²सर्व अनुभूतियों की प्राप्त का आधार पवित्रता ³आज स्नेह के सागर बापदादा अपने चारों ओर के रूहानी बच्चों के रूहानी फीचर्स देख रहे हैं।

¹Today BapDada, the Ocean of Love, is seeing the spiritual features of the spiritual children from all four directions. ²There is spirituality in the features of every Brahmin child.

⁴हर एक ब्राह्मण बच्चे के फीचर्स में रूहानियत है लेकिन नंबरवार है।

³It is in everyone's features, but it is numberwise, because the basis of spirituality is purity.

⁵क्योंकि रूहानियत का आधार पवित्रता है। ⁶संकल्प, बोल और कर्म पवित्रता की जितनी-जितनी धारणा है उसी प्रमाण रूहानियत की झलक सूरत में दिखाई देती है।

⁴To the extent that there is the inculcation of purity in thoughts, words and actions, accordingly, the sparkle of spirituality is visible on their face.

⁷ब्राह्मण-जीवन की चमक पवित्रता है।

⁵The sparkle of Brahmin life is purity.

⁸निरंतर अतीन्द्रिय सुख और स्वीट साइलेन्स का विशेष आधार है - पवित्रता।

⁶Purity is the main basis of imperishable, that is, constant, super sensuous happiness and of sweet silence.

⁹तो पवित्रता नंबरवार है तो इन अनुभूतियों की प्राप्ति भी नंबरवार है।

⁷Purity is numberwise, and so the experiences of these attainments are also numberwise.

¹⁰अगर पवित्रता नंबरवन है तो बाप द्वारा अनुभूतियों की प्राप्ति भी नंबरवन है।

⁸If purity is number one, the attainment you receive from Baba is also number one.

¹¹पवित्रता की चमक स्वतः ही निरंतर चेहरे पर दिखाई देती है।

⁹The constant sparkle of purity is naturally visible on the face.

¹²पवित्रता की रूहानियत के नयन सदा ही निर्मल दिखाई देंगे।

¹⁰The eyes with the spirituality of purity are constantly visible as clean and pure.

¹³सदा नयनों में रूहानी आत्मा और रूहानी बाप की झलक अनुभव होगी।

¹¹There is constantly the experience of the sparkle of the spiritual soul and the spiritual Father in the eyes.

¹⁴आज बापदादा सभी बच्चों की विशेष यह चमक और झलक देख रहे हैं।

¹²Today, BapDada is especially seeing the shine and the sparkle of all the children.

¹⁵आप भी अपने रूहानी पवित्रता के फीचर्स को नॉलेज के दर्पण में देख सकते हो। ¹⁶क्योंकि विशेष आधार पवित्रता है।

¹³Because the main basis is purity, all of you can also see the features of your spiritual purity in the mirror of knowledge.

¹⁷पवित्रता सिर्फ ब्रह्मचर्य को नहीं कहा जाता। ¹⁸लेकिन सदा ब्रह्मचारी और सदा ब्रह्माचारी अर्थात् ब्रह्मा बाप के आचरण पर हर कदम में चलने वाले।

¹⁴Purity is not simply brahmchari (celibacy), but always brahmchari and always a Brahmachari, that is, one who follows the activity of the father Brahma at each step.

¹⁹उसका संकल्प, बोल और कर्म रूपी कदम नैचुरल ब्रह्मा बाप के कदम-ऊपर-कदम होगा। ²⁰जिसको आप फुट स्टेप कहते हो।

¹⁵The step of one's thoughts, the step of one's words, the step of one's actions will naturally be in the step of Brahma Baba's activity, which you call the footstep.

²¹उनके हर कदम में ब्रह्मा बाप का आचरण दिखाई देगा।

¹⁶Brahma Baba's activity will be visible in your every footstep.

²²तो ब्रह्मचारी बनना मुश्किल नहीं है लेकिन यह मन-वाणी-कर्म के कदम ब्रह्माचारी हों - इस पर चेक करने की आवश्यकता है। ²³और जो ब्रह्माचारी हैं उनका चेहरा और चलन सदा ही अर्न्तमुखी और अतीन्द्रिय सुखी अनुभव होगा।

¹⁷It is not difficult to become brahmchari, but it is essential to check that you are a Brahmachari with the steps of the mind, words and actions. ¹⁸The face and the activity of one who is a Brahmachari are constantly experienced as introverted and so in super sensuous happiness. ¹⁹The power of their happiness and enjoyment is not based on the means of knowledge.

²⁴एक है साइंस के साधन और ब्राह्मण-जीवन में हैं ज्ञान के साधन।

²⁰One is the means of science and within Brahmin life there are the means of knowledge.

²⁵तो ब्रह्माचारी आत्मा साइंस के साधन वा ज्ञान के साधन के आधार पर सदा सुखी नहीं होते।

²¹A Brahmachari soul is constantly happy, not on the basis of the means, but he uses the means for a task in the form of spiritual endeavour.

²⁶लेकिन साधनों को भी अपनी साधना के स्वरूप में कार्य में लाते।

²²He does not make the means his support, but on the basis of his spiritual endeavour he uses the means for a task.

²⁷साधनों को आधार नहीं बनाते लेकिन अपनी साधना के आधार से साधनों को कार्य लाते - जैसे कोई ब्राह्मण-आत्माएं कभी-कभी कहते हैं हमें यह चांस नहीं मिला, इस बात की मदद नहीं मिली। ²⁸यह साथ नहीं मिला,इसलिए खुशी कम हो गई अथवा सेवा का, स्वं का उमंग-उत्साह कम हो गया।

²³This is why some Brahmin souls sometimes say that they did not receive a chance, or they did not receive help in a particular aspect, or they did not receive this co­operation, and this is why their happiness reduced or the zeal and enthusiasm for the self or service reduced, or that they had that experience at first; they experienced super sensuous happiness and also zeal and enthusiasm, they did not see anyone except Baba and the self.

²⁹पहले-पहले तो बहुत अतीन्द्रिय सुख था, उमंग-उत्साह कम हो गया।

²⁴However, the majority have a variety of experiences within five to ten years.

³⁰पहले-पहले तो बहुत अतीन्द्रिय सुख था, उमंग-उत्साह भी रहा।

²⁵What is the reason for this? ²⁶There is the flying stage, is there not?

