This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.
How is Hinglish generated?
The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.
Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

0 27/03/22 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 07/03/1990
1ruling tatha controlling power se svaraajya ki praapti
1The attainment of self-sovereignty with ruling and controlling power.
2aaj bachchon ke snehi baapdaada har ek bachche ko vishesh do baaton mein check kar rahe the।
2Today, BapDada, who has love for the children, was especially checking two aspects in every child.
3sneh ka pratyaksha swaroop bachchon ko sampanna aur sampoorn banaana hai।
3The practical form of love is to make the children complete and perfect.
4har ek mein ruling power aur controlling power kahaan tak aai hai - aaj yeh dekh rahe the।
4Today, Baba was seeing how much ruling power and controlling power there is in each one.
5jaise shareer ki sthool karmenndriyaan aatma ke control se chalti hain, jab chaahe, jaise chaahe aur jahaan chaahe, vaise chala sakte hain aur chalaate rehte hain।
5The physical organs of a body are made to function by the soul controlling them, so that he can use them whenever he chooses, however he chooses and wherever it chooses.
6controlling power bhi hai।
6That is controlling power.
7jaise haath-paanv sthool shaktiyaan hain, aise man-buddhi sanskaar aatma ki sookshm shaktiyaan hain।
7Just as your hands and feet are physical powers, in the same way, the mind, intellect and sanskars are your subtle powers.
8sookshm shaktiyon ke oopar control karne ki power arthaat man-buddhi ko, sanskaaron ko jab chaahen, jahaan chaahe, jaise chaahen, jitna samay chaahen - aise controlling power, ruling power aai hai?
8Have you developed the power to control your subtle powers, that is, do you have the controlling power and ruling power to use your mind, intellect and sanskars whenever you choose, wherever you choose, however you choose and for however long you choose?
9kyonki is brahman-jeevan mein master almighty authority bante ho।
9This is because, in this Brahmin life you become master almighty authorities.
10is samay ki praapti saara kalpa raajya roop aur pujaari ke roop mein chalti rehti hai।
10The attainment of this time continues for the whole cycle in the form of a ruler and then in the form of a worshipper.
11jitna hi aadha kalpa vishwa ki raajya-satta praapta karte ho, us anusaar hi jitna shaktishaali raajya pad va poojya pad milta hai, utna hi bhakti-maarga mein bhi shreshtha pujaari bante ho।
11To whatever extent you claim the kingdom of the world for half a cycle, that is, however powerful your status of a ruler and however worthy of worship you become, to that extent you become an elevated worshipper on the path of devotion.
12bhakti mein bhi shreshtha aatma ki man-buddhi-sanskaaron ke oopar controlling power rehti hai।
12In devotion, too, an elevated soul has controlling power over the mind, intellect and sanskars. 13The devotees, too, become powerful, numberwise.
13bhakton mein bhi nambarvaar shaktishaali bhakta bante hain arthaat jis ishta ki bhakti karne chaahen, jitna samay chaahen, jis vidhi se karne chaahen - aisi bhakti ka phal bhakti ki vidhi pramaan santushtata, ekaagrata, shakti aur khushi ko praapta karte hain।
14That is, whichever special deity they choose to worship, for as long as they want and according to the method of their devotion, they attain the fruit of that devotion in the form of contentment, stability, power and happiness. 15However, this Brahmin birth is the basis of the ruling status and the power of devotion.
14lekin raajya-pad aur bhakti ke shakti ki praapti ka aadhaar yeh brahman janma hai।
16So this one short birth of the confluence age is the basis for all the births of the whole cycle.
15to is sangamuyag ka chhota-sa ek janma saare kalpa ke sarva janmon ka aadhaar hai!
17Just as you become special in ruling the kingdom, in the same way, you become special devotees, not ordinary.
16jaise raajya karne mein vishesh bante ho, vaise hi bhakta bhi vishesh bante ho, saadhaaran nahin। 17bhakta-maala vaale bhakta alag hain lekin aap aapehi poojya, aapehi pujaari aatmaon ki bhakti bhi vishesh hai।
18The devotees of the rosary of devotees are separate, but the devotional attainment of you souls, who become worthy of worship yourselves as well as becoming worshippers, is special.
