¹“meethe bachche - dehi-abhimaani banne ki practice karo, is practice se hi tum punya aatma ban sakenge''

¹Essence: Sweet children, practise being soul conscious. ²It is only by practising this that you will be able to become pure and charitable souls.

²prashn:- kis ek knowledge ke kaaran tum bachche sada harshit rehte ho?

³Question: Due to having the knowledge of what one thing do you children remain constantly cheerful?

³uttar:- tumhein knowledge mili hai ki yeh naatak bada wonderful bana hua hai, ismen har ek actor ka avinaashi part noondha hua hai।

⁴Answer: You have received the knowledge that this is a wonderful play that is being created. ⁵Each actor's imperishable part is fixed within it.

⁴sab apna-apna part baja rahe hain। ⁵is kaaran tum sada harshit rehte ho।

⁶Each one is playing his own part and because of knowing this you remain constantly cheerful.

⁶prashn:- kaun-sa ek hunar baap ke paas hi hai, doosron ke paas nahin?

⁷Question: What one art does the Father have which no one else has?

⁷uttar:- dehi-abhimaani banaane ka hunar ek baap ke paas hai kyonki woh khud sada dehi hai, supreme hai।

⁸Answer: The Father alone has the art of making you soul conscious because He Himself is constantly soul conscious. ⁹He is the Supreme.

⁸yeh hunar kisi bhi manushya ko aa nahin sakta।

¹⁰No human being can have this art.

⁹om shanti।

¹¹Om shanti.

¹⁰roohaani bachchon arthaat aatmaon prati baap baith samjhaate hain।

¹²The Father sits here and explains to you spiritual children, that is, to you souls.

¹¹apne ko aatma to samajhna hai na।

¹³You have to consider yourselves to be souls, do you not?

¹²baap ne bachchon ko samjhaaya hai pahle-pahle yeh practice karo ki ham aatma hain, na ki shareer।

¹⁴The Father has explained to you children: First of all, practise being souls, not bodies.

¹³jab apne ko aatma samjhenge tab hi parampita ko yaad karenge।

¹⁵Only when you consider yourselves to be souls will you remember the Supreme Father.

¹⁴apne ko aatma nahin samjhenge to phir zaroor laukik sambandhi, dhandha aadi hi yaad aata rahega isliye pahle-pahle to yeh practice honi chaahiye ki main aatma hoon to phir roohaani baap ki yaad thahregi।

¹⁶If you don't consider yourselves to be souls, then, surely, only worldly relatives and business etc. would be remembered. ¹⁷This is why you first have to have the practice: I am a soul. ¹⁸There will then be remembrance of the spiritual Father.

¹⁵baap yeh shiksha dete hain ki apne ko deh nahin samjho।

¹⁹The Father gives you the teachings: Do not consider yourselves to be bodies.

¹⁶yeh gyaan baap ek hi baar saare kalpa mein dete hain।

²⁰Only once in the whole cycle does the Father give you this knowledge.

¹⁷phir 5 hazaar varsha baad yeh samjhaani milegi।

²¹You will then receive this explanation again after 5000 years.

¹⁸apne ko aatma samjhenge to baap bhi yaad aayega।

²²If you consider yourselves to be souls, you will also remember the Father.

¹⁹aadhaakalpa tumne apne ko deh samjha hai।

²³For half a cycle you have considered yourselves to be bodies.

²⁰ab apne ko aatma samajhna hai।

²⁴You now have to consider yourselves to be souls.

²¹jaise tum aatma ho, main bhi aatma hi hoon।

²⁵Just as you are souls, I too am a soul.

²²parantu supreme hoon।

²⁶However, I am the Supreme.

²³main hoon hi aatma to mere ko koi deh yaad padti hi nahin।

²⁷I am just a soul, and so I do not remember any bodily beings.

²⁴yeh daada to shareerdhaari hai na। ²⁵woh baap hai niraakaar।

²⁸This Dada is a bodily being whereas that Father is incorporeal.

²⁶yeh prajaapita brahma to saakaari ho gaya।

²⁹This Prajapita Brahma is a corporeal being.

²⁷shivbaaba ka asli naam hai hi shiv।

³⁰Shiv Baba's real name is Shiva.

²⁸woh hai hi aatma sirf woh oonch te oonch arthaat supreme aatma hai sirf is samay hi aakar is shareer mein pravesh karta hoon।

³¹He is just a soul; it is just that He is the Highest on High, that is, He is the Supreme Soul. ³²I only come at this time and enter this body.

