⁷³satayug-treta jo bhi hokar gaya hai so phir repeat hona hai zaroor।

⁷⁴tum yahaan baithe ho to bhi buddhi mein yeh yaad karna hai ki ham vaapis jaate hain phir satopradhaan devi-devta bante hain। ⁷⁵unko devta kaha jaata hai।

⁷⁶abhi manushyon mein daiveegun nahin hain।

⁷⁸kitna bhi dhandha aadi ho, grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte bhi kamaai karte rehna hai।

⁷⁷No matter how much business etc. you have to do, you can still continue to earn this income while living at home.

⁷⁹ismen mukhya baat hai pavitrata ki।

⁷⁸The main thing for this is purity.

⁸⁰purity hai to pees-prosperity hai।

⁷⁹When there is purity, there is also peace and prosperity.

⁸¹complete pure ban gaye to phir yahaan nahin rah sakte kyonki hamko shantidham zaroor jaana hai।

⁸⁰If you become completely pure, you cannot stay here because you would definitely need to go to the land of peace.

⁸²aatma pure ban gai to phir aatma ko is puraane shareer ke saath nahin rehna hai। ⁸³yeh to impure hai na।

⁸¹When you souls have become pure, you can no longer remain in these old bodies, because they are impure.

⁸⁴5 tatva hi impure hain। ⁸⁵shareer bhi inse hi banta hai।

⁸²The five elements are still impure and the bodies are made of those.

⁸⁶inko mitti ka putla kaha jaata hai।

⁸³They are called puppets of clay.

⁸⁷5 tatva ka shareer ek khatma hota hai, doosra banta hai। ⁸⁸aatma to hai hi।

⁸⁴One body of the five elements finishes and another one is created, but the soul exists for ever.

⁸⁷A soul receives so many organs with which he performs his entire part.

⁹³sabse wonderful hai baap, jo aatmaon ka parichay dete hain।

¹²¹patit se paavan kaise banen, barsaat ke paani se to paavan nahin banenge।

¹¹⁸How can you become pure from impure? ¹¹⁹One cannot become pure with rain water.

¹²²barsaat se to manushyon ka maut bhi ho jaata hai। ¹²³floods ho jaati hain to kitne doob jaate hain।

¹²⁰Through rain, people can even die: when there are floods, so many people drown.

¹²⁴abhi baap samjhaate rehte hain yeh sab khanda nahin rahenge।

¹²¹The Father now continues to explain: None of those lands will remain.

¹²⁵natural calamities bhi madad dengi, kitne dher manushya, jaanvar aadi bah jaate hain।

¹²²Natural calamities will also help. ¹²³So many human beings and animals etc. get carried away in the floods.

¹²⁶aise nahin ki paani se paavan ban jaate hain, woh to shareer chala jaata hai।

¹²⁴It isn't that they become pure with that water, but the bodies just flow away.

¹²⁷shareeron ko to patit se paavan nahin banna hai।

¹²⁵It isn't bodies that have to become pure from impure.

¹²⁸paavan banna hai aatma ko।

¹²⁶It is souls that have to become pure.

¹²⁹so patit-paavan to ek baap hai।

¹²⁷For that, only the one Father is the Purifier.

¹³⁰bhal woh jagat guru kahlaate hain parantu guru ka to kaam hai sadgati dena, woh to ek hi baap sadgati daata hai।

¹²⁸Although those people call themselves Jagadgurus (World Gurus), the duty of a guru is to grant salvation and only the one Father is the Bestower of Salvation.

¹³¹baap satguru hi sadgati dete hain।

¹²⁹The Father, the Satguru, alone grants salvation.

¹³²baap samjhaate to bahut rehte hain, yeh bhi sunte hain na।

¹³⁰The Father continues to explain a great deal; this one also listens.

¹³³guru log bhi baaju mein shishya ko bithaate hain sikhlaane ke liye।

¹³¹Gurus make their disciples sit next to them to teach them.

¹³⁴yeh bhi unke baaju mein baithta hai।

¹³⁶shankar ke liye to kehte hain aankh kholne se bhasma kar dete hain phir unko to guru nahin kaha jaae।

¹³⁷phir bhi baap kehte hain bachchon maamekam yaad karo।

¹³⁸kai bachche kehte hain - itne dhandhedhori ki phikraat mein rehte, ham apne ko aatma samajh baap ko kaise yaad karen?

