²"कर्मातीत स्टेज की व्याख्या" ³सदा कर्मबन्धन मुक्त शिव बाबा बोले:-

¹The throne of souls who claim self-sovereignty is the karmateet stage.

⁴‘‘आज बापदादा ‘राज्य सभा' को देख रहे हैं।

²Today, BapDada is seeing the royal gathering.

⁵हरेक बच्चा स्वराज्य अधिकारी,अपने नम्बरवार ‘कर्मातीत स्टेज' के तख्त अधिकारी हैं।

³Each of you children who has claimed self-sovereignty has claimed the throne of your numberwise karmateet stage.

⁶वर्तमान संगमयुगी स्वराज्य अधिकारी आत्माओं का आसन कहो वा सिंहासन कहो,वह है - ‘कर्मातीत स्टेज'।

⁴The seat or the throne of you self-sovereign souls of the confluence age is the karmateet stage.

⁷कर्मातीत अर्थात् कर्म करते भी कर्म के बन्धनों से अतीत। ⁸कर्मों के वशीभूत नहीं लेकिन कर्मेन्द्रियों द्वारा हर कर्म करते हुए अधिकारीपन के नशे में रहने वाले।

⁵Karmateet means that whilst performing actions to be beyond any bondage of those actions, not to be influenced by action but, whilst performing every action with the physical organs, to maintain the intoxication of having all rights.

⁹बापदादा हर बच्चे के नम्बरवार राज्य अधिकार के हिसाब से नम्बरवार सभा देख रहे हैं।

⁶BapDada is seeing the numberwise gathering of the children who have claimed numberwise sovereignty of the kingdom.

¹⁰तख्त भी नम्बरवार है और अधिकार भी नम्बरवार है।

⁷Each throne is numberwise and your rights too are numberwise.

¹¹कोई सर्व अधिकारी है और कोई - अधिकारी है। ¹²जैसे भविष्य में विश्वमहाराजा और महाराजा - अन्तर है।

⁸Some have all rights and others just have some rights just as, in the future, there will be world emperors and just emperors. ⁹Therefore, there is a difference.

¹³ऐसे यहाँ भी सर्व कर्मेन्द्रियों के अधिकारी अर्थात् सर्व कर्मों के बन्धन से मुक्त - इसको कहा जाता है ‘सर्व अधिकारी'।

¹⁰In the same way, here too, to have total control over all your physical organs means to be free from the bondage of your actions. ¹¹This is what is meant by having all rights.

¹⁴और दूसरे ‘सर्व'नहीं, लेकिन अधिकारी हैं।

¹²Others don’t have all rights, but do have some rights.

¹⁵तो दोनों ही नम्बर की तख्तनशीन दरबार देख रहे हैं।

¹³Therefore Baba is seeing the court of both types seated on the throne.

¹⁶हरेक राज्य अधिकारी के मस्तक पर बहुत सुन्दर रंग-बिरंगी मणियाँ चमक रही हैं।

¹⁴On the forehead of each sovereign, many beautiful beads of various colours are sparkling.

¹⁷यह मणियाँ हैं - ‘दिव्य गुणों' की।

¹⁵These are the beads of divine virtues.

¹⁸जितना-जितना दिव्य गुणधारी बने हो उतनी ही मणियाँ मस्तक पर चमक रही हैं।

¹⁶To the extent you have imbibed divine virtues, so the beads are sparking on your forehead.

¹⁹किसकी ज्यादा हैं, किसकी कम है।

¹⁷On some they are sparkling a great deal and on others a little less.

²⁰चमक भी हरेक की अपनी-अपनी है।

¹⁸Each one's sparkle is particular to the individual.

²¹ऐसा अपना राज्य सभा का राज्य अधिकारी चित्र के दर्पण नालेज में दिखाई दे रहा है?

¹⁹Are you able to see your own picture of your rights in the court of your kingdom in the mirror of knowledge?

²²सभी के पास दर्पण तो है।

²⁰All of you have this mirror, do you not?

²³कर्मातीत चित्र देख सकते हो ना?

²¹You can see your karmateet picture, can you not?

²⁴देख रहे हो अपना चित्र?

