¹The speciality of a life that is complete with all attainments is to be free from sadness and ²to be cheerful.

³आज प्यार के सागर बापदादा अपने प्रेम स्वरूप आत्माओं को देख रहे हैं।

³Today, BapDada, the Ocean of Love, is seeing the souls who are the embodiments of love for Him.

⁴हर एक के दिल में परमात्म प्यार समाया हुआ है।

⁴Godly love is merged in each one's heart.

⁵ये परमात्म प्यार प्राप्त भी एक ही जन्म में होता है।

⁵This Godly love is attained in just this one birth.

⁶83 जन्म देव आत्मायें वा साधारण आत्माओं द्वारा मिला।

⁶You received love from deity souls and ordinary souls for eighty­three births.

⁷सोचो,याद करो, सारे कल्प का चक्कर लगाओ-स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी हो ना!

⁷Just think about it and remember it. ⁸Go through the entire kalpa.

⁸तो एक सेकण्ड में सारे कल्प का चक्कर लगाया?

⁹You are the spinners of the discus of self­realisation, are you not?

⁹83 जन्मों में परमात्म-प्यार मिला था?

¹⁰So, did you go around the entire kalpa in one second?

¹⁰नहीं मिला।

¹¹Did you? ¹²You didn't.

¹¹सिर्फ इस संगम पर एक जन्म में परमात्म प्यार प्राप्त हुआ।

¹³It is only in this one birth at the confluence age that you receive Godly love.

¹²तो अन्तर को जान लिया ना! ¹³आत्माओं का प्यार और परमात्म प्यार-कितना अन्तर है!

¹⁴So, you now know the difference between love from souls and love from God. ¹⁵There is so much difference between the two.

¹⁴साधारण आत्माओं का प्यार कहाँ ले गया?

¹⁶Where did love from ordinary souls take you? ¹⁷What did it make you attain?

¹⁵क्या प्राप्त कराया - अनुभव है ना?

¹⁸You have experienced this, have you not?

¹⁶और परमात्म-प्यार कहाँ ले जाता?

¹⁹And where does God's love take you?

¹⁷अपने स्वीट होम और स्वीट राजधानी में।

²⁰To your sweet home and your sweet kingdom.

¹⁸आत्म-प्यार राज्य-भाग्य गँवाता है और परमात्म-प्यार राज्य-भाग्य दिलाता है, और इसी जन्म में।

²¹Through love for human souls, you lost the fortune of the kingdom, and through God's love you receive the fortune of the kingdom in this birth.

¹⁹ऐसे नहीं कि सिर्फ भविष्य के आधार पर चल रहे हो।

²²It isn't that you are moving along on the basis of the future.

²⁰नहीं। ²¹डायरेक्ट परमात्म प्राप्ति तो अब है।

²³No, it is at this time that you have direct Godly attainment.

²²वर्तमान के आगे भविष्य भी कुछ नहीं है।

²⁴Compared to the present, the future is nothing.

²³आप लोग गीत गाते हो ना कि स्वर्ग में क्या होगा और क्या नहीं होगा।

²⁵You sing the song of what there will be and what there won't be in heaven.

²⁴और अभी का गीत क्या है?

²⁶You have attained what you had to attain.

²⁵जो पाना था वो पा लिया… वा पाना है?

²⁷Or, do you still have to attain it.

²⁶पा लिया।

²⁸You have attained it.

²⁷पाण्डवों ने पा लिया?

²⁹Have the Pandavs attained it?

²⁸गोपियों का तो गायन है ही।

³⁰There is the memorial of the gopies.

²⁹इस समय का गायन है कि अप्राप्त नहीं कोई वस्तु ब्राह्मणों के खज़ाने में।

³¹The memorial of the present time is that nothing is lacking in the treasure­ store of Brahmins.

³⁰देवताओं के खज़ाने में नहीं, ब्राह्मणों के खज़ाने में।

³²Not in the treasure­store of deities, but in the treasure­store of Brahmins.

³¹तो अभी ब्राह्मण हो ना?

³³So, who are you at present?

³²तो अनुभव करते हो कि अप्राप्त नहीं कोई वस्तु?

³⁴You are Brahmins, are you not? ³⁵Do you have the experience that nothing is lacking?

