¹“meethe bachche - is duhkhadhaam ko jeete ji talaak do kyonki tumhein sukhdhaam jaana hai''

¹Essence: Sweet children, divorce this land of sorrow while alive because you have to go to the land of happiness.

²prashn:- baap bachchon ko kaun-si ek chhoti si mehnat dete hain?

²Question: Which small effort does the Father ask you children to make?

³uttar:- baba kehte - bachche, kaam mahaashatru hai, is par vijay praapta karo।

³Answer: The Father says: Children, lust is the greatest enemy and you have to conquer it. ⁴This is the only small effort I give you.

⁴yahi tumhein thodi-si mehnat deta hoon।

⁵You have to become totally pure.

⁵tumhein sampoorn paavan banna hai। ⁶patit se paavan arthaat paaras banna hai।

⁶To become pure from impure means that you have to become divine (paras).

⁷paaras banne vaale patthar nahin ban sakte।

⁷Those who are becoming divine cannot become stone.

⁸tum bachche abhi gul-gul bano to baap tumhein naynon par bithaakar saath le jaayenge।

⁸When you children become beautiful flowers, the Father will seat you in His eyes and take you back with Him.

¹⁰roohaani baap roohaani bachchon ko samjhaate hain, yeh to bachche zaroor samajhte hain ham brahman hi hain, jo devta banenge।

¹⁰The spiritual Father explains to you spiritual children. ¹¹You children surely understand that it is only you Brahmins who become deities.

¹¹yeh pakka nishchay hai na।

¹²You have this firm faith.

¹²teacher jisko padhaate hain zaroor aapasmaan bana dete hain।

¹³Whomever a teacher teaches, he will definitely make that one the same as himself.

¹³yeh to nishchay ki baat hai।

¹⁴This is a question of faith.

¹⁴kalpa-kalpa baap aakar samjhaate hain, ham narkavaasiyon ko svargavaasi banaate hain।

¹⁵The Father comes and explains to us every cycle and He changes us residents of hell into residents of heaven.

¹⁵saari duniya ko banaane vaala koi to hoga na।

¹⁶There must be someone who makes the whole world like that.

¹⁶baap svargavaasi banaate hain, raavan narkavaasi banaate hain।

¹⁷The Father makes everyone into residents of heaven and Ravan makes everyone into residents of hell.

¹⁷is samay hai raavan raajya, satayug mein hai raamraajya।

¹⁸At this time, it is the kingdom of Ravan, whereas in the golden age it is the kingdom of Rama.

¹⁸raamraajya ki sthaapna karne vaala hai to zaroor raavan raajya ki sthaapna karne vaala bhi hoga।

¹⁹There is someone who establishes the kingdom of Rama, and so there must also surely be someone who establishes the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁹raam bhagwan ko kaha jaata hai, bhagwan nai duniya sthaapan karte hain।

²⁰God is called Rama. ²¹God establishes the new world. ²²This knowledge is very easy.

²⁰gyaan to bahut sahaj hai, koi badi baat nahin hai। ²¹parantu pattharbuddhi aise hain jo paarasbuddhi hona hi asambhav samajhte hain।

²³It’s not a big thing, but people have such stone intellects that they think it is impossible to become those with divine intellects.

²²narkavaasi se svargavaasi banne mein badi mehnat lagti hai kyonki maaya ka prabhaav hai।

²⁴It requires a lot of effort to change from residents of hell into residents of heaven because there is the influence of Maya.

²³kitne bade-bade makaan 50 manzil, 100 manzil ke banaate hain।

²⁵People construct so many huge buildings of 50 storeys and 100 storeys.

²⁴svarga mein koi itni manzil nahin hoti।

²⁶In heaven, there won't be that many storeys.

²⁵aajkal yahaan hi banaate rehte hain।

²⁷They only build those here nowadays.

²⁶tum samajhte ho satayug mein aise makaan nahin hote, jaise yahaan banaate hain।

²⁸You understand that there is no need to make such huge buildings in the golden age like they build here.

²⁷baap khud samjhaate hain itna chhota jhaad saare vishwa par hota hai, to vahaan manjilen aadi banaane ki darkaar hi nahin।

²⁹The Father Himself explains: There is this small tree (the population of the golden age) which spreads over the whole world, and so there is no need to build buildings with many storeys.

²⁸dher ki dher jameen padi rehti hai। ²⁹yahaan to jameen hai nahin, isliye jameen ka daam kitna badh gaya hai।

³⁰There is plenty of land there at that time, whereas, there is no land here now, and this is why the price of land has increased so much.

