¹In order to be loved by the Father and everyone, be a jewel of contentment and free from the influence of every situation.

²आज चारों ओर के सन्तुष्ट आत्माओं को देख रहे हैं।

²Today, Baba was seeing the contented souls everywhere.

³सन्तुष्ट मणियां चारों ओर अपने मणि की चमक फैला रही हैं।

³The jewels of contentment are spreading the sparkle of their jewel everywhere.

⁴सबसे बड़े से बड़ी स्थिति है ही सन्तुष्टता की।

⁴The greatest stage of all is that of contentment.

⁵सदा सन्तुष्ट सभी को प्रिय लगते हैं।

⁵Those who are always content are loved by everyone.

⁶बाप को तो प्रिय है ही, सदा सन्तुष्ट वही रह सकता है जिसको सर्व प्राप्तियां हैं।

⁶You are anyway loved by the Father. ⁷Those who have all attainments remain constantly content.

⁷प्राप्तियों का आधार सन्तुष्टता है इसलिए ऐसी आत्मायें सर्व ब्राह्मण आत्माओं को प्रिय हैं।

⁸The basis of contentment is all attainments and this is why such souls are loved by all Brahmin souls.

⁸सर्व प्राप्तियां अर्थात् सदा सन्तुष्ट।

⁹To have all attainments means to be constantly content.

⁹सन्तुष्ट आत्मा का वायुमण्डल में भी प्रभाव पड़ता है और सर्व प्राप्तियां हैं परमात्मा की देन।

¹⁰A contented soul has an impact on the atmosphere, and all attainments are a gift from God.

¹⁰परमात्मा बाप द्वारा सर्व शक्तियां, सर्व गुण, सर्व खज़ाने प्राप्त की हुई आत्मा सदा सन्तुष्ट रहती है।

¹¹A soul who has received all powers, all virtues and all treasures from God always remains content.

¹¹सन्तुष्ट आत्मा की स्थिति सदा प्रगतिशील रहती है।

¹²The stage of a contented soul constantly progresses.

¹²परिस्थिति सन्तुष्ट आत्मा के ऊपर प्रभाव नहीं डाल सकती क्योंकि जहाँ सन्तुष्टता है वहाँ सर्व शक्तियां सर्व गुण स्वतः ही आते हैं।

¹³Situations cannot influence a contented soul because where there is contentment there are automatically all powers and all virtues.

¹³एक सन्तुष्टता अनेक गुणों को अपना लेती है।

¹⁴The one virtue of contentment is able to adopt many virtues.

¹⁴तो हर एक अपने से पूछे कि मैं सदा सन्तुष्ट आत्मा रहती हूँ!

¹⁵So, each one should ask the self: Am I a soul who remains constantly content?

¹⁵सन्तुष्ट आत्मा सदा सर्व के, बाप के समीप और समान स्थिति में रहती है।

¹⁶A contented soul is always close to everyone and has a stage equal to that of the Father.

¹⁶लेकिन इस स्थिति में रहने के लिए बहुत साक्षी दृष्टा अवस्था चाहिए, त्रिकालदर्शी अवस्था चाहिए।

¹⁷However, in order to remain in this stage, you need to have a very detached stage and the trikaldarshi stage.

¹⁷हर कर्म त्रिकालदर्शी अर्थात् हर बात को तीनों कालों को परख फिर कर्म करने वाले।

¹⁸Such a soul is trikaldarshi in every action, that is, in every situation he will discern its three aspects and then perform that action.

¹⁸इसके लिए दो बातें आवश्यक हैं।

¹⁹For this, two things are necessary.

¹⁹वह दो बातें हैं सम्बन्ध और सम्पत्ति।

²⁰Those two things are relationship and wealth.

²⁰सम्बन्ध भी अविनाशी, सम्पत्ति भी अविनाशी। ²¹वह प्राप्त होता है अविनाशी बाप द्वारा।

²¹Relationship is imperishable and wealth is imperishable and they are attained from the imperishable Father.

