²ब्रह्मा बाप के विशेष पांच कदम

¹FIVE SPECIAL STEPS OF FATHER BRAHMA.

³अव्यक्त बापदादा अपने बच्चों प्रति बोले – ⁴आज विश्व स्नेही बाप अपने विशेष अति स्नेही और समिप बच्चों को देख रहे है।

²Today, the Father who is loved by the whole world is seeing His specially, deeply loving and close children.

⁵स्नेही सभी बच्चे है लेकिन अति स्नेही वा समीप बच्चे वही है जो हर कदम में फालो करने वाले है।

³All are loving, but those who are extremely loving and close are those who follow the father at every step.

⁶निराकार बाप ने साकारी बच्चों को साकार रुप में फालो करने के लिए साकार ब्रह्मा बाप को बच्चों के आगे निमित्त रखा जिस आदि आत्मा ने ड्रामा में ८४ जन्मो के आदि से अंत तक अनुभव किये,साकार रूप मैं माध्यम बन बच्चों के आगे सहज करने के तिए एग्ज़ाम्पल बने। ⁷क्योंकि शक्तिशाली एग्ज़ाम्पल को देख फालो करना सहज होता है।

⁴The incorporeal Father kept Brahma Baba, the corporeal instrument, in front of the corporeal children for them to be able to follow him in a practical way. ⁵He was the first soul in the drama who experienced 84 births from the beginning to the end; he became the medium in the corporeal form and became an example in front of the children to make it easy for them to follow, because when one sees a powerful example it is easy to follow.

⁸तो स्नेही बच्चों के लिए स्नेह की निशानी बाप ने ब्रह्मा बाप को रखा और सर्व बच्चों को यही श्रेष्ठ श्रीमत दी कि हर कदम में 'फालो फादर।

⁶And so Baba kept Brahma Baba as a symbol of love for the loving children and He gave every child the elevated shrimat to follow the father at every step.

⁹'सभी अपने को फालो फादर करने वाले समीप आत्मये समझते हो?

⁷Do all of you consider yourselves to be the close souls who follow the father?

¹⁰फालो करना सहज लगता या मुश्किल लगता है?

⁸Do you find it easy or difficult to follow?

¹¹ब्रह्मा बाप के विशेष कदम क्या देखे?

⁹What were the special steps of Father Brahma that you saw?

¹²* सबसे पहला कदम – ‘सर्वंश त्यागी’ न सिर्फ तन से और लौकिक सम्बन्ध से लेकिन सबसे बड़ा त्याग,पहला त्याग मन-बुद्धि से समर्पण ।

¹⁰1. The first step: A total renunciate. ¹¹Not only renunciation of the body and lokik relations, but the greatest renunciation, the first renunciation, was that of surrendering the mind and the intellect.

¹³अर्थात् मन-बुद्धि में हर समय बाप और श्रीमत की हर कर्म मैं स्मृति रही।

¹²That is, in every action there was only the awareness of the Father and shrimat in his mind and intellect at every moment.

¹⁴सदा स्वयं को निमित्त समझ हर कर्म में न्यारे और प्यारे रहे।

¹³He constantly considered himself to be an instrument and was detached and loving in every action.

¹⁵देह के सम्बन्ध से,मैं-पन का त्याग।

¹⁴In bodily relationships he renounced the consciousness of “I”.

¹⁶जब मन-बुद्धि की बाप के आगे समर्पणता हो जाती है। ¹⁷तो देह के सम्बन्ध स्वतः ही त्याग हो जाते है।

¹⁵When the mind and body are surrendered to the Father bodily relationships are automatically renounced.

¹⁸तो कदम - ' सर्वंश त्यागी। ¹⁹'

¹⁶The first step was that of a total renunciate.

²⁰* दूसरा कदम – सदा आज्ञाकारी रहे।

¹⁷2. The second step: Always remained obedient.

²¹हर समय एक बात में - चाहे स्व पुरुषार्थ में, चाहे यज्ञ-पालनामेंनिमित्त बने।

¹⁸At all times and in everything, whether in self­progress or in giving sustenance to the yagya, he remained an instrument.

²²क्योंकि स्व ही ब्रह्मा विशेष आत्मा है जिसका ड्रामा में पार्ट नूंधा हुआ है। ²³एक ही आत्मा – माता भी है, पिता भी है।

¹⁹Only Brahma is the special soul who has that unique part fixed in the drama: the same soul is the mother and also the father.

²⁴यज्ञ-पालना के निमित्त होते हुए भी सदा आज्ञाकारी रहे।

²⁰While being an instrument for giving sustenance to the yagya, he always remained obedient.

²⁵स्थापना का कार्य विशाल होते हुए भी किसी भी आज्ञा का उल्लंघन नहीं किया।

²¹Although the task of establishment was a huge one, he didn't disobey any of the instructions.

²⁶हर समय 'जी हाज़िर' का प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूप सहज रूप में देखा।

²²You easily saw his form of saying, “Yes, My Lord, I am present” in a practical way at all times.

