¹Essence: Sweet children, in order to donate the wealth of knowledge, churn the ocean of knowledge. ²Have an interest in donating so that you continue to churn.

²prashn:- gyaan maarga mein sada apne ko tandaroosta rakhne ka saadhan kya hai?

³Question: What is the way to keep yourself constantly healthy on the path of knowledge?

³uttar:- sada apne aapko tandaroosta rakhne ke liye baba dvaara jo bhi gyaan ghaas (murli) milti hai, use khaakar phir ugaarna chaahiye arthaat manthan karna chaahiye।

⁴Answer: In order to keep yourself constantly healthy, chew and then digest the grass of knowledge (murli) you receive from the Father which means: churn knowledge.

⁴jin bachchon ko manthan karne ki arthaat hazam karne ki aadat hai, woh beemaar nahin pad sakte।

⁵The children who have the habit of churning, that is, of digesting, can never fall ill.

⁵sada tandaroosta woh hai jismen vikaaron ki beemaari nahin।

⁶Those who don’t have any illness of the vices are constantly healthy.

⁹manushya jo bhi geet aadi banaate hain, shaastra aadi sunaate hain, samajhte kuchh bhi nahin hain।

¹⁰Whatever songs people compose or whatever scriptures they relate, they don’t understand anything.

¹⁰jo kuchh padhte aaye hain usse koi ka kalyaan nahin hua hai aur hi akalyaan hota aaya hai।

¹¹Whatever people have been reading, no one has benefited from it, but there has instead continued to be a loss.

¹¹sarva ka kalyaankaari ek hi eeshvar hai।

¹²Only the one God is the Benefactor of All.

¹²tum samajhte ho hamaara kalyaan karne vaala aaya hua hai।

¹³You understand that the One who benefits you has come.

¹³kalyaan ka raasta bata rahe hain।

¹⁴He is showing you the path of benefit.

¹⁴khaas tum bhaaratvaasiyon ka, aam saari duniya ka kalyaan karne vaala ek baap hi hai।

¹⁵Only the one Father benefits you children of Bharat especially and the world in general.

¹⁵satayug mein sabka kalyaan tha, tum sab sukhdhaam mein the aur baaki sab shantidham mein the।

¹⁶When you were in the golden age, all of you were benefited. ¹⁷You were in the land of happiness and the rest were all in the land of peace.

¹⁶yeh bachchon ki buddhi mein hai parantu point khisak jaati hain, poori dhaarna nahin karte hain।

¹⁸This is in the intellects of you children, but this point slips away; you don’t imbibe it fully.

¹⁷agar ek point par vichaar saagar manthan karte rahen to aisa na ho।

¹⁹If you churned the ocean of knowledge on even one point, this wouldn’t happen.

¹⁸jaanavron mein jitna akla hai, aajkal ke manushyon mein utna bhi akla nahin।

²⁰Human beings of today don’t even have as much sense as animals.

¹⁹jaanvar (gau) ghaas khaate hain to ugaarte rehte hain।

²¹Animals (cows) eat grass and then continue to chew the cud.

²⁰tumko bhi bhojan milta hai। ²¹parantu tum phir saara din ugaarte nahin ho।

²²You too receive food, but you then don’t chew it throughout the day.

²²woh to saara din ugaarte hi rehte hain।

²³Cows continue to chew it throughout the day.

²³yeh tumko milta hai gyaan ghaas।

²⁴You are receiving the grass of knowledge.

²⁴yog aur gyaan।

²⁵There is yoga and knowledge.

²⁵is par din bhar vichaar saagar manthan karte rehna chaahiye।

²⁶Continue to churn the ocean of knowledge throughout the day.

²⁶jinko service ka shauk nahin, woh vichaar saagar manthan karke kya karenge।

²⁷What would those who don’t have any interest in doing service do by churning knowledge?

²⁷shauk nahin to karenge bhi nahin।

²⁸Because they don’t have that interest, they don’t do anything.

²⁸koi-koi ko gyaan dhan dene ka shauk rehta hai।

²⁹Some are interested in giving the wealth of knowledge.

²⁹gaooshaala mein manushya jaakar gaooon ko ghaas aadi dete hain।

³⁰People go and give grass to cows in a cowshed.

³⁰woh bhi punya samajhte hain।

³¹They consider that to be an act of charity.

³¹baap tumko yeh gyaan ghaas khilaate hain।

³²The Father is feeding you with this grass of knowledge.

