¹“मीठे बच्चे - बाप तुम्हें ज्ञान योग की खुराक खिलाकर जबरदस्त खातिरी करते हैं, तो सदैव खुशमौज में रहो और श्रीमत अनुसार सबकी खातिरी करते चलो''

¹Essence: Sweet children, the Father serves you with the nourishment of this knowledge and yoga and gives you great hospitality. ²So, remain constantly happy and content and continue to offer hospitality to others according to shrimat.

²प्रश्न:- इस संगमयुग पर आपके पास सबसे अमूल्य चीज़ कौन सी है, जिसकी सम्भाल करनी है?

³Question: What is the most invaluable thing of yours that you have to look after at this confluence age?

³उत्तर:- इस सर्वोत्तम ब्राह्मण कुल में आपकी यह जीवन बहुत अमूल्य है, इसलिए शरीर की सम्भाल जरूर करनी है।

⁴Answer: In this most elevated Brahmin clan, that life of yours is most invaluable and you therefore have to look after your body very well.

⁴ऐसे नहीं यह तो मिट्टी का पुतला है, कहाँ यह खलास हो जाये!

⁵Do not think that it is just a puppet of clay and that it should finish.

⁵नहीं। ⁶इनको जीते रखना है।

⁶No; you have to keep it alive.

⁷कोई बीमार होते हैं तो उनसे तंग नहीं होना चाहिए।

⁷If someone is ill, do not become fed up with that one.

⁸उनको बोलो तुम शिवबाबा को याद करो।

⁸Just tell that person to continue to remember Shiv Baba.

⁹जितना याद करेंगे उतना पाप कटते जायेंगे।

⁹To the extent that you have remembrance, accordingly your sins will continue to be cut away.

¹⁰उनकी सर्विस करनी चाहिए, जीता रहे, शिवबाबा को याद करता रहे।

¹⁰That person should continue to serve. ¹¹He should stay alive and continue to remember Shiv Baba.

¹²ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र देने वाला रूहानी बाप बैठ रूहानी बच्चों को समझाते हैं।

¹³The spiritual Father, who gives each of you a third eye of this knowledge, sits here and explains to you spiritual children.

¹³ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र सिवाए बाप के और कोई दे नहीं सकता।

¹⁴No one, except the Father, can give you a third eye of this knowledge.

¹⁴अभी तुम बच्चों को ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है।

¹⁵Each of you children has now received a third eye of this knowledge.

¹⁵अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो कि यह पुरानी दुनिया बदलने वाली है।

¹⁶You now know that this old world is about to change.

¹⁶बिचारे मनुष्य नहीं जानते कि कौन बदलाने वाला है और कैसे बदलाते हैं! ¹⁷क्योंकि उन्हों को ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र ही नहीं है।

¹⁷The poor people don’t know the One who will change it or how He will change it, because they don’t have a third eye of this knowledge.

¹⁸तुम बच्चों को अभी ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है जिससे तुम सृष्टि के आदि मध्य अन्त को जान गये हो।

¹⁸You children have now received a third eye of this knowledge, through which you now know the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

¹⁹यह है ज्ञान की सैक्रीन।

¹⁹This is the saccharine of knowledge.

²⁰सैक्रीन की एक बूंद भी कितनी मीठी होती है।

²⁰Even one drop of saccharine is so sweet.

²¹ज्ञान का एक ही अक्षर है मन्मनाभव। ²²यह अक्षर कितना मीठा है।

²¹There is just the one expression of this knowledge, ‘Manmanabhav’- this expression is very sweet.

²³अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो।

²²Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

²⁴बाप शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम का रास्ता बता रहे हैं।

²³The Father is showing you the path to the land of peace and the land of happiness.

²⁵बाप आये हैं बच्चों को स्वर्ग का वर्सा देने। ²⁶तो बच्चों को कितनी खुशी रहनी चाहिए।

²⁴The Father has come to give you children the inheritance of heaven and so you children should have a great deal of happiness.

²⁷कहते भी हैं खुशी जैसी खुराक नहीं।

²⁵It is said: “There is no nourishment like happiness.”

²⁸जो सदैव खुश-मौज में रहते हैं उनके लिए यह जैसे खुराक होती है।

²⁶It is as though it is nourishment for those who remain constantly happy and in pleasure.

²⁹21 जन्म मौज़ में रहने की यह जबरदस्त खुराक है।

²⁷This is the powerful nourishment for staying in pleasure for 21 births.

³⁰यह खुराक सदैव एक दो को खिलाते रहो।

²⁸Continue to serve each other with this nourishment.

³¹यह है एक दो की जबरदस्त खातिरी।

²⁹This is very powerful nourishment for one another.

