²परचिंतन तथा परदर्शन से हानियाँ

¹Losses through thinking about others and looking at others.

³उड़ती कला में ले जाने वाले, सम्पूर्णता के रंग में रंगने वाले,सतगुरू शिव बाबा बोले

²All of you elevated souls have come to celebrate the elevated meeting of the diamond-like confluence age.

⁴सभी श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें संगमयुग का हीरे समान श्रेष्ठ मेला मनाने के लिए आई हैं। ⁵अर्थात् हीरे समान अमूल्य जीवन का निरन्तर अनुभव करने का विशेष साधन फिर से स्मृति स्वरूप वा समर्थ स्वरूप बना रहे उसका बाप से या अपने परिवार से या वरदान भूमि से अनुभव प्राप्त करने के लिए आये हैं।

³This is the special method of constantly experiencing this invaluable life to be like a diamond and it is once again making you an embodiment of remembrance and an embodiment of power. ⁴You have come here to experience this from the Father, your family and your land of blessings. ⁵From your moment of birth, you have received a life as valuable as a diamond.

⁶हीरे समान जीवन जन्म से प्राप्त हुआ। ⁷लेकिन हीरा सदा चमकता रहे, किसी भी प्रकार की धूल वा दाग न आ जाए उसके लिए फिर-फिर पालिश कराने आते हैं।

⁶However, you come to have the diamond repeatedly polished so that the diamond remains constantly sparkling and no dust or marks appears on it.

⁸इसलिए आते हो ना?

⁷This is why you come here, is it not?

⁹तो बापदादा अपने हीरे समान बच्चों को देख हर्षित भी होते हैं और चेक भी करते - अभी तक किन बच्चों को धूल का असर हो जाता है वा संग के रंग में आने से कोई-कोई को छोटा वा बड़ा दाग भी लग जाता है।

⁸Therefore, BapDada is pleased to see His diamond-like children and also checks which children are even now affected by dust or have big or small marks through being coloured by someone's company. ⁹Which company creates marks?

¹⁰कौन सा संग दाग लगाता है!

¹⁰There are two main causes for this.

¹¹उसके मूल दो कारण हैं वा मुख्य दो बातें हैं –

¹¹That is, there are two main things. ¹²Thinking about others or looking at others.

¹²एक ‘परदर्शन’दूसरा ‘परचिन्तन’।

¹³Wasteful thinking is included in thinking about others.

¹³परचिन्तन में व्यर्थ चिन्तन भी आ जाता है।

¹⁴The colour of these two things makes a clean diamond into a marked-diamond.

¹⁴यही दो बातें संग के रंग में स्वच्छ हीरे को दागी बना देती हैं।

¹⁵The story of the Ramayana is the memorial of the previous cycle of looking at others and thinking about others.

¹⁵इसी परदर्शन, परचिन्तन की बातों पर कल्प पहले का यादगार ‘रामायण’की कथा बनी हुई है।

¹⁶Knowledge of the Gita is forgotten. ¹⁷Knowledge of the Gita means thinking about oneself.

¹⁶गीता ज्ञान भूल जाता है। ¹⁷गीता ज्ञान अर्थात् स्वचिन्तन।

¹⁸It means to become a spinner of the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁸स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनना। ¹⁹नष्टोमोहा स्मृति स्वरूप बनना।

¹⁹It means to become a destroyer of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance.

²⁰गीता ज्ञान के सार को भूल कर रामायण की कथा प्रैक्टिकल में लाते हैं।

²⁰The essence of the Gita is forgotten and the story of the Ramayana is put into practice.

²¹सीता भी वह बनते हैं जो मर्यादा की लकीर से बाहर निकल गई।

²¹Those who step outside the line of the code of conduct become Sita.

²²सीता के दो रूप दिखलाये हैं।

²²Two forms of Sita have been portrayed.

²³एक सदा साथ रहने वाली और दूसरा शोक वाटिका में रहने वाली।

²³One is someone who stays in constant company, and the other is someone who stays in the cottage of sorrow.

²⁴तो संगदोष में आकर शोक वाटिका वाली सीता बन जाते हैं।

²⁴By becoming influenced by the company of others, you become the Sita who stays in the cottage of sorrow.

²⁵वह एक है फरियाद का रूप और दूसरा है याद का रूप।

²⁵One is the form of complaints and the other is the form of remembrance.