³²is par vichaar saagar manthan karte rahenge to khushi mein rahenge aur service ka shauk bhi hoga।

³³If you continue to churn this, you will remain happy and also have an interest in doing service.

³³koi lota bhar lete hain athva boond lete hain, woh bhi svarga mein chale jaayenge।

³⁴Those who take an urn or even just a drop will still be able to go to heaven.

³⁴svarga ke dvaar to khulne hi hain।

³⁵The gates to heaven are to open.

³⁵yoon to gyaan saagar ko hap karna hai।

³⁶In fact, you have to swallow the ocean of knowledge.

³⁶koi to saara hap karte hain, koi to boond lete hain phir bhi svarga mein to jaayenge।

³⁷Some swallow it completely and others come and just take a drop, but they will still definitely go to heaven.

³⁸The more you imbibe, the higher the status you will claim.

³⁹manushya marte hain to unko ganga ki ek boond dete hain।

⁴⁰When someone is dying, they put a drop of the Ganges water in his mouth.

⁴⁰koi-koi ghar mein sadaiv ganga jal hi peete hain।

⁴¹In some homes they drink the water of the Ganges all the time.

⁴¹kitna peete honge।

⁴²How much would they drink?

⁴²ganga to bahti rehti hai।

⁴³The Ganges continues to flow all the time.

⁴³unko to koi hap kar na sake।

⁴⁴They can’t swallow it all!

⁴⁴tumhaare liye to gaaya hua hai - saagar ko hap kar liya।

⁴⁵It is remembered of you that you swallowed the whole ocean.

⁴⁵jo gyaan saagar ke najdeek aa jaate hain, jaasti service karte hain vahi vijay maala mein piroye jaate hain।

⁴⁶Those who come close to the Ocean of Knowledge and do a lot of service will be threaded in the rosary of Rudra.

⁴⁶jitna-jitna jo hap karte hain aur doosron ka kalyaan karte hain woh pad bhi paate hain, jitna dhaarna karenge utna khushi bhi hogi।

⁴⁷The more you swallow this and benefit others, the higher the status you will claim. ⁴⁸The more you imbibe, the more happiness you will have.

⁴⁷dhanvaan ko khushi hoti hai na।

⁴⁹Wealthy people have happiness.

⁴⁸jinke paas bahut athaah dhan hota hai, daan karte hain, college, dharmashaala, mandir aadi banvaate hain to unhein itni khushi bhi rehti hai।

⁵⁰Those who have a lot of wealth and donate it or build colleges, rest houses for pilgrims, or temples also experience so much happiness.

⁴⁹yahaan to tumko milte hain avinaashi gyaan ratna। ⁵⁰21 janmon ke liye avinaashi khajaana।

⁵¹Here, you are receiving the imperishable jewels of knowledge; you are receiving imperishable treasures for 21 births.

⁵¹jo achhi reeti dhaaran kar phir daan bhi karte hain, unhein achha pad milta hai।

⁵²Those who imbibe these very well and then donate them receive a good status.

⁵²koi-koi bachche likhte hain - baba hamko dil hoti hai naukri chhod is roohaani service mein lag jaayen। ⁵³projector, pradarshani lekar phirte rahen।

⁵³Some children write: “Baba, I want to leave my job and engage myself in doing this spiritual service and just go around explaining with the projectors and exhibitions.

⁵⁴ek boond bhi koi ko milegi to kalyaan ho jaayega।

⁵⁴If someone were to receive even just one drop, he would be benefited.

⁵⁵service ka bahut shauk hai।

⁵⁵I have a great interest in doing service.”

⁵⁶baaki har ek ki avastha ko baba jaante hain।

⁵⁶However, Baba knows each one’s stage.

⁵⁷service ke saath phir gun bhi chaahiye।

⁵⁷Along with doing service, they also have to have those virtues.

⁵⁸na krodh hona chaahiye, na koi ulta-sulta khyaal aana chaahiye।

⁵⁸There shouldn’t be any anger or wrong thoughts.

⁵⁹vikaaron ki koi bhi beemaari na ho।

⁵⁹There shouldn’t be any illness of the vices.

⁶⁰tandarusti achhi chaahiye।

⁶⁰There has to be good health.

⁶¹jinmen vikaar kam hain, baba kahenge yeh tandarusta hain।

⁶¹Baba says that those who have fewer vices are healthy.

⁶²baba mahima karenge na।

⁶²Baba would praise them.

