¹“मीठे बच्चे - अपनी उन्नति के लिए रोज़ रात को सोने के पहले अपना पोतामेल देखो, चेक करो - हमने सारे दिन में कोई को दुःख तो नहीं दिया? ²''

¹Essence: Sweet children, in order to make progress, check your charts before going to sleep every night. ²Check: Did I cause anyone sorrow throughout the day?

³प्रश्न:- महान् सौभाग्यशाली बच्चों में कौन-सी बहादुरी होगी?

³Question: What bravery do the greatly fortunate children have?

⁴उत्तर:- जो महान् सौभाग्यशाली हैं वह स्त्री-पुरुष साथ में रहते भाई-भाई होकर रहेंगे।

⁴Answer: A husband and wife who are greatly fortunate children live together as brothers.

⁵स्त्री-पुरुष का भान नहीं होगा।

⁵They do not have the awareness of being husband and wife.

⁶पक्के निश्चय बुद्धि होंगे।

⁶Their intellects have firm faith.

⁷महान् सौभाग्यशाली बच्चे झट समझ जाते हैं - हम भी स्टूडेन्ट, यह भी स्टूडेन्ट, भाई-बहन हो गये, लेकिन यह बहादुरी चल तब सकती है जब अपने को आत्मा समझें।

⁷Greatly fortunate children very quickly understand that they are both students and that they are brother and sister. ⁸However, there can only be this bravery when each of them considers himself and herself to be a soul.

¹⁰यह बात रोज़-रोज़ बाप बच्चों को समझाते हैं कि सोने के समय अपना पोतामेल अन्दर देखो कि किसको दुःख तो नहीं दिया और कितना समय बाप को याद किया?

¹¹The Father explains this aspect to you children: Every day, before going to sleep, check yourchart internally to see whether you caused anyone sorrow and for how long you remembered the Father.

¹¹मूल बात यह है।

¹²This is the main thing.

¹²गीत में भी कहते हैं अपने अन्दर देखो - हम कितना तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बने हैं?

¹³The song also says: Look within yourself: To what extent have I become satopradhan from tamopradhan?

¹³सारे दिन में कितना समय याद किया अपने मीठे बाप को?

¹⁴Throughout the whole day, how much did I remember my sweet Father?

¹⁴कोई भी देहधारी को याद नहीं करना है।

¹⁵Do not remember bodily beings.

¹⁵सभी आत्माओं को कहा जाता है अपने बाप को याद करो।

¹⁶All souls are told: Remember your Father!

¹⁶अब वापिस जाना है।

¹⁷You now have to return.

¹⁷कहाँ जाना है?

¹⁸Where to?

¹⁸शान्तिधाम होकर नई दुनिया में जाना है।

¹⁹To that new world via the land of silence.

¹⁹यह तो पुरानी दुनिया है ना।

²⁰This is an old world.

²⁰जब बाप आये तब स्वर्ग के द्वार खुलें।

²¹Only when the Father comes can the gates to heaven open.

²¹अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो हम संगमयुग पर बैठे हैं।

²²You children now know that you are sitting at the confluence age.

²²यह भी वन्डर है जो संगमयुग पर आकर स्टीमर में बैठकर फिर उतर जाते हैं।

²³It is a wonder that some who come to the confluence age and embark on the steamer then disembark.

²³अब तुम संगमयुग पर पुरुषोत्तम बनने के लिए आकर नांव में बैठे हो, पार जाने के लिए।

²⁴In order to become the most elevated beings at the confluence age, you have embarked on the ferry to go across.

²⁴फिर पुरानी कलियुगी दुनिया से दिल उठा लेनी होती है।

²⁵Therefore, you should remove your hearts from the old iron-aged world.

²⁵इस शरीर द्वारा सिर्फ पार्ट बजाना होता है।

²⁶You simply have to play your parts through your bodies.

²⁶अभी हमको वापिस जाना है बड़ी खुशी से।

²⁷We are now to return home in great happiness.

²⁷मनुष्य मुक्ति के लिए कितना माथा मारते हैं परन्तु मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का अर्थ नहीं समझते हैं।

²⁸Human beings beat their heads so much in order to attain liberation, but they don’t understand the meaning of "liberation" or "liberation-in-life".