²⁶जब फरियाद के रूप में आ जाते हैं तो फर्स्ट स्टेज से सेकण्ड में आ जाते हैं।

²⁶When you have the form of complaints, you go from the first stage into the second stage.

²⁷इसलिए सदा बेदाग सच्चा हीरा, चमकता हुआ हीरा, अमूल्य हीरा बनो।

²⁷Therefore, constantly remain a true flawless diamond, an invaluable sparkling diamond.

²⁸इन दो बातों से सदा दूर रहो तो धूल और दाग लग नहीं सकता।

²⁸Stay beyond those two things and you will never be covered by dust or become flawed.

²⁹चाहते नहीं हो लेकिन कर लेते हो, बातें बड़ी नई-नई रमणीक बताते हो।

²⁹You don’t want to do something, and yet you do it! ³⁰You make up many new interesting stories.

³⁰अगर वह बातें सुनावें तो बहुत लम्बा चौड़ा शास्त्र बन जायेगा।

³¹If those stories were to be told, they would make a very large scripture.

³¹लेकिन कारण क्या है?

³²However, what is the reason?

³²अपनी कमज़ोरी।

³³Your own weaknesses.

³³लेकिन अपनी कमज़ोरी को सफेदी लगा देते हो और छिपाने के लिए दूसरों के कारणों की कहानियाँ लम्बी बना देते हो।

³⁴You whitewash your own weaknesses and in order to hide your own weaknesses you make up long stories about the motives of others.

³⁴इसी से परदर्शन,परचिन्तन शुरू हो जाता है।

³⁵Through this, the looking at others and thinking about others begin.

³⁵इसलिए इस विशेष मूल आधार को, मूल बीज को समाप्त करो।

³⁶Therefore, now finish this main support, this main seed.

³⁶ऐसा विदाई का बधाई समारोह मनाओ।

³⁷Celebrate bidding farewell in this way.

³⁷मेले में समारोह मनाते हो ना!

³⁸People perform ceremonies at a meeting.

³⁸इसी समारोह मनाने को ही मिलना अर्थात् बाप समान बनना कहा जाता है।

³⁹Performing this ceremony is known as meeting, that is, of becoming equal to the Father.

³⁹अच्छा - महिमा तो अपनी बहुत सुनी है।

⁴⁰Achcha, you have heard a lot of your own praise.

⁴⁰महिमा में भी कोई कमी नहीं रही क्योंकि जो बाप की महिमा वह बच्चों की महिमा।

⁴¹There is nothing lacking in your own praise because the Father's praise is the children's praise.

⁴¹बापदादा का यही विशेष स्नेह है कि हर बच्चा बाप समान सम्पन्न बन जाए।

⁴²The special love of BapDada is that every child becomes equal and complete, equal to the Father.

⁴²समय के पहले नम्बरवन हीरा बन जाए।

⁴³It is that each of you becomes a number one diamond before time.

⁴³अभी रिजल्ट आउट नहीं हुआ है।

⁴⁴The results have not yet been announced.

⁴⁴जो बनने चाहो, जितने नम्बर में आने चाहो, अभी आने की मार्जिन है।

⁴⁵There is still a margin for whatever you want to become and whatever number you want to claim.

⁴⁵इसलिए उड़ती कला का पुरूषार्थ करो।

⁴⁶Therefore, make effort for the flying stage.

⁴⁶बेदाग नम्बरवन चमकता हुआ हीरा बन जाओ।

⁴⁷Become a flawless, number one sparkling diamond.

⁴⁷समझा क्या करना है?

⁴⁸Do you understand what you have to do?

⁴⁸सिर्फ यह नहीं जाकर सुनाना कि मधुबन से होके आये, बहुत मना के आये। ⁴⁹लेकिन बन करके आये हैं!

⁴⁹When you return home, don’t just say that you have come back from Madhuban having celebrated a lot, but that you have come back having become something.

⁵⁰जब संख्या में वृद्धि हो रही है तो पुरूषार्थ की विधि में भी वृद्धि करो।

⁵⁰There has now been growth in your number, so let there now also be progress in your efforts.