³¹मैं और बाबा और कुछ दिखाई नहीं दिया।

²⁷You are becoming experienced in this, are you not?

³²लेकिन मैजारिटी 5वर्ष से 10वर्ष के अन्दर अपने में कभी कैसे, कभी कैसे अनुभव करने लगते हैं।

²⁸Ten years later, the zeal and enthusiasm of the first year should be ten times greater. ²⁹But what happens instead of this?

³³इसका कारण क्या है?

³⁰And why does it happen?

³⁴पहले वर्ष से 10 वर्ष में उमंग-उत्साह10 गुणा बढ़ना चाहिए ना। ³⁵लेकिन कम क्यों हो गया?

³¹The reason for this is they do not use the means for a task whilst stabilising themselves in the stage of spiritual endeavour.

³⁶उसका कारण यही है कि साधना की स्थिति में रह साधनों को कार्य में नहीं लगाते।

³²They make one or another support the basis of their progress. ³³And when that support fluctuates, the zeal and enthusiasm also fluctuate.

³⁷कोई-न-कोई आधार को अपनी उन्नति का आधार बना देते हैं और वह आधार हिलता है, उमंग-उत्साह भी हिल जाता है।

³⁴It is not a bad thing to take a support, but to make the support the foundation is why Baba is removed from in­between and you make the support your foundation.

³⁸वैसे आधार लेना कोई बुरी चीज नहीं।

³⁵And so, what is the fluctuation that takes place?

³⁹लेकिन आधार को ही फाउण्डेशन बना देते हैं। ⁴⁰बाप बीच से निकल जाता है और आधार को फाउण्डेशन बना देते हैं।

³⁶"If it were like this, this would not happen; if I have this, this will happen; this is very essential".

⁴¹इसलिए हलचल क्या होती, यह होता तो ऐसा नहीं होता,यह होगा तो ऐसे होगा।

³⁷You begin to have such experiences. ³⁸So there isn't a balance between the means and the spiritual endeavour.

⁴²यह तो बहुत अवश्यक है - ऐसे अनुभव होने लगता है। ⁴³साधना और साधन का बैलेन्स नहीं रहता।

³⁹The intellect is drawn more towards the means and less towards the spiritual endeavour.

⁴⁴साधनों की तरफ बुद्धि ज्यादा जाती है। ⁴⁵साधना की तरफ बुद्धि कम हो जाती।

⁴⁰This is why you do not receive or experience Baba's blessings for any task or for any service.

⁴⁶इसलिए कोई भी कार्य में, सेवा में बाप की ब्लैसिंग अनुभव नहीं करते। ⁴⁷और ब्लैसिंग का अनुभव न होने के कारण साधन द्वारा सफलता मिल जाती तो उमंग-उत्साह बहुत अच्छा रहता और सफलता कम होती तो उमंग-उत्साह भी कम हो जाता है।

⁴¹And because you do not have the experience of blessings, when you do have success through the means, there is good zeal and enthusiasm, but when there is less success through the means, the zeal and enthusiasm also decrease. ⁴²There is the means and the spiritual endeavour, that is, powerful remembrance.

⁴⁸साधना अर्थात् शक्तिशाली याद। ⁴⁹निरंतर बाप के साथ दिल का सम्बन्ध।

⁴³A constant relationship of the heart with the Father is called spiritual endeavour.

⁵⁰साधना इसको नहीं कहते कि सिर्फ योग में बैठ गये लेकिन जैसे शरीर से बैठते हो वैसे दिल, मन,बुद्धि एक बाप की तरफ बाप के साथ-साथ बैठ जाएं।

⁴⁴Spiritual endeavour is not simply sitting in yoga, but just as you sit with the body, in the same way, the heart, the mind and the intellect should sit facing the Father; they should sit with the Father.

⁵¹शरीर भल यहाँ बैठा है,और मन एक तरफ, बुद्धि दूसरे तरफ जा रही है, दिल में और कुछ आ रहा है तो इसको साधना नहीं कहते।

⁴⁵If the body is sitting there and the mind is running in one direction, the intellect running in another direction, and something else is entering the heart, it is not called spiritual endeavour.

⁵²मन,बुद्धि,दिल और शरीर चारें ही साथ-साथ बाप के साथ समान स्थिति में रहें - यह है यर्थाथ साधना। ⁵³समझा?

⁴⁶All four, the mind, the intellect, the heart and the body should sit together with the Father in a stage equal to the Father.

⁵⁴अगर यथार्थ साधना नहीं होती तो फिर आराधना चलती है।

⁴⁷This is accurate spiritual endeavour. ⁴⁸Do you understand?

⁵⁵पहले भी सुनाया है कभी तो याद करते हैं लेकिन कभी फिर फरियाद करते हैं।

⁴⁹If you are not able to make accurate spiritual endeavour, what happens then?

⁵⁶याद में फरियाद की आवश्यकता नहीं।

⁵⁰Do you know this? ⁵¹You start to pray.

⁵⁷साधना वाले का आधार सदा बाप ही होता है। ⁵⁸और जहाँ बाप है वहाँ सदा बच्चों की उड़ती कला है।

⁵²You heard previously also, that sometimes you remember Baba and sometimes you complain.

⁵⁹कम नहीं होगा लेकिन अनेक गुणा बढ़ता जायेगा।

⁵³It is not necessary to complain in remembrance.

⁶⁰कभी ऊपर, कभी नीचे इसमें थकावट होती है।

⁵⁴For those who make spiritual endeavour, Baba is always their support.

⁶¹आप कोई भी हलचल के स्थान पर बैठो तो क्या होगा?

⁵⁵Wherever Baba is, the children there are always in the flying stage.

⁶²ट्रेन में बहुत हिलने से थकावट होती है ना।

⁵⁶Nothing will decrease, instead it will increase multi­fold.

⁶³कभी बहुत उमंग-उत्साह में उड़ते हो,कभी बीच में रहते हो, कभी नीचे आ जाते हो तो हलचल हो गई ना।

⁵⁷When there is fluctuation, there is tiredness. ⁵⁸What happens when you sit on a place that shakes a lot?

⁶⁴इसलिए या थक जाते हो या बोर हो जाते हो।

⁵⁹When you come here to Bharat, what is the train like?

