¹“meethe bachche - antarmukhi bano arthaat chup raho, mukh se kuchh bhi bolo nahin, har kaarya shanti se karo, kabhi bhi ashaanti nahin phailaao''

¹Essence: Sweet children, become introverted, that is, remain silent. ²Do not say anything with your mouths. ³Carry out every task peacefully. ⁴Never spread peacelessness.

⁵Question: What is a very great enemy of you children that has made you poverty-stricken?

³uttar:- krodh।

⁶Answer: Anger.

⁴kaha jaata hai jahaan krodh hai vahaan paani ke matke bhi sookh jaate hain।

⁷It is said that when there is anger, even urns of water dry up.

⁵bhaarat ka matka jo heere-javaahron se bhara hua tha, woh is bhoot ke kaaran khaali ho gaya hai।

⁸The urn of Bharat that was once filled with diamonds and jewels has now become empty because of that evil spirit.

⁶in bhooton ne hi tumko kangaal banaaya hai।

⁹It is that evil spirit that has made you poverty-stricken.

⁷krodhi manushya khud bhi tapta hai, doosron ko bhi tapaata hai isliye ab is bhoot ko antarmukhi ban nikaalo।

¹⁰An angry person becomes heated and he also makes others heated. ¹¹Therefore, now become introverted and remove that evil spirit.

²⁰krodhi manushya ashaanti phailaata hai isliye grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte shanti mein rehna hai।

²⁴An angry person spreads peacelessness. ²⁵Therefore, while living at home with your families you must remain peaceful.

²¹bhojan khaakar apne dhandhe athva office aadi mein chale jaana, vahaan bhi silence mein rehna achha hai।

²⁶Eat your meal and go to your office or your business etc. ²⁷There, too, it is good to remain in silence.

²²sab kehte hain hamko shanti chaahiye।

²⁸Everyone says that they want peace.

²³yeh to bachchon ko bataaya hai shanti ka saagar ek baap hi hai।

²⁹It has been explained to you children that only the one Father is the Ocean of Peace.

²⁴baap hi direction dete hain mujhe yaad karo।

³⁰The Father gives you the direction: Remember Me.

²⁵ismen bolna kuchh bhi nahin hai। ²⁶antarmukh rehna hai।

³¹There is no need to say anything; just remain introverted.

²⁷office aadi mein apna kaam bhi karna hai to ismen jaasti bolna nahin hota, bilkul meetha banna hai।

³⁵To fight etc. is to become angry. ³⁶Your greatest enemy is lust and the second number is anger.

³¹ek-doosre ko duhkh pahunchaate hain।

³⁷It makes you cause sorrow for one another.

³²krodh se kitni ladaai ho jaati hai।

³⁸So many fights take place through anger.

³³bachche jaante hain satayug mein ladaai hoti nahin।

³⁹You children understand that there is no fighting in the golden age.

³⁴yeh hai raavnapne ki nishaani।

⁴⁰Anger is a sign of someone being like Ravan.

³⁵krodh vaale ko bhi aasuri sampradaay kaha jaata hai।

⁴¹Those with anger are called ones who belong to the devilish community.

³⁶bhoot ki praveshta hai na।

⁴²An evil spirit enters them.

³⁷ismen bolna kuchh bhi nahin hai kyonki un manushyon ko to gyaan hai nahin। ³⁸woh to krodh karenge, krodh vaale ke saath krodh karne se ladaai lag jaati hai।

⁴³There is no need to say anything to them because those human beings don’t have this knowledge; they will continue to be angry. ⁴⁴If you become angry with an angry person, a fight would take place.

³⁹baap samjhaate hain - yeh bada kada bhoot hai, inko yukti se bhagaana chaahiye।

⁴⁵in bhooton ko bhagaana hai।

⁵¹You have to chase away those evil spirits.

