¹IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR MIND HEALTHY, TAKE FIVE SECONDS EVERY NOW AND THEN TO EXERCISE YOUR MIND.

³आज दूरदेशी बापदादा अपने साकार दुनिया के भिन्न-भिन्न देशवासी बच्चों से मिलने आये हैं।

²Today, BapDada, the Resident of the far­away land, has come to meet His children who live in the various countries of the corporeal world.

⁴बापदादा भिन्न-भिन्न देशवासियों को एक देशवासी देख रहे हैं।

³BapDada sees all of you residents of the various countries as residents of the one land.

⁵चाहे कोई कहाँ से भी आये हो लेकिन सबसे पहले सभी एक ही देश से आये हो।

⁴No matter where each one of you has come from, you have all originally come from the same place.

⁶तो अपना अनादि देश याद है ना!

⁵So, you do remember your eternal land, do you not?

⁷प्यारा लगता है ना!

⁶You do love it, do you not?

⁸बाप के साथ-साथ अपना अनादि देश भी बहुत प्यारा लगता है ना!

⁷Together with loving the Father, you also love your eternal land, do you not?

⁹बापदादा आज सभी बच्चों के पाँच स्वरूप देख रहे हैं, जानते हो पांच स्वरूप कौन से हैं?

⁸Today, BapDada is seeing all of you children in your five forms. ⁹Do you know what those five forms are?

¹⁰You do know them, do you not?

¹¹5 मुखी ब्रह्मा का भी पूजन होता है।

¹¹Brahma with the five faces is also worshipped.

¹²तो बापदादा सभी बच्चों के5 स्वरूप देख रहे हैं।

¹²Therefore, BapDada is looking at all the five forms of all you children.

¹³पहला - अनादि ज्योतिबिन्दु स्वरूप।

¹³First: Your eternal form of a point of light.

¹⁴याद है ना अपना स्वरूप?

¹⁴Do you remember your form?

¹⁵भूल तो नहीं जाते?

¹⁵You don’t forget it, do you?

¹⁶दूसराहै - आदि देवता स्वरूप।

¹⁶Second: Your original form of a deity.

¹⁷पहुँच गये देवता स्वरूप में?

¹⁷Have you reached your deity form? ¹⁸Have you entered your deity form?

¹⁸तीसरा - मध्य में पूज्य स्वरूप,वह भी याद है?

¹⁹Third: Your worthy­to­be­worshipped form of the middle period. ²⁰Do you remember that?

¹⁹आप सबकी पूजा होती है या भारतवासियों की होती है?

²¹Is it all of you that are worshipped or is it the residents of Bharat who are worshipped?

²⁰आपकी पूजा होती है?

²²Are you worshipped?

²¹कुमार सुनाओ आपकी पूजा होती है?

²³Kumars, speak! ²⁴Are you worshipped?

²²तो तीसरा है पूज्य स्वरूप।

²⁵So, the third form is your worthy­to­be­worshipped form.

²³चौथाहै - संगमयुगी ब्राह्मण स्वरूप और लास्टमें है फरिश्ता स्वरूप।

²⁶Fourth: Your confluence­aged Brahmin form, and finally, your angelic form.

²⁴तो 5 ही रूप याद आ गये?

²⁷So, do you now remember all your five forms?

²⁵अच्छा एक सेकण्ड में यह 5 ही रूपों में अपने को अनुभव कर सकते हो?

²⁸Achcha. ²⁹Are you able to experience all these five forms of yours in a second?

²⁶वन, टू,थ्री, फोर,फाइव… तो कर सकते हो!

³⁰You can at least count: one, two, three, four, five!

²⁷यह 5 ही स्वरूप कितने प्यारे हैं?

³¹All of these five forms are so lovely!

²⁸जब चाहो,जिस भी रूप में स्थित होने चाहो, सोचा और अनुभव किया।

³²Whenever and in whichever form you want to stabilise, as soon as you think of it, you experience it.

²⁹यही रूहानी मन की एक्सरसाइज़ है।

³³This is a spiritual exercise for the mind.

³⁰आजकल सभी क्या करते हैं?

³⁴What does everyone do nowadays?

³¹एक्सरसाइज़ करते हैं ना!

³⁵They exercise, do they not?

³²जैसे आदि में भी आपकी दुनिया में (सतयुग में) नेचुरल चलते-फिरते की एक्सरसाइज़ थी।

³⁶Just as in the beginning of your world ­ and the golden age was your world, was it not? ³⁷At that time, you had natural exercise as you walked and moved.

³³खड़े होकर के वन, टू,थ्री… एक्सरसाइज़ नहीं।

³⁸You didn’t exercise by standing in one place and saying, “One, two, three”.

³⁴तो अभी अन्त में भी बापदादा मन की एक्सरसाइज़ कराते हैं।

³⁹Therefore, now that it is the end, BapDada is making you also do this exercise.

³⁵जैसे स्थूल एक्सरसाइज़ से तन भी दुरूस्त रहता है ना!

⁴⁰Your body becomes healthy by doing physical exercise.

