¹“meethe bachche - tumhein apna time vesta nahin karna hai, andar mein knowledge ka simran karte raho to nidraajeet ban jaayenge, ubaasi aadi nahin aayegi''

¹Essence: Sweet children, you must not waste your time. ²Continue to churn this knowledge internally and you will become a conqueror of sleep and not yawn etc.

³Question: Why have you children sacrificed yourselves to the Father?

³phida hone ka arth kya hai?

⁴What is the meaning of “sacrificing yourself”?

⁴uttar:- phida hona arthaat baap ki yaad mein sama jaana।

⁵Answer: To sacrifice yourself means to become merged in remembering the Father.

⁵jab yaad mein sama jaate ho to aatma roopi battery charge ho jaati hai।

⁶When you are merged in remembering Him, you the soul, the battery, becomes charged.

⁶aatma roopi battery niraakaar baap se jutti hai, to battery charge ho jaati hai, vikarma vinaash ho jaate hain।

⁷When you, the soul, the battery, is connected to the incorporeal Father, your battery is being charged and your sins are also being absolved.

⁷kamaai jama ho jaati hai।

⁸You will accumulate an income for yourself.

⁹roohaani baap baith roohaani bachchon ko samjhaate hain, ab yahaan tum shareer ke saath baithe ho।

¹⁰The spiritual Father sits here and explains to you spiritual children. ¹¹You are now sitting here with your bodies.

¹⁰jaante ho mrityulok mein yeh antim shareer hai।

¹²You understand that those are your final bodies in this land of death.

¹¹phir kya hoga?

¹³What will happen after that?

¹²phir baap ke saath shantidham mein ikatthe honge। ¹³yeh shareer nahin hoga phir svarga mein aayenge to nambarvaar purooshaartha anusaar, sab to ikatthe nahin aayenge।

¹⁴You will be together with the Father in the land of peace; those bodies will not remain. ¹⁵Then, you will go down into heaven, numberwise, according to the efforts you make; you will not all go down together.

¹⁴yeh raajdhaani sthaapan ho rahi hai।

¹⁶That kingdom is being established.

¹⁵jaise baap shanti ka, sukh ka saagar hai, bachchon ko bhi aisa shanti ka, sukh ka saagar bana rahe hain phir jaakar shantidham mein viraajmaan hona hai।

¹⁷Just as the Father is the Ocean of Peace and the Ocean of Happiness, so He is making you children into oceans of peace and happiness. ¹⁸Later, you will go and reside in the land of peace.

¹⁶to baap ko, ghar ko aur sukhdhaam ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁹Therefore, you have to remember the Father, the home and the land of happiness.

¹⁷yahaan tum jitna-jitna is avastha mein baithte ho, tumhaare janma-janmaantar ke paap bhasma hote hain, isko kaha jaata hai yogaagni।

²⁰The more you sit here in this stage, the more your sins of innumerable births will be burnt away. ²¹This is called the fire of yoga.

¹⁸sannyaasi koi sarvashaktimaan se yog nahin lagaate।

²²Sannyasis do not have yoga with the Almighty Authority.

¹⁹woh to rahne ke sthaan brahm se yog lagaate hain।

²³They have yoga with the brahm element, the place of residence.

²⁰woh hain tatva yogi, brahm athva tatva se yog lagaane vaale।

²⁴They are yogis who have yoga with the brahm element, that is, they have yoga with the element.

²¹yahaan jeev aatmaon ka khel hota hai, vahaan sweet hom mein sirf aatmaayen rehti hain।

²⁵Here, it is a play of embodied souls whereas only souls reside there, in the sweet home.

²²us sweet hom mein jaane ke liye saari duniya purooshaartha karti hai।

²⁶The whole world is making effort to go to that sweet home.

²³sannyaasi bhi kehte hain ham brahm mein leen ho jaayen।

²⁷Sannyasis also say that they want to merge into the element of light.

²⁴aisa nahin kehte ham brahm mein jaakar nivaas karen।

²⁸They do not say that they want to go and reside in the element of light.

²⁵yeh to tum bachche ab samajh gaye ho।

²⁹You children now understand this.

²⁶bhakti maarga mein kitni khit-khit sunte rehte hain।

³⁰On the path of devotion, people continue to listen to many conflicting ideas.

