²"प्रीत की रीत न्न्निभाने का सहज तरीका"

¹The way to fulfil the responsibility of love is to sing and dance.

³शिव शमा अपने परवानों के प्रति बोले:-

²Today, the Flame has come into the spiritual gathering of His moths.

⁴‘‘आज शमा अपने परवानों के रूहानी महफिल में आये हैं।

³This spiritual gathering is so alokik and elevated.

⁵यह रूहानी महफिल कितनी अलौकिक और श्रेष्ठ है। ⁶शमा भी अविनाशी है, परवाने भी अविनाशी हैं और शमा-परवानों की प्रीति भी अविनाशी है।

⁴The Flame is eternal, the moths are eternal and the love between the Flame and the moths is eternal. ⁵No one except the Flame and the moths can know this spiritual love.

⁷इस रूहानी प्रीति को शमा और परवानों के सिवाए और कोई जान नहीं सकता।

⁶Those who know this love have fulfilled the responsibility of love and have attained everything.

⁸जिन्होंने जाना उन्होंने प्रीत निभाया और उन्होंने ही सब कुछ पाया।

⁷To fulfil the responsibility of love means to attain everything.

⁹प्रीत की रीति निभाना अर्थात् सब कुछ पाना। ¹⁰निभाना नहीं आता तो पाना भी नहीं आता।

⁸Someone who doesn’t know how to fulfil the responsibility of love doesn’t know how to attain anything.

¹¹इस प्रीत के अनुभव जानें कि यह प्रीत की रीत निभाना कितना सहज है!

⁹Those who have experienced this love know how easy it is to fulfil the responsibility of love.

¹²प्रीत की रीत क्या है, जानते हो ना?

¹⁰Do you know what the responsibility of love is?

¹³सिर्फ दो बातों की रीत है।

¹¹It is simply to do two things.

¹⁴और वह भी इतनी सरल है जो सब जानते भी हैं और सब कर भी सकते हैं।

¹²That too is so easy, and all of you know it and all of you can do it.

¹⁵वह दो बातें हैं - ‘गीत गाना और नाचना'।

¹³Those two things are to sing and to dance.

¹⁶इसके सब अनुभवी हो ना?

¹⁴You are all experienced in this, are you not?

¹⁷गाना और नाचना तो सबको पसन्द है ना?

¹⁵All of you like to sing and dance, do you not?

¹⁸तो यहाँ करना ही क्या है?

¹⁶So what else do you have to do here?

¹⁹अमृतवेले से गीत गाना शुरू करते हो।

¹⁷You start singing songs from amrit vela onwards.

²⁰दिनचर्या में भी उठते ही गीत से हो।

¹⁸In your daily timetable, you wake up to a song.

²¹तो बाप के वा अपने श्रेष्ठ जीवन की महिमा के गीत गाओ।

¹⁹Therefore, sing the songs of praise of the Father and your elevated life.

²²ज्ञान के गीत गाओ।

²⁰Sing songs of knowledge.

²³सर्व प्राप्तियों के गीत गाओ।

²¹Sing songs of all attainments.

²⁴यह गीत गाना नहीं आता?

²²Do you not know how to sing these songs?

²⁵आता है ना?

²³You do know them, do you not?

²⁶तो गीत गाओ और खुशियों में नाचो।

²⁴Therefore, sing these songs and dance in happiness.

²⁷खुशियों में नाचते-नाचते हर कर्म करो।

²⁵Perform every action whilst dancing in happiness.

²⁸जैसे स्थूल डांस में भी सारे शरीर की डांस हो जाती है।

²⁶Physical dancing is performed with the whole body.

²⁹ड्रिल हो जाती है।

²⁷That becomes like drill.

³⁰भिन्न-भिन्न पोज से डांस करते हो।

²⁸You dance in different poses.

³¹वैसे खुशी के डांस में भिन्न-भिन्न कर्मों के पोज करते।

²⁹Similarly, in dancing in happiness you have poses of different actions.

³²कभी हाथ से कोई कर्म करते, कभी पाँव से करते हो तो यह काम नहीं करते हो लेकिन भिन्न-भिन्न डांस के पोज करते हो।

³⁰Sometimes, you perform actions with your hands, sometimes you perform actions with your feet. ³¹Therefore, whilst you are performing actions, you are in fact dancing in different poses.

³³कभी हाथ की डांस करते हो, कभी पाँव को नचाते हो।

³²Sometimes you dance with your hands and sometimes you make your feet dance.

³⁴तो कर्मयोगी बनना अर्थात् भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार की खुशी में नाचते चलो।

³³Therefore, to become a karma yogi means to dance in different types of happiness.

