¹तीनों सम्बन्धों की सहज और श्रेष्ठ पालना

¹Easy and elevated sustenance through the three relationships.

²अव्यक्त बापदादा अपने बच्चों प्रति बोले – ³आज विश्व-स्नेही बापदादा चारों ओर के विशेष बाप-स्नेही बच्चों को देख रहे हैं।

²Today, the Father, who loves the world is especially seeing the special children who love the Father.

⁴बाप का स्नेह और बच्चों का स्नेह दोनों एक-दो से ज्यादा ही है।

³The Father’s love and the children’s love are each more than that of the other.

⁵स्नेह मन को और तन को अलौकिक पंख लगाए समीप ले आता है।

⁴Love gives alokik wings to the mind and the body and brings you close.

⁶स्नेह ऐसा रूहानी आकर्षण है जो बच्चों को बाप की तरफ आकर्षित कर मिलन मनाने के निमित्त बन जाता है।

⁵Love is such a spiritual attraction that it attracts the children to the Father and they then become instruments to celebrate a meeting.

⁷मिलन मेला चाहे दिल से, चाहे साकार शरीर से-दोनों अनुभव स्नेह की आकर्षण से ही होता है।

⁶Both experiences of a meeting – either with the heart or with the physical body – only take place because of the attraction of love.

⁸रूहानी परमात्म-स्नेह ने ही आप ब्राह्मणों को दिव्य जन्म दिया।

⁷God’s spiritual love has given you Brahmins a divine birth.

⁹आज अभी-अभी रूहानी स्नेह की सर्चलाइट द्वारा चारों ओर के ब्राह्मण बच्चों की स्नेहमयी सूरतें देख रहे हैं।

⁸Today, with the searchlight of spiritual love, Baba is seeing the loving images of all the Brahmin children everywhere.

¹⁰चारों ओर के अनेक बच्चों के दिल के स्नेह के गीत, दिल का मीत बापदादा सुन रहे हैं।

⁹BapDada, the heart’s Friend is hearing the song of love from the hearts of all the children everywhere.

¹¹बापदादा सर्व स्नेही बच्चों को चाहे पास हैं, चाहे दूर होते भी दिल के पास हैं,स्नेह के रिटर्न में वरदान दे रहे हैं –

¹⁰BapDada is close to the hearts of all the children, whether they are near or far. ¹¹And, as a return of love, Baba is giving the blessing: “May you always have the fortune of happiness.

¹³सदा खुशनुमा भव। ¹⁴सदा खुशी की खुराक द्वारा तन्दरूस्त भव!

¹³May you always remain healthy with the nourishment of happiness.

¹⁵सदा खुशी के खज़ाने से सम्पन्न भव! ¹⁶''

¹⁴May you always be filled with the treasures of happiness.”

¹⁷रूहानी स्नेह ने दिव्य जन्म दिया, अब वरदाता बापदादा के वरदानों से दिव्य पालना हो रही है।

¹⁵Spiritual love gave you the divine birth and you are now being sustained in a divine way through the blessings of BapDada, the Bestower of Blessings.

¹⁸पालना सभी को एक द्वारा,एक ही समय,एक जैसी मिल रही है।

¹⁶Everyone is receiving the same sustenance at the same time from the same One.

¹⁹लेकिन मिली हुई पालना की धारणा नम्बरवार बना देती है।

¹⁷However, the imbibing of the sustenance you have received makes you numberwise.

²⁰वैसे विशेष तीनों सम्बन्ध की पालना अति श्रेष्ठ भी है और सहज भी है।

¹⁸In fact, the sustenance received through all three relationships is extremely elevated and easy.

²¹बापदादा द्वारा वर्सा मिलता,वर्से की स्मृति द्वारा पालना होती - इसमें कोई मुश्किल नहीं।

¹⁹You receive your inheritance from BapDada and then the awareness of your inheritance sustains you. ²⁰There is no difficulty in this.

²²शिक्षक द्वारा दो शब्दों की पढ़ाई की पालना में भी कोई मुश्किल नहीं।

²¹There is nothing difficult in the sustenance received through the study of just two words from the Teacher.

²³सतगुरू द्वारा वरदानों के अनुभूति की पालना - इसमें भी कोई मुश्किल नहीं।

²²There is also nothing difficult in the sustenance received through the experience of blessings from the Satguru either.

²⁴लेकिन कई बच्चों के धारणा की कमज़ोरी के कारण समय-प्रति-समय सहज को मुश्किल बनाने की आदत बन गई है।

²³However, because of a weakness in imbibing those, some children have developed the habit of making difficult something that is easy.