³⁶तो चलते-फिरते यह मन की एक्सरसाइज़ करते रहो।

⁴¹Similarly, continue to exercise your mind whilst walking and moving around.

³⁷इसके लिए टाइम नहीं चाहिए।

⁴²You don’t need to find a special time for this.

³⁸5 सेकण्ड कभी भी निकाल सकते हो या नहीं!

⁴³Are you able to take five seconds at any time or not? ⁴⁴Just 5 seconds!

³⁹ऐसा कोई बिज़ी है,जो 5सेकण्ड भी नहीं निकाल सके!

⁴⁵Are any of you so busy that you can’t find even 5 seconds? ⁴⁶Is there anyone?

⁴⁰है कोई,तो हाथ उठाओ।

⁴⁷If so, raise your hand!

⁴¹फिर तो नहीं कहेंगे - क्या करें टाइम नहीं मिलता?

⁴⁸You do have that time, do you not? ⁴⁹Therefore, you wouldn’t say, “What can I do?

⁴²यह तो नहीं कहेंगे ना!

⁵⁰I don’t have any time!”, would you?

⁴³टाइम मिलता है?

⁵¹You wouldn’t say this, would you?

⁴⁴तो यह एक्सरसाइज़ बीच-बीच में करो।

⁵²Do you have time? ⁵³So, every now and then, perform this exercise.

⁴⁵किसी भी कार्य में हो 5सेकण्ड की यह मन की एक्सरसाइज़ करो।

⁵⁴No matter what task you are doing, exercise your mind for 5 seconds!

⁴⁶तो मन सदा ही दुरूस्त रहेगा, ठीक रहेगा।

⁵⁵Your mind will thereby remain constantly healthy.

⁴⁷बापदादा तो कहते हैं - हर घण्टे में यह 5सेकण्ड की एक्सरसाइज़ करो।

⁵⁶It will always be fine. ⁵⁷BapDada says: Perform this 5 seconds exercise every hour.

⁴⁸हो सकती है?

⁵⁸Are you able to do this?

⁴⁹देखो,सभी कह रहे हैं - हो सकती है।

⁵⁹Look, you are all saying that this is possible to do.

⁵⁰याद रखना।

⁶⁰Therefore, remember to do it!

⁵¹ओमशान्ति भवन याद रखना, भूलना नहीं।

⁶¹Remember this Om Shanti Bhawan. ⁶²Do not forget it!

⁵²तो जो मन की भिन्न-भिन्न कम्पलेन है ना!

⁶³You have many different complaints about your mind.

⁵³क्या करें मन नहीं टिकता!

⁶⁴“What can I do if I can’t focus my mind?”

⁵⁴मन को मण बना देते हो।

⁶⁵You make your mind (man) weigh a ton (mann).

⁵⁵वज़न करते हैं ना!

⁶⁶You make it heavy.

⁵⁶पहले जमाने में पाव, सेर और मण होता था,आजकल बदल गया है।

⁶⁷Earlier, for measuring weight, you used this system of measurement. ⁶⁸However, that system of measurement has now changed (to metric).

⁵⁷तो मन को मण बना देते हैं बोझ वाला और यह एक्सरसाइज़ करते रहेंगे तो बिल्कुल लाइट हो जायेंगे।

⁶⁹You make your mind weigh a ton, that is, you make it very heavy. ⁷⁰However, if you continue to perform this exercise, you would become very light.

⁵⁸अभ्यास हो जायेगा।

⁷¹You should then develop this practice.

⁵⁹ब्राह्मण शब्द याद आये तो ब्राह्मण जीवन के अनुभव में आ जाओ।

⁷²Whenever you want to stabilise in any particular form, for instance, the Brahmin form, then you will experience the Brahmin life.

⁶⁰फरिश्ता शब्द कहो तो फरिश्ता बन जाओ।

⁷³Say, “Angel”, and you become an angel. ⁷⁴Is this difficult or not?

⁶¹मुश्किल है?

⁷⁵Kumars speak!

⁶²नहीं है?

⁷⁶Is it difficult?

⁶³कुमार बोलो थोड़ा मुश्किल है?

⁷⁷Is it a little difficult? ⁷⁸Are you angels or not?

⁶⁴आप फरिश्ते हो या नहीं?

⁷⁹Is it you who are angels or is it someone else?

⁶⁵आप ही हो या दूसरे हैं? ⁶⁶कितने बार फरिश्ता बने हो?

⁸⁰So, whoever are angels, how many times have you become angels?

⁶⁷अनगिनत बार बने हो।

⁸¹You have become this countless times.

⁶⁸आप ही बने हो? ⁶⁹अच्छा।

⁸²Are you the ones who have become this?

⁷⁰अनगिनत बार की हुई बात को रिपीट करना क्या मुश्किल होता है?

⁸³Achcha. ⁸⁴Is something you have done countless times difficult to repeat once more?

⁷¹कभी-कभी होता है?

⁸⁵Is it sometimes difficult?

⁷²अभी यह अभ्यास करना।

⁸⁶Now practice this!