³⁵बापदादा को वा शमा को वही परवाना पसन्द है जो गाना और नाचना जानता हो।

³⁴BapDada, the Flame, likes the moths who know how to sing and dance.

³⁶यही प्रीत की रीत है।

³⁵This is the responsibility of love.

³⁷तो यह तो मुश्किल नहीं है ना?

³⁶So, this is not difficult, is it?

³⁸क्या लगता है - सहज या मुश्किल?

³⁷What do you think? ³⁸Is it easy or difficult?

³⁹अभी मधुबन में तो इजी-इजी कर रहे हो, वहाँ जाकर भी इजी-इजी कहेंगे ना?

³⁹Now, in Madhuban, you are saying that it is easy. ⁴⁰Later, when you return home, will you say it is easy?

⁴⁰बदल तो नहीं जायेंगे वहाँ जाकर?

⁴¹You won’t change when you leave, will you?

⁴¹(यहाँ इजी हैं वहाँ बिजी हो जायेंगे) लेकिन इसी गाने और नाचने में ही बिजी रहेंगे ना?

⁴²(It is easy here and we will be busy when we return home.) ⁴³However, you will remain busy in this singing and dancing, will you not?

⁴²सदा कानों में यही मीठा साज सुनते रहना। ⁴³क्योंकि गाने और नाचने के साथ साज भी तो चाहिए ना!

⁴⁴Use your ears constantly to continue to listen to this sweet music, because, together with singing and dancing, you also need music.

⁴⁴कौन-सा साज सुनते रहेंगे?

⁴⁵To what music will you continue to listen?

⁴⁵(मुरली) मुरली का भी ‘सार' जो हर मुरली में बापदादा मीठे बच्चे, लाडले बच्चे, सिकीलधे बच्चे कहकर याद-प्यार देते हैं।

⁴⁶(Murli). ⁴⁷The essence that BapDada gives in every murli is in the form of love and remembrance when He says, “Sweet children, beloved children, long-lost, now-found children”.

⁴⁶यही बाप के स्नेह का साज सदा कानों में सुनते रहना।

⁴⁸Constantly continue to listen to this music of the Father’s love with your ears.

⁴⁷तो और बातें सुनते भी समझ में नहीं आयेंगी, बुद्धि में नहीं आयेंगी।

⁴⁹Then, even though you hear other things, you won’t understand them, that is, they won’t enter your intellect.

⁴⁸क्योंकि एक ही साज सुनने में बिजी होंगे ना तो दूसरा सुनेंगे कैसे!

⁵⁰Since you’ll be busy in listening to this one music, how would you be able to hear any other music?

⁴⁹ऐसे ही सदा गीत गाने में बिजी होंगे तो और व्यर्थ बातें मुख से बोलने की फुर्सत ही नहीं।

⁵¹In the same way, if you are constantly busy in singing songs, your mouth won’t have time to say anything wasteful.

⁵⁰सदा बाप के साथ खुशी में नाचते रहेंगे तो तीसरा कोई डिस्टर्ब कर नहीं सकता।

⁵²If you constantly continue to dance with the Father in happiness then no third person will be able to disturb you. ⁵³No one can come between the two.

⁵¹दो के बीच में कोई आ नहीं सकता।

⁵⁴You have already become conquerors of Maya, have you not?

⁵²तो मायाजीत तो हो ही गये ना! ⁵³न सुनना,न बोलना,न माया का आना।

⁵⁵You don’t listen to anything else, you don’t speak anything else, so Maya doesn’t come.

⁵⁴तो प्रीत की रीति क्या हुई?

⁵⁶Therefore, what is the responsibility of love?

⁵⁵- गाना और नाचना।

⁵⁷To sing and dance.

⁵⁶जब दोनों से थक जाओ तो तीसरी बात है, सो जाना।

⁵⁸When you become tired of these two things, then the third thing is to go to sleep.

⁵⁷यहाँ का सोना क्या है?

⁵⁹What does “sleeping” mean here?

⁵⁸सोना अर्थात् कर्म से डिटैच हो जाना।

⁶⁰To sleep means to become detached from performing actions.

⁵⁹तो आप कर्मेन्द्रियों से डीटैच हो जाओ।

⁶¹Therefore, become detached from your physical senses.

⁶⁰अशरीरी बनना अर्थात् सो जाना।

⁶²To become bodiless means to go to sleep.

⁶¹याद ही बापदादा की गोदी है।

⁶³Remembrance is BapDada’s lap.

⁶²तो जब थक जाओ तो अशरीरी बन, अशरीरी बाप की याद में खो जाओ अर्थात् सो जाओ।

⁶⁴So when you become tired, become bodiless and become lost in the remembrance of the bodiless Father, that is, you go to sleep!