³²ऐसी खातिरी और कोई मनुष्य, मनुष्य की कर न सके।

³⁰No other human beings can offer this hospitality to other human beings.

³³तुम बच्चे श्रीमत पर सभी की रूहानी खातिरी करते हो।

³¹You offer spiritual hospitality to everyone on the basis of shrimat.

³⁴सच्ची-सच्ची खुश-खैराफत भी यह है किसको बाप का परिचय देना।

³²To give someone the Father’s introduction is also a true state.

³⁵मीठे बच्चे जानते हैं बेहद के बाप द्वारा हमको जीवनमुक्ति की सौगात मिलती है।

³³You sweet children know that you are receiving the gift of liberation-in-life from the unlimited Father.

³⁶सतयुग में भारत जीवन-मुक्त था, पावन था।

³⁴In the golden age, Bharat was liberated-in-life; it was pure.

³⁷बाप बहुत बड़ी ऊंची खुराक देते हैं तब तो गायन है अतीन्द्रिय सुख पूछना हो तो गोप-गोपियों से पूछो।

³⁵The Father gives very great and elevated nourishment. ³⁶This is why there is the song: “If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis.”

³⁸यह ज्ञान और योग की कितनी फर्स्ट क्लास वन्डरफुल खुराक है और यह खुराक एक ही रूहानी सर्जन के पास है।

³⁷The nourishment of this knowledge and yoga is first class and wonderful and it is only the one spiritual Surgeon who has this nourishment.

³⁹और किसको इस खुराक का मालूम ही नहीं है।

³⁸No one else knows about this nourishment.

⁴⁰बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चों तुम्हारे लिए तिरी (हथेली) पर सौगात ले आया हूँ।

³⁹The Father says: Sweet children, I have brought gifts on the palms of My hands for you.

⁴¹मुक्ति, जीवनमुक्ति की यह सौगात मेरे पास ही रहती है।

⁴⁰These gifts of liberation and liberation-in-life remain with Me.

⁴²कल्प-कल्प मैं ही आकर तुमको यह सौगात देता हूँ फिर रावण छीन लेता है।

⁴¹It is I who come to give you these every cycle. ⁴²Then, Ravan snatches them away.

⁴³तो अभी तुम बच्चों को कितना खुशी का पारा चढ़ा रहना चाहिए।

⁴³Therefore, how high your mercury of happiness should rise in you children!

⁴⁴तुम जानते हो हमारा एक ही बाप, टीचर और सच्चा-सच्चा सद्गुरू है जो हमको साथ ले जाते हैं।

⁴⁴You know that it is only the one Father, Teacher and true Satguru who takes you back with Him.

⁴⁵मोस्ट बील्वेड बाप से विश्व की बादशाही मिलती है।

⁴⁵You receive the kingdom of the world from the most beloved Father.

⁴⁶यह कम बात है क्या!

⁴⁶This is not a small thing.

⁴⁷बच्चों को सदैव हर्षित रहना चाहिए।

⁴⁷You should constantly remain cheerful.

⁴⁸गाडॅली स्टूडेन्ट लाईफ इज़ द बेस्ट।

⁴⁸“Godly student life is the best.”

⁴⁹यह अभी का ही गायन है ना।

⁴⁹This saying applies to this time.

⁵⁰फिर नई दुनिया में तुम सदैव खुशियाँ मनाते रहेंगे।

⁵⁰Then, in the new world, too, you will continue to celebrate in happiness.

⁵¹दुनिया नहीं जानती कि सच्ची-सच्ची खुशियाँ कब मनाई जायेंगी।

⁵¹People of the world do not know when true happiness is celebrated.

⁵²मनुष्यों को तो सतयुग का ज्ञान ही नहीं है तो यहाँ ही मनाते रहते हैं।

⁵²Human beings don’t have any knowledge of the golden age. ⁵³So, they continue to celebrate it here.

⁵³परन्तु इस पुरानी तमोप्रधान दुनिया में खुशी कहाँ से आई!

⁵⁴However, where can happiness come from in this old tamopradhan world?

⁵⁴यहाँ तो त्राहि-त्राहि करते रहते हैं।

⁵⁵People here continue to cry out in distress.

⁵⁵कितना दुःख की दुनिया है।

⁵⁶This is a world of such sorrow.

⁵⁶बाप तुम बच्चों को कितना सहज रास्ता बताते हैं।

⁵⁷The Father shows you children a very easy path.

⁵⁷गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान रहो।

⁵⁸Stay at home with your families and remain as pure as a lotus.

⁵⁸धन्धा-धोरी आदि करते भी मुझे याद करते रहो।

⁵⁹Remember Me while at your businesses.

