¹“मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हारे जैसा सौभाग्यशाली कोई नहीं, क्योंकि जिस बाप को सारी दुनिया पुकार रही है वह तुम्हें पढ़ा रहे हैं, तुम उनसे बातें करते हो''

¹Essence: Sweet children, no one is as fortunate as you, because the Father, to whom the whole world is calling out, is teaching you and you talk to Him.

²प्रश्न:- जिन बच्चों को विचार सागर मंथन करना आता है, उनकी निशानी क्या होगी?

²Question: What are the signs of the children who know how to churn the ocean of knowledge?

³उत्तर:- उनकी बुद्धि में सारा दिन यही तात लगी रहती कि कैसे सबको रास्ता बतायें! ⁴कैसे किसका कल्याण करें!

³Answer: Their intellects are concerned throughout the day about how to show everyone the path and benefit them. ⁴They continue to make new plans for doing service.

⁵वह सर्विस के नये-नये प्लैन बनाते रहते हैं। ⁶उनकी बुद्धि में सारा ज्ञान टपकता रहता है।

⁵All the knowledge continues to trickle into their intellects.

⁷वे अपना टाइम वेस्ट नहीं करते।

⁶They never waste their time.

⁸ओम् शान्ति।

⁷Om shanti.

⁹बच्चों के आगे निराकार परमपिता परमात्मा बोल रहे हैं, यह बच्चे ही जानते हैं।

⁸The incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is in front of you children and speaking. ⁹Only you children know this.

¹⁰भगवान को ऊंच कहा जाता है।

¹⁰God is said to be the highest.

¹¹ऊंचा उनका ठांव है।

¹¹His residence is also the highest.

¹²रहने का स्थान तो मशहूर है।

¹²The place of residence is very well known.

¹³बच्चे जानते हैं हम मूलवतन में रहने वाले हैं।

¹³You children know that we are residents of the incorporeal world.

¹⁴मनुष्यों को इन सब बातों का पता नहीं है।

¹⁴Human beings don't know any of these things.

¹⁵गॉड फादर बोलते हैं।

¹⁵God, the Father, is speaking.

¹⁶तुम बच्चों बिगर ऐसा कोई मनुष्य नहीं जिसको पता हो कि निराकार भगवान बोलते हैं।

¹⁶Apart from you children, no human beings know that it is incorporeal God who is speaking.

¹⁷निराकार होने के कारण कोई की बुद्धि में नहीं आता है कि भगवानुवाच कैसे हो सकता है।

¹⁷Because He is incorporeal, it doesn't enter anyone's intellect how God can speak.

¹⁸पता न होने के कारण गीता में कृष्ण का नाम दे दिया है।

¹⁸Because of not knowing this, they have put Krishna’s name in the Gita.

¹⁹अब बच्चों के आगे बोल रहे हैं।

¹⁹He is now speaking personally to you children.

²⁰सम्मुख होने बिगर तो सुन नहीं सकते।

²⁰You cannot listen to Him without being personally in front of Him.

²¹दूर से भल सुनते हैं परन्तु निश्चय नहीं होता।

²¹Some may hear from a distance, but there isn't that faith.

²²सुनते तो हैं भगवानुवाच।

²²They hear that these are the versions of God.

²³यथार्थ रीति तुम जानते हो।

²³You know this accurately.

²⁴भगवान तो शिवबाबा है।

²⁴Shiv Baba is God.

²⁵प्रैक्टिकल में जानते हो बाबा हमको ज्ञान सुना रहे हैं।

²⁵You know Baba is speaking this knowledge to you in a practical way.

²⁶तुम्हारी बुद्धि झट ऊपर में चली जाती है।

²⁶Your intellects quickly go up above.

²⁷शिवबाबा ऊंच ते ऊंच रहने वाला है।

²⁷Shiv Baba is the One who resides in the highest-on-high place.

²⁸जैसे कोई बड़े आदमी, क्वीन आदि आती है तो जानते हैं यह फलानी जगह की रहने वाली है, इस समय यहाँ आई है।

²⁸When an eminent person or the Queen comes, you know that person has come at that time from such-and-such a place and has come here.

²⁹तुम बच्चे भी जानते हो बाबा आया है - हमको ले जाने।

²⁹You children also know that Baba has come to take you back with Him.

³⁰हम भी बाबा के साथ वापिस जायेंगे।

³⁰We will also go back home with Baba.