³³और ये प्राप्तियाँ अविनाशी हैं, अल्पकाल की नहीं हैं। ³⁴तो जिसको सर्व प्राप्तियाँ हैं उसके जीवन में क्या विशेषता होगी?

³⁶Where there are all attainments and these attainments are imperishable, not temporary, then what speciality would someone who has all attainments in his life have?

³⁵सब प्राप्तियाँ हैं, एक भी कम नहीं है तो उसकी चलन और चेहरे में क्या विशेषता दिखाई देगी?

³⁷If someone has all attainments, and not a single attainment is lacking, then what speciality would be visible in his activity and on his face?

³⁶सदा प्रसन्नता।

³⁸Constant cheerfulness.

³⁷कुछ भी हो जाये लेकिन सर्व प्राप्तिवान अपनी प्रसन्नता छोड़ नहीं सकता।

³⁹No matter what happens, someone who has all attainments cannot let go of his cheerfulness.

³⁸अप्रसन्नता कभी भी होती है तो चेक करो कि अप्राप्ति का अनुभव होता है या सर्व प्राप्तियों का?

⁴⁰Wherever there is sadness, check whether you experience a lack of attainment or whether you have all attainments.

³⁹आज बापदादा ने बहुत ही, सेवाकेन्द्र और उप-सेवाकेन्द्र देखे, विदेश में नहीं, देश में सेवाकेन्द्र देखे।

⁴¹Today, BapDada saw many centres and sub­centres; not in the foreign lands, but in this land. ⁴²In the service centres, there are the special servers.

⁴⁰सेवाकेन्द्र में विशेष तो सेवाधारी हैं,तो आज चक्कर लगाते हुए सेवाधारी और सेवास्थान,दोनों देखे।

⁴³So today, whilst touring around the centres, Baba saw both the servers and the service places.

⁴¹हर एक स्थान में, चाहे छोटे,चाहे बड़े,सभी में चेक किया कि सेवाधारी तन से, मन से,धन से और सेवा के सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क से कितने प्रसन्न हैं? ⁴²क्योंकि विशेष तो यही बातें हैं ना!

⁴⁴In each place, whether it was big or small, Baba checked each server to see to what extent they are cheerful whilst serving through their body, their mind, their wealth and the relations and contacts in service.

⁴³तो क्या देखा?

⁴⁵What is special?

⁴⁴तन तो सबके पुराने हैं ही,चाहे जवान हैं, चाहे बड़े हैं, छोटे और ही बड़ों से भी कहाँ-कहाँ कमज़ोर हैं, चाहे बीमारी बड़ी है लेकिन बीमारी की महसूसता कि मैं कमज़ोर हूँ,मैं बीमार हूँ - ये बीमारी को बढ़ा देती है।

⁴⁶It is these things; so what did Baba see? ⁴⁷Everyone's body is old anyway, whether they are young or old. ⁴⁸In fact, the younger ones are sometimes weaker than the old ones. ⁴⁹Even if their illness is serious, the feeling of being ill or the thought "I am weak, I am ill", increases the illness.

⁴⁵क्योंकि तन का प्रभाव मन पर आ गया तो डबल बीमार हो गये।

⁵⁰Because the body affects the mind, you therefore become doubly ill; the body and the mind.

⁴⁶तन और मन दोनों से डबल बीमार होने के कारण बार-बार सोल कान्सेस के बजाय बीमारी कान्सेस हो जाते हैं।

⁵¹Because of being doubly ill, instead of being soul conscious, again and again you become illness conscious.

⁴⁷तो क्या देखा?

⁵²So what did Baba see?

⁴⁸कि तन से तो मैजारिटी, बीमार कहो या हिसाब-किताब चुक्तु करना कहो, कर रहे हैं, लेकिन50 परसेन्ट डबल बीमार और 50परसेन्ट सिंगल बीमार हैं।

⁵³He saw that with the body, whether you call them ill or call it their accounts ­ the majority are settling their accounts ­ 50% are doubly ill and 50% are ill in a single way.

⁴⁹बाकी होना क्या चाहिए?

⁵⁴But what should happen?