⁵¹अच्छा –

⁵²ऐसे सर्व उड़ती कला के पुरुषार्थी, सर्व व्यक्त संगों से दूर रहने वाले, एक ही सम्पूर्णता के रंग में रंगी हुई आत्मायें समय के पहले स्वयं को सम्पन्न बनाने वाले,प्राप्ति स्वरूप विशेष आत्माओं को बापदादा का याद-प्यार और नमस्ते। ⁵³’’

⁵²To all those who are making effort for the flying stage; to those who remain beyond all gross company; to all the souls who are coloured by the company of perfection; to those who make themselves perfect before time; to the special souls who are embodiments of attainment, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

⁵⁴पाटियों के साथ मुलाकात

⁵³BapDada meeting groups:

⁵⁵(1) सर्व सम्बन्धों से बाप को अपना बना लिया है?

⁵⁴Have you made the Father belong to you in all relationships?

⁵⁶किसी भी सम्बन्ध में अभी लगाव तो नहीं है?

⁵⁵You don't have attachment to someone in any relationship, do you?

⁵⁷क्योंकि कोई एक सम्बन्ध भी अगर बाप से नहीं जुटाया तो नष्टोमोहा,स्मृति स्वरूप नहीं बन सकेंगे।

⁵⁶Because, if there is even one relationship you haven't forged with the Father, you won't be able to become a destroyer of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance.

⁵⁸बुद्धि भटकती रहेगी।

⁵⁷Your intellect will continue to wander around.

⁵⁹बैठेंगे बाप को याद करने और याद आयेगा धोत्रा पोत्रा।

⁵⁸You will sit down to remember the Father, but you will remember your grandchildren instead.

⁶⁰जिसमें भी मोह होगा वही याद आयेगा।

⁵⁹You only remember someone to whom you have attachment.

⁶¹किसका पैसे में होता है, किसका जेवर में होता है, किसका किसी सम्बन्ध में होता - जहाँ भी होगा वहाँ बुद्धि जायेगी।

⁶⁰Some have attachment to money, some have attachment to jewellery, some have attachment to particular relations. ⁶¹The intellect will be pulled to whomsoever or whatever you have attachment.

⁶²अगर बार-बार बुद्धि वहाँ जाती है तो एकरस नहीं रह सकते।

⁶²If your intellect is repeatedly pulled there, you cannot remain constant and stable.

⁶³आधा कल्प भटकते-भटकते क्या हाल हो गया है, देख लिया ना!

⁶³You have already seen what state you are in by wandering around for half the cycle.

⁶⁴सब कुछ गँवा दिया।

⁶⁴You lost everything! ⁶⁵You lost your body!

⁶⁵तन भी गया, मन की सुख-शान्ति भी गई, धन भी गया।

⁶⁶You lost peace and happiness of the mind! ⁶⁷You even lost your wealth!

⁶⁶सतयुग में कितना धन था, सोने के महलों में रहते थे, अभी ईटों के मकान में, पत्थर के मकान में रहते हो, तो सारा गँवा दिया ना!

⁶⁸You had so much wealth in the golden age. ⁶⁹You lived in golden palaces. ⁷⁰Now you are living in buildings of bricks and stone. ⁷¹So you lost everything, did you not?

⁶⁷तो अभी भटकना खत्म।

⁷²Now stop wandering around!

⁶⁸‘एक बाप दूसरा न कोई’ -यही मन से गीत गाओ।

⁷³Constantly sing this song in your mind: I belong to the one Father and none other.

⁶⁹कभी भी ऐसे नहीं कहना कि यह तो बदलता नहीं है,यह तो चलता नहीं है, कैसे चलें, क्या करूँ…इस बोझ से भी हल्के रहो।

⁷⁴Never say that this one is not changing. ⁷⁵This one is not moving on this path! ⁷⁶How can I continue to move along? ⁷⁷What can I do?

⁷⁰भल भावना तो अच्छी है कि यह चल जाए,इसकी बीमारी खत्म हो जाए लेकिन इस कहने से तो नहीं होगा ना!

⁷⁸Remain free of even this burden, remain light. ⁷⁹You may have good feelings that someone should continue on this path, that someone's illness should end, but that will not happen by your saying it.

⁷¹इस कहने के बजाए स्वयं हल्के हो उड़ती कला के अनुभव में रहो। ⁷²तो उसको भी शक्ति मिलेगी।

⁸⁰Instead of saying it, remain light and maintain the experience of the flying stage and they will receive power from that.

⁷³बाकी यह सोचना वा कहना व्यर्थ है।

⁸¹It is wasteful to think about it or to say anything about it.