³¹हम परमधाम के रहने वाले हैं।

³¹We are residents of the supreme abode.

³²तुमको अब बाप और घर याद पड़ता है।

³²You now remember the Father and your home.

³³वही बाप सृष्टि का रचयिता है।

³³That Father is the Creator of the world.

³⁴बाप ने आकर तुम बच्चों को मूलवतन, सूक्ष्मवतन, स्थूलवतन का राज़ समझाया है।

³⁴The Father came and explained to you children the secrets of the incorporeal world, the subtle region and the corporeal world.

³⁵जिसकी बुद्धि में है वही समझेंगे। ³⁶बरोबर हम पुरूषार्थ कर रहे हैं - भविष्य 21 जन्मों के लिए, बाप से वर्सा लेने।

³⁵Only those who have this in their intellects will be able to understand that we truly are making effort to claim our inheritance from the Father for our future 21 births.

³⁷पुरूषार्थ तो करना ही है।

³⁶You have to make effort.

³⁸पुरूषार्थ को कभी भी छोड़ना नहीं है।

³⁷You must never stop making effort.

³⁹स्कूल के बच्चे जानते हैं जब तक इम्तिहान हो तब तक हमको पढ़ना ही पढ़ना है।

³⁸Children at school know they have to study until their examinations take place.

⁴⁰एम आब्जेक्ट रहती है। ⁴¹हम बड़े ते बड़ा इम्तिहान पास करेंगे।

³⁹They have the aim and objective of passing the highest examination.

⁴²एक कॉलेज छोड़ दूसरे, तीसरे में जायेंगे।

⁴⁰They will leave one college and then go to the second and third higher colleges.

⁴³मतलब तो पढ़ते रहना है।

⁴¹The main thing is to continue to study.

⁴⁴बड़े आदमी का बच्चा होगा तो जरूर बड़ा इम्तिहान पास करने का ख्याल होगा।

⁴²A child of an important person would definitely think about passing a higher examination.

⁴⁵तुम जानते हो हम बहुत बड़े बाप के बच्चे हैं।

⁴³You know you are the children of the great Father.

⁴⁶दुनिया में किसको पता नहीं है - हम शिवबाबा की सन्तान हैं।

⁴⁴No one in the world knows we are all children of Shiv Baba.

⁴⁷तुम बहुत बड़े ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप के बच्चे हो।

⁴⁵You children are the children of the highest-on-high Father.

⁴⁸बहुत बड़ी पढ़ाई पढ़ते हो।

⁴⁶You study a very important education.

⁴⁹जानते हो यह ऊंच ते ऊंच पढ़ाई है।

⁴⁷You know this is the highest-on-high study.

⁵⁰पढ़ाने वाला बाप है तो कितना उमंग और खुशी में रहना चाहिए।

⁴⁸It is the Father who is teaching you and so you should have so much enthusiasm and happiness.

⁵¹यह किसको भी समझा सकते हो।

⁴⁹You can explain this to anyone.

⁵²हम बहुत बड़े ते बड़े बाप के बच्चे हैं।

⁵⁰We are the children of the greatest Father of all.

⁵³बहुत बड़े सतगुरू की मत पर हम चलते हैं।

⁵¹We are following the directions of the greatest Satguru.

⁵⁴टीचर की, गुरू की मत पर चलना होता है ना।

⁵²You have to follow the directions of the Teacher and Guru.

⁵⁵उनको फालोअर कह देते हैं।

⁵³They call them followers.

⁵⁶यहाँ बाप की मत पर भी चलना है, टीचर की मत पर भी चलना है, तो गुरू की मत पर भी चलना है।

⁵⁴Here, you have to follow the Father's directions, the Teacher's directions and also the Guru's directions.

⁵⁷तुम जानते हो वह हमारा बाप, टीचर, सतगुरू है।

⁵⁵You know that He is your Father, Teacher and Satguru.

⁵⁸उनकी मत पर जरूर चलना है।

⁵⁶We definitely have to follow His directions.

⁵⁹यह तो एक ही है - ऊंच ते ऊंच है शिवबाबा, वह बोलते हैं।

⁵⁷He is only One. ⁵⁸The Highest on High is Shiv Baba and He is speaking.

⁶⁰बाबा बच्चों से पूछते हैं शिवबाबा बोलते हैं, अच्छा शंकर बोलते हैं?

⁵⁹Baba asks you children: Does Shiv Baba speak? ⁶⁰Does Shankar speak?