⁷³कहाँ भी हो 5सेकण्ड मन को घुमाओ, चक्कर लगाओ।

⁸⁷Wherever you are, take your mind on a 5 second tour.

⁷⁴चक्कर लगाना तो अच्छा लगता है ना!

⁸⁸You like touring, do you not?

⁷⁵टीचर्स ठीक है ना!

⁸⁹Teachers, is this OK?

⁷⁶राउण्ड लगाना आयेगा ना?

⁹⁰You know how to go on a tour, do you not?

⁷⁷बस राउण्ड लगाओ फिर कर्म में लग जाओ।

⁹¹Go on this tour and carry on occupying yourself in your work.

⁷⁸हर घण्टे में राउण्ड लगाया फिर काम में लग जाओ क्योंकि काम को तो छोड़ नहीं सकते हैं ना!

⁹²Go on this tour every hour and then occupy yourself in your work. ⁹³You can’t leave your work.

⁷⁹ड्युटी तो बजानी है।

⁹⁴You have to fulfil your duties.

⁸⁰लेकिन 5 सेकण्ड,मिनट भी नहीं, सेकण्ड।

⁹⁵However, you can take 5 seconds, not even a minute, but seconds!

⁸¹नहीं निकल सकता है?

⁹⁶Are you not able to find time for this?

⁸²निकल सकता है?

⁹⁷Can you find this time?

⁸³यू. एन. की आफिस में निकल सकता है?

⁹⁸Are you able to find this time whilst you are in the U.N.

⁸⁴मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान हो।

⁹⁹Office? ¹⁰⁰You are master almighty authorities!

⁸⁵तो मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान क्या नहीं कर सकता!

¹⁰¹Therefore, what can master almighty authorities not do?

⁸⁶बापदादा को एक बात पर बच्चों को देख करके मीठी-मीठी हँसी आती है।

¹⁰²BapDada is very sweetly amused seeing one thing in the children.

⁸⁷किस बात पर?

¹⁰³What is that?

⁸⁸चैलेन्ज करते हैं, पर्चा छपाते हैं, भाषण करते हैं, कोर्स कराते हैं।

¹⁰⁴You issue challenges, you have leaflets printed, you give lectures and courses.

⁸⁹क्या कराते हैं?

¹⁰⁵What else do you do?

⁹⁰हम विश्व को परिवर्तन करेंगे।

¹⁰⁶You say that you will transform the world.

⁹¹यह तो सभी बोलते हैं ना! ⁹²या नहीं?

¹⁰⁷All of you say this, do you not?

⁹³सभी बोलते हैं या सिर्फ भाषण करने वाले बोलते हैं?

¹⁰⁸Do all of you say this? ¹⁰⁹Or, is it only those who give lectures who say this?

⁹⁴तो एक तरफ कहते हैं विश्व को परिवर्तन करेंगे, मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान हैं!

¹¹⁰On the one hand, you say that you will transform the world, that you are master almighty authorities.

⁹⁵और दूसरे तरफ अपने मन को मेरा मन कहते हैं, मालिक हैं मन के और मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान हैं।

¹¹¹You also say that your mind belongs to you, that you are the masters of your mind; that you are master almighty authorities.

⁹⁶फिर भी कहते हैं मुश्किल है?

¹¹²Even then, on the other hand, you still say that it is difficult!

⁹⁷तो हँसी नहीं आयेगी!

¹¹³So would Baba not be amused by this?

⁹⁸आयेगी ना हंसी!

¹¹⁴He would be amused, wouldn’t He?

⁹⁹तो जिस समय सोचते हो, मन नहीं मानता,उस समय अपने ऊपर मुस्कराना।

¹¹⁵So when you think that your mind is not listening to you, then you too should be amused with yourself.

¹⁰⁰मन में कोई भी बात आती है तो बापदादा ने देखा है तीन लकीरें गाई हुई हैं।

¹¹⁶BapDada sees the three types of lines that are remembered for when anything enters your mind. ¹¹⁷One is a line drawn on water.

¹⁰¹एक पानी पर लकीर,पानी पर लकीर देखी है,लगाओ लकीर तो उसी समय मिट जायेगी।

¹¹⁸Have you seen a line drawn on water? ¹¹⁹As soon as you try to draw such a line, it is instantly erased.

¹⁰²लगाते तो है ना!

¹²⁰You do draw this line, do you not?

¹⁰³तो दूसरी है किसी भी कागज पर, स्लेट पर कहाँ भी लकीर लगाना और सबसे बड़ी लकीर है पत्थर पर लकीर।

¹²¹The second is to draw a line on paper or on a slate. ¹²²However, the biggest line is a line carved (drawn) on stone.

¹⁰⁴पत्थर की लकीर मिटती बहुत मुश्किल है।

¹²³It is very difficult to erase a line carved on stone.

¹⁰⁵तो बापदादा देखते हैं कि कई बार बच्चे अपने ही मन में पत्थर की लकीर के मुआफ़िक पक्की लकीर लगा देते हैं।

¹²⁴BapDada sees that, sometimes you children carve a very deep line in your mind like a line carved on stone.