⁷⁴मातायें कहेंगी मेरा पति ठीक हो जाए,बच्चा चल जाए, धन्धा ठीक हो जाए,यही बातें सोचते या बोलते हैं।

⁸²Mothers say that their husbands should become alright, that their children should follow this path, that their business should work out well: These are the things you think or talk about.

⁷⁵लेकिन यह चाहना पूर्ण तब होगी जब स्वयं हल्के हो बाप से शक्ति लेंगे।

⁸³However, only when you yourself remain light and take power from the Father will these desires be fulfilled.

⁷⁶इसके लिए बुद्धि रूपी बर्तन खाली चाहिए।

⁸⁴For this, the vessel of the intellect has to remain empty.

⁷⁷क्या होगा, कब होगा, अभी तो हुआ ही नहीं,इससे खाली हो जाओ।

⁸⁵"What will happen? ⁸⁶When will it happen? ⁸⁷It hasn't yet happened!" ⁸⁸Become empty of these thoughts.

⁷⁸सभी का कल्याण चाहते हो तो स्वयं शक्तिरूप बन सर्वशक्तिवान के साथी बन शुभ भावना रख चलते चलो।

⁸⁹If you want everyone to benefit, you yourself must become an embodiment of power and continue to move along with good wishes as the companion of the Almighty Authority.

⁷⁹चिन्तन वा चिन्ता मत करो।

⁹⁰Don't think too much or worry about anything.

⁸⁰बन्धन में नहीं फँसो।

⁹¹Don’t become trapped in any bondage.

⁸¹अगर बन्धन है तो उसको काटने का तरीका है - ‘याद’।

⁹²If there are bondages, the way to cut them is remembrance.

⁸²कहने से नहीं छूटेंगे, स्वयं को छुड़ा दो तो छूट जायेंगे।

⁹³You will not become free from them just by speaking about them. ⁹⁴You yourself must let go and you will become free.

⁸³(2) संगमयुग के सर्व खज़ाने प्राप्त हो गये हैं?

⁹⁵Have you attained all the treasures of the confluence age?

⁸⁴कभी भी अपने को किसी खज़ाने से खाली तो नहीं समझते हो?

⁹⁶You don't consider yourselves to be lacking any of the treasures, do you?

⁸⁵क्योंकि खाली होने का समय अभी बीत गया।

⁹⁷The time for remaining empty has now passed.

⁸⁶अभी भरने का समय है।

⁹⁸It is now time to fill yourself.

⁸⁷खज़ाना मिला है, इसका अनुभव भी अभी होता है।

⁹⁹This is also the time to experience having received all treasures.

⁸⁸अप्राप्ति से प्राप्ति हुई तो उसका नशा रहेगा।

¹⁰⁰When you attain something that was unattainable, you become intoxicated.

⁸⁹तो भरपूर आत्मायें बनीं!

¹⁰¹Become souls who are full!

⁹⁰ऐसे तो नहीं कहते कि सर्व शक्तियाँ हैं लेकिन सहन शक्ति नहीं है, शान्ति की शक्ति नहीं है।

¹⁰²You don't say that you have all powers, but that you don't have the power to tolerate or the power of peace. ¹⁰³You do this, don't you?

⁹¹थोड़ा क्रोध या थोड़ा आवेश आ जाता है।

¹⁰⁴That you sometimes feel a little anger or a little forceful!

⁹²भरपूर चीज़ में कोई दूसरी चीज़ आ नहीं सकती।

¹⁰⁵There is no place for anything else in something that is full.

⁹³माया की हल-चल होती अर्थात् खाली है।

¹⁰⁶If you are shaken by Maya, it means you are empty.

⁹⁴जितना भरपूर उतना हलचल नहीं।

¹⁰⁷The fuller you remain, the less shaking there is.

⁹⁵तो क्रोध, मोह…सभी को विदाई दे दी या दुश्मन को भी मेहमान बना देते हो।

¹⁰⁸Have you bidden farewell to anger, attachment and everything else or do you make your enemies into your guests?

⁹⁶यह दुश्मन जबरदस्ती भी अन्दर तब आता है जब अलबेलापन है।

¹⁰⁹Only when there is carelessness do enemies enter by force.

⁹⁷अगर लाक मजबूत है तो दुश्मन आ नहीं सकता।

¹¹⁰If the lock is strong, enemies cannot enter.