³⁰vahaan to jameen ka bhaav lagta hi nahin, na municipal tax aadi lagta hai।

³¹There, land doesn't cost anything and there aren’t any municipal taxes.

³¹jisko jitni jameen chaahiye le sakta hai।

³²However much land someone wants, he can take.

³²vahaan tumko sab sukh mil jaate hain, sirf ek baap ki is knowledge se।

³³There, you receive all types of happiness just by receiving this knowledge from the one Father.

³³manushya 100 manzil aadi jo banaate hain, usmein bhi paise aadi to lagte hain na।

³⁴The buildings that people construct of 100 storeys etc. cost money. ³⁵There, it doesn't cost anything.

³⁴vahaan paise aadi lagte hi nahin।

³⁶You have plenty of wealth there.

³⁵athaah dhan rehta hai।

³⁷Money has no value there.

³⁶paise ka kadar nahin।

³⁸What would you do if you had a lot of money?

³⁷dher paise honge to kya karenge।

³⁹Build palaces with gold, diamonds, pearls etc.

³⁸sone, heere, motiyon ke mahal aadi bana dete hain।

⁴⁰You children have now received so much understanding.

³⁹abhi tum bachchon ko kitni samajh mili hai।

⁴¹Everything is a matter of understanding or not understanding.

⁴⁰samajh aur besmajh ki hi baat hai।

⁴²There are sato intellects and tamo intellects.

⁴¹sato buddhi aur tamo buddhi। ⁴²satopradhaan svarga ke maalik, tamoguni buddhi narka ke maalik।

⁴³Those who were satopradhan were the masters of heaven and those who have tamoguni intellects are the masters of hell. ⁴⁴This is not heaven.

⁴⁵bahut duhkhi hain isliye pukaarte hain bhagwan ko, phir bhool jaate hain।

⁴⁶kitna maatha maarte, conference aadi karte rehte hain ki ekta ho jaae।

⁴⁹They hold conferences so that there can be unity. ⁵⁰However, you children understand that they cannot unite.

⁴⁷parantu tum bachche samajhte ho - yeh aapas mein mil nahin sakte।

⁵¹This whole tree has reached a state of total decay and a new tree is now growing.

⁴⁸yeh saara jhaad jadajdeebhoot hai, phir naya banta hai।

⁵²You know how the iron age changes into the golden age.

⁴⁹tum jaante ho kaliyug se satayug kaise banta hai।

⁵³Only at this time does the Father explain this knowledge to you.

⁵⁰yeh knowledge tumko baap abhi hi samjhaate hain। ⁵¹satayugvaasi so phir kaliyugvaasi bante ho phir tum sangamvaasi ban satayugvaasi bante ho।

⁵⁴You become the residents of the golden age and then the residents of the iron age, and you then become the residents of the confluence age and then the residents of the golden age.

⁵²kahenge itne sab satayug mein jaayenge?

⁵⁵You may ask: Will this many people all go to the golden age?

⁵³nahin, jo sachchi satya naaraayan ki katha sunenge vahi svarga mein jaayenge।

⁵⁶No, only those who listen to the true story of Narayan will go to heaven.

⁵⁴baaki sab shantidham mein chale jaayenge।

⁵⁷All the rest will go to the land of peace.

⁵⁵duhkhadhaam to hoga hi nahin।

⁵⁸The land of sorrow will not be there.

⁵⁶to is duhkhadhaam ko jeete ji talaak de dena chaahiye।

⁵⁹So, you should divorce this land of sorrow while you are alive.

⁵⁷baap yukti to bataate hain, kaise tum talaak de sakte ho।

⁶⁰The Father shows you the way you can divorce this world.

⁵⁸is saari srishti par devi-devtaaon ka raajya tha।

⁶¹There was the kingdom of deities over the whole world.

⁵⁹abhi phir baap aate hain sthaapna karne।

⁶²The Father has now come to establish that once again.

⁶⁰ham us baap se vishwa ka raajya le rahe hain।

⁶³We are receiving the kingdom of the world from that Father.

⁶¹drama plan anusaar change zaroor honi hai।

⁶³isko satayug kaise kahenge?

⁶⁶How could you call it the golden age?

⁶⁴parantu manushya bilkul samajhte nahin hain ki satayug kya hota hai।

⁶⁷However, people don't understand at all what the golden age is.

⁶⁵baba ne samjhaaya hai is knowledge ke liye laayak woh hain jinhonne bahut bhakti ki hai।

⁶⁸Baba has explained: Those who have done a lot of devotion become worthy of receiving this knowledge.

⁶⁶unhein hi samjhaana chaahiye।

⁶⁹You should only explain to such people.

