¹Essence: Sweet children, the Father serves you with the nourishment of this knowledge and yoga and gives you great hospitality. ²So, remain constantly happy and content and continue to offer hospitality to others according to shrimat.

²prashn:- is sangamayug par aapke paas sabse amoolya cheez kaun si hai, jiski sambhaal karni hai?

³Question: What is the most invaluable thing of yours that you have to look after at this confluence age?

³uttar:- is sarvottam brahman kul mein aapki yeh jeevan bahut amoolya hai, isliye shareer ki sambhaal zaroor karni hai।

⁴Answer: In this most elevated Brahmin clan, that life of yours is most invaluable and you therefore have to look after your body very well.

⁴aise nahin yeh to mitti ka putla hai, kahaan yeh khalaas ho jaaye!

⁵Do not think that it is just a puppet of clay and that it should finish.

⁵nahin। ⁶inko jeete rakhna hai।

⁶No; you have to keep it alive.

⁷koi beemaar hote hain to unse tang nahin hona chaahiye।

⁷If someone is ill, do not become fed up with that one.

⁸unko bolo tum shivbaaba ko yaad karo।

⁸Just tell that person to continue to remember Shiv Baba.

⁹jitna yaad karenge utna paap katte jaayenge।

⁹To the extent that you have remembrance, accordingly your sins will continue to be cut away.

¹⁰unki service karni chaahiye, jeeta rahe, shivbaaba ko yaad karta rahe।

¹⁰That person should continue to serve. ¹¹He should stay alive and continue to remember Shiv Baba.

¹²gyaan ka teesra netra dene vaala roohaani baap baith roohaani bachchon ko samjhaate hain।

¹³gyaan ka teesra netra sivaae baap ke aur koi de nahin sakta।

¹⁴abhi tum bachchon ko gyaan ka teesra netra mila hai।

¹⁵abhi tum bachche jaante ho ki yeh puraani duniya badalne vaali hai।

¹⁶You now know that this old world is about to change.

¹⁶bichaare manushya nahin jaante ki kaun badlaane vaala hai aur kaise badlaate hain! ¹⁷kyonki unhon ko gyaan ka teesra netra hi nahin hai।

¹⁷The poor people don’t know the One who will change it or how He will change it, because they don’t have a third eye of this knowledge.

¹⁸tum bachchon ko abhi gyaan ka teesra netra mila hai jisse tum srishti ke aadi madhya ant ko jaan gaye ho।

¹⁸You children have now received a third eye of this knowledge, through which you now know the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

¹⁹yeh hai gyaan ki saccharin।

¹⁹This is the saccharine of knowledge.

²⁰saccharin ki ek boond bhi kitni meethi hoti hai।

²⁰Even one drop of saccharine is so sweet.

²¹gyaan ka ek hi akshar hai manmanaabhav। ²²yeh akshar kitna meetha hai।

²¹There is just the one expression of this knowledge, ‘Manmanabhav’- this expression is very sweet.

²³apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

²²Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

²⁴baap shantidham aur sukhdhaam ka raasta bata rahe hain।

²³The Father is showing you the path to the land of peace and the land of happiness.

²⁵baap aaye hain bachchon ko svarga ka varsa dene। ²⁶to bachchon ko kitni khushi rahni chaahiye।

²⁴The Father has come to give you children the inheritance of heaven and so you children should have a great deal of happiness.

²⁷kehte bhi hain khushi jaisi khuraak nahin।

²⁵It is said: “There is no nourishment like happiness.”

²⁸jo sadaiv khush-mauj mein rehte hain unke liye yeh jaise khuraak hoti hai।

²⁶It is as though it is nourishment for those who remain constantly happy and in pleasure.

²⁹21 janma mauz mein rahne ki yeh jabardasta khuraak hai।

²⁷This is the powerful nourishment for staying in pleasure for 21 births.

³⁰yeh khuraak sadaiv ek do ko khilaate raho।

²⁸Continue to serve each other with this nourishment.