18to aaj baapdaada bachchon ke is mool aadhaar janma ko dekh rahe the।
19So, today, BapDada was seeing this birth of the children which is the main basis.
19aadi se ab tak brahman-jeevan mein ruling power, controlling power sada aur kitni percentage mein rahi hai।
20From the beginning until now, what constancy and to what percentage have there been ruling power and controlling power in Brahmin life?
20ismen bhi pahle apne hi sookshm shaktiyon ki result ko check karo।
21Within this, you first of all have to check the result of your subtle powers.
21result mein kya dikhaai deta hai?
22What is visible in your result?
22in vishesh teen shaktiyon, “man-buddhi-sanskaar'' par control ho to isko hi svaraajya adhikaari kaha jaata hai।
23Controlling power over these three special powers - the mind, intellect and sanskars - is known as self-sovereignty.
23to yeh sookshm shaktiyaan hi sthool karmenndriyon ko sanyam aur niyam mein chala sakti hain।
24It is with these subtle powers that you can make your physical organs work with discipline, according to the system.
24result kya dekhi?
25What result did Baba see?
25jab, jahaan aur jaise - in teenon baaton mein abhi yathaashakti hain। 26sarvashakti nahin hain lekin yathaashakti।
26The result seen was that all of you are according to your capacity in these three aspects in being able to use them whenever, wherever and however you choose.
27jisko double videshi apni bhaasha mein something akshar use karte hain। 28to isko almighty authority kahenge?
27There isn't full power, but power is according to your capacity. 28The double foreigners use the words 'something’ (to some extent) a lot in their language.
29mighty to hain lekin al hain?
29Would this be called “being an almighty authority”?
30vaastav mein isko hi brahman-jeevan ka foundation kaha jaata hai।
30You are mighty, but are you all (mighty)? 31In fact, this is called the foundation of Brahmin life.
31jiska jitna sva par raajya hai arthaat sva ko chalne aur sarva ko chalaane ki vidhi aati hai, vahi number aage leta hai। 32is foundation mein agar yathaashakti hai to automatically number peechhe ho jaata hai।
32To whatever extent someone has authority over himself, that is, if a soul knows the way to make himself and all others move, he claims a number ahead, but if a soul is according to his capacity, the number automatically goes behind in this foundation.
33jisko svayan ko chalaane aur chalne aata hai woh doosron ko bhi sahaj chala sakta hai arthaat handling power aa jaati hai।
33Someone who knows how to conduct himself properly and move along easily is also able to make others move along. 34This is what you call having handling power.
34sirf doosre ko handle karne ke liye handling power nahin chaahiye।
35There shouldn't be handling power simply to handle others.
35jo apni sookshm shaktiyon ko handle kar sakta hai, woh doosron ko bhi handle kar sakta hai।
36Someone who is able to handle the subtle powers of himself is also able to handle others.
36to sva ke oopar controlling power, ruling power sarva ke liye yathaartha handling power ban jaati hai।
37Controlling power and ruling power with regard to oneself becomes accurate handling power with regard to others.
37chaahe agyaani aatmaon ko seva dvaara handle karo, chaahe brahman-parivaar mein sneh sampanna, santushtata sampanna vyavhaar karo - donon mein saphal ho jaayenge, kyonki kai bachche aise hain jo baap ko jaanna, baap ka banna aur baap se preet ki reeti nibhaana - yeh bahut sahaj anubhav karte hain lekin sabhi brahman aatmaon se chalna - ismen something kehte hain।
38Whether you handle non-gyani souls by doing service, or whether you interact with the Brahmin family with love and contentment, you will be successful in both. 39Because some children experience it to be very easy to know the Father, to belong to the Father and to fulfil the responsibility of love to the Father, they experience this to be very easy. 40However, they have to be able to get along with all Brahmin souls, but they say “something” (to some extent) for that.
38iska kaaran kya?
41What is the reason for that?
39baap se nibhaana sahaj kyon lagta hai?
42Why is it easy to fulfil the responsibility to the Father?
40kyonki dil ka pyaar atoot hai।
43It is because there is unbreakable love in the heart.