²⁷* तीसरा कदम - हर संकल्प में भी वफादार।

²³3. The third step: Faithful in every thought.

²⁸जैसे पवित्रता नारी एक पति के बिना और किसी को स्वप्न में भी याद नहीं कर सकती, ऐसे हर समय 'एक बाप दूसरा न कोई' - यह वफादारी का प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूप देखा।

²⁴A wife who is faithful to her husband cannot remember anyone except her husband even in dreams. ²⁵In the same way, you saw the practical form of his being faithful with the consciousness of “no one but the one Father” at all times.

²⁹विशाल नई स्थापना की जिम्मेवारी के निमित्त होतें भी वफादारी के बल से, एक बल एक भरोसे के प्रत्यक्ष कर्म में हर परिस्थिति को सहज पार किया और कराया।

²⁶While being an instrument for the responsibility of new, unlimited establishment, through the power of being faithful, in the practical action of having one faith and one Support, he easily overcame all adverse situations and inspired others too.

³⁰* चौथा कदम - विश्व सेवाधारी।

²⁷4. The fourth step: A world server.

³¹सेवा की विशेषता - एक तरफ अति निर्मान-वर्ल्ड सर्वेंट; दूसरे तरफ ज्ञान की अथार्टी।

²⁸The speciality in service was that, on the one hand, he was a very humble world servant, and, on the other hand, the authority of knowledge.

³²जितना ही निर्मान उतना ही बेपरवाह बादशाह।

²⁹To the extent that he was humble, he was accordingly a carefree emperor.

³³सत्यता की निर्भयता - यही सेवा की विशेषता है।

³⁰The fearlessness of truth is the speciality of service.

³⁴कितना भी सम्बंधिया ने,राजनेताओ ने, धर्म-नेताओ ने नये ज्ञान के कारण ऑपोजीशन किया लेकिन सत्यता और निर्भयता की पोजीशन से ज़रा भी हिला न सके।

³¹No matter how much his relatives, politicians and religious leaders opposed him because of this new knowledge, they were not able to make him fluctuate even slightly from his position of truth and fearlessness.

³⁵इसको कहते है निर्मानता और अथॉर्टी का बैलेस।

³²This is known as the balance of being humble and having authority.

³⁶इसकी रिजल्ट आप सभी देख रहे हो।

³³All of you are seeing the result of that.

³⁷गाली देने वाले भी मन से आगे झुक रहे है।

³⁴Those who insulted him are now bowing down to him in their mind.

³⁸सेवा की सफलता का विशेष आधार निर्मान-भाव,निमित्त-भाव,बेहद का भाव।

³⁵The special basis of success in service is to be humble, to be an instrument and to be unlimited.

³⁹इसी विधि से ही सिद्धिस्वरूप बने।

³⁶He became the embodiment of success through this method.

⁴⁰* पाँचवा कदम - कर्मबंधन मुक्त, कर्म-सम्बन्ध मुक्त। ⁴¹अर्थात् शरीर के बंधन से मुक्त फरिश्ता, अर्थात् कर्मातीत।

³⁷5. The fifth step: Free from the bondage of karma, free from the relationships of karma, that is, free from the bondage of the body, an angel, karmateet.

⁴²सेकण्ड में नष्टोमोहा स्मृतिस्वरूप समीप और समान। ⁴³तो आज विशेष संक्षेप में पाँच कदम सुनाये।

³⁸In one second, he conquered all attachments and became an embodiment of the remembrance of One, close and equal.

⁴⁴विस्तार तो बहुत है लेकिन सार रूप में इन पाँच कदमो के ऊपर कदम उठाने वाले को ही फालो फादर कहा जाता है ।

³⁹Today, Baba has told you briefly of the five steps. ⁴⁰There is a lot of detail, but, in essence, those who place their steps over these five steps are known as the ones who follow the father.

⁴⁵अभी अपने से पूछो - कितने कदमो में फालो किया है?

⁴¹Now, ask yourself, in how many steps have you followed him?

⁴⁶समर्पित हुए हो या सर्वंश सहित समर्पित हुए हो?

⁴²Have you just surrendered, or have you surrendered totally?

⁴⁷सर्वंश अर्थात् संकल्प,स्वभाव और संस्कार, नेचर में भी बाप समान हो।

⁴³To have surrendered totally means you are equal to the Father in your thoughts, nature and sanskars.

⁴⁸अगर अब तक भी चलते-चलते समझते हो और कहते हो- मेरा स्वभाव ऐसा है,मेरी नेचर ऐसी है वा न चाहते भी संकल्प चल जाते है, बोत निकल पड़ते है - तो इसको सर्वंश त्यागी नहीं कहेंगे।

⁴⁴If, even now, while moving along, you think or say, “My nature is like this, my nature is like that”, or if thoughts emerge or you say things against your conscious wish, that is not known as being a total renunciate.