⁵⁰कभी भी मन में बीमारी का संकल्प नहीं लाना चाहिये-मैं बीमार हूँ, मैं बीमार हूँ… लेकिन होता क्या है?

⁵⁵You must never bring any thoughts of illness into your mind, thinking, "I am ill, I am ill". ⁵⁶What happens then?

⁵¹ये पाठ पक्का हो जाता है कि मैं बीमार हूँ… कभी-कभी किसी समय बीमार होते नहीं हैं लेकिन मन में खुशी नहीं है तो बहाना करेंगे कि मेरे कमर में दर्द है।

⁵⁷You make this lesson firm, "I am ill". ⁵⁸Then, sometimes, although you are not ill, you have pain in your back. ⁵⁹The majority has this: pain in their leg or pain in their back.

⁵²क्योंकि मैजारिटी को या तो टांग दर्द, या कमर का दर्द होता है, कई बार दर्द होता नहीं है फिर भी कहेंगे मेरे को कमर में दर्द है।

⁶⁰Then, sometimes, there isn't any pain, but, because of not having happiness in their mind, they make excuses, "I have a back­ache".

⁵³अभी उसकी चेकिंग कैसे हो?

⁶¹How can you check this?

⁵⁴डॉक्टर्स के पास इसका कोई थर्मामीटर है,जो कमर दर्द है या नहीं वो चेक कर सके?

⁶²Do the doctors have any thermometer which can check whether there truly is back­ache or not? ⁶³Has anything like this been invented?

⁵⁵एक्सरे कराओ,ये कराओ,वो तो और ही खर्चा लगाओ।

⁶⁴Get an X-ray, do this, etc. ⁶⁵This incurs further expense.

⁵⁶तो क्या देखा, तन के बारे में सुनाया।

⁶⁶So what did Baba see? ⁶⁷Baba told you about the body.

⁵⁷कई सेवाधारी ऐसे दिखाई दिये।

⁶⁸Many servers like this were seen.

⁵⁸सेवाधारी आप सभी हो।

⁶⁹All of you are servers.

⁵⁹ऐसे नहीं समझना सिर्फ टीचर्स की बात है।

⁷⁰Do not think that this only applies to the teachers; no.

⁶⁰सेवाधारी आप प्रवृत्ति वाले भी हो ना?

⁷¹All of you householders are also servers, are you not?

⁶¹कि जो सेन्टर्स पर रहते हैं वो सेवाधारी हैं?

⁷²Or, are only those who are living at the centres servers?

⁶²आप लोग प्रवृत्ति में रहने वाले भी सेवाधारी हो।

⁷³All of you living in the household; are you servers? ⁷⁴Are the mothers servers?

⁶³कभी आपके घरों का भी चक्कर लगायेंगे। ⁶⁴देखेंगे कि कैसे सोते हो,कैसे उठते हो? ⁶⁵डबल बेड है,सिंगल बेड है?

⁷⁵Sometimes, Baba tours around your homes and sees how you sleep, how you wake up; whether you have a double bed or a single bed.

⁶⁶अच्छा ये तो आज के चक्कर की बात है।

⁷⁶Achcha, Baba is now talking about today's tour.

⁶⁷आजकल के हिसाब से दवाइयाँ खाना ये बड़ी बात नहीं समझो।

⁷⁷According to the time nowadays, do not think that it is a big thing to take medicine.

⁶⁸क्योंकि कलियुग का वर्तमान समय सबसे शक्तिशाली फ्रूट ये दवाइयाँ हैं।

⁷⁸Because, at the present time, the most powerful fruit of the iron age is medicine.

⁶⁹देखो कोई रंग-बिरंगी तो हैं ना।

⁷⁹Look, they are all so colourful.

⁷⁰कलियुग के लास्ट का यही एक फ्रूट है तो खा लो प्यार से।

⁸⁰This is the last fruit of the iron age which you should eat with love.

⁷¹दवाई खाना ये बीमारी याद नहीं दिलाता।

⁸¹When you eat medicine, it doesn't have to remind you of the illness.

