¹Essence: Sweet children, you are the true Vyas who relate the true Gita and give happiness to everyone. ²You have to study well and also teach others and give them happiness.

²prashn:- sabse oonchi manzil kaun si hai, jis par pahunchne ka tum purooshaartha karte ho?

³Question: What is the highest destination for which you are making effort to reach?

³uttar:- apne ko ashareeri samajhna, is deh-abhimaan par jeet paana - yahi oonchi manzil hai kyonki sabse bada dushman hai deh-abhimaan।

⁴Answer: To consider yourself to be bodiless and conquer body consciousness is the highest destination, because body consciousness is the greatest enemy. ⁵You have to make such effort that you don’t remember anyone except the Father.

⁴aisa purushaartha karna hai jo ant mein baap ke sivaae koi yaad na aaye।

⁶You have to shed your body and go to the Father.

⁵shareer chhod baap ke paas jaana hai।

⁷You should not even remember your body.

⁶yeh shareer bhi yaad na rahe। ⁷yahi mehnat karni hai।

⁸This is the effort you have to make.

¹⁰jeev aatmaayen ya bachche samajhte hain dil mein ki abhi hamko baba kahaan le chalte hain।

¹¹You living beings, you children, understand in your hearts where Baba is now taking you.

¹¹barobar jahaan se ham aaye hain vahaan hi le chalenge।

¹²He will definitely take us back from where we came.

¹²phir hamko punya aatmaon ki srishti, jeev aatmaon ki duniya mein bhej denge।

¹³Then He will send us into the world of pure charitable souls, to the land of living beings.

¹³shreshtha aur bhrashta akshar nikle hain, zaroor jeev aatmaon ko hi kahenge।

¹⁴There are the words ‘elevated’ and ‘degraded’ and so this would definitely apply to living beings.

¹⁴sukh va duhkh jab shareer mein hai tab hi bhoga jaata hai।

¹⁵Only when you are in a body can you experience happiness and sorrow.

¹⁵bachche jaante hain ki ab baba aaya hai।

¹⁶You children understand that Baba has now come.

¹⁶baba ka naam hamesha shiv hai। ¹⁷hamaara naam saaligraam hai।

¹⁷Baba's name is always Shiva and our name is saligram.

¹⁸shiv ke mandir mein saaligraamon ki bhi pooja hoti hai, baba ne samjhaaya tha - ek hai roodra gyaan yagya, doosra hai roodra yagya।

¹⁸Even the saligrams are worshipped in Shiva Temples. ¹⁹Baba has explained that one sacrificial fire is of the knowledge of Rudra and the other is a sacrificial fire of Rudra.

¹⁹usmein khaas banaaras ke braahmanon, panditon ko bulaate hain - roodra yagya ki pooja ke liye।

²⁰People especially invite brahmin priests from Benares to conduct the ceremony of a sacrificial fire of Rudra. ²¹In Benares there are many temples to Shiva.

²⁰banaaras mein hi shiv ke rahne ke anek mandir hain। ²¹shivkaashi kehte hain, asal naam kaashi tha।

²²They call it Shiva Kashi, but it was originally called Kashi, and then the English people called it Benares.

²⁶You know that we souls are called saligrams and that our Baba is called Shiv.

²⁷tum jaante ho - ham aatmaon ka naam hai saaligraam aur hamaare baba ka naam hai shiv।

²⁷They make all the saligrams one size, and so there definitely is a relationship between the Father and the children.

²⁸saaligraam sab ek size ke banaate hain to barobar baap aur bete ka sambandh hai।

²⁸Souls remember: O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul. ²⁹We are not the Supreme Soul, but He is our Baba.

²⁹aatma yaad karti rehti hai he parampita paramatma।

³⁰You have been given directions to explain these things to others.

³⁰ham paramatma nahin hain।

³¹Day by day, you receive directions.

³¹paramatma hamaara baba hai, yeh samjhaane ki mat tumko di gai hai।

³²You must, first of all, give others the Father’s introduction and enable them to claim their inheritance.

³²din-pratidin tumko shreemat milti rehti hai ki koi ko bhi pahle baap ka parichay de varsa dilaana hai। ³³pahle tumko siddha karke samjhaana hai ki woh niraakaar baap hai। ³⁴yeh prajaapita saakaar hai। ³⁵varsa niraakaar se milta hai।

³³First of all, you have to explain and prove that He is the incorporeal Father, that Prajapita Brahma is the corporeal father and that you receive the inheritance from the incorporeal Father.

³⁶ab baap samjhaate hain - mera ek hi shiv naam hai।

³⁴The Father now explains: Shiv is My only name.