²⁸शास्त्रों के अक्षर सिर्फ सुने हुए हैं परन्तु वह क्या चीज़ है, कौन देते हैं, कब देते हैं, यह कुछ भी पता नहीं है।

²⁹They have just heard these terms from the scriptures, but they don’t understand anything of what they mean, such as who gives it or when they can receive it.

²⁹तुम बच्चे जानते हो बाबा आते हैं मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का वर्सा देने के लिए।

³⁰You children know that Baba has come to give you your inheritance of liberation and liberation-in-life.

³⁰वह भी कोई एक बार थोड़ेही, अनेक बार।

³¹He doesn't come just once; He has come many times.

³¹बेअन्त बार तुम मुक्ति से जीवनमुक्ति फिर जीवन बंध में आये हो।

³²You have gone from liberation to liberation-in-life and then into a life of bondage countless times.

³²तुम्हें अभी यह समझ पड़ी कि हम आत्मा हैं, बाबा हम बच्चों को शिक्षा बहुत देते हैं।

³³You now have the understanding that each of you is a soul. ³⁴Baba is now teaching you children many things.

³³तुम भक्तिमार्ग में दुःख में याद करते थे, परन्तु पहचानते नहीं थे।

³⁵On the path of devotion, you used to remember God but you didn’t have His introduction.

³⁴अभी मैंने तुमको अपनी पहचान दी है कि कैसे मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे।

³⁶I have now given you My introduction and taught you how to remember Me so that your sins can be absolved.

³⁵अभी तक कितने विकर्म हुए हैं, वह अपना पोतामेल रखने से पता पड़ेगा।

³⁷By keeping your chart, you are able to understand how many sins you have committed so far.

³⁶जो सर्विस में लगे रहते हैं उनको पता पड़ता है, बच्चों को सर्विस का शौक होता है।

³⁸Those who remain busy doing service will understand this. ³⁹Some children are interested in doing service.

³⁷आपस में मिलकर राय कर निकलते हैं सर्विस पर, मनुष्यों का जीवन हीरे जैसा बनाने।

⁴⁰They meet together and take advice from one another and then go out to do service to make people’s lives become like diamonds.

³⁸यह कितना पुण्य का कार्य है।

⁴¹This is an act of such great charity.

³⁹इसमें खर्चे आदि की भी कोई बात नहीं।

⁴²There is no question of expense, etc. in this.

⁴⁰सिर्फ हीरे जैसा बनने के लिए बाप को याद करना है।

⁴³In order to become like a diamond, simply remember the Father.

⁴¹पुखराज परी, सब्ज परी भी जो नाम हैं, वह तुम हो।

⁴⁴All of those names of angels (pukhraj, sabj) that have been remembered refer to you.

⁴²जितना याद में रहेंगे उतना हीरे जैसा बन जायेंगे।

⁴⁵The more you stay in remembrance, the more you will become like diamonds.

⁴³कोई माणिक जैसा, कोई पुखराज जैसा बनेंगे।

⁴⁶Some will become like rubies, others like topaz.

⁴⁴9 रत्न होते हैं ना।

⁴⁷There are the nine jewels.

⁴⁵कोई ग्रहचारी होती है तो 9 रत्न की अंगूठी पहनते हैं।

⁴⁸When there are bad omens, people wear a ring of nine jewels.

⁴⁶भक्ति मार्ग में बहुत टोटका देते हैं।

⁴⁹Many such examples are given on the path of devotion.

⁴⁷यहाँ तो सब धर्म वालों के लिए एक ही टोटका है - मनमना-भव क्योंकि गॉड इज वन।

⁵⁰Here, you just have the one slogan for those of all religions: Manmanabhav! ⁵¹God is One.

⁴⁸मनुष्य से देवता बनने वा मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति पाने की तदबीर एक ही है, सिर्फ बाप को याद करना है, तकलीफ की कोई बात नहीं।

⁵²This is the one and only effort you need to make in order to change from a human being into a deity and to attain liberation and liberation-in-life. ⁵³Simply remember the Father! ⁵⁴There is no other difficulty.

⁴⁹सोचना चाहिए मुझे याद क्यों नहीं ठहरती।

⁵⁵Think about why you are unable to remember Baba.