²²जब अविनाशी सम्पत्ति और सम्बन्ध प्राप्त हो जाता तो आत्मा सदा सन्तुष्ट और बाप की, सर्व आत्माओं की अति प्रिय हो जाती है।

²²When you have received imperishable wealth and relationships, then the soul is constantly content and becomes deeply loved by the Father and all souls.

²³कोई भी परिस्थिति माया के रूप में आती है तो घबराते नहीं हैं।

²³Then, when Maya comes in any form, you do not become afraid.

²⁴ऐसे महसूस करते हैं जैसे बेहद के पर्दे पर मिक्की माउस का खेल चल रहा है।

²⁴You then feel as though a Mickey Mouse film is being shown on the unlimited screen.

²⁵परेशान नहीं होते, मिक्की हाउस का खेल देख मनोरंजन करते हैं।

²⁵You are then not distressed. ²⁶Seeing the Mickey Mouse film, you are entertained.

²⁶माया के भिन्न-भिन्न रूप, भिन्न-भिन्न मिक्की माउस के रूप में अनुभव करते हैं।

²⁷You experience the game of Mickey Mouse on the unlimited screen as different forms of Maya.

²⁷ऐसी स्थिति का अनुभव बाप द्वारा सर्व को प्राप्त करना ही हैं और किया भी है।

²⁸All of you have to experience such a stage through the Father and you have all done that.

²⁸बापदादा देखते हैं निर्भय, एकाग्र बुद्धि बन कोई भी परिस्थिति में डगमग नहीं होते।

²⁹BapDada is seeing that you remain fearless and have stable and concentrated intellects and do not fluctuate in any situation.

²⁹ऐसे विजयी आत्मायें सदा जो बाप की हर बच्चे में शुभ आशा है कि हर बच्चा सदा विजयी बन बाप को अपना विजय का स्वरूप दिखावे, तो हर एक अपने से पूछे मैं कौन?

³⁰You are constantly such victorious souls. ³¹The Father has a pure desire for each of you children: that each child be constantly victorious and shows the Father your form of being victorious. ³²So, each of you can ask yourself: Who am I?

³⁰बापदादा ने पहले भी सुनाया है कि कभी-कभी का शब्द समय प्रमाण अभी ब्राह्मण डिक्शनरी से समाप्त कर दो।

³³BapDada has told you earlier too that, now, according to the time, you have to remove the word “sometimes” from the Brahmin dictionary.

³¹जब बाप से वर्सा सदा का लेना है तो हर प्राप्ति सदा प्राप्त हो क्योंकि बाप के दिल की आशाओं को पूर्ण करने वाले आशाओं के दीपक हैं।

³⁴Since you are going to claim an inheritance from the Father for all time, then you should have all attainments for all time because you are the lamps of hope who will fulfil the hopes in the Father’s heart.

³²उनके संकल्प में भी कभी-कभी शब्द आ नहीं सकता क्यों?

³⁵There cannot be the word “sometimes”, even in your thoughts. ³⁶Why?

³³सदा बाप के साथ और बाप के साथी हैं।

³⁷Because you are constantly with the Father and you are the Father’s companions.

³⁴साथ रहने वाले भी और साथी बन विश्व परिवर्तन का कार्य करने वाले।

³⁸You are the ones who stay with the Father and, being His companions, you are those who carry out the task of world transformation.

³⁵तो बोलो, यह सदा का वरदान बापदादा द्वारा प्राप्त कर लिया है ना!

³⁹So, speak! ⁴⁰You have received this blessing of “sada” (constantly) from BapDada, have you not?

³⁶यह तो जन्म लेते ही बापदादा हर बच्चे को सदा यही वरदान देते हैं, सदा योगी भव, पवित्र भव।

⁴¹In fact, as soon as each child takes birth, BapDada always gives this blessing: May you be constantly yogi and pure.