²⁹woh kabhi deh-abhimaani ho na sake।

³³He can never become body conscious.

³⁰deh-abhimaani saakaari manushya hote hain, woh to hai hi niraakaar।

³⁴It is corporeal human beings who become body conscious. ³⁵He is constantly incorporeal.

³¹unko aakar yeh practice karaani hai।

³⁶He has to come and inspire you to have this practice.

³²kehte hain tum apne ko aatma samjho।

³⁷He says: Consider yourselves to be souls.

³³main aatma hoon, aatma hoon - yeh paath baithkar padho।

³⁸Sit and learn the lesson: "I am a soul, I am a soul."

³⁴main aatma shivbaaba ka bachcha hoon।

³⁹“I, this soul, am a child of Shiv Baba.”

³⁵har baat ki practice chaahiye na।

⁴⁰Practice is needed for everything.

³⁶baap koi nai baat nahin samjhaate hain।

³⁷tum jab apne ko aatma pakka-pakka samjhenge tab baap bhi pakka yaad rahega।

⁴²When you firmly consider yourselves to be souls, you will also have firm remembrance of the Father.

³⁸deh-abhimaan hoga to baap ko yaad kar nahin sakenge।

⁴³If you are body conscious, you won't be able to remember the Father.

³⁹aadhaakalpa tumko deh ka ahankaar rehta hai।

⁴⁴For half a cycle, you have arrogance of the body.

⁴⁰abhi tumko sikhaata hoon ki apne ko aatma samjho।

⁴⁵I now teach you to consider yourselves to be souls.

⁴¹satayug mein aise koi sikhaata nahin hai ki apne ko aatma samjho।

⁴⁶No one in the golden age teaches you to consider yourselves to be souls.

⁴²shareer par naam to padta hi hai।

⁴⁷Names are always given to bodies.

⁴³nahin to ek-do ko bulaaven kaise।

⁴⁸Otherwise, what would you call one another?

⁴⁴yahaan tumne baap se jo varsa paaya hai vahi praalabdha vahaan paate ho।

⁴⁹The inheritance you received from the Father here is received as a reward there.

⁴⁵baaki bulaayenge to naam se na।

⁵⁰However, you would still call one another by your names.

⁴⁶shreekrishna bhi shareer ka naam hai na।

⁵¹Shri Krishna too is the name of a body.

⁴⁷naam bigar to kaarobaar aadi chal na sake।

⁵²Activities cannot continue without names.

⁴⁸aise nahin ki vahaan yeh kahenge ki apne ko aatma samjho।

⁵³It isn't that anyone there would say: Consider yourself to be a soul.

⁴⁹vahaan to aatma-abhimaani rehte hi hain।

⁵⁴There, everyone remains soul conscious.

⁵⁰yeh practice tumko abhi karaai jaati hai kyonki paap bahut chadhe hue hain।

⁵⁵You are inspired to practise this at this time because a lot of sin has accumulated.

⁵¹aahiste-aahiste thoda-thoda paap chadhte-chadhte abhi full paap aatma ban pade ho।

⁵⁶Sins have gradually accumulated little by little and you have now become full sinful souls.

⁵²aadhaakalpa ke liye jo kuchh kiya woh khalaas bhi to hoga na।

⁵⁷Whatever you have been doing for half of this cycle has to end.

⁵³aahiste-aahiste kam hota jaata hai।

⁵⁸Gradually, that will continue to decrease.

⁵⁴satayug mein tum satopradhaan ho, treta mein sato ban jaate ho।

⁵⁹In the golden age, you are satopradhan. ⁶⁰In the silver age, you become sato.

⁵⁵varsa abhi milta hai।

⁶¹It is now that you receive the inheritance.

⁵⁶apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karne se hi varsa milta hai।

⁶²Only by considering yourselves to be souls and remembering the Father do you receive the inheritance.

⁵⁷yeh dehi-abhimaani banne ki shiksha baap abhi dete hain।

⁶³It is at this time that the Father gives you the teachings to become soul conscious.

⁵⁸satayug mein yeh shiksha nahin milti।

⁶⁴You don't receive these teachings in the golden age.

⁵⁹apne-apne naam par hi chalte hain।

⁶⁵Each one continues to move along as per his or her own name.