⁵⁰सारे दिन में इतना थोड़ा क्यों याद किया?

⁵⁶“Why did I remember Baba for such a short time throughout the whole day?

⁵¹जब इस याद से हम एवर हेल्दी, निरोगी बनेंगे तो क्यों न अपना चार्ट रख उन्नति को पायें।

⁵⁷Since I can become everhealthy and free from disease by having this remembrance, why should I not keep a chart and make progress?”

⁵²बहुत हैं जो 2-4 रोज़ चार्ट रख फिर भूल जाते हैं।

⁵⁸Many write a chart for two to four days and then forget it.

⁵³कोई को भी समझाना बहुत सहज होता है।

⁵⁹It is very easy to explain to anyone.

⁵⁴नई दुनिया को सतयुग और पुरानी को कलियुग कहा जाता है।

⁶⁰Tell them: “That new world is called the golden age and this old world is called the iron age.

⁵⁵कलियुग बदल सतयुग होगा।

⁶¹This iron age is to change into that golden age.

⁵⁶बदली होता है तब हम समझा रहे हैं।

⁶²It is because it is going to change that we are explaining all of this.”

⁵⁷कई बच्चों को यह भी पक्का निश्चय नहीं है कि यह वही निराकार बाप हमें ब्रह्मा तन में आकर पढ़ा रहे हैं।

⁶³Some children don’t even have the firm faith that this is the same incorporeal Father who has entered the body of Brahma and is teaching us.

⁵⁸अरे ब्राह्मण हैं ना।

⁶⁴You are Brahmins, are you not?

⁵⁹ब्रह्माकुमार-कुमारियाँ कहलाते हैं, उसका अर्थ ही क्या है, वर्सा कहाँ से मिलेगा!

⁶⁵You are called Brahma Kumars and Kumaris. ⁶⁶What does this mean? ⁶⁷From whom are you to receive your inheritance?

⁶⁰एडाप्शन तब होती है जब कुछ प्राप्ति होती है।

⁶⁸Adoption only takes place when there is going to be some attainment.

⁶¹तुम ब्रह्मा के बच्चे ब्रह्माकुमार-कुमारी क्यों बने हो?

⁶⁹Why have you become Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, the children of Brahma?

⁶²सचमुच बने हो या इसमें भी कोई को संशय हो पड़ता है।

⁷⁰Have you truly become these? ⁷¹Or, do some of you still doubt this?

⁶³जो महान् सौभाग्यशाली बच्चे हैं वह स्त्री-पुरुष साथ में रहते भाई-भाई होकर रहेंगे। ⁶⁴स्त्री-पुरुष का भान नहीं होगा।

⁷²The greatly fortunate children who are husband and wife live together as brothers; they do not have the awareness of being husband and wife.

⁶⁵पक्के निश्चयबुद्धि नहीं हैं तो स्त्री-पुरुष की दृष्टि बदलने में भी टाइम लगता है।

⁷³If one’s intellect’s faith isn't firm, it takes time to change one's vision of husband and wife.

⁶⁶महान सौभाग्यशाली बच्चे झट समझ जाते हैं - हम भी स्टूडेन्ट, यह भी स्टूडेन्ट भाई-बहिन हो गये।

⁷⁴Greatly fortunate children very quickly understand: “We are both students and so we are brother and sister.”

⁶⁷यह बहादुरी चल तब सकती है जब अपने को आत्मा समझें।

⁷⁵Only when you consider yourself to be a soul can you have this bravery.

⁶⁸आत्मायें तो सब भाई-भाई हैं, फिर ब्रह्माकुमार-कुमारियाँ बनने से भाई-बहन हो जाते हैं।

⁷⁶All souls are brothers. ⁷⁷Then, when you become Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, you become brothers and sisters.

⁶⁹कोई तो बन्धनमुक्त भी हैं, तो भी कुछ न कुछ बुद्धि जाती है।

⁷⁸Some are completely free from bondage and yet their intellects are pulled a little.

⁷⁰कर्मातीत अवस्था होने में टाइम लगता है।

⁷⁹It takes time to reach the karmateet stage.

⁷¹तुम बच्चों के अन्दर बहुत खुशी रहनी चाहिए।

⁸⁰You children should feel a lot of happiness in you.