⁵⁹जैसे आशिक और माशुक होते हैं, वह तो एक दो को याद करते रहते हैं।

⁶⁰There is a lover and beloved; they continue to remember one another.

⁶⁰वह उनका आशिक, वह उनका माशुक होता है।

⁶¹That one is his beloved and he is her lover.

⁶¹यहाँ यह बात नहीं है, यहाँ तो तुम सभी एक माशुक के जन्म-जन्मान्तर से आशिक रहे हो।

⁶²However, here, it is not like that. ⁶³Here, you are lovers of the Beloved for birth after birth.

⁶²बाप तुम्हारा कभी आशिक नहीं बनता।

⁶⁴The Father does not become your lover.

⁶³तुम उस माशुक को आने लिए याद करते आये हो।

⁶⁵You remember that Beloved in order to call Him here.

⁶⁴जब दुःख जास्ती होता है तो जास्ती सुमिरण करते हैं, तब तो गायन भी है दुःख में सुमिरण सब करें, सुख में करे न कोय।

⁶⁶You call out to Him even more when there is a lot of sorrow. ⁶⁷This is why there is the remembrance: “Everyone remembers God in times of sorrow and no one remembers him in times of happiness.”

⁶⁵इस समय जैसे बाप सर्वशक्तिमान है।

⁶⁸At this time, the Father is the Almighty Authority.

⁶⁶दिन-प्रतिदिन माया भी सर्वशक्तिमान, तमोप्रधान होती जाती है इसलिए अब बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चे देही-अभिमानी बनो।

⁶⁹Day by day, Maya is also becoming a tamopradhan almighty authority. ⁷⁰Therefore, the Father says: Sweet children, now become soul conscious.

⁶⁷अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ बाप को याद करो और साथ-साथ दैवीगुण भी धारण करो तुम ऐसे (लक्ष्मी-नारायण) बन जायेंगे।

⁷¹Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father, and, together with this, imbibe divine virtues and you will become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁶⁸इस पढ़ाई में मुख्य बात है ही याद की।

⁷²The main aspect in this study is remembrance.

⁶⁹ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप को बहुत प्यार, स्नेह से याद करना चाहिए।

⁷³You have to remember the highest-on-high Father with a lot of love and affection.

⁷⁰वह ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप ही नई दुनिया स्थापन करने वाला है।

⁷⁴That Father is the One who establishes the new world.

⁷¹बाप कहते हैं मैं आया हूँ तुम बच्चों को विश्व का मालिक बनाने इसलिए अब मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे अनेक जन्मों के पाप कट जायेंगे।

⁷⁵The Father says: I have come to make you children into the masters of the world. ⁷⁶This is why you must remember Me so that your sins of many births can be cut away.

⁷²पतित-पावन बाप कहते हैं तुम बहुत पतित बन गये हो इसलिए अब तुम मुझे याद करो तो तुम पावन बन और पावन दुनिया का मालिक बन जायेंगे।

⁷⁷The Purifier Father says: You have become very impure. ⁷⁸Therefore, now remember Me and you will become pure and become the masters of the pure world.

⁷³पतित-पावन बाप को ही बुलाते हैं ना।

⁷⁹People call out to the Father, the Purifier.

⁷⁴अब बाप आये हैं तो जरूर पावन बनना पड़े।

⁸⁰Now that the Father has come, you definitely have to become pure.

⁷⁵बाप दुःखहर्ता, सुखकर्ता है।

⁸¹The Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁷⁶बरोबर सतयुग में पावन दुनिया थी तो सभी सुखी ही थे।

⁸²The golden age was definitely a pure world and so all were happy there.

⁷⁷अब बाप फिर से कहते हैं बच्चे शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम को याद करते रहो।

⁸³Now, once again, the Father says: Children, continue to remember the land of peace and the land of happiness.

⁷⁸अभी है संगमयुग।

⁸⁴This is now the confluence age.

⁷⁹खिवैया तुमको इस पार से उस पार ले जाते हैं।

⁸⁵The Boatman is taking you from this shore across to the other side.

⁸⁰नईया कोई एक नहीं, सारी दुनिया जैसे एक बड़ा जहाज है।

⁸⁶There is not only one boat; the whole world is like a big ship.

⁸¹उनको पार ले जाते हैं।

⁸⁷He takes that across.

⁸²तुम मीठे बच्चों को कितनी खुशियाँ होनी चाहिए।

⁸⁸You sweet children should have so much happiness.

⁸³तुम्हारे लिए तो सदैव खुशी ही खुशी है।

⁸⁹For you, there is nothing but happiness.

⁸⁴बेहद का बाप हमको पढ़ा रहे हैं, वाह!

⁹⁰Wah! ⁹¹The unlimited Father is teaching us!