¹⁰⁶जो मिटाते हैं लेकिन मिटती नहीं है।

¹²⁵You can’t then erase it even when you try to do so.

¹⁰⁷ऐसी लकीर अच्छी है?

¹²⁶Is such a line good?

¹⁰⁸कितना वारी प्रतिज्ञा भी करते हैं, अब से नहीं करेंगे।

¹²⁷You promise so many times, “I will now stop doing this.

¹⁰⁹अब से नहीं होगा। ¹¹⁰लेकिन फिर-फिर परवश हो जाते हैं।

¹²⁸This will not happen any more”, but you then become influenced by something.

¹¹¹इसलिए बापदादा को बच्चों पर घृणा नहीं आती है, रहम आता है।

¹²⁹This is why BapDada does not dislike you children, but He has mercy for you. ¹³⁰You are influenced.

¹¹²परवश हो जाते हैं। ¹¹³तो परवश पर रहम आता है।

¹³¹Therefore, one feels mercy for someone who is influenced.

¹¹⁴जब बापदादा ऐसे रहम भाव से बच्चों को देखते हैं तो ड्रामा के पर्दे पर क्या आ जाता है? ¹¹⁵कब तक?

¹³²When BapDada sees you children with His vision of mercy, then what appears on the curtains of the drama?

¹¹⁶तो इसका उत्तर आप दो। ¹¹⁷कब तक?

¹³³The question “For how much longer?”

¹¹⁸कुमार दे सकते हैं - कब तक यह समाप्त होगा?

¹³⁴Therefore, you have to reply to this. ¹³⁵Will you reply?

¹¹⁹बहुत प्लैन बनाते हो ना कुमार!

¹³⁶How much longer? ¹³⁷Can you kumars reply?

¹²⁰तो कब तक, बता सकते हो?

¹³⁸When will all this finish?

¹²¹आखिर भी यह कब तक? ¹²²बोलो।

¹³⁹You kumars make many plans, do you not?

¹²³जवाब आता है कब तक?

¹⁴⁰So, for how much longer?

¹²⁴दादियां सुनाओ।

¹⁴¹Are you able to reply to this?

¹²⁵(जब तक संगमयुग है तब तक थोड़ा-थोड़ा रहेगा) तो संगमयुग भी कब तक?

¹⁴²How much longer is this to continue before it eventually stops? ¹⁴³Speak! ¹⁴⁴Do you know the answer? ¹⁴⁵Dadis, speak!

¹²⁶(जब फरिश्ता बन जायेंगे) वह भी कब तक?

¹⁴⁶(It will continue a little whilst it is still the confluence age.)

¹²⁷(बाबा बतायें) फरिश्ता बनना आपको है या बाप को?

¹⁴⁷But, for how much longer is the confluence age going to continue?

¹²⁸तो इसका जवाब सोचना।

¹⁴⁸(Until we become angels.)

¹²⁹बाप तो कहेंगे अब, तैयार हैं?

¹⁴⁹But when will that be? ¹⁵⁰(Baba should tell us.)

¹³⁰आधी माला में भी हाथ नहीं उठाया।

¹⁵¹Is it you who have to become angels or is it the Father?

¹³¹बापदादा सदा ही बच्चों को सम्पन्न स्वरूप में देखने चाहते हैं।

¹⁵²Therefore, think about the answer to this. ¹⁵³Baba would say “Now!” ¹⁵⁴So, are you ready?

¹³²जब कहते ही हो, बाप ही मेरा संसार है।

¹⁵⁵You didn’t raise your hands for even half the rosary!

¹³³यह तो सब कहते हो ना! ¹³⁴दूसरा भी कोई संसार है क्या?

¹⁵⁶BapDada constantly wants to see you children in your perfect form.

¹³⁵बाप ही संसार है, तो संसार के बाहर और क्या है?

¹⁵⁷You say that Baba is your world (sansar). ¹⁵⁸All of you do say this, do you not?

¹³⁶सिर्फ संस्कार परिवर्तन करने की बात है। ¹³⁷ब्राह्मणों के जीवन में मैजारिटी विघ्न रूप बनता है - संस्कार।

¹⁵⁹Do you have any other world? ¹⁶⁰If Baba is your world, can there be anything outside this world? ¹⁶¹It is just a matter of transforming your sanskars.

¹³⁸चाहे अपना संस्कार, चाहे दूसरों का संस्कार। ¹³⁹ज्ञान सभी में है, शक्तियां भी सभी के पास हैं।

¹⁶²In your Brahmin life, for most of the time, it is sanskars that cause obstacles, whether they are your own sanskars or the sanskars of others.

¹⁴⁰लेकिन कारण क्या होता है? ¹⁴¹जो शक्ति, जिस समय कार्य में लानी चाहिए,उस समय इमर्ज होने के बजाए थोड़ा पीछे इमर्ज होती हैं।

¹⁶³All of you have knowledge, all of you have the powers, but what is the reason for obstacles? ¹⁶⁴Whatever particular power you need at a particular time emerges a little later than it should.