³⁷उस वरदान द्वारा जो भी प्राप्तियां होती हैं वह सदा के लिए होती हैं। ³⁸कभी-कभी के लिए नहीं।

⁴²Whatever attainments you receive through that blessing are for all time, not for some time.

³⁹तो सभी बच्चे सदा के अधिकारी हैं क्योंकि बाप का हर बच्चे से चाहे लास्ट बच्चा है लेकिन बाप को हर बच्चे से दिल का प्यार है क्योंकि जो बड़े-बड़े लोग हैं, अपने को समझदार समझते हैं वह भी बाप को पहचान नहीं सके, लेकिन बापदादा के लास्ट बच्चे ने बाप को पहचान लिया।

⁴³So, all the children have a right for all time because, even if it is the last child, the Father has love in His heart for all the children. ⁴⁴Even great, eminent people who consider themselves to be wise are not able to recognise the Father, whereas the last child of BapDada has recognised the Father.

⁴⁰दिल से कहते हैं मेरा बाबा इसलिए बाप का हर बच्चे से अविनाशी प्यार है इसलिए हर बच्चे को बाप का वरदान है।

⁴⁵They say from their heart, “My Baba”, and this is why the Father has eternal love for every child, which is why each child has received the Father’s blessing.

⁴¹रोज़ बापदादा चाहे नम्बरवार हैं लेकिन एक ही समय, एक ही वरदान सभी बच्चों को इकठ्ठा देते हैं।

⁴⁶Every day BapDada gives the same blessing to all the children at the same time, even though they are numberwise.

⁴²हर रोज़ बापदादा का हर बच्चा नम्बरवार भले है लेकिन मेरा बाबा कहा तो वरदान के अधिकारी बन गया।

⁴⁷Although all the children are numberwise, every day, as soon as the child says, “My Baba”, he claims a right to the blessing.

⁴³हर एक बच्चे को चाहे कहाँ भी रहते हैं, इण्डिया में रहते हैं या फॉरेन में रहते हैं लेकिन वरदान सभी को एक ही बापदादा का मिलता है और वरदान को प्राप्त कर खुश भी होते हैं लेकिन दो प्रकार के बच्चे हैं एक बच्चे वरदान को देख खुश जरूर होते हैं लेकिन आगे नम्बर वही लेते हैं जो सिर्फ वरदान को देख खुश नहीं होते, वर्णन नहीं करते कि यह मेरा वरदान है लेकिन वरदान को फलीभूत करते हैं।

⁴⁸Whether the children are living in India or abroad, each child receives the same blessing from BapDada, and, having received the blessing, you do become happy, but there are two types of children. ⁴⁹One type is the children who definitely become happy that they have received a blessing, but the ones who claim a number ahead are not those who become happy on just seeing the blessing and speaking about it, that this is their blessing, but they make their blessing fruitful.

⁴⁴वरदान से लाभ लेकर वरदान का फल निकालते हैं।

⁵⁰They take the benefit of the blessing and attain fruit from that blessing.

⁴⁵बीज है लेकिन बीज को फलीभूत नहीं करें, फल नहीं निकालें तो सिर्फ खुशी होती है, वरदान से फल निकालने के लिए जैसे कोई भी बीज होता है, उसका फल निकालने के लिए उनको पानी और धूप चाहिए तभी फल निकलता है।

⁵¹You have the seed, but if you do not make the seed bear fruit, that is, if you do not make it fruitful, then there is just happiness. ⁵²In order to get fruit from the blessing, just as with any other seed, in order to get fruit from it, it needs water and sunshine for only then does it bear fruit.

⁴⁶तो यहाँ भी हर बच्चे को जब वरदान का फल निकालना है, जिससे विस्तार होता जाए, अपने ही मन में वरदान के फल द्वारा वृद्धि होती जाए, तो यहाँ भी बाप कहते हैं कि वरदान का फल निकालने के लिए बार-बार वरदान को स्मृति में लाओ।

⁵³So, here, too, when each of you children wants to extract fruit from your blessing so that expansion can take place, so that there is growth in your own mind through the fruit of the blessing, then, here, too, the Father says: In order to extract fruit from the blessing, repeatedly bring that blessing into your awareness.