²²Are you looking at your picture?

²⁵कितनी सुन्दर ‘राज्य सभा' है।

²³It is such a beautiful court of the kingdom!

²⁶कर्मातीत स्टेज का तख्त कितना श्रेष्ठ तख्त है।

²⁴The throne of the karmateet stage is such an elevated throne!

²⁷इसी स्टेज की अधिकारी आत्मायें अर्थात् तख्तनशीन आत्मायें विश्व के आगे ईष्ट देव के रूप में प्रत्यक्ष होंगी।

²⁵Souls who have claimed a right to this stage, that is, souls who are seated on this throne, will be revealed to the world in the form of special deities.

²⁸स्वराज्य अधिकारी सभा अर्थात् इष्ट देव सभा।

²⁶This gathering of self-sovereigns means the gathering of special deities.

²⁹सभी अपने को ऐसे इष्ट देव आत्मा समझते हो?

²⁷Does each of you consider yourself to be a special deity soul?

³⁰ऐसे परम पवित्र,सर्व प्रति रहमदिल, सर्व प्रति मास्टर वरदाता, सर्व प्रति मास्टर रूहानी स्नेह सागर, सर्व प्रति शुभ भावनाओं के सागर, ऐसे पूज्य इष्ट देव आत्मा हो।

²⁸Worthy-to-be-worshipped special deity souls are supremely pure. ²⁹They are merciful to everyone. ³⁰They are master bestowers of blessings to all. ³¹They are the master oceans of spiritual love and good wishes for everyone.

³¹सभी ब्राह्मण आत्माओं में नम्बरवार यह सब संस्कार समाये हुए हैं।

³²All of you Brahmin souls have these sanskars merged within you, numberwise.

³²लेकिन इमर्ज रूप में अभी तक कम हैं।

³³However, as yet, very few of these have emerged in your present form.

³³अभी इस इष्ट देवात्मा के संस्कार इमर्ज करो।

³⁴The sanskars of you special deity souls should now emerge.

³⁴वर्णन करने के साथ ‘स्मृति स्वरूप' सो समर्थ स्वरूप बन, स्टेज पर आओ।

³⁵Before speaking about them, become an embodiment of that awareness and also an embodiment of power and then come onto the stage.

³⁵इस वर्ष में सर्व आत्मायें यही अनुभव करें कि जिन्हें हम ढूँढते हैं,जिन आत्माओं को हम चाहते हैं, जिन श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं से हम कुछ चाहना रखते थे, वही श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें, यही हैं।

³⁶This year, all souls of the world should experience that whomever they were searching for, the elevated souls whom they wanted and from whom they desired something, are you same elevated souls. ³⁷The sound that emerges from everyone’s mouth and mind is that you are the ones.

³⁶सबके मुख से वा मन से यही आवाज निकले, कि यह वही हैं। ³⁷ऐसे अनुभव करें - बस, इन्हों से मिले तो बाप से मिले।

³⁸They should experience that, having met you, they have met the Father, and that whatever they have attained, they have attained through you souls.

³⁸जो कुछ मिला है, इन्हों द्वारा ही मिला है।

³⁹They should feel that you are the masters, the guides, the angels and the messengers.

³⁹यही मास्टर हैं,गाइड हैं,एंजिल हैं,मैसेन्जर हैं।

⁴⁰The feeling that emerges in each one should be: These are the ones! ⁴¹These are the ones!

⁴⁰बस यही हैं, यही हैं, और वही हैं - यह धुन सबके अन्दर लग जाए।

⁴²These are the same ones! ⁴³The only sound that emerges from them should be: “They are the ones!

⁴¹इन्हीं दो शब्दों की धुन हो -’’यही हैं और वही हैं''।

⁴⁴They are the same ones!” ⁴⁵They should applaud in the happiness of having now found you.

⁴²मिल गये-मिल गये…यह खुशी की तालियाँ बजायें। ⁴³ऐसे अनुभव कराओ। ⁴⁴ऐसी अनुभूति कराने के लिए विशेष अष्ट शक्ति स्वरूप,अलंकारी शक्ति स्वरूप चाहिए।

⁴⁶Give them such an experience. ⁴⁷In order to give them this experience, you especially need to be an embodiment of the eight powers and also an embodiment of all the powers of the ornaments.