⁴⁹अपने को समर्पित कहलाते हो लेकिन सर्वंश समर्पण - इसमें मेरा-तेरा हो जाता है। ⁵⁰जो बाप का स्वभाव,स्व का भाव अर्थात् आत्मिक भाव।

⁴⁵Although you call yourselves completely surrendered, there is still the consciousness of ‘mine’ and ‘yours’ when it comes to surrendering every trace.

⁵¹संस्कार सदा बाप समान स्नेह,रहम, उदारदिल का, जिसको बड़ी दिल कहते हो।

⁴⁶The Father’s nature (swabhav) means the nature of the self, that is, the nature of the soul.

⁵²छोटी दिल अर्थात् हद का अपनापन देखना - चाहे अपने प्रति, चाहे अपने सेवा-स्थानो के प्रति, अपने सेवा के साथियो के प्रति।

⁴⁷Sanskars should always be like those of the Father, that is, of love, of mercy and of having a generous heart, and this is called a big heart.

⁵³और बड़ी दिल - सर्व अपनापन अमुभव हो। ⁵⁴बड़ी दिल मैं सदा हर प्रकार के कार्य- चाहे तन के, चाहे मन, चाहे धन के, चाहे समन्ध में सफलता की बरकत होती है।

⁴⁸To have a small heart means to see the limited consciousness of ‘mine’, whether for the self, for the service place or for the service companions, whereas to have a big heart means

⁵⁵बरकत अर्थात् ज्यादा फायदा होता है।

⁴⁹everyone experiences you belonging to them.

⁵⁶और छोटी दिल वाले को मेहनत ज्यादा, सफलता कम होती है। ⁵⁷पहले भी सुनाया था कि छोटी दिल वालों के भण्डारे और भण्डारा - सदा बरकत की नहीं होती।

⁵⁰When someone has a big heart, he experiences an abundance of success in every task whether in body, mind, wealth or relations.

⁵⁸सेवा-साथी दिलासे बहुत देंगे - आप ये करो हम करेंगे लेकिन समय सरकमस्टांस सुनाने शुरू कर देंगे।

⁵¹Abundance means there is greater benefit, whereas someone with a small heart has to make greater effort and has less success.

⁵⁹इसको कहते है बड़ी दिल तो बड़ा साहेब राजी। ⁶⁰राजयुक्त पर साहेब सदा राजी रहता है। ⁶¹टीचर्स सभी बड़ी दिल वाली हो ना!

⁵²You were told previously also that those who have a small heart never have abundance in their treasure­store or kitchen.

⁶²बेहद के बड़े-ते-बडे कार्य अर्थ ही निमित्त हो। ⁶³यह तो नहीं कहने हो ना - हम फलाने एरिया के कल्याणकारी है या फलाने देश के कल्याणकारी है?

⁵³Their service companions will give many reassurances, “You do this and we will do this”, but they then start relating their circumstances at a time of need.

⁶⁴विश्व-कल्याणकारी हो ना।

⁵⁴This is known as having a big heart.

⁶⁵इतने बड़े कार्य के लिए दिल भी बड़ी चाहिए ना? ⁶⁶बड़ी अर्थात् बेहद।

⁵⁵So the Lord is always pleased with those who understand the significance of everything.

⁶⁷वा टीचर्स कहेगी कि हमको तो हद बनाकर दी गई है?

⁵⁶All of you teachers have a big heart, do you not?

⁶⁸हद भी क्या बनाई गई है, कारण? ⁶⁹छोटी दिल।

⁵⁷You are the instruments for the unlimited, greatest of all tasks.

⁷⁰कितना भी एरिया बनाकर दे लेकिन आप सदा बेहद का भाव रखो, दिल में हद नहीं रखो।

⁵⁸You do not say that you are the ones who bring benefit to only a certain area or to only a certain country, do you?

⁷¹स्थान की हद का प्रभाव दिल पर नहीं होना चाहिए।

⁵⁹You are world benefactors, are you not?

⁷²अगर दिल में हद का प्रभाव है तो बेहद का बाप हद की दिल में नहीं रह सकता। ⁷³बड़ा बाबा है तो दिल बड़ी चाहिए ना।

⁶⁰So, a big heart is needed for such a big task, is it not? ⁶¹Big means unlimited, or will the teachers say that they have been given limits?

⁷⁴कभी ब्रह्मा बाप ने मधुबन में रहते यह संकत्य किया कि मेरा तो सिर्फ मधुबन है, बाकी पंजाब, यु.पी.,कर्नाटक आदि बच्चों का है?

⁶²Why are these limits created? ⁶³Because of a small heart. ⁶⁴No matter how big an area you are given, you should always have unlimited feelings.

⁷⁵ब्रह्मा बाप से तो सबको प्यार है ना।

⁶⁵Do not have any limits in your heart.

⁷⁶प्यार का अर्थ हें - बाप को फालो करना।

⁶⁶The limits of a place should not influence your heart.