⁴⁶ek baar bhagaaya to phir aadhaakalpa ke liye yeh bhoot honge hi nahin।

⁵²Once you chase them away, they will not exist for half a cycle.

⁴⁷yeh 5 vikaar abhi fullforce mein hain।

⁵³Those five vices are now in full force.

⁴⁸aise samay hi baap aate hain, jabki vikaar full force mein hain।

⁵⁴It is at this time, when the vices are in full force, that the Father comes.

⁴⁹yeh okhen badi criminal hain।

⁵⁵These eyes are very criminal.

⁵⁵apne dil se poochhna hai - hamaare mein bhoot to nahin hain?

⁶¹Ask your own heart: Do I have an evil spirit in me?

⁵⁶moh ka bhi, lobh ka bhi bhoot hota hai।

⁶²There is also the evil spirit of attachment and there is the evil spirit of greed too.

⁵⁷lobh ka bhoot bhi kam nahin।

⁶³The evil spirit of greed is no less.

⁵⁸yeh sab bhoot hain kyonki raavan sena hai।

⁶⁴All of them are evil spirits because they belong to Ravan’s army.

⁵⁹baap bachchon ko yaad ki yaatra sikhlaate hain।

⁶⁵The Father teaches you children the pilgrimage of remembrance.

⁶⁰parantu bachche ismen moonjhate bahut hain।

⁶⁶However, many become very confused about this.

⁶¹samajhte nahin hain kyonki bhakti bahut ki hai na।

⁶⁷They do not understand because they have done a great deal of devotion.

⁶²bhakti hai deh-abhimaan।

⁶⁸The path of devotion is body consciousness.

⁶³aadhaakalpa deh-abhimaan raha hai।

⁶⁹For half a cycle there has been body consciousness.

⁶⁴baaharmukhta hone ke kaaran apne ko aatma samajh nahin sakte।

⁷⁰Because of being extroverted, you were not able to consider yourselves to be souls.

⁶⁵baap jor bahut lagaate hain - apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

⁷¹The Father emphasises this a great deal: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

⁶⁶parantu aata hi nahin।

⁷²However, they don’t know how to do this.

⁶⁷aur sab baaten maante bhi hain। ⁶⁸phir kah dete yaad kaise karen, koi cheez to dikhaai nahin padti।

⁷³They accept all the other things and yet they still ask: How can we have remembrance?

⁶⁹unko samjhaaya jaata hai - tum apne ko aatma samajhte ho।

⁷⁴We cannot see anything. ⁷⁵It is explained to them: Do you consider yourselves to be souls?

⁷⁰yeh bhi jaante ho woh behad ka baap hai।

⁷⁶You also know that that One is your unlimited Father.

⁷¹mukh se shiv-shiv bolna nahin hai।

⁷⁷You do not have to say, “Shiva, Shiva” with your lips.

⁷²andar mein jaante ho na main aatma hoon।

⁷⁸You know internally that you are a soul.

⁷³manushya shanti maangate hain, shanti ka saagar woh paramatma hi hai।

⁷⁹Human beings ask for peace. ⁸⁰Only the Supreme Soul is the Ocean of Peace.

⁷⁴zaroor varsa bhi vahi denge।

⁸¹He would surely be the One who gives the inheritance.

⁷⁵ab baap samjhaate hain, mere ko yaad karo to shanti ho jaayegi। ⁷⁶aur janma-janmaantar ke vikarma bhi vinaash honge।

⁸²The Father now explains: Remember Me and you will become peaceful and your sins of innumerable births will be absolved.

⁷⁷baaki koi cheez hai nahin।

⁸³There is nothing else.

⁷⁸koi itna bada ling nahin।

⁸⁴There isn’t a huge oval image.

⁷⁹aatma chhoti hai, baap bhi chhota hai।

⁸⁵Souls are tiny and the Father is also tiny.

⁸⁰yaad to sabhi karte hain - he bhagwan, he god।

⁸⁶Everyone remembers Him and says: O Bhagwan! ⁸⁷O God!