⁶³जैसे शरीर से भी बहुत गाते और नाचते हैं और थक जाते हैं तो जल्दी ही नींद आ जाती है, ऐसे यह रूहानी गीत गाते, खुशी में नाचते-नाचते सोयेंगे और खो जायेंगे।

⁶⁵When you sing and dance a great deal with your body you become tired, and so are able to go to sleep quickly. ⁶⁶In the same way, by singing these spiritual songs and dancing in happiness, you will go to sleep and become lost in love.

⁶⁴तो समझा - सारा दिन क्या करना है?

⁶⁷Therefore, do you understand what you have to do throughout the day?

⁶⁵और डबल फारेनर्स तो इसमें बहुत शौकीन है।

⁶⁸You double foreigners are very interested in these things.

⁶⁶तो जिस बात का शौक है वही करो, बस।

⁶⁹So, whatever you have a keen interest in, you just do that.

⁶⁷सोते भी शौक से हैं।

⁷⁰You even sleep with keen interest!

⁶⁸तो तीनों ही बातें करने आती है।

⁷¹Therefore, you know how to do all three things.

⁶⁹तो समझा - प्रीत की रीति निभाने का सहज तरीका क्या है?

⁷²Therefore, do you all understand the easy way to fulfil the responsibility of love?

⁷⁰अच्छा - अभी एक शब्द तो यहाँ डबल फॉरेनर्स छोड़कर जाना।

⁷³Achcha. ⁷⁴Now you double foreigners have to leave one word behind.

⁷¹कौन-सा? ⁷²(सभी ने कोई न कोई बात सुनाई- कोई ने कहा उदासी, कोई ने कहा थकावट) अच्छा - इससे सिद्ध है कि जो बोल रहे हो वह अभी तक है।

⁷⁵What is that? (everyone suggested something: Unhappiness, tiredness.) ⁷⁶Achcha. ⁷⁷This proves that you still have whatever you are saying.

⁷³अच्छा - बोलना माना छोड़ना।

⁷⁸Achcha! ⁷⁹To speak of it means to renounce it.

⁷⁴तो एक शब्द - ‘डिपरेशन-डिपरेशन'कभी नहीं कहना।

⁸⁰Therefore, never say the one word, “Depression, depression.”

⁷⁵‘रियलाइजेशन न कि डिपरेशन'।

⁸¹It should be realisation, not depression.

⁷⁶जो बाप को डायवोर्स देते हैं, वह डिपरेशन में आते है।

⁸²It is those who divorce the Father that become depressed.

⁷⁷आप तो बाप के सदा कम्पेनियन हो।

⁸³You are constant companions of the Father.

⁷⁸तो डिपरेशन शब्द शोभता नहीं है।

⁸⁴So, the word, “Depression” doesn’t suit you.

⁷⁹सेल्फ रियलाइजेशन हो गया, रियलाइजेशन हो गया फिर यह कैसे हो सकता!

⁸⁵You have had self-realisation, so how can there be depression? ⁸⁶Do you understand?

⁸⁰समझा - जब द्वापर पूरा हो जाए, कलियुग शुरू हो तब फिर भले होना।

⁸⁷Yes, when the copper age ends and the iron age begins, you may become depressed.

⁸¹इतने समय के लिए तो तलाक दे दो इसको।

⁸⁸Reject it for this length of time. ⁸⁹Achcha.

⁸²अच्छा – ⁸³परिवर्तन भूमि में अविनाशी परिवर्तन करने वाले, सदा प्रीत की रीति निभाने वाले,शमा के दिलपसन्द परवाने, सदा रूहानी गीत गाने वाले, खुशी में नाचते रहने वाले, जब चाहें बाप की गोदी में सो जाने वाले, ऐसे सिकीलधे, लाडले बच्चों को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते। ⁸⁴''

⁹⁰To those who bring about eternal transformation in the land of transformation; to those who constantly fulfil the responsibility of love; to the moths who are loved by the Flame; to those who constantly sing spiritual songs and who dance in happiness and go to sleep in the Father’s lap whenever they want; to such long-lost, and now-found beloved children, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. ⁹¹Avyakt BapDada meeting teachers from abroad:

⁹²All of you have given the proof of service, according to your capacity, and will continue to give it.

⁸⁷सभी ने सेवा का सबूत अपने-अपने शक्ति प्रमाण दिया है और देते रहेंगे?

⁹³To be a server means to be someone who plays a part on the world stage at every second, in every breath and with every thought.