⁶⁵फिर सोचते हैं क्या ऐसे ही चलना है!

⁶⁰It shakes a lot, does it not? ⁶¹Then you arrive here tired.

⁶⁶लेकिन जो साधना द्वारा बाप के साथ हैं, उसके लिए संगमयुग पर सब नया ही नया अनुभव होता है।

⁶²Just look at this light, when you look at a tube that fluctuates a lot, what happens? ⁶³The eyes get tired, do they not?

⁶⁷हर घड़ी में, हर संकल्प में नवीनता। ⁶⁸क्योंकि हर कदम में उड़ती कला अर्थात् प्राप्ति में प्राप्ति होती रहेगी।

⁶⁴So sometimes you are up above, sometimes you come down, sometimes you fly with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm, sometimes you stay in­between and sometimes you come down.

⁶⁹हर समय प्राप्ति है।

⁶⁵This is fluctuation, is it not?

⁷⁰संगमयुग में हर समय, बाप वर्से और वरदान के रूप में प्राप्ति कराते हैं।

⁶⁶This is why you either become tired, or you get bored. ⁶⁷These two things happen and then you think: Do we have to continue in this way?

⁷¹तो प्राप्ति में खुशी होती है और खुशी में उमंग-उत्साह बढ़ता रहेगा। ⁷²कम हो ही नहीं सकता।

⁶⁸But those who are constantly with the Father through their spiritual endeavour experience everything to be new at the confluence age.

⁷³चाहे माया भी आये तो भी विजयी बनने की खुशी होगी।

⁶⁹There is newness at every moment, newness in every thought. ⁷⁰Why?

⁷⁴क्योंकि माया पर विजय प्राप्त करने के नॉलेजफुल बन गये हो।

⁷¹There is the flying stage at every step, that is, there is attainment within attainment.

⁷⁵तो 10 साल वालों को 10 गुणा, 20 साल वालों का 20 गुणा हो रहा है? ⁷⁶तो कहने में ऐसे आता लेकिन है तो अनेक गुणा।

⁷²There is attainment at every moment. ⁷³It isn't that when they came at the beginning, they received happiness, peace, bliss and love, and that's all, they received everything.

⁷⁷अब इस वर्ष में क्या करेंगे? ⁷⁸उमंग-उत्साह तो बाप द्वारा मिली हुई आपकी अपनी जायजाद है।

⁷⁴But at the confluence age, Baba gives you attainment within attainment at every moment in the form of an inheritance and blessings.

⁷⁹बाप की प्रॉपर्टी को अपना बनाया है तो प्रॉपर्टी को बढ़ाया जाता है या कम किया जाता है?

⁷⁵And so where there is attainment within attainment, what happens through the attainment?

⁸⁰इस वर्ष विशेष 4 प्रकार की सेवा पर अटेन्शन अंडरलाइन करना।

⁷⁶There is happiness, is there not? ⁷⁷And what happens when there is happiness?

⁸¹पहला- नम्बर है स्व की सेवा।

⁷⁸The zeal and enthusiasm continue to increase.

⁸²दूसरा- विश्व की सेवा। ⁸³तीसरा- मन्सा सेवा।

⁷⁹It is not possible for them to decrease.

⁸⁴एक है वाणी द्वारा सेवा दूसरी मन्सा सेवा भी विशेष है। ⁸⁵चार- यज्ञ-सेवा। ⁸⁶जहाँ भी हो,जिस भी सेवास्थान पर हो वह सब सेवास्थान यज्ञकुण्ड है।

⁸⁰Even if Maya comes, there is the happiness of becoming victorious, so the zeal and enthusiasm cannot decrease because you have become knowledge­full of how to attain victory over Maya.

⁸⁷ऐसे नहीं कि सिर्फ मधुबन यज्ञ है। ⁸⁸और आपके स्थान यज्ञ नहीं है। ⁸⁹तो यज्ञ-सेवा अर्थात् कर्मणा द्वारा कुछ-न-कुछ सेवा जरूर करनी चाहिए।

⁸¹Did you hear this? ⁸²And so for those who are ten years old, it is ten times as much and for those who have been here for twenty years, it is twenty times as much.

⁹⁰बापदादा के पास सेवा के तीन प्रकार के खाते सबके जमा होते हैं।

⁸³It is even greater, but you simply say this for the sake of saying it. ⁸⁴In fact, it is multi­fold.

⁹¹मन्सा-वाचा और कर्मणा, तन-मन और धन।

⁸⁵What will you now do this year? ⁸⁶Will you fluctuate?

⁹²कई ब्राह्मण सोचते हैं हम तो धन से सहयोगी नहीं बन सकते, सेवा नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि हम तो समर्पण हैं।

⁸⁷Zeal and enthusiasm are your property which you have received from the Father. ⁸⁸You have made Baba's property belong to you. ⁸⁹And so what do you do with property?

⁹³धन कमाते ही नहीं तो धन से सेवा कैसे करेंगे?

⁹⁰Do you reduce it? ⁹¹You increase it, do you not?

⁹⁴लेकिन समर्पित आत्मा अगर यज्ञ के कार्य में एकॉनामी करती है अपने अटेन्शन से,तो जैसे धन की एकॉनामी की,वह एकॉनमी वाला धन अपने नाम से जमा होता है यह सूक्ष्म खाता है।

⁹²This year, especially underline paying attention to four types of service. ⁹³Number one is the service of the self, second, service of the world; third, service through the mind: one is service through words but service through the mind is also special.

⁹⁵अगर कोई नुकसान करता है तो खाते में बोझ जमा होता है और एकॉनामी करते तो उसका धन के खाते में जमा होता है।

⁹⁴And fourthly, service of the yagya. ⁹⁵Wherever you maybe, at whatever service place you may be, all the service places are the places where the sacrificial fire (yagya) is created.

⁹⁶यज्ञ का एक-एक कण मुहर के समान है। ⁹⁷अगर यज्ञ की दिल से (दिखावे से नहीं) एकॉनामी करते हैं तो उसकी मुहरें एकत्रित होती रहती हैं।

⁹⁶It isn't that Madhuban is the only yagya and your places are not the yagya. ⁹⁷And so, to do service of the yagya means to definitely do one or another service through actions.