⁶³gaaya hua bhi hai - kaun-kaun achhe mahaarthi hain।

⁶³It is also remembered who the good maharathis are!

⁶⁴unhonne phir asur aur devtaaon ki ladaai dikhaai hai। ⁶⁵devtaaon ki jeet hui।

⁶⁴It has been shown that there was a war between the devils and the deities and that the deities were victorious.

⁶⁶ab hamaari ladaai hai 5 vikaaron roopi asuron se।

⁶⁵Now, our war is with the devils, the five vices.

⁶⁷aur koi kisam ke manushya asur nahin hote hain, jinmen aasuri svabhaav hai, unko hi asur kaha jaata hai।

⁶⁶It isn’t that devils are any other type of human being, but it is those who have devilish natures who are said to be devils.

⁶⁸number one aasuri svabhaav hai kaam ka, isliye sannyaasi bhi ise chhod bhaagte hain।

⁶⁷The number one devilish nature is that of lust. ⁶⁸This is why sannyasis too renounce that and run away.

⁶⁹in aasuri avgunon ko chhodne mein mehnat lagti hai।

⁶⁹It takes effort to renounce those devilish traits.

⁷⁰rehna bhi grihastha mein hai parantu aasuri svabhaav chhodna hai।

⁷⁰You have to live in your households, but you must also renounce any devilish nature.

⁷¹pavitra banne se mukti jeevanmukti milti hai।

⁷¹By becoming pure, you receive liberation and liberation-in-life.

⁷²kitni bhaari praapti hai।

⁷²The attainment is so great!

⁷³woh to gharbaar chhod bhaag jaate hain, praapti kuchh hai nahin।

⁷³Those people renounce their homes and families and run away and yet they have no attainment.

⁷⁴in chitron mein kitni achhi-achhi baaten samajhne ki hain।

⁷⁴There are so many very good things to be understood through these pictures.

⁷⁵ve log to sirf chitron ka show karte hain। ⁷⁶sirf chitra dekhne ke liye kitne jaate hain। ⁷⁷phaayda kuchh bhi nahin।

⁷⁵Those people simply have a show of pictures and so many people just go to see the pictures, but there is no benefit in any of them.

⁷⁸yahaan in chitron mein kitna gyaan hai, isse phaayda bahut hota hai।

⁷⁶Here, there is so much knowledge in these pictures and there is also a lot of benefit through them.

⁷⁹ismen art aadi ki koi baat nahin। ⁸⁰na koi banaane vaale ki hoshiyaari aadi hai।

⁷⁷It is not a question of art, etc. in them nor is it the cleverness of those who have painted them.

⁸¹unhon ke to naam chitra par likhe huye hote hain।

⁷⁸Those people sign their own work (pictures) and artists receive prizes.

⁸²artist ko bhi inaam milta hai। ⁸³kai itna samajhte hain haan baap ko to zaroor yaad karna chaahiye। ⁸⁴itna kaha to bhi praja bani।

⁷⁹Some at least understand that they should definitely remember the Father. ⁸⁰If they were to say even this much, they would become part of the subjects.

⁸⁵praja to athaah banni hai।

⁸¹Many subjects are to be created.

⁸⁶main to hoon gyaan ka saagar।

⁸²I am the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁸⁷ek boond bhi kisko milne se svarga mein aa hi jaayenge।

⁸³When someone receives even a drop of knowledge, he is able to go to heaven.

⁸⁸tum samajhte ho pradarshani, mele se bahuton ka kalyaan hota hai।

⁸⁴You understand that many people are benefited by the exhibitions and fairs.

⁸⁹eeshvar kalyaankaari hai na।

⁸⁵God is the Benefactor.

⁹⁰tumhaara bhi kalyaan ho raha hai। ⁹¹parantu ismen phir apna vichaar saagar manthan karta rahe।

⁸⁶You are also being benefited, but you should continue to churn the ocean of knowledge.

⁹²smriti mein laata rahe to bahut phaayda hoga।

⁸⁷If you keep this in your awareness, you will benefit a great deal.

⁹³ulti-sulti baaten to ek kaan se sun doosre kaan se nikaal deni chaahiye।

⁸⁸One should hear wrong things with one ear and let them out through the other.

⁹⁴baap kehte hain main tumko bahut achhi baaten sunaata hoon।

⁸⁹The Father says: I tell you very good things.

⁹⁵number one mukhya baat ek hi hai - koi ko bhi baap ka parichay do।

⁹⁰The number one main thing is to give the Father’s introduction.