⁷²कोई भी झंझट नहीं।

⁸¹There should be no complications.

⁷³हम आत्मायें अब बाबा के पास जाती हैं पुराने शरीर आदि सब छोड़कर।

⁸²All of us souls will shed our old bodies and go to Baba.

⁷⁴हमने कितना पार्ट बजाया है।

⁸³We have been playing our parts for so long.

⁷⁵अब चक्र पूरा होता है।

⁸⁴The cycle is now coming to an end.

⁷⁶ऐसे-ऐसे अपने साथ बातें करनी होती है।

⁸⁵Talk to yourselves in this way.

⁷⁷जितना बात करते रहेंगे, उतना हर्षित भी रहेंगे और अपनी चलन को भी देखते रहेंगे - कहाँ तक हम लक्ष्मी-नारायण को वरने लायक बने हैं?

⁸⁶The more you talk to yourselves, the more cheerful you will remain and you will be able to check your behaviour and see to what extent you have become worthy of marrying Lakshmi or Narayan.

⁷⁸बुद्धि से समझा जाता है - अभी थोड़े से समय में पुराना शरीर छोड़ना है।

⁸⁷The intellect understands that, in a short time, we will have to shed these old bodies.

⁷⁹तुम एक्टर्स भी हो ना।

⁸⁸You are actors.

⁸⁰अपने को एक्टर्स समझते हो।

⁸⁹Consider yourselves to be actors.

⁸¹आगे नहीं समझते थे, अभी यह नॉलेज मिली है तो अन्दर में खुशी बहुत रहनी चाहिए।

⁹⁰Previously, you didn’t consider yourselves to be those. ⁹¹Now that you have received this knowledge, there should be great happiness in you.

⁸²पुरानी दुनिया से वैराग्य, ऩफरत आनी चाहिए।

⁹²You should be disinterested in this old world and dislike it.

⁸³तुम बेहद के संन्यासी, राजयोगी हो।

⁹³You are unlimited sannyasis and Raja Yogis.

⁸⁴इस पुराने शरीर का भी बुद्धि से संन्यास करना है।

⁹⁴Even your old bodies have to be renounced by your intellects.

⁸⁵आत्मा समझती है - इनसे बुद्धि नहीं लगानी है।

⁹⁵The soul understands that I mustn’t attach my intellect to this body.

⁸⁶बुद्धि से इस पुरानी दुनिया, पुराने शरीर का संन्यास किया है।

⁹⁶You have removed the old bodies and this old world from your intellects.

⁸⁷अभी हम आत्मायें जाती हैं, जाकर बाप से मिलेंगी।

⁹⁷We souls are now going back home to meet the Father.

⁸⁸सो भी तब होगा जब एक बाप को याद करेंगे।

⁹⁸That can only happen when you remember the one Father.

⁸⁹और किसको याद किया तो स्मृति जरूर आयेगी।

⁹⁹If you remember anyone else, there will definitely be memories of them.

⁹⁰फिर सज़ा भी खानी पड़ेगी और पद भी भ्रष्ट हो जायेगा।

¹⁰⁰Punishment will then be experienced and your status will also be destroyed.

⁹¹जो अच्छे-अच्छे स्टूडेन्ट होते हैं वह अपने साथ प्रतिज्ञा कर लेते हैं कि हम स्कॉलरशिप लेकर ही छोड़ेंगे।

¹⁰¹Good students promise themselves that they will definitely claim a scholarship.

⁹²तो यहाँ भी हर एक को यह ख्याल में रखना है कि हम बाप से पूरा राज्य-भाग्य लेकर ही छोड़ेंगे।

¹⁰²So, here, too, each of you should be concerned to receive your full fortune of the kingdom from the Father.

⁹³उनकी फिर चलन भी ऐसे ही रहेगी।

¹⁰³Your behaviour should also be according to that.

⁹⁴आगे चल पुरुषार्थ करते-करते गैलप करना है।

¹⁰⁴Make progress in your efforts and gallop ahead.

⁹⁵वह तब होगा जब रोज़ शाम को अपनी अवस्था को देखेंगे।

¹⁰⁵That can only happen when you check your stage every evening.

