¹Essence: Sweet children, Baba has come into a happy gathering of you children. ²You are now celebrating in a happy gathering with the nectar of knowledge. ³Your journey has now come to an end and you have to return home.

²prashn:- anek prakaar ke toofaanon mein yaad ko sahaj banaane ki vidhi kya hai?

⁴Question: What is the way to make remembrance easy while facing many different types of storm?

³uttar:- shareer nirvaah karte 5-10 minute bhi buddhi ko shivbaaba mein lagaane ki koshish karo, is shareer ko bhulaate jaao।

⁵Answer: While earning an income for the livelihood of your bodies, try to focus your intellects on Shiv Baba for even five to ten minutes. ⁶Continue to forget your bodies. ⁷“I am a bodiless soul and I have entered this body to play a part.

⁴main ashareeri aatma hoon, part bajaane ke liye is shareer mein aai hoon।

⁸I now have to become bodiless and return home.” ⁹Each of you should talk to yourself in this way.

⁵ab phir ashareeri ban ghar jaana hai। ⁶aise-aise apne saath baaten karo।

¹⁰Let your intellects keep the company of the one true Father.

⁷ek sat baap ke saath buddhi ka sang ho, doosre sang se apni sambhaal karo to yaad sahaj ho jaayegi।

¹¹Protect yourselves from the company of others and remembrance will then become easy.

¹²Song: You have entered my heart.

⁹om shanti।

¹³Om shanti.

¹⁰bachchon ne geet suna aur arth bhi bachchon ne dil mein samjha hoga।

¹⁴You children heard the song and your heart would also have understood the meaning of it.

¹¹phir bhi baap samjhaate hain kyonki abhi baap is mahphil mein aaye hue hain।

¹⁵Nevertheless, the Father explains it to you because He has now come into this happy gathering.

¹²mahphil tumhaari bhi hai, saari duniya ki bhi hai।

¹⁶This gathering is of you children and also of the whole world.

¹³bhagwan kehte hain main aata hoon bhakton ki mahphil mein, to sab bhakta thahre।

¹⁷God says: I come into the gathering of devotees. ¹⁸Therefore, all are devotees.

¹⁴unmein bhi phir khaas un bhakton ki mahphil mein aata hoon, jo bhakta mujh parampita paramatma se varsa lene aaye hue hain।

¹⁹Among them too, I especially come into a gathering of those devotees who have come to claim their inheritance from Me, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁵jin aatmaon ki buddhi mein ab parampita paramatma ki yaad hai, unhon ki mahphil mein haazir hoon।

²⁰I am present in this gathering of souls whose intellects have remembrance of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁶mahphil mein kuchh khilaaya, pilaaya jaata hai।

²¹At a gathering (party) you are given food and drink.

¹⁷baap kehte hain tum bachchon ko gyaan amrit ki mahphil kara raha hoon।

²²The Father says: I am giving you children a party of the nectar of knowledge.

¹⁸jo aakar baap ke bane hain, woh samajhte hain baba aaya hua hai - hamaari is mahphil mein। ¹⁹phir nambarvaar sabko vaapis le jaayenge।

²³Those who have come to belong to the Father understand that He has come into this gathering of ours and that He will then take everyone back home, numberwise.

²⁰khaas tum bachchon ki mahphil hai, aam sabki hai।

²⁴This is a gathering for you children in particular and everyone else in general.

²¹jahaan baap hoga vahaan ham bachche bhi honge।

²⁵The children would be where the Father is.

²²baap kehte hain ham bhi ashareeri hain, tum bhi jab ashareeri the to mere paas the।

²⁶The Father says: I am bodiless and when you too were bodiless you were with Me.

²³yaad dilaate hain 5 hajaar varsha hue।

²⁷He reminds you that that was 5000 years ago.

²⁴long-long ago kehte hain na।

²⁸It is said: Long, long, ago.

²⁵5 hajaar varsha se badi musaaphiri hoti nahin।

²⁹There cannot be a journey longer than 5000 years.

²⁶bhaaratvaasi bachche yeh bhoole hue hain ki shiv bhagwan kab aaye the, unki jayanti manaate rehte hain।

³⁰The children who are the people of Bharat have forgotten when God Shiva came and yet they continue to celebrate His birthday.