⁶¹ब्रह्मा बोलते हैं?

⁶¹Does Brahma speak?

⁶²विष्णु बोलते हैं?

⁶²Does Vishnu speak?

⁶³(किसी ने कहा शिव और ब्रह्मा बोलते हैं - विष्णु वा शंकर नहीं बोलते) विष्णु के दो रूप लक्ष्मी-नारायण कहते हो तो फिर क्या बोलते नहीं हैं?

⁶³(Someone said Shiva and Brahma speak but Vishnu and Shankar don't speak.) ⁶⁴You say that the two forms of Vishnu are Lakshmi and Narayan, and so do they not speak?

⁶⁴गूँगे हैं?

⁶⁵Are they dumb?

⁶⁵(ज्ञान नहीं बोलते) हम ज्ञान की बात ही नहीं करते, बोलने की बात पूछता हूँ।

⁶⁶(They don't speak knowledge.) ⁶⁷I am not talking about knowledge, but I am asking about them speaking.

⁶⁶विष्णु, लक्ष्मी-नारायण बोलते हैं?

⁶⁸Does Vishnu, Lakshmi and Narayan speak?

⁶⁷शंकर नहीं बोलते हैं - वह ठीक है। ⁶⁸बाकी तीनों क्यों नहीं बोलेंगे।

⁶⁹It is fine that Shankar doesn't speak but why would the other three not speak?

⁶⁹विष्णु के दो रूप लक्ष्मी-नारायण हैं तो जरूर बोलेंगे ना।

⁷⁰Lakshmi and Narayan are the two forms of Vishnu and so they would definitely speak, would they not?

⁷⁰मनुष्य शिवबाबा के लिए समझते होंगे कि वह निराकार कैसे बोलेंगे।

⁷¹People believe that Shiv Baba is incorporeal and so they wonder how He could speak.

⁷¹तुम बच्चे जानते हो शिवबाबा भी इसमें आकर बोलते हैं।

⁷²You children know that Shiv Baba enters this one and speaks.

⁷²ब्रह्मा को भी बोलना होता है।

⁷³Brahma also has to speak because he is adopted.

⁷³एडाप्टेड हैं ना। ⁷⁴संन्यासी लोग भी अपना नाम संन्यास के बाद बदली करते हैं।

⁷⁴Sannyasis change their names after taking up renunciation. ⁷⁵You too have had renunciation and so your names should change.

⁷⁵तुमने भी संन्यास किया है, तो तुम्हारा नाम बदलना चाहिए। ⁷⁶पहले बाबा ने नाम रखे।

⁷⁶Baba gave you different names in the beginning, but then He saw that even those who were given new names died.

⁷⁷परन्तु देखा कि नाम रखे हुए भी मर पड़ते हैं - आश्चर्यवत सुनन्ती, कथन्ती, भागन्ती हो जाते हैं, इसलिए कितने नाम रख कितने का रखें।

⁷⁷They became those who were amazed on hearing the knowledge; they heard the knowledge, related it and then ran away. ⁷⁸So, to how many children would Baba give names?

⁷⁸आजकल तो माया भी बहुत तेज है।

⁷⁹Nowadays, Maya is very powerful.

⁷⁹बुद्धि कहती है जब लक्ष्मी-नारायण का राज्य था तो उसको विष्णु पुरी कहा जाता था।

⁸⁰The intellect says that when it used to be the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan, it was called the land of Vishnu.

⁸⁰यह एम आब्जेक्ट बुद्धि में है।

⁸¹You have this aim and objective in your intellects.

⁸¹विष्णु के दो रूप लक्ष्मी-नारायण राज्य करते हैं तो बोलते क्यों नहीं होंगे!

⁸²The two forms of Vishnu, Lakshmi and Narayan, rule the kingdom, and so why would they not speak?

⁸²बाबा यहाँ की बात नहीं करते हैं।

⁸³Baba is not talking about here and now.

⁸³मनुष्य तो कहेंगे निराकार कैसे बोलेंगे।

⁸⁴People ask how the incorporeal One can speak.

⁸⁴उनको यह पता ही नहीं है कि निराकार कैसे आते हैं।

⁸⁵They don't know how the incorporeal One comes.

⁸⁵उनको पतित-पावन कहते हैं।

⁸⁶They call Him the Purifier.

⁸⁶वह ज्ञान का सागर भी है, चैतन्य भी है, प्यार का सागर भी है।

⁸⁷He is the Ocean of Knowledge, the Living Being and also the Ocean of Love.