³¹yeh hai ek do ki jabardasta khaatiri।

²⁹This is very powerful nourishment for one another.

³²aisi khaatiri aur koi manushya, manushya ki kar na sake।

³⁰No other human beings can offer this hospitality to other human beings.

³³tum bachche shreemat par sabhi ki roohaani khaatiri karte ho।

³¹You offer spiritual hospitality to everyone on the basis of shrimat.

³⁴sachchi-sachchi khush-khairaaphat bhi yeh hai kisko baap ka parichay dena।

³²To give someone the Father’s introduction is also a true state.

³⁵meethe bachche jaante hain behad ke baap dvaara hamko jeevanmukti ki saugaat milti hai।

³³You sweet children know that you are receiving the gift of liberation-in-life from the unlimited Father.

³⁶satayug mein bhaarat jeevan-mukta tha, paavan tha।

³⁴In the golden age, Bharat was liberated-in-life; it was pure.

³⁷baap bahut badi oonchi khuraak dete hain tab to gaayan hai ateendriy sukh poochhna ho to gop-gopiyon se poochho।

³⁵The Father gives very great and elevated nourishment. ³⁶This is why there is the song: “If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis.”

³⁸yeh gyaan aur yog ki kitni first class wonderful khuraak hai aur yeh khuraak ek hi roohaani surgeon ke paas hai।

³⁷The nourishment of this knowledge and yoga is first class and wonderful and it is only the one spiritual Surgeon who has this nourishment.

³⁹aur kisko is khuraak ka maaloom hi nahin hai।

³⁸No one else knows about this nourishment.

⁴⁰baap kehte hain meethe bachchon tumhaare liye tiri (hatheli) par saugaat le aaya hoon।

³⁹The Father says: Sweet children, I have brought gifts on the palms of My hands for you.

⁴¹mukti, jeevanmukti ki yeh saugaat mere paas hi rehti hai।

⁴⁰These gifts of liberation and liberation-in-life remain with Me.

⁴²kalpa-kalpa main hi aakar tumko yeh saugaat deta hoon phir raavan chheen leta hai।

⁴⁶yeh kam baat hai kya!

⁴⁶This is not a small thing.

⁴⁷bachchon ko sadaiv harshit rehna chaahiye।

⁴⁷You should constantly remain cheerful.

⁴⁸godly student life is the best।

⁴⁸“Godly student life is the best.”

⁴⁹yeh abhi ka hi gaayan hai na।

⁴⁹This saying applies to this time.

⁵⁰phir nai duniya mein tum sadaiv khushiyaan manaate rahenge।

⁵⁰Then, in the new world, too, you will continue to celebrate in happiness.

⁵¹duniya nahin jaanti ki sachchi-sachchi khushiyaan kab manaai jaayengi।

⁵¹People of the world do not know when true happiness is celebrated.

⁵²manushyon ko to satayug ka gyaan hi nahin hai to yahaan hi manaate rehte hain।

⁵²Human beings don’t have any knowledge of the golden age. ⁵³So, they continue to celebrate it here.

⁵³parantu is puraani tamopradhaan duniya mein khushi kahaan se aai!

⁵⁴However, where can happiness come from in this old tamopradhan world?

⁵⁴yahaan to traahi-traahi karte rehte hain।

⁵⁵People here continue to cry out in distress.

⁵⁵kitna duhkh ki duniya hai।

⁵⁶This is a world of such sorrow.

⁵⁶baap tum bachchon ko kitna sahaj raasta bataate hain।

⁵⁷The Father shows you children a very easy path.

⁵⁷grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool samaan raho।

⁵⁸Stay at home with your families and remain as pure as a lotus.

⁵⁸dhandha-dhori aadi karte bhi mujhe yaad karte raho।

⁵⁹Remember Me while at your businesses.

⁵⁹jaise aashik aur maashuk hote hain, woh to ek do ko yaad karte rehte hain।

⁶⁰There is a lover and beloved; they continue to remember one another.