¹³⁸Some children say: We have so many worries about our business, so how can we consider ourselves to be souls and remember the Father?

¹³⁹baap samjhaate hain bhakti maarga mein bhi tum - he eeshvar, he bhagwan kah yaad karte ho na।

¹³⁹The Father explains: On the path of devotion too, you remembered God and said, "O Ishwar! ¹⁴⁰O Bhagawan!"

¹⁴⁰yaad tab karte ho jab koi duhkh hota hai।

¹⁴¹You remember Him when there is some sorrow.

¹⁴¹marne samay bhi kehte hain raam-raam bolo।

¹⁴²When a person is about to die, people say, "Chant the name of Rama".

¹⁴²bahut sansthaayen hain jo raam naam ka daan deti hain।

¹⁴³There are many organizations’ who give a donation in the name of Rama.

¹⁴³jaise tum gyaan ka daan dete ho woh phir kehte raam bolo, raam bolo।

¹⁴⁴Just as you give a donation of knowledge, so they say: Say, "Rama, Rama".

¹⁴⁴tum bhi kehte ho shivbaaba ko yaad karo।

¹⁴⁵You also say: Remember Shiv Baba.

¹⁴⁵woh to shiv ko jaante hi nahin।

¹⁴⁶Those people don't even know Shiva.

¹⁴⁶aise raam-raam kah dete hain।

¹⁴⁷They simply say, "Rama, Rama".

¹⁴⁷ab yeh bhi kyon kehte hain ki raam kaho, jabki paramatma sabmen hai?

¹⁴⁸Why do they say, "Chant the name of Rama", when they say that God is in everyone?

¹⁴⁸baap baith samjhaate hain raam va krishna ko paramatma nahin kaha jaata, unhein devta kaha jaata hai, unki bhi kalaayen kam hoti jaati hain।

¹⁴⁹The Father sits here and explains: Neither Rama nor Shri Krishna can be called God. ¹⁵⁰Even they are called a deity, and their degrees also decrease.

¹⁴⁹har ek cheez ki kala kam to hoti hi hai।

¹⁵⁰kapda bhi pahle naya, phir puraana hota hai।

¹⁵³So, the Father explains all of these things and then says: My sweetest, spiritual children, consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁵⁴Experience happiness whilst remembering Him.

¹⁵³yahaan to duhkhadhaam hai।

¹⁵⁵yaad karte-karte athaah sukh paayenge।

¹⁵⁷By having remembrance you will attain an abundance of happiness.

¹⁵⁶kal-klesh, beemaari aadi jo bhi hain sab chhoot jaayenge।

¹⁵⁸All of your sorrow and suffering and illnesses etc. will end.

¹⁵⁷tum 21 janmon ke liye nirogi ban jaate ho।

¹⁵⁹You will then become free from disease for 21 births.

¹⁵⁸kal-klesh miten sab tan ke, jeevanmukti pad paao।

¹⁶⁰All the sorrow and suffering of the body ends and you receive the status of liberation-in-life.

¹⁵⁹gaate hain parantu act mein nahin aate hain।

¹⁶¹They sing this, but they do not enter that act.

¹⁶⁰tumko baap practical mein samjhaate hain - baap ko simro to tumhaari sab manokaamnaayen poori ho jaayengi, sukhi ho jaayenge।

¹⁶²The Father explains to you in a practical way: Remember the Father and your desires will all end and you will become happy.

¹⁶¹mochra khaakar maani tukad khaana (saza khaakar roti ka tukda khaana) achha nahin hai।

¹⁷¹Let there be remembrance of the Father in your intellects.

¹⁷⁰laukik baap ke bachche naukri aadi karte hain to yaad rehta hi hai na।

¹⁷²Children of a physical father remember him whilst doing their jobs etc.

¹⁷¹koi bhi poochhega to jhat bataayenge ham kiske bachche hain।

¹⁷³If anyone asks them, they would instantly say whose children they are.

¹⁷²buddhi mein baap ki property bhi yaad rehti hai।

¹⁷⁴They also keep their father's property in their intellects.

¹⁷³tum bhi baap ke bachche bane ho to property bhi yaad hai।

¹⁷⁵You have become the Father's children and so you also remember His property.

¹⁷⁴baap ko bhi yaad karna hai aur koi se sambandh nahin।

¹⁷⁶You also have to remember the Father and have no relationships with anyone else.

¹⁷⁵aatma mein hi saara part noondha hua hai jo emerge hota hai।

¹⁷⁷A whole part is fixed in each soul and that continues to emerge.