⁷⁷सभी टीचर्स फालो फादर करने वाली हो या मेरा सेंटर, मेरे जिज्ञासू, मेरी मंडोगरी और स्टूडैण्ट भी समझते - मेरी टीचर है?

⁶⁷If there is an influence of limits in your heart, the unlimited Father cannot stay within a limited heart. ⁶⁸Baba is big, and so a big heart is needed.

⁷⁸फालो फादर अर्थात् मेरे को तेरे में समाना, हद को बेहद में समाना। ⁷⁹अभी इस कदम-पर-कदम रखने की आवश्यकता है।

⁶⁹While staying in Madhuban, did Brahma ever have the thought that Madhuban was ‘mine’ and the rest, that is, Punjab, U.P., Karnataka, Tamil etc., were all the children’s?

⁸⁰सबके संकल्प,बोल, सेवा की विधि बेहद की अनुभव हो।

⁷⁰All of you have love for Father Brahma, do you not?

⁸¹कहते हो ना - अभी क्या करना है इस वर्ष।

⁷¹To have love means to follow.

⁸²तो स्व-परिवर्तन के लिए हर एक को सर्व वंश सहित समाप्त करो। ⁸³जिसको भी देखो वा जो भी आपको देखे - बेहद के बादशाह का नशा अनुभव हो।

⁷²Are all of you teachers the ones who follow the father, or are you the ones who say: “This one is my centre, my student, or my income.”?

⁸⁴हद की दिल वाले बेहद के बादशाह बन नहीं सकते।

⁷³And would the students also think, “This one is my teacher.”?

⁸⁵ऐसे नहीं समझना कि जितने सेंटर्स खोलते वा जितनी ज्यादा सेवा करते हो इतना बड़ा राजा बनेंगे।

⁷⁴To follow the father means to merge ‘mine’ in ‘Yours’ to merge the limited into the unlimited.

⁸⁶इस पर स्वर्ग की प्राइज नहीं मिलनी है।

⁷⁵There is now a need to place your footsteps in these steps.

⁸⁷सेवा भी हो, सेंटर्स भी हौ लेकिन हद का नाम-निशान न हो।

⁷⁶Everyone's thoughts, words and method of service should be experienced to be unlimited.

⁸⁸उसको नम्बरवार विश्व के राज्य का तख्त प्राप्त होगा।

⁷⁷You ask what you now have to do this year, do you not?

⁸⁹इसलिए अभी-अभी थोड़े समय के लिए अपनी दिल खुश करके नहीं बैठना।

⁷⁸For self­ transformation, finish all that is limited, including any traces of it.

⁹⁰बेहद की खुशबू वाला बाप समान और समीप अब भी है और २१ जन्म भी ब्रह्मा बाप के समीप होगा।

⁷⁹Whoever you see, and whoever sees you should experience your intoxication of being an unlimited emperor.

⁹¹तो ऐसी प्राइज चाहिए या अभी की?

⁸⁰Those with a limited heart cannot be unlimited emperors.

⁹²बहुत सेंटर्स है,बहुत जिज्ञासु है… इस बहुत-बहुत में नहीं जाना। ⁹³बड़ी दिल को अपनाओ।

⁸¹Don't think that the more centres you have opened or the more your service is, the greater the king you will become.

⁹⁴सुना,इस वर्ष क्या करना है?

⁸²The prize of heaven is not based on that.

⁹⁵इस वर्ष स्वयं में भी किसके हद का संस्कार उत्पन्न न हो। ⁹⁶हिम्मत है ना?

⁸³There has to be service, there have to be centres but there must to be no trace of any limits.

⁹⁷एक-दो को फालो नहीं करना, बाप को फालो करना।

⁸⁴Such souls claim the throne of the kingdom of the world numberwise.

⁹⁸दूसरी बात - बापदादा ने वाणी के ऊपर भी विशेष अटेंशन दिलाया था।

⁸⁵Therefore, do not just please your heart now, for a short moment of time.

⁹⁹इस वर्ष अपने बोल के ऊपर विशेष डबल अटेंशन। ¹⁰⁰सभी को बोल के लिए डायरेक्शन भेजा गया है।

⁸⁶Someone who is fragrant, equal to the Father and close now will also be close to Brahma Baba for 21 births.

¹⁰¹इस पर प्राइज मिलनी है। ¹⁰²सच्चाई-सफाई से अपना चार्ट स्वयं ही रखना।

⁸⁷So, do you want such a prize, or do you want the prize of this time?

¹⁰³सच्चे बाप के बच्चे हो ना।

⁸⁸“I have many students, many centres.”

¹⁰⁴बापदादा सभी को डायरेक्शन देते है - जहाँ देखते हो सेवा स्थिति को डगमग करती है,उसे सेवा में कोई सफलता मिल नहीं सकती। ¹⁰⁵सेवा भले कम करो लेकिन स्थिति को कम नहीं करो। ¹⁰⁶जो सेवा स्थिति को नीचे ले आती है उसको सेवा कैसे कहेंगे। ¹⁰⁷इसलिए बापदादा सभी को फिर से यही कहेंगे कि सदा स्व-स्थिति और सेवा अर्थात् स्व-सेवा और औरों की सेवा साथ-साथ सदा करो।

⁸⁹Do not get caught up in this ‘many’ now.