⁸⁷अब प्यार प्रेरणा से तो होता नहीं है, वह भी इसमें प्रवेश कर बच्चों को प्यार कर सकते हैं ना, तब कहते हैं हम परमपिता परमात्मा की गोद में आते हैं। ⁸⁸बस बाबा तुम्हीं से खाऊं, तुम्हीं से सुनूँ… बुद्धि उस तरफ चली जाती है।

⁸⁸Love doesn’t take place through inspiration. ⁸⁹He enters this one and gives you children love, and this is why you say you go into the lap of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul: Baba, I eat with You, I listen to You…. ⁹⁰Your intellects go to Him.

⁸⁹श्रीकृष्ण बुद्धि में नहीं आता है।

⁹¹Shri Krishna doesn't enter your intellects.

⁹⁰तो बाप बच्चों को बैठ समझाते हैं।

⁹²The Father sits here and explains to you children.

⁹¹तुम्हारे जैसा सौभाग्यशाली कोई है नहीं।

⁹³No one is as fortunate as you.

⁹²तुम जानते हो हम कितने ऊंच पार्टधारी हैं।

⁹⁴You know that you are actors with such elevated parts.

⁹³यह खेल है ना।

⁹⁵This is a play.

⁹⁴इसके पहले तो तुम कुछ नहीं जानते थे।

⁹⁶Before this, you didn't know anything.

⁹⁵अभी बाप ने प्रवेश किया है तो ड्रामा प्लैन अनुसार उन द्वारा सुन रहे हैं।

⁹⁷The Father has now entered this one, and so, according to the drama plan, we are hearing through him.

⁹⁶बाप कहते हैं - मीठे-मीठे बच्चों तुम जानते हो बाबा निराकार है।

⁹⁸The Father says: Sweetest children, you know that Baba is incorporeal.

⁹⁷वह हम आत्माओं का बाप है।

⁹⁹He is the Father of us souls.

⁹⁸यह बातें कोई भी शास्त्र आदि में लिखी हुई नहीं हैं।

¹⁰⁰These things are not written in any of the scriptures.

⁹⁹अभी तुम्हारी बुद्धि विशाल हुई है।

¹⁰¹Your intellects have now become broad and unlimited.

¹⁰⁰स्टूडेन्ट पढ़ते हैं, बुद्धि में सारी हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी आ जाती है।

¹⁰²When students study, all the history and geography enter their intellects.

¹⁰¹परन्तु यह किसकी बुद्धि में नहीं है - बाबा कहाँ हैं!

¹⁰³However, it is not in anyone's intellect where Baba is.

¹⁰²यथार्थ रीति तुम बच्चे ही समझते हो और प्रैक्टिकल में वह खुशी है।

¹⁰⁴Only you children understand this accurately. ¹⁰⁵You also have this happiness in a practical way.

¹⁰³बाबा परमधाम से आते हैं, हमको पढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁰⁶Baba comes from the supreme abode and teaches us.

¹⁰⁴सारा दिन आपस में यही रूह-रिहान होनी चाहिए।

¹⁰⁷You should have this heart-to-heart conversation among yourselves throughout the day.

¹⁰⁵सिवाए इस ज्ञान के बाकी सब हैं सत्यानाश करने वाली बातें।

¹⁰⁸To speak about anything other than this knowledge is to destroy everything completely.

¹⁰⁶शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ तुमको धन्धा आदि भी करना है और साथ-साथ यह रूहानी सर्विस भी।

¹⁰⁹You have to do your work etc. for the livelihoods of your bodies. ¹¹⁰Together with that, you also have to do this spiritual service.

¹⁰⁷तुम जानते हो बरोबर यह भारत स्वर्ग था।

¹¹¹You know this Bharat truly was heaven.

¹⁰⁸इन लक्ष्मी-नारायण का राज्य था।

¹¹²It used to be the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁰⁹जो भी देवताओं के चित्र हैं, उनका यथार्थ ज्ञान बुद्धि में आ गया है।

¹¹³You now have the accurate knowledge of all the pictures of the deities.

¹¹⁰नम्बरवन लक्ष्मी-नारायण का चित्र उठाओ, विचार करो - बरोबर यह भारत में राज्य करते थे तो एक ही धर्म था।

¹¹⁴Take the number one picture of Lakshmi and Narayan and think about it: They truly used to rule the kingdom in Bharat. ¹¹⁵So, there was just the one religion.