⁴⁵लेकिन शक्ति स्वरूप भी माँ के स्वरूप में चाहिए।

⁴⁸However, your form of Shakti also has to be in the form of a mother.

⁴⁶आजकल सिर्फ शक्ति स्वरूप से भी सन्तुष्ट नहीं होंगे लेकिन ‘शक्ति माँ'।

⁴⁹Nowadays, they aren’t content with just the form of a Shakti, but they want the Mother Shakti.

⁴⁷जो प्रेम और पालना देकर हर बाप के बच्चे को खुशी के झूले में झुलायें। ⁴⁸तब बाप के वर्से के अधिकारी बन सकें।

⁵⁰Only when you mothers who give love and sustenance, enable each one of the Father's children to swing in the swing of happiness, can the children claim a right to the Father’s inheritance.

⁴⁹बाप से मिलाने के योग्य बनाने में आप निमित्त शक्ति के रूप में ऐसा पवित्र प्रेम और अपनी प्राप्तियों द्वारा श्रेष्ठ पालना दो, योग्य बनाओ अर्थात् योगी बनाओ।

⁵¹In order to make them worthy to meet the Father, you, in the form of an instrument Shakti, must give them this pure love and elevated sustenance through your attainments. ⁵²To make them worthy means to make them into yogi souls.

⁵⁰मास्टर रचयिता बनना तो सबको आता है।

⁵³Each of you knows how to become a master creator.

⁵¹अल्पकाल प्राप्ति कराने वाले नामधारी जो महान आत्मायें हैं,वे भी रचना तो बहुत रच लेते हैं, प्रेम भी देते हैं लेकिन पालना नहीं दे सकते हैं।

⁵⁴The great souls who are only great in name, enable others to have limited attainments and create many followers. ⁵⁵They even give love, but they cannot give sustenance. ⁵⁶This is how they make those people their followers.

⁵²इसलिए फालोअर्स बन जाते हैं लेकिन पालना से बड़ा कर बाप से मिलायें अर्थात् पालना द्वारा बाप के अधिकारी योग्य आत्मा बनायें, यह नहीं कर सकते हैं।

⁵⁷However, they are unable to bring up children or give them such sustenance that would enable them to meet the Father. ⁵⁸Because they can't give them sustenance, they are unable to make children worthy of receiving rights from the Father.

⁵³इसलिए फालोअर्स ही रह जाते, बच्चे नहीं बनते।

⁵⁹This is why people remain followers; they don’t become children.

⁵⁴बाप के वर्से के अधिकारी नहीं बनते हैं।

⁶⁰They don’t claim a right to the Father’s inheritance.

⁵⁵ऐसे ही आप ब्राह्मण आत्माओं में भी रचना बहुत जल्दी रच लेते हो अर्थात् निमित्त बनते हो लेकिन प्रेम और पालना द्वारा उन आत्माओं को अविनाशी वर्से के अधिकारी बनाना,इसमें बहुत कम योग्य आत्मायें हैं।

⁶¹Similarly, amongst you Brahmin souls too, you create a creation very quickly. ⁶²Although you become instruments for them, there are very few worthy souls who give them such love and sustenance that they enable them to claim a right to the Father’s imperishable inheritance.

⁵⁶जैसे लौकिक जीवन में माँ बच्चे को पालना द्वारा शक्तिशाली बनाती है, जिससे वह सदा किसी भी समस्या का सामना कर सके। ⁵⁷सदा तन्दुरूस्त रहे, सम्पत्तिवान रहे।

⁶³In mundane life too, a mother gives sustenance to her children and makes them strong enough to be always able to face any problems that come to them, so that they remain constantly healthy and wealthy.

⁵⁸ऐसे आप श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें जगत माता बन एक दो आत्माओं की माँ नहीं, ‘जगत माँ', बेहद की माँ बन, मन से ऐसा शक्तिशाली बनाओ जो सदा आत्मायें अपने को विघ्न विनाशक, शक्ति सम्पन्न, हेल्दी और वेल्दी अनुभव करें।

⁶⁴In the same way, you elevated souls have to become world mothers. ⁶⁵Do not just become a mother, but a world mother, an unlimited mother and make their minds so powerful that they constantly experience themselves to be destroyers of obstacles, to be full of all powers, healthy and wealthy.