⁶⁰yahaan tum har ek ko yaad ke bal se paap aatma se punya aatma banna hai।

⁶⁶Here, each one of you has to become a pure and charitable soul from a sinful soul with the power of yoga.

⁶¹satayug mein is shiksha ki darkaar hi nahin। ⁶²na tum yeh shiksha vahaan le jaate ho।

⁶⁷Neither is there any need for this knowledge in the golden age nor do you carry these teachings there.

⁶³vahaan na yeh gyaan, na yog le jaate ho।

⁶⁸You neither carry this knowledge nor this yoga there.

⁶⁴tumko patit se paavan abhi hi banna hai।

⁶⁹It is only at this time that you have to become pure from sinful.

⁶⁵phir aahiste-aahiste kala kam hoti hai। ⁶⁶jaise chandrama ki kala kam hote-hote leek jaakar rehti hai।

⁷⁰Then, your degrees gradually decrease, just as the degrees of the moon decrease until there is just a line left.

⁶⁷to ismen moonjho nahin।

⁷¹So, do not be confused about this.

⁶⁸kuchh bhi na samjho to poochho।

⁷²If you don't understand something, you can ask.

⁶⁹pahle to yeh pakka nishchay karo ki ham aatma hain।

⁷³First of all, have the firm faith that you are souls.

⁷⁰tumhaari aatma hi abhi tamopradhaan bani hai।

⁷⁴You souls have now become tamopradhan.

⁷¹pahle satopradhaan thi phir din-pratidin kala kam hoti jaati hai।

⁷⁵At first, you were satopradhan and then, day by day, your degrees continued to decrease.

⁷²main aatma hoon - yeh pakka na hone se hi tum baap ko bhoolte ho।

⁷⁶When you don't make it firm that you are souls, you forget the Father.

⁷³pahle-pahle mool baat hi yeh hai।

⁷⁷This is the first and foremost thing.

⁷⁴aatma-abhimaani banne se baap yaad aayega to varsa bhi yaad aayega।

⁷⁸By becoming soul conscious, you will remember the Father and also your inheritance.

⁷⁵varsa yaad aayega to pavitra bhi rahenge। ⁷⁶daiveegun bhi rahenge।

⁷⁹When you remember your inheritance, you will remain pure and also have divine virtues.

⁷⁷em object to saamne hai na।

⁸⁰You have your aim and objective in front of you.

⁷⁸yeh hai godly university। ⁷⁹bhagwan padhaate hain।

⁸¹This is the Godly University where God is teaching you.

⁸⁰dehi-abhimaani bhi vahi bana sakte hain aur koi bhi yeh hunar jaanta hi nahin hai।

⁸²He alone can make you soul conscious. ⁸³No one else has this skill.

⁸¹ek baap hi sikhaate hain।

⁸⁴The one Father teaches you this.

⁸²yeh daada bhi purooshaartha karte hain।

⁸⁵This Dada is also making effort.

⁸³baap to kabhi deh lete hi nahin, jo unko dehi-abhimaani banne ka purooshaartha karna pade।

⁸⁶The Father never takes a body, for which He would have to make effort to become soul conscious.

⁸⁴woh sirf is hi samay aate hain tumko dehi-abhimaani banaane।

⁸⁷He simply comes at this time to make you soul conscious.

⁸⁵yeh kahaavat hai jinke maathe maamla, woh kaise neend karen…।

⁸⁸There is a saying: How can someone who has responsibility on his head sleep comfortably?

⁸⁶bahut dhandha aadi tu-mach hota hai to phursat nahin milti aur jinko phursat hai woh aate hain baba ke saamne purooshaartha karne।

⁸⁹When someone has too much business etc., he doesn’t get any spare time. ⁹⁰Those who have spare time come in front of Baba to make effort.

⁸⁷koi naye bhi aate hain। ⁸⁸samajhte hain knowledge to badi achhi hai।

⁹¹Some new ones also come, and they feel that this knowledge is very good.

⁸⁹geeta mein bhi yeh akshar hain - mujh baap ko yaad karo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash ho jaaen।

⁹²These words, “Remember Me, your Father, and your sins will be absolved”, are also mentioned in the Gita.

⁹⁰to baap yeh samjhaate hain।

⁹³So, the Father explains this.

⁹¹baap koi ko dosh nahin dete hain।

⁹⁴He doesn't blame anyone.

