¹“मीठेबच्चे - सवेरे-सवेरे उठ बाबा से मीठी-मीठीबातें करो, विचार सागर मंथन करने के लिए सवेरे का टाइम बहुत अच्छा है''

¹Essence: Sweet children, wake up early in the morning and have sweet conversations with Baba. ²The early morning is a very good time to churn the ocean of this knowledge.

²प्रश्न:- भक्त भी भगवान को सर्वशक्तिमान् कहते हैं और तुम बच्चे भी, लेकिन दोनों में अन्तर क्या है?

³Question: What is the difference between devotees calling God “The Almighty Authority” and you children calling Him that?

³उत्तर:- वह कहते भगवान तो जो चाहे वह कर सकता है। ⁴सब कुछ उसके हाथ में है।

⁴Answer: They say that God can do whatever He wants, that everything is in His hands.

⁵लेकिन तुम जानते हो बाबा ने कहा है मैं भी ड्रामा के बंधन में हूँ।

⁵However, you know that Baba has said: I too am bound by the drama.

⁶ड्रामा सर्वशक्तिमान् है।

⁶The drama is the almighty authority.

⁷बाप को सर्वशक्तिमान् इसलिए कहा जाता क्योंकि उनके पास सर्व को सद्गति देने की शक्ति है।

⁷The Father is called the Almighty Authority because He has the power to grant salvation to everyone.

⁸ऐसा राज्य स्थापन करता जिसे कभी कोई छीन नहीं सकता।

⁸He establishes such a kingdom that no one can snatch it away from you.

⁹ओम् शान्ति।

⁹Om shanti.

¹⁰किसने कहा?

¹⁰Who said that?

¹¹बाबा ने।

¹¹Baba.

¹²ओम् शान्ति - यह किसने कहा?

¹²Om shanti. ¹³Who said that?

¹³दादा ने।

¹⁴Dada.

¹⁴अब तुम बच्चों ने यह पहचाना है। ¹⁵ऊंच ते ऊंच की महिमा तो बहुत भारी है।

¹⁵You children have now recognised the praise of the Highest on High to be very great.

¹⁶कहते हैं सर्वशक्तिमान् है तो क्या नहीं कर सकते।

¹⁶They say: Since He is the Almighty Authority, what can He not do?

¹⁷अब यह भक्ति मार्ग वाले तो सर्वशक्तिमान् का अर्थ बहुत भारी निकालते होंगे।

¹⁷People on the path of devotion give a much greater meaning to the term “Almighty Authority”.

¹⁸बाप कहते हैं ड्रामा अनुसार सब कुछ होता है, मैं कुछ भी करता नहीं हूँ।

¹⁸The Father says: Everything happens according to the drama. ¹⁹I don’t do anything.

¹⁹मैं भी ड्रामा के बंधन में हूँ।

²⁰I, too, am bound by the drama.

²⁰सिर्फ तुम बाप को याद करने से सर्वशक्तिमान् बन जाते हो।

²¹It is just by remembering the Father that you become almighty authorities.

²¹पवित्र बनने से तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन जाते हो।

²²By remaining pure, you become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

²²बाप सर्वशक्तिमान् है, उनको सिखलाना होता है।

²³The Father is the Almighty Authority. ²⁴He has to teach you.

²³बच्चे, मुझे याद करो तो विकर्म विनाश हो जायेंगे फिर सर्वशक्तिमान् बन विश्व पर राज्य करेंगे।

²⁵He says: Children, remember Me and your sins will be absolved. ²⁶You will then become almighty authorities and rule the world.

²⁴शक्ति नहीं होगी तो राज्य कैसे करेंगे।

²⁷If you don’t have power, how would you rule?

²⁵शक्ति मिलती है योग से इसलिए भारत का प्राचीन योग बहुत गाया जाता है।

²⁸You receive power by having yoga, for this is why the ancient yoga of Bharat has been remembered.

²⁶तुम बच्चे नम्बरवार याद कर और खुशी में आते हो।

²⁹You children have remembrance, numberwise, and you experience happiness accordingly.

²⁷तुम जानते हो हम आत्मायें बाप को याद करने से विश्व पर राज्य प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

³⁰You souls know that you can attain the kingdom of the world by remembering the Father.