¹⁴²पीछे सोचते हैं कि यह न कहकर यह कहती तो बहुत अच्छा।

¹⁶⁵Afterwards you think, “Instead of saying that, if I had said this, it would have been better.”

¹⁴³यह करने के बजाए यह करती तो बहुत अच्छा।

¹⁶⁶“Instead of doing that, if I had done this, it would have been better.”

¹⁴⁴लेकिन जो समय पास होने का था वह तो निकल जाता है, वैसे सभी अपने में शक्तियों को सोचते भी रहते हो, सहनशक्ति यह है, निर्णय शक्ति यह है,ऐसे यूज़ करना चाहिए।

¹⁶⁷However, the time you had to pass that test has by then passed by. ¹⁶⁸You even think about all the powers you have: I have the power to tolerate, I have the power to discriminate, I should use this power.

¹⁴⁵सिर्फ थोड़े समय का अन्तर पड़ जाता है।

¹⁶⁹There is just the difference of a short time.

¹⁴⁶और दूसरी बात क्या होती है?

¹⁷⁰What else happens?

¹⁴⁷चलो एक बार समय पर शक्ति कार्य में नहीं आई और बाद में महसूस भी किया कि यह न करके यह करना चाहिए था।

¹⁷¹OK, you were not able to use that power at that time, and you even realise what you should have done instead of what you did.

¹⁴⁸समझ में आ जाता है पीछे।

¹⁷²You realise later what you should have done.

¹⁴⁹लेकिन उस गलती को एक बार अनुभव करने के बाद आगे के लिए अनुभवी बन उसको अच्छी तरह से रियलाइज़ कर लें जो दुबारा नहीं हो।

¹⁷³Having made that mistake once, you should become experienced and realise what your mistake was so that you don’t make that same mistake again.

¹⁵⁰फिर भी प्रोग्रेस हो सकती है।

¹⁷⁴Even then, there can be progress.

¹⁵¹उस समय समझ में आता है - यह रांग है, यह राइट है।

¹⁷⁵At that time, you can understand what is wrong and what is right.

¹⁵²लेकिन वही गलती दुबारा नहीं हो, उसके लिए अपने आपसे अच्छी तरह से रियलाइज़ेशन करना, उसमें भी इतना फुल परसेन्ट पास नहीं होते।

¹⁷⁶You should make yourself realise very clearly so that you do not make that same mistake again. ¹⁷⁷However, even in this, the full percentage of you are not able to pass. ¹⁷⁸Maya too is very clever.

¹⁵³और माया बड़ी चतुर है, वही बात मानो आपमें सहनशक्ति कम है, तो ऐसी ही बात जिसमें आपको सहनशक्ति यूज़ करना है, एक बार आपने रियलाइज़ कर लिया, लेकिन माया क्या करती है कि दूसरी बारी थोड़ा-सा रूप बदली करके आती है।

¹⁷⁹She comes to test you again in the same thing. ¹⁸⁰For instance, if you lack the power to tolerate, then even though you have realised that once, Maya will again bring about a situation for which you would need the power to tolerate, but, at that time, she would change her form a little.

¹⁵⁴होती वही बात है लेवि्ान जैसे आजकल के ज़माने में चीज़ वही पुरानी होती है लेकिन पालिश ऐसी कर देते हैं जो नई से भी नई दिखाई दे। ¹⁵⁵तो माया भी ऐसे पालिश करके आती है जो बात का रहस्य वही होता है, मानों आपमें ईर्ष्या आ गई।

¹⁸¹It is the same thing, but Maya changes her form a little. ¹⁸²It is the same old thing, but as happens nowadays, something old is polished very well and made to appear almost new, so, Maya too, comes polished in such a way, that you don’t recognise that the significance of the situation is the same.

¹⁵⁶ईर्ष्या भी भिन्न-भिन्न रूप की है, एक रूप की नहीं है।

¹⁸³For instance, you may have become jealous. ¹⁸⁴Jealousy too is of many types, not just of one type.

¹⁵⁷तो बीज ईर्ष्या का ही होगा लेकिन और रूप में आयेगी।

¹⁸⁵So, the seed would be of jealousy, but it would come in a different form.

¹⁵⁸उसी रूप में नहीं आती है। ¹⁵⁹तो कई बार सोचते हैं कि यह बात पहले वाली तो वह थी ना, यह तो बात ही दूसरी हुई ना।

¹⁸⁶It will not come in the same form, so you would sometimes think, “The thing that happened before was different. ¹⁸⁷This thing is totally different.”

¹⁶⁰लेकिन बीज वही होता है सिर्फ रूप परिवर्तित होता है।

¹⁸⁸However, the seed is the same. ¹⁸⁹It’s just that its form has been transformed.

¹⁶¹उसके लिए कौन-सी शक्ति चाहिए?

¹⁹⁰What power do you need to recognise this?

¹⁶²- `परखने की शक्ति।

¹⁹¹The power to discriminate.

¹⁶³' इसके लिए बापदादा ने पहले भी कहा है कि दो बातों का अटेन्शन रखो।

¹⁶⁷अन्दर रखने से गैस का गुब्बारा भर जाता है और आखिर क्या होगा? ¹⁶⁸फटेगा ना!