¹⁷⁶is brahman kul mein tumhaara jo kalpa-kalpa part chala hai vahi emerge hota rehta hai।

¹⁷⁸Whatever part each of you has played every cycle in this Brahmin clan, it continues to emerge.

¹⁷⁷baap samjhaate hain khaana banaao, mithaai banaao, shivbaaba ko yaad karte raho।

¹⁷⁹The Father explains: You may prepare food, sweets, but continue to remember Shiv Baba.

¹⁷⁸shivbaaba ko yaad kar banaayenge to mithaai khaane vaale ka bhi kalyaan hoga।

¹⁸⁰If you prepare then whilst remembering Shiv Baba, then those who eat those sweets will also benefit.

¹⁷⁹kahaan saakshaatkaar bhi ho sakta hai।

¹⁸¹Sometimes, they might even have visions.

¹⁸⁰brahma ka bhi saakshaatkaar ho sakta hai।

¹⁸²They can even have visions of Brahma.

¹⁸¹shuddh anna padta hai to brahma ka, shreekrishna ka, shiv ka saakshaatkaar kar sakte hain।

¹⁸³If they eat pure food, they can have visions of Brahma, Shri Krishna or Shiva.

¹⁸²brahma hai yahaan।

¹⁸⁴Brahma is here.

¹⁸³brahmaakumaar-kumaariyon ka naam to hota hai na।

¹⁸⁵There is the name of the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

¹⁸⁴bahuton ko saakshaatkaar hote rahenge kyonki baap ko yaad karte ho na।

¹⁸⁶Many will continue to have visions because they remember the Father.

¹⁸⁵baap yuktiyaan to bahut hi bataate hain।

¹⁸⁷The Father shows you many methods.

¹⁸⁶woh mukh se raam-raam bolte hain, tumko mukh se kuchh bolna nahin hai।

¹⁸⁸Those people say, "Rama, Rama" through their lips. ¹⁸⁹You don't have to say anything through your lips.

¹⁸⁷jaise woh log samajhte hain guroonaanak ko bhog laga rahe hain, tum bhi samajhte ho ham shivbaaba ko bhog lagaane ke liye banaate hain।

¹⁹⁰Just as those people understand that they are offering bhog to Guru Nanak, so you understand that you are preparing bhog to offer to Shiv Baba.

¹⁸⁸shivbaaba ko yaad karte banaayenge to bahuton ka kalyaan ho sakta hai।

¹⁹¹If you prepare it whilst remembering Shiv Baba, many can be benefitted.

¹⁸⁹us bhojan mein taakat ho jaati hai, isliye baba bhojan banaane vaalon ko bhi kehte hain shivbaaba ko yaad kar banaate ho?

¹⁹²There is power in that food. ¹⁹³This is why Baba asks those who prepare food: Do you prepare it whilst remembering Shiv Baba?

¹⁹⁰likha hua bhi hai shivbaaba yaad hai?

¹⁹⁴It is written: Are you remembering Shiv Baba?

¹⁹¹yaad mein rahkar banaayenge to khaane vaalon ko bhi taakat milegi, hriday shuddh hoga।

¹⁹⁵If you prepare it while you are in remembrance, then, even those who eat it will receive power and their hearts will become pure.

¹⁹²brahma bhojan ka gaayan bhi hai na।

¹⁹⁶Brahma bhojan is also remembered.

¹⁹³braahmanon ka banaaya hua bhojan devtaayen bhi pasanda karte hain।

¹⁹⁷Even deities love the food prepared by Brahmins.

¹⁹⁴yeh bhi shaastron mein hai।

¹⁹⁸This is also mentioned in the scriptures.

¹⁹⁵braahmanon ka bhojan banaaya hua khaane se buddhi shuddh ho jaati hai, taakat rehti hai।

¹⁹⁹By eating food prepared by Brahmins, your intellects become pure and you receive power.

¹⁹⁶brahma bhojan ki bahut mahima hai।

²⁰⁰There is a lot of praise of Brahma bhojan.

¹⁹⁷brahma bhojan ka jinko kadar rehta hai, thaali dhokar bhi pi lete hain।

²⁰¹Those who value Brahma bhojan very much even rinse their plates and drink that water.

¹⁹⁸bahut oonch samajhte hain।

²⁰²They consider that to be very elevated.

¹⁹⁹bhojan bigar to rah na sake।

²⁰³No one can stay without eating.