⁹⁶bas ek baap ko yaad karo, vahi sab kuchh hai।

⁹¹Simply remember the one Father. ⁹²He is everything.

⁹⁷bhakti maarga mein bahut aise hote hain।

⁹³There are many people like this on the path of devotion.

⁹⁸bolo, aap to yeh bahut achha karte ho।

⁹⁵You signal with your finger that God enables you to do everything.

¹⁰²rehti to tum aatmaayen bhi vahaan hi ho।

¹⁰³yeh saari gyaan ki baaten tum abhi samajhte ho।

⁹⁸You now understand all of these things of knowledge.

¹⁰⁴baap kehte hain bachche, abhi tumhaara yeh kapda (shareer) sad gaya hai।

⁹⁹The Father says: Children, your clothes (bodies) have become worn out.

¹⁰⁵satayug treta mein kitna achha vastra tha।

¹⁰⁰In the golden and silver ages, you had such beautiful clothes.

¹⁰⁶ab sada hua vastra kahaan tak pahnenge।

¹⁰¹Now, for how long will you continue to wear those worn out clothes.

¹⁰⁷parantu yeh koi bhi samajhte nahin hain।

¹⁰²However, no one understands this.

¹⁰⁸baap aakar jab samjhaaye tab samjhen।

¹⁰³Only when the Father comes and explains can you understand.

¹⁰⁹abhi tum bachche samajhte ho - gyaan dene vaala hai hi ek baap।

¹⁰⁴You children now understand that only the one Father gives knowledge.

¹¹⁰woh hai saagar।

¹⁰⁶Those who swallow the ocean become the beads of the rosary of victory.

¹¹³baba aaye hi hain bachchon ko paavan banaane, paavan bankar phir vaapas jaana hai।

¹⁰⁸Baba has come to create the rosary of Rudra and to make you children pure. ¹⁰⁹You then have to become pure and then return home.

¹¹⁴jahaan se aaye hain phir vahaan hi jaayenge nambarvaar।

¹¹⁷ismen bhi jo actors hain woh nambarvaar apne-apne samay par aate jaayenge।

¹¹³In this too, all the actors will continue to come down, numberwise, at their own time.

¹¹⁸yeh behad ka naatak bana hua hai।

¹¹⁴This is a predestined, unlimited play.

¹¹⁹brahm mein ham aatmaayen bindi rehti hain।

¹¹⁵We souls, points, reside in the element of brahm.

¹²⁰vahaan aur kuchh kya hoga।

¹¹⁶What else would there be there?

¹²¹kahaan ek aatma bindi, kahaan itna bada shareer।

¹¹⁷There is such a vast difference between a soul, which is just a point, and such a big body.

¹²²aatma kitni thodi jagah legi। ¹²³brahm mahtatva kitna bada hai।

¹¹⁸A soul takes up such a tiny space whereas the great element of brahm is so large.

¹²⁴jaise polaar ka end nahin, vaise brahm mah-tatva ki bhi end nahin hoti hai।

¹¹⁹Just as there is no end to space, so there is no end to the element of brahm.

¹²⁵kitni koshish karte hain ant paane ki, parantu pa nahin sakte, kitna maatha maarte rehte hain।

¹²⁰They try so hard to reach the end of it but they are unable to do so; they beat their heads so much, it is not something that they can grasp or go beyond.

¹²⁶parantu koi cheez hi nahin jisko pakde ya paar jaayen।

¹²¹There is so much arrogance of science, but there is no benefit through that.

¹²⁷science ka ghamanda kitna hai। ¹²⁸kuchh bhi phaayda nahin। ¹²⁹suna hai na - aakaash hi aakaash, paataal hi paataal।

¹²²They have heard that there is only space in the sky and that in the world underground also there is nothing but space.

¹³⁰samajhte hain moon mein duniya hogi।

¹²³They believe that there is a world on the moon.

¹³¹woh bhi drama mein unhon ka part hai।

¹²⁴That too is in their parts and fixed in the drama.

¹³²phaayda kuchh nahin।

¹²⁵There is no benefit through that.

¹³³baap to aakar hamko vishwa ka maalik banaate hain।

¹²⁶The Father comes and makes us into the masters of the world.

¹³⁴kitna phaayda hai। ¹³⁵baaki moon mein jaao, chhu mantra se bhabhoot aadi nikaalo... isse phaayda kya।

¹²⁷There is so much benefit in that, but what is the benefit of going to the moon or exorcising ghosts and evil spirits with magic, etc?