¹⁹⁶What happens when you keep it within you? ¹⁹⁷What would happen if a balloon were to be filled with too much gas?

¹⁶⁹तो सच्ची दिल - चलो आत्माओं के आगे थोड़ा संकोच होता है,थोड़ा शर्म-सा आता है - पता नहीं मुझे किस दृष्टि से देखेंगे।

¹⁹⁸It would eventually explode, would it not? ¹⁹⁹Therefore, keep your heart honest. ²⁰⁰OK, perhaps you hesitate a little before speaking in front of other souls.

¹⁷⁰लेकिन सच्ची दिल से, महसूसता से बापदादा के आगे रखो।

¹⁷¹ऐसे नहीं मैंने बापदादा को कह दिया, यह गलती हो गई।

¹⁷²जैसे आर्डर चलाते हैं - हाँ, मेरे से यह गलती हो गई, ऐसे नहीं।

²⁰³Don’t say, “I have already told BapDada about the mistake I made.”

¹⁷³महसूसता की शक्ति से, सच्ची दिल से, सिर्फ दिमाग से नहीं लेकिन दिल से अगर बापदादा के आगे महसूस करते हैं तो दिल खाली हो जायेगी, किचड़ा खत्म।

²⁰⁴Don’t say it as though you are issuing an order, “Yes, I made this mistake.” ²⁰⁵With your power of realisation and your honest heart, place it in front of BapDada ­ with your heart, not your head ­ with your heart.

¹⁷⁴बातें बड़ी नहीं होती है, छोटी ही होती है लेकिन अगर आपकी दिल में छोटी-छोटी बातें भी इकट्ठी होती रहती हैं तो उनसे दिल भर जाती है।

²⁰⁶Your heart will then be emptied of that rubbish; it will be destroyed. ²⁰⁷Your heart becomes full of little things, and they are always little things, those things are never big.

¹⁷⁵खाली तो नहीं रहती है ना!

²⁰⁸You fill your heart with all the little things you collect.

¹⁷⁶तो दिल खाली नहीं तो दिलाराम कहाँ बैठेगा! ¹⁷⁷बैठने की जगह तो हो ना!

²⁰⁹Then your heart is no longer empty, and when your heart is not empty, where can the Comforter of Hearts sit?

¹⁷⁸तो सच्ची दिल पर साहेब राज़ी।

²¹⁰There should at least be a place for Him to sit!

¹⁷⁹जो हूँ,जैसी हूँ,जो हूँ, जैसा हूँ, बाबा आपका हूँ।

²¹¹Or not? ²¹²So, the Lord is pleased with an honest heart.

¹⁸⁰बापदादा तो जानते ही हैं कि नम्बरवार तो होने ही हैं।

²¹³Whatever I am, however I am, Baba, I am Yours.

¹⁸¹इसीलिए बापदादा उस नज़र से आपको नहीं देखेगा।

²¹⁴BapDada knows that everyone is going to be numberwise.

¹⁸²लेकिन सच्ची दिल और दूसरा कहा था - सदा बुद्धि की लाइन क्लीयर हो।

²¹⁵This is why BapDada doesn’t see you with that vision. ²¹⁶However, you must have an honest heart.

¹⁸³लाइन में डिस्टर्बेंस नहीं हो, कटआफ नहीं हो।

²¹⁷Secondly, the line of your intellect must always be clear.

¹⁸⁴बापदादा जो एक्स्ट्रा समय पर शक्ति देने चाहते हैं, दुआयें देने चाहते हैं, एक्स्ट्रा मदद देने चाहते हैं, अगर डिस्टर्बेंस होगी तो वह मिल नहीं सकेगी।

²¹⁸There should be no disturbance in your line. ²¹⁹The line should not be cut off. ²²⁰Otherwise, you become unable to receive the extra power, blessings and help that BapDada wants to give you at your time of need.

¹⁸⁵लाइन क्लीयर ही नहीं है, क्लीन नहीं है, कटआफ है, तो यह जो प्राप्ति होनी चाहिए वह नहीं होती।

²²¹If your line is not clear, if it is not clean, the line is cut off, then you are unable to attain what you should.

¹⁸⁶कई बच्चे कहते हैं, कहते नहीं हैं तो सोचते हैं - कोई-कोई आत्मा को बहुत सहयोग मिलता, ब्राह्मणों का भी मिलता,बड़ों का भी मिलता, बापदादा का भी मिलता,हमको कम मिलता है।

²²²Many children say – if they don’t say ­ they think, “Some souls receive a lot of co­ operation. ²²³They receive it from Brahmins, from seniors and even from BapDada. ²²⁴I don’t receive as much as they do.”

¹⁸⁷कारण क्या?

²²⁵What is the reason for this?

¹⁸⁸बाप तो दाता है, सागर है, जितना जो लेने चाहे बापदादा के भण्डारे में ताला-चाबी नहीं है, पहरेदार नहीं है।

²²⁶Baba is the Bestower, He is the Ocean. ²²⁷Any of you can take as much as you want, because BapDada’s treasure­store has no lock or key. ²²⁸There are no guards.

