदा याद रखो- यह हमारा जन्म का वरदान है। ³⁶इसी वरदान को सर्व आत्माओं के प्रति सेवा में लगाओ।

³⁹Celebrate a meeting with the Father at amrit vela, become a master seed and world benefactor and use the powers you have attained to become co­operative in transforming the attitude of souls and the atmosphere.

³⁷सेवा में सहयोगी बनना- यही विधी है सहजयोगी की।

⁴⁰Be co­operative in giving spiritual water to the whole tree through the Seed.

³⁸अमृतवेले से लेकर सहयोगी बनो।

⁴¹By your doing this, all souls, who are all leaves, will experience receiving the water of attainment. ⁴²Similarly, keep the aim of simply remaining co­operative for every task you carry out from amrit vela onwards. ⁴³Whether it is in your interaction with others or in looking after your household, always check: Did I constantly co­operate in creating a spiritual atmosphere by having good wishes and pure feelings for myself and my companions in my worldly interactions? ⁴⁴Or, did I only fulfil my duty just like an ordinary soul and come home?

³⁹सारे दिन की दिनचर्या का मूल लक्ष्य एक शब्द रखो कि सहयोग देना है।

⁴⁵Whatever someone’s occupation is, he will do everything according to his occupation wherever he goes. ⁴⁶The special occupation of all of you is to co­operate.

⁴⁰सहयोगी बनना है।

⁴⁷How is it that you can forget this?

⁴¹अमृतवेले बाप से मिलन मना कर बाप समान मास्टर बीजरूप बन, मास्टर विश्व-कल्याणकारी बन सर्व आत्माओं को अपनी प्राप्त हुई शक्तियों के द्वारा आत्माओं की वृत्ति और वायुमण्डल परिवर्तन करने के लिए सहयोगी बनो।

⁴⁸When you co­operate in every task, you will automatically become an easy yogi. ⁴⁹Not a single second should pass without giving your co­operation, whether in your thoughts, words, connections and relationships or in your worldly activity. ⁵⁰You must definitely remain co­operative because all of you are the children of the Bestower. ⁵¹The children of the Bestower constantly continue to donate.

⁴²बीज द्वारा सारे वृक्ष को रूहानी जल देने के सहयोगी बनो।

⁵²What do you have to give? ⁵³Co­operation! ⁵⁴Co­operate with yourself for your self­transformation. ⁵⁵How?

⁴³जिससे सर्व आत्माओं रूपी पत्तों को प्राप्ति के पानी मिलने का अनुभव हो।

⁵⁶Become a detached observer and constantly maintain an attitude of having positive thoughts for yourself. ⁵⁷Co­operate with yourself in creating a spiritual atmosphere. ⁵⁸Since nature is able to make everyone experience her influence through an impact on the climate, for example, through the impact of a cold or hot temperature, then, can the souls who are the conquerors of nature, those who are constantly co­operative and easy yogis, not influence and make an impact on their spiritual climate and give that experience to others? ⁵⁹Become a co­operative soul who constantly has good wishes, and co­operate with the self and others.

⁴⁴ऐसे अमृतवेले से लेकर जो भी सारे दिन में कार्य करते हो,हर कार्य का लक्ष्य- ‘‘सहयोग देना'' हो।

⁶⁰Do not think that someone is like this or that he does this. ⁶¹No matter what the atmosphere or the person is like, always remember, “I have to co­ operate.”

⁴⁵चाहे व्यवहार के कार्य में जाते हो, प्रवृत्ति को चलाने के कार्य में रहते हो।

⁶²What will happen when you Brahmin souls co­operate in this way? ⁶³All of you will automatically become easy yogis, because when all souls receive co­operation, even weak souls become powerful.

⁴⁶लेकिन सदा यह चैक करो- लौकिक व्यवहार में भी स्व प्रति वा साथियों के प्रति शुभ भावना और कामना से वायुमण्डल रूहानी बनाने का सहयोग दिया?