41pyaar mein nibhaana sahaj hota hai, jisse pyaar hota hai, uska kuchh shiksha ka ishaara milna bhi pyaara lagta hai aur sadaiv dil mein anubhav hota hai ki jo kuchh kaha mere kalyaan ke liye kaha kyonki uske prati dil ki shreshtha bhaavna hoti hai।
44It is easy to fulfil one's responsibility out of love. 45When you have love for someone, you love the signal of teachings given by that one, and your heart always experiences that whatever has been said is for your benefit, because there are elevated feelings of love in the heart for that one.
42to jaise aapke dil mein unke prati shreshtha bhaavna hai, vaise hi aapki shubhbhaavna ka return doosre dvaara bhi praapta hota hai।
46Just as there are elevated feelings of love in your heart for that one, in the same way, the return of your good wishes is received from others.
43jaise gumbaz mein aavaaj karte ho to vahi aavaaj lautkar aapke paas aati hai।
47When you create a sound in a dome, it echoes and comes back to you.
44to jaise baap ke prati atoot, akhanda, atal pyaar hai, shreshtha bhaavna hai, nishchay hai, aise brahman-aatmaayen nambarvaar hote hue bhi aatmik pyaar atoot, akhanda hai?
48You may have unbreakable, constant, stable love and elevated feelings and faith in the Father, but even though Brahmins souls are numberwise, is there constant and unbreakable soul-conscious love for them in the same way?
45variety chalan, variety sanskaar dekhkar pyaar karte hain to woh atoot aur akhanda nahin hota hai।
49You do have love, but when you see the various activities and the various sanskars, there isn't unbreakable and constant love.
46kisi bhi aatma ke apne prati va doosron ke prati chalan arthaat charitra va sanskaar dil-pasanda nahin honge to pyaar ki percentage kam ho jaati hai।
50If a soul's activity, that is, his behaviour and sanskars for himself and others are not as you like, your percentage of love is reduced.
47lekin aatma ka shreshtha aatma ke bhaav se aatmik pyaar usmein percentage nahin hoti hai।
51However, when there is soul-conscious love for souls with the feelings of those souls being elevated souls, there isn't a percentage.
48kaise bhi sanskaar hon, chalan ho lekin brahman-aatmaon ka saare kalpa mein atoot sambandh hai, eeshvareey parivaar hai।
52Whatever their sanskars and activity are like, Brahmin souls have an unbreakable relationship throughout the cycle. 53This is the Godly family.
49baap ne har aatma ko vishesh chunkar eeshvareey parivaar mein laaya hai।
54The Father has especially selected every soul and brought that soul into the Godly family.
50apne-aap nahin aaye hain, baap ne laaya hai।
55You did not come by yourselves; the Father brought you.
51to baap ko saamne rakhne se har aatma se bhi aatmik atoot pyaar ho jaata hai।
56So, by keeping the Father in front of you, you have unbreakable soul-conscious love for every soul.
52kisi bhi aatma ki koi baat aapko pasand nahin aati tab hi pyaar mein antar aata hai।
57It is when you do not like something about a soul that there is a difference in your love.
53us samay buddhi mein yahi rakho ki is aatma ko baap ne pasand kiya hai, avashya koi visheshta hai tab baap ne pasand kiya hai।
58At that time, keep this awareness in your intellect: “The Father has selected that soul, so there must definitely be some speciality for that is why He selected that one.”
54shuru se baapdaada bachchon ko yeh sunaate rehte hain ki maanon 36 gunon mein kismen 35 gun nahin hain lekin ek gun bhi vishesh hai tab baap ne unko pasand kiya hai।
59From the beginning, BapDada has been telling you children: If, for instance, out of the 36 virtues, someone doesn't have 35 virtues but has only one special virtue, that is why the Father chose him.
55baap ne unke 35 avgun dekhe va ek hi gun dekha?
60Did He see that one’s 35 defects or the one virtue?
56kya dekha?
61What did He look at?
57sabse bade-te-bada gun va visheshta baap ko pahchaanne ki buddhi, baap ke banne ki himmat, baap se pyaar karne ki vidhi hai jo saare kalpa mein dharma-pitaaon mein bhi nahin thi, raajya netaaon mein bhi nahin, dhanvaanon mein bhi nahin lekin us aatma mein hain।
62The greatest virtue and speciality is of having an intellect that recognises the Father, the courage to belong to Him and knowing the way to love Him. 63This was not known by the founders of the religions throughout the cycle. 64The rulers did not know this, the wealthy ones did not know this, but this soul has this speciality.