³⁷doosra koi mera naam nahin।

³⁵I do not have any other name.

³⁸sabhi aatmaon ke shareer ke naam anek hain।

³⁶All other souls have many names for their bodies.

³⁹mera koi shareer hai nahin।

³⁷I do not have a body.

⁴⁰main supreme soul hoon।

³⁸I am the Supreme Soul.

⁴¹baba poochhte hain bachche, tumhaara sabse bada dushman kaun hai?

³⁹Baba asks: Children, who is your greatest enemy?

⁴²jo sayaane honge woh kahenge deh-abhimaan sabse bada dushman hai jisse hi kaam ki utpatti hoti hai।

⁴⁰Those who are clever and sensible would say that body consciousness is the greatest enemy through which feelings of lust arise.

⁴³deh-abhimaan ko jeetne mein badi mushkilaat hoti hai।

⁴¹There is a lot of difficulty in conquering body consciousness.

⁴⁴dehi-abhimaani banne mein hi mehnat hai।

⁴²There is effort in becoming soul conscious.

⁴⁵janma-janmaantar tum deh ke sambandh mein chale ho।

⁴³For birth after birth you have been interacting on the basis of your bodies.

⁴⁶ab jaante ho barobar main aatma avinaashi hoon, jiske aadhaar se yeh shareer chalta hai।

⁴⁴Now you know that souls are imperishable and bodies function on the basis of this.

⁴⁷religious minded jo bhi hain woh samajhte hain ki ham aatma hain, deh nahin hain।

⁴⁵Those who are religious-minded teach us that we are souls and not bodies.

⁴⁸aatma ka naam ek hi rehta hai। ⁴⁹deh ke naam badalte hain। ⁵⁰aatma ek shareer chhod doosra leti hai।

⁴⁶The name ‘soul’ is always one, but the names of the bodies change; a soul sheds a body and takes another.

⁵¹hamko baap kehte hain tumko chalna hai punya aatmaon ki duniya mein।

⁴⁷The Father tells us: You have to go to the world of pure, charitable souls.

⁵²yeh hai paap aatmaon ki duniya।

⁴⁸This is the world of sinful souls.

⁵³bhrashtaachaari raavan banaate hain।

⁴⁹It is Ravan who makes you corrupt.

⁵⁴10 sheesh vaala koi manushya nahin hota parantu is baat ko koi nahin jaante।

⁵⁰There cannot be any human being with ten heads. ⁵¹However, no one understands this aspect.

⁵⁵sabhi raamleela aadi mein part lete rehte hain।

⁵²Everyone takes part in the play of the divine activities of Rama.

⁵⁶sab ek mat bhi nahin hain।

⁵³Not all of them even have the same opinion.

⁵⁷koi-koi in sab baaton ko kalpana samajhte hain।

⁵⁴Some consider all of these things to be imagination.

⁵⁸parantu yeh nahin jaante ki raavan bhrashtaachaari ko kaha jaata hai।

⁵⁵However, they do not know that corruption is referred to as Ravan.

⁵⁹paraai stri ko churaana yeh bhrashtaachaar hai na।

⁵⁶To abduct someone else's wife is corruption.

⁶⁰is samay sab bhrashtaachaari hain kyonki vikaar mein jaate hain।

⁵⁷At present, all are corrupt because they indulge in vice.

⁶¹jo vikaar mein na jaayen unko nirvikaari kaha jaata hai, woh hai raamraajya। ⁶²yeh hai raavan raajya।

⁵⁸Those who do not indulge in vice are called viceless. ⁵⁹That is the kingdom of Rama whereas this is the kingdom of Ravan.

⁶³bhaarat mein hi raamraajya tha।

⁶⁰The kingdom of Rama used to exist in Bharat.

⁶⁴bhaarat sabse praacheen tha।

⁶¹Bharat is the most ancient of all.

⁶⁵pahle number mein srishti par sooryavanshi devi devtaaon ka jhanda bulanda tha।

⁶²The first flag hoisted in the world is that of the sun-dynasty deity religion.

⁶⁶us samay chandravanshi bhi nahin the।

⁶³At that time, even those of the moon dynasty do not exist.

⁶⁷abhi tum bachchon ka yeh sooryavanshi jhanda hai।

⁶⁴This is now the sun-dynasty flag of you children.

⁶⁸tumko manzil ka pata laga hai phir bhool jaate ho।

⁶⁵You now know your destination, but then you forget it.

⁶⁹school mein bachcha kabhi em object ko bhool nahin sakta।

⁶⁶Students in a school can never forget their aim and objective.