⁵⁹अब ऐसी पालना की आवश्यकता है।

⁶⁶There is now a need for this type of sustenance.

⁶⁰ऐसी पालना वाले बहुत कम हैं।

⁶⁷There are very few who give such sustenance.

⁶¹परिवार का अर्थ ही है -‘प्रेम और पालना' की अनुभूति कराना।

⁶⁸To be in a family means to give the experience of love and sustenance.

⁶²इसी पालना की प्यासी आत्मायें हैं।

⁶⁹Souls are thirsty for this type of sustenance.

⁶³तो समझा,इस वर्ष क्या करना है?

⁷⁰Therefore, do you understand what you have to do this year?

⁶⁴सबके मुख से यही निकले कि हमारे समीप के सम्बन्धी हमें मिल गये हैं।

⁷¹It should emerge from everyone’s mouth that they have found their close relatives.

⁶⁵पहले रिलेशन की अनुभूति कराओ फिर कनेक्शन सहज हो जायेगा।

⁷²First of all, give them the experience of a relationship and then the connection will become easy.

⁶⁶‘‘हमारे हमको मिल गये'' - ऐसी लहर चारों ओर फैल जाए। ⁶⁷तब मुख से निकलेगा -जिन्हें पाना था वह पा लिया।

⁷³The wave should spread everywhere so that they feel that they have found those who belong to them.

⁶⁸जैसे बाप को भिन्न-भिन्न सम्बन्ध से आप अधिकारी आत्मायें अनुभव करती हो।

⁷⁴Then it will emerge from their mouth that they have attained whatever they wanted to attain.

⁶⁹ऐसे वो तड़पती हुई आत्मायें यही अनुभव करें कि जो कुछ मिलना हैं, जो कुछ पाना है,इन्हीं द्वारा ही मिलना है, पाना है। ⁷⁰फिर नाम भिन्न-भिन्न कहेंगे।

⁷⁵Just as you souls with all rights experience the Father in different relationships, in the same way, though different names will be given, desperate souls should experience attaining whatever they want to attain, from you souls.

⁷¹ऐसे वायुमण्डल बनाओ।

⁷⁶Now create such an atmosphere!

⁷²माँ भी बच्चे को बाप का परिचय स्वयं ही देती है।

⁷⁷It is the mother who gives her children the introduction to their father.

⁷³माँ ही बच्चे को बाप से मिलाती है।

⁷⁸It is the mother who enables the children to meet their father.

⁷⁴अपने तक नहीं बनाना है लेकिन बाप से कनेक्शन जोड़ने योग्य बनाना है।

⁷⁹Don’t just enable souls to reach you, but make them capable of forging a connection with the Father.

⁷⁵सिर्फ माँ-माँ कहते रहें,ऐसे छोटे बच्चे नहीं बनाना। ⁷⁶लेकिन बाबा-बाबा सिखाना।

⁸⁰Don’t create little children who constantly keep calling out for their mother, but teach them to say, “Baba, Baba!”

⁷⁷वर्से के अधिकारी बनाना। ⁷⁸समझा?

⁸¹Enable them to claim a right to their inheritance.

⁷⁹जैसे बाप के लिए सबके मुख से एक ही आवाज निकलती है -’’मेरा बाबा''। ⁸⁰ऐसे आप हर श्रेष्ठ आत्मा के प्रति यह भावना हो, महसूसता हो, जो हरेक समझे कि यह - ‘मेरी माँ'है।

⁸²Do you understand? ⁸³Just as the same sound emerges from everyone for the Father, “My Baba!”, so too, everyone should have the same feeling for you elevated souls that they believe you to be their mother. ⁸⁴This is unlimited sustenance.

⁸¹यह बेहद की पालना।

⁸⁵Every one should have the feeling of belonging.