⁸¹kaun kehta hai?

⁸⁸Who says this?

⁸²aatma kehti hai - apne baap ko yaad karte hain।

⁸⁹Souls say this. ⁹⁰Souls remember their Father.

⁸³to baap bachchon ko kehte hain manamnaabhav।

⁹¹Therefore, the Father says to the children: Manmanabhav!

⁸⁴meethe-meethe bachchon, antarmukh hokar raho।

⁹²Sweetest children, remain introverted.

⁸⁵yeh jo kuchh dekhte ho woh khatma ho jaana hai। ⁸⁶baaki aatma shanti mein rehti hai।

⁹³Everything you see is going to be destroyed and souls will reside in peace.

⁸⁷aatma ko shantidham hi jaana hai।

⁹⁴Souls have to return to the land of peace.

⁸⁸jab tak aatma pavitra nahin bani hai tab tak shantidham ja nahin sakti।

⁹⁵Souls cannot return to the land of peace until they become pure.

⁸⁹rishi muni aadi sab kehte hain shanti kaise mile।

⁹⁶Even sages and holy men ask how they can attain peace.

⁹⁰baap to sahaj yukti bataate hain। ⁹¹parantu bachchon mein bahut hain jo shanti mein nahin rehte hain।

⁹⁷The Father shows you an easy way, but there are many of you children who are not able to remain peaceful.

⁹²baba jaante hain gharon mein rehte hain, bilkul shant nahin rehte।

⁹⁸Baba knows that some of you who live at home do not remain peaceful at all.

⁹³centres par thoda time jaate hain, andar mein shant ho baap ko yaad karen, woh nahin hai।

⁹⁹They go to a centre for a short while. ¹⁰⁰Nevertheless, they do not remain peaceful internally and they do not remember the Father.

⁹⁴saara din ghar mein hangaama karte rehte hain, to centre par aane se bhi shanti mein nahin rah sakte hain।

¹⁰¹Throughout the day, they continue to create chaos at home. ¹⁰²Therefore, they are not able to be peaceful even when they go to a centre.

⁹⁵koi ki deh se pyaar ho gaya to unke man ko kabhi shanti ho na sake।

¹⁰³When someone has love for someone's body, his mind can never experience peace.

⁹⁶bas, uski hi yaad aati rahegi।

¹⁰⁴You just keep remembering that one, that’s all!

⁹⁷baap samjhaate hain - manushyon mein hain 5 bhoot।

¹⁰⁵The Father explains: Human beings have five evil spirits in them.

⁹⁸kehte hain na inmen bhoot ki praveshta hai।

¹⁰⁶It is said, “An evil spirit has entered this one.”

⁹⁹in bhooton ne hi tumko kangaal banaaya hai।

¹⁰⁷It is those evil spirits that have made you poverty-stricken.

¹⁰⁰woh to karke ek bhoot hota, woh bhi kabhi pravesh kar leta hai।

¹⁰⁸At the most, there would only be one evil spirit (ghost) that could enter someone at any time.

¹⁰¹baap kehte hain yeh 5 bhooton ki har ek mein praveshta hai।

¹⁰⁹The Father says: Those five evil spirits are inside everyone.

¹⁰²in bhooton ko bhagaane ke liye hi pukaarte hain।

¹¹⁰People call out to God in order to have those evil spirits removed.

¹⁰³baba, aakar hamko shanti do, in bhooton ko bhagaane ki yukti bataao।

¹¹¹They say: Baba, come and give us peace. ¹¹²Show us the way to chase away those evil spirits.

¹⁰⁴yeh bhoot to sabhi mein hain।

¹¹³Those evil spirits are present in everyone.

¹⁰⁵yeh raavan raajya hai na।

¹¹⁴This is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁰⁶sabse kada bhoot hai kaam-krodh।

¹¹⁵The biggest evil spirits are lust and anger.