⁷⁰student teacher ko va padhaai ko kabhi bhool nahin sakte। ⁷¹yahaan phir bhool jaate hain।

⁶⁷Students never forget their teacher or their studies, but you forget both of them here.

⁷²kitni badi padhaai hai, 21 janmon ke liye raajyabhaagya paate ho।

⁶⁸This is such an elevated study! ⁶⁹You claim your fortune of the kingdom for 21 births.

⁷³aise school mein kitna achha aur rozaana padhna chaahiye।

⁷⁰Therefore, you should study daily very well in such a school.

⁷⁴is kalpa agar naapaas hue to kalpa-kalpa naapaas hote hi rahenge। ⁷⁵phir kabhi bhi paas nahin hona hai।

⁷¹If you fail this cycle, you would fail every cycle and then you would never pass.

⁷⁶to kitna purushaartha karna chaahiye।

⁷²Therefore, you should make so much effort.

⁷⁷shreemat par chalna chaahiye।

⁷³You have to follow shrimat.

⁷⁸shreemat kehti hai achhi reeti dhaarna karo aur karaao।

⁷⁴Shrimat says: Imbibe very well and also inspire others to do so.

⁷⁹agar eeshvareey direction par nahin chalenge to oonch pad bhi nahin paayenge।

⁷⁵If you do not follow God’s directions, you will not claim an elevated status.

⁸⁰apni dil se poochho - ham shreemat par chal rahe hain।

⁷⁶Ask your heart: Am I following shrimat?

⁸¹apne ko miya mitthu nahin samajhna hai।

⁷⁷You must not consider yourself to be too clever.

⁸²ab apne se poochho to jaise yeh brahma sarasvati shreemat par chalte, ham aise chal rahe hain?

⁷⁸Ask yourself: Do I follow shrimat in the same way as Brahma and Saraswati?

⁸³padhkar aur padhaate hain?

⁷⁹Am I studying and teaching others?

⁸⁴kyonki tum sachchi-sachchi geeta sunaane vaale vyaas ho।

⁸⁰You are the Vyas who relate the true Gita, not the Vyas who wrote the Gita.

⁸⁵woh vyaas nahin jisne geeta likhi hai। ⁸⁶tum is samay sukhdev ke bachche sukh dene vaale vyaas ho।

⁸¹At present, you are Vyas, children of Sukhdev (God of Happiness), and you give happiness to others.

⁸⁷sukhdev shivbaaba geeta ka bhagwan hai।

⁸²Sukhdev Shiv Baba is the God of the Gita.

⁸⁸tum unke bachche vyaas ho katha sunaane vaale।

⁸³You are His children, Vyas, the ones who relate the true story.

⁸⁹yeh school hai, school mein bachche ki padhaai se number ka maaloom pad jaata hai।

⁸⁴This is a school, and you can tell each child’s number from the way each one studies.

⁹⁰woh hai pratyaksha, yeh hai gupta।

⁸⁵That is revealed, whereas this is incognito.

⁹¹yeh phir buddhi se jaana jaata hai ki ham kis laayak hain!

⁸⁶Here, you can use your intellect to know how worthy you are.

⁹²kisko padhaane ka saboot mila hai।

⁸⁷Baba receives evidence from the way you teach others.

⁹³bachche likhte hain baba phalaane ne hamko aisa teer lagaaya jo ham aapke ban gaye।

⁸⁸Children write: Baba, so-and-so shot me with such an arrow that I became Yours.

⁹⁴koi to saamne aate bhi kah nahin sakte ki baba ham to aapke ban gaye।

⁸⁹Some cannot say this even when they come in front of Baba.

⁹⁵kai bachchiyaan pavitrata ke kaaran maar bhi khaati rehti hain।

⁹⁰Some daughters experience being beaten because of purity.

⁹⁶koi to bachche ban phir toot bhi padte hain kyonki achhi tarah se padhte nahin।

⁹¹Some become Baba's children and then leave Baba because they do not study well.

⁹⁷nahin to baap kitna achhi reeti samjhaate hain ki bachche sirf mujhe yaad karo aur padho is knowledge se tum chakravarti raaja banenge।

⁹²Otherwise, the Father teaches so clearly: Children, simply remember Me and study! ⁹³You will become rulers of the globe through this knowledge.

⁹⁸ghar ke baahar bhi likh do - ek second mein jeevanmukti mil sakti hai - janak misal, 21 janmon ke liye।

⁹⁴You can write on a board outside: You can receive liberation-in-life in a second like King Janak for 21 births.