⁷²अगर दवाई को मज़बूरी से खाते हो तो मज़बूरी की दवाई बीमारी याद दिलाती है और शरीर को चलाने के लिये एक शक्ति भर रहे हैं, उस स्मृति में खायेंगे तो दवाई बीमारी याद नहीं दिलायेगी,खुशी दिलायेगी तो बस दो-तीन दिन में दवाई से ठीक हो जायेंगे।

⁸²If you eat your medicine under compulsion, then compulsive medicine will remind you of your illness, whereas if you eat it with the consciousness of taking it to put strength into your body, then the medicine will not remind you of your illness. ⁸³If you think that it will give happiness, then through that medicine, you will be all right in two or three days.

⁷³आजकल के तो बहुत नये फैशन हैं, कलियुग में सबसे ज्यादा इन्वेन्शन आजकल दवाइयाँ या अलग-अलग थेरापी निकाली है, आज फलानी थेरापी है, आज फलानी,तो ये कलियुग के सीजन का शक्तिशाली फल है।

⁸⁴Nowadays, there are many new fashions. ⁸⁵In the iron age, the maximum inventions are of medicine and different therapies. ⁸⁶Today, there is this therapy and tomorrow, there will be that therapy, and so this is the most powerful fruit of the iron age.

⁷⁴इसलिए घबराओ नहीं।

⁸⁷Therefore, don't be afraid.

⁷⁵लेकिन दवाई कांसेस,बीमारी कांसेस होकर नहीं खाओ।

⁸⁸However, do not take medicine whilst being medicine conscious or illness conscious.

⁷⁶तो तन की बीमारी होनी ही है,नई बात नहीं है।

⁸⁹So, of course, there will be illness of the body; that is nothing new.

⁷⁷इसलिए बीमारी से कभी घबराना नहीं।

⁹⁰Therefore, do not ever be afraid of any illness.

⁷⁸बीमारी आई और उसको फ्रूट थोड़ा खिला दो और विदाई दे दो।

⁹¹When it comes, give it some fruit and then bid it farewell.

⁷⁹अच्छा ये हुआ तन की रिज़ल्ट।

⁹²Achcha, this was the result in terms of the body.

⁸⁰फिर और क्या देखा?

⁹³Then, what else did Baba see?

⁸¹मन,मन में क्या देखा?

⁹⁴What did Baba see about the mind?

⁸²एक बात खुशखबरी की ये देखी कि मैजारिटी हर एक सेवाधारी के मन में बाप का प्यार और सेवा का उमंग दोनों हैं।

⁹⁵Baba saw the good news that in the majority, each server has a lot of love for Baba and a lot of enthusiasm for service.

⁸³बाकी 25परसेन्ट कोई मज़बूरी से चल रहा है, वो छोड़ो। ⁸⁴लेकिन मैजारिटी के मन में ये दोनों बातें देखी।

⁹⁶Leaving aside the 25% who may be moving along under compulsion, Baba saw both these aspects in the mind of the majority of children.

⁸⁵और ये भी देखा कि बाप से प्यार होने के कारण याद में भी शक्तिशाली हो बैठने का,चलने का, सेवा करने का अटेन्शन बहुत देते हैं लेकिन खेल क्या होता है कि चाहते हैं कि याद की सीट पर अच्छी तरह से सेट होकर बैठ जायें लेकिन थोड़ा टाइम तो सेट होते हैं फिर हिलना-डुलना शुरू होता है।

⁹⁷Baba also saw that, because of having love for the Father, you pay a lot of attention to sit in remembrance, to progressing and doing service. ⁹⁸However, what game takes place then? ⁹⁹That although you desire to remain set on the seat of remembrance very well, you only remain set for a short time; then you start fidgeting.

⁸⁶जैसे बच्चा होता है,उसको ज्यादा टाइम सीट पर बिठाओ तो हिलेगा ज़रुर। ⁸⁷तो मन भी अगर कन्ट्रोल में,ऑर्डर में नहीं है तो थोड़ा टाइम तो बहुत अच्छे बैठते हैं, चलते हैं,सेवा भी करते हैं लेकिन कभी सेट होते हैं, कभी अपसेट भी हो जाते हैं।

¹⁰⁰Just like little children would definitely start to fidget if you make them sit on a seat for a long time, so too, if your mind is not under control, if it is not in order, then you only remain seated well for a short time. ¹⁰¹You progress and also do service, but sometimes, you are set and sometimes you become upset.