⁸⁵यह तो कभी न सुना, न पढ़ा।

⁹²Neither have you heard this before nor have you studied this.

⁸⁶भगवानुवाच मैं तुम रूहानी बच्चों को राजयोग सिखा रहा हूँ। ⁸⁷तो पूरी रीति सीखना चाहिए, धारणा करनी चाहिए। ⁸⁸पूरी रीति पढ़ना चाहिए।

⁹³God speaks: I am teaching you spiritual children Raja Yoga, and so you should study it fully. ⁹⁴You should study it fully and also imbibe it fully.

⁸⁹पढ़ाई में नम्बरवार तो सदैव होते ही हैं।

⁹⁵Everyone is always numberwise in studying anyway.

⁹⁰अपने को देखना चाहिए मैं उत्तम हूँ, मध्यम हूँ वा कनिष्ट हूँ?

⁹⁶Each of you should look at yourself: Am I the highest, average or the lowest?

⁹¹बाप कहते हैं अपने को देखो मैं ऊंच पद पाने के लायक हूँ?

⁹⁷The Father says: Check yourself: Am I worthy of claiming a high status?

⁹²रूहानी सर्विस करता हूँ?

⁹⁸Am I doing spiritual service?

⁹³क्योंकि बाप कहते हैं बच्चे सर्विसएबुल बनो, फालो करो।

⁹⁹The Father says: O children, become serviceable and follow the Father.

⁹⁴मैं आया ही हूँ सर्विस के लिए।

¹⁰⁰I have come for the sake of service.

⁹⁵रोज़ सर्विस करता हूँ इसलिए ही तो यह रथ लिया है।

¹⁰¹I do service every day. ¹⁰²This is why I have taken this one’s chariot.

⁹⁶इनका रथ बीमार पड़ जाता है तो मैं इनमें बैठ मुरली लिखता हूँ।

¹⁰³When this one’s chariot becomes ill, I sit in this one and write a murli.

⁹⁷मुख से तो बोल नहीं सकते तो मैं लिख देता हूँ। ⁹⁸ताकि बच्चों के लिए मुरली मिस न हो तो मैं भी सर्विस पर हूँ ना।

¹⁰⁴When I cannot speak it through the mouth, I write it down instead so that you children don’t miss a murli. ¹⁰⁵Therefore, I am also on service.

⁹⁹यह है रूहानी सर्विस।

¹⁰⁶This is spiritual service.

¹⁰⁰तो तुम बच्चे भी बाप की सर्विस में लग जाओ।

¹⁰⁷You children too should engage yourself in doing the Father’s service.

¹⁰¹आन गॉड फादरली सर्विस।

¹⁰⁸“On Godfatherly Service.”

¹⁰²जो अच्छा पुरुषार्थ करते हैं, अच्छी सर्विस करते हैं उनको महावीर कहा जाता है।

¹⁰⁹Those who make good effort are called mahavirs.

¹⁰³देखा जाता है कौन महावीर हैं जो बाबा के डायरेक्शन पर चलते हैं?

¹¹⁰It is seen that the mahavirs are those who follow Baba’s directions.

¹⁰⁴बाप का फरमान है, अपने को आत्मा समझ भाई-भाई देखो।

¹¹¹The Father’s order is: Consider yourselves to be souls and see others as brothers.

¹⁰⁵इस शरीर को भूल जाओ।

¹¹²Forget those bodies.

¹⁰⁶बाबा भी शरीर को नहीं देखते हैं।

¹¹³Baba does not see bodies either.

¹⁰⁷बाप कहते हैं मैं आत्माओं को देखता हूँ।

¹¹⁴The Father says: I only see souls.

¹⁰⁸बाकी यह तो ज्ञान है कि आत्मा शरीर बिगर बोल नहीं सकती।

¹¹⁵However, there is the knowledge that a soul cannot speak without a body.

¹⁰⁹मैं भी इस शरीर में आया हूँ, लोन लिया हुआ है।

¹¹⁶I have entered this body. ¹¹⁷I have taken it on loan.

¹¹⁰शरीर साथ ही आत्मा पढ़ सकती है।

¹¹⁸Only when a soul is in a body can he study.

¹¹¹बाबा की बैठक यहाँ (भ्रकुटी में) है।

¹¹⁹Baba sits here (middle of the forehead).

¹¹²यह है अकाल तख्त।

¹²⁰This is an immortal throne.

¹¹³आत्मा अकालमूर्त है।

¹²¹A soul is an immortal image.

¹¹⁴आत्मा कब छोटी बड़ी नहीं होती है।

¹²²A soul does not become smaller or larger.

¹¹⁵शरीर छोटा बड़ा होता है।

¹²³Bodies become smaller or larger.