²⁰⁰famine mein bhojan bigar mar jaate hain।

²⁰⁴In a famine, people die without food.

²⁰¹aatma hi bhojan khaati hai, in organs dvaara svaad woh leti hai, achha-bura aatma ne kaha na। ²⁰²yeh bahut svaadishta hai, taakat vaala hai।

²⁰⁵It is souls that eat the food with their organs. ²⁰⁶Each soul tastes everything. ²⁰⁷It is the soul that says whether something is good or bad: This is very tasty; this is very nourishing.

²⁰³aage chal jaise tum unnati ko paate rahenge vaise bhojan bhi tumko aisa milta rahega, isliye bachchon ko kehte hain shivbaaba ko yaad kar bhojan banaao।

²⁰⁸As you move forward and make progress, you will also continue to receive such bhojan. ²⁰⁹Therefore, you children are told to prepare food while in remembrance of Shiv Baba.

²⁰⁴baap jo samjhaate hain usko amal mein laana chaahiye na।

²¹⁰You should put into practice what the Father explains to you.

²⁰⁵tum ho piyarghar vaale, jaate ho sasurghar।

²¹¹You are in the Father's home now and you will then go to your in-laws’ home.

²⁰⁶sookshm vatan mein bhi aapas mein milte hain। ²⁰⁷bhog le jaate hain।

²¹²They meet one another (Brahmins and deities) in the subtle region when bhog is carried there.

²⁰⁸devtaaon ko bhog lagaate hain na।

²¹³Bhog is offered to the deities.

²⁰⁹devtaayen aate hain tum brahman vahaan jaate ho। ²¹⁰vahaan mahphil lagti hai।

²¹⁴Deities go there, and you Brahmins go there and a meeting takes place there.

²¹¹achha!

²¹⁵Achcha.

²¹²meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

²¹⁶To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²¹³roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

²¹⁷The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

²¹⁴dhaarna ke liye mukhya saar:-

²¹⁸Essence for dharna:

²¹⁵1) kisi bhi baat ki phikraat nahin karni hai kyonki yeh drama bilkul accurate bana hua hai।

²¹⁹ 1. Do not worry about anything because this drama is created absolutely accurately.

²¹⁶sabhi actors ismen apna-apna part baja rahe hain।

²²⁰All actors are playing their own parts.

²¹⁷2) jeevanmukta pad paane va sada sukhi banne ke liye andar mein ek baap ka hi simran karna hai।

²²¹ 2. In order to attain the status of liberation-in-life and become constantly happy, remember internally the one Father alone.

²¹⁸mukh se kuchh bhi bolna nahin hai।

²²²Do not say anything.

²¹⁹bhojan banaate va khaate samay baap ki yaad mein zaroor rehna hai।

²²³Whilst preparing and eating food, definitely stay in remembrance of the Father.

²²⁰vardaan:- svaartha, eershya aur chidchidapne se mukta rahne vaale krodhmukta bhav

²²⁴Blessing: May you remain free from anger by also remaining free from selfishness, jealousy and irritation.

²²¹koi bhi vichaar bhale do, seva ke liye svayan ko offer karo। ²²²lekin vichaar ke peechhe us vichaar ko ichchha ke roop mein badli nahin karo।

²²⁵ You may give some ideas and offer yourself for doing service, but do not let those ideas change into desires.

²²³jab sankalp ichchha ke roop mein badalta hai tab chidchidaapan aata hai।

²²⁶When your thoughts change into a desire, you then have irritation.

²²⁴lekin nisvaartha hokar vichaar do, svaartha rakhkar nahin।

²²⁷Just offer your ideas altruistically, not with selfish motives.

²²⁵maine kaha to hona hi chaahiye - yeh nahin socho, offer karo, kyon kya mein nahin aao, nahin to eershya-ghrina ek ek saathi aate hain।

²²⁸Do not think that, because you said it, it has to happen. ²²⁹Offer yourself, but do not go into “Why?” or “What?”, then the other companions in the form of jealousy and dislike will come.

²²⁶svaartha ya eershya ke kaaran bhi krodh paida hota hai, ab isse bhi mukta bano।

²³⁰Anger also arises out of selfishness and jealousy, so now become free from this.

²²⁷slogan:- shanti doot ban sabko shanti dena - yahi aapka occupation hai।

²³¹Slogan: Your occupation is that of a messenger of peace and to give everyone peace.