⁶⁰woh unka aashik, woh unka maashuk hota hai।

⁶¹That one is his beloved and he is her lover.

⁶¹yahaan yeh baat nahin hai, yahaan to tum sabhi ek maashuk ke janma-janmaantar se aashik rahe ho।

⁶²However, here, it is not like that. ⁶³Here, you are lovers of the Beloved for birth after birth.

⁶²baap tumhaara kabhi aashik nahin banta।

⁶⁴The Father does not become your lover.

⁶³tum us maashuk ko aane liye yaad karte aaye ho।

⁶⁵You remember that Beloved in order to call Him here.

⁶⁴jab duhkh jaasti hota hai to jaasti sumiran karte hain, tab to gaayan bhi hai duhkh mein sumiran sab karen, sukh mein kare na koy।

⁶⁶You call out to Him even more when there is a lot of sorrow. ⁶⁷This is why there is the remembrance: “Everyone remembers God in times of sorrow and no one remembers him in times of happiness.”

⁶⁵is samay jaise baap sarvashaktimaan hai।

⁶⁸At this time, the Father is the Almighty Authority.

⁶⁶din-pratidin maaya bhi sarvashaktimaan, tamopradhaan hoti jaati hai isliye ab baap kehte hain meethe bachche dehi-abhimaani bano।

⁶⁹Day by day, Maya is also becoming a tamopradhan almighty authority. ⁷⁰Therefore, the Father says: Sweet children, now become soul conscious.

⁶⁷apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo aur saath-saath daiveegun bhi dhaaran karo tum aise (lakshmi-naaraayan) ban jaayenge।

⁷¹Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father, and, together with this, imbibe divine virtues and you will become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁶⁸is padhaai mein mukhya baat hai hi yaad ki।

⁷²The main aspect in this study is remembrance.

⁶⁹oonch te oonch baap ko bahut pyaar, sneh se yaad karna chaahiye।

⁷³You have to remember the highest-on-high Father with a lot of love and affection.

⁷⁰woh oonch te oonch baap hi nai duniya sthaapan karne vaala hai।

⁷⁴That Father is the One who establishes the new world.

⁷¹baap kehte hain main aaya hoon tum bachchon ko vishwa ka maalik banaane isliye ab mujhe yaad karo to tumhaare anek janmon ke paap kat jaayenge।

⁷⁵The Father says: I have come to make you children into the masters of the world. ⁷⁶This is why you must remember Me so that your sins of many births can be cut away.

⁷²patit-paavan baap kehte hain tum bahut patit ban gaye ho isliye ab tum mujhe yaad karo to tum paavan ban aur paavan duniya ka maalik ban jaayenge।

⁷⁷The Purifier Father says: You have become very impure. ⁷⁸Therefore, now remember Me and you will become pure and become the masters of the pure world.

⁷³patit-paavan baap ko hi bulaate hain na।

⁷⁹People call out to the Father, the Purifier.

⁷⁴ab baap aaye hain to zaroor paavan banna pade।

⁸⁰Now that the Father has come, you definitely have to become pure.

⁷⁵baap duhkhaharta, sukhkarta hai।

⁸¹The Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁷⁶barobar satayug mein paavan duniya thi to sabhi sukhi hi the।

⁸²The golden age was definitely a pure world and so all were happy there.

⁷⁷ab baap phir se kehte hain bachche shantidham aur sukhdhaam ko yaad karte raho।

⁸³Now, once again, the Father says: Children, continue to remember the land of peace and the land of happiness.

⁷⁸abhi hai sangamayug।

⁸⁴This is now the confluence age.

⁷⁹khivaiya tumko is paar se us paar le jaate hain।

⁸⁵The Boatman is taking you from this shore across to the other side.

⁸⁰naeeya koi ek nahin, saari duniya jaise ek bada jahaaj hai।

⁸⁶There is not only one boat; the whole world is like a big ship.

⁸¹unko paar le jaate hain।

⁸⁷He takes that across.

⁸²tum meethe bachchon ko kitni khushiyaan honi chaahiye।

⁸⁸You sweet children should have so much happiness.

