⁸⁷tum kehte ho ham brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan hain to barobar prajaapita brahma ki santaan bhi hain।

¹⁸³Blessing: May you become a carefree soul, by settling your karmic accounts with happiness instead of getting upset. ¹⁸⁴ When someone tells you something, do not instantly get upset. ¹⁸⁵First of all, have it clarified or verified as to what intention it was said.

¹⁷⁴yadi kabhi koi baat kehta hai to usmein phauran upset nahin ho jaao, pahle spashta karo ya verify karaao ki kis bhaav se kaha hai, agar aapki galti nahin hai to nishchint ho jaao।

¹⁸⁶If it was not your mistake, then stay carefree. ¹⁸⁷Remain constantly aware that all accounts with Brahmin souls are to be settled here. ¹⁸⁸In order to be saved from Dharamrajpuri (land of Dharamraj), Brahmins become instruments in one way or another.

¹⁷⁵yeh baat smriti mein rahe ki brahman aatmaon dvaara yahaan hi sab hisaab-kitaab chuktu hone hain।

¹⁸⁹Therefore, do not be afraid, but settle everything with happiness. ¹⁹⁰Only by doing this will there progress. ¹⁹¹Slogan: Constantly maintain the awareness “The Father is my world.”

¹⁸⁰jis samay om shanti kehte hain to uska yathaartha arth hai main aatma us jyoti swaroop paramatma ki santaan hoon, ham bhi us pita jyotirbindu paramatma ke muaaphik aakaar vaali hain।

¹⁹³*** Om Shanti *** ¹⁹⁴Elevated versions of Mateshwariji ¹⁹⁵The soundless chant means constant, unbroken yoga. ¹⁹⁶When you say “om shanti”, its true meaning is “I, a soul, am a child of the Supreme who is a form of light.

¹⁸¹baaki ham saaligraam bachche hain to humein apne jyoti swaroop paramatma ke saath yog rakhna hai, usse hi yog rakhkar light might ka varsa lena hai, tabhi to geeta mein svayan bhagwan ke mahaavaakya hain, manamnaabhav।

¹⁹⁷I, too, am a point of light, with a form the same as the Supreme’s. ¹⁹⁸Otherwise, we are saligram children and so we have to have yoga with our God, that form of light. ¹⁹⁹We have to have yoga with Him and claim our inheritance of light and might from Him, and this is why, in the Gita, there are the elevated versions of God Himself: Manmanabhav!

¹⁸²mujh jyoti swaroop pita ke samaan tum bachche bhi niraakaari swaroop mein sthit ho jaao, isko hi ajpaajaap kaha jaata hai।

²⁰⁰Just as I, your Father, am a point of light, so you children also have to stabilise yourselves in that incorporeal form. ²⁰¹This is known as the soundless, unending chant.

¹⁸³ajpaajaap maana koi bhi mantra japne ke sivaae natural us paramatma ki yaad mein rehna, isko hi poorn yog kehte hain।

²⁰²“The soundless chant” means that without having any mantra, you have to stay in natural remembrance of the Supreme. ²⁰³This is known as full yoga.

¹⁸⁴yog ka matlab hai ek hi yogeshvar paramatma ki yaad mein rehna।

²⁰⁴“Yoga” means to stay in remembrance of the one Yogeshwar, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁸⁵to jo aatmaayen us paramatma ki yaad mein rehti hain, unhon ko yogi athva yoginiyaan kaha jaata hai।

²⁰⁵So, the souls who stay in remembrance of the Supreme Soul are called yogis and yoginis.

¹⁸⁶jab us yog arthaat yaad mein nirantar rahen tab hi vikarmon aur paapon ka bojh nashta ho aur aatmaayen pavitra banen, jisse phir bhavishya janma mein devtaai praalabdha mile।

²⁰⁶Only when you constantly stay in this yoga or remembrance, can the burden of your sins be removed and can you souls become pure, due to which you receive the deity reward in your future birth.

¹⁸⁷ab yeh chaahiye knowledge tab hi yog poora lag sakta hai।

²⁰⁷Now, you need this knowledge for only then can you have full yoga.

¹⁸⁸to apne ko aatma samajh paramatma ki yaad mein rehna, yeh hai sachcha gyaan।

²⁰⁸So, consider yourselves to be souls and stay in remembrance of the Supreme Soul: this is true knowledge.

¹⁸⁹is gyaan se hi yog lagta hai। ¹⁹⁰achha।

²⁰⁹It is only with this knowledge that you can have yoga.