⁶⁴Because their weaknesses finish, they become co­operative. ⁶⁵Any type of weakness definitely makes you feel everything to be difficult or laborious. ⁶⁶When you are powerful, everything is easy. ⁶⁷So, what do you have to do?

⁴⁷वा ऐसे ही रिवाजी (साधारण) रीति से अपनी डियुटी बजाकर आ गये।

⁶⁸Whether it is through your body, mind, wealth, thoughts, words or deeds, you must constantly co­operate.

⁴⁸जैसा जिसका आक्युपेशन होता है, वह जहाँ भी जायेंगे, अपने आक्युपेशन प्रमाण कार्य जरूर करेंगे।

⁶⁹If someone is unable to co­operate with his mind, he can still be co­operative with his body or wealth. ⁷⁰If not with thoughts and words, then co­operate with your deeds.

⁴⁹आप सबका विशेष आक्युपेशन ही है- ‘‘सहयोगी बनना''।

⁷¹Co­operate in forging a relationship and maintaining contact. ⁷²Do not just co­operate in giving the message.

⁵⁰वह कैसे भूल सकते!

⁷³Co­operate by your own transformation.

⁵¹तो हर कार्य में सहयोगी बनना है अर्थात् सहजयोगी बन जायेंगे।

⁷⁴Co­operate by relating your experience of all your attainments. ⁷⁵Co­operate with your constantly cheerful face.

⁵²कोई भी सेकण्ड सह- योगी बनने के सिवाए न हो।

⁷⁶Co­operate by donating virtues. ⁷⁷Co­operate by increasing someone’s zeal and enthusiasm.

⁵³चाहे मंसा में सहयोगी बनो चाहे वाचा से सहयोगी बनो।

⁷⁸Constantly co­operate in whatever way you can. ⁷⁹This is easy yoga.

⁵⁴चाहे सम्बन्ध सम्पर्क के द्वारा सहयोगी बनो।

⁸⁰Do you understand what you have to do? ⁸¹This is easy, is it not?

⁵⁵चाहे स्थूल कर्म द्वारा सहयोगी बनो।

⁸²Give whatever you have! ⁸³Do whatever you can!

⁵⁶लेकिन सहयोगी जरूर बनना है। ⁵⁷क्योंकि आप सभी दाता के बच्चे हो।

⁸⁴If you’re not able to do all of those, you are at least able to do one of them, are you not?

⁵⁸दाता के बच्चे सदा देते रहते हैं।

⁸⁵Whatever one speciality you have, use it and co­operate.

⁵⁹तो क्या देना है? ⁶⁰‘‘सहयोग''।

⁸⁶You are able to do this, are you not?

⁶¹स्व परिवर्तन के लिए भी स्वयं के भी सहयोगी बनो।

⁸⁷You don’t think that you don’t have any speciality or any virtue, do you?

⁶²कैसे?

⁸⁸This cannot be.

⁶³साक्षी बन स्व के प्रति भी सदा शुभचिन्तन की वृत्ति और रूहानी वायुमण्ड ल बनाने के लिए स्व प्रति भी सहयोगी बनो।

⁸⁹To become a Brahmin is itself a great speciality. ⁹⁰To know the Father is a great speciality. ⁹¹Therefore, constantly co­operate with your speciality! ⁹²Achcha.

⁶⁴जब प्रकृति अपने वायुमण्डल के प्रभाव में सभी को अनुभव करा सकती है- जैसे सर्दा,गमार्क प्रकृति अपना वायुमण्डल पर प्रभाव डाल देती है, ऐसे प्रकृतिजीत,सदा सहयोगी,सहज योगी आत्मायें अपने रूहानी वायुमण्डल का प्रभाव अनुभव नहीं करा सकती?