⁹⁶बाबा के पास समाचार तो हर एक का आता है ना।

¹⁰⁶Baba receives news of everyone.

⁹⁷बाबा हर एक को समझ सकते हैं, किसको तो कह देते कि तुम्हारे में वह नहीं दिखाई पड़ता है। ⁹⁸यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण बनने जैसी शक्ल दिखाई नहीं पड़ती।

¹⁰⁷Baba can understand each one. ¹⁰⁸To some, Baba would even say: It doesn't appear from your face that you will become Lakshmi or Narayan.

⁹⁹चलन, खान-पान आदि तो देखो।

¹⁰⁹Look at your behaviour and what you are eating and drinking, etc.

¹⁰⁰सर्विस कहाँ करते हो!

¹¹⁰You are not even doing any service.

¹⁰¹फिर क्या बनेंगे!

¹¹¹What will you become?

¹⁰²फिर दिल में समझते हैं - हम कुछ करके दिखायें।

¹¹²Your heart would then feel that you should do something and show Baba.

¹⁰³इसमें हर एक को इन्डीपिन्डेंट अपनी तकदीर ऊंच बनाने के लिए पढ़ना है।

¹¹³Each of you has to study independently, in order to make your fortune elevated.

¹⁰⁴अगर श्रीमत पर नहीं चलते तो फिर इतना ऊंच पद भी नहीं पा सकेंगे।

¹¹⁴If you don’t follow shrimat, you cannot claim a high status.

¹⁰⁵अभी पास नहीं हुए तो कल्प कल्पान्तर नहीं होंगे।

¹¹⁵If you don’t pass today, you can't pass for cycle after cycle.

¹⁰⁶तुमको सब साक्षात्कार होंगे - हम किस पद पाने के लायक हैं?

¹¹⁶You will have visions of what status you are worthy of.

¹⁰⁷अपने पद का भी साक्षात्कार करते रहेंगे।

¹¹⁷You will also have visions of your (future) status.

¹⁰⁸शुरू में भी साक्षात्कार करते थे फिर बाबा सुनाने के लिए मना कर देते थे।

¹¹⁸In the beginning, some had visions of this. ¹¹⁹However, Baba then forbade them to speak about it.

¹⁰⁹पिछाड़ी में सब पता पड़ेगा कि हम क्या बनेंगे फिर कुछ नहीं कर सकेंगे।

¹²⁰At the end, you will come to know all about what you are to become. ¹²¹At that time, you won't be able to do anything about it.

¹¹⁰कल्प-कल्पान्तर की यह हालत हो जायेगी।

¹²²That will become your state for cycle after cycle.

¹¹¹डबल सिरताज, डबल राज्य-भाग्य पा नहीं सकेंगे।

¹²³You will not be able to claim a double crown or double fortune of the kingdom.

¹¹²अभी पुरुषार्थ करने की मार्जिन बहुत है, त्रेता के अन्त तक 16108 की बड़ी माला बननी है।

¹²⁴There is still plenty of margin to make effort. ¹²⁵A big rosary of 16,108 has to be created for up to the end of the silver age.

¹¹³यहाँ तुम आये ही हो नर से नारायण बनने का पुरुषार्थ करने।

¹²⁶You have come here to make effort to change from human beings into Narayan.

¹¹⁴जब कम पद का साक्षात्कार होगा तो उस समय जैसे ऩफरत आने लगेगी।

¹²⁷When you have a vision of receiving a low status, you will dislike yourself.

¹¹⁵मुँह नीचे हो जायेगा। ¹¹⁶हमने तो कुछ भी पुरुषार्थ नहीं किया।

¹²⁸Your head will be lowered, because you didn't make any effort.

¹¹⁷बाबा ने कितना समझाया कि चार्ट रखो यह करो इसलिए बाबा कहते थे जो भी बच्चे आते हैं सबके फ़ोटोज़ हों।

¹²⁹Baba has told you so many times to keep a chart and to do this and that. ¹³⁰This is why Baba used to say that a photo should be taken of all the children who come here.

¹¹⁸भल ग्रुप का ही इकट्ठा फोटो हो।

¹³¹It may even be a group photograph.

¹¹⁹पार्टियाँ ले आते हो ना।

¹³²You bring many groups here, do you not?