¹⁰⁸स्व-सेवा को छोड़ पर-सेवा करना - इससे सफलता नहीं प्राण होती।

⁹⁰Adopt a very generous heart. ⁹¹Did you hear what you have to do this year?

¹⁰⁹हिम्मत रखो। ¹¹⁰स्व-सेवा और पर-सेवा की। ¹¹¹सर्वशक्तिवान बाप मददगार है।

⁹²During this year, not even in dreams should anyone’s limited sanskars emerge.

¹¹²इसलिए हिम्मत से दोनों का बैलेस रख आगे बढ़ो।

⁹³Do you have this courage? ⁹⁴Do not follow one another.

¹¹³कमज़ोर नहीं बनो।

⁹⁵Follow the father.

¹¹⁴अनेक बार के निमित्त बने हुए विजयी आत्मा हो।

⁹⁶Secondly, BapDada drew your attention especially to speech.

¹¹⁵ऐसी विजयी आत्माओं के लिए कोई मुश्किल नहीं,कोई मेहनत नहीं।

⁹⁷This year, pay special double attention to your words.

¹¹⁶अटेंशन और अभ्यास - यह भी सहज और स्वतः अनुभव करेंगे।

⁹⁸This direction for words has been sent to everyone.

¹¹⁷अटेंशन का भी टेंशन नहीं रखना।

⁹⁹You will receive a prize for this.

¹¹⁸कोई-कोई अटेंशन को टेंशन मैं बदल लेते है।

¹⁰⁰Just keep your own chart with honesty and truthfulness.

¹¹⁹ब्राह्मण आत्माओं के निजी संस्कार'अटेंशन' और'अभ्यास'है। ¹²⁰अच्छा!

¹⁰¹You are the children of the true Father, are you not?

¹²¹बाकी रही विश्व-कल्याण की सेवा की बात तीन-चार वर्ष से चारों ओर के ¹²²देश-विदेश में बड़े-बड़े प्रोजैक्ट किये है - पीस का भी किया,ग्लोबल का भी किया।

¹⁰²BapDada is giving the direction to everyone: Whenever you see that service is making your stage fluctuate, there cannot be success in that service.

¹²³बड़े प्रोजैक्ट करने से आजकल की दुनिया के बड़े लोगों तक आवाज़ पहुंची भी है और पहुंचती भी रहेगी। ¹²⁴देश-विदेश की सेवा की रिजल्ट अच्छी हैं - सम्पर्क-सम्बन्ध,सहयोग अनेक आत्माओं से हुआ है। ¹²⁵लेकिन एक बड़े प्रोजैक्ट के पीछे दूसरा,फिर तीसरा प्रोजेक्ट करने से जो नया प्रोजेक्ट शुरू करते हो उस तरफ़ विशेष अटेन्शन, समय,एनर्जी देनी पड़ती है और देनी भी चाहिए। ¹²⁶लेकिन जो आत्माएं सम्पर्क वाली बनी वा संदेश सुनने वाली बनी वा सहयोगी बनीं, उन आत्माओं को और आगे समीप लाने में बिजी होने के कारण अंतर पड़ जाता है।

¹⁰³By all means, do less service but do not allow your stage to come down.

¹²⁷इसलिए इस वर्ष हर एक सेवाकेन्द्र जितने भी संदेश वा संपर्क वाले हैं, उन्हों को

¹⁰⁴How can any service that makes your stage come down be called service?

¹²⁸निमंत्रण देकर यथाशक्ति स्नेह-मिलन करो। ¹²⁹चाहे वर्गीकरण के हिसाब से करो वा स्नेह-मिलन करो लेकिन उन आत्माओं की तरफ़ विशेष अटेन्शन दो।

¹⁰⁵This is why BapDada says to everyone again that, together with the stage of the self and service, that is, together with self­service, let there constantly be service of others.

¹³⁰पर्सनल मिलो। ¹³¹सिर्फ पोस्ट भेज देते हो तो उससे भी रिजल्ट कम निकलती है।

¹⁰⁶If you stop self­service and only do service of others, there will not be success.

¹³²अपने ही आने वाले स्टूडेंट्स के ग्रुप बनाओ और उन्हों को थोड़े लोगों के पर्सनल समीप आने के निमित्त बनाओं।

¹⁰⁷Have courage for self­service and also service of others. ¹⁰⁸The Almighty Authority Father is your Helper; therefore, keep the balance of both with courage and move forward.

¹³³तो सब स्टूडेंट्स भी बिजी होगे और सेवा की सिलेक्शन भी हो जायेगी, जिसको आप लोग कहते हो- पीठ नहीं होतीं।

¹⁰⁹Do not become weak. ¹¹⁰You are a victorious soul who has been an instrument many times.