⁴⁷स्मृति स्वरूप के स्थिति में स्थित रहो।

⁵⁴Remain stable in the stage of being an embodiment of awareness.

⁴⁸बार-बार सिमरण नहीं लेकिन स्मृति, यह है पानी देना और स्वरूप में स्थित होना यह है धूप लगाना।

⁵⁵It is not to keep remembering it again and again (simran), but to have that awareness (smruti) means to give it water, and to remain stable in that form is to give it sunshine.

⁴⁹तो यह फलीभूत होने से स्वयं में भी बहुत शक्ति भरती है और दूसरे को भी उस फल द्वारा शक्ति का अनुभव करा सकते हैं।

⁵⁶So, by this becoming fruitful, you fill yourself with a lot of power and you can also give others an experience of power through that fruit.

⁵⁰तो बापदादा अभी क्या चाहते हैं?

⁵⁷So, what does BapDada now want?

⁵¹हर बच्चा, क्योंकि बापदादा कुछ समय से लेके वार्निंग दे ही रहे हैं समय की।

⁵⁸For some time, BapDada has been warning all the children about time.

⁵²हर बच्चे की पढ़ाई की रिजल्ट का समय अचानक आना है।

⁵⁹The time for the result of each child’s study is going to come suddenly.

⁵³इसके लिए सदा एवररेडी।

⁶⁰For this, remain constantly ever­ready.

⁵⁴साथ-साथ बापदादा यह भी इशारा दे रहे हैं कि अभी समय है उड़ती कला के तीव्र पुरूषार्थ का।

⁶¹Together with that, BapDada is also giving a signal that it is now time to make intense effort for the flying stage.

⁵⁵चल रहे हैं नहीं, उड़ रहे हैं।

⁶²Not that you are moving along, but that you are flying.

⁵⁶साधारण रीति से अपनी दिनचर्या व्यतीत करना, अब वह समय कामन पुरूषार्थ का गया इसलिए बापदादा इशारा दे रहे हैं, हर सेकण्ड, हर संकल्प चेक करो।

⁶³The time for making common effort, of spending your day in an ordinary way has now gone, and this is why BapDada is giving the signal – check every second and every thought.

⁵⁷मानो अपना तीव्र पुरूषार्थ न कर एक घण्टा साधारण पुरूषार्थ में रहे तो एक घण्टे में अचानक अगर फाइनल पेपर का टाइम आ गया तो अन्त मते सो गति, वह एक घण्टे का साधारण पुरूषार्थ कितना नुकसान कर देगा!

⁶⁴For instance, if you are not making intense effort, if you are making ordinary effort for one hour, and if the time for your final paper comes suddenly in that one hour, then that final moment will lead you to your destination, and that ordinary effort of one hour will then cause so much damage!

⁵⁸इसलिए बापदादा हर बच्चे को, हर संकल्प, हर सेकण्ड समय के महत्व को, समय प्रति समय इशारा दे रहे हैं।

⁶⁵This is why, from time to time, BapDada gives every child the signal of the importance of every thought, every second and every moment.

⁵⁹हलचल के समय अचल रहने का पुरूषार्थ तीव्र पुरूषार्थी ही कर सकता।

⁶⁶Only an intense effort­maker is able to make effort to remain unshakeable at the time of upheaval.

⁶⁰साधारण पुरूषार्थी एवररेडी बनने में समय लगा देगा और बापदादा ने कहा है कि सेकण्ड में बिन्दी अर्थात् फुलस्टॉप, अगर तीव्र पुरूषार्थ नहीं होगा तो क्या होता है?

⁶⁷An ordinary effort­maker will take time to become ever­ready, and BapDada has said that you have to put a dot, a full­stop in a second. ⁶⁸What happens if you are not making intense effort?