⁹⁹ek second mein tum vishwa ke maalik ban sakte ho।

⁹⁵You can become the masters of the world of heaven in a second.

¹⁰⁰vishwa ke maalik to zaroor devtaayen hi banenge na।

⁹⁶Only the deities would be the masters of the world. ⁹⁷That too would be the new world, new Bharat.

¹⁰¹so bhi nai vishwa, naya bhaarat।

⁹⁸Bharat that was new has now become old.

¹⁰²jo bhaarat naya tha so ab puraana ho gaya hai।

⁹⁹No land, other than Bharat, can be called new.

¹⁰³sivaae bhaarat ke aur koi khanda ko naya nahin kahenge।

¹⁰⁰If you call something new, you also have to say it is old.

¹⁰⁴agar naya kahenge to phir puraana bhi kehna padega।

¹⁰¹We go to the land of Bharat which is completely new.

¹⁰⁵ham full naye bhaarat khanda mein jaate hain।

¹⁰²Only Bharat becomes 16 celestial degrees full.

¹⁰⁶bhaarat hi 16 kala sampoorn banta hai aur koi khanda full moon ho na sake।

¹⁰³No other land becomes as full as the full moon; they begin after half the cycle. ¹⁰⁴These are such deep secrets!

¹⁰⁷woh to shuru hi aadha se hota hai।

¹⁰⁵Only our Bharat is called the land of truth.

¹⁰⁸kitne achhe-achhe raaz hain।

¹⁰⁶After the truth, there is then falsehood.

¹⁰⁹hamaara bhaarat hi sachkhanda kahlaaya jaata hai।

¹⁰⁷At first, Bharat was like the full moon and then darkness came.

¹¹⁰sach ke peechhe phir jhooth bhi hai।

¹⁰⁸The first flag is that of heaven.

¹¹¹bhaarat pahle full moon hota hai।

¹⁰⁹People sing that there used to be Paradise.

¹¹²peechhe to andhiyaara ho jaata hai। ¹¹³pahla jhanda hai heaven ka।

¹¹⁰We can explain all of this very clearly because we have experienced it all.

¹¹⁴gaate bhi hain paradise tha... ham achhi tarah se samjha sakte hain kyonki hamko saara anubhav hai। ¹¹⁵satayug treta mein hamne kaise raajya kiya phir dvaapar kaliyug mein kya hua, yeh sab buddhi mein aane se kitni khushi aani chaahiye।

¹¹¹How we ruled in the golden and silver ages and what then happened in copper and iron ages: when all of this enters your intellects, you will experience so much happiness. ¹¹²The golden age is called light and the iron age is called darkness.

¹¹⁶satayug ko sojhra, kaliyug ko andhiyaara kaha jaata hai, tab kehte hain gyaan anjan satguru diya... baba ne kaise aakar tum ablaaon, maataaon ko jagaaya hai।

¹¹³This is why it is said that when the Satguru gives the ointment of knowledge, the darkness of ignorance is dispelled. ¹¹⁴Look how Baba came and awakened fallen ones and the innocent mothers.

¹¹⁷saahookaar to koi mushkil hi khada hota hai।

¹¹⁵Hardly any wealthy people are able to become alert.

¹¹⁸is samay sachmuch baba gareeb nivaaz hai।

¹¹⁶At present, Baba truly is the Lord of the Poor.

¹¹⁹gareeb hi svarga ke maalik bante hain, saahookaar nahin।

¹¹⁷It is only the poor, not the wealthy, who are able to become the masters of heaven.

¹²⁰iska bhi gupta kaaran hai।

¹¹⁸There is an incognito reason for this.

¹²¹yahaan to balihaar jaana padta hai।

¹¹⁹Here, you have to sacrifice yourselves.

¹²²gareebon ko balihaar jaane mein deri nahin lagti isliye sudaama ka misaal gaaya hua hai।

¹²⁰The poor do not take long to sacrifice themselves and this is why there is the example of Sudama.

¹²³tum bachchon ko ab roshni mili hai, parantu tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar hain।

¹²¹You have now become enlightened, but you are also numberwise.

¹²⁴aur sabki jyot ujhaai hui hai।

¹²²The light of everyone else has been extinguished.

¹²⁵itni chhoti si aatma mein avinaashi part noondha hua hai। ¹²⁶wonder hai na।

¹²³Such imperishable parts are recorded in such tiny souls, it is a wonder!

¹²⁷yeh koi science ki shakti nahin hai।

¹²⁴This is not the power of science.