²⁵मेहनत करने के संस्कार सहज अनुभव करने से मजबूर कर देते हैं और मजबूर होने के कारण,धारणा की कमज़ोरी के कारण परवश हो जाते हैं।

²⁴The sanskars of working hard compel them to experience something easy as difficult and because of being compelled, because of lacking the ability to imbibe it, they come under an external influence.

²⁶ऐसे परवश बच्चों की जीवनलीला देख बापदादा को ऐसे बच्चों पर रहम आता है। ²⁷क्योंकि बाप के रूहानी स्नेह की निशानी यही है-कोई भी बच्चे की कमी,कमज़ोरी बाप देख नहीं सकते।

²⁵Seeing the games in the life of such children who are influenced, BapDada feels mercy for them because a sign of the Father’s spiritual love is that He cannot bear to see a weakness or defect in any child.

²⁸अपने परिवार की कमी अपनी कमी होती है, इसलिए बाप को घृणा नहीं लेकिन रहम आता है।

²⁶Any defect in your family is your own defect and this is why the Father doesn’t feel dislike, but He does feel mercy.

²⁹बापदादा कभी-कभी बच्चों की आदि से अब तक की जन्मपत्री देखते हैं।

²⁷Sometimes, BapDada looks at the horoscope of the children from the moment they were born until now.

³⁰कई बच्चों की जन्मपत्री में रहम-ही-रहम होता है और कई बच्चों की जन्मपत्री राहत देने वाली होती है।

²⁸For some children’s horoscope, there is nothing but mercy, whereas the horoscope of some children is such that it reassures the Father.

³¹अपनी आदि से अब तक की जन्मपत्री चेक करो।

²⁹Check your horoscope from the beginning until now.

³²अपने आपको देख करके जान सकते हो - तीनों सम्बन्ध के पालना की धारणा सहज और श्रेष्ठ है?

³⁰You can look at yourself and know for yourself whether your imbibing of sustenance through the three relationships is easy and elevated. ³¹You can move along easily in two ways.

³³क्योंकि सहज चलना दो प्रकार का है-एक है वरदानों से सहज जीवन और दूसरी है लापरवाही,डोंट-केयर - इससे भी सहज चलते हैं।

³²One is an easy life through blessings and the other is an easy life through carelessness and a “don’t care” attitude. ³³One can move through life easily with such an attitude too.

³⁴वरदानों से वा रूहानी पालना से सहज चलने वाली आत्मायें केयरफुल होंगी, डोंट-केयर नहीं होंगी। ³⁵लेकिन अटेन्शन का टेन्शन नहीं होगा।

³⁴Souls who move along easily with blessings and spiritual sustenance will be careful; they will not have a “don’t care” attitude, and they will not have any tension of paying attention.

³⁶ऐसी केयरफुल आत्माओं का समय, साधन और सरकमस्टांश प्रमाण ब्राह्मण परिवार का साथ,बाप की विशेष मदद सहयोग देती है।

³⁵According to the time, facilities and circumstances of such careful souls they have the Brahmin family’s help and also special help and co­operation from the Father.

³⁷इसलिए सब सहज अनुभव होता है।

³⁶This is why everything is experienced to be easy.

³⁸तो चेक करो-यह सब बातें मेरी सहयोगी हैं?

³⁷So check: Are all these things co­operating with me?

³⁹इन सब बातों का सहयोग ही सहजयोगी बना देता है।

³⁸The co­operation received from all of these things makes you an easy yogi.

⁴⁰नहीं तो कभी छोटा सा सरकमस्टांश,साधन, समय,साथी आदि भले होते चींटी समान हैं लेकिन छोटी चींटी महारथी को भी मूर्च्छित कर देती है।

³⁹Otherwise, even though minor circumstances, facilities, time and companions are like an ant, even a tiny ant is able to make a maharathi (an elephant) unconscious.

⁴¹मूर्च्छित अर्थात् वरदानों की सहज पालना की श्रेष्ठ स्थिति से नीचे गिरा देती है।

⁴⁰To become unconscious means to fall from the elevated stage of easy the sustenance received through blessings.

⁴²मजबूर और मेहनत-यह दोनों मूर्च्छित की निशानी हैं।

⁴¹Being compelled and having to work hard are both signs of being unconscious.

⁴³तो इस विधि से अपनी जन्मपत्री को चेक करो। ⁴⁴समझा क्या करना है?

⁴²So check your horoscope in this way. ⁴³Do you understand what you have to do? ⁴⁴Achcha.