¹³⁴ऐसी आत्माओं को भी कोई नई बात सुनाने की चाहिए।

¹¹¹For such victorious souls it is not difficult and doesn’t require labour.

¹³⁵अभी तक तो बेटर बर्ल्ड क्या होगीं। ¹³⁶उसके इकट्ठे किये हैं।

¹¹²Then you will experience the attention and the practice to be easy and automatic.

¹³⁷अब फिर उन्हो को अपनी तरफ अटेंशन दिलाओ।

¹¹³Do not have any tension in paying attention.

¹⁶⁵१ 'मैं हर कल्प की पूजा आत्मा हूँ' - ऐसा अनुभव करते हो? ¹⁶⁶अनेक बार पूज्य बने और फिर से पूज्य बन रहे है!

¹³²So what is the account of spiritual saving? ¹³³Instead of time, words, thoughts and energy being wasted, they have to be used in the best way.

¹⁶⁷पूज्य आत्माएं क्यों बनते हो?

¹⁶⁸क्योंकि जो स्वयं स्वमान में रहते हैं उनको स्वतःही औरों द्वारा मान मिलना है। ¹⁶⁹स्वमान को जानते हो?

¹³⁶First of all, plan a budget for saving for the self. ¹³⁷And for service, give this experience to others. ¹³⁸If you are able to arrange large programmes, then do so.

¹⁷²आत्मा अविनाशी है तो स्वमान भी अविनाशी है।

¹³⁹If you are unable to do that, then hold small programmes.

¹⁷³उनको है देह का मान। ¹⁷⁴देह विनाशी है तो स्वमान भी विनाशी है।

¹⁴⁰However, special attention should be paid to balancing self­service with serving others and world service.

¹⁷⁵कभी कोई प्रेजीडेंट बना या मिनिस्टर बना लेकिन शरीर जायेंगा तो स्वमान भी जायेंगा।

¹⁴¹It should not be that you become so busy in service that you do not have time for self­progress.

¹⁷⁶फिर प्रेजीडेंट होंगे क्या?

¹⁴²This is a year for freedom of service.

¹⁷⁷और आपका स्वमान क्या है?

¹⁴³Do as much as you want.

¹⁷⁸- श्रेष्ठ आत्मा हो, पूज्य आत्मा हो। ¹⁷⁹आत्मा की स्मृति में रहते हो, इसलिए अविनाशी स्वमान है।

¹⁴⁴Keeping both plans in your awareness, you can make further addition: the plans can be studded with jewels.

¹⁸⁰आप विनाशी स्वमान की तरफ आकर्षित नहीं हो सकते।

¹⁴⁵The Father always keeps the children in the front. ¹⁴⁶Achcha.

¹⁸¹अविनाशी स्वमान वाले पूज्य आत्मा बनते है। ¹⁸²अभी तक अपनी पूजा देख रहे हो। ¹⁸³जब अपने पूज्य स्वरूप को देखते हो तो स्मृति आती है ना कि यह हमारे ही रूप है। ¹⁸⁴चाहे भक्तो ने अपनी-अपनी भावना से रूप दे दिया है लेकिन हो तो आप ही पूज्य आत्माये!

¹⁴⁷To all the elevated souls everywhere who follow the father, to the souls who have a right to receive blessings from the Father by always keeping a balance of double service, to those who are always unlimited emperors, to such Raj Yogis, easy yogis, natural yogis, and to the extremely loving and co­operative children who always maintain the faith and intoxication of having been victorious many times, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

¹⁸⁵जितना ही स्वमान उतना ही फिर निर्मान।

¹⁸⁶स्वमान का अभिमान नहीं है। ¹⁸⁷ऐसे नहीं - हम तो ऊँच बन गये, दूसरे छोटे है या उनके प्रति घृणा भाव हो,यह नहीं होना चाहिए।

¹⁴⁹What is the easy way for every task, whether lokik or alokik, from amrit vela till night time, to become constantly easy and successful?

¹⁸⁸कैसी भी आत्माये हो लेकिन रहम की दृष्टि से देखेंगे, अभिमान की दृष्टि से नहीं। ¹⁸⁹न अभिमान, न अपमान। ¹⁹⁰अभी ब्राह्मण-जीवन की यह चाल नहीं है। ¹⁹¹तो दृष्टि बदल गई है ना।

¹⁵⁰Whenever you perform any action, first of all become trikaldarshi and then perform the action, because by performing actions in the trikaldarshi stage – by having knowledge of all three aspects of time in your intellect – there won’t be any ups and downs in any of the actions.

¹⁹²अब जीवन ही बदल गई तो दृष्टि तो स्वतः ही बदल गई ना! ¹⁹³सृष्टि भी बदल गई। ¹⁹⁴अभी आपकी सृष्टि कौनसी है!