¹²⁸tumko ab baba se shakti milti hai, barobar yeh avinaashi chakra hai jo phirta rehta hai, inka koi aadi ant nahin hai।

¹²⁵You now receive power from Baba. ¹²⁶This truly is the imperishable cycle that continues to turn; it has no beginning or end.

¹²⁹naya koi yeh baaten sune to chakri mein aa jaaye।

¹²⁷Anyone new who hears this would end up in a spin.

¹³⁰yahaan 10-20 varsha vaalon ko bhi poora samajh mein nahin aata hai, na kisko samjha sakte hain।

¹²⁸Here, too, some who have been coming for 10 to 20 years are not able to understand or explain to others.

¹³¹tumko pichhaadi mein sab pata pad jaayega ki phalaana, phalaane ke paas janma lega, yeh hoga... jo mahaaveer honge unhon ko aage chalkar sab saakshaatkaar hote rahenge।

¹²⁹At the end, you will know everything about how so-and-so will take birth to so-and-so and what will happen etc. ¹³⁰Those who are mahavirs (brave warriors) will later on have visions of everything.

¹³²pichhaadi mein tumko satayug ke jhaad bahut najdeek dikhaai padenge।

¹³³mahaaveeron ki hi maala hai na।

¹³²There is the rosary of mahavirs.

¹³⁴pahle 8 mahaaveer, phir hain 108 mahaaveer। ¹³⁵pichhaadi mein bahut first class saakshaatkaar honge।

¹³³First, there is the rosary of eight mahavirs and then that of 108. At the end, you will have many first-class visions.

¹³⁶gaaya bhi hua hai - parampita paramatma ne baan marvaaye।

¹⁴²parantu bachchon ko ek hi mukhya baat ghadi-ghadi bhool jaati hai।

¹⁴⁰However, children, you repeatedly forget the one main thing.

¹⁴³sabse kade te kadi bhool hoti hai jo deh-abhimaan mein aakar apne ko aatma nishchay nahin karte।

¹⁴¹The most severe mistake you make is that you become body conscious and do not have the faith that you are souls.

¹⁴⁴sach koi nahin batlaate।

¹⁴²No one tells the truth.

¹⁴⁵sach to koi aadha ghanta, ghanta bhi saare din mein mushkil yaad mein rah sakte hain।

¹⁴³Throughout the day, hardly anyone can stay in true remembrance for half an hour or an hour.

¹⁴⁶koi ko samajh mein bhi nahin aata ki yog kisko kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴⁴Some cannot even understand what yoga is!

¹⁵⁰shareer ka bhaan nahin rehta hai।

¹⁵¹phir jab unka shareer chhootta hai to aas-paas sannaata ho jaata hai।

¹⁵²samajhte hain koi mahaan aatma ne shareer chhoda hai।

¹⁵¹People then understand that a great soul has left his body.

¹⁵³tum bachche yaad mein rahenge to kitni shanti phailaayenge।

¹⁵²When you children stay in remembrance, you will spread so much peace.

¹⁵⁴yeh anubhav unhon ko hoga jo tumhaare kul ke honge।

¹⁵³Only those who belong to your clan will experience this.

¹⁵⁵baaki to machchharon sadrishya marne vaale hain।

¹⁵⁴All the rest are going to die like a swarm of mosquitoes.

¹⁵⁶tumhaari practice ho jaayegi ashareeri hone ki।

¹⁵⁵At that time, you will have developed the practice of being bodiless.

¹⁵⁷yeh practice tum yahaan hi karte ho।

¹⁵⁶You practise this here at this time.

¹⁵⁸vahaan satayug mein to aatma ek shareer chhod doosra leti hai।

¹⁵⁷There, in the golden age, souls shed their bodies and take others.

¹⁵⁹yahaan to tum jaante ho yeh shareer chhod baba ke paas jaana hai।

¹⁵⁸Here, you know you have to shed your bodies and go to Baba.

¹⁶⁰parantu pichhaadi mein koi yaad na aaye।

¹⁵⁹However, you mustn’t remember anyone at the end.

¹⁶¹shareer hi yaad na rahe to baaki kya raha।

¹⁶⁰If you do not even remember your body, what else remains?

¹⁶²mehnat hai ismen।

¹⁶¹It is this that takes effort.

¹⁶³mehnat karte-karte pichhaadi mein paas hokar nikalte ho।

¹⁶²Continue to make effort, and you will pass at the end.

¹⁶⁴purushaartha vaalon ka bhi pata to padta hai na, unka show nikalta rahega।

¹⁶⁷baandheliyaan samajhti hain shivbaaba ne in haathon ka loan liya hai to shivbaaba ka patra aayega।