²⁷yahaan to baap aakar sirf do akshar hi samjhaate hain। ²⁸jaise mantra japte hain na।

³¹The Father comes here and speaks two words, just as you would chant a mantra.

²⁹koi guru ko yaad karte hain, koi kisko yaad karte hain।

³²Some remember their guru, others remember someone else.

³⁰student teacher ko yaad karte hain।

³¹abhi tum bachchon ko sirf baap aur ghar hi yaad hai।

³⁴You children simply have to remember the Father and the home.

³²baap se tum varsa lete ho shantidham aur sukhdhaam ka।

³⁵You claim your inheritance of the land of peace and the land of happiness from the Father.

³³vahi dil mein yaad rehta hai।

³⁴mukh se kuchh bolna nahin hai।

⁴⁶The number one sin is the vice of lust which you have been committing for many births. ⁴⁷You have also defamed the Father a great deal.

⁴⁴baap jo sarva ko sadgati dete, unki kitni ninda ki hai।

⁴⁸The Father, the One who grants salvation to all, has been defamed so much.

⁴⁵yeh sab dhyaan mein rakhna hai।

⁴⁹You have to keep all of these aspects in your minds.

⁴⁶ab jitna ho sake baap ko yaad karne ka puru-shaartha karna hai।

⁵⁰Now, to whatever extent possible, make effort to remember the Father.

⁴⁷vaastav mein vaah satguru kaha jaata hai, guru bhi nahin।

⁵¹In fact, you should say that it is the wonder of the Satguru, not just the Guru.

⁴⁸vaah guru ka koi arth nahin।

⁵²To say “The wonder of the Guru (Wah Guru)” has no meaning.

⁴⁹vaah satguru!

⁵³It should be, “The wonder of the Satguru.”

⁵⁰mukti-jeevanmukti vahi dete hain na।

⁵⁴He is the One who grants liberation and liberation-in-life.

⁵¹woh guru to anek hain। ⁵²yeh hai ek satguru।

⁵³tum logon ne guru to bahut kiye hain।

⁵⁶You people adopted many gurus.

⁵⁴har janma mein 2-4 guru karte hain।

⁵⁷In every birth, people adopt two to four gurus.

⁵⁵guru karke phir aur-aur sthaan par jaate hain।

⁵⁸People adopt a guru and then go to other places in the hope of finding a better path somewhere else.

⁵⁶shaayad yahaan se achha raasta mil jaae, trial karte rehte hain aur aur gurooon se। ⁵⁷parantu milta kuchh bhi nahin।

⁵⁹They continue to have trials with other gurus, but they do not attain anything.

⁵⁸abhi tum bachche jaante ho yahaan to rehna nahin hai। ⁵⁹sabko jaana hai shanti-dhaam।

⁶⁰You children now know that you are not going to remain here; everyone has to go to the land of peace.

⁶⁰baap tumhaare nimantran par aaye hain।

⁶¹The Father has come on your invitation.

⁶¹tumko yaad dilaate hain, tumne hamko kaha hai ki aao, hamko patit se paavan banaao।

⁶²He reminds you that you called out to Him: Come and make us pure from impure!

⁶²paavan shantidham bhi hai, sukhdhaam bhi hai।

⁶³The land of peace and the land of happiness are both pure.

⁶³bulaate hain hamko ghar le jaao।

⁶⁴You called out: Take us home!

⁶⁴ghar sabko yaad hai।

⁶⁵Everyone remembers their home.

⁶⁵aatma phat se kahegi hamaara nivaas sthaan paramdham hai।

⁶⁶The soul instantly says: My place of residence is the supreme region.

⁶⁶parampita paramatma bhi paramdham mein rehte hain।

⁶⁷The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, resides in the supreme region.

⁶⁷ham bhi paramdham mein rehte hain।

⁶⁸ab baap ne samjhaaya hai tum par brahaspati ki dasha baithi hui hai।

⁶⁹The Father has explained that there are now the omens of Jupiter over you.

⁶⁹yeh hai behad ki baat।

⁷⁰This is an unlimited aspect.

⁷⁰behad ki dasha sab par baithi hai।

⁷¹There are unlimited omens over everyone.