⁹²yeh to jaante hain tumko paavan se patit banna hi hai aur hamko aakar patit se paavan banaana hi hai।

⁹⁵He knows that you had to become impure from pure and that He has to come to make you pure from impure.

⁹³yeh bana-banaaya drama hai, ismen koi ke ninda ki baat nahin।

⁹⁶This is the predestined drama. ⁹⁷There is no question of defamation of anyone in this.

⁹⁴tum bachche abhi gyaan ko achhi reeti jaante ho aur to koi bhi eeshvar ko jaante hi nahin isliye nidhanke naastik kahlaaye jaate hain।

⁹⁸You children now understand this knowledge very clearly. ⁹⁹No one else knows God at all. ¹⁰⁰This is why they are called orphans and atheists.

⁹⁵abhi baap tum bachchon ko kitna samajhdaar banaate hain।

¹⁰¹The Father is now making you children so sensible.

⁹⁶teacher roop mein shiksha dete hain। ⁹⁷kaise yeh srishti ka chakra chalta hai, yeh shiksha milne se tum bhi sudharte ho।

¹⁰²As the Teacher, He is teaching you how this world cycle continues. ¹⁰³When you receive these teachings, you are reformed.

⁹⁸bhaarat jo shivaalay tha so ab veshyaalay hai na।

¹⁰⁴Bharat, which was the Temple of Shiva, has now become a brothel.

⁹⁹ismen glaani ki to baat hi nahin।

¹⁰⁵There is no question of defamation in this.

¹⁰⁰yeh khel hai, jo baap samjhaate hain।

¹⁰⁶This is a play that the Father explains to you.

¹⁰¹tum devta se asur kaise bane ho, aise nahin kehte kyon bane?

¹⁰⁷He tells you how you changed from deities into devils, but He doesn't ask you why you became that.

¹⁰²baap aaye hi hain bachchon ko apna parichay dene aur srishti ka chakra kaise phirta hai, yeh knowledge dete hain।

¹⁰⁸The Father has come to give His own introduction to you children. ¹⁰⁹He has also come to give you this knowledge of how the world cycle turns.

¹⁰³manushya hi jaanenge na।

¹¹⁰Only human beings would know this.

¹⁰⁴abhi tum jaankar phir devta bante ho।

¹¹¹You now know this and are becoming deities.

¹⁰⁵yeh padhaai hai manushya se devta banne ki, jo baap hi baith padhaate hain।

¹¹²This is a study of how to change from human beings into deities and only the Father sits here and teaches it.

¹⁰⁶yahaan to sab manushya hi manushya hain।

¹¹³Here, all are human beings.

¹⁰⁷devta to is srishti par aa nahin sakte jo teacher bankar padhaayen।

¹¹⁴Deities cannot come to this world, so they couldn’t become teachers and teach you.

¹⁰⁸padhaane vaala baap dekho kaise padhaane aate hain।

¹¹⁵Look how the Father who teaches you comes here to teach you.

¹⁰⁹gaayan bhi hai parampita paramatma koi rath lete hain, yeh poora nahin likhte ki kaun-sa rath lete hain।

¹¹⁶It is remembered that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, takes a chariot. ¹¹⁷They don't write fully which chariot He takes.

¹¹⁰trimoorti ka raaz bhi koi samajhte nahin।

¹¹⁸No one even understands the significance of the Trimurti.

¹¹¹parampita arthaat param aatma।

¹¹⁹The Supreme Father means the Supreme Soul.

¹¹²vo jo hai so apna parichay to denge na।

¹²⁰He gives His own introduction as to who He is.

¹¹³ahankaar ki baat nahin।

¹²¹There is no question of arrogance in this.

¹¹⁴na samajhne ke kaaran kehte hain inmen ahankaar hai।

¹²²Because of not understanding this, people say: He has arrogance.

¹¹⁵yeh brahma to kehte nahin ki main paramatma hoon।

¹²³This Brahma does not say that he is God.

¹¹⁶yeh to samajh ki baat hai, yeh to baap ke mahaavaakya hain - sabhi aatmaon ka baap ek hai।

¹²⁴It is a matter of understanding that these are the elevated versions of the Father. ¹²⁵The Father of all souls is One.

¹¹⁷inko daada kaha jaata hai।

¹²⁶This one is called Dada.