¹¹¹रात पूरी हो दिन शुरू हुआ अर्थात् कलियुग पूरा हो सतयुग शुरू हुआ।

¹¹⁶The night came to an end and the day began, that is, the iron age came to an end and the golden age came.

¹¹²कलियुग है रात। ¹¹³सतयुग है सुबह।

¹¹⁷The iron age is the night and the golden age is the morning.

¹¹⁴विचार सागर मंथन करना है कि इन्होंने यह राज्य कैसे पाया।

¹¹⁸Churn the ocean of knowledge as to how they attained their kingdom.

¹¹⁵जैसे कहा जाता है सागर में पत्थर डालो तो लहरें उठेंगी।

¹¹⁹It is said: When you throw a stone into the sea, it causes ripples.

¹¹⁶तो तुम भी पत्थर मारो, मनुष्यों को समझाओ।

¹²⁰Therefore, you too should throw a stone and explain to people.

¹¹⁷यह ख्याल करो, भारत में देवी-देवताओं का राज्य था ना, जिन्होंने ही फिर भक्ति मार्ग में मन्दिर बनाये हैं, जिसको फिर लूट गये हैं।

¹²¹Think about this: There was the kingdom of the deities in Bharat, was there not? ¹²²They are the ones who then built temples to the deities on the path of devotion.

¹¹⁸कल की बात है।

¹²³Those temples were then looted.

¹¹⁹अभी भक्ति मार्ग है तो जरूर उसके आगे ज्ञान मार्ग होगा। ¹²⁰यह सब बातें अभी तुम्हारी बुद्धि में हैं।

¹²⁴It is a matter of only yesterday. ¹²⁵It is now the path of devotion, and so there must definitely be the path of knowledge after that.

¹²¹बाप भी आकर अपनी जीवन कहानी बताते हैं।

¹²⁶All of these things are now in your intellects.

¹²²तुमको यह याद क्यों नहीं पड़ती है।

¹²⁷The Father comes and tells you His life story.

¹²³बाबा आकरके हमको यह सारी नॉलेज सुनाते हैं, समझ भी चाहिए ना।

¹²⁸Why don't you remember it? ¹²⁹Baba comes and tells us all of this knowledge.

¹²⁴किसको भी यही बात सुनाओ।

¹³⁰You also need to understand it.

¹²⁵यह चित्र है एम आब्जेक्ट।

¹³¹You can relate it to anyone.

¹²⁶यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण तो सबसे बड़े किंग क्वीन हो गये हैं।

¹³²This picture is our aim and objective. ¹³³Lakshmi and Narayan were the greatest king and queen.

¹²⁷भारत स्वर्ग था ना।

¹³⁴Bharat used to be heaven.

¹²⁸कल की बात है।

¹³⁵It is a matter of yesterday.

¹²⁹फिर इन्होंने यह राजगद्दी कैसे गँवाई।

¹³⁶So, how did they lose their kingdom?

¹³⁰अपने बच्चे भी भल यह सब सुनते हैं परन्तु कभी बुद्धि में टपकता नहीं है।

¹³⁷You children listen to all this knowledge, but it doesn't trickle into your intellects constantly.

¹³¹बुद्धि में याद भी नहीं आता।

¹³⁸You don't even remember it.

¹³²अगर याद आता है तो औरों को भी समझा सकते हैं।

¹³⁹If you did remember it, you could also explain to others.

¹³³है तो बहुत सहज।

¹⁴⁰It is so easy!

¹³⁴तुम यहाँ आते हो लक्ष्मी-नारायण जैसा बनने।

¹⁴¹You come here to become the same as Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹³⁵समझाया गया है 5 हजार वर्ष की बात है।

¹⁴²It has been explained to you that this is a matter of 5000 years.

¹³⁶इससे लांग-लांग एगो कोई होता नहीं।

¹⁴³There cannot be anything longer than “long, long ago”.

¹³⁷सबसे पुराने ते पुराने भारत की कहानी यह है।

¹⁴⁴This story of Bharat is the oldest.

¹³⁸रीयल्टी में सच्ची-सच्ची कहानी यह होनी चाहिए।

¹⁴⁵In reality, this should be the true story.

¹³⁹सबसे बड़ी कहानी यह है।

¹⁴⁶This is the greatest story of all.