⁸⁸कारण क्या है?

¹⁰²What is the reason for this?

⁸⁹होना सेट चाहते हैं लेकिन अपसेट क्यों होते हैं?

¹⁰³You wish to be set, but why do you become upset?

⁹⁰कारण क्या है?

¹⁰⁴What is the reason for this?

⁹¹एकाग्रता की शक्ति, दृढ़ता की शक्ति, उसकी कमी है।

¹⁰⁵You lack the power of concentration and the power of determination.

⁹²प्लैन बहुत अच्छा सोचते हैं, ऐसे बैठेंगे,ये अनुभव करेंगे फिर ये सेवा करेंगे,फिर ऐसे चलेंगे, लेकिन कर्म करने में या बैठे-बैठे भी दृढ़ता की शक्ति कम हो जाती है।

¹⁰⁶You think very well that you will sit in this way and have this experience, and that you will then do this service; that then you will move along like this. ¹⁰⁷You make very good plans. ¹⁰⁸However, whilst performing actions or even whilst just sitting idle, your power of determination reduces.

⁹³और बातों में मन-बुद्धि बट जाते हैं।

¹⁰⁹And your mind and intellect become engaged in other things around you.

⁹⁴चाहे काम में बिज़ी नहीं है लेकिन व्यर्थ संकल्प ये सबसे बड़ा काम है जो अपने तरफ खींच लेता है।

¹¹⁰Sometimes, because you are not busy in any work, waste thoughts become the greatest work and that attracts you towards itself.

⁹⁵तो स्थूल काम नहीं भी हो लेकिन दृढ़ता की शक्ति बंटने के कारण मन और बुद्धि सीट पर सेट होने के बजाए हलचल में आ जाते हैं।

¹¹¹You may not have any physical work, but because the power of determination is scattered, the mind and intellect, which you want to keep set, fluctuate.

⁹⁶बापदादा ने आप सबको जो काम दिया था वो देखा।

¹¹²BapDada saw to what extent you carried out the work that He gave all of you.

⁹⁷बापदादा के पास सब चिटकियाँ पहुँची।

¹¹³All the notes reached BapDada.

⁹⁸लेकिन कई बच्चे बड़े चालाक हैं।

¹¹⁴However, many children are very tricky.

⁹⁹चालाकी क्या करते हैं?

¹¹⁵What trickery did they do?

¹⁰⁰चिटकी लिखते हैं लेकिन नाम नहीं लिखते।

¹¹⁶They wrote a note, but didn't write their name on it.

¹⁰¹ऐसे समझकर करते हैं बाबा तो जानता है।

¹¹⁷They wrote it in this way thinking that Baba knows everything.

¹⁰²जानता है, फिर भी अगर काम दिया है तो काम तो पूरा करो ना।

¹¹⁸Of course Baba knows, but, since Baba has given you some work to do, at least complete your work.

¹⁰³टीचर अगर कहे ये लिखकर आओ और टीचर को कहो कि आप तो जानते हो ना - मुझे ये लिखना आता है, तो टीचर मानेगा?

¹¹⁹If your teacher tells you to write something and you tell your teacher, "Well, you know that I know to write this", would the teacher accept this?

¹⁰⁴तो कई तो नाम ही नहीं लिखते।

¹²⁰Many don't even write their name.

¹⁰⁵लेकिन जो भी जिस ग्रुप में काम दिया है,मैजारिटी सबकी ये खुशी की बात देखी, कि सबने लिखा है कि हम डायमण्ड जुबली तक करके दिखायेंगे।

¹²¹However, whatever task you have been given in whichever group, Baba saw one thing in each of them. ¹²²It is a matter of happiness for the majority who have the thought that they will definitely do this by the Diamond Jubilee.

¹⁰⁶ये मैजारिटी का है।

¹²³This applies to the majority.

¹⁰⁷आप सबका भी है?

¹²⁴Do you also feel the same?

¹⁰⁸जीवनमुक्त हो जायेंगे?

¹²⁵You will then be liberated in life.

¹⁰⁹अगर सभी बातों से मुक्त हो गये तो क्या हो जायेंगे?