¹⁵¹In any case, to be gyani means to consider carefully the before and after of any action and then to perform the action; to know the result of the action before you perform the action.

¹⁹⁵आपकी सृष्टि वा संसार बाप ही है। ¹⁹⁶बाप में परिवार तो आ ही जाता है।

¹⁵²It should not be that in a rush you quickly did whatever came to you; there cannot be success in that.

¹⁹⁷अभी किसीको को भी देखेंगे तो आत्मिक दृष्टि से, ऊँची दृष्टि से देखेंगे।

¹⁵³First of all think of the result and then perform the action and the result will always be elevated.

¹⁹⁸अभी शरीर की तरफ दृष्टि जा नहीं सकनी।

¹⁵⁴Only elevated results are said to be successful.

¹⁹⁹क्योंकि दृष्टि वा नयनो में सदा बाप समाया हुआ है। ²⁰⁰जिसके नयनो में बाप है वह देह के भान में कैसे जायेंगे?

¹⁵⁵It should not be that you were too busy, and that you simply began to perform whatever task came in front of you; no.

²⁰¹बाप समाया हुआ है या समा रहा है? ²⁰²बाप समाया है तो और कोई समा नहीं सकता।

¹⁵⁶BapDada has given you shrimat: Before you eat food, first of all offer bhog and then eat.

²⁰³वैसे भी देखो तो ऑख की कमाल है ही बिन्दु से। ²⁰⁴यह सारा देखना-करना कौन करता है?

¹⁵⁷If you don’t perform the action of offering bhog, and simply eat quickly, then what will the result of that be?

²⁰⁵शरीर के हिसाब से भी बिंदी ही है ना। ²⁰⁶छोटी-सी बिंदी कमाल करती है। ²⁰⁷तो देह के नाते से भी छोटी-सी बिंदी कमाल करती है और आत्मिक नाते से बाप बिंदु समाया हुआ है,इसलिए और कोई समा नहीं सकता।

¹⁵⁸Firstly, when you forget to have remembrance, you are not able to have the effect of Brahma Bhojan on your mind, and, secondly, there will be a loss due to not following the Father’s shrimat because that is disobedience.

²⁰⁸ऐसे समझते हो?

¹⁵⁹That also brings wrong fruit.

²⁰⁹जब पूज्य आत्माये बन गये तो पूज्य आत्माओं के नयन सदा निर्मल दिखाते है। ²¹⁰अभियान या अपमान के नयन नहीं दिखाते। ²¹¹कोई भी देवी वा देवता के नयन निर्मल वा रूहानी होंगे।

¹⁶⁰If you develop the habit of thinking of the three aspects of time before performing the action, and you perform the action while stable in the trikaldarshi stage, then none of your actions will be wasteful; they will not be ordinary.

²¹²तो यह नयन किसके है? ²¹³कभी किसी के प्रति कोई संकल्प भी आये तो याद रखो कि मैं कौन हूँ?

¹⁶¹You will attain success in worldly actions and in alokik life also; there will be success and only success.

²¹⁴मेरे जड़-चित्र भी रूहानी नैनधारी है तो मैं तो चैतन्य कैसा हूँ? ²¹⁵लोग अभी तक भी आपकी महिमा में कहते है - सर्वगुण संपन्न,समूर्ण निर्विकारी। ²¹⁶तो आप कौन हो?

¹⁶²So, sit on the throne of the stage of the awareness of being trikaldarshi, then decide what you have to do, what you don’t have to do and how you have to do something.

²¹⁷सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी हो ना! ²¹⁸अंशमात्र भी कोई विकार न हो।

¹⁶³Then, it will not be possible for any of your actions not to give fruit.

²¹⁹सदैव यह स्मृति रखो कि मेरे भक्त मुझे इस रूप से याद कर रहे है।

¹⁶⁴If the seed is powerful, you will definitely receive its fruit.

²²⁰चेक करो- जड़ चित्र और चैतन्य-चरित्र में अंतर तो नहीं है? ²²¹चरित्र से चित्र बने है। ²²²संगम पर प्रैक्टिकल चरित्र दिखाया है तब चित्र बने है। ²²³अच्छा।

¹⁶⁵However, when you perform weak actions in a rush, you receive very little fruit; you don’t receive as much as you should; you don’t receive as much as you would like to receive.

²²⁴२ सदा अमृतवेले से लेकर रात तक यह कार्य चाहे लौकिक, चाहे अलौकिक… सब कार्य सहज और सफल हो, उसकी सहज विधि क्या है? ²²⁵कोई भी कर्म करते हो तो पहले 'त्रिकालदर्शी'बन फिर कोई कर्म करो। ²²⁶क्योंकि त्रिकालदर्शी बनकर काम करने से, तीनों कालो का ज्ञान बुद्धि मैं रहने से कोई कर्म नीचे-ऊपर नहीं होगा। ²²⁷वैसे भी ज्ञानी का अर्थ ही है जो आगे-पीछे सोच-समझ कर कर्म करे, कर्म के पहले उसकी रिजल्ट को जाने।

¹⁶⁶So, the basis of success in every action is the trikaldarshi stage.