58baap aap sabse poochhte hain ki aap jab baap ke paas aaye to kya gun sampanna hoke aaye the?
65The Father is asking all of you: When you came to the Father, did you come full of virtues?
59baap ne aapki kamjoriyon ko dekha kya?
66Did the Father look at your weaknesses?
60himmat badhaai hai na ki aap hi mere the, hain aur sada banenge।
67He increased your courage: You were Mine, you are Mine and you will always belong to Me.
61to follow father karo na!
68So, follow the Father.
62jab vishesh aatma samajh kisko bhi dekhenge, sambandh-samparka mein aayenge to baap ko saamne rakhne se aatma mein svatah hi aatmik pyaar emerge ho jaata hai।
69When you look at someone and see that one as a special soul, when you form relationships and connections with such souls, by keeping the Father in front of you, your soul-conscious love will automatically emerge from within you souls.
63aapke sneh se sarva ke snehi ban jaayenge aur aatmik sneh se sada sabhi dvaara sadbhaavna, sahayog ki bhaavna svatah hi aapke prati duaaon ke roop mein praapta hogi।
70Because of your love, you will be loved by everyone. 71Then, with soul-conscious love, you will automatically receive good wishes, co-operation and pure feelings in the form of blessings from everyone.
64isko kehte hain - roohaani yathaartha shreshtha handling।
72This is known as spiritual, accurate, elevated handling.
65baapdaada aaj muskara rahe the। 66bachchon mein teen shabdon ke kaaran controlling power, ruling power kam ho jaati hai।
73Today, BapDada was smiling because controlling power and ruling power decrease in the children due to three words.
67woh teen shabd hain - 1. why (kyon), 2. what (kya), 3. want (chaahiye)।
74The first of those three words is “Why?”, the second “What” and the third “Want”.
68yeh teen shabd khatma kar ek shabd bolo।
75Finish these three words and use one word.
69why aaye to bhi ek shabd bolo - vaah, what shabd aaye to bhi bolo “vaah''!
76When there is “Why?” just use one word “Wah!”. 77When you say, “What?” then also say, “Wah!, wah!”
70“vaah'' shabd to bolna aata hai na। 71vaah baba!
78You know how to use the word “Wah!”, do you not?
72vaah main!
79Wah Baba!
73aur vaah drama!
80Wah me! and wah drama!
74sirf “vaah'' bolo to yeh teen shabd khatma ho jaayenge।
81So simply say, “Wah!” and these three words will finish.
75us din bhi sunaaya na ki baapdaada ne kaun sa khel dekha!
82The other day, Baba also told you about the game He saw.
76aap logon ka ek chitra pahle ka banaaya hua hai jismen dikhaaya hai - yogi yog laga raha hai, buddhi ko ekaagrachit kar raha hai, balance rakh raha hai, balance ki taraaju dikhaai hai, jitna buddhi ka balance karta utna koi bandar aakar baith jaata।
83There is a picture that you people made earlier in which a yogi is shown having yoga; he is trying to stabilise his intellect, he is trying to keep a balance and the balance is shown in the form of scales. 84The more he tries to balance his intellect, the more a monkey comes and sits on them.
77in teenon baaton ke bandar aa jaate hain, to balance kya hoga!
85When the monkey of these three things comes, what happens to the balance?
78halchal ho jaayegi, balance nahin rahega।
86There would be fluctuation; there would not be a balance.
79to yeh teen shabd balance ko samaapta kar dete hain, buddhi ko nachaane lagte hain।
87So these three words finish the balance and begin to make the intellect dance (go up and down).
80bandar aaraam se baith sakta hai kya?
88Can a monkey sit comfortably?
81aur kuchh nahin ho to poonchh ko hi hilaata rahega।
89If nothing else, it keeps waving its tail.
82to ismen bhi balance na hone ke kaaran baap dvaara har kadam mein jo duaayen milti hain va aatmik sneh kaaran parivaar dvaara jo duaayen milti hain usse vachint ho jaate hain।
90Here, too, because there isn't a balance, souls remain deprived of the blessings they can claim from Baba at every step and from the blessings they can receive from the Brahmin family as a result of spiritual love.