⁶⁷baaki jo is kul ke honge nahin, woh samjhenge nahin।

⁷⁰Those who don't belong to this clan will not understand.

⁶⁸to phir aise hi time vesta kyon karna chaahiye।

⁷¹So, why should you waste your time just like that?

⁶⁹hamaare gharaane ke hi nahin hain to kuchh bhi maanenge nahin।

⁷²If they don't belong to our clan, they will not accept anything.

⁷⁰kah dete hain aatma kya, paramatma kya - yeh main samajhna hi nahin chaahta hoon।

⁷³They say: I don’t even want to understand what a soul is or what the Supreme Soul is.

⁷¹to aise ke saath mehnat kyon karni chaahiye।

⁷⁴So, why should you make effort over such souls?

⁷²baba ne samjhaaya hai - oopar mein likha hua hai bhagvaanuvaach, main aata hi hoon kalpa-kalpa purooshottam sangamayug par aur saadhaaran manushya tan mein। ⁷³jo apne janmon ko nahin jaanta hai, main batlaata hoon।

⁷⁵Baba has explained to you: At the top, it is written: God speaks: At the most auspicious confluence age of every cycle I enter an ordinary human body of one who doesn't know about his own births.

⁷⁴poore 5 hajaar varsha ka part kiska hota hai, ham bata dete hain।

⁸⁰phir prince tu beggar। ⁸¹tum samajhte ho prince tu beggar kaise bante hain।

⁸²He changes from a beggar to a prince and then from a prince to a beggar.

⁸²phir baap aakar kaudi se heere jaisa banaate hain।

⁸³You understand how he changes from a prince to a beggar.

⁸³jo heere jaisa hai vahi phir kaudi jaisa bante hain।

⁸⁴The Father then comes and makes Him become like a diamond from a shell.

⁸⁴punarjanma to lete hain na।

⁸⁵Those who are like diamonds then become like shells.

⁸⁵sabse jyaada janma kaun lete hain, yeh tum samajhte ho।

⁸⁶Everyone takes rebirth. ⁸⁷You understand who takes the maximum births.

⁸⁶pahle-pahle to shreekrishna ko hi maanenge। ⁸⁷unki raajdhaani hai।

⁸⁸First of all, they would accept Shri Krishna as this because it is his kingdom.

⁸⁸bahut janma bhi unke honge।

⁸⁹He would be the one who takes many births.

⁸⁹yeh to bahut sahaj baat hai। ⁹⁰parantu manushya in baaton par dhyaan nahin dete hain।

⁹⁰This is something that is very easy to understand, but people don't pay attention to these things.

⁹¹baap samjhaate hain to wonder khaate hain।

⁹¹When the Father explains these, people are amazed.

⁹²baap accurate bataate hain first so last।

⁹²The Father is telling you accurately that the first one then becomes the last one.

⁹³first heere jaisa, last kaudi jaisa।

⁹³The first one is like a diamond and the last one is like a shell.

⁹⁴phir heere jaisa banna hai, paavan banna hai, ismen takleeph kya hai।

⁹⁴You have to become like diamonds once again, that is, you have to become pure.

⁹⁵paarlaukik baap ordinance nikaalte hain - kaam mahaashatru hai।

⁹⁷How did you become impure? ⁹⁸By indulging in vice.

⁹⁷vikaar mein jaane se isliye bulaate bhi hain patit-paavan aao kyonki baap to ever paarasbuddhi hai, woh kabhi pattharbuddhi nahin bante hain, connection hi unka aur pahle number janma lene vaale ka hua।

⁹⁹This is why you call out: O Purifier, come! ¹⁰⁰The Father has an ever divine (paras) intellect. ¹⁰¹He never becomes one with a stone intellect. ¹⁰²The connection is between Him and the one who takes the number one birth.

⁹⁸devtaayen to bahut hote hain parantu manushya kuchh bhi samajhte nahin।

¹⁰³There are many deities, but people don't understand anything.

⁹⁹Christian log kehte hain Christ se 3 hazaar varsha pahle paradise tha।

¹⁰⁴Christians say that 3000 years before Christ there was Paradise.

¹⁰⁰woh phir bhi pichhaadi ko aaye hain na to unki taakat hai।

¹⁰⁵They came later and so they have that strength.

¹⁰¹unse hi sab seekhne jaate hain kyonki unhon ki fresh buddhi hai।

¹⁰⁶Everyone goes to learn something from them because their intellects are fresh.

¹⁰²vriddhi bhi unhon ki hai।

¹⁰⁷The number of them has grown.

¹⁰³sato, rajo, tamo mein aate hain na।

¹⁰⁸They go through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.