¹¹⁸yeh bhaagyashaali rath hai na।

¹²⁷This one is “The Lucky Chariot”.

¹¹⁹naam bhi brahma rakha hai kyonki brahman chaahiye na।

¹²⁸He is named Brahma because Brahmins are needed.

¹²⁰aadi dev prajaapita brahma hai। ¹²¹praja ka pita hai, ab praja kaun-si?

¹²⁹Prajapita Brahma is Adi Dev; he is the Father of people. ¹³⁰Which people are they?

¹²²prajaapita brahma shareerdhaari hai to adopt kiya na।

¹³¹Prajapita Brahma is a bodily being, and so he must have adopted him.

¹²³bachchon ko shivbaaba samjhaate hain main adopt nahin karta hoon।

¹³²Shiv Baba explains to you children: I do not adopt anyone.

¹²⁴tum sab aatmaayen to sadaiv mere bachche ho hi।

¹³³All of you souls are always My children anyway.

¹²⁵main tumko banaata nahin hoon।

¹³⁴I do not make you My children.

¹²⁶main to tum aatmaon ka anaadi baap hoon।

¹³⁵I am the eternal Father of you souls.

¹²⁷baap kitna achhi reeti samjhaate hain phir bhi kehte hain apne ko aatma samjho।

¹³⁶The Father explains so clearly but, nevertheless, He says: Consider yourselves to be souls.

¹²⁸tum saari puraani duniya ka sannyaas karte ho।

¹³⁷You have to renounce the whole of the old world.

¹²⁹buddhi se jaante hain sab vaapis jaayenge is duniya se।

¹³⁸Your intellects know that everyone will return home from this world.

¹³⁰aise nahin, sannyaas kar jangal mein jaana hai।

¹³⁹It isn't that you have to have renunciation and go away into a forest.

¹³¹saari duniya ka sannyaas kar ham apne ghar chale jaayenge, isliye koi bhi cheez yaad na aaye sivaae ek baap ke।

¹⁴⁰We will renounce the whole world and go to our home. ¹⁴¹This is why nothing, except the one Father, should be remembered.

¹³²60 varsha ki aayu hui to phir vaani se pare vaanaprastha mein jaane ka purooshaartha karna chaahiye।

¹⁴²When someone reaches the age of 60, he has to make effort to go beyond sound, that is, to go into the stage of retirement.

¹³³yeh vaanaprastha ki baat hai abhi ki।

¹⁴³The question of going into the stage of retirement refers to this time.

¹³⁴bhakti maarga mein to vaanaprastha ka kisko pata hi nahin hai।

¹⁴⁴On the path of devotion, no one knows about the stage of retirement.

¹³⁵vaanaprastha ka arth nahin bata sakte hain।

¹⁴⁵They cannot explain the meaning of “The stage of retirement”.

¹³⁶vaani se pare mool vatan ko kahenge।

¹⁴⁶“Beyond sound” refers to the incorporeal world.

¹³⁷vahaan sabhi aatmaayen nivaas karti hain to sabki vaanaprastha avastha hai, sabko jaana hai ghar।

¹⁴⁷All souls reside there, and so it is everyone’s stage of retirement. ¹⁴⁸Everyone has to go back home.

¹³⁸shaastron mein dikhaate hain aatma bhrakuti ke beech chamakta hua sitaara hai।

¹⁴⁹In the scriptures, they have shown that a soul is a star shining in the centre of a forehead.

¹³⁹kai samajhte hain aatma angushthe misal hai। ¹⁴⁰angushthe misal ko hi yaad karte hain।

¹⁵⁰Some think that a soul is thumb shaped and they remember a thumb shape.

¹⁴¹star ko yaad kaise karen? ¹⁴²pooja kaise karen?

¹⁵¹How can they remember or worship a star?

¹⁴³to baap samjhaate hain tum deh-abhimaan mein jab aate ho to pujaari ban jaate ho।

¹⁵²So, the Father explains: When you become body conscious, you become worshippers.

¹⁴⁴bhakti ka samay shuru hota hai, usko bhakti cult kehte hain।

¹⁵³When the time of devotion begins, it is called the cult of devotion.

¹⁴⁵gyaan cult alag hai।

¹⁵⁴The cult of this knowledge is separate.

¹⁴⁶gyaan aur bhakti ikatthe nahin ho sakte। ¹⁴⁷din aur raat ikatthe nahin ho sakte।

¹⁵⁵This knowledge and devotion cannot both exist at the same time, just as day and night cannot exist at the same time.