⁸³tumhaare liye to sadaiv khushi hi khushi hai।

⁸⁹For you, there is nothing but happiness.

⁸⁴behad ka baap hamko padha rahe hain, vaah!

⁹⁰Wah! ⁹¹The unlimited Father is teaching us!

⁸⁵yeh to kabhi na suna, na padha।

⁹²Neither have you heard this before nor have you studied this.

⁸⁶bhagvaanuvaach main tum roohaani bachchon ko raajayog sikha raha hoon। ⁸⁷to poori reeti seekhna chaahiye, dhaarna karni chaahiye। ⁸⁸poori reeti padhna chaahiye।

⁹³God speaks: I am teaching you spiritual children Raja Yoga, and so you should study it fully. ⁹⁴You should study it fully and also imbibe it fully.

⁸⁹padhaai mein nambarvaar to sadaiv hote hi hain।

⁹⁵Everyone is always numberwise in studying anyway.

⁹⁰apne ko dekhna chaahiye main uttam hoon, madhyam hoon va kanishta hoon?

⁹⁶Each of you should look at yourself: Am I the highest, average or the lowest?

⁹¹baap kehte hain apne ko dekho main oonch pad paane ke laayak hoon?

⁹⁷The Father says: Check yourself: Am I worthy of claiming a high status?

⁹²roohaani service karta hoon?

⁹⁸Am I doing spiritual service?

⁹³kyonki baap kehte hain bachche serviceable bano, follow karo।

⁹⁹The Father says: O children, become serviceable and follow the Father.

⁹⁴main aaya hi hoon service ke liye।

¹⁰⁰I have come for the sake of service.

⁹⁵roz service karta hoon isliye hi to yeh rath liya hai।

¹⁰¹I do service every day. ¹⁰²This is why I have taken this one’s chariot.

⁹⁶inka rath beemaar pad jaata hai to main inmen baith murli likhta hoon।

¹⁰³When this one’s chariot becomes ill, I sit in this one and write a murli.

⁹⁷mukh se to bol nahin sakte to main likh deta hoon। ⁹⁸taaki bachchon ke liye murli miss na ho to main bhi service par hoon na।

¹⁰⁴When I cannot speak it through the mouth, I write it down instead so that you children don’t miss a murli. ¹⁰⁵Therefore, I am also on service.

⁹⁹yeh hai roohaani service।

¹⁰⁶This is spiritual service.

¹⁰⁰to tum bachche bhi baap ki service mein lag jaao।

¹⁰⁷You children too should engage yourself in doing the Father’s service.

¹⁰¹on god fatherly service।

¹⁰⁸“On Godfatherly Service.”

¹⁰²jo achha purushaartha karte hain, achhi service karte hain unko mahaaveer kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰⁹Those who make good effort are called mahavirs.

¹⁰³dekha jaata hai kaun mahaaveer hain jo baba ke direction par chalte hain?

¹¹⁰It is seen that the mahavirs are those who follow Baba’s directions.

¹⁰⁴baap ka pharmaan hai, apne ko aatma samajh bhaai-bhaai dekho।

¹¹¹The Father’s order is: Consider yourselves to be souls and see others as brothers.

¹⁰⁵is shareer ko bhool jaao।

¹¹²Forget those bodies.

¹⁰⁶baba bhi shareer ko nahin dekhte hain।

¹¹³Baba does not see bodies either.

¹⁰⁷baap kehte hain main aatmaon ko dekhta hoon।

¹¹⁴The Father says: I only see souls.

¹⁰⁸baaki yeh to gyaan hai ki aatma shareer bigar bol nahin sakti।

¹¹⁵However, there is the knowledge that a soul cannot speak without a body.

¹⁰⁹main bhi is shareer mein aaya hoon, loan liya hua hai।

¹¹⁶I have entered this body. ¹¹⁷I have taken it on loan.

¹¹⁰shareer saath hi aatma padh sakti hai।

¹¹⁸Only when a soul is in a body can he study.