⁴⁵अच्छा - सदा तीनों सम्बन्धों की पालना में पलने वाले,सदा सन्तुष्टमणि बन सन्तुष्ट रहने और सन्तुष्टता की झलक फैलाने वाले, सदा फास्ट पुरुषार्थी बन स्वयं को फर्स्ट जन्म में फर्स्ट अधिकार प्राप्त कराने वाले,ऐसे खुशनसीब बच्चों को वरदाता बाप का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

⁴⁵To those who are always being sustained with the sustenance of all three relationships, to those who become jewels of contentment, who remain content and spread the sparkle of contentment, to those who become fast effort­makers and enable themselves to claim the first right to the first birth, to such fortunate and happy children, love, remembrance and namaste from BapDada, the Bestower of blessings.

⁴⁶पार्टियों से मुलाकात

⁴⁷सभी दूर-दूर से आये हैं।

⁴⁷Everyone has come from far away.

⁴⁸सबसे दूर से तो बापदादा आते हैं।

⁴⁸BapDada has come from the furthest place of all.

⁴⁹आप कहेंगे-हमको तो मेहनत लगती है।

⁴⁹You say that it takes you effort to come here.

⁵⁰बापदादा के लिए भी,बेहद में रहने वाले और हद में प्रवेश हो-यह भी तो न्यारी बात हो जाती है।

⁵⁰For BapDada also, it is unique in that He lives in the unlimited and yet has to enter the limited one.

⁵¹फिर भी लोन लेना होता है।

⁵¹Nevertheless, He has to take the body on loan.

⁵²आप लोग टिकट लेते हो बाप लोन लेता है।

⁵²You take a ticket and the Father has to take a loan.

⁵³सभी को वरदान मिले?

⁵³Did all of you receive a blessing?

⁵⁴चाहे 7-8तरफ से आये हो लेकिन हर जोन का कोई-न-कोई है ही।

⁵⁴Even though you have come from seven or eight places, there is a representative from every zone.

⁵⁵इसलिए सब जोन यहाँ हाजिर हैं। ⁵⁶विदेश भी और देश भी है।

⁵⁵Therefore, all zones are present, from abroad and also this land.

⁵⁷इन्टरनेशनल ग्रुप हो गया ना। ⁵⁸अच्छा।

⁵⁶So, this is an international group, is it not?

⁵⁹तमिलनाडु ग्रुप:- सबसे बड़ा ग्रुप तमिलनाडु है।

⁵⁷To a group from Tamil Nadu: ⁵⁸The biggest group is from Tamil Nadu.

⁶⁰तमिलनाडु की विशेषता क्या है?

⁵⁹What is the speciality of Tamil Nadu?

⁶¹स्नेह के वायब्रेशन को कैच करते हैं।

⁶⁰They catch vibrations of love.

⁶²बाप से स्नेह अविनाशी लिफ्ट बन जाती है।

⁶¹Their love for the Father becomes an imperishable lift.

⁶³सीढ़ी पसन्द है या लिफ्ट पसन्द है?

⁶²Do you prefer the stairs or a lift?

⁶⁴सीढ़ी है मेहनत, लिफ्ट है सहज।

⁶³Stairs require effort whereas the lift is easy.

⁶⁵तो स्नेह में कभी भी अलबेले नहीं होना, नहीं तो लिफ्ट जाम हो जायेगी। ⁶⁶क्योंकि अगर लाइट बन्द हो जाती है तो लिफ्ट का क्या हाल होता है?

⁶⁴So, never become careless because of having love. ⁶⁵Otherwise, the lift will jam because you can imagine what would become of the lift if the electricity were cut off.

⁶⁷लाइट बन्द होने से,कनेक्शन खत्म होने से जो सुख की अनुभूति होनी चाहिए वह नहीं होती।

⁶⁶When the electricity or connection is cut, you don’t experience the comfort you should.

⁶⁸तो स्नेह में अलबेलापन है तो बाप से करेन्ट नहीं मिलेगी, इसलिए फिर लिफ्ट काम नहीं करेगी।

⁶⁷So, when there is carelessness because of having love, you won’t be able to receive a current from the Father.

⁶⁹स्नेह अच्छा है, अच्छे में अच्छा करते रहना।

⁶⁸Then, the lift will not work. ⁶⁹You have very deep love.

⁷⁰तो इस लिफ्ट की गिफ्ट को साथ ले जाना।

⁷⁰Continue to do good work. ⁷¹So, take the gift of the lift with you.

⁷¹मैसूर ग्रुप:- मैसूर की विशेषता क्या है?