¹¹⁶जो भी आत्मायें हैं उन सभी का तख्त यह भृकुटी है।

¹²⁴The middle of the forehead is the throne of each soul.

¹¹⁷शरीर तो सभी के भिन्न-भिन्न होते हैं।

¹²⁵Everyone’s body is different.

¹¹⁸किसका अकाल तख्त पुरुष का है, किसका अकाल तख्त स्त्री का है, किसका अकाल तख्त बच्चे का है।

¹²⁶The immortal throne of some is that of a man and the immortal throne of others is that of a woman. ¹²⁷The immortal throne of some is of a child.

¹¹⁹बाप बैठ बच्चों को रूहानी ड्रिल सिखलाते हैं।

¹²⁸The Father sits here and teaches spiritual drill to you children.

¹²⁰जब कोई से बात करो तो पहले अपने को आत्मा समझो।

¹²⁹Whenever you talk to anyone, first of all consider yourself to be a soul.

¹²¹हम आत्मा फलाने भाई से बात करते हैं।

¹³⁰I, a soul, am talking to this brother.

¹²²बाप का पैगाम देते हैं कि शिवबाबा को याद करो।

¹³¹Give the Father’s message to remember Shiv Baba.

¹²³याद से ही जंक उतरनी है।

¹³²It is by your having remembrance that the alloy will be removed from you.

¹²⁴सोने में जब अलाय पड़ती है तो सोने की वैल्यु ही कम हो जाती है।

¹³³When alloy is mixed into gold, the value of the gold decreases.

¹²⁵तुम आत्माओं में भी जंक पड़ने से तुम वैल्युलेस हो गये हो।

¹³⁴When alloy becomes mixed into you souls, you even become valueless.

¹²⁶अब फिर पावन बनना है।

¹³⁵You have to become pure again.

¹²⁷तुम आत्माओं को अब ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है।

¹³⁶Each of you souls has now received a third eye of this knowledge.

¹²⁸उस नेत्र से अपने भाईयों को देखो।

¹³⁷See your brothers through that eye.

¹²⁹भाई-भाई को देखने से कर्मेन्द्रियाँ चंचल नहीं होंगी।

¹³⁸By having the vision of brotherhood, your sense organs will not become mischievous.

¹³⁰राज्य-भाग्य लेना है, विश्व का मालिक बनना है तो यह मेहनत करो।

¹³⁹If you want to claim your fortune of the kingdom and become the masters of the world, make effort!

¹³¹भाई-भाई समझ सभी को ज्ञान दो।

¹⁴⁰Consider everyone to be your brother and give this knowledge to them.

¹³²तो फिर यह टेव (आदत) पक्की हो जायेगी।

¹⁴¹This habit will then become firm.

¹³³सच्चे-सच्चे ब्रदर्स तुम सभी हो।

¹⁴²All of you are true brothers.

¹³⁴बाप भी ऊपर से आये हैं, तुम भी आये हो।

¹⁴³The Father has come from up above and you too came from up there.

¹³⁵बाप बच्चों सहित सर्विस कर रहे हैं।

¹⁴⁴The Father, together with the children, is doing service.

¹³⁶सर्विस करने की बाप हिम्मत देते हैं।

¹⁴⁵The Father gives you the courage to do service.

¹³⁷हिम्मते बच्चे मददे बाप… तो यह प्रैक्टिस करनी है। ¹³⁸मैं आत्मा भाई को पढ़ाता हूँ।

¹⁴⁶When you then have courage, the Father helps you. ¹⁴⁷Therefore, you should practise this: “I, this soul, am teaching my brother.”

¹³⁹आत्मा पढ़ती है ना।

¹⁴⁸It is the soul that studies.

¹⁴⁰इसको स्प्रीचुअल नॉलेज कहा जाता है, जो रूहानी बाप से ही मिलती है।

¹⁴⁹This is called the spiritual knowledge that you receive from the spiritual Father.

¹⁴¹संगम पर ही बाप आकर यह नॉलेज देते हैं कि अपने को आत्मा समझो।

¹⁵⁰The Father comes and gives you this knowledge at the confluence age: Consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁴²तुम नंगे आये थे फिर यहाँ शरीर धारण कर तुमने 84 जन्म पार्ट बजाया है।

¹⁵¹You came bodiless and adopted bodies here and played parts for 84 births.

¹⁴³अब फिर वापिस चलना है इसलिए अपने को आत्मा समझ भाई-भाई की दृष्टि से देखना है।

¹⁵²You now have to go back again. ¹⁵³Therefore, consider yourselves to be souls and have the vision of brotherhood.

¹⁴⁴यह मेहनत करनी है।

¹⁵⁴You have to make this effort.