¹⁴⁸din sukh ko kaha jaata aur raat duhkh arthaat bhakti ko kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁶Day refers to happiness and night refers to sorrow, that is, to devotion.

¹⁴⁹kehte hain prajaapita brahma ka din aur phir raat।

¹⁵⁷It is said: The day and then the night of Prajapita Brahma.

¹⁵⁰to praja aur brahma zaroor donon hi ikatthe honge na।

¹⁵⁸Therefore, people and Brahma definitely exist at the same time.

¹⁵¹tum samajhte ho ham brahman hi aadha-kalpa sukh bhogte hain phir aadhaakalpa duhkh।

¹⁵⁹You Brahmins understand that you experience happiness for half a cycle. ¹⁶⁰Then, there is sorrow for half a cycle.

¹⁵²yeh buddhi se samajhne ki baat hai।

¹⁶¹This is something to be understood with your intellects.

¹⁵³yeh bhi jaante ho sab baap ko yaad nahin kar sakte hain phir bhi baap khud samjhaate rehte hain apne ko aatma samjho aur mujhe yaad karo to tum paavan ban jaayenge।

¹⁶²You also know that not everyone can remember the Father. ¹⁶³Nevertheless, the Father Himself continues to explain to you: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me and you will become pure.

¹⁵⁴yeh paigaam sabko pahunchaana hai।

¹⁶⁴This message has to be given to everyone.

¹⁵⁵service karni hai।

¹⁶⁵You have to do service.

¹⁵⁶jo service hi nahin karte to woh phool nahin thahre।

¹⁶⁶Those who don't do service are not flowers.

¹⁵⁷baagvaan bageeche mein aayenge to unko phool hi saamne chaahiye, jo serviceable hain bahuton ka kalyaan karte hain।

¹⁶⁷When the Master of the Garden goes into the garden, He only wants to see in front of Him the flowers who are serviceable and who benefit many.

¹⁵⁸jinko deh-abhimaan hai woh khud bhi samjhenge ham phool to hain nahin।

¹⁶⁸Those who are body conscious can understand for themselves that they are not flowers.

¹⁵⁹baba ke saamne to achhe-achhe phool baithe hain।

¹⁶⁹Very good flowers are sitting in front of Baba.

¹⁶⁰to baap ki un par nazar jaayegi। ¹⁶¹dance bhi achha chalega। ¹⁶²(dancing girl ka misaal) school mein bhi teacher to jaante hain na - kaun number one, kaun number do, teen mein hain।

¹⁷⁰So, the Father's vision falls on them and a very good dance (of knowledge) is then performed (example of the dancing girl). ¹⁷¹At a school, the teachers know who will claim number one, two and three.

¹⁶³baap ka bhi attention service karne vaalon taraph hi jaayega।

¹⁷²The Father's attention is also drawn to those who do service.

¹⁶⁴dil par bhi woh chadhte hain।

¹⁷³They are the ones who climb into His heart.

¹⁶⁵disservice karne vaale thode hi dil par chadhte।

¹⁷⁴Those who do disservice cannot climb into His heart.

¹⁶⁶baap pahli-pahli mukhya baat samjhaate hain apne ko aatma nishchay karo tab baap ki yaad thahregi।

¹⁷⁵The first and foremost thing that the Father explains is: Have the faith that you are souls, for only then will there be remembrance of the Father.

¹⁶⁷deh-abhimaan hoga to baap ki yaad thahregi nahin।

¹⁷⁶If you are body conscious, you won't be able to remember the Father.

¹⁶⁸laukik sambandhiyon taraph, dhandhe dhori taraph buddhi chali jaayegi।

¹⁷⁷Your intellects would then be drawn to worldly relatives or your business.

¹⁶⁹dehi-abhimaani hone se paarlaukik baap hi yaad aayega।

¹⁷⁸When you become soul conscious, you remember the parlokik Father.

¹⁷⁰baap ko to bahut pyaar se yaad karna chaahiye।

¹⁷⁹You should remember the Father with a lot of love.

¹⁷¹apne ko aatma samajhna - ismen mehnat hai।

¹⁸⁰It requires effort to consider oneself to be a soul.

¹⁷²ekaanta chaahiye। ¹⁷³7 roz ki bhatthi ka course bahut kada hai।

¹⁸¹You need to have solitude because the course of being in a furnace for seven days is very hard.