⁹⁸आजकल भी सेफ रहने के लिए गुप्त लाक रखते हैं।

¹¹¹Nowadays, people have a secret lock in order to remain safe.

⁹⁹यहाँ भी डबल लाक है।

¹¹²Here too, you have a double-lock.

¹⁰⁰‘याद और सेवा’ - यह है डबल लाक।

¹¹³Remembrance and service is the double-lock.

¹⁰¹इसी से सेफ रहेंगे।

¹¹⁴You will remain safe with this.

¹⁰²डबल लाक अर्थात् डबल बिजी।

¹¹⁵A double-lock means to remain double busy.

¹⁰³बिजी रहना अर्थात् सेफ रहना।

¹¹⁶To remain busy means to remain safe.

¹⁰⁴बार-बार स्मृति में रहना यही है लाक को लगाना।

¹¹⁷To maintain this awareness constantly is to apply a lock.

¹⁰⁵ऐसे नहीं समझो - मैं तो हूँ ही बाबा का, लेकिन बार-बार स्मृति स्वरूप बनो।

¹¹⁸Don't take it for granted that you belong to Baba anyway, but become an embodiment of remembrance again and again.

¹⁰⁶अगर हैं ही बाबा के तो स्मृति स्वरूप होना चाहिए, वह खुशी होनी चाहिए।

¹¹⁹Anyway, when you belong to Baba, you should be an embodiment of remembrance. ¹²⁰There should be that happiness.

¹⁰⁷हैं तो वर्सा प्राप्त होना चाहिए।

¹²¹If you do belong to Baba, you should also have attained that inheritance.

¹⁰⁸सिर्फ हैं ही के अलबेलेपन में नहीं लेकिन हर सेकण्ड स्वयं को भरपूर समर्थ अनुभव करो।

¹²²Don't be careless by taking it for granted that you belong to Baba anyway, but, at every second, experience yourself to be full and powerful.

¹⁰⁹इसको कहा जाता है - ‘स्मृति स्वरूप सो समर्थ स्वरूप’।

¹²³This is known as being an embodiment of remembrance and an embodiment of power.

¹¹⁰माया वार करने न आये लेकिन नमस्कार करने आये।

¹²⁴Maya should not come to attack you, but to salute you.

¹¹¹(3) सभी अपने को पूज्य आत्मायें अनुभव करते हो?

¹²⁵Do all of you experience yourselves to be souls who are worthy to be worshipped?

¹¹²पुजारी से पूज्य बन गये ना!

¹²⁶From being worshippers, you have become worthy of worship, have you not?

¹¹³पूज्य को सदा ऊँचे स्थान पर रखते हैं।

¹²⁷Those who are worthy of worship are always put in a high place.

¹¹⁴कोई भी पूजा की मूर्ति होगी तो नीचे धरती पर नहीं रखेंगे।

¹²⁸An idol that is to be worshipped will not be placed on the ground.

¹¹⁵तो आप पूज्य आत्मायें कहाँ रहती हो!

¹²⁹So where do you worthy-to-be worshipped souls stay?

¹¹⁶ऊपर रहती हो!

¹³⁰You stay up above.

¹¹⁷भक्ति में भी पूज्य आत्माओं का कितना रिगार्ड रखते हैं।

¹³¹On the path of devotion too, worthy-to-be-worshipped souls are given so much regard!

¹¹⁸जब जड़ मूर्ति का इतना रिगार्ड है तो आपका कितना होगा?

¹³²Since non-living idols are given so much regard, how much regard would there be for you?

¹¹⁹अपना रिगार्ड स्वयं जानते हो?

¹³³Do you yourselves know how much regard there is for you?

¹²⁰क्योंकि जितना जो अपना रिगार्ड जानता है उतना दूसरे भी उनको रिगार्ड देते हैं।

¹³⁴To the extent that you are aware of the regard you have for yourself, so others also give regard to you.

¹²¹अपना रिगार्ड रखना अर्थात् अपने को सदा महान श्रेष्ठ आत्मा अनुभव करना।

¹³⁵To have regard for yourself means constantly to experience yourself as a great and elevated soul.

¹²²तो कभी महान आत्मा से साधारण आत्मा तो नहीं बन जाते हो!

¹³⁶Therefore, you don't sometimes become an ordinary soul from being a great soul, do you?

¹²³पूज्य तो सदा पूज्य होगा ना!