¹⁴⁵अपनी मेहनत करनी है, दूसरे में हमारा क्या जाता!

¹⁵⁵You have to make your own effort. ¹⁵⁶What concern do we have with others?

¹⁴⁶चैरिटी बिगेन्स एट होम अर्थात् पहले खुद को आत्मा समझ फिर भाईयों को समझाओ। ¹⁴⁷तो अच्छी रीति तीर लगेगा।

¹⁵⁷Charity begins at home, that is, first consider yourselves to be souls and explain to your brothers and the arrow will strike the target well.

¹⁴⁸यह जौहर भरना है।

¹⁵⁸You have to fill yourselves with this force.

¹⁴⁹मेहनत करेंगे तब ही ऊंच पद पायेंगे।

¹⁵⁹Only when you make effort will you claim a high status.

¹⁵⁰इसमें कुछ सहन भी करना पड़ता है।

¹⁶⁰You also have to tolerate a few things.

¹⁵¹जब कोई उल्टी-सुल्टी बात बोले तो तुम चुप रहो।

¹⁶¹Just remain silent when anyone says anything wrong.

¹⁵²तुम चुप रहेंगे तो फिर दूसरा क्या करेगा!

¹⁶²What can others do if you remain silent?

¹⁵³ताली दो हाथ से बजती है।

¹⁶³Clapping takes place with two hands.

¹⁵⁴एक ने मुख की ताली बजाई, दूसरा चुप कर दे तो वह आपेही चुप हो जायेंगे।

¹⁶⁴If the first one claps with the mouth but the other one remains silent, then the first one will automatically become silent.

¹⁵⁵ताली से ताली बजने से आवाज हो जाता है।

¹⁶⁵Only when there is the clapping of two hands is there noise.

¹⁵⁶बच्चों को एक दो का कल्याण करना है।

¹⁶⁶You children have to benefit each other.

¹⁵⁷बाप समझाते हैं बच्चे सदैव खुशी में रहने चाहते हो तो मन्मनाभव। ¹⁵⁸अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो।

¹⁶⁷The Father explains: Children, if you want to remain constantly happy, become “Manmanabhav”: consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

¹⁵⁹भाईयों (आत्माओं) तरफ देखो।

¹⁶⁸See souls, your brothers.

¹⁶⁰तो बच्चों को रूहानी यात्रा पर रहने की आदत डालनी है।

¹⁶⁹So, you children have to instil the habit of staying on this spiritual pilgrimage.

¹⁶¹तुम्हारे ही फायदे की बात है।

¹⁷⁰This is for your benefit.

¹⁶²बाप की शिक्षा भाईयों को देनी है।

¹⁷¹You have to give the Father’s teachings to your brothers.

¹⁶³बाप कहते हैं मैं तुम आत्माओं को ज्ञान दे रहा हूँ।

¹⁷²The Father says: I am giving you souls this knowledge.

¹⁶⁴आत्मा को ही देखता हूँ।

¹⁷³I only see souls.

¹⁶⁵मनुष्य-मनुष्य से बात करेंगे तो उनके मुँह को देखेंगे ना।

¹⁷⁴When a human being talks to another human being, he looks at his face.

¹⁶⁶तुम आत्मा से बात करते हो तो आत्मा को ही देखना है।

¹⁷⁵You speak to souls and so you have to look at the souls.

¹⁶⁷भल शरीर द्वारा ज्ञान देते हो परन्तु इसमें शरीर का भान तोड़ना होता है।

¹⁷⁶Although you give this knowledge through your bodies, you have to break the consciousness of your bodies.

¹⁶⁸तुम्हारी आत्मा समझती है परमात्मा बाप हमको ज्ञान दे रहे हैं।

¹⁷⁷You souls understand that the Supreme Soul, the Father, is giving you this knowledge.

¹⁶⁹बाप भी कहते हैं आत्माओं को देखता हूँ, आत्मायें भी कहती हम परमात्मा बाप को देख रहे हैं।

¹⁷⁸The Father also says: I too look at souls. ¹⁷⁹Souls also say: We are looking at the Supreme Soul, the Father.

¹⁷⁰उनसे नॉलेज ले रहे हैं, इसको कहा जाता है स्प्रीचुअल ज्ञान की लेन-देन, आत्मा की आत्मा के साथ।

¹⁸⁰We are receiving this knowledge from Him. ¹⁸¹This is called the give and take of spiritual knowledge of one soul with another.

¹⁷¹आत्मा में ही ज्ञान है।

¹⁸²This knowledge is within you souls.

¹⁷²आत्मा को ही ज्ञान देना है।

¹⁸³This knowledge has to be given to souls.