¹⁰⁴tum jaante ho sab kuchh vilaayat se hi seekhte hain।

¹⁰⁹You know that people learn everything from people abroad.

¹⁰⁵yeh bhi tum jaante ho - satayug mein mahal aadi banne me koi time nahin lagega। ¹⁰⁶ek ki buddhi mein aaya phir vriddhi hoti jaati hai।

¹¹⁰You also know that it will not take time to build palaces in the golden age etc. ¹¹¹It (the design) would enter the intellect of one and then they would continue to increase them.

¹⁰⁷ek banaakar phir dher banaate jaate hain।

¹¹²They would build one and then begin to build many more.

¹⁰⁸buddhi mein aa jaata hai na।

¹¹³It enters their intellects.

¹⁰⁹science vaalon ki buddhi tumhaare paas oonch ho jaati hai। ¹¹⁰jhat mahal banaate rahenge।

¹¹⁴When scientists come to you, their intellects will become elevated and they will quickly build palaces.

¹¹¹yahaan makaan va mandir banaane mein 12 maas lag jaate hain, vahaan to engineer aadi sab hoshiyaar hote hain।

¹¹⁵Here, it takes up to 12 months to build a building or a temple. ¹¹⁶There, engineers etc. will all be very clever.

¹¹⁹You are now sitting here and should be thinking that you will shed those old bodies and go home. ¹²⁰Then, from there, you will take birth through the power of yoga in the golden age.

¹¹⁵bachchon ko khushi kyon nahin hoti!

¹²¹Why do you children not have this happiness?

¹¹⁶chintan kyon nahin chalta!

¹²²Why do you not think about these things?

¹¹⁷jo most serviceable bachche hain unhon ka chintan zaroor chalta hoga।

¹²³The most serviceable children would definitely be thinking about these things.

¹¹⁸jaise bairistari paas karte hain to buddhi mein chalta hai na - ham yeh karenge, yeh karenge। ¹¹⁹tum bhi samajhte ho ham yeh shareer chhod jaakar yeh banenge।

¹²⁴Just as when someone passes the examination to become a barrister, his intellect works on the things he will do, so you also understand that you will shed those bodies and then go and become that.

¹²⁰yaad se hi tumhaari aayu vriddhi ko paayegi।

¹²⁵Only by having remembrance will your lifespans grow.

¹²¹abhi to behad baap ke bachche hain, yeh grade bahut oonchi hai।

¹²⁶You are now the children of the unlimited Father. ¹²⁷This is a very high grade.

¹²²tum eeshvareey parivaar ke ho।

¹²⁸You belong to God’s family.

¹²³unka koi aur sambandh nahin hai।

¹²⁹You don't have any other relationships.

¹²⁴bhaai-behen se bhi oonch chadha diya hai।

¹³⁰You have been made even more elevated than brother and sister.

¹²⁵bhaai-bhaai samjho, yeh bahut practice karni hai।

¹³¹Simply consider yourselves to be brothers. ¹³²You have to practise this a great deal.

¹²⁶bhaai ka nivaas kahaan hai?

¹³³Where does the brother reside?

¹²⁷is takhta par akaal aatma rehti hai।

¹³⁴The immortal soul resides on this throne.

¹²⁸yeh takhta sabhi aatmaon ke sad gaye hain।

¹³⁵These thrones of all souls have decayed.

¹²⁹sabse jaasti tumhaara takhta sad gaya hai।

¹³⁶Your thrones have decayed the most.

¹³⁰aatma is takhta par viraajmaan hoti hai।

¹³⁷This soul is present on this throne.

¹³¹bhrakuti ke beech mein kya hai?

¹³⁸What is in the centre of the forehead?

¹³²yeh buddhi se samajhne ki baaten hain।

¹³⁹These things have to be understood with your intellects.

¹³³aatma bilkul sookshm hai, star misal hai।

¹⁴⁰A soul is completely subtle. ¹⁴¹It is like a star.

¹³⁴baap bhi kehte hain main bhi bindu hoon।

¹⁴²The Father says: I too am a point. ¹⁴³I am no bigger than you.

¹³⁵main phir tumse bada thode hi hoon।

¹⁴⁴You know that you are children of Shiv Baba.

¹³⁶tum jaante ho ham shivbaaba ki santaan hain।

¹⁴⁵You now have to claim your inheritance from the Father.

¹³⁷ab baap se varsa lena hai isliye apne ko bhaai-bhaai aatma samjho।

¹⁴⁶This is why you have to consider yourselves to be brothers, souls.