⁶¹अनुभवी तो हैं।

⁶⁹You are experienced in this.

⁶²फुलस्टॉप के बजाए क्वेश्चन मार्क तो नहीं बन जायेगा!

⁷⁰Instead of a full­stop, it would not become a question mark, would it?

⁶³बिन्दी कितना सहज है और क्वेश्चन कितना टेढ़ा बांका है।

⁷¹A full stop is so easy whereas a question mark is bent and crooked.

⁶⁴फुलस्टॉप तो फुलस्टॉप हो जाए।

⁷²As soon as you say, “full stop”, a full­stop should be applied.

⁶⁵क्वामा की मात्रा भी नहीं हो, आश्चर्य की मात्रा भी नहीं हो।

⁷³It shouldn’t be a comma or even an exclamation mark.

⁶⁶क्या करूं, यह सोचने का भी समय नहीं मिलेगा।

⁷⁴You won’t even have time to think “What should I do?”

⁶⁷तो कोई भी बच्चा यह सोच नहीं सकता कि इतना फास्ट पुरूषार्थ करना ही पेपर में पास होना है।

⁷⁵No child is able to think yet that to make such fast effort means to pass in the paper.

⁶⁸तो बापदादा देखते हैं अभी भी कारणे अकारणें क्यों, क्या, कैसे, ऐसे… यह कोई-कोई बच्चों के रोज़ के चार्ट में दिखाई देता है।

⁷⁶BapDada sees that even now, due to one reason or another, the questions, “Why? ⁷⁷What? ⁷⁸How? ⁷⁹Like this!” are visible in some children’s daily chart.

⁶⁹बहुतों के चार्ट में बापदादा ने देखा है कि वेस्ट थॉट्स की लहर समय ले लेती है और वेस्ट की रफ्तार ऐसी तीव्र होती है जो साधारण संकल्प का एक घण्टा और फास्ट संकल्प का एक मिनट।

⁸⁰BapDada has seen that in the charts of many, a wave of waste thoughts takes up a lot of time, and the speed of waste is so fast – one hour of ordinary thoughts is equivalent to one minute of fast thoughts.

⁷⁰इसलिए आज यह देख रहे थे कि सबकी प्रिय, बापदादा की प्रिय सन्तुष्ट आत्मायें कौन-कौन हैं?

⁸¹Therefore, today, BapDada was seeing who are the contented souls who are loved by everyone and by BapDada.

⁷¹सन्तुष्ट आत्मा के संकल्प में भी यह क्यों, क्या की भाषा स्वप्न में भी नहीं आयेगी क्योंकि उस आत्मा को तीन विशेष बातें, तीन बिन्दियां, आत्मा, परमात्मा और ड्रामा, तीन ही समय पर कार्य में लगा सकते हैं क्योंकि ऐसे समय पर शक्तियों का खज़ाना आवश्यक है और मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान वह हैं जो जिस समय जिस शक्ति को आर्डर करे वह हाज़िर हो जाए।

⁸²The language of “Why? ⁸³What? etc.” will not enter the thoughts or even the dreams of a contented soul because that soul will be able to use at the right time the three special things, the three dots ­ the soul, the Supreme Soul and the drama ­ because, at such a time, the treasure­store of powers is essential, and a master almighty authority is one who is able to order a particular power at any time and that power becomes present at that time.

⁷²चाहिए सहनशक्ति और आ जावे सामना करने की शक्ति, तो है शक्ति लेकिन उस समय काम की नहीं है।

⁸⁴You might want the power of tolerance but, instead of that, if the power to face comes, then although it is a power, that power is of no use at that time.

⁷³तो सर्व खज़ानों की चाबी है तीन बिन्दियां – आप, बाप और ड्रामा।

⁸⁵So, the key to all treasures is the three dots – the self, the Father and the drama.

⁷⁴तो बापदादा का एक संकल्प है, बतायें?

⁸⁶BapDada has one thought: should He tell you?