¹⁰⁷baap aakar bhooton ko bhagaate hain to unki evaz mein kuchh milna to chaahiye na।

¹¹⁶The Father comes and chases away those evil spirits. ¹¹⁷Therefore, He should be given a return for that.

¹⁰⁸woh bhoot-pret bhagaate hain, milta kuchh bhi nahin।

¹¹⁸Those people chase away evil spirits and ghosts but they do not receive anything.

¹⁰⁹yeh to bachche jaante hain baap aate hain saare vishwa se bhooton ko bhagaane।

¹¹⁹You children know that the Father comes in order to chase away the evil spirits from the whole world.

¹¹⁰abhi saare vishwa mein sabmen bhooton ki praveshta hai।

¹²⁰Those evil spirits are now present in everyone in the world.

¹¹¹devtaaon mein koi bhoot nahin hota, na deh-abhimaan ka, na kaam, krodh, lobh, moh… kuchh nahin hota।

¹²¹There are no evil spirits in the deities. ¹²²They do not have evil spirits of body consciousness – no lust, anger, greed or attachment; none at all.

¹¹²lobh ka bhoot bhi kam nahin। ¹¹³yeh anda khaaoon, woh khaaoon........ bahuton mein bhoot rehte hain।

¹²³The evil spirit of greed too is no less: "I want to eat eggs! ¹²⁴I want to eat this or that!" ¹²⁵Many have this evil spirit.

¹¹⁴apne dil se samajhte hain - barobar hamaare mein kaam ka bhoot hai, krodh ka bhoot hai।

¹²⁶You understand in your heart whether you have an evil spirit of lust or an evil spirit of anger within you.

¹¹⁵to in bhooton ko nikaalne ke liye baap kitna maatha maarte hain।

¹²⁷Therefore, the Father has to beat his head so much to remove those evil spirits.

¹¹⁶deh-abhimaan mein aane se dil hoti hai bhaaki pahnoon, yeh karoon।

¹²⁸By coming into body consciousness you have a desire to embrace someone.

¹¹⁷phir kamaai saari chat ho jaati hai।

¹²⁹Then the whole of your income is destroyed.

¹¹⁸krodh vaale ka bhi yeh haal hai।

¹³⁰The same thing happens to those who have anger.

¹¹⁹krodh mein aakar baap bachchon ko maar dete hain, bachche baap ko maar dete hain, stri pati ko maar daalti hai।

¹³¹A father becomes angry and hits his son or the son hits his father or the wife kills her husband.

¹²⁰jel mein jaakar tum dekho kaise-kaise case hote hain।

¹³²Just go and see what kinds of cases they have in prisons.

¹²¹in bhooton ki praveshta ke kaaran kya haal bhaarat ka ho gaya hai!

¹³³Just see what the condition of Bharat has become since those evil spirits entered.

¹²²bhaarat ka jo bada matka tha jo sone-heeron aadi se bhara hua tha, woh ab khaali ho gaya hai।

¹³⁴The huge urn of Bharat that was completely full of gold and diamonds has now become empty.

¹²³krodh ke kaaran kehte hain na - paani ka matka bhi sookh jaata hai।

¹³⁵Because of someone’s anger, it is said that even an urn of water dries up.

¹²⁴to yeh bhaarat ka bhi aisa haal ho gaya hai।

¹³⁶Bharat has also reached the same condition.

¹²⁵yeh bhi koi nahin jaante hain।

¹⁴⁸The path of devotion has so much paraphernalia.

¹³⁹baba chhotepan se geeta padhte the aur naaraayan ki pooja karte the। ¹⁴⁰samajh kuchh bhi nahin thi।

¹⁴⁹Baba used to study the Gita from a very young age and he also used to worship Narayan, but he did not understand anything at all.

¹⁴¹main aatma hoon, woh hamaara baap hai, yeh bhi samajh nahin thi isliye poochhte hain kaise yaad karun?