¹²⁰फिर उसमें डेट फिल्म आदि सब लगी हो।

¹³³You can have the date and negatives, etc. all put together.

¹²¹फिर बाबा बतलाते रहेंगे कौन गिरे?

¹³⁴Then Baba can show you those who have fallen.

¹²²बाबा के पास समाचार तो सब आते हैं, बतलाते रहेंगे।

¹³⁵Baba receives news of everyone. ¹³⁶Therefore, He can tell you everything.

¹²³कितनों को माया खींच ले गई।

¹³⁷Maya has pulled so many of them away.

¹²⁴खत्म हो गये।

¹³⁸They have now been finished off.

¹²⁵बच्चियां भी बहुत गिरती हैं।

¹³⁹Many daughters fall as well.

¹²⁶एकदम दुर्गति को पा लेती हैं, बात मत पूछो इसलिए बाबा कहते हैं - बच्चे, खबरदार रहो।

¹⁴⁰They reach a state of total degradation, don’t even ask! ¹⁴¹This is why Baba says: Children, remain cautious!

¹²⁷माया कोई न कोई रूप धरकर पकड़ लेती है।

¹⁴²Maya can adopt one form or another and catch hold of you.

¹²⁸कोई के नाम-रूप के तरफ देखो भी नहीं।

¹⁴³Don't even look at anyone’s name or form.

¹²⁹भल इन आंखों से देखते हो परन्तु बुद्धि में एक बाप की याद है।

¹⁴⁴Even though you see this one with your eyes, there must be the remembrance of the one Father in your intellects.

¹³⁰तीसरा नेत्र मिला है, इसलिए कि बाप को ही देखो और याद करो।

¹⁴⁵Each of you has been given a third eye, so that you see the Father alone and remember Him alone.

¹³¹देह अभिमान को छोड़ते जाओ।

¹⁴⁶Continue to renounce body consciousness.

¹³²ऐसे भी नहीं आंखे नीचे करके कोई से बात करनी है।

¹⁴⁷It doesn’t mean that, when you speak to someone, you have to speak with your eyes lowered.

¹³³ऐसा कमज़ोर नहीं बनना है।

¹⁴⁸Don’t become that weak.

¹³⁴देखते हुए बुद्धि का योग अपने बील्वेड माशुक की तरफ हो।

¹⁴⁹While looking at everything, let your intellects be connected in yoga to your Beloved.

¹³⁵इस दुनिया को देखते हुए अन्दर में समझते हैं यह तो कब्रिस्तान होना है।

¹⁵⁰While seeing this world, you need to understand internally that it is to be turned into a graveyard.

¹³⁶इनसे क्या कनेक्शन रखेंगे।

¹⁵¹Why should you keep a connection to it?

¹³⁷तुमको ज्ञान मिलता है - उसको धारण कर उस पर चलना है।

¹⁵²You are being given this knowledge. ¹⁵³Therefore, imbibe it and apply it.

¹³⁸तुम बच्चे जब प्रदर्शनी आदि समझाते हो तो हज़ार बार मुख से बाबा-बाबा निकलना चाहिए।

¹⁵⁴When you children explain at the exhibitions, the words “Baba, Baba” should emerge through your lips a thousand times.

¹³⁹बाबा को याद करने से तुम्हारा कितना फायदा होगा।

¹⁵⁵You benefit so much by remembering Baba.

¹⁴⁰शिवबाबा कहते हैं मामेकम् याद करो तो विकर्म विनाश होंगे।

¹⁵⁶Shiv Baba says: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved.

¹⁴¹शिवबाबा को याद करो तो तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन जायेंगे।

¹⁵⁷Remember Shiv Baba and you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

¹⁴²बाबा कहते हैं मुझे याद करो।

¹⁵⁸Baba says: Remember Me!

¹⁴³यह भूलो मत।

¹⁴⁶सारा दिन बाबा-बाबा करते रहना चाहिए।

¹⁶²Constantly repeat “Baba, Baba” throughout the whole day.

¹⁴⁷दूसरी कोई बात नहीं।

¹⁶³Do not be concerned about anything else.

¹⁴⁸नम्बरवन मुख्य बात ही यह है।

¹⁶⁴This is the first and main thing.