²⁷kehte hain aaye the zaroor, long-long ago... parantu kab aaye the, yeh koi ko pata nahin।

³¹They say: He definitely came, long, long ago. ³²However, they don't know when He came.

²⁸koi kahenge laakhon varsha hue, koi kya kahenge। ²⁹accurate to koi ko pata nahin hai।

³³Some say that it was hundreds of thousands of years ago and others say something else.

³⁰yeh to baap hi bata sakte hain।

³⁴No one knows this accurately.

³¹kehte hain bachche 5 hajaar varsha pahle bhi ham tum bachchon ke paas is mahphil mein aaya tha।

³⁵Only the Father can tell you. ³⁶He says: Children, I also came to you in this gathering 5000 years ago.

³²duniya mein shiv jayanti to manaate hain।

³⁷Shiv Jayanti is celebrated in the world.

³³usi din unse jaakar poochho ki bataao inko kitne varsha hue?

³⁸On that day, go to people and ask them: “How many years has it been?”

³⁴gaandhi ki jayanti manaayenge to jhat bata denge ki itne varsha hue... shiv ka koi bata nahin sakte।

³⁹When they celebrate the birthday of Gandhi, they would immediately tell you how many years it has been.

³⁵parantu tum bachche jaante ho shiv ko to bahut samay hua jabki aaya tha।

⁴⁰No one can tell you anything about Shiv, but you children know that it has been a long time since He came.

³⁶woh to kuchh bhi jaante nahin।

⁴¹Those people don't know anything.

³⁷kehte hain janma maran rahit hai, naam roop se nyaara hai।

⁴²They say: “He is beyond birth and death and name and form”.

³⁸are naam roop se nyaara hai to phir jayanti kiski manaate ho?

⁴³Oh! if He is beyond name and form, whose birthday are you celebrating?

³⁹to naam roop se nyaara ho nahin sakta।

⁴⁴Therefore, He cannot be beyond name and form.

⁴⁰zaroor bhaarat mein hi aaya tha tab to jayanti manaate ho na।

⁴⁵He definitely came in Bharat because this is why you celebrate His birthday.

⁴¹phir naam roop se nyaara kaise kehte ho?

⁴⁶So, how can you say that He is beyond name and form?

⁴²yaad karte ho parantu woh kab aaya tha?

⁴⁷You remember Him, but when did He come?

⁴³zaroor bhakti ka samay jab poora hoga tab bhagwan ko ghar baithe aana pade।

⁴⁸God would definitely have to come when the time of devotion has to end while you are sitting at home.

⁴⁴bhagwan kis roop mein aate hain, yeh koi bhi nahin jaante।

⁴⁹No one knows in which form God comes.

⁴⁵bada chaturaai se koi se poochhna hai aur phir samjhaana hai।

⁵⁰You should question them cleverly and then explain to them.

⁴⁶bhagwan to hai niraakaar।

⁵¹God is incorporeal.

⁴⁷tum unki pooja karte ho, kehte ho he paramatma, he bhagwan, unko koi devta nahin kahenge।

⁵²You worship Him and say: O Supreme Soul, God! ⁵³No one would call Him a deity.

⁴⁸devtaayen hain brahma vishnu shankar to in chitron par bhi samjhaana pade।

⁵⁴The deities are Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar and so you also have to explain those pictures.

⁴⁹tum shiv ke mandir mein jaayenge to unse poochhenge yeh kab aaye the, kaise aaye?

⁵⁵When you go to a Shiva Temple, you should ask them: When did He come and how did He come?

⁵⁰niraakaari duniya se to sab aate hain।

⁵⁶Everyone comes from the incorporeal world.

⁵¹parampita paramatma ko patit-paavan kehte hain to kya kiya?

⁵⁷The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is called the Purifier and so what did He do?

⁵²patit ko paavan kaise banaaya?

⁵⁸How did He make impure ones pure?

⁵³zaroor saakaar mein aakar mukh se samjhaaya hoga।

⁵⁹He must surely have come in a corporeal form and explained through a mouth.