¹⁵⁰He did not even understand that he is a soul and that that One is our Father. ¹⁵¹This is why you ask how you can have remembrance.

¹⁴²are, tum to bhakti maarga mein yaad karte aaye ho - he bhagwan aao, liberate karo, hamaara guide bano।

¹⁵²Oh! but you have been remembering Him on the path of devotion and saying: O God, come and liberate us! ¹⁵³Become our Guide!

¹⁴³guide milta hai mukti-jeevanmukti ke liye।

¹⁵⁴The Guide is needed for you to attain liberation and liberation-in-life.

¹⁴⁴baap is puraani duniya se naphrat dilaate hain।

¹⁵⁵The Father inspires you to have distaste for this old world.

¹⁴⁵is samay sabki aatmaayen kaali hain, to unko gora shareer kaise milega।

¹⁵⁶At this time, every soul has become ugly, and so how can anyone receive a beautiful body?

¹⁴⁶bhal karke chamdi kitni bhi saphed hai, parantu aatma to kaali hai na।

¹⁴⁷jo saphed khoobsoorat shareer vaale hain, unko apna nasha kitna rehta hai।

¹⁵⁸Those who have fair skin and beautiful bodies have so much intoxication about themselves.

¹⁴⁸manushyon ko yeh pata hi nahin padta hai ki aatma gori kaise banti hai?

¹⁵⁹Human beings don’t even know how souls become beautiful.

¹⁴⁹isliye unko kaha jaata hai naastik।

¹⁶⁰This is why they are called atheists.

¹⁵⁰jo apne baap rachayita aur rachna ko nahin jaante hain woh hain naastik, jo jaante hain woh hue aastik।

¹⁶¹Those who don’t know their Father, the Creator, or His creation are called atheists. ¹⁶²Those who know Him are called theists.

¹⁵¹baap kitna achhi reeti baith tum bachchon ko samjhaate hain।

¹⁵⁶is samay sabse balvaan America hai kyonki unke paas dhan-daulat, baarood aadi bahut hai to bal ho gaya jismaani, maarne liye।

¹⁶⁸At this time, it is America that is the most powerful, because it has lot of wealth, property and armaments etc. ¹⁶⁹That is physical power for killing everyone.

¹⁵⁷buddhi mein hai ham vijay paayen।

¹⁷⁰It is in their intellects that they want to have victory.

¹⁵⁸tumhaara to hai roohaani bal, tum vijay paate ho raavan par। ¹⁵⁹jisse tum vishwa ke maalik ban jaate ho।

¹⁷¹Yours is spiritual power, through which you gain victory over Ravan and through which you become the masters of the world.

¹⁶⁰tumhaare oopar koi jeet pa nahin sakta। ¹⁶¹aadhaakalpa ke liye koi chheen nahin sakta aur koi ko baap se varsa milta nahin।

¹⁷²No one can conquer you or snatch your kingdom away for half a cycle. ¹⁷³No one else receives this inheritance from the Father.

¹⁶²tum kya bante ho, thoda vichaar karo।

¹⁷⁴Just think for a moment what you are becoming!

¹⁶³baap ko to bahut pyaar se yaad karna hai aur svadarshan chakradhaari banna hai।

¹⁷⁵You have to remember the Father with a great deal of love and also spin the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁶⁴woh samajhte hain svadarshan chakra se vishnu ne sabka sir kaata hai।

¹⁷⁶People think that Vishnu used the discus of self-realisation to cut off the heads of others.

¹⁶⁵lekin ismen hinsa ki to baat hi nahin hai।

¹⁷⁷However, there is no question of violence in this.

¹⁶⁶to meethe-meethe bachchon ko baap kehte hain - meethe bachche, tum kya the, ab apni haalat to dekho!

¹⁷⁸Therefore, the Father tells you sweetest children: Sweet children, look what you were before and look at your condition now.