¹⁴⁹पहले बाप को जानें, इसमें ही कल्याण है।

¹⁶⁵Understand the Father first. ¹⁶⁶Only in this is there benefit.

¹⁵⁰यह 84 का चक्र समझना तो बहुत इज़ी है।

¹⁶⁷It is very easy to understand the cycle of 84 births.

¹⁵¹बच्चों को प्रदर्शनी में समझाने का बहुत शौक होना चाहिए।

¹⁵²अगर कहाँ देखें हम नहीं समझा सकते हैं तो कह सकते हैं हम अपनी बड़ी बहन को बुलाते हैं क्योंकि यह भी पाठशाला है ना।

¹⁶⁹If you feel that you are unable to explain something in particular, you can tell them that you will call your senior sister because, after all, this is a school.

¹⁵³इसमें कोई कम, कोई जास्ती पढ़ते हैं।

¹⁵⁵जहाँ बड़ा सेन्टर हो वहाँ प्रदर्शनी भी लगा देनी चाहिए।

¹⁷²Where you have a big centre, set up an exhibition.

¹⁵⁶चित्र लगा हुआ हो - गेट वे टू हेविन।

¹⁷³Put up the picture, “Gateway to Heaven”.

¹⁵⁷अब स्वर्ग के द्वार खुल रहे हैं।

¹⁷⁴The gates to heaven are now opening.

¹⁵⁸इस होवनहार लड़ाई से पहले ही अपना वर्सा ले लो।

¹⁷⁵Claim your inheritance before the war that is to happen.

¹⁵⁹जैसे मन्दिर में रोज़ जाना होता है, वैसे तुम्हारे पीछे पाठशाला है।

¹⁷⁶Just as people go to a temple every day, so here you have your pathshala.

¹⁶⁰चित्र लगे हुए होंगे तो समझाने में सहज होगा।

¹⁷⁷You have the pictures, so if they have been put up, it will be easy for you to explain.

¹⁶¹कोशिश करो हम अपनी पाठशाला को चित्रशाला कैसे बनायें?

¹⁷⁸Try to think about how you can turn your pathshala into an art gallery.

¹⁶²भभका भी होगा तो मनुष्य आयेंगे।

¹⁷⁹When there is some splendour there, people will come.

¹⁶³बैकुण्ठ जाने का रास्ता, एक सेकण्ड में समझने का रास्ता।

¹⁸⁰The path to Paradise is a path that can be understood in a second.

¹⁶⁴बाप कहते हैं तमोप्रधान तो कोई बैकुण्ठ में जा न सके।

¹⁸¹The Father says: No tamopradhan being can go to Paradise.

¹⁶⁵नई दुनिया में जाने लिये सतोप्रधान बनना है, इसमें कुछ भी खर्चा नहीं।

¹⁸²In order to go to that new world, become satopradhan. ¹⁸³There is no expense in this.

¹⁶⁶न कोई मन्दिर वा चर्च आदि में जाने की दरकार है।

¹⁸⁴There is also no need to go to temples or churches etc.

¹⁶⁷याद करते-करते पवित्र बन सीधा चले जायेंगे स्वीट होम।

¹⁸⁵By staying in remembrance, you will become pure and go straight to your sweet home.

¹⁶⁸हम गैरन्टी करते हैं तुम इमप्योर से प्योर ऐसे बन जायेंगे।

¹⁸⁶I guarantee that you will become pure from impure in this way.

¹⁶⁹गोले में गेट बड़ा रहना चाहिए।

¹⁸⁷There should be a big gate in the picture of the cycle.

¹⁷⁰स्वर्ग का गेट कैसे खुलता है। ¹⁷¹कितना क्लीयर है।

¹⁸⁸It must be made very clear how the gates to heaven open.

¹⁷²नर्क का गेट बन्द होना है।

¹⁸⁹The gates to hell are going to close.

¹⁷³स्वर्ग में नर्क का नाम नहीं होता है।

¹⁹⁰There will be no mention of hell in heaven.

¹⁷⁴कृष्ण को कितना याद करते हैं। ¹⁷⁵परन्तु यह किसको मालूम नहीं पड़ता कि वह कब आते हैं, कुछ भी नहीं जानते। ¹⁷⁶बाप को ही नहीं जानते हैं।

¹⁹¹People remember Krishna so much, but they don’t know when he comes. ¹⁹²They don’t know anything at all; they don’t even know the Father.

