¹Essence: Sweet children, in order to make your stage firm, wake up early in the morning, sit in solitude and think: I am a soul; I now have to return home; this play is about to end.

²prashn:- poora-poora bali chadhne ka arth kya hai?

²Question: What does it mean to sacrifice yourself completely?

³uttar:- poora bali chadhna maana - buddhi ka yog ek taraph rahe।

³Answer: To sacrifice yourself completely means to keep your intellect in yoga in one direction. ⁴Neither your children nor any other bodily beings should be remembered.

⁴bachche aadi koi dehdhaari yaad na aayen।

⁵Body consciousness has to be broken.

⁵deh ka bhaan toot jaae। ⁶aisa jo poora bali chadhte hain unhein 21 janmon ka varsa baap se milta hai।

⁶Those who sacrifice themselves in this way receive their inheritance from the Father for 21 births.

⁷jo ek do ke naam roop mein lattu hote hain woh baap ka aur apna naam badnaam karte hain।

⁷Those who are trapped in the name and form of one another defame their own names and the Father’s name.

⁸prashn:- baap sabhi bachchon par kaun si kripa karte hain? ⁹uttar:- kaudi se heere jaisa banaane ki kripa baap karte hain।

¹⁵Heaven is the new creation.

¹⁶duniya nahin jaanti ki svarga ki rachna kaise rachi jaati hai।

¹⁸ek-ek baat nai hai, nai duniya ke liye।

¹⁹No one knows what the golden age is. ²⁰If they do not know what the golden age is, how would they know any of this?

²¹svayan parampita paramatma hi aakar knowledge dete hain, jo knowledge phir praayah lop ho jaati hai।

²²The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, comes Himself and gives knowledge and then this knowledge later disappears.

²³You study Raja Yoga with this knowledge and claim the kingdom, that's all!

²³isko kaha jaata hai spiritual knowledge।

²⁵Spiritual means the spirit, that is, the soul.

³²People think that He is the Knower of the Secrets within.

³³drama anusaar jo jaisa karma karte hain unko woh phal to milna hi hai।

³⁴According to the drama, they have to receive the fruit according to the type of actions they perform.

³⁴bachchon ko karma akarma vikarma ki gati bhi samjhaate hain। ³⁵karma akarma kab hota hai, phir karma vikarma kaise bante hain।

³⁵The philosophy of karma, neutral karma and sinful karma, that is, when actions become neutral and then sinful, has been explained to you children.

³⁶svarga mein koi bura kaam hota nahin jo vikarma bane kyonki vahaan raavanraajya hi nahin, isliye karma akarma ban jaate hain।

³⁶There are no bad actions in heaven that they would become sinful actions because the kingdom of Ravan doesn’t exist there. ³⁷This is why actions become neutral actions.

³⁷lep-chhep tab lagta hai jab vikarma karte hain।

³⁸The effect of an action is left on a soul when he performs a sinful action.

³⁸paap karaane vaala hai raavan।

³⁹It is Ravan that makes you commit sin.

³⁹ab tum bachchon ko baap samjhaate hain।

⁴²Many people say that there is definitely vice there too, but not as much.

⁴²jaise yahaan bhi sannyaasi guru log samjhaate hain varsha mein va maas mein ek baar vikaar mein jaao। ⁴³parantu baap to phat se kehte hain bachche kaam mahaashatru hai, un par poori jeet paani hai।

⁴³Here, too, (in the world) gurus say that you may indulge in vice once a year or once a month, but the Father instantly says: Children, lust is the greatest enemy. ⁴⁴You have to conquer it fully.

⁴⁴sampoorn nirvikaari banna hai।

⁴⁵Become completely viceless!

⁴⁵vahaan raavan hi nahin to vikaar kahaan se aaya।

⁴⁶There is no Ravan there, so how could there be vice?

⁴⁶sikkha log bhi gaate hain moot paleeti kapad dhoye.... to sab moot paleeti hain।

⁴⁷The Sikh people sing that God comes to wash the dirty clothes. ⁴⁸Therefore, everyone has become like dirty clothes.

⁴⁷yeh kiski ninda nahin karte hain। ⁴⁸jo jaisa hoga unko aisa zaroor kahenge।

⁴⁹This is not defamation of anyone; they would surely be told what they are.

⁴⁹chor ko chor kahenge।

⁵⁰A thief would be called a thief.