⁵⁴koi shiksha di hogi।

⁶⁰He must have given some teachings.

⁵⁵aise hi to koi kah na sake।

⁶¹No one could speak them just like that.

⁵⁶zaroor manushya tan mein hi aayenge।

⁶²He would surely have to enter a human body.

⁵⁷bhagwan aate hain nai rachna rachne।

⁶³God comes to create a new creation.

⁵⁸to zaroor koi ke tan mein aaya hoga।

⁶⁴Therefore, He would surely have entered someone's body.

⁵⁹gaaya hua hai brahma mukh se manushya srishti rachi gai।

⁶⁵It is remembered that the human world was created through the mouth of Brahma.

⁶⁰brahman srishti naam nahin likha hua hai।

⁶⁶It is not written: The Brahmin world.

⁶¹brahma mukh kanval se manushya rache jaate hain to zaroor brahma ke bachche brahman hi honge।

⁶⁷If human beings are created through the lotus lips of Brahma, then, surely, the children of Brahma are Brahmins.

⁶²prajaapita brahma ne to zaroor brahman braahmaniyaan rache honge।

⁶⁸Prajapita Brahma would definitely have created Brahmins.

⁶³sirf mel rachen to vriddhi kaise ho?

⁶⁹If he were only to create males, how would there be growth?

⁶⁴sirf females rachen to bhi vriddhi kaise hogi?

⁷⁰If there were only females, how would there be growth?

⁶⁵isliye donon hi hain brahmaakumaar aur kumaariyaan।

⁷¹This is why there are both Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

⁶⁶nahin to brahman sampradaay kaise banen।

⁷²How else would there then be the Brahmin community?

⁶⁷parampita paramatma rachta beshak hai, brahma dvaara manushya srishti rachi jaati hai to zaroor brahma tan mein aana padta hoga।

⁷³The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is definitely the Creator and the human world is created through Brahma, so He must surely have to enter the body of Brahma.

⁶⁸yeh baaten jo achhi reeti samajhkar aur dhaaran karenge vahi phir samjha sakenge।

⁷⁴Only those who understand these things very clearly and imbibe them will be able to explain them to others.

⁶⁹jo poore raajayogi honge baap ko aur raajaai ko yaad karte honge, jiske liye hi baba kehte hain bachche svadarshan chakradhaari bano।

⁷⁵It is to those who are full Raj Yogis and who remember the Father and the kingdom that Baba says: Children, become spinners of the discus of self-realisation.

⁷⁰sab to poora yaad karte nahin hain।

⁷⁶Not everyone remembers Him completely.

⁷¹baba ke paas aate hain, kehte hain gyaan to sahaj hai, chakra ko bhi samjha hai।

⁷⁷They come to Baba and say that knowledge is easy. ⁷⁸They have also understood the cycle.

⁷²84 janmon ka raaz bhi theek samjha hai।

⁷⁹They have understood the significance of 84 births too.

⁷³84 janma to zaroor lene hain aur jo pahle number vaale hain vahi 84 janma lenge, yeh to sab theek hai।

⁸⁰You definitely have to take 84 births. ⁸¹So, those who are the number one souls will take 84 births. ⁸²All of this is fine.

⁷⁴parantu yaad mein rehna, yeh bada mushkil hai।

⁸³However, it is very difficult to stay in remembrance.

⁷⁵yog mein anek prakaar ke toofaan aate hain, unko kaise vash karen?

⁸⁴Many types of storm come in yoga. ⁸⁵How can you overcome them?

⁷⁶uska upaay kya hai?

⁸⁶What is the way to do that?

⁷⁷kaun sa time hai jismen achhi reeti yaad kar saken?

⁸⁷At what time would you be able to remember Him very well?

⁷⁸to baba ne samjhaaya yoon to chalte-phirte, uthte-baithte yaad karo।

⁸⁸Baba has explained: Remember Me while walking and moving around.

⁷⁹abhi tum yahaan baithe ho, ham tumse poochhte hain stri ko yaad karte ho?

⁸⁹You are now sitting here and I am asking you: Are you remembering your wife?