⁷¹chakra phirta rehta hai।

⁷²The cycle continues to turn.

⁷²ham hi sukh se duhkh mein, phir duhkh se sukh mein aate hain।

⁷³We are the ones who go from happiness to sorrow and then from sorrow to happiness.

⁷³shantidham, sukhdhaam phir yeh duhkhadhaam।

⁷⁴There is the land of peace, the land of happiness and this land of sorrow.

⁷⁴yeh bhi ab tum bachche samajhte ho, manushyon ki to buddhi mein nahin baithta।

⁷⁵You children now understand this; it does not sit in the intellects of human beings.

⁷⁵abhi baap jeete ji marna sikhla rahe hain।

⁷⁶The Father now teaches you to die a living death.

⁷⁶parvaane shama par phida ho jaate hain।

⁷⁷Moths sacrifice themselves to the Flame.

⁷⁷koi us par aashik ho jal jaate hain, phida ho jaate hain, koi phir pheri pahan chale jaate hain।

⁷⁸Some fall in love, burn and sacrifice themselves whereas others circle around and go away again.

⁷⁸yeh bhi battery hai na, sabka buddhiyog us ek se hai।

⁷⁹This one is also like a battery. ⁸⁰Everyone’s yoga of the intellect is with that One.

⁷⁹niraakaar baap se jaise battery lagi hui hai।

⁸¹It is as though one’s battery is connected to the incorporeal Father.

⁸⁰is aatma ke to bahut nazdeek hai to bahut sahaj hota hai।

⁸²This soul is very close and so it is easy for him.

⁸¹baap ko yaad karne se tumhaari battery charge hoti jaati hai।

⁸³Your batteries continue to be charged by remembering the Father.

⁸²tum bachchon ko thodi mushkilaat hoti hai, inko sahaj hai।

⁸⁴You children experience a little difficulty whereas it is easy for this one.

⁸³phir bhi inko purooshaartha to karna padta hai, jitna tum bachchon ko karna padta hai।

⁸⁵However, this one still has to make as much effort as you children do.

⁸⁴yeh jitna nazdeek hain, utna phir bojha hai bahut।

⁸⁹karmaateet avastha to pichhaadi mein hogi, tab tak khyaal hota hai।

⁹³The karmateet stage will be reached at the end; until then, there is concern.

⁹⁰bachchiyon ki chitthi nahin aati hai to bhi khyaal hota hai - beemaar to nahin hai?

⁹⁴When some children don’t write a letter, there is the concern that they are perhaps ill.

⁹¹service ka samaachaar aane se baap zaroor unko yaad karenge।

⁹⁵When the Father receives service news, He would definitely remember them.

⁹²baba is tan se service karte hain।

⁹⁶Baba is doing service through this body.

⁹³kabhi murli thodi chalti hai, yoon to bhal 2-4 roz murli na bhi aaye, tumhaare paas points rehti hain।

⁹⁴tumko bhi apni diary dekhni chaahiye।

¹⁰⁸You are also becoming oceans of peace and happiness.

¹⁰⁵apna potaamel dekhna hai - kis baat mein kami hai? ¹⁰⁶main barobar prem ka saagar hoon, koi aisi chalan to nahin hai jisse koi naaraaz hota ho?

¹⁰⁹You have to check your charts and see in which aspect you have a defect: Am I truly an ocean of love? ¹¹⁰Is my behaviour such that it upsets others?

¹⁰⁷apne oopar nazar rakhni hai।

¹¹¹Each of you has to pay attention to yourself.

¹¹²You should not think that Baba will give you blessings to become that; no.

¹¹⁰baap kehte hain main drama anusaar apne samay par aaya hoon।

¹¹⁵itne anek dharma jo hain, un sabka vinaash hona hi hai।

¹¹⁸All the different religions that exist now will be destroyed.

¹¹⁶jab satayugi sooryavanshi gharaana tha to aur doosra koi gharaana nahin tha phir bhi aise hi hoga।

¹¹⁹When the golden-aged, sun-dynasty kingdom existed, there was no other dynasty. ¹²⁰The same will happen again.

¹¹⁷saara din aise-aise apne se baaten karte raho।

¹²¹Continue to converse with yourself in this way throughout the whole day.