⁵⁰granth mein bhi bahut samjhaani likhi hui hai।

⁵¹Explanations have also been given in the Granth (Sikh scripture).

⁵¹guroonaanak ne parampita paramatma ki mahima ki hai।

⁵²Guru Nanak praised the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁵²kehte hain jap saaheb, sukhamni.... baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo।

⁵³jisko aadhaakalpa yaad kiya woh cheez agar mil jaae to kitni khushi honi chaahiye।

⁵⁵You should experience so much happiness if you find something for which you have been searching for half the cycle.

⁵⁴parantu khushi bhi unko hoti hai jo ghadi-ghadi apne ko aatma samajhte hain।

⁵⁶However, it is those who continually consider themselves to be souls who experience happiness.

⁵⁵aatma samajhne se baap ke saath lav rahega।

⁵⁷If you consider yourself to be a soul you develop love for the Father.

⁵⁶aatma ko is samay pata hi nahin hai ki hamaara baap kaun hai।

⁵⁸At this time, souls don't know who their Father is.

⁵⁷baap ka ban baap ke occupation ko na jaana to unko buddhu kahenge।

⁵⁹Those who belong to the Father but do not know His occupation are called foolish.

⁵⁸prahlaad ki katha sunaate hain, badla lene ke liye thambha se nikla.... parantu paramatma hai kahaan... address ka pata bhi nahin।

⁶⁰They relate the story of Prahlad and how God emerged from a pillar to save him, but where is God? ⁶¹People do not know God's address.

⁵⁹abhi tum bachche jaante ho।

⁶²You children now know.

⁶⁰tum ho brahmaakumaar kumaariyaan।

⁶³You are Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

⁶¹prajaapita brahma ka bhi naam baala hai।

⁶⁴The name Prajapita, the Father of People, is famous.

⁶²stri to hai nahin jo unse bachche paida karen।

⁶⁵There is no wife through whom he would create children.

⁶³zaroor mukh vanshaavli honge।

⁶⁶Surely, they must be a mouth-born creation.

⁶⁴tum bhi yeh samjha sakte ho। ⁶⁵ham hain brahmaakumaar kumaari, prajaapita brahma ka naam suna hai।

⁶⁷You can also explain: We are Brahma Kumars and Kumaris. ⁶⁸Have you heard of Prajapita Brahma, the Father of People?

⁶⁶to parampita paramatma brahma dvaara rachna rachte hain।

⁶⁹The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, creates creation through Brahma.

⁶⁷pahle-pahle brahma ko racha phir brahma dvaara rachna rachi।

⁷⁰Brahma was created first and the rest of creation took place through Brahma.

⁶⁸baap samjhaate hain dekho, meri kitni mukh vanshaavli hai।

⁷¹The Father explains: Look how many of my mouth-born creation there are!

⁶⁹sabko varsa to shivbaaba se hi milta hai, jisko adopt kiya hai woh to zaroor gareeb honge।

⁷²Everyone receives his inheritance from Shiv Baba. ⁷³The ones that have been adopted must definitely have been poor.

⁷⁰pahle brahma ko adopt kiya। ⁷¹brahma dvaara phir mukh vanshaavli bane।

⁷⁴Brahma was adopted first and then the mouth-born creation were created through Brahma.

⁷²woh kukh vanshaavli brahman jismaani yaatra karaate hain, yeh brahma mukh vanshaavli roohaani yaatra karaate hain।

⁷⁵Those brahmins born through vice teach physical pilgrimages whereas, here, you mouth-born creation of Brahma teach this spiritual pilgrimage.

⁷³is roohaani yaatra ka kisko pata nahin hai। ⁷⁴purushaartha karte hain ki ham nivaarnadhaam jaaven।

⁷⁶Even though they make effort to go to the land of nirvana, none of them knows about this spiritual pilgrimage.

⁷⁵to buddhi ki yaatra brahm taraph hogi।

⁷⁷Therefore, the pilgrimage of their intellects is to the brahm element.

⁷⁶woh brahm ki yaatra ho gai।

⁷⁸That is the pilgrimage to the brahm element.

⁷⁷samajhte hain ham brahm mein leen ho jaayenge।

⁷⁹They think that they will merge into the brahm element.

⁷⁸to phir jismaani yaatra karne ki darkaar kya hai।

⁸⁰In that case, what need is there to go on a physical pilgrimage?