⁹³To those who are constantly easy yogis, those who are co­operative souls; to the souls who co­ operate in creating a spiritual climate with their elevated attitude; to the souls who co­operate in giving enthusiasm to weak souls; to the souls who co­operate in every task from amrit vela throughout the day, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. ⁹⁴BapDada meeting groups:

⁶⁵सदा स्व प्रति और सर्व के प्रति सहयोग की शुभ भावना रखते हुए सहयोगी आत्मा बनो।

⁹⁵Are you laying the foundation for the divine land of kings (Rajasthan) over the whole world with the power of silence?

⁶⁶वह ऐसा है, वा ऐसा कोई करता है,यह नहीं सोचो।

⁹⁶Those people are fighting amongst themselves and you are creating the divine land of kings (Rajasthan).

⁶⁷कैसा भी वायुमण्डल है,व्यक्ति है-‘‘मुझे सहयोग देना है''।

⁹⁷They don’t know what you are to become. ⁹⁸They continue to make their own effort, but you know destiny.

⁶⁸ऐसे सभी ब्राह्मण आत्मायें सदा सहयोगी बन जाएं तो क्या हो जायेगा?

⁹⁹Therefore, all of you children are creating your divine land of kings with the power of silence, are you not?

⁶⁹सभी सहज योगी स्वतः हो जायेंगे क्योंकि सर्व आत्माओं का सहयोग मिलने से कमजोर भी शक्तिशाली हो जाते हैं।

¹⁰⁰Their power is of words, muscle power, and the power of scriptures, whereas your power is the power of silence. ¹⁰¹You have the unshakeable faith that the divine royal kingdom will be established with this power.

⁷⁰कमजोरी समाप्त होने से सहयोगी तो हो ही जायेंगे ना!

¹⁰²They also understand that, at present, some Godly power is needed to carry out that task.

⁷¹कोई भी प्रकार की कमजोरी,मुश्किल वा मेहनत का अनुभव कराती है।

¹⁰³However, because it is incognito, they are unable to recognise it. ¹⁰⁴You not only recognise it, you are also practically doing it.

⁷²शक्तिशाली हैं तो सब सहज है।

¹⁰⁵Expansion is taking place in Punjab, is it not?

⁷³तो क्या करना पड़े?

¹⁰⁶Punjab is the original place of service.

⁷⁴सदा चाहे तन से,मन से, धन से, मंसा से, वाणी से वा कर्म से सहयोगी बनना है।

¹⁰⁷So, a special task should take place in the original place. ¹⁰⁸Because you are the children of the spiritual Father, it is the duty of all of you to do spiritual service.

⁷⁵अगर कोई मन से नहीं कर सकते तो तन और धन से सहयोगी बनो।

¹⁰⁹The Father’s task is also the children’s task. ¹¹⁰The duty of the spiritual Father is to do spiritual service.

⁷⁶मंसा, वाणी से नहीं तो कर्म से सहयोगी बनो।

¹¹¹Therefore, you children too have to remain engaged in this task.

⁷⁷सम्बन्ध जुड़वाने वा सम्पर्क रखाने के सहयोगी बनो।

¹¹²This spiritual service enables you to experience instant visible fruit at every step.

⁷⁸सिर्फ सन्देश देने के सहयोगी नहीं बनो, अपने परिवर्तन से सहयोगी बनो।

¹¹³The instant visible fruit is your happiness. ¹¹⁴The more service you do, the more your treasure of happiness increases.

⁷⁹अपने सर्व प्राप्तियों के अनुभव सुनाने के सहयोगी बनो।

¹¹⁵You receive multimillion­fold return of one. ¹¹⁶Do you believe this? ¹¹⁷Your occupation is that of a spiritual server.

⁸⁰अपने सदा हर्षित रहने वाली सूरत से सहयोगी बनो।

¹¹⁸No matter what position you have in the physical world, in the spiritual world, you are spiritual servers.

⁸¹किसी को गुणों के दान द्वारा सहयोगी बनो।

¹¹⁹If you are a doctor, then become a spiritual doctor as well as a physical doctor, a double doctor.

⁸²किसी को उमंग-उत्साह बढ़ाने के सहयोगी बनो।

¹²⁰Whilst doing that service, your main duty is to be a spiritual doctor.