83jaise baap se sambandh rakhna aavashyak hai, aise eeshvareey parivaar se sambandh rakhna bhi ati aavashyak hai।
91Just as it is necessary to keep a relationship with the Father, in the same way, it is extremely necessary to keep a relationship with the Godly family.
84saare kalpa mein number one aatma brahma baap aur eeshvareey parivaar ke sambandh-samparka mein aana hai।
92Throughout the cycle, you are to have a relationship and connection with Brahma Baba, the number one soul, and the Godly family.
85aise nahin samajhna - achha, baap to hamaara hai, ham baap ke hain।
93Do not think, "The Father is mine and I am the Father's anyway."
86yeh bhi paas with honour ki nishaani nahin hai kyonki aap sannyaasi aatmaayen nahin ho।
94That is not a sign of passing with honours. 95You souls are not sannyasi souls.
87rishi-muni ki aatmaayen nahin ho।
96You are not rishi and muni souls.
88vishwa se kinaara karne vaale nahin ho lekin vishwa ka sahaara banne vaali aatmaayen ho।
97You are not souls who step away from the world; you are the souls who become supports for the world.
89vishwa-kinaara nahin, vishwa-kalyaankaari ho।
98You are not those who step away from the world; you are world benefactors.
90brahman-aatmaon ki to baat chhodo lekin prakriti ko bhi parivartan karne ke sahaare aap ho!
99Leave aside the question of Brahmin souls; you are the supports that transform matter too.
91parivaar ke avinaashi pyaar ke dhaage ke beech se nikal nahin sakte ho।
100You cannot break away from the thread of eternal love of the family.
92vijayi ratna pyaar ke dhaage ke beech se nikal nahin sakte isliye kabhi bhi kisi bhi baat mein, kisi sthaan mein, kisi seva se, kisi saathi se kinaara karke apni avastha ko achha banaake dikhaaoon - yeh sankalp nahin karna।
101A victorious jewel cannot break away from the thread of love of the rosary. 102Therefore, never have such a thought as: I can step away from a particular aspect of a place, from a particular type of service or a companion and then make my stage good and show everyone.
93kehte hain na - ham iske saath nahin chal sakte, uske saath chalenge, is sthaan par unnati nahin hogi, doosre sthaan par hogi, is seva mein vighna hai, doosri seva mein achha hoga।
103You say, “ I am not able to get on with this one, I will get on with that one; there isn't progress at this place, there will be progress at another place; there are obstacles in this service, other service would be better.”
94yeh sab kinaara karne ki baate hain।
104All of these are thoughts that make you step away.
95agar ek baar yeh aadat apne mein daali to yeh aadat aapko kahaan bhi tikne nahin degi, buddhi ko ekaagra rahne nahin degi kyonki buddhi ko badalne ki aadat pad gai।
105Once you instil this habit in yourself, neither will it let you be stable anywhere, nor will it allow your intellect to stabilise itself because the intellect has the habit of constantly changing.
96yeh bhi kamjori gini jaayegi, unnati nahin gini jaayegi। 97sadaiv apne mein shubh ummeeden rakho, naaummeend nahin bano। 98jaise baap ne har bachche mein shubh ummeeden rakhi।
106Therefore, this too is considered to be a weakness; it would not be considered to be progress. 107You must constantly have pure hopes in yourself, just as Baba has pure hopes in every child.
99kaise bhi hain, baap last number se bhi kabhi dilshikasta nahin bane। 100sada hi ummeed rakhi।
108No matter what anyone is like, Baba has never lost hope, even for those who would be in the last number.
101to aap bhi na apne se, na doosre se, na seva mein, naaummeend, dilshikasta nahin bano।
109He has always had hope. 110So, you too must never lose hope in yourself, in others or in service.
102dilshaah bano। 103shaah maana phraakdil, sada badi dil। 104koi bhi kamjor sanskaar nahin dhaaran kar lo।
111Don't lose hope; be generous hearted, not disheartened. ‘Generous’ means constantly having a big heart.
105maaya bhinna-bhinna roop se kamjor banaane ka prayaas karti hai।
112Do not adopt any weak sanskars. 113Maya tries in many different ways to weaken you.