¹³⁸baap tumko sammukh padha rahe hain।

¹⁴⁴jaise government kehti hai sharaab nahin piyo, to sharaab bigar rah nahin sakte।

¹⁵³The Government says that they mustn't drink alcohol, yet people are unable to stay without it.

¹⁴⁵phir unko hi sharaab pilaae direction dete hain phalaani jagah bombs sahit gir jaao।

¹⁵⁴They get them drunk and then give them directions: Go and crash at such-and-such a place with a bomb.

¹⁴⁶kitna nuksaan hota hai।

¹⁵⁵There is so much damage done.

¹⁴⁷tum yahaan baithe-baithe vishwa ka maalik bante ho।

¹⁵⁶You are becoming the masters of the world while sitting here.

¹⁴⁸woh phir vahaan baithe-baithe bombs chhodte hain - saare vishwa ke vinaash ke liye।

¹⁵⁷Those people release bombs while sitting there. ¹⁵⁸There is so much competition to destroy the world.

¹⁴⁹kaise chataabheti hai। ¹⁵⁰tum yahaan baithe-baithe baap ko yaad karte ho aur vishwa ke maalik ban jaate ho।

¹⁵⁹You are now sitting here and remembering the Father and you will then become the masters of the world.

¹⁵¹kaise bhi karke baap ko yaad zaroor karna hai।

¹⁶⁰No matter how, you definitely have to remember the Father.

¹⁵²ismen hathayog karne va aasan aadi lagaane ki bhi baat nahin hai।

¹⁶¹There is no question of doing hatha yoga or having a special sitting position etc.

¹⁵³baba koi bhi takleeph nahin dete hain।

¹⁶²Baba doesn't give you any difficulty.

¹⁵⁴kaise bhi baitho sirf tum yaad karo ki ham most beloved (pyaare) bachche hain।

¹⁶³You can sit as you like, but simply remember that you are most beloved children.

¹⁵⁵tumko baadshaahi aise milti hai jaise maakhan se baal।

¹⁶⁴You receive a sovereignty as easily as pulling a hair out of butter.

¹⁵⁶gaate bhi hain second mein jeevanmukti।

¹⁶⁵They sing that liberation-in-life is received in a second.

¹⁵⁷kahaan bhi baitho, ghoomo phiro, baap ko yaad karo।

¹⁶⁶You can sit anywhere or travel anywhere, but you have to remember the Father.

¹⁵⁸pavitra hone bigar jaayenge kaise?

¹⁶⁷How can you go back without becoming pure?

¹⁵⁹nahin to sajaayen khaani padengi।

¹⁶⁸Otherwise, you will have to experienced punishment.

¹⁶⁰jab dharmaraaj ke paas jaayenge tab sabka hisaab-kitaab chuktu hoga।

¹⁶⁹When you all go to Dharamraj, all of your karmic accounts will be settled.

¹⁶¹jitna pavitra banenge utna oonch pad paayenge।

¹⁷⁰The purer you become, the higher the status you will receive.

¹⁶²impure rahenge to sookha rotla khaayenge।

¹⁷¹If you remain impure, you will eat dry chapattis.

¹⁶³jitna baap ko yaad karenge, paap katenge।

¹⁷²The more you remember the Father, the more your sins will be cut away.

¹⁶⁴ismen kharche aadi ki koi baat nahin।

¹⁷³There is no question of expense in this.

¹⁶⁵bhal ghar mein baithe raho, baap se bhi mantra le lo।

¹⁷⁴You may remain seated at home, but just take the mantra from the Father.

¹⁶⁶yeh hai maaya ko vash karne ka mantra - manamnaabhav।

¹⁷⁵“Manmanabhav” is the mantra with which you can control Maya.

¹⁶⁷yeh mantra mila phir bhal ghar jaao।

¹⁷⁶Once you receive this mantra, you may go home.

¹⁶⁸mukh se kuchh bolo nahin।

¹⁷⁷Don't say anything.

¹⁶⁹alpha aur be, baadshaahi ko yaad karo।

¹⁷⁸Just remember Alpha and beta, the kingdom.

¹⁷⁰tum samajhte ho baap ko yaad karne se ham satopradhaan ban jaayenge, paap kat jaayenge।

¹⁷⁹You understand that by remembering the Father, you will become satopradhan and your sins will be cut away.

¹⁷¹baba apna anubhav bhi sunaate hain - bhojan par baithta hoon, achha, ham baba ko yaad kar khaate hain, phir jhat bhool jaata hoon kyonki gaaya jaata hai jinke matthe maamla… kitna khyaal karna padta hai - phalaane ki aatma bahut service karti hai, unko yaad karna hai।