¹⁷⁷भगवान हमको फिर से राजयोग सिखलाते हैं - यह याद रहे तो भी कितनी खुशी होगी।

¹⁹³God is once again teaching us Raja Yoga. ¹⁹⁴If you were to remember even this much, you would experience so much happiness.

¹⁷⁸यह भी खुशी रहे हम गॉड फादरली स्टूडेन्ट हैं।

¹⁹⁵You should also have the happiness that you are Godfatherly students.

¹⁷⁹यह भूलना क्यों चाहिए।

²⁰⁰Essence for dharna:

¹⁸⁴1) सारा दिन मुख से बाबा-बाबा निकलता रहे, कम से कम प्रदर्शनी आदि समझाते समय मुख से हज़ार बार बाबा-बाबा निकले।

²⁰¹ 1. Let the words “Baba, Baba” emerge from your lips throughout the whole day. ²⁰²While you are explaining at the exhibitions, let “Baba, Baba” emerge from your lips at least a thousand times.

¹⁸⁵2) इन आंखों से सब कुछ देखते हुए, एक बाप की याद हो, आपस में बात करते हुए तीसरे नेत्र द्वारा आत्मा को और आत्मा के बाप को देखने का अभ्यास करना है।

²⁰³ 2. Whilst seeing everything with your physical eyes, remember the one Father. ²⁰⁴Whilst talking to others, use your third eye and practise seeing everyone and the Father of souls as souls.

¹⁸⁶वरदान:- हर सेकण्ड और संकल्प को अमूल्य रीति से व्यतीत करने वाले अमूल्य रत्न भव

²⁰⁵Blessing: May you be an invaluable jewel who spends every second and uses every thought in an invaluable way.

¹⁸⁷संगमयुग के एक सेकण्ड की भी बहुत बड़ी वैल्यु है।

²⁰⁶ Even one second of the confluence age has great value.

¹⁸⁸जैसे एक का लाख गुणा बनता है वैसे यदि एक सेकण्ड भी व्यर्थ जाता है तो लाख गुणा व्यर्थ जाता है - इसलिए इतना अटेन्शन रखो तो अलबेलापन समाप्त हो जायेगा।

²⁰⁷Just as you receive one hundred thousand in return for one, in the same way, if even one second is wasted, then one hundred thousand are wasted. ²⁰⁸So, pay this much attention and finish all carelessness.

¹⁸⁹अभी तो कोई हिसाब लेने वाला नहीं है लेकिन थोड़े समय के बाद पश्चाताप होगा क्योंकि इस समय की बहुत वैल्यु है।

²⁰⁹At present, there is no one has to take an account of anything, but after some time, there will be repentance, because this time has a lot of value.

¹⁹⁰जो अपने हर सेकण्ड, हर संकल्प को अमूल्य रीति से व्यतीत करते हैं वही अमूल्य रत्न बनते हैं।

²¹⁰Those who use every second and every thought in an invaluable way will become invaluable jewels.

¹⁹¹स्लोगन:- जो सदा योगयुक्त हैं वो सहयोग का अनुभव करते विजयी बन जाते हैं।

²¹¹Slogan: Those who are constantly yogyukt experience receiving co-operation and become victorious jewels.

²¹³Avyakt Signal: Practise being in the stage of soul consciousness, be introverted.

¹⁹³आत्मा शब्द स्मृति में आने से ही रूहानियत के साथ शुभ-भावना भी आ जाती है। ¹⁹⁴पवित्र दृष्टि हो जाती है।

²¹⁴When you become aware of the word “soul”, together with having spirituality you will also have good wishes and your vision will become pure.

¹⁹⁵चाहे भल कोई गाली भी दे रहा हो लेकिन यह स्मृति रहे कि यह आत्मा तमोगुणी पार्ट बजा रही है तो उससे ऩफरत नहीं करेंगे, उसके प्रति भी शुभ भावना बनी रहेगी।

²¹⁵Even if someone is insulting you, constantly stay aware that that soul is playing a tamoguni part and you will then not dislike that soul but will be able to have good wishes for that soul.