¹¹⁸gyaan ki points andar tapakni chaahiye, khushi rahni chaahiye।

¹²²Points of this knowledge should trickle inside you. ¹²³You should be happy.

¹¹⁹baap mein knowledge hai, woh tumko ab mil rahi hai।

¹²⁹The Father removes all your tiredness of the path of devotion and makes you tireless.

¹²⁴jaise raat ko aatma thak jaati hai to shareer se alag ho jaati hai, jisko neend kaha jaata hai।

¹³⁰When souls are tired at night, they become separate from their bodies; that is called sleep.

¹²⁵sota kaun hai?

¹³¹Who is it that sleeps?

¹²⁶aatma ke saath karmendriyaan bhi so jaati hain।

¹³²The sense organs also go to sleep with the soul.

¹²⁷to raat ko sote samay bhi baap ko yaad kar aise-aise khyaalaat karte so jaana chaahiye।

¹³³Therefore, at night, before going to sleep, remember the Father and then go to sleep with these thoughts.

¹²⁸ho sakta hai pichhaadi mein raat-din tum neend ko jeetne vaale ban jaao।

¹³³jab gyaan mein masta ho jaayenge tab tumhaari avastha woh rahegi।

¹³⁹When you become intoxicated with this knowledge, you will be able to maintain that stage.

¹³⁴yahaan tum thoda time baithte ho to kabhi ubaasi ya jhutka nahin aana chaahiye।

¹⁴⁰When you sit here for a short time you must not yawn or become drowsy.

¹³⁵aur aur taraph attention jaane se phir ubaasi aayegi।

¹⁴¹You yawn when your attention is drawn in other directions.

¹³⁶tum bachchon ko yeh bhi dhyaan mein rakhna hai ki hamko auron ko bhi aap samaan banaana hai।

¹⁴⁴ismen manhoos nahin banna hai।

¹⁵⁰Do not become miserly in this.

¹⁴⁵daan nahin dete hain to goya hai nahin।

¹⁴⁶yeh kamaai aisi hai, ismen ladaai aadi ki baat nahin, isko kaha jaata hai gupta।

¹⁵²This income is such that there is no question of fighting or quarrelling over it. ¹⁵³This is called incognito donations.

¹⁴⁷tum ho incognito warriors।

¹⁵⁴You are incognito warriors.

¹⁴⁸5 vikaaron ke saath tum ladte ho।

¹⁵⁵Your battle is with the five vices.

¹⁴⁹tumko unknown warriors kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁶You are called unknown warriors.

¹⁵⁰pyaadon ka lashkar bahut hota hai।

¹⁵⁷An infantry army is huge.

¹⁵¹yahaan bhi aise hain, praja bahut hai, baaki captain, major aadi sab hain।

¹⁵⁸It is the same here; there are many subjects and also captains and majors etc.

¹⁵²tum sena ho, usmein bhi nambarvaar hain।

¹⁵⁹You too are an army and you are also all numberwise within it.

¹⁵³baba samjhenge yeh commander hai, yeh major hai।

¹⁶⁰Baba understands which ones are commanders and which ones are majors.

¹⁵⁴mahaarthi, ghodesvaar hain na।

¹⁵⁶tum vyaapaar karte ho avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka।

¹⁶⁴Those people also teach business. ¹⁶⁵When a guru leaves his body, his disciples and followers continue the task.

¹⁵⁸woh hai sthool, yeh phir hai sookshm।

¹⁶⁶That is physical whereas here it is subtle.

¹⁵⁹anek prakaar ke dharma hain।

¹⁶⁷There are many varieties of religion.

¹⁶⁰har ek ki apni-apni mat hai।

¹⁶⁸They all have their own opinions.

¹⁶¹tum bhi jaakar unhon ka sun sakte ho - woh log kya sikhlaate hain, kya-kya sunaate hain।

¹⁶⁹You too can go and listen to what they say, what they teach and what they speak about.

¹⁶²baap to tumhein 84 ke chakra ki kahaani samjhaate hain।

¹⁷⁰The Father explains to you the story of the cycle of 84 births.

¹⁶³tum bachchon ko hi baap aakar varsa dete hain, yeh drama mein noondh hai।