¹⁷³यह जैसे जौहर है।

¹⁸⁴This is like power.

¹⁷⁴तुम्हारे ज्ञान में यह जौहर भर जायेगा। ¹⁷⁵तो किसको भी समझाने से झट तीर लग जायेगा।

¹⁸⁵When your knowledge is filled with power and you explain it to others, it will instantly strike the target.

¹⁷⁶बाप कहते हैं प्रैक्टिस करके देखो, तीर लगता है ना।

¹⁸⁶The Father says: Practise this and see if the arrow strikes the target.

¹⁷⁷यह नई टेव डालनी है तो फिर शरीर का भान निकल जायेगा। ¹⁷⁸माया के तूफान कम आयेंगे।

¹⁸⁷Instil this new habit and the consciousness of bodies will be removed and fewer storms of Maya will come.

¹⁷⁹बुरे संकल्प नहीं आयेंगे।

¹⁸⁸You will not have any bad thoughts.

¹⁸⁰क्रिमिनल आई भी नहीं रहेगी।

¹⁸⁹The criminal eye will not remain either.

¹⁸¹हम आत्मा ने 84 का चक्र लगाया।

¹⁹⁰We souls have been around the cycle of 84 births.

¹⁸²अब नाटक पूरा होता है।

¹⁹¹The play is now about to end.

¹⁸³अब बाबा की याद में रहना है।

¹⁹²You now have to stay in remembrance of Baba.

¹⁸⁴याद से ही तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन, सतोप्रधान दुनिया के मालिक बन जायेंगे।

¹⁹³From tamopradhan, become satopradhan by having remembrance and you will become the masters of the satopradhan world.

¹⁸⁵कितना सहज है।

¹⁹⁴It is so easy.

¹⁸⁶बाप जानते हैं बच्चों को यह शिक्षा देना भी मेरा पार्ट ही है।

¹⁹⁵The Father knows that it is in His part to give teachings to the children.

¹⁸⁷कोई नई बात नहीं।

¹⁹⁶This is not a new thing.

¹⁸⁸हर 5000 वर्ष बाद हमको आना होता है।

¹⁹⁷I have to come every 5000 years.

¹⁸⁹मैं बंधायमान हूँ।

¹⁹⁸I am bound by this bondage.

¹⁹⁰बच्चों को बैठ समझाता हूँ मीठे बच्चे रूहानी याद की यात्रा में रहो तो अन्त मते सो गति हो जायेगी।

¹⁹⁹I sit here and explain to you children: Sweet children, remain on the pilgrimage of remembrance and your last thought will lead you to your destination.

¹⁹²मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारी सद्गति हो जायेगी।

²⁰¹Remember Me alone and you will receive salvation.

¹⁹³याद की यात्रा से पाया मजबूत हो जायेगा।

²⁰²The pillars will become strong with this pilgrimage of remembrance.

¹⁹⁴यह देही-अभिमानी बनने की शिक्षा एक ही बार तुम बच्चों को मिलती है।

²⁰³Only once do you children receive these teachings for becoming soul conscious.

¹⁹⁵कितना वन्डरफुल ज्ञान है।

²⁰⁴This is such wonderful knowledge.

¹⁹⁶बाबा वन्डरफुल है तो बाबा का ज्ञान भी वन्डरफुल है।

²⁰⁵Baba is wonderful and Baba’s knowledge is also wonderful.

¹⁹⁷कब कोई बता न सके।

²⁰⁶No one else can tell you this at any time.

¹⁹⁸अभी वापस चलना है इसलिए बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चों यह प्रैक्टिस करो।

²⁰⁷It is now the time to return home. ²⁰⁸This is why the Father says: Sweet children, practise this.

¹⁹⁹अपने को आत्मा समझ आत्मा को ज्ञान दो।

²⁰⁹Consider yourselves to be souls and give this knowledge to souls.

²⁰⁰तीसरे नेत्र से भाई-भाई को देखना है।

²¹⁰You have to use your third eye to see others as brothers.

²⁰¹यही बड़ी मेहनत है।

²⁰²यह है तुम ब्राह्मणों का सर्वोत्तम ऊंच ते ऊंच कुल।

²¹²This is the most elevated clan of you Brahmins.

²⁰³इस समय तुम्हारा जीवन अमूल्य है इसलिए इस शरीर की भी सम्भाल करनी है।

²¹³At this time, your lives are invaluable and you therefore also have to look after those bodies.

²⁰⁴तमोप्रधान होने कारण शरीर की आयु भी कम होती गई है।

²¹⁴Because of being tamopradhan, the lifespans of those bodies have continued to decrease.