⁸³जिसमें भी सहयोगी बन सको उसमें सहयोगी सदा बनो।

¹²¹Instead of a patient having to come to you repeatedly, it would be better if that illness is cured for all time.

⁸⁴यही सहज योग है।

¹²²Therefore, give him such medicine.

⁸⁵समझा क्या करना है?

¹²³A patient comes to you to obtain a permanent cure.

⁸⁶यह तो सहज है ना!

¹²⁴This can only be given through spiritual service.

⁸⁷जो है वह देना है।

¹²⁵Achcha. ¹²⁶BapDada meeting Sevadharis (servers):

⁸⁸जो कर सकते हो वह करो।

¹²⁷Of which place are you servers?

⁸⁹सब नहीं कर सकते हो तो एक तो कर सकते हो?

¹²⁸You know very well that you are servers of the great sacrificial fire, do you not?

⁹⁰जो भी एक विशेषता हो उसी विशेषता को कार्य में लगाओ अर्थात् सहयोगी बनो।

¹²⁹Those who are servers of the great sacrificial fire receive prasad (holy offering) from the yagya. ¹³⁰Great importance is given to prasad of the yagya.

⁹¹यह तो कर सकते हो ना यह तो नहीं सोचते हो कि मेरे में कोई विशेषता नहीं।

¹³¹Generally, in the world, a soul who receives prasad is considered to be a great and fortunate soul. ¹³²Not everyone can receive prasad; only fortunate souls receive it.

⁹²कोई गुण नहीं। ⁹³यह हो नहीं सकता।

¹³³So, this is the great prasad from the great yagya.

⁹⁴ब्राह्मण बनने की ही बड़ी विशेषता है। ⁹⁵बाप को जानने की बड़ी विशेषता है। ⁹⁶इसलिए अपनी विशेषता द्वारा सदा सह- योगी बनो।

¹³⁴What is great prasad? ¹³⁵Constantly to accumulate an income and attain all treasures is the great prasad, because it is by serving this great yagya that you experience the greatest treasures of all powers, of happiness and peace etc.

⁹⁷अच्छा!

¹³⁶Therefore, this is the yagya’s prasad.

⁹⁸ऐसे सदा सहयोगी अर्थात् सहजयोगी, सदा अपने श्रेष्ठ वृत्ति द्वारा वायुमण्डल बनाने के सहयोगी आत्मा,कमजोर आत्माओं को उत्साह दिलाने की सहयोगी आत्मा,ऐसे अमृतवेले से हर समय सहयोगी बनने वाली आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

¹³⁷With this prasad, you constantly remain content and will continue to do so in the future. ¹³⁸Therefore, the greatest treasure and prasad is the attainment of contentment. ¹³⁹Whilst you have been staying here, you have remained constantly content, have you not? ¹⁴⁰You have now developed the practice of remaining content in any type of atmosphere.

⁹⁹'' ¹⁰⁰पार्टियों के साथ-

¹⁴¹You should not be pulled by the atmosphere.

¹⁰¹1. साइलेन्स की शक्ति से दैवी स्वराज्य की स्थापना- साइलेन्स की शक्ति से सारे विश्व पर दैवी राजस्थान का फाउन्डेशन डाल रहे हो ना!

¹⁴²Instead, you must transform the atmosphere. ¹⁴³This is the sign of a great warrior. ¹⁴⁴So, do you think you have receive the great prasad? ¹⁴⁵You are the greatly fortunate souls who have received the great prasad.

¹⁰²वह आपस में लड़ते हैं और बाप दैवी राजस्थान बना रहे हो,क्या बनना है?

¹⁴⁶However many souls you have served, the good wishes of all those souls have become blessings for you.

¹⁰³यह उन्हों को क्या पता वह तो अपना-अपना प्रयत्न करते रहते हैं लेकिन भावी क्या है- उसको तो आप जानते हो?