⁹⁸दूसरी बात- अगर समर्पित आत्मा सेवा द्वारा दूसरों के धन को सफल कराती है तो उसमें से उसका भी शेयर जमा होता है।

⁹⁸BapDada keeps an account of three types of service for all the children: service through the mind, words and actions; body, mind and wealth.

⁹⁹इसलिए सभी का 3 प्रकार का खाता है। ¹⁰⁰तीनों खाते की परसेंटेज अच्छी होनी चाहिए। ¹⁰¹कोई समझते हैं हम तो वाचा सेवा में बहुत बिजी रहते हैं।

⁹⁹Some Brahmins think that they are not able to become co­operative through wealth, they are not able to do such service because they are surrendered; that they do not earn anything, and so how can they do it?

¹⁰²हमारी ड्यूटी ही वाचा की है,मन्सा और कर्मणा में परसेन्टेज कम होती है लेकिन यह भी बहाना चलेगा नहीं। ¹⁰³वाणी के समय अगर मन्सा और वाचा की इकùी सेवा करो तो क्या रिजल्ट होगी?

¹⁰⁰But if a surrendered soul is economical in a task of the yagya, however economical he is through his own attention and his own effort, the money economised through his economy is accumulated in his account. ¹⁰¹This is a subtle account.

¹⁰⁴मन्सा और वाचा इकùी सेवा हो सकती है? ¹⁰⁵लेकिन वाचा सहज है,मन्सा में अटेन्शन देने की बात है।

¹⁰²If someone creates loss, there is a burden accumulated in his account and if someone is economical, there is wealth accumulated in his account.

¹⁰⁶इसलिए वाचा का तो जमा हो जाता लेकिन मन्सा का खाता खाली रह जाता है।

¹⁰³And Baba has told you about this account previously also. ¹⁰⁴Every grain of the yagya is equal to a sovereign.

¹⁰⁷और वाचा में तो बाप से भी सभी होशियार हो। ¹⁰⁸देखो आजकल बड़ी दादियों से अच्छे भाषण छोटे-छोटे करते हैं।

¹⁰⁵If someone is economical for the yagya, not just for showing to others, but from the heart, he continues to accumulate sovereigns.

¹⁰⁹क्योंकि न्यू ब्लड है ना। ¹¹⁰भले आगे जाओ, बापदादा खुश होते हैं। ¹¹¹लेकिन मन्सा का खाता खाली रह जायेगा।

¹⁰⁶And secondly, if a surrendered soul inspires others to make their money successful through service, he accumulates a share through that also.

¹¹²क्योंकि हर खाते की 100मार्क्स है। ¹¹³सिर्फ स्थूल सेवा को कर्मणा सेवा नहीं कहते।

¹⁰⁷This is why everyone has three types of accounts: body, mind and wealth; and through the mind, words and actions.

¹¹⁴कर्मणा अर्थात् संगठन में सम्पर्क-सम्बन्ध में आना।

¹⁰⁸The percentage of all three accounts should be good.

¹¹⁵यह कर्म के खाते में जमा हो जाता है। ¹¹⁶तो कईयों के तीनों खातें में बहुत फर्क है और वे खुश होते रहते हैं कह हम बहुत सेवा कर रहे हैं, बहुत अच्छे है।

¹⁰⁹Some think that because they are very busy in service through words and their duty is of service through words, they can have a smaller percentage in service through the mind and actions. ¹¹⁰This excuse will not do.

¹¹⁷खुश भले रहो लेकिन खाता खाली भी नहीं रहना चाहिए क्योंकि बापदादा तो बच्चों के स्नेही हैं ना।

¹¹¹What will the result be if at the time of service through words you do service through words and service through the mind together?

¹¹⁸फिर ऐसा उल्हना न दो कि हमको इशारा भी नहीं दिया गया कि यह भी होता है।

¹¹²Can you not do service through the mind and words together? ¹¹³But service through words is easy, is it not?

¹¹⁹उस समय बापदादा यह प्वाइंट याद करायेगा। ¹²⁰टी.वी. में चित्र सामने आ जायेगा। ¹²¹इसलिए इस वर्ष सेवा भले बहुत करो लेकिन यह तीनों प्रकार के खाते और चारों प्रकार की सेवा साथ-साथ करो।

¹¹⁴You have to pay a little attention to service through the mind, and so this is why you are able to accumulate the account of words, but the account of the mind remains empty. ¹¹⁵And all of you are even more clever than the Father when it comes to words.

¹²²वाचा का तरफ भारी हो जाए और मन्सा तथा कर्मणा हल्का हो जाए तो क्या होगा?

¹¹⁶The little ones of today give even better lectures than the Dadis.

¹²³बैलेन्स नहीं रहेगा ना।

¹¹⁷It is new blood. ¹¹⁸It is good.

¹²⁴बैलेन्स न रहने के कारण उमंग-उत्साह भी नीचे-ऊपर होता है।

¹¹⁹You may go forward. ¹²⁰BapDada is happy and the Dadis are also happy.

¹²⁵एक तो अटेंशन रखना लेकिन बापदादा बार-बार कहते हैं अटेंशन को टेंशन में नहीं बदलना।

¹²¹But what will happen when the account of the mind remains empty? ¹²²Because there are one hundred marks for each account.

¹²⁶कई बार अटेंशन को टेंशन बना देते हैं - यह नहीं करना। ¹²⁷सहज और नैचुरल अटेंशन रहे।

¹²³You have claimed a hundred marks for service through words, but what about service through the mind and actions?

¹²⁸डबल लाइट स्थिति में नैचुरल अटेंशन होता ही है। ¹²⁹अच्छा! ¹³⁰तीसरी बात- सेवा की विधि क्या अपनायेंगे?

¹²⁴Do not consider service through actions simply to do physical service, to do cleaning and washing dishes.

¹³¹यह तो हो गई सिद्धि की बात।

¹²⁵You do this in the foreign lands anyway.

¹³²अभी विधि क्या करेंगे? ¹³³एक तो जो आपका कार्य चल रहा है 2 वर्ष से सर्व के सहयोग का, इस कार्य को सम्पन्न करना है।

¹²⁶But service through actions means to be part of a gathering, to come into relationship and connection with others; all this is accumulated in the account of actions.