⁷²मैसूर निवासी बच्चों को बापदादा गिफ्ट दे रहे हैं -’’संगमयुग की सुहावनी मौसम का फल''।

⁷⁴मौसम का फल जो होता है वह मीठा होता है।

⁷⁷अभी-अभी श्रेष्ठ कर्म किया और अभी- अभी कर्म का प्रत्यक्ष फल मिला।

⁷⁹One minute you perform elevated actions and the next minute you receive the instant, visible fruit of that.

⁷⁸इसलिए सदा अपने को इस नशे की स्मृति में रखना कि हम संगमयुग के मौसम का प्रत्यक्षफल खाने वाले हैं,प्राप्त करने वाले हैं।

⁸⁰Therefore, always have the intoxication of the awareness that you are the ones who eat the seasonal, instant fruit of the confluence age, the ones who attain that fruit.

⁷⁹वैसे भी वृद्धि अच्छी कर रहे हैं।

⁸¹In any case, you are growing well.

⁸⁰तमिलनाडु में भी वृद्धि बहुत अच्छी हो रही है।

⁸²In Tamil Nadu too, there is very good expansion.

⁸¹ईस्टर्न जोन ग्रुप:- ईस्ट से क्या निकलता है?

⁸³To a group from the Eastern Zone: ⁸⁴What emerges in the East?

⁸²सूर्य निकलता है ना।

⁸⁶मुख सूर्य की तरफ होता है इसलिए सूर्यमुखी कहा जाता है और उसकी सूरत भी देखेंगे तो जैसे सूर्य की किरणें होती हैं - ऐसे चारों ओर उसकी पंखुड़ी किरणों के समान सार्किल में होती हैं।

⁸⁷तो सदा ज्ञान-सूर्य बापदादा के सम्मुख रहने वाले, कभी भी ज्ञानसू र्य से दूर होने वाले नहीं। ⁸⁸सदा समीप और सदा सम्मुख।

⁹¹You are always close and always in front of BapDada. ⁹²This is called being a sunflower. ⁹³So, be a sunflower who is always sparkling and making others sparkle with the light of the Sun of Knowledge.

⁸⁹इसको कहते हैं सूर्यमुखी फूल।

⁹⁴This is the speciality of the Eastern Zone.

⁹⁰तो ऐसे सूर्यमुखी पुष्प के समान सदा ज्ञान-सूर्य के प्रकाश से स्वयं भी चमकने वाले और दूसरों को भी चमकाने वाले - यह है ईस्टर्न जोन की विशेषता।

⁹⁵In any case, the Sun of Knowledge rose in the Eastern Zone. ⁹⁶He entered Baba there (Calcutta). ⁹⁷So, those from the Eastern Zone are those who take everyone to their kingdom, into the day, into the light.

⁹¹वैसे भी देखो ज्ञान सूर्य ईस्टर्न जोन से प्रगट हुआ है।

⁹⁸To a group from Benares: ⁹⁹What is the speciality of Benares (ras – interest, sweetness)?

⁹²प्रवेशता तो हुई ना! ⁹³तो ईस्टर्न जोन वाले सबको अपने राज्य,दिन में ले जाने वाले, रोशनी में ले जाने वाले हैं।

¹⁰⁰You are those who fill everyone with spiritual interest. ¹⁰¹You are not without interest, you are not those who have no interest; you fill everyone with spiritual interest.

⁹⁴बनारस ग्रुप:- बनारस की विशेषता क्या है? ⁹⁵हर एक में रूहानी रस भरने वाले। ⁹⁶बिना रस नहीं,रस के बिना नहीं हैं।

¹⁰²You are those who enable everyone to experience God’s love, the sweetness of love, because when you become full with the sweetness of God’s love, all other types of sweetness seem dry.

⁹⁷लेकिन सर्व में रूहानी रस भरने वाले, सभी को परमात्म-स्नेह का, प्रेम का रस अनुभव कराने वाले।

¹⁰³You are those who fill souls with the sweetness of God’s love because they have a lot of interest in devotion.

⁹⁸क्योंकि जब बाप के प्रेम के रस में भरपूर हो जाते हैं तो और सर्व रस फीका लगता है।

¹⁰⁴You are those who enable those who have an interest in devotion to experience the sweetness of God’s love. ¹⁰⁵What always has the greatest sweetness?

⁹⁹आत्माओं में परमात्म-प्रेम का रस भरने वाले।

¹⁰⁶Those from Benares, speak? ¹⁰⁷Rasgulla (milk balls in syrup).

¹⁰⁰क्योंकि वहाँ भक्ति का रस बहुत है।

¹⁰⁸Look, the name itself begins with ras (sweet).