¹⁴⁷So, from how many souls have you received blessings? ¹⁴⁸Blessings from the most elevated souls make you full and complete for many births. ¹⁴⁹Have you taken blessings from everyone?

¹⁰⁴तो सभी बच्चे साइलेन्स की शक्ति से दैवी स्वराज्य बना रहे हो ना?

¹⁵⁰Did you constantly understand all secrets? ¹⁵¹Did you remain happy? ¹⁵²You weren’t upset in service, were you?

¹⁰⁵उनकी है जबान की शक्ति, या बाहुबल, शस्त्रों की शक्ति और आपकी है- साइलेन्स की शक्ति।

¹⁵³Always happy! ¹⁵⁴Even if someone tries to make you unhappy, you won’t be unhappy, because those who know the secret of this being a variety­tree never become unhappy.

¹⁰⁶इसी शक्ति के द्वारा दैवी राज्य स्थापन हो ही जायेगा- यह तो अटल निश्चय है ना!

¹⁵⁵To become unhappy means not to understand this secret. ¹⁵⁶Therefore, do all of you understand all secrets?

¹⁰⁷वे भी समझते हैं कि वर्तमान समय कोई ईश्वरीय शक्ति चाहिए जो कार्य करे।

¹⁵⁷To receive a chance to serve means to win the lottery with a lucky number. ¹⁵⁸A server is one who claims the lucky number.

¹⁰⁸लेकिन गुप्त होने के कारण जान नहीं सकते हैं। ¹⁰⁹आप जानते हो और कर भी रहे हो।

¹⁵⁹You are those with a lucky number, are you not? ¹⁶⁰Very few receive a lucky number and with a lucky number the attainment you have is the most elevated.

¹¹⁰पंजाब में वृद्धि तो हो रही है ना!

¹⁶¹To have a lucky number means you yourself have become lucky. ¹⁶²Achcha.

¹¹¹पंजाब भी सेवा का आदि स्थान है।

¹⁶³Have you mothers accumulated in your account for birth after birth?

¹¹²तो आदि स्थान से कोई विशेष कार्य होना चाहिए।

¹⁶⁴To create a reward for many births in one birth is a very cheap bargain, is it not?

¹¹³रूहानी बाप के बच्चे होने के नाते रूहानी सेवा करना हर बच्चे का कार्य है।

¹⁶⁵You work hard for a short time and receive the fruit of that for birth after birth. ¹⁶⁶So, have all of you made a cheap bargain and earned your income?

¹¹⁴जो बाप का कार्य वही बच्चों का कार्य।

¹⁶⁷Mothers have been constantly co­operative and so congratulations!

¹¹⁵जैसे रूहानी बाप का कर्त्तव्य है- रूहानी सेवा करना ऐसे बच्चों को भी इसी कार्य में तत्पर रहना है।

¹⁶⁸Just as you created fortune through service here, so too, constantly keep this fortune with you. ¹⁶⁹Pay attention constantly to keep the lamp of your fortune constantly alight.

¹¹⁶यह रूहानी सेवा हर सेकेण्ड में,हर कदम में प्रत्यक्ष फल प्राप्त कराती है।

¹⁷⁰Constantly keep your fortune with you, that is, keep the Bestower of Fortune with you. ¹⁷¹When others see your star of fortune sparkling, their fortune will also open.

¹¹⁷प्रत्यक्ष फल है खुशी।

¹⁷²Achcha. ¹⁷³What wonders should the kumaris now perform?

¹¹⁸जितनी सेवा करते उतना खुशी का खज़ाना बढ़ता जाता है, एक का पदमगुणा मिलता है।

¹⁷⁴The biggest wonder of all is that as soon as the Father says something, the children do it practically, just like chatrak birds imbibe (drink) each drop immediately.

¹¹⁹ऐसे समझते हो? ¹²⁰आपका आक्युपेशन ही है- रूहानी सेवाधारी।

¹⁷⁵Therefore, the biggest wonder is that every version spoken by the Father is demonstrated in practice.