¹³⁴समाप्त नहीं लेकिन सम्पन्न कहेंगे। ¹³⁵इसलिए लिए चाहे फंक्शन रखने हैं, चाहे किताब तैयार कर फिर लोगों को संदेश देना है, यह भल करो।

¹³⁷बापदादा हर कार्य के लिए आदि से अब तक यही विधि अपनाते रहे हैं कि न बहुत ऊंचा न बिल्कुल सादा बीच का हो।

¹⁴⁷कार्य ठीक कर रहे हो लेकिन अपनी बुद्धि की एनर्जी में भी कम खर्चा बालानशीन।

¹⁴⁸बाकी मेहनत करने वालों को मुबारक हो।

¹⁴²There should be easy attention, natural attention.

¹⁴⁹चाहे प्रोग्राम दूसरे वर्ष में रखो लेकिन सम्पन्न तो करना ही है।

¹⁵⁰Firstly, the task that you have been continuing for two years, that of Global Co­operation; you will not say that you have to finish it, you will say that you have to complete it, so you have to complete this task.

¹⁵⁷कई समझते हैं रात को जागकर काम करते तो अच्छा काम होता। ¹⁵⁸लेकिन बुद्धि थक जाती है और अमृतवेला शक्तिशाली न होने के कारण हो कार्य दो गुणा होना चाहिए वह एक गुणा होता है। ¹⁵⁹इसलिए टाइम की भी लिमिट होनी चाहिए। ¹⁶⁰फिर सवेरे उठकर फ्रेश बुद्धि से पढ़ाई पढ़नी है।

¹⁶⁰Keep it short and sweet. ¹⁶¹It should also have the essence. ¹⁶²Sometimes, the essence is lost in the expansion, whereas when there is essence, it touches the intellect.

¹⁶⁹छोटे-छोटे स्नेह-मिलन करो। ¹⁷⁰5 से लेकर50 तक 100 तक का सम्मेलन कर सकते हो।

¹⁶³This is why the points are okay, the work being carried out is good, but do not keep your intellect too busy in that.

¹⁷¹बड़ा फंक्शन नहीं,जितना स्थान है और कम खर्च बालानशीन में आपको स्थान भी सहज मिल सकता है।

¹⁷²ज्यादा भाग-दौड़ नहीं करनी है। ¹⁷³अगर आपके पास 100आत्माएं आनी हैं तो ड्रामा अनुसार स्थान भी सहज मिल जायेगा।

¹⁶⁶In this also, you have to achieve more glory through less expense of time and energy of the intellect. ¹⁶⁷But congratulations to all those who are working hard.

¹⁷⁴लेकिन यह नहीं कि छोटे सेंटर वाले भी समझे कि हमें 100का प्रोग्राम करना है।

¹⁶⁸So, firstly this task has to be completed. ¹⁶⁹Even if you hold the programmes in the next year, you have to complete it.

¹⁷⁵यथा-शक्ति यथा-सहयोगी,यथा-स्नेह और धन की शक्ति 5 का करो - 50 का करो, 25 का करा, लेकिन करना जरूर है। ¹⁷⁶बिजी जरूर रहना है और हम 3 मास के बाद वा यथा-शक्ति 3 करो वा 4करो।

¹⁷⁰It is a very good thing, it is okay, even if some children think that it is too long, that you have remained too busy, or that there has been too much expense, for whatever has happened is good, and whatever will happen will be even better.

¹⁷¹You must not get tired, but increase your zeal and enthusiasm. ¹⁷²So maintain the interest with which you began this programme multi­fold, but as you complete it, use the method of more glory through less expense, multi­fold less expense.

¹⁷⁹बर्डन से नहीं करना।

¹⁷³Did you understand?

¹⁸⁰अलबेले भी नहीं बनना कि सेवा तो बहुत कर ली है।

¹⁷⁴The writers of the book have understood this, have they not?

¹⁸¹नहीं सेवा बिजी रहने का साधन है।

¹⁸⁵सेवा नहीं करेंगे तो 9 लाख तक कैसे पहुँचेंगे? ¹⁸⁶सेवा करो लेकिन अंडरलाइन यह करना कि बर्डन वाली सेवा नहीं।

¹⁸⁰However, the intellect gets tired and then because amrit vela is not powerful, the work that should be carried which should be double is only single.

¹⁸⁷चाहे बुद्धि का बड़न,चाहे धन का बर्डन और इजी होकर करेंगे तो सार्विस भी इजी रूप में बढ़ती जायेगी।

¹⁸¹This is why there should be a limit to time also. ¹⁸²Nowadays, when it is the time of an examination for children, they are made to go to sleep before midnight.

¹⁸⁸तो जो विधियाँ अपनाते हो वह करनी जरूर हैं।

¹⁹¹और अगर हिम्मत है तो एक बड़ा फंक्शन जरूर करो। ¹⁹²हिम्मत नहीं है तो नहीं करना।

²⁰⁵मेहमान बनकर आये और महान् बन गये तो ऐसी भी बहुत अच्छी-अच्छी समीप की आत्माए निकली हैं और आगे भी निकलेंगी। ²⁰⁶कुछ-न-कुछ करते रहो।

²⁰⁷लेकिन बापदादा बार-बार स्मृति दिला रहे हैं कि डबल लाइट होकर रहो। ²⁰⁸भारत में भी इसी विधि से स्नेह-मिलन करते-करते लास्ट में बड़ा फंक्शन ज़रूर करना। ²⁰⁹और भारत में तो प्रदर्शनी से भी अच्छी रिजल्ट निकलती है।

²⁰¹But do not think that that one held a programme for one hundred, and so even those at the small centres have to hold programmes for a hundred so then, when the zeal and enthusiasm reduce after you have had a programme for a hundred, you then say: What will happen now? ²⁰²Do not do this.

²⁰³Hold a programme according to your capacity, according to the co­operative souls, according to the power of love and money, for five, or twenty­five or fifty, but you must definitely hold it.

²¹³बड़े प्रोग्राम का प्रभाव अपना है।

²⁰⁴You definitely have to remain busy.

²¹⁴स्नेह-मिलन का प्रभाव,सफलता अपनी है।

²⁰⁵You have to have them every three months according to your capacity.