¹³⁶ab to ham behad ke baap se behad ka varsa lete hain।

¹²⁸We are now claiming the unlimited inheritance from the unlimited Father.

¹³⁷kalpa-kalpa lete aaye hain।

¹²⁹We have been receiving it every cycle.

¹³⁸world ki history-geography repeat hoti hai।

¹⁴²vahaan devtaaon ko koi khanda ka maaloom nahin rehta।

¹³⁴There, the deities are not aware of any other land.

¹⁴³yeh to baad mein vriddhi ko paate hain।

¹³⁵All of them come into existence later.

¹⁴⁴naye-naye dharma sthaapak aakar apna-apna dharma sthaapan karte hain। ¹⁴⁵baaki woh koi sadgati to nahin karte hain, sirf dharma sthaapan karte hain।

¹³⁶The founders of new religions come and establish their own religions, but they do not grant anyone salvation; they just establish a religion.

¹⁴⁶unka kya gaayan hoga!

¹³⁷Why should they be praised?

¹⁴⁷muktidhaam se aate hain part bajaane।

¹³⁸They come from the land of liberation to play their parts.

¹⁴⁸manushya kehte hain moksha mein baithe rahen।

¹³⁹People say that they just want to remain in eternal liberation.

¹⁴⁹is aavaagman ke chakra mein aaye hi kyon!

¹⁴⁰They ask why they should come into this cycle of coming and going.

¹⁵⁰parantu ismen to aana hi hai।

¹⁴¹However, everyone has to come into this cycle.

¹⁵¹punarjanma lena hi hai, phir vaapis jaana hai।

¹⁴²Each one has to take rebirth and then go back home.

¹⁵²yeh bana-banaaya drama ka chakra hai।

¹⁴³This is the cycle of the predestined drama.

¹⁵³laakhon varsha ka drama to koi hota hi nahin।

¹⁴⁴There cannot be a drama with a duration of hundreds of thousands of years.

¹⁵⁴yeh to natural anaadi drama hai, isko kaha jaata hai eeshvareey kudrat।

¹⁴⁵This is a natural, eternal drama. ¹⁴⁶This is called the wonder of God.

¹⁵⁵rachta aur rachna ki jo kudrat hai - usko jaanna hota hai।

¹⁴⁷You have to know the wonder of the Creator and creation.

¹⁵⁶aisa koi manushya nahin jo baithkar purushaartha kare - srishti chakra ko jaanne ka।

¹⁵²When they first begin to worship Shiva, they create a lingam of diamonds.

¹⁶¹phir jab bhakti rajo tamo ho jaati hai to patthar ka bhi banaate hain।

¹⁵³Then, when devotion becomes rajo and tamo, they create images of stone.

¹⁶²shivbaaba to heeron ka nahin hai।

¹⁵⁴Shiv Baba is not an image of diamonds.

¹⁶³woh to ek bindi hai, pooja ke liye bada banaate hain।

¹⁵⁵He is just a point, but they make a big image of Him in order to worship Him.

¹⁶⁴samajhte hain ham heere ka shivling banaayen।

¹⁵⁶They feel that they should make a Shivalingam of diamonds.

¹⁶⁵somnaath ke itne bade mandir mein ek bindi rakhen to samajh mein bhi na aaye।

¹⁵⁷If they were to keep just a point in such a huge temple to Somnath, no one would be able to understand anything.

¹⁶⁶baap samjhaate hain - bhakti maarga mein kya-kya hota hai।

¹⁵⁸The Father explains what happens on the path of devotion.

¹⁶⁷science vaale invenshan karte rehte hain। ¹⁶⁸achhi-achhi cheezen nikaalte rehte hain।

¹⁵⁹Scientists continue to invent things; they continue to invent many very good things.

¹⁶⁹vinaash ke liye bhi nikaalte rehte hain।

¹⁶⁰They even invent things for destruction.

¹⁷⁵saara din khushi ka paara chadha rehna chaahiye।

¹⁶⁵Your mercury of happiness should remain high throughout the day.

¹⁷⁶yeh to chhi-chhi duniya hai।

¹⁶⁶This is a dirty world.

¹⁷⁷ab yahaan se jaayenge।

¹⁶⁷We are now to leave here.

¹⁷⁸puraani duniya to khatma honi hi hai।

¹⁶⁸The old world has to be destroyed; preparations are being made for that.

¹⁷⁹taiyaariyaan ho rahi hain।