106lekin aap maaya ke bhi knowledgeful ho na ki adhoori knowledge hai?
114However, you are also knowledge-full about Maya, or do you only have incomplete knowledge?
107yeh bhi yaad rakho ki maaya naye-naye roop mein aati hai, puraane roop mein nahin kyonki woh bhi jaanti hai ki yeh pahchaan lenge।
115Also remember that Maya only comes in new forms. 116She does not come in the same old form, because she knows that you will recognise her.
108baat vahi hoti hai lekin roop naya dhaaran kar leti hai।
117It is the same thing but she adopts a new form. 118Did you understand?
109samjha!
119Achcha.
110achha! 111teachers maaya ke knowledgeful ho?
120Are you teachers knowledge-full about Maya?
112sirf knowledge nahin lekin knowledgeful ho?
121Not just to have knowledge, but to be knowledge-full?
113baap ko pahchaan liya - sirf yeh nahin socho, maaya ko bhi pahchaanna hai।
122Don’t think that you have recognised the Father; you also have to recognise Maya.
114abhi bandhan mein bandh gai ho va kathin lagta hai?
123Are you all tied in bondage or do you find it difficult?
115meetha bandhan lagta ya thoda mushkil bandhan lagta?
124Do you find it a sweet bond, or do you find it a little difficult?
116sochte ho - yahaan to bahut marna padega, baap ke ban gaye, ab phir yeh karna hai, yeh karna hai, kahaan tak karenge!
125Do you think that you will have to die a lot? 126Do you think: You belong to the Father now, but this has to be done, that has to be done, for how long will this continue?
117agar yeh pata hota to aate hi nahin - aisa soch chalta hai?
127Do you think, “If I had known all of this, I would not have come.”?
118jahaan pyaar hai vahaan koi mushkil nahin।
128Where there is love, nothing is difficult.
119patanga bhi shama par kurbaan ho jaata hai।
129Moths sacrifice themselves to a flame.
120to aap shreshtha aatmaayen parmaatma-pyaar ke peechhe mushkil anubhav kar sakti ho kya?
130So, can you elevated souls experience anything to be difficult when you have God's love?
121jab parvaana kurbaan ho sakta hai to aap kya nahin kar sakti?
131If a moth can sacrifice itself, what can you not do?
122jis ghadi mushkil anubhav hota hai to zaroor pyaar ki percentage mein antar aa jaata hai, isliye kuchh samay mushkil lagta hai।
132When you experience difficulty, there is definitely a difference in your percentage of love. 133This is why it sometimes seems difficult.
123agar hove hi mushkil to sada mushkil lagna chaahiye, kabhi-kabhi kyon mushkil lagta?
134If it were difficult, you would experience it to be difficult all the time, would you not? 135Why is it difficult only sometimes?
124paramatma aur aapke beech mein koi baat aa jaati hai, isliye mushkil ho jaata hai aur percentage mein farka pad jaata hai।
136It is because there is something between you and God that you find it difficult and that is why there is a difference in the percentage.
125woh beech se nikaal do to phir sahaj ho jaae।
137When what is in between goes away, it becomes easy.
126baapdaada sada kehte hain teachers arthaat sada svayan himmat mein rahne vaali aur doosron ko himmat dene ke nimitta banne vaali।
138BapDada always says that ‘teachers’ means those who have courage and who become instruments for giving courage to others.
127nahin to teacher bani kyon?
139Otherwise, why would you have become teachers?
128teacher maana hi student ke nimitta hain।
140To be teachers means to be instruments for students.
129kamjor ko himmat de aage badhaane ki seva ke nimitta ho।
141You are instruments to give courage to weak ones and inspire them to move forward.
130saphal teacher ki pahli nishaani yeh hogi - woh kabhi himmatheen nahin banengi।
142The first sign of a successful teacher is that she will never lose courage.
131jo khud himmat mein rehta hai woh doosre ko bhi himmat zaroor deta hai।
143Those who remain courageous themselves can make others courageous too.
132khud mein hi himmat kam hogi to doosre ko bhi nahin de sakenge।
144If there is a lack of courage in yourself, you will not be able to give courage to others.
133achha!
145Achcha.