²¹⁵स्नेह-मिलन है आत्मओं को धरनी को तैयार करना और बड़ा फंक्शन है – आवाज बुलंद करना। ²¹⁶लेकिन यथा-शक्ति करो। ²¹⁷ऐसे नहीं डॉयरेक्यान मिला है, कर तो नहीं सकते,मजबूरी से नहीं करो।

²⁰⁶Whether you have three or four, you definitely have to have them. ²⁰⁷And you will experience that if at first you have a sneh milan for five, those five will bring two to three others, and so the next time there will be ten, and then there will be fifteen.

²¹⁸समझा? ²¹⁹तीसरी बात:- स्व उन्नति के लिए पहले भी सुनाया - तीनों ही खाते अपने जमा करो।

²⁰⁸It will eventually increase, because you do it by being double light. ²⁰⁹You do not have to do it with a burden.

²²⁰लेकिन उसके साथ-साथ बापदादा रिजल्ट में देख रहे हैं कि सेवा की वृद्धि के साथ-साथ जो निमित्त आत्माएं हैं,जिसको आप निमित्त सेवाधारी कहते हो, बापदादा टीचर शब्द ज्यादा यूज़ नहीं करते।

²¹⁰It is not a burden, but you must not become careless either, thinking: What service can I do now? ²¹¹I have already done a lot. ²¹²Do not do this. ²¹³Service is the means to remain busy, but because you do it as a burden, you become tired.

²²¹क्योंकि कहाँ-कहाँ टीचर समझने से नशा चढ़ जाता है।

²¹⁴But otherwise, service increases happiness.

²²²इसलिए निमित्त सेवाधारी कहते हैं।

²¹⁵Service enables you to claim the blessings of many souls.

²²³तो सेवा के साथ-साथ निमित्त सेवाधारियों के पुरूषार्थ की विधि में बहुत अच्छी प्रोग्रेस अर्थात् उन्नति होनी चाहिए।

²¹⁶How will you reach nine hundred thousand if you do not do service? ²¹⁷Do service, but underline the fact that you must not do service with a burden.

²²⁴सेवा की जो स्पीड है उसमें समय के प्रमाण जो हो रहा है उसको तो बापदादा सदा अच्छा कहतो है लेकिन समय की गति और सेवा के संपूर्ण समाप्ति की स्टेज को देख बापदादा समझते हैं कि सेवाधारियों के पुरूषार्थ की विधि में अगर वृद्धि हो जाए तो सेवा की चार गुणा वृद्धि हो सकती है।

²¹⁸Whether it is a burden of the intellect, or a burden of money, if you do it whilst being easy, service will increase easily. ²¹⁹So you definitely have to carry out all the methods that you adopt. ²²⁰If someone becomes co­operative with you and gives a ready­made stage for a huge function, try it out.

²²⁵इसलिए पहले वह सेवा भी बहुत आवश्यकता है। ²²⁶सेवा का समय अपना अलग निश्चित करो और पुरूषार्थ की वृद्धि का समय अलग निश्चित करो। ²²⁷सेवा के निमित्त आत्मओं में अभी विल पावर चाहिए।

²²¹And so, although you will have carried out a huge function, there will have been neither the burden of the intellect nor the burden of money. ²²²There are many such co­operative souls, such co­operative organisations: make them co­operative with you.

²²⁸विल पावर बढ़ाने से औरों को भी बाप के आगे सहयोगी बनाए विल करा सकते हो।

²²³And if you have courage, then definitely have one large function; if not, then don't do it.

²²⁹कई आत्माए आपके सहयोग के लिए चात्रक हैं।

²²⁴A large function also glorifies the organisation.

²³⁰लेकिन अपनी शक्ति नहीं है।

²²⁵But do it whilst being double light.

²³¹आपको अपनी शक्तियों की मदद विशेष देनी पड़ेगी। ²³²इसलिए निमित्त बने हुए सेवाधारियों में सर्वशक्तियों की पावर है लेकिन जितनी होनी चाहिए उतनी नहीं है।

²²⁶And keep the aim that instead of using your own energy, you will use the energy of others for this Godly task, and you will receive many invitations.

²³³अपने प्रति यूज़ करने के कारण दूसरों को फुल शक्तियाँ नहीं दे सकते हैं।

²²⁷You can find a co­operative soul from any profession. ²²⁸You can find them in every country, small or large.

²³⁴जैसे ब्रह्मा बाप ने लास्ट में शक्तियों की विल की, बच्चों को। ²³⁵उस विल से यह कार्य चल रहा है।

²²⁹At present, there are some organisations that have the energy but they do not know the method with which to use it.

²³⁶आदि में धन की विल की जिससे यज्ञ स्थापन हुआ और अंत में शक्तियों की विल की जिससे यह सेवा वृद्धि को पा रही है। ²³⁷ब्रह्मा ने तो किया, फालों करने वाले तो बच्चे हैं ना।

²³⁰They are looking for such co­operation, but they are not able to see anyone just like that. ²³¹They will give you co­operation with a lot of love and they will come close and there will then be expansion in your subjects of nine hundred thousand.

²³⁸एक ब्रह्मा के विल से कितनी आत्माएं आई और आ रही है।

²³²The heirs will emerge and also the subjects will emerge.

²³⁹अगर इतने सब निमित्त सेवाधारी भी ऐसे शक्तियों की विल आत्माओं प्रति करें तो क्या हो जाएगा,तो अभी यह आवश्यकता है।

²³³Just see, they came here as co­operative souls for the Global and now they have become heirs. ²³⁴There have been some like that, have there not?

²⁴⁰ऐसे नहीं कि अपने ही पुरूषार्थ में एनर्जी वेस्ट करें।

²³⁵They came as important guests and have now become great.

²⁴¹चाहे अपनी उन्नति करनी भी पड़ती है लेकिन वेस्ट भी जाती है इसलिए समय की गति प्रमाण,सेवा की समाप्ति की गति प्रमाण सेवाधारियों की गति और अधिक चाहिए। ²⁴²अभी अपने को निमित्त बनाये।

²³⁶And so there are many such close souls that have emerged and will emerge in the future. ²³⁷You must definitely continue to do one thing or another, but BapDada is repeatedly reminding you to do everything whilst being double light.