²⁰⁵अब तुम जितना योग में रहेंगे, उतना आयु बढ़ेगी।

²¹⁵To the extent that you stay in yoga now, so your lifespans will increase.

²⁰⁶तुम्हारी आयु बढ़ते-बढ़ते 150 वर्ष हो जायेगी सतयुग में, इसलिए शरीर की भी सम्भाल करनी है।

²¹⁶In the golden age, they will have increased, your lifespans will be 150 years and you therefore have to look after your bodies.

²⁰⁷ऐसे नहीं यह तो मिट्टी का पुतला है, कहाँ यह खलास हो जाये।

²¹⁷Do not think that it is a puppet of clay and so it should finish.

²⁰⁸नहीं। ²⁰⁹इनको जीते रखना है।

²¹⁸No; you have to keep it alive.

²¹⁰यह अमूल्य जीवन है ना!

²¹⁹This is an invaluable life.

²¹¹कोई बीमार होते हैं तो उनसे तंग नहीं होना चाहिए।

²²⁰If someone is ill, do not become annoyed with that person.

²¹²उनको भी बोलो शिवबाबा को याद करो।

²²¹Tell that person to remember Shiv Baba.

²¹³जितना याद करेंगे उतना उनके पाप कटते जायेंगे।

²²²To the extent that you have remembrance, accordingly your sins will continue to be cut away.

²¹⁴उनकी सर्विस करनी चाहिए।

²²³That person should continue to serve.

²¹⁵जीता रहे, शिवबाबा को याद करता रहे।

²²⁴He should stay alive and continue to remember Shiv Baba.

²¹⁶यह समझ तो रहती है ना हम बाबा को याद करते हैं।

²²⁵There is the understanding that he is remembering Baba.

²¹⁷आत्मा याद करती है, बाप से वर्सा पाने के लिए।

²²⁶That soul is remembering in order to claim the inheritance from the Father.

²¹⁸अच्छा।

²²⁷Achcha.

²¹⁹मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति नम्बरवार पुरुषार्थ अनुसार मात-पिता बापदादा का यादप्यार और गुडमार्निग।

²²²1) अपने को देखो मैं पुरुषार्थ में उत्तम हूँ, मध्यम हूँ या कनिष्ट हूँ?

²³¹ 1. Check yourself: In my efforts, am I the highest, average or the lowest?

²²³मैं ऊंच पद पाने के लायक हूँ?

²³²Am I worthy of claiming a high status?

²²⁴मैं रूहानी सर्विस करता हूँ?

²³³Do I do spiritual service?

²²⁵2) तीसरे नेत्र से आत्मा भाई को देखो, भाई-भाई समझ सभी को ज्ञान दो, आत्मिक स्थिति में रहने की आदत डालो तो कर्मेन्द्रियां चंचल नहीं होंगी।

²³⁴ 2. With your third eye, see souls as brothers. ²³⁵Consider everyone to be a brother and give them this knowledge. ²³⁶Instil the habit of staying in the stage of soul consciousness and your physical organs will not cause mischief.

²²⁶वरदान:- ब्रह्मा बाप समान महा त्याग से महान भाग्य बनाने वाले फरिश्ता सो विश्व महाराजन भव

²³⁷Blessing: May you create your great fortune through your great renunciation, the same as Father Brahma, and become a number one angel and so a world emperor.

²²⁷फरिश्ता सो विश्व महाराजन बनने का वरदान उन्हीं बच्चों को प्राप्त होता है जो ब्रह्मा बाप के हर कर्म रूपी कदम के पीछे कदम उठाने वाले हैं, जिनका मन-बुद्धि संस्कार - सदा बाप के आगे समर्पित है।

²³⁸ The children who take every step in following Father Brahma in his actions are the children who receive the blessing of becoming number one angels and so world emperors. ²³⁹Their minds and intellects are always surrendered to the Father.

²²⁸जैसे ब्रह्मा बाप ने इसी महात्याग से महान भाग्य प्राप्त किया अर्थात् नम्बरवन सम्पूर्ण फरिश्ता और नम्बरवन विश्व महाराजन बनें, ऐसे फालो फादर करने वाले बच्चे भी महान त्यागी वा सर्वस्व त्यागी होंगे।

²⁴⁰Just as Father Brahma with his great renunciation received great fortune, that is, he became the number one perfect angel and the number one world emperor, in the same way, the children who follow the father will be great and full renunciates.

²²⁹संस्कार रूप से भी विकारों के वंश का त्याग करेंगे।

²⁴¹They will renounce any trace of vices even from their sanskars.

²³⁰स्लोगन:- अभी सब आधार टूटने हैं इसलिए एक बाप को अपना आधार बनाओ।

²⁴²Slogan: All supports are now to break and so make the one Father your Support.