¹⁷⁴koi ki yaad na aaye।

¹⁸²No one should be remembered.

¹⁷⁵kisko patra bhi nahin likh sakte।

¹⁸³You cannot even write a letter to anyone.

¹⁷⁶yeh bhatthi tumhaari shuru ki thi।

¹⁸⁴This was your bhatthi in the beginning.

¹⁷⁷yahaan to sabko rakh nahin sakte isliye kaha jaata hai ghar mein rahkar practice karo।

¹⁸⁵Not everyone can be kept here. ¹⁸⁶This is why it is said: Practise this whilst living at home.

¹⁷⁸bhakta log bhi bhakti ke liye alag kothi bana dete hain।

¹⁸⁷Devotees too keep a separate space in which they perform devotion etc.

¹⁷⁹andar kothri mein baith maala simarte hain, to is yaad ki yaatra mein bhi ekaanta chaahiye।

¹⁸⁸They sit at that place and rotate a rosary. ¹⁸⁹Therefore, solitude is needed on this pilgrimage of remembrance too.

¹⁸⁰ek baap ko hi yaad karna hai, ismen kuchh jabaan chalaane ki bhi baat nahin hai।

¹⁹⁰You must only remember the one Father. ¹⁹¹There is no question of saying anything.

¹⁸¹is yaad ke abhyaas mein phursat chaahiye।

¹⁹²You need to make time to practise having this remembrance.

¹⁸²tum jaante ho laukik baap hai had ka creator, yeh hai behad ka।

¹⁹³You know that a physical father is a limited creator whereas that One is the unlimited Creator.

¹⁸³prajaapita brahma to behad ka thahra na।

¹⁹⁴Prajapita Brahma is also unlimited.

¹⁸⁴bachchon ko adopt karte hain।

¹⁹⁵He adopts you children.

¹⁸⁵shivbaaba adopt nahin karte hain।

¹⁹⁶Shiv Baba doesn't adopt anyone.

¹⁸⁶unke to bachche sadaiv hain hi।

¹⁹⁷You are constantly His children.

¹⁸⁷tum kahenge shivbaaba ke ham bachche aatmaayen anaadi hain hi।

¹⁹⁸You souls say that you are the eternal children of Shiv Baba.

¹⁸⁸brahma ne tumko adopt kiya hai।

¹⁹⁹Brahma has adopted you.

¹⁸⁹har ek baat achhi reeti samajhne ki hai।

²⁰⁰Each aspect has to be understood very clearly.

¹⁹⁰baap roz-roz bachchon ko samjhaate hain, kehte hain baba yaad nahin rehti।

²⁰¹The Father explains to you children every day. ²⁰²You say: Baba, we are unable to remember You.

¹⁹¹baap kehte hain ismen thoda samay nikaalna chaahiye।

²⁰³The Father says: You have to find time for this.

¹⁹²koi-koi aise hote hain jo bilkul samay de nahin sakte।

²⁰⁴Some are such that they cannot give any time at all.

¹⁹³buddhi mein kaam bahut rehta hai। ¹⁹⁴phir yaad ki yaatra kaise ho।

²⁰⁵They have a lot of work in their intellects, so how can they be on the pilgrimage of remembrance?

¹⁹⁵baap samjhaate hain mool baat hi yeh hai - apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo to tum paavan ban jaayenge। ¹⁹⁶main aatma hoon, shivbaaba ka bachcha hoon - yeh manamnaabhav hua na।

²⁰⁶The Father explains: The main thing is to consider yourself to be a soul and to remember Me and you will become pure: “I am a soul, a child of Shiv Baba”. ²⁰⁷This is “Manmanabhav”.

¹⁹⁷ismen mehnat chaahiye।

²⁰⁸This requires effort.

¹⁹⁸aasheervaad ki baat nahin।

²⁰⁹There is no question of receiving blessings.

¹⁹⁹yeh to padhaai hai, ismen kripa va aasheervaad nahin chalti।

²¹⁰This is a study. ²¹¹There cannot be blessings or mercy in this.

²⁰⁰main kabhi tumhaare oopar haath rakhta hoon kya!

²¹²Do I ever place My hand over you?

²⁰¹tum jaante ho behad ke baap se ham varsa le rahe hain।

²¹³You know that you are receiving your inheritance from the unlimited Father.