²⁴⁴पहले अपने को पहले आप करे। ²⁴⁵और दिल से उमंग से समझें कि मुझे ``हे अर्जुन'' बनना है।

²⁵²कुछ कुर्बान करना भी पड़ा तो क्या बड़ी बात है।

²⁸³चौथी बात:- सभी सेवास्थानों पर कम-से-कम 8 दिन अगर ज्यादा कर सकते हैं तो 15 दिन स्व-उन्नति की रिट्रीट वा स्नेह मिलन हर सेवाकेन्द्र चाहे अपना इंडिविजुअल करे, चाहे छोटे-छोटे स्थानों को मिलाकर करें।

²⁷⁷Because they have to use it for themselves, they are not able to give full powers to others; they have to use some for themselves and some for others. ²⁷⁸Just as Brahma Baba willed his powers to the shaktis, to the children, so this task is being carried out through that will.

²⁸⁴लेकिन हर गॉडली-स्टूडेंट को, हर ब्राह्मण आत्मा को यह स्व-उन्नति की रिट्रीट, स्नेह-मिलन या दिल से पुरूषार्थ की प्रगति का प्रोग्राम जरूर बनाना है।

²⁸⁸स्थूल गिफ्ट तो कोई बड़ी बात नहीं है - लेकिन विशेष उस आत्मा के प्रति, बापदादा के पास तो सेकण्ड-सेकण्ड की टी.वी. है ना।

²⁸⁷So, this is now essential. ²⁸⁸It is not now necessary for the souls who are instruments for service to waste energy on their own efforts.

²⁸⁹और एक ही समय पर सभी को देख सकते हैं।

²⁹⁰इसलिए जो दिल से प्रगति का संकल्प करेगा,प्रोग्रेस करेगा उसको विशेष दुआयें मिलेंगी। ²⁹¹अनुभव करेंगे, वह दिन आप समझना विशेष दुआओं का है।

²⁹⁰This is why the speed of the efforts of the servers should be even greater according to the speed of time, according to the completion of service.

²⁹²मीटिंग में भी यह नवीनता पहले करना।

²⁹⁵पुरानों के लिए कोई नया प्लैन बाद में बनायेंगे अच्छा!

²⁹⁶सदा अपने चेहरे और चलन में पवित्रता के रूहानियत की चमक वाले,सदा हर कदम में ब्रह्माचारी श्रेष्ठ आत्माएं, सदा अपने सेवा के सर्व खातों को भरपूर रखने वाले,सदा दिल से अपनी उन्नति का दृढ़ संकल्प करने वाले, सदा स्व-उन्नति प्रति स्वयं को नंबरवन आत्मा निमित्त बनाने वाले - ऐसे बाप के प्यारे और विशेष ब्रह्मा मां के प्यारे, आज मां का दिन मनाया है ना, तो ब्रह्मा मां के राजदुलारे बच्चों को ब्रह्मा मां की और विशेष और की भी दिल से याद-प्यार और नमस्ते। ²⁹⁷मधुबन निवासियों से:- ²⁹⁸मधुबन निवासियों को अच्छे और गोल्डन चांस मिलते हैं इसलिए ड्रामा अनुसार जिन्हें बार-बार गोल्डन चांस मिलते हैं उन्हें बापदादा बड़े-ते-बड़े चांसलर कहते हैं। ²⁹⁹सेवा का फल और बल दोनों ही प्राप्त होता है।

²⁹⁶To become Arjuna means to become master Brahma.

³⁰⁰बल भी मिल रहा है, वह बल सेवा कर रहा है, और फल सदा शक्तिशाली बनाए आगे बढ़ा रहा है।

²⁹⁷To become number one means to become Arjuna. ²⁹⁸You have been keeping programmes for self­progress according to the programme.

³⁰¹सबसे ज्यादा मुरलियाँ कौन सुनता है? ³⁰²मधुबन वाले। ³⁰³वो तो गिनती से मुरलियाँ सुनते हैं और आप सदा ही मुरलियाँ सुनते रहते हो।

²⁹⁹But this year, BapDada wishes to see the visible form of the love of each loving soul in the form of progress from the heart, not according to the programme.

³⁰⁴सुनने में भी नंबरवन हो और करने में?

³⁰⁰When there is love, to sacrifice something is love, not a difficulty.

³⁰⁵करने में भी वन नंबर हो या कभी टू हो जाता है?

³⁰⁹एक भी खाता जरा खाली नहीं होना चाहिए।

³¹⁰जेसे मधुबन में सर्व प्राप्तियाँ - चाहे आत्मिक,चाहे शारीरिक सब नंबरवन मिलती है - ऐसे अब करने में सदा नंबरवन।

³⁰⁶You definitely have to do service, and there definitely has to be self­progress. ³⁰⁷This time, BapDada is giving His time for meeting in this.

³¹¹वन की निशानी है हर बात में विन करना।

³⁰⁸BapDada will make a further programme on seeing the result.

³¹²अगर विन (विजयी) हैं तो वन जरूर हैं।

³⁰⁹But. ³¹⁰There is a 'but' in this also.

³¹³विन कभी-कभी हैं तो नंबरवन नहीं।

³¹¹It isn't that He will not come.

³¹⁴अच्छा- सेवा की मुबारकें सेवा के सर्टिफिकेट्स तो बहुत मिले हैं और कौन से सर्टिफिकेट लेने हैं?

³¹⁶यह तीनों सर्टिफिकेट हरेक को लेने हैं।

³¹⁷ऐसे नहीं एक सर्टिफिकेट हो दिल-पसन्द का दूसरे न हों।

³¹⁶And there will be three groups of the double foreigners.

³¹⁸तीनों ही चाहिए। ³¹⁹तो बाप के पसंद कौन हैं?

³¹⁷Let them stay for fifteen days, as they are doing now.

³²⁰जो बाप ने कहा और किया। ³²¹यह है प्रभु-पसंद का सर्टाफिकेट।

³¹⁸But there will be three groups of the foreigners and four groups of the Bharatwasis.

³²⁴जो बाप की दिल-पसंद वा मेरी दिल-पसंद इसको कहते हैं दिल-पसंद का सर्टिफिकेट और परिवार की संतुष्टता का सर्टिफिकेट।

³²⁰And so, some time will be for meeting, and for the time that remains, there should be special groups of servers, even if there is one group of the foreigners.

³²⁵तो यह तीनों सर्टिफिकेट लिए हैं?

³²¹But it should be in Madhuban.