¹²⁶If you become free from all these things, what would happen?

¹¹⁰जीवनमुक्त हो जायेंगे ना।

¹²⁷You would be liberated in life, would you not?

¹¹¹तो सभी ने अपनी हिम्मत,उमंग अच्छा दिखाया है, चाहे फॉरेन वालों ने, चाहे भारत वालों ने,उमंग-उत्साह सभी का अच्छा है।

¹²⁸So, each of you has shown very good courage and enthusiasm. ¹²⁹Whether you are foreigners or Bharatwasis, the majority of you have good zeal and enthusiasm.

¹¹²कोई-कोई ने, बहुत थोड़ों ने लिखा है,कि हमको टाइम लगेगा।

¹³⁰Very few have written that they would need more time.

¹¹³लगने दो उन्हों को।

¹³¹Let them take more time.

¹¹⁴आप लोग तो जीवनमुक्त हो जाओ।

¹³²All of you should at least be liberated in life.

¹¹⁵तो रिज़ल्ट में देखा कि सभी को उमंग है कि डायमण्ड जुबली में कुछ करके दिखायें।

¹³³So Baba saw in the result that everyone has the enthusiasm to definitely do something in the Diamond Jubilee.

¹¹⁶लेकिन बापदादा ने देखा कि जितना अपने आपको डायमण्ड बनाने का उमंग-उत्साह है, उतना ही डायमण्ड जुबली वर्ष में सेवाओं के प्लैन भी बहुत फास्ट बनाये हैं।

¹³⁴However, BapDada saw that to the extent that you have zeal and enthusiasm to make yourself into a diamond, to that extent, you also make very fast plans for service for the Diamond Jubilee.

¹¹⁷फास्ट बनाये हैं इसमें बापदादा खुश है लेकिन ऐसा नहीं कहना कि बहुत सेवा का बोझ था ना इसीलिए थोड़ा नीचे-ऊपर हो गया।

¹³⁵BapDada is happy that you have made fast plans. ¹³⁶However, do not then say that the burden of service was too much and so there was some fluctuation.

¹¹⁸ये बापदादा नहीं चाहते।

¹³⁷BapDada does not want this.

¹¹⁹सेवा जो स्वयं को वा दूसरे को डिस्टर्ब करे वो सेवा नहीं है, स्वार्थ है।

¹³⁸Service that disturbs you or others is not service. ¹³⁹That is selfishness, it is not service.

¹²⁰और निमित्त कोई न कोई स्वार्थ ही होता है इसलिए नीचे-ऊपर होते हैं।

¹⁴⁰And when there is fluctuation, it is because of one or another selfish motive.

¹²¹चाहे अपना, चाहे दूसरे का स्वार्थ जब पूरा नहीं होता है तब सेवा में डिस्टर्बेन्स होती है।

¹⁴¹When either your own selfishness or that of others is not fulfilled, you become upset in service.

¹²²इसलिए स्वार्थ से न्यारे और सर्व के सम्बन्ध में प्यारे बनकर सेवा करो,तब जो संकल्प किया है वा लक्ष्य रखा है कि डायमण्ड जुबली में डायमण्ड बन डायमण्ड जुबली मनायेंगे, वह पूरा हो सकेगा।

¹⁴²All of you should become detached and loving: detached from selfishness and loving in your relationships with everyone. ¹⁴³Until you fulfil this aim, the thought that you have had for the Diamond Jubilee, that you will become a diamond and celebrate the Diamond Jubilee, will not be fulfilled.

¹²³आधा नहीं याद करना।

¹⁴⁴Do not just remember half of it.

¹²⁴कई ऐसे जवाब देते हैं,कहते हैं डायमण्ड जुबली तो मनाने की थी तो मनाया,उसमें बिज़ी हो गये।

¹⁴⁵Many respond to Baba, and say, that they have to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee, and so they become busy in this and that.

¹²⁵लेकिन बापदादा के दोनों शब्द याद रखना। ¹²⁶आधा नहीं।

¹⁴⁶But you have to remember both aspects of what BapDada has said; not just half of it.

¹²⁷डायमण्ड बन,डायमण्ड जुबली मनानी है।

¹⁴⁷You have to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee having become a diamond.