⁷⁹yaatra hai bhi nivaarnadhaam ki।

⁸¹It is surely the pilgrimage to the land of nirvana.

⁸⁰unko phir jyoti jyot samaaya ya budbuda, budbude se mil gaya - aise nahin kahenge।

⁸²It cannot then be said that the light merges into the light or that the bubble merges into the ocean.

⁸¹yeh aatma yaatra karti hai।

⁸³Souls make this pilgrimage.

⁸²brahm tatva mein jaati hai।

⁸⁴They go to the brahm element.

⁸³yeh hai roohaani yaatra, baaki sab hain jismaani yaatra।

⁸⁵This is the spiritual pilgrimage. ⁸⁶All others are physical pilgrimages.

⁸⁴unhon ko to maaloom hi nahin hai ki nirvaandhaam kaun le ja sakta hai।

⁸⁷They don't even know who will take them to the land of nirvana.

⁸⁵abhi behad ka baap kehte hain main hi sabko le jaata hoon, sarva ka panda baap hi bante hain।

⁸⁸Now, the unlimited Father says: I take everyone back home. ⁸⁹The Father becomes everyone's Guide and takes everyone home.

⁸⁶satayug mein bahut thode manushya hain, baaki sab aatmaayen vaapis zaroor jaati hain।

⁹⁰There are very few human beings in the golden age. ⁹¹All other souls definitely return home.

⁸⁷righteous baat baap hi bataate hain।

⁹²The Father is the One who tells you righteous things.

⁸⁸ab tum ho sachchi-sachchi yaatra par।

⁹³You are now on the true pilgrimage: You are souls.

⁸⁹ham aatma hain, naatak poora hota hai, vaapis jaana hai।

⁹⁴The play is now about to end and we have to return home.

⁹⁰yeh pakka ho jaana chaahiye।

⁹⁵This should be very firm.

⁹¹ekaanta mein baith yeh khyaal karo ki ham aatma hain, baba hamko lene aaya hai।

⁹⁶Sit in solitude and think such thoughts: I am a soul. ⁹⁷Baba has come to take me back home.

⁹²yeh chola chhi-chhi hai।

⁹⁸This costume is dirty.

⁹³aise apne saath baaten karni hoti hain, isko vichaar saagar manthan kaha jaata hai।

⁹⁹Talk to yourself in this way. ¹⁰⁰This is known as churning the ocean.

⁹⁴baap ne karma karne ki to chhutti di hai। ⁹⁵baaki raat ko jaagkar yeh abhyaas karo to din mein bhi avastha achhi rahegi, madad milegi।

¹⁰¹The Father has given you permission to perform actions, but stay awake at night and practise this and it will help you to keep your stage good during the day.

⁹⁶raat ka abhyaas din mein kaam aayega।

¹⁰²Practising at night will be useful for you during the day.

⁹⁷raat ko jaagna hai - 2 baje ke baad; kyonki 9 se 12 baje tak ka time bilkul dirty hai isliye vichaar saagar manthan savere hi kiya jaata hai।

¹⁰³Awaken at night after 2 a.m. because the time between 9 and 12 is very dirty. ¹⁰⁴That is why you should churn in the morning: I am a soul.

⁹⁸ham aatma hain bas ab baba ke paas hi jaana hai।

¹¹⁰By keeping this in your intellects, the consciousness of your bodies will break; only the Father and the inheritance will be remembered.

¹⁰⁶baap hi aakar shiksha dete hain।

¹¹¹The Father comes and teaches us.

¹⁰⁷nahin to ham aise shreshtha pavitra ban kaise sakte।

¹¹²Otherwise, how could we become so elevated and pure?

¹⁰⁸is samay corruption to bahut hai isliye naam nikalte hain sadaachaar committee।

¹¹³There is a lot of corruption now. ¹¹⁴This is why there is the committee of religious-minded people.

¹⁰⁹aage yeh sab baaten thi nahin।

¹¹⁵These things did not exist previously.

¹¹⁰yeh corruption aadi sab abhi hui hai।

¹¹⁶This corruption etc. started now.

¹¹¹minister aadi bante hain to kitne paise lootte hain।

¹¹⁷Ministers etc. accept many bribes.

¹¹²kitna bhrashtaachaar karte hain।

¹¹⁸There is so much corruption!