⁸²हरेक से मेरे-पन की भावना आये। ⁸³हरेक समझे कि यह मेरे शुभचिन्तक,सहयोगी सेवा के साथी हैं।

⁸⁶Each one of them should feel that you have positive thoughts for them and that you are their co-operative companions in service.

⁸⁴इसको कहा जाता है - ‘बाप समान'।

⁸⁷This is known as being equal to the Father.

⁸⁵इसको ही कहा जाता है - कर्मातीत स्टेज के तख्तनशीन। ⁸⁶जो सेवा के कर्म के भी बन्धन में न आओ।

⁸⁸This is what it meant as being seated on the throne of the karmateet stage and never ever having any karmic bondage.

⁸⁷हमारा स्थान,हमारी सेवा,हमारे स्टूडेन्ट,हमारी सहयोगी आत्मायें, यह भी सेवा के कर्म का बन्धन है।

⁸⁹To have any consciousness of “mine” about your place, your service, your students or your souls who co-operate with you is also karmic bondage of service.

⁸⁸इस कर्मबन्धन से - ‘कर्मातीत'।

⁹⁰Become karmateet from any of this karmic bondage.

⁸⁹तो समझा - इस वर्ष क्या करना है?

⁹¹So do you understand what you have to do this year?

⁹⁰कर्मातीत बनना है और ‘‘यह वही हैं,यही सब कुछ हैं,'' यह महसूसता दिलाए,आत्माओं को समीप लाना है।

⁹²Become karmateet and bring souls close by giving them the feeling that you are the same ones, that you are everything for them.

⁹¹ठिकाने पर लाना है।

⁹³Take souls to their destination.

⁹²अपने प्रति भी सुनाया और सेवा के प्रति भी सुनाया।

⁹⁴Baba has now spoken to you about yourself and about service. ⁹⁵Achcha.

⁹³अच्छा - सबका संकल्प था ना कि अभी क्या करना है? ⁹⁴कौन-सी लहर फैलानी है।

⁹⁶All of you were wondering what you have to do now and what wave has to be spread everywhere.

⁹⁵अच्छा-

⁹⁷Achcha.

⁹⁶ऐसे स्वराज्य अधिकारी, कर्मातीत स्टेज के तख्तनशीन, सर्व को समीप सम्बन्ध की अनुभूति कराने वाले,बेहद की प्रेम भरी पालना देने वाले, ऐसे इष्ट देव आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते। ⁹⁷''

⁹⁸To the self-sovereign souls, to the souls seated on the throne of the karmateet stage, to those who give others the experience of having a close relationship with everyone, to those who give sustenance filled with unlimited love, to such special deity souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

⁹⁸शक्ति सेना को देख बाप अति हर्षित होते हैं, शक्तियाँ सदा बाप की साथी हैं इसीलिए गायन ही है - ‘शिव शक्ति'।

⁹⁹The Father is extremely pleased to see the Shakti Army. ¹⁰⁰The shaktis are constant companions of the Father, and this is why there is the praise of the Shiv Shaktis.

⁹⁹शक्तियों के साथ बाप का भी यादगार है तो कम्बाइण्ड हो गई ना!

¹⁰¹Together with the Shaktis, there is also the Father’s memorial. ¹⁰²Therefore, you have become combined, have you not?

¹⁰⁰शक्ति - शिव से अलग नहीं, शिव-शक्ति से अलग नहीं।

¹⁰³Shaktis are not separate from Shiva and Shiva is not separate from the Shaktis.

¹⁰¹ऐसे कम्बाइण्ड।

¹⁰⁴Remain combined in the same way.

¹⁰²एक-एक जगतजीत हो, कम नहीं हो।

¹⁰⁵Each one of you is a conqueror of the world, no less.

¹⁰³सारे जगत पर जीत पाती हो।

¹⁰⁶You defeat the whole world.

¹⁰⁴जगत पर राज्य करना है ना!

¹⁰⁷You want to rule the world, do you not?

¹⁰⁵उस सेना में टुकड़ियाँ होती हैं, दो टुकड़ी, चार टुकड़ी।

¹⁰⁸In other armies, there are many divisions: two divisions, four divisions etc.

¹⁰⁶यहाँ बेहद है।

¹⁰⁹Here, everything is unlimited.