⁸⁰ab naam stri ka suna aur jhat buddhi bhaagi stri ke taraph।

⁹⁰As soon as your wife was mentioned to you, your intellect immediately went there.

⁸¹buddhi ka kaam ho gaya na।

⁹¹That was the work of the intellect.

⁸²vaise hi tum bhal koi bhi kaam shareer nirvaah arth karo parantu shivbaaba ke paas buddhi lagaane ki koshish karo।

⁹²In the same way, you may do anything you want for the livelihood of your bodies, but try to connect your intellects to Shiv Baba.

⁸³5 minute 10 minute bhi yaad karo।

⁹³Remember Him for five minutes or ten minutes.

⁸⁴haan yeh maaya bhi vighna zaroor daalegi।

⁹⁴Yes, Maya will definitely create obstacles.

⁸⁵toofaan badi jor se aayenge dagamgaane ke liye। ⁸⁶parantu phir bhi tum apna purushaartha karte chalo।

⁹⁵Storms too will come very powerfully to shake you, but you still have to continue to make your effort.

⁸⁷is shareer ko bhulaana athva baap ki yaad mein rehna, baat ek hi hai।

⁹⁶To forget your body and to stay in remembrance of the Father are the same thing.

⁸⁸apne ko aatma ashareeri samajhna pade।

⁹⁷You have to consider yourselves to be a bodiless souls.

⁸⁹main asul ashareeri tha।

⁹⁸I was originally bodiless.

⁹⁰part bajaane ke liye yeh shareer liya hai phir ashareeri ban ghar jaata hoon।

⁹⁹I took this body to play my part and I now become bodiless and will then return home.

⁹¹buddhi mein sirf baap aur baap ka ghar yaad ho, baap ka ghar vahi hai jahaan ab jaana hai।

¹⁰⁰Just keep the Father and His home in your intellects. ¹⁰¹The Father's home is the place where you now have to go.

⁹²phir yeh buddhi mein hai ki baap ki property hai satayug।

¹⁰²Then, you also have it in your intellects that the Father's property is the golden age.

⁹³to ek baap ki yaad se woh bhi yaad aayegi।

¹⁰³So, together with having remembrance of the one Father, you also have to remember that.

⁹⁴bhakti maarga athva gyaan maarga mein buddhi to aur taraph jaati hai।

¹⁰⁴Your intellects go everywhere else on the path of knowledge as well as on the path of devotion.

⁹⁵kanya ki sagaai ho jaati hai to phir ek do ki yaad rehti hai।

¹⁰⁵When a kumari becomes engaged, they both remember one another.

⁹⁶bhakti mein koi baithenge to bhi maaya vighna daalti hai।

¹⁰⁶If a person sits down to worship someone, Maya creates obstacles.

⁹⁷buddhi dhandhe aadi taraph chali jaayegi।

¹⁰⁷Their intellects go to their business etc.

⁹⁸maaya ki dushmani hai na।

¹⁰⁸Maya is your enemy.

⁹⁹bhakta devtaaon ko yaad karenge to bhi buddhi aur taraph bhaag jaayegi।

¹⁰⁹When devotees sit down to remember the deities, then, too, their intellects go in other directions.

¹⁰⁰maaya buddhi ko thikaane lagne nahin deti hai।

¹¹⁰Maya doesn't allow their intellects to focus.

¹⁰¹office mein jaate ho to bhi usi kaarya mein buddhi rehti hai।

¹¹¹When you go to your office, your intellects are occupied with that work.

¹⁰²imtahaan paas kiya hai tab yeh kaam karna hota hai।

¹¹²When you have passed your examinations, you then have to do that work.

¹⁰³usmein buddhi lag jaati hai।

¹¹³Your intellects become occupied with that.

¹⁰⁴avyakt cheez mein buddhi lagaane mein maaya hairaan karti hai।

¹¹⁴Maya causes problems for you in focusing your intellects on subtle things.

¹⁰⁵bhakton ko bhi badi mushkil se saakshaatkaar hota hai।

¹¹⁵Devotees too have visions with great difficulty.

¹⁰⁶jab bahut teevra bhakti karte hain tab baap khush hote hain।

¹¹⁶When they do very intense devotion, the Father is pleased.