¹³⁷A worthy-to-be-worshipped soul would always be worthy to be worshipped.

¹²⁴आज पूज्य कल अपूज्य नहीं - ऐसे तो नहीं हो ना।

¹³⁸It isn't that you are worthy to be worshipped today, whereas tomorrow you are not.

¹²⁵सदा पूज्य अर्थात् सदा महान। ¹²⁶सदा विशेष।

¹³⁹To be constantly worthy of worship means to be constantly great.

¹²⁷कई बच्चे सोचते हैं कि हम तो आगे बढ़ रहे हैं लेकिन दूसरे हमको आगे बढ़ने का रिगार्ड नहीं देते हैं।

¹⁴⁰To be always special. ¹⁴¹Some children think that they are moving forward, but that others are not giving them regard for moving forward.

¹²⁸इसका कारण क्या होता?

¹⁴²What is the reason for this?

¹²⁹सदा स्वयं अपने रिगार्ड में नहीं रहते हो।

¹⁴³It is because you don't always maintain regard for yourself.

¹³⁰जो अपने रिगार्ड में रहते वह रिगार्ड माँगते नहीं,स्वतः मिलता है।

¹⁴⁴Those who maintain regard for themselves don't ask for regard from others, but automatically receive it.

¹³¹जो सदा पूज्य नहीं उन्हें सदा रिगार्ड नहीं मिल सकता।

¹⁴⁵Those who are not constantly worthy to be worshipped do not always receive regard.

¹³²अगर मूर्ति अपने आसन को छोड़ दे,या उसे जमीन में रख दें तो उसकी क्या वैल्यु होगी!

¹⁴⁶If the idol were to fall from its position, or if it were placed on the ground, what value would it have?

¹³³मूर्ति को मन्दिर में रखें तो सब महान रूप में देखेंगे।

¹⁴⁷When an idol is placed in a temple, everyone worships it as something great.

¹³⁴तो सदा महान स्थान पर अर्थात् ऊँची स्थिति पर रहो, नीचे नहीं आओ।

¹⁴⁸Therefore, constantly be seated in the great position, that is, stay in the high position, do not come down.

¹³⁵आजकल दुनिया में कौन सी विशेषता दिखा रहे हैं?

¹⁴⁹What speciality do people show in the world nowadays?

¹³⁶मरो और मारो - यही विशेषता दिखाते हैं ना!

¹⁵⁰Kill or be killed! ¹⁵¹This is the speciality they show nowadays.

¹³⁷तो यहाँ भी सेकण्ड में मरने वाले।

¹⁵²So here too, you are those who die in a second, not those who die slowly.

¹³⁸धीरे-धीरे मरने वाले नहीं। ¹³⁹आज मोह छोड़ा, मास के बाद क्रोध छोड़ेंगे, साल के बाद मोह छोड़ेंगे…ऐसे नहीं।

¹⁵³It should not be that today you renounce attachment, a month later you renounce anger, a year later you will renounce attachment. ¹⁵⁴It shouldn't be like that.

¹⁴⁰एक धक से झाटकू बनने वाले।

¹⁵⁵You are those who become a sacrifice in one stroke.

¹⁴¹तो सभी मरजीवा झाटकू बन गये या कभी जिन्दा, कभी मरे, कई ऐसे होते हैं जो चिता से भी उठकर चल देते हैं।

¹⁵⁶So, have all of you become a sacrifice that has died alive or are you sometimes alive and sometimes dead? ¹⁵⁷Sometimes, there are cases where someone gets off the funeral pyre.

¹⁴⁴जैसे लौकिक संसार में वे लोग अपना शो दिखाते ऐसे अलौकिक संसार में भी आप अपना शो दिखाओ।

¹⁶⁰Just as in the world outside those people have their own show, so you too have to reveal your own show in the subtle world.

¹⁴⁵सदा श्रेष्ठ,सदा पूज्य,हर कर्म,हर गुण का सभी लोग कीर्तन गाते रहें। ¹⁴⁶कीर्तन का अर्थ ही है- कीर्ति गाना।

¹⁶¹Always be elevated, always be worthy to be worshipped so that everyone continues to sing songs of praise of your every act and every virtue.