¹¹¹baba ki baithak yahaan (bhrakuti mein) hai।

¹¹⁹Baba sits here (middle of the forehead).

¹¹²yeh hai akaal takhta।

¹²⁰This is an immortal throne.

¹¹³aatma akaalmoorta hai।

¹²¹A soul is an immortal image.

¹¹⁴aatma kab chhoti badi nahin hoti hai।

¹²²A soul does not become smaller or larger.

¹¹⁵shareer chhota bada hota hai।

¹²³Bodies become smaller or larger.

¹¹⁶jo bhi aatmaayen hain un sabhi ka takhta yeh bhrikuti hai।

¹²⁴The middle of the forehead is the throne of each soul.

¹¹⁷shareer to sabhi ke bhinna-bhinna hote hain।

¹²⁵Everyone’s body is different.

¹¹⁸kiska akaal takhta purush ka hai, kiska akaal takhta stri ka hai, kiska akaal takhta bachche ka hai।

¹²⁶The immortal throne of some is that of a man and the immortal throne of others is that of a woman. ¹²⁷The immortal throne of some is of a child.

¹¹⁹baap baith bachchon ko roohaani drill sikhlaate hain।

¹²⁸The Father sits here and teaches spiritual drill to you children.

¹²⁰jab koi se baat karo to pahle apne ko aatma samjho।

¹²⁹Whenever you talk to anyone, first of all consider yourself to be a soul.

¹²¹ham aatma phalaane bhaai se baat karte hain।

¹²²baap ka paigaam dete hain ki shivbaaba ko yaad karo।

¹²³yaad se hi junk utarni hai।

¹²⁴sone mein jab alloy padti hai to sone ki value hi kam ho jaati hai।

¹³³When alloy is mixed into gold, the value of the gold decreases.

¹²⁵tum aatmaon mein bhi junk padne se tum valueless ho gaye ho।

¹³⁴When alloy becomes mixed into you souls, you even become valueless.

¹²⁶ab phir paavan banna hai।

¹³⁵You have to become pure again.

¹²⁷tum aatmaon ko ab gyaan ka teesra netra mila hai।

¹³⁶Each of you souls has now received a third eye of this knowledge.

¹²⁸us netra se apne bhaaeeyon ko dekho।

¹³⁷See your brothers through that eye.

¹²⁹bhaai-bhaai ko dekhne se karmendriyaan chanchal nahin hongi।

¹³⁸By having the vision of brotherhood, your sense organs will not become mischievous.

¹³⁰raajya-bhaagya lena hai, vishwa ka maalik banna hai to yeh mehnat karo।

¹³⁹If you want to claim your fortune of the kingdom and become the masters of the world, make effort!

¹³¹bhaai-bhaai samajh sabhi ko gyaan do।

¹⁴⁰Consider everyone to be your brother and give this knowledge to them.

¹³²to phir yeh tev (aadat) pakki ho jaayegi।

¹⁴¹This habit will then become firm.

¹³³sachche-sachche brothers tum sabhi ho।

¹⁴²All of you are true brothers.

¹³⁴baap bhi oopar se aaye hain, tum bhi aaye ho।

¹⁴³The Father has come from up above and you too came from up there.

¹³⁵baap bachchon sahit service kar rahe hain।

¹⁴⁴The Father, together with the children, is doing service.

¹³⁶service karne ki baap himmat dete hain।

¹⁴⁵The Father gives you the courage to do service.

¹³⁷himmate bachche madde baap… to yeh practice karni hai। ¹³⁸main aatma bhaai ko padhaata hoon।

¹⁴⁶When you then have courage, the Father helps you. ¹⁴⁷Therefore, you should practise this: “I, this soul, am teaching my brother.”

¹³⁹aatma padhti hai na।

¹⁴⁸It is the soul that studies.

¹⁴⁰isko spiritual knowledge kaha jaata hai, jo roohaani baap se hi milti hai।

¹⁴⁹This is called the spiritual knowledge that you receive from the spiritual Father.