¹⁰⁷abhi to bhakti ki baat hi nahin। ¹⁰⁸abhi to hai knowledge।

¹¹⁷There is now no question of devotion; you now have knowledge.

¹⁰⁹vaastav mein bhakti bhi karni chaahiye ek ki।

¹¹⁸In fact, you should do devotion of just the One.

¹¹⁰avyabhichaari bhakti ho to saakshaatkaar bhi ho।

¹¹⁹If your devotion is unadulterated, it is possible for you to have visions.

¹¹¹aajkal to vyabhichaari ban gai hai।

¹²⁰Nowadays, it has become adulterated.

¹¹²sabko yaad karte rehte hain, to baba saakshaatkaar bhi nahin karaate hain।

¹²¹They continue to remember everyone. ¹²²Therefore, Baba doesn't grant them visions.

¹¹³ek mein poora nishchay ho to baba saakshaatkaar bhi karaaye।

¹²³If they had full faith in the One, Baba would grant visions.

¹¹⁴to baap samjhaate hain mujh ek ko yaad karo।

¹²⁴So, the Father explains: Remember Me alone!

¹¹⁵mukh se kuchh bhi kehna nahin hai।

¹²⁵You don't have to say anything with your mouth.

¹¹⁶tum stri ko yaad karte ho to kuchh mukh se kehna padta hai kya?

¹²⁶When you remember your wife, do you have to say anything with your mouth?

¹¹⁷khyaal aaya aur buddhi bhaag jaati hai।

¹²⁷You just have that thought and your intellect runs there.

¹¹⁸yeh behad ka baap to sada sukh dene vaala hai।

¹²⁸This unlimited Father is the One who gives you constant happiness.

¹¹⁹to ab tumhaari sagaai karaate hain, us parampita paramatma se।

¹²⁹So, you have now become engaged to that Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹²⁰to usko yaad karne ka prayatna karo।

¹³⁰Therefore, make effort to remember Him.

¹²¹maaya to toofaan laayegi।

¹³¹Maya will bring storms.

¹²²saari duniya dushman banengi, parantu baap ko nahin bhoolna।

¹³²The whole world will become your enemy but, in spite of that, you mustn’t forget the Father.

¹²³jitna baap ko yaad karenge utna vikarma vinaash honge।

¹³³To the extent that you remember the Father, so your sins will accordingly be absolved.

¹²⁴aise to bahut manushya hote hain jo saara din bhagwan ka naam bhi nahin lete।

¹³⁴There are many human beings who don't even remember God at any time in the whole day; they keep very bad company.

¹²⁵bahut kharaab sang hota hai isliye gaaya jaata hai sang taare kusang bore..... sat parampita paramatma ka sang hi patit se paavan banaayega।

¹³⁵This is why it is remembered: Good company takes you across and bad company drowns you. ¹³⁶Only the company of the Truth, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, will make you pure from impure.

¹²⁶abhi to saari duniya patit hai, unko sang chaahiye patit-paavan ka।

¹³⁷The whole world is now impure and they need the company of the Purifier.

¹²⁷to zaroor unko yahaan saakaar mein aana pade na।

¹³⁸Therefore, He surely has to come here in a corporeal form.

¹²⁸sat hai hi ek।

¹³⁹Only the One is the Truth.

¹²⁹sat ki mahphil mein tum baithe ho।

¹⁴⁰You are sitting in the gathering of the Truth.

¹³⁰jaante ho ham aatmaon ka sang ab parampita paramatma ke saath hai।

¹⁴¹You know that you are souls and that you now have the company of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹³¹baap kehte hain meri yaad se hi tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge।

¹⁴²The Father says: Only by having remembrance of Me will your sins be absolved.

¹³²achha sang hoga to murli sunenge, buddhiyog ek baap ke saath laga rahega।

¹⁴³If you had good company, you would listen to the murli. ¹⁴⁴Your intellects’ yoga has to be connected to the Father.

¹³³to aisa sang taarega arthaat paavan banaayega। ¹³⁴paavan banne bigar unke paas koi ja nahin sakte।

¹⁴⁵When your intellects’ yoga is connected to the Father, He will take you across, that is, He will make you pure.