¹⁸⁹बाबा कहा, जी हाज़र। ¹⁹⁰बाबा कहा - लो। ¹⁹¹दाता है ना।

²²⁹As soon as you say “Baba”, Baba replies, “Ji Hajir” (I am present.)

¹⁹²दाता भी है और सागर भी है।

²³⁰As soon as you say, “Baba”, He gives.

¹⁹³तो क्या कमी होगी?

²³¹He is the Bestower.

¹⁹⁴इन्हीं दो बातों की कमी होती है।

²³²He is the Bestower and He is also the Ocean. ²³³So what could He lack?

¹⁹⁵एक सच्ची दिल, साफ दिल हो, चतुराई नहीं करो।

²³⁴Therefore, pay attention to these two things: An honest heart, a clean heart.

¹⁹⁶चतुराई बहुत करते हैं।

²³⁵Do not try to be clever!

¹⁹⁷भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार की चतुराई करते हैं।

²³⁶Many of you become too clever! ²³⁷You try to be clever in different ways.

¹⁹⁸तो साफ दिल, सच्ची दिल और दूसरा बुद्धि की लाइन सदा चेक करो क्लीयर है और क्लीन है?

²³⁸Always check that you have a clean and honest heart and that the line of your intellect is always clear and clean.

¹⁹⁹आजकल के साइन्स के साधनों में भी देखते हो ना थोड़ी भी डिस्टर्बेंस क्लीयर नहीं करने देती।

²³⁹Even when there is a little disturbance with facilities of science, you can see that it stops it from being clear.

²⁰⁰तो यह ज़रूर करो।

²⁴⁶BapDada has seen that there is still one particular sanskar. ²⁴⁷Or, you can call it nature. ²⁴⁸Even though each of you has your own nature, it is only when you have love for everyone and everything, when your relationships are successful, your thoughts are victorious and your words are full of sweetness that you are called one with an easy nature.

²⁰⁵अलबेलापन अलग चीज़ है।

²⁴⁹You should not have a careless nature.

²⁰⁶इज़ी नेचर उसको कहा जाता है - जैसा समय, जैसा व्यक्ति,जैसा सरकमस्टांश उसको परखते हुए अपने को इज़ी कर देवे।

²⁵⁰Carelessness is something different. ²⁵¹An easy nature is recognising the time, the person, the circumstances and thus making yourself easy.

²⁰⁷इज़ी अर्थात् मिलनसार।

²⁵²To be easy means to be in harmony.

²⁰⁸टाइट नेचर बहुत टू-मच ऑफिशियल नहीं,ऑफिशियल रहना अच्छा है लेकिन टू-मच नहीं और समय पर जब समय ऐसा है, उस समय अगर कोई ऑफिशियल बन जाता है तो वह गुण के बजाए,उनकी विशेषता उस समय नहीं लगती।

²⁵³Do not have a tight nature of being too official. ²⁵⁴It is good to remain official, but not too much! ²⁵⁵If you become official at the wrong time, then for that time, it no longer appears to be a special virtue. ²⁵⁶No matter whether you are young or mature, you should be able to mould yourself and be flexible.

²⁰⁹अपने को मोल्ड कर सके,मिलनसार हो सके, छोटा हो, बड़ा हो।

²⁵⁷With the grown­ups, you should be able to become like them, and with children, you should be able to become like them.

²¹⁰बड़े से बड़ेपन में चल सके,छोटे से छोटेपन में चल सके।

²⁵⁸With your companions, you should be able to continue with them as their companion.

²¹¹साथियों में साथी बनके चल सके,बड़ों से रिगार्ड से चल सके।

²⁵⁹With the elders, you should be able to carry on with them and have regard for them.

²¹²इज़ी मोल्ड कर सके,शरीर भी इजी रखते हैं ना तो जहाँ भी चाहें मुड जाते हैं और टाइट होगा तो मुड नहीं सकेगा।

²⁶⁰You should be able to mould yourself easily. ²⁶¹Some people keep their bodies easy (flexible), so that they are able to turn as they want.

²¹³अलबेला भी नहीं, इज़ी है तो जहाँ चाहे इज़ी हो जाए, अलबेला हो जाए। ²¹⁴नहीं।

²⁶²However, if they are too tense, they are unable to turn themselves. ²⁶³You shouldn’t even be careless.

²¹⁵बापदादा ने कहा ना इजी हो जाओ तो इज़ी हो गये, ऐसे नहीं करना।

²⁶⁴It isn’t that if you are easy, you can become easy and careless about everything! ²⁶⁵No!

²¹⁶इज़ी नेचर अर्थात् जैसा समय वैसा अपना स्वरूप बना सके।

²⁶⁶Do not then say, “Well! ²⁶⁷BapDada told us to be easy and so we have become easy!”

²¹⁷अच्छा – ²¹⁸डबल विदेशियों को अच्छा चांस मिला है।

²⁶⁸To have an easy nature means to be able to adjust your form according to the time.