⁸⁸सेवाधारी अर्थात् हर सेकण्ड, हर श्वांस, हर संकल्प में विश्व की स्टेज पर पार्ट बजाने वाले।

⁹⁴Therefore, constantly continue to move along whilst considering yourselves to be elevated souls who are playing a hero part on the world stage. ⁹⁵You have received this chance in the drama.

⁸⁹तो सदा स्वयं को विश्व की स्टेज पर हीरो पार्ट बजाने वाली श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें हैं, यह समझकर चलते रहो।

⁹⁶When you become instrumental for others, you automatically also have to pay attention to those things. ⁹⁷Therefore, constantly consider yourselves to be BapDada’s companions who are present on service.

⁹⁰यह भी ड्रामा में चांस मिला है।

⁹⁸Continue to perform every action whilst maintaining this awareness.

⁹¹तो दूसरे के निमित्त बनने से स्वयं स्वतः ही उसी बातों के अटेन्शन में रहते।

⁹⁹You will then constantly continue to make progress and also enable others to make progress. ¹⁰⁰You have kept your courage very well.

⁹²इसलिए सदा अपने को बापदादा के साथी हैं,सेवा पर उपस्थित हैं,इस स्मृति में रहकर हर कार्य करते रहना।

¹⁰¹You are also receiving the Father’s help and will continue to receive it. ¹⁰²To become an instrument teacher and a spiritual server means to follow the father.

⁹³सदा आगे बढ़ते चलेंगे और बढ़ाते चलेंगे।

¹⁰³This is why you are equal to the Father and the long-lost and now-found beloved children of the Father.

⁹⁴हिम्मत अच्छी रखी है, मदद भी बाप की मिल रही है और मिलती रहेगी।

¹⁰⁴BapDada is pleased to see the servers. ¹⁰⁵All of you constantly move along in humility whilst considering yourselves to be instruments.

⁹⁵निमित्त शिक्षक बनना वा रूहानी सेवाधारी बनना अर्थात् फादर को फालो करना।

¹⁰⁶The more humility you have, the more you consider yourself to be an instrument, the more service will grow.

⁹⁶इसलिए बाप समान बाप के सिकीलधे।

¹⁰⁷Never have such ego as, “I did this! ¹⁰⁸I am a teacher!”

⁹⁷बापदादा भी सेवाधारियों को देख खुश होते हैं।

¹⁰⁹Instead of serving, this is called the basis of the stage of stopping service.

⁹⁸सभी सदा अपने को निमित्त समझकर चलना और नम्रचित्त होकर चलना।

¹¹⁰Whilst you are moving along, sometimes service decreases or becomes slack.

⁹⁹जितना निमित्त और नम्रचित्त होकर चलेंगे उतनी सेवा में सहज वृद्धि होगी।

¹¹¹The main reason for this is that instead of being an instrument there is the consciousness of “I”.

¹⁰⁰कभी भी मैंने किया,मैं टीचर हूँ, यह ‘‘मैं'' का भाव नहीं रखना।

¹¹²Service becomes slack because of this. ¹¹³Then your happiness and intoxication is lost.

¹⁰¹इसको कहा जाता है सर्विस करने के बजाए सर्विस मे रूकती कला आने का आधार।

¹¹⁴Therefore, never allow yourself to become distant from this awareness and do not deprive others from receiving their inheritance from the Father.

¹⁰²चलते-चलते कभी सर्विस कम हो जाती है या ढीली होती है, उसका कारण विशेष यही होता है जो निमित्त के बजाए मैं-पन आ जाता है और इसके कारण ही सर्विस ढीली हो जाती है,फिर अपनी खुशी और अपना नशा ही गुम हो जाता है।

¹¹⁵Secondly, always remember the slogan: You have to transform a soul from any family with self-transformation, and also transform the world. ¹¹⁶There should be special attention paid to self-transformation, then service will grow automatically. ¹¹⁷You now understand the reason for service decreasing and the reason for service growing.

¹⁰³तो कभी भी न स्वयं इस स्मृति से दूर होना,न औरों को बाप से वर्सा लेने से वंचित करना।

¹¹⁸Therefore, you will constantly continue to progress in happiness and also bring others into this happiness. ¹¹⁹Do you understand?

¹⁰⁴दूसरी बात कि सदा यह स्लोगन याद रखना - कि स्व परिवर्तन से किसी भी परिवार की आत्मा को भी बदलना है और विश्व को भी बदलना है।

¹²⁰Then you will come into the line of the foremost worthy teachers and foremost servers. ¹²¹So, all of you double foreigners are number-one teachers, are you not? ¹²²You work very hard and you also have deep love.