²⁰²amar bhav, aayushvaan bhav..... ismen sab aa jaata hai।

²¹⁴Everything is included in the blessings, "May you be immortal!” ²¹⁵“May you have a long life!"

²⁰³tum full ej (aayu) paate ho।

²¹⁶You will have a full age (life).

²⁰⁴vahaan kabhi akaale mrityu nahin hoti।

²¹⁷There, there is never any untimely death.

²⁰⁵yeh varsa koi saadhu-santa aadi de nahin sakte।

²¹⁸None of the sages or holy men can give you this inheritance.

²⁰⁶woh kehte hain putravaan bhav..... to manushya samajhte unki kripa se bachcha hua hai।

²¹⁹They say: May you have a son! ²²⁰So, people think that they have had a son due to that blessing.

²⁰⁷bas jinko bachcha nahin hoga woh jaakar unka shishya banenge।

²²¹Anyone who doesn't have a child would go and become his follower.

²⁰⁸gyaan to ek hi baar milta hai।

²²²This knowledge is only received once.

²⁰⁹yeh hai avyabhichaari gyaan, jiski aadhaakalpa praalabdha chalti hai।

²²³This knowledge is unadulterated and the reward of it lasts for half a cycle.

²¹⁰phir hai agyaan।

²²⁴Then, there is ignorance.

²¹¹bhakti ko agyaan kaha jaata hai।

²²⁵Devotion is said to be ignorance.

²¹²har ek baat kitna achhi reeti samjhaai jaati hai।

²²⁶Everything is explained so clearly.

²¹³achha!

²²⁷Achcha.

²¹⁴meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

²²⁸To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²¹⁵roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

²²⁹The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

²¹⁶dhaarna ke liye mukhya saar:-

²³⁰Essence for dharna:

²¹⁷1) abhi vaanaprastha avastha hai isliye buddhi se sab kuchh sannyaas kar ek baap ki yaad mein rehna hai।

²³¹ 1. It is now your stage of retirement. ²³²Therefore, remove everything from your intellect and stay in remembrance of the one Father.

²¹⁸ekaanta mein baith abhyaas karna hai - ham aatma hain... aatma hain।

²³³Sit in solitude and practise: I am a soul. ²³⁴I am a soul.

²¹⁹2) serviceable phool banna hai।

²³⁵ 2. Become a serviceable flower.

²²⁰deh-abhimaan vash aisa koi karma nahin karna hai jo disservice ho jaae।

²³⁶Do not perform any such actions that disservice would be done due to the influence of body consciousness.

²²¹bahuton ke kalyaan ke nimitta banna hai।

²³⁷Become an instrument for the benefit of many.

²²²thoda samay yaad ke liye avashya nikaalna hai।

²³⁸Definitely make time to have remembrance.

²²³vardaan:- parmaatma gyaan ki naveenta “pavitrata'' ko dhaaran karne vaale sarva lagaavon se mukta bhav

²³⁹Blessing: May you become totally free from attachment by imbibing the newness of God’s knowledge of purity.

²²⁴is parmaatma gyaan ki naveenta hi pavitrata hai।

²⁴⁰ The newness of this Godly knowledge is purity.

²²⁵phalak se kehte ho ki aag-kapoos ikattha rehte bhi aag nahin lag sakti।

²⁴¹You say with spiritual intoxication that fire and cotton wool can stay together without catching fire.

²²⁶vishwa ko aap sabki yeh challenge hai ki pavitrata ke bina yogi va gyaani tu aatma nahin ban sakte।

²⁴²You challenge the world and say that without becoming pure, you cannot become a yogi or a gyani soul.

²²⁷to pavitrata arthaat sampoorn lagaav-mukta।

²⁴³So, purity means to be completely free from attachment.

²²⁸kisi bhi vyakti va saadhnon se bhi lagaav na ho।

²⁴⁴Let there not be any attachment to any person or object.

²²⁹aisi pavitrata dvaara hi prakriti ko paavan banaane ki seva kar sakenge।

²⁴⁵Only with such purity will you be able to do the service of purifying matter.

²³⁰slogan:- pavitrata aapke jeevan ka mukhya foundation hai, dharat pariye dharma na chhodiye।

²⁴⁶Slogan: Purity is the main foundation of your life. ²⁴⁷Even if you have to die, you must not give up your religion.