¹¹³satayug mein hoti hai shreshthaachaari government।

¹¹⁹In the golden age there is elevated government.

¹¹⁴tum bahut shreshthaachaari ban rahe ho।

¹²⁰You are becoming very elevated.

¹¹⁵vahaan paap ka naam nahin hota hai।

¹²¹There is no trace of sin there.

¹¹⁶baap aakar svarga ke laayak banaate hain।

¹²²The Father comes and makes us worthy of heaven.

¹¹⁷sabhi jo dirty hain unko gul-gul banaate hain, svarga sthaapan karke sarva ko sadgati de phir khud chhip jaata hoon।

¹²³He makes all the dirty ones beautiful. ¹²⁴He establishes heaven and grants everyone salvation, but He Himself disappears.

¹¹⁸mera part hi hai sabko sadgati dena।

¹²⁵My part is to grant everyone salvation.

¹¹⁹main saari duniya ko kya se kya banaata hoon।

¹²⁶Look what I change the world into from what it is now!

¹²⁰yeh to manushya bhi kehte hain ladaai lagegi।

¹²⁷People also say that war is going to take place.

¹²¹akhbaaron mein padta hai 5 varsha ke andar yeh hoga, woh hoga।

¹²⁸Forecasts are printed in the newspapers: This will happen within five years, that will happen.

¹²²achha vinaash hoga - bhala phir kya hoga?

¹²⁹Achcha, if destruction does take place, what would happen afterwards?

¹²³yeh vinaash bhi kyon hota hai, kaaran bataayen na।

¹³⁰Why is it going to happen? ¹³¹They should give a reason.

¹²⁴tum ab jaante ho baap svarga ki sthaapna kar rahe hain to narka ka zaroor vinaash hoga।

¹³²You now understand that the Father is establishing heaven and that hell will definitely be destroyed.

¹³⁵There is no fear of death there. ¹³⁶They have the knowledge of souls, how each one sheds a body and takes the next.

¹²⁹yeh bhi samajhte hain jo deri se aayenge woh zaroor thode janma lenge।

¹³⁷We also understand that those who come later will surely take fewer births.

¹³⁰hamaare 84 janma poore hue hain।

¹³⁸Our 84 births have been completed.

¹³¹yeh duniya nahin jaanti hai।

¹³⁹The world does not know this.

¹³²tum aatmaon ko parampita paramatma baith samjhaate hain।

¹⁴⁰The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, sits here and explains to you souls.

¹⁴⁷When there is the relationship of brother and sister, there will not be any vicious vision.

¹³⁹laukik sambandh mein bhi najdeek sambandhi se agar shaadi karte hain to haahaakaar ho jaata hai।

¹⁴⁸In a worldly relationship, if someone marries a close relation, it causes an uproar. ¹⁴⁹The Father explains: You were deities.

¹⁴⁰baap samjhaate hain tum sab devi devta so shreshthaachaari the phir bhrashtaachaari ban gaye ho।

¹⁵⁰You were elevated but you have now become corrupt. ¹⁵¹We are becoming elevated once again.

¹⁴¹ab phir shreshthaachaari ban rahe ho। ¹⁴²ham so shreshthaachaari, 16 kala the।

¹⁵⁹We Brahmins are now becoming deities.

¹⁵⁰abhi ham brahman so phir devi devta banenge isliye daivi gun dhaaran karne hain।

¹⁶⁰This is why we are imbibing divine virtues. ¹⁶¹We now have to return home and the whole world then becomes heaven for us.

¹⁵¹abhi vaapis jaana hai।

¹⁶²The earth will receive water.

¹⁵²phir hamaare liye saari duniya svarga ho jaayegi।

¹⁶³If you churn knowledge very well at night, it will help you during the day.

¹⁵³dharti ko paani mil jaayega।

¹⁶⁴We are now to go back with the sweet Father.

¹⁵⁴aise-aise raat ko achhi reeti vichaar saagar manthan karo to din mein bahut madad milegi।

¹⁶⁵We have been stumbling from door to door for this, but did not find the path anywhere.

¹⁷⁰Greed, too, totally defames one's name.

¹⁶¹bhrashtaachaari ban padte hain।

¹⁶²kaam ka nasha aa jaata hai।

¹⁶⁸achhe jo yogi hote hain woh 4-5 din bhojan na bhi khaaven to bhi unko parvaah nahin rehti hai।