³²⁶सर्टिफिकेट जो मिलता है उसमें वैरीफाय भी होता है।

³²⁷बड़ों से वैरीफाय भी करना पड़े बाप तो जल्दी राजी हो जाते लेकिन यह सबको रानी करना है।

³²⁸तो जो साथ रहते हैं उनसे सर्टिफिकेट को वैरीफाय करना पड़े। ³²⁹बाप तो ज्यादा रहमदिल है ना तो हाँ जी कह देंगे।

³²⁵One group can come first, and BapDada will come to meet them in the middle of the period, and then when the second group comes, BapDada will come some time after that group has been there.

³³⁰अच्छा सभी की डिपार्टमेन्ट निर्विघ्न हैं स्वयं भी निर्विघ्न हैं?

³³¹सेवा की खुशबू तो विश्व में भी है तो सूक्ष्म वतन तक भी है।

³²⁷And so you can even have two groups in one month and one group in the other month.

³³²अभी सिर्फ इन तीन सर्टिफिकेट को वैरीफाय करना। ³³³अच्छा!

³²⁸And the Bharatwasis have the 18th of January, anyway.

³³⁴2. भारतवासियों से:- ³³⁵ऐसा अनुभव होता है कि सुखदाता बाप के साथ सुखी बच्चे बन गये हैं?

³²⁹The foreigners have Shivratri and the Bharatwasis have the 18th January.

³³⁶बाप सुखदाता है तो बच्चे सुख स्वरूप होंगे ना? ³³⁷कभी दुःख की लहर आती है?

³³⁰The months of September and November are very good for service and so do full­force service in these two months.

³³⁸सुखदाता के बच्चों के पास दुःख आ नहीं सकता।

³³¹But make groups of the servers for the rest of the time.

³³⁹क्योंकि सुखदाता बाप का खज़ाना अपना खज़ाना हो गया है। ³⁴⁰सुख अपनी प्रॉपर्टी हो गई।

³³²However, do not forget what BapDada said: Your progress should not be according to theprogramme.

³⁴¹सुख, शान्ति,शक्ति,खुशी - आपका खज़ाना है।

³³³Let there be progress from the heart.

³⁴²बाप का खज़ाना सो आपका खाजाना हो गया।

³³⁴Have a bhatthi of progress from the enthusiasm of the heart.

³⁴³बालक सो मालिक हो ना! ³⁴⁴अच्छा।

³³⁵Have thedetermined thought for yourself.

³⁴⁵भारत भी कम नहीं है। ³⁴⁶हर ग्रुप में पहुँच जाते हैं।

³³⁶Have determination from your heart: I have to change.

³⁴⁷बाप भी खुश होते हैं।

³³⁷I have to become Arjuna.

³⁴⁸पांच हजार वर्ष खोये हुए फिर से मिल जाएं तो किनती खुशी होगी। ³⁴⁹अगर कोई10-12 वर्ष भी खोया हुआ भी फिर से मिलता है तो कितनी खुशी होती है। ³⁵⁰और यह 5 हजार वर्ष बाप और बच्चे अलग हो गये और अब फिर से मिल गये।

³³⁸I have to become master Brahma. ³³⁹Fourthly, whatever service places there are, at each service place let there be a programme for self­progress, that which you call a retreat or a gathering of love for at least eight days: if possible have it for fifteen days.

³⁵¹इसलिए बहुत खुशी है ना। ³⁵²सबसे ज्यादा खुशी किसके पास है?

³⁴⁰Each centre can have it individually, or the small centres can meet together.

³⁵³सभी के पास है। ³⁵⁴क्योंकि यह खुशी का खज़ाना इतना बड़ा है जो कितने भी लेवें, जितने भी लेंवे,अखुट है।

³⁴¹But each Godly student, each Brahmin soul has to make this programme for a retreat or a sneh milan for self­progress or a programme for progress in effort from the heart.

³⁵⁵इसीलिए हर एक अधिकारी आत्मा है। ³⁵⁶ऐसे हैं ना? ³⁵⁷संगमयुग को कौन-सा युग कहते हैं? ³⁵⁸संगमयुग खुशी का युग है।

³⁴²It isn't that only the servers should do this, but the Brahmin souls from all four directions have to be given this chance and they have to take it also.

³⁵⁹खज़ाने ही खज़ाने हैं, जितने खज़ाने चाहो उतना भर सकते हो। ³⁶⁰धनवान भव का,सर्व खज़ाने भव का वरदान मिला हुआ है।

³⁴³BapDada is also telling you an incognito secret that those who have a bhatthi for special progress from their heart will receive a gift of extra blessings from BapDada.

³⁶¹सर्व खज़ानों कार वरदान प्राप्त है। ³⁶²ब्राह्मण-जीवन में तो खुशियाँ-ही-खुशियाँ हैं। ³⁶³यह खुशी कभी गायब तो नहीं हो जाती है?

³⁴⁴A physical gift is not a big thing, but BapDada has those souls on television at every second, and He can see everyone at the same moment.

³⁶⁴माया चोरी तो नहीं करती है खज़ानों की? ³⁶⁵जो सावधान,होशियार होता है उकसा खज़ाना कभी कोई लूट नहीं सकता।

³⁴⁵This is why those who have the thought for progress from their heart and who do progress will receive and experience special blessings.

³⁶⁶जो थोड़ा-सा अलबेला होता है उसका खज़ाना लूट लेते हैं।

³⁶⁷आप तो सावधान हो ना या कभी-कभी सो जाते हो?

³⁶⁸कोई सो जाते हैं तो चोरी हो जाती है ना।

³⁶⁹अलबेले हो गये। ³⁷⁰सदा होशियार, सदा जागती ज्योति रहे तो माया की हिम्मत नहीं जो खज़ाना लूट कर ले जाऐ।

³⁷¹अच्छा - जहाँ से भी आये हो सब पद्मापद्म भाग्यवान् हो!

³⁵²There has been greater emphasis on the head. ³⁵³Did you hear what has to happen now?

³⁷²यही गीत गाते रहो - सब कुछ मिल गया।

³⁵⁴Then, the programme for next year will be created after the result.

³⁷³21जन्मों के लिए गारंटी है कि ये खज़ाने साथ रहेंगे।

³⁷⁴इतनी बड़ी गारंटी कोई दे नहीं सकता।