¹³⁵baap khud hi sikhlaate hain mere saath kaise yog lagaao।

¹⁴⁶No one can go to Him without becoming pure. ¹⁴⁷The Father Himself teaches you how to have yoga with Him.

¹³⁶padhaane liye khud aakar sammukh hote hain।

¹⁴⁸In order to teach you, He personally comes here Himself.

¹³⁷buddhi ka yog aur sang tod ek sang jodna hai tab vikarma vinaash honge aur koi upaay hai nahin।

¹⁴⁹The intellects’ yoga has to be broken away from everyone else and connected to the One. ¹⁵⁰Only then will your sins be absolved; there is no other way.

¹³⁸paavan duniya hai svarga, vahaan ke sukh apaar hain।

¹⁵¹The pure world is heaven and there is limitless happiness there.

¹³⁹aise nahin vahaan bhi duhkh hai, daitya hain।

¹⁵²It isn't that there is sorrow or the devil there.

¹⁴⁰vahaan to duhkh ka naam nishaan nahin rehta, so bhi 21 janmon ke liye।

¹⁵³There, there is no name or trace of sorrow and that is for 21 births.

¹⁴¹baap to yahaan aakar padhaate hain।

¹⁵⁴The Father comes here to teach you.

¹⁴²bhagvaanuvaach ham tumko raajaaon ka raaja banaane sahaj raajayog sikhaata hoon।

¹⁵⁵God speaks: I am teaching you easy Raj Yoga to make you into the kings of kings.

¹⁴³manushyon ki buddhi mein to shreekrishna ka hi chitra aa jaata hai।

¹⁵⁶People have an image of Shri Krishna in their intellects.

¹⁴⁴tumhaari buddhi mein hai ki hamko padhaane vaala shivbaaba hai, jo hi gyaan ka saagar hai।

¹⁵⁷You have it in your intellects that it is Shiv Baba, the Ocean of Knowledge, who is teaching you. ¹⁵⁸He is giving only you children knowledge.

¹⁴⁵vahi tum bachchon ko knowledge de rahe hain। ¹⁴⁶yeh hai svadarshan chakradhaari, trikaaldarshi banna।

¹⁵⁹This means that you become spinners of the discus of self-realisation and knowers of the three aspects of time.

¹⁴⁷trikaaldarshi maana teenon kaalon ko jaanna।

¹⁶⁰Trikaldarshi means to know all three aspects of time.

¹⁴⁸srishti ke aadi madhya ant ko aur teenon lokon ko jaanna।

¹⁶¹It means to know the beginning, the middle and the end of the world and the three worlds.

¹⁴⁹mool vatan, sookshm vatan, sthoolavtan ko bhi tum jaante ho।

¹⁶²You know the incorporeal world, the subtle region and the corporeal world.

¹⁵⁰tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar jaante hain।

¹⁶³You know them, numberwise, too, according to the efforts you make.

¹⁵¹baaki ismen takleeph koi nahin hai।

¹⁶⁴However, there is no difficulty in this.

¹⁵²shareer nirvaah bhi karna hai।

¹⁶⁵You have to earn your livelihood.

¹⁵³aise nahin kaha jaata ki kanya ko bhi shareer nirvaah arth maatha maarna hai।

¹⁶⁶It isn’t said that kumaris also have to beat their heads to earn their livelihoods.

¹⁵⁴kanya ko pati ke paas rehna hai।

¹⁶⁷A kumari has to go and live with her husband.

¹⁵⁵shareer nirvaah pati ko karna hai।

¹⁶⁸The husband has to earn their livelihoods.

¹⁵⁶kanya ko bhi apne pairon par khada rehna hai।

¹⁶⁹Kumaris also have to stand on their own feet.

¹⁵⁷ek kahaani hai na - ek kanya ne baap ko kaha main apna naseeb khaati hoon।

¹⁷⁰There is the story of a kumari who told her father that she was living off her own fortune.

¹⁵⁸to tum kanyaayen bhi apna purushaartha kar rahi ho।

¹⁷¹So, you kumaris are also making your own efforts.