¹⁴⁰इन्हों का राज्य था, अभी वह राज्य है नहीं।

¹⁴⁷It used to be their kingdom. ¹⁴⁸That kingdom no longer exists.

¹⁴¹जरा भी किसको पता नहीं है।

¹⁴⁹No one knows about it at all.

¹⁴²तुम्हारी बुद्धि में नम्बरवार टपकता है।

¹⁵⁰It keeps trickling into your intellects, numberwise.

¹⁴³बाप कहते हैं - मुझे याद करो।

¹⁵¹The Father says: Remember Me.

¹⁴⁴वह भी पूरी रीति कोई याद नहीं करते हैं।

¹⁵²However, no one remembers Me accurately.

¹⁴⁵बाप बिन्दी है, हम भी बिन्दी हैं, यह भी बुद्धि में ठहरता नहीं।

¹⁵³The Father is a point and we are also points. ¹⁵⁴Even this much doesn't stay in your intellects.

¹⁴⁶कोई-कोई की बुद्धि में तो अच्छी रीति टपकता है।

¹⁵⁵This continues to trickle into some people's intellects very well.

¹⁴⁷किसी को बैठ समझाते हैं तो 4-5 घण्टे भी लग जाते हैं।

¹⁵⁶When you sit and explain to someone, it may even take four to five hours.

¹⁴⁸यह बहुत वन्डरफुल बातें हैं।

¹⁵⁷These are very wonderful matters.

¹⁴⁹जैसे सत्य नारायण की कथा बैठकर सुनते हैं ना। ¹⁵⁰2-3 घण्टे बैठ सुनते हैं, जिसकी दिलचश्पी होती है।

¹⁵⁸When they sit and listen to the story of the true Narayan, those who are interested in it will sit and listen to it for two to three hours.

¹⁵¹इसमें भी ऐसे है, जिसको बहुत रूचि होगी उनको और कुछ सूझेगा ही नहीं।

¹⁵⁹It is the same here; those who have a keen interest in this will not be able to think about anything else at all.

¹⁵²बस यह बातें समझने में ही मजा आता है।

¹⁶⁰They enjoy themselves just trying to understand these things.

¹⁵³यह बातें अच्छी लगती हैं।

¹⁶¹They enjoy these things.

¹⁵⁴समझते हैं बस इस सर्विस में ही लग जायें, दूसरा धन्धाधोरी आदि सब छोड़ दें।

¹⁶²They feel they just want to engage themselves in this service and stop doing all other business etc.

¹⁵⁵परन्तु ऐसे तो कोई को बैठना नहीं है।

¹⁶³However, no one can just sit idle like that.

¹⁵⁶तो तुम बच्चे यह सत्य-नारायण की कहानी सुन रहे हो।

¹⁶⁴You children are listening to the story of the true Narayan.

¹⁵⁷अभी तुम्हारी बुद्धि में कितनी अच्छी बातें रमण करती हैं।

¹⁶⁵Such good things are being churned by your intellects.

¹⁵⁸हम यह वक्खर (सामग्री) डिलेवरी करने के लिए एवररेडी हैं।

²⁰³सदा अपने सतोप्रधान संस्कारों में स्थित रह सुख-शान्ति की अनुभूति करना - यह सच्ची अहिंसा है।

²¹³ Constantly remain stable with your satopradhan sanskars and experience peace and happiness – this is true non-violence.

²⁰⁴हिंसा अर्थात् जिससे दुःख-अशान्ति की प्राप्ति हो।

²¹⁴Violence means anything through which you experience sorrow and peacelessness.

²⁰⁵तो चेक करो कि सारे दिन में किसी भी प्रकार की हिंसा तो नहीं करते!

²¹⁵So check: Throughout the day, do I commit any type of violence?

²⁰⁶यदि कोई शब्द द्वारा किसकी स्थिति को डगमग कर देते हो तो यह भी हिंसा है।

²¹⁶If you make someone’s stage fluctuate with your words, that too is violence.

²⁰⁷2-यदि अपने सतोप्रधान संस्कारों को दबाकर दूसरे संस्कारों को प्रैक्टिकल में लाते हो तो यह भी हिंसा है इसलिए महीनता में जाकर महान आत्मा की स्मृति से डबल अहिंसक बनो।

²¹⁷2) If you are suppressing your satopradhan sanskars and putting other sanskars in a practical form, that is also violence. ²¹⁸Therefore, become refined and have the awareness of being a great soul and doubly non-violent.