¹⁰⁵स्व परिवर्तन के ऊपर विशेष अटेन्शन।

¹²³You have also brought the proof of that.

¹⁰⁶तो सेवा स्वतः ही वृद्धि को पायेगी।

¹²⁴Each one of you children is a server, you are a teacher.

¹⁰⁷घटने का कारण भी समझा और बढ़ाने का आधार भी समझा। ¹⁰⁸तो सदा खुशी में आगे बढ़ते जायेंगे और औरों को भी खुशी में लाते रहेंगे।

¹²⁵Whether you are living at a centre or anywhere else, you are servers, because the occupation of Brahmins is to serve. ¹²⁶Some of you have received one part in service, others have received another part in service.

¹⁰⁹समझा! ¹¹⁰तो नम्बरवन योग्य टीचर वा नम्बरवन सेवाधारियों की लाइन में आ जायेंगे।

¹²⁷Some have to do the service of bringing souls here, some have to do the service of relating knowledge; some of preparing bhog and others of offering bhog.

¹¹¹तो डबल विदेशी सभी नम्बरवन टीचर हो ना!

¹²⁸All of you are servers. ¹²⁹BapDada considers all of you to be servers.

¹¹²मेहनत अच्छी कर रहे हो और मुहब्बत भी अच्छी है।

¹³⁰BapDada was told about the plans that had been made for the International Conference.

¹¹³सबूत भी लाया है। ¹¹⁴हरेक बच्चा सेवाधारी अर्थात् टीचर है।

¹³¹Congratulations for the hard work you have put in preparing those plans!

¹¹⁵चाहें सेवाकेन्द्र पर रहे, चाहें जहाँ भी रहे लेकिन सेवाधारी हैं।

¹³²You have used your intellect and have thus accumulated an income. ¹³³So, you didn’t have a meeting but accumulated an income.

¹¹⁶क्योंकि ब्राह्मणों का आक्यूपेशन ही है - ‘सेवाधारी'।

¹³⁴Constantly remain free from obstacles, destroyers of obstacles, content and make others content!

¹¹⁷किसको सेवा का क्या पार्ट मिला है,किसको क्या… कोई को लाने की सेवा करनी है, कोई को सुनाने की,कोई को भोग बनाने की तो कोई को भोग लगाने की… सब सेवाधारी हैं।

¹³⁵Constantly continue to claim this certificate. ¹³⁶To claim this certificate means to be seated on the heart-throne. ¹³⁷Always have the aim of being content and making others content. ¹³⁸Keep a balance of both.

¹¹⁸बापदादा सभी को सेवाधारी ही समझते हैं।

¹³⁹Achcha. ¹⁴⁰Put into practice all the plans you have made.

¹¹⁹(83के कांफ्रेंस के लिए सभी ने नये-नये प्लैन बनाये हैं, वह बापदादा को सुना रहे हैं)

¹⁴¹Come back with a gathering of VIPs. ¹⁴²Blessing: Remain double-light, and by having the awareness of being an instrument may you close the gate to Maya.

¹²⁰प्लैन बनाने में मेहनत की है उसके लिए मुबारक।

¹⁴³Those who move along whilst constantly considering themselves to be an instrument, automatically experience the double-light stage.

¹²¹यह भी बुद्धि चलाई अर्थात् अपनी कमाई जमा की। ¹²²तो मीटिंग नहीं की लेकिन जमा किया।

¹⁴⁴By remaining aware that Karankaravanhar is making you do everything and that you are just an instrument, there is success.

¹²³सदा निर्विघ्न, सदा विघ्न-विनाशक और सदा सन्तुष्ट रहना तथा सर्व को सन्तुष्ट करना।

¹⁴⁵To have the consciousness of “I” means to open the gate to Maya. ¹⁴⁶To consider yourself to be an instrument means to close the gate to Maya.

¹²⁴यही सर्टीफिकेट सदा लेते रहना। ¹²⁵यही सर्टीफिकेट लेना अर्थात् तख्तनशीन होना।

¹⁴⁷Therefore, by considering yourself to be an instrument, you become a conqueror of Maya and you also become double-light.

¹²⁶सन्तुष्ट रहने का और सर्व को सन्तुष्ट करने का लक्ष्य रखो।

¹⁴⁸Together with this, you definitely do receive success. ¹⁴⁹This awareness becomes the basis of claiming number one.

¹²⁷दोनों का बैलेन्स रखो। ¹²⁸अच्छा - जो प्लैन बनाये हैं - वह सब प्रैक्टिकल में लाना।

¹⁵⁰Slogan: Tie the safety strap of determination thoughts and you will never become upset with your seat.