²²⁸ऐसे नहीं - जल्दी-जल्दी जो आया वह कर लिया। ²²⁹उसमें सफलता नहीं होती। ²³⁰पहले परिणाम को सोचो फिर कर्म करो तो सदा श्रेष्ठ परिणाम निकलेगा।

¹⁶⁷It should not be that you simply remember that you are a master trikaldarshi and you forget it at the time of performing actions but you must use this awareness.

²³¹श्रेष्ठ परिणाम को ही सफलता कहा जाता है।

¹⁶⁸Never become careless about this practice.

²³²ऐसे नहीं - बहुत बिज़ी था, जो काम सामने आया वह करना शुरू कर दिया।

¹⁶⁹Practise this because you have to accumulate for 21 births.

²³³नहीं। ²³⁴जैसे बापदादा ने श्रीमत दी है कि भोजन करने के पहले भोग लगाओ, पीछे खाओ।

¹⁷⁰You have to accumulate for 21 births in one birth and so think about how much attention you should pay.

²³⁵भोग लगाने का कर्म अगर नहीं करते और जल्दी-जल्दी में खा लिया तो परिणाम क्या होगा?

¹⁷¹Do not have tension, but always pay attention. ¹⁷²Now transform the carelessness.

²³⁶याद भूलने से जो ब्रह्मा-भोजन का, अन्न का मन पर प्रभाव पड़ना चाहिए वह नहीं होगा। ²³⁷एक तो प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा और दूसरा बाप की श्रीमत न मानने का नुकसान होगा।

¹⁷³Since the Bestower is giving, take fully. ¹⁷⁴The Bestower is giving but if those who are taking become happy with just a little, what would the result be?

²³⁸क्योंकि अवज्ञा हो गई ना।

¹⁷⁵You will not receive it again.

²³⁹उसका भी उल्टा फल मिलना है।

¹⁷⁶So, pay full attention.

²⁴⁰अगर कर्म करने से यह आदत पड़ जाए कि पहले तीनो काल सोचना है,त्रिकालदर्शी स्थिति में स्थित होकर,फिर कर्म करो तो कोई भी कर्म व्यर्थ नहीं होगा, साधारण नहीं होगा। ²⁴¹लौकिक मैं भी सफलता प्राप्त करेंगे और अलौकिक मैं सफलता-ही-सफलता है। ²⁴²तो त्रिकालदर्शी के स्मृति की स्थिति रूपी तख्त पर बैठो, फिर निर्णय करो कि क्या करना है,क्या नहीं करना है, कैसे करना है! ²⁴³फिर कोई भी कर्म फल नहीं देवे - यह हो नहीं सकता।

¹⁷⁷Achcha.

²⁴⁴बीज अगर शक्तिशाली होगा तो फल अवश्य मिलेगा। ²⁴⁵लेकिन जल्दी-जल्दी में कमज़ोर कर्म करते हो तो फल भी थोड़ा-बहुत मिल जाता है,जितना मिलना चाहिए उतना नहीं मिलता,जिनना चाहते हो उतना नहीं मिलता।

¹⁷⁸Blessing: May you be a master teacher who always accumulates and inspires others to accumulate an account of charity. ¹⁷⁹I am a master teacher. ¹⁸⁰By calling yourself a master, you will automatically remember the Father.

²⁴⁶तो हर कर्म की सफलता का आधार है त्रिकालदर्शी स्थिति, ऐसे नहीं - सिर्फ याद रखो कि मास्टर त्रिकालदर्शी हूँ?

¹⁸¹When you remember the One who has made you as you are, you are automatically aware that you are an instrument.

²⁴⁷. और कर्म करने के समय भूल जाओ। ²⁴⁸इसे यूज़ करना। ²⁴⁹इस अभ्यास में कभी भी अलबेले नहीं बनो। ²⁵⁰यह अभ्यास करो।

¹⁸²Have the special awareness that you are a charitable soul and that you have to accumulate and inspire others to accumulate an account of charity.

²⁵¹क्योंकि २१ जन्म के लिए जमा करना है।

¹⁸³This is special service.

²⁵²एक जन्म में २१ जन्म का जमा करना है तो कितना अटेंशन देना पड़ेगा!

¹⁸⁴A charitable soul cannot have even one per cent of a thought of committing a sin.

²⁵³टेंशन नहीं लेर्किन सदा अटेंशन रखो। ²⁵⁴अलबेलेपन का अब परिवर्तन करो। ²⁵⁵दाता दै रहा है तो पुरा लो!

¹⁸⁵To be a master teacher means always to accumulate in your account of charity and to inspire others too, like the Father.

²⁵⁶देने वाला दे और लेने वाला थोड़ा लेकर खुश हो जाए तो रिजल्ट क्या होगी? ²⁵⁷फिर नहीं मिलेगा।