¹⁴¹sangam par hi baap aakar yeh knowledge dete hain ki apne ko aatma samjho।

¹⁵⁰The Father comes and gives you this knowledge at the confluence age: Consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁴²tum nange aaye the phir yahaan shareer dhaaran kar tumne 84 janma part bajaaya hai।

¹⁵¹You came bodiless and adopted bodies here and played parts for 84 births.

¹⁴³ab phir vaapis chalna hai isliye apne ko aatma samajh bhaai-bhaai ki drishti se dekhna hai।

¹⁵²You now have to go back again. ¹⁵³Therefore, consider yourselves to be souls and have the vision of brotherhood.

¹⁴⁴yeh mehnat karni hai।

¹⁵⁴You have to make this effort.

¹⁴⁵apni mehnat karni hai, doosre mein hamaara kya jaata!

¹⁵⁵You have to make your own effort. ¹⁵⁶What concern do we have with others?

¹⁴⁶charity begins at hom arthaat pahle khud ko aatma samajh phir bhaaeeyon ko samjhaao। ¹⁴⁷to achhi reeti teer lagega।

¹⁵⁷Charity begins at home, that is, first consider yourselves to be souls and explain to your brothers and the arrow will strike the target well.

¹⁴⁸yeh jauhar bharna hai।

¹⁵⁸You have to fill yourselves with this force.

¹⁴⁹mehnat karenge tab hi oonch pad paayenge।

¹⁵⁹Only when you make effort will you claim a high status.

¹⁵⁰ismen kuchh sahan bhi karna padta hai।

¹⁶⁰You also have to tolerate a few things.

¹⁵¹jab koi ulti-sulti baat bole to tum chup raho।

¹⁵²tum chup rahenge to phir doosra kya karega!

¹⁶⁵Only when there is the clapping of two hands is there noise.

¹⁵⁶bachchon ko ek do ka kalyaan karna hai।

¹⁶⁶You children have to benefit each other.

¹⁵⁷baap samjhaate hain bachche sadaiv khushi mein rahne chaahte ho to manmanaabhav। ¹⁵⁸apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

¹⁶⁷The Father explains: Children, if you want to remain constantly happy, become “Manmanabhav”: consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

¹⁵⁹bhaaeeyon (aatmaon) taraph dekho।

¹⁶⁸See souls, your brothers.

¹⁶⁰to bachchon ko roohaani yaatra par rahne ki aadat daalni hai।

¹⁶⁹So, you children have to instil the habit of staying on this spiritual pilgrimage.

¹⁶¹tumhaare hi phaayde ki baat hai।

¹⁷⁰This is for your benefit.

¹⁶²baap ki shiksha bhaaeeyon ko deni hai।

¹⁷¹You have to give the Father’s teachings to your brothers.

¹⁶³baap kehte hain main tum aatmaon ko gyaan de raha hoon।

¹⁷²The Father says: I am giving you souls this knowledge.

¹⁶⁴aatma ko hi dekhta hoon।

¹⁷³I only see souls.

¹⁶⁵manushya-manushya se baat karenge to unke munh ko dekhenge na।

¹⁷⁴When a human being talks to another human being, he looks at his face.

²⁰⁵ab tum jitna yog mein rahenge, utna aayu badhegi।

²¹⁵To the extent that you stay in yoga now, so your lifespans will increase.

²⁰⁶tumhaari aayu badhte-badhte 150 varsha ho jaayegi satayug mein, isliye shareer ki bhi sambhaal karni hai।

²¹⁶In the golden age, they will have increased, your lifespans will be 150 years and you therefore have to look after your bodies.

²⁰⁷aise nahin yeh to mitti ka putla hai, kahaan yeh khalaas ho jaaye।

²¹⁷Do not think that it is a puppet of clay and so it should finish.

²³⁸ The children who take every step in following Father Brahma in his actions are the children who receive the blessing of becoming number one angels and so world emperors. ²³⁹Their minds and intellects are always surrendered to the Father.