¹⁰⁷बेहद बाप की सेना और बेहद के ऊपर विजय।

¹¹⁰You belong to the army of the unlimited Father and your victory is unlimited.

¹⁰⁸बापदादा को भी खुशी होती है,एक-एक बच्चा हद का नहीं,बेहद का मालिक है।

¹¹¹BapDada is also pleased that each child is not a master of the limited, but a master of the unlimited.

¹⁰⁹सभी बच्चे, बाप के मुख हो ना?

¹¹²All of you children are the mouth of the Father, are you not?

¹¹⁰बाप के मुख अर्थात् मुख द्वारा बाप का परिचय देने वाले।

¹¹³To be a mouth of the Father means to give the Father’s introduction with the mouth.

¹¹¹इसलिए ‘गऊ मुख' का भी गायन है।

¹¹⁴This is why there is the praise of the Gaumukh (cow's mouth).

¹¹²सदा मुख द्वारा ‘बाबा-बाबा'निकलता है,तो मुख का भी महत्व हो गया ना!

¹¹⁵The words “Baba, Baba” constantly emerge from your mouth. ¹¹⁶Therefore, there is importance of the mouth, is there not?

¹¹³बापदादा सभी बच्चों को बाप के घर का और बाप का श्रृंगार कहते हैं, तो बाप के घर का श्रृंगार जा रहे हो, औरों को श्रृंगार कराने के लिए।

¹¹⁷BapDada calls all you children, "The decoration of the Father’s home and the decoration of the Father". ¹¹⁸So, the decoration of the Father’s home are going to decorate others. ¹¹⁹How many will you decorate and bring here?

¹¹⁴कितनों को श्रृंगार करके लायेंगे?

¹²⁰Each of you has to bring a bouquet in front of the Father.

¹¹⁵एक-एक को बाप के आगे गुलदस्ता लाना पड़ेगा।

¹²¹Each of you is an invaluable jewel because you know the Father and you have attained everything from the Father.

¹¹⁶सभी रत्न अमूल्य हो क्योंकि बाप को जाना और बाप से सब कुछ पाया।

¹²²Therefore, constantly remain in this happiness yourself and also distribute this happiness to others. ¹²³Achcha.

¹¹⁷तो सदा अपने को इसी खुशी में रखना और सबको यही खुशी बाँटते रहना।

¹²⁴The confluence age is the age to make progress and also make others make progress. ¹²⁵Don’t come to a halt because of any situation.

¹¹⁸अच्छासंगम युग है ही चलने और चलाने का युग।

¹²⁶There is benefit for you and for others in constantly progressing.

¹¹⁹किसी भी बात में रूकना नहीं है। ¹²⁰चलने, चलाने में अपना और सर्व का कल्याण है।

¹²⁷At the confluence age, BapDada is constantly with you, because it is only now that the Father is ever-present in front of the children.

¹²¹संगम पर बापदादा सदा आपके साथ हैं।

¹²⁸As soon as you remember Him, He becomes present in front of you. ¹²⁹See everything but see nothing!

¹²²क्योंकि अभी ही बाप बच्चों के आगे हाजर-नाज़र होते हैं।

¹³⁰Hear everything but hear nothing! ¹³¹By listening only to the Father you will continue to make progress. ¹³²Achcha.

¹²³याद किया और हाजर हुए।

¹³³Blessing: May you be multimillion-times fortunate by using every treasure for your task and thereby accumulate multimillions. ¹³⁴According to the drama, the time of the confluence age is blessed as the time for earning an income of multimillions at every second. ¹³⁵Use this blessing for yourself and donate it to others. ¹³⁶Similarly, you can accumulate an income of multimillions by using your treasures of thoughts, knowledge and physical wealth for your task, because when you use even one new paisa of your physical wealth for God at this time, that becomes equal to a jewel.

¹²⁴देखते हुए न देखो,सुनते हुए न सुनो, बाप की सुनो तो चलते चलेंगे।

¹³⁷Therefore, use these treasures for yourself and for service and you will become multimillion-times fortunate. ¹³⁸Slogan: Instead of making excuses, find solutions and you will claim a right to blessings.