¹⁴⁷अगर सदा श्रेष्ठ कर्म अर्थात् कीर्ति वाले कर्म हैं तो फिर सदा ही लोग आपका कीर्तन गाते रहेंगे।

¹⁶²To sing songs of praise means to praise you. ¹⁶³If your acts are always elevated and worthy to be worshipped, people will constantly sing devotional songs of praise for you.

¹⁴⁸जब किसी स्थान पर हंगामा हो,तो उस झगड़े के समय शान्ति के शक्ति की कमाल दिखाओ। ¹⁴⁹सबकी बुद्धि में आवे कि यहाँ तो शान्ति का कुण्ड है।

¹⁶⁴Whenever there is upheaval somewhere, reveal the wonders of the power of silence during that upheaval. ¹⁶⁵It should enter everyone's intellect that there is a shanti-kund (kund - vessel in which a sacrificial fire takes place) there.

¹⁵⁰शान्ति कुण्ड बन शान्ति की शक्ति फैलाओ।

¹⁶⁶Become a shanti-kund and spread the power of peace.

¹⁵¹जैसे चारों ओर अगर आग जल रही हो और एक कोना भी शीतल कुण्ड हो तो सब उसी तरफ दौड़कर जाते हैं, ऐसे शान्ति स्वरूप होकर शान्ति कुण्ड का अनुभव कराओ।

¹⁶⁷When there is fire everywhere and a cool place is found somewhere, everyone runs to that place of coolness. ¹⁶⁸In the same way, become an embodiment of peace and give the experience of being a shanti-kund.

¹⁵²उस समय वाचा की सेवा नहीं कर सकते लेकिन मंसा से अपनी शान्ति कुण्ड की प्रत्यक्षता कर सकते हो।

¹⁶⁹At that time you cannot serve through words, but you can reveal yourself as a shanti-kund through your mind.

¹⁵³जहाँ भी शान्ति सागर के बच्चे रहते हैं वह स्थान ‘शान्ति-कुण्ड’हो।

¹⁵⁴जब विनाशी यज्ञ कुण्ड अपनी तरफ आकर्षित करता है तो यह ‘शान्ति कुण्ड’ अपने तरफ न खींचे यह हो नहीं सकता।

¹⁷¹When a perishable sacrificial fire can attract others to itself, then is it not possible that this peaceful place wouldn’t attract others to it.

¹⁶²जहाँ त्याग, तपस्या नहीं वहाँ सफलता नहीं।

¹⁷⁹There cannot be success where there isn't renunciation or tapasya.

¹⁶³त्याग और तपस्या दोनों के सहयोग से सेवा में सदा सफलता मिलती है।

¹⁸⁰With the co-operation of both renunciation and tapasya, there is always success in service.

¹⁶⁴तपस्या है ही - ‘एक बाप दूसरा न कोई’।

¹⁸¹Tapasya means to belong to the one Father and none other.

¹⁶⁵यह है निरन्तर की तपस्या।

¹⁶⁶तो जो भी आये वह कुमारी नहीं देखे लेकिन तपस्वी कुमारी देखे।

¹⁸³Anyone who comes shouldn't see you as a kumari, but as a tapaswi kumari.

¹⁶⁷जिस स्थान पर रहते हो वह तपस्या-कुण्ड अनुभव हो।

¹⁸⁴The place you are staying at should be experienced as a sacred place of tapasya.

¹⁶⁸अच्छा स्थान है, पवित्र स्थान है, यह भी ठीक लेकिन‘तपस्या कुण्ड’ अनुभव हो।

¹⁸⁵It is good that they feel it is a good and pure place, but it should also be experienced as a sacred place of tapasya.

¹⁶⁹तपस्या कुण्ड में जो भी आयेगा वह स्वयं भी तपस्वी हो जायेगा।

¹⁷⁰तो तपस्या के प्रैक्टिकल स्वरूप में जाओ। ¹⁷¹तब जयजयकार होगी।

¹⁸⁷When you become the practical embodiment of tapasya, there will be cries of victory.

¹⁷²तपस्या के आगे झुकेंगे।

¹⁸⁸People will bow down in front of your tapasya.

¹⁷³ब्रह्माकुमार के आगे महिमा करते हैं, तपस्वी कुमार के आगे झुकेंगे।

¹⁸⁹They sing praise in front of the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, but they will bow down in front of the tapaswi kumars and kumaris.

¹⁷⁴तपस्या कुण्ड बनाओ फिर देखो कितने परवाने आपेही आ जाते हैं।