¹⁰¹भक्ति के रस वालों को परमात्म-प्रेम रस का अनुभव कराने वाले।

¹⁰⁹So, you are those who always eat the rasgulla of knowledge and also feed others this.

¹⁰²सदा ज्यादा रस किसमें होता है? ¹⁰³बनारस वाले सुनाओ। ¹⁰⁴रसगुल्ले में। ¹⁰⁵देखो नाम ही पहले रस से शुरू होता है।

¹¹⁰So, you are those who always make your mind and your mouth sweet with rasgulla at amrit vela every day and who also sweeten the mind and mouth of others.

¹⁰⁶तो सदा ज्ञान का रसगुल्ला खाने वाले और खिलाने वाले।

¹¹¹This is why Baba is giving Benares the sweet toli rasgulla. ¹¹²To a group from Bombay:

¹⁰⁷तो सदैव अमृतवेले पहले मन को,मुख को रसगुल्ले से मीठा बनाने वाले और औरों को भी मन से और मुख से मीठा बनाने वाले।

¹¹³Bombay has already received the blessing “Nardesavar” (wealthy person). ¹¹⁴Nardesavar means one who makes everyone wealthy. ¹¹⁵Nardesavar means one who is always full of wealth.

¹⁰⁸इसलिए बनारस को मिठाई दे रहे हैं - रसगुल्ला।

¹¹⁶The speciality of those from Bombay is that they make poor ones wealthy.

¹⁰⁹बम्बई ग्रुप:- बाम्बे को पहले से ही वरदान मिला हुआ है - नरदेसावर अर्थात् सभी को साहूकार बनाने वाला।

¹¹⁷A title of the Father is: ¹¹⁸The Lord of the Poor. ¹¹⁹So, BapDada is giving those from Bombay the title “Children of the Lord of the Poor, the ones who make poor ones wealthy”.

¹¹⁰नरदेसावर का अर्थ ही है जो सदा धन से सम्पन्न रहता है।

¹²⁰This is why you yourselves are always full of all treasures and also make others full.

¹¹¹बाम्बे वालों की विशेषता है -’’गरीब को साहूकार बनाने वाले''जो बाप का टाइटल है -’’गरीब निवाज।

¹²¹Therefore, your speciality is that you are the co­operative companions of the Father who is the Lord of the Poor. ¹²²So, BapDada is giving a title to those from Bombay, not a sweet, but a title.

¹¹²'' तो बाम्बे वालों को भी बापदादा टाइटल दे रहे हैं -’’गरीब-निवाज बाप के बच्चे,गरीबों को साहूकार बनाने वाले।

¹²³To a group from Kulu Manali: ¹²⁴What is the speciality of Kulu Manali? ¹²⁵A mela of deities that doesn’t take place anywhere else takes place in Kulu.

¹¹³''इसलिए सदा स्वयं भी खज़ानों से सम्पन्न और औरों को भी सम्पन्न बनाने वाले।

¹²⁶So, Kulu and Manali is said to be a meeting place for the deities. ¹²⁷So, ‘deities’ means those who have divine virtues.

¹¹⁴इसलिए विशेषता है गरीब निवाज बाप के सहयोगी साथी।

¹²⁸The memorial of imbibing divine virtues is the deity form.

¹¹⁵तो बाम्बे वालों को टाइटल दे रहे हैं। ¹¹⁶मिठाई नहीं,टाइटल।

¹²⁹So, that land is the symbol of love for the deities and the meeting of the deities.

¹¹⁷कुल्लू-मनाली ग्रुप:- कुल्लू मनाली की विशेषता क्या है? ¹¹⁸कुल्लू में देवताओं का मेला लगता है जो और कहीं नहीं लगता।

¹³⁰This is why BapDada is especially giving a gift of a bouquet of divine virtues to the children who are residents of that place.

¹¹⁹तो कुल्लू और मनाली वालों को देवताओं के मिलन का स्थान कहा जाता है।

¹³¹With the bouquet of these divine virtues, you will continue to have a mela of souls with the Supreme Soul everywhere.

¹²⁰तो देवता का अर्थ ही है ‘‘दिव्यगुणधारी''। ¹²¹दिव्यगुणों की धारणा का यादगार देवता रूप है।

¹³²They have a meeting of deities and you are celebrating a meeting of souls with the Supreme Soul with the bouquet of divine virtues.

¹²²तो देवताओं के प्यार का, मिलन का सिम्बल इस धरनी का है।

¹²³इसलिए बापदादा ऐसे धरनी के निवासी बच्चों को विशेष दिव्यगुणों का गुलदस्ता गिफ्ट में दे रहे हैं।