²¹⁹देखो,मधुबन वालों को भी इस सीज़न में चांस नहीं मिला है लेकिन विदेशियों को दो टर्न मिले हैं। ²²⁰लाडले हो गये ना!

²⁶⁹Achcha, you double foreigners have received a good chance. ²⁷⁰Look, even the Madhuban residents have not had a chance this season, and yet the foreigners had two turns!

²²¹बापदादा को भी डबल विदेशी प्रिय लगते हैं क्योंकि हिम्मत रख अच्छे आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।

²²⁶छोटी-छोटी बात पर कन्फ्यूज़ होते हो?

²⁷⁸BapDada has seen that previously you used to become very confused.

²²⁷हाँ नहीं कह रहे हैं।

²⁷⁹However, there is now a difference.

²²⁸बापदादा ने देखा है कि पहले बहुत ज्यादा कन्फ्यूज़ होते थे, अभी फर्क है।

²⁸⁰You have courage, and, because of your courage, you also receive BapDada’s help.

²²⁹हिम्मत अच्छी रखते हैं और हिम्मत होने के कारण बाप की मदद भी है।

²⁸¹There is a difference, is there not? ²⁸²It is different from before, is it not?

²³⁰फर्क है ना? ²³¹पहले से फर्क है ना!

²⁸³There are now less stories, are there not?

²³²अभी कथायें कम होती हैं ना!

²⁸⁴Keep them short! ²⁸⁵Do not tell long stories!

²³³लम्बी बातें नहीं करो।

²⁸⁶Definitely speak!

²³⁴बात जरूर करो, दिल में नहीं रखो लेकिन शार्ट में करो।

²⁸⁷Don’t keep it in your heart! ²⁸⁸Definitely speak, but keep it short!

²³⁵ज्यादा विस्तार जो 10 शब्द में स्पष्ट करो,वह 2- 3शब्दों में बोल सकते हो क्योंकि बढ़ने तो हैं ही ना!

²⁸⁹Instead of expanding something by using 10 words, you can relate it in two or three words. ²⁹⁰The number of you is going to increase.

²³⁶अभी भी देखो बढ़ गये हैं ना!

²⁹¹Even now, they have increased, have they not?

²³⁷डबल फारेन की संख्या बढ़ गई है ना!

²⁹²The number of double foreigners has increased.

²³⁸और बढ़ने तो हैं ही।

²⁹³They are going to increase even more!

²³⁹तो जब बढ़ते जाते हैं तो जरूर शार्ट करना पड़ेगा ना!

²⁹⁴Since the number of you is increasing, you will have to keep everything short.

²⁴⁰फिर भी काफी हद तक साफ दिल भी रहते हैं, छिपाते कम हैं।

²⁹⁵Nevertheless, most of you have a clean heart. ²⁹⁶You don’t hide things so much.

²⁴¹बापदादा साफ दिल उसे कहते हैं - जिसमें स्वभाव-संस्कार,बोल, मन्सा संकल्प, ज़रा भी पुराना किचड़ा नहीं हो।

²⁹⁷However, BapDada calls a clean heart a heart that doesn’t have any old rubbish of nature, sanskars, words or thoughts.

²⁴²ऐसा दिन कब आयेगा जो कोई भी चाहे भारतवासी, चाहे डबल फारेनर आवे,मिले और सिर्फ लाइन में सब कहें ओ.के., ओ.के… आयेगा ऐसा दिन?

²⁹⁸When will the day come when both Bharatwasis and double­foreigners all form a queue and say, “OK, OK”. ²⁹⁹When will such a day come?

²⁴³जैसे आप लोगों ने अप्लीकेशन की है कि सेकण्ड-सेकण्ड दृष्टि लेते जाएं।

³⁰⁰All of you made the application for everyone to come and take a second’s drishti.

²⁴⁴तो बापदादा फिर कहते हैं आज तो आप लोगों की आशा पूर्ण करेंगे लेकिन ऐसा भी दिन लाओ, चाहे दादियों के पास, चाहे बापदादा के सामने, ऐसे लाइन में सब दिल से कहें,ओ.के.।

³⁰¹BapDada says: OK, your desire will be fulfilled today. ³⁰²However, you should also bring about such a day, when all of you form a queue and come in front of the Dadis or in front of BapDada and say from your heart that you are OK.

²⁴⁵यह हो सकता है?

²⁷⁷तो आज दादियों की लिस्ट में हैं ना!

³⁵⁴Say, “Why should we not come? ³⁵⁵If we don’t, then who would?”

²⁸⁶नशा रखो, निश्चय रखो तो क्या बड़ी बात है।

³⁵⁶By having this intoxication and faith, it isn’t a big thing.

²⁸⁷बाप के बन तो गये, अभी वापस तो जाना नहीं है।

³⁵⁷You now belong to the Father anyway. ³⁵⁸You are not going to go back to anywhere now.

²⁸⁸अगर वापस भी जायेंगे तो न उस दुनिया के रहेंगे, न इस दुनिया के।

³⁵⁹If you do go back, then you would neither belong to that outside world nor would you belong to this world (with Baba).