⁷⁵करना पड़ेगा।

⁸⁷You will have to do it.

⁷⁶जो करने के लिए तैयार हैं, वह हाथ उठाओ।

⁸⁸Those who are ready to do it, raise your hands.

⁷⁷करना पड़ेगा।

⁸⁹You will have to do it.

⁷⁸करना पड़ेगा। ⁷⁹हाथ उठा रहे हैं।

⁹⁰Since you are raising your hands, you will have to do it.

⁸⁰मन का हाथ उठा रहे हैं या शरीर का हाथ उठा रहे हैं?

⁹¹Are you raising the hand of your mind or of your physical body?

⁸¹मन का हाथ पक्का होता है।

⁹²The hand of your mind is strong.

⁸²बापदादा समय प्रमाण हर एक बच्चे से यह शुभ आशा रखते हैं कि 15 दिन के बाद फिर बाप का मिलना होता है, तो यह जो 15 दिन बीतें उसमें यह विशेष अभ्यास करो ट्रायल के लिए, रहना तो सदा है लेकिन 15 दिन की ट्रायल करो और अपने-अपने कनेक्शन वाले सेन्टर्स को भी कराओ, चक्कर लगाके फोन करके उनको याद दिलाओ कि होमवर्क कर रहे हो?

⁹³According to the time, BapDada has this pure desire for each child: you are going to meet the Father again in 15 days’ time, and so, for the next 15 days, use this special practice as a trial. ⁹⁴In fact, you have to remain like this for all time, but have a trial for 15 days and also get the centres in connection with you to do this. ⁹⁵Go there or phone them and remind them: Are you doing your homework?

⁸³होमवर्क क्या है?

⁹⁶What is your homework?

⁸⁴इजी है, हर एक भिन्न-भिन्न सरकमस्टांश बातों से क्रास तो करते ही हैं लेकिन यह 15 दिन हर एक को संकल्प, वाणी और कर्म में कम से कम 80 प्रतिशत की मार्क्स लेनी हैं।

⁹⁷It is easy! ⁹⁸Each one of you crosses through different circumstances and situations, but for these 15 days, each one of you has to claim 80% marks at the very least in your thoughts, words and actions.

⁸⁵फिर भी बापदादा 20 परसेन्ट छुट्टी देते हैं।

⁹⁹Nevertheless, BapDada is giving you a margin of 20%.

⁸⁶है मंजूर।

⁹²15 दिन कोई बड़ी बात नहीं है लेकिन बापदादा के पास हर एक सच्ची दिल, साफ दिल स्वप्न में भी संकल्प, वाणी और कर्म में पास होके दिखायें।

¹⁰⁸Fifteen days are not a big thing, but each of you children have to show BapDada with an honest and clean heart that you will pass in your dreams, your thoughts, words and actions.

⁹⁶15 दिन तो कुछ भी नहीं हैं लेकिन बापदादा ट्रायल के लिए संकल्प भी वेस्ट नहीं, युद्ध नहीं विजयी। ⁹⁷15 दिन के फुल विजयी।

¹¹³Fifteen days are nothing, but BapDada is asking you to do this as a trial. ¹¹⁴No thoughts are to be wasted. ¹¹⁵No battling, but victorious: fully victorious for 15 days.

⁹⁸मुश्किल है या इजी है?

¹¹⁶Is it difficult or easy?

⁹⁹इजी है, हाथ उठाओ।

¹¹⁷If it is easy, then raise your hands!

¹³²हो सकता है क्योंकि आजकल सभी समझते हैं कि साधू सन्त की सेवायें तो द्वापर से शुरू हुई लेकिन आप समान ऐसे बड़ा गुरू दूसरे को, शिष्य को बनावें, ऐसा एक्जैम्पुल नहीं होता और बापदादा ने अपने से भी होशियार बच्चों को तैयार किया है, जो पब्लिक में आते हैं, इसलिए पंजाब कोई नवीनता करके दिखाओ।