²⁸कोई की ताकत नहीं जो छीन सके।

³¹No one has the strength to snatch that away from you.

²⁹ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप की महिमा सब करते हैं परन्तु समझते कुछ नहीं।

³²Everyone praises the highest-on-high-Father, but no one understands anything.

³⁰एक भी मनुष्य नहीं जिसको यह पता हो कि यह नाटक है।

³³Not a single human being knows that this is a play.

³¹अगर समझते हो कि नाटक है तो शुरू से अन्त तक वह याद आना चाहिए।

³⁴If they understood that this is a play, they would also remember everything from the beginning to the end.

³²नहीं तो नाटक कहना ही रांग हो जाता है।

³⁵Otherwise, it would be wrong to call it a play.

³³कहते भी हैं यह नाटक है, हम पार्ट बजाने आये हैं।

³⁶They say that it is a play and that we have come to play our parts.

³⁴तो उस नाटक के आदि-मध्य-अन्त को भी जानना चाहिए ना।

³⁷Therefore, they should know the beginning, middle and end of this play.

³⁵यह भी कहते हैं हम ऊपर से आते हैं तब तो वृद्धि होती रहती है ना।

³⁸They even say that they come from up above and that this is why the population grows.

³⁶सतयुग में तो थोड़े मनुष्य थे।

³⁹In the golden age, there were very few human beings.

³⁷इतनी सब आत्मायें कहाँ से आई, यह कोई समझते नहीं कि यह अनादि बना-बनाया अविनाशी ड्रामा है। ³⁸जो आदि से अन्त तक रिपीट होता रहता है।

⁴⁰Where did all these souls come from? ⁴¹No one understands that this drama is eternally predestined and imperishable and that it continues to repeat from the beginning to the end.

³⁹तुम बाइसकोप शुरू से अन्त तक देखो फिर दुबारा रिपीट करके अगर देखेंगे तो चक्र जरूर हूबहू रिपीट होगा। ⁴⁰ज़रा भी फ़र्क नहीं होगा।

⁴²When you watch a film from the beginning to the end and then watch it again, it definitely repeats identically the second time; there won’t be the slightest difference.

⁴¹बाप मीठे-मीठेबच्चों को कैसे बैठ समझाते हैं।

⁴³Look how the Father explains to you sweetest children.

⁴²कितना मीठा बाप है।

⁴⁴The Father is so sweet.

⁴³बाबा आप कितने मीठेहो।

⁴⁵Baba, You are so sweet.

⁴⁴बाबा बस, अभी तो हम चलते हैं अपने सुखधाम में।

⁴⁶Baba, we are now going to go to our land of happiness.

⁴⁵अभी यह मालूम पड़ा है कि आत्मा पावन बन जायेगी तो दूध भी वहाँ पावन मिलेगा।

⁴⁷We now know that when souls become pure they will even receive pure milk there.

⁴⁶श्रेष्ठाचारी मातायें बहुत मीठीहोती हैं, समय पर बच्चे को आपेही दूध पिलाती हैं।

⁴⁸Those elevated mothers are very sweet. ⁴⁹They feed their babies themselves at the right time.

⁴⁷बच्चे को रोने की दरकार नहीं होती।

⁵⁰Their babies don’t have to cry for it.

⁴⁸ऐसे-ऐसे यह भी विचार सागर मंथन करना होता है।

⁵¹You have to churn the ocean of this knowledge in this way.

⁴⁹सुबह को बाबा से बातें करने से बड़ा मजा आता है।

⁵²You will enjoy yourself a great deal by talking to Baba early in the morning.

⁵⁰बाबा आप कितनी अच्छी युक्ति बताते हो, श्रेष्ठाचारी राज्य स्थापन करने की।

⁵³Baba, You are showing us such good ways to establish an elevated kingdom.

⁵¹फिर हम श्रेष्ठाचारी माताओं की गोद में जायेंगे।

⁵⁴We will then go into the laps of elevated mothers.

⁵²अनेक बार हम ही उस नई सृष्टि में गये हैं।

⁵⁵We are the ones who have been to that new world innumerable times.

⁵³अभी हमारे खुशी के दिन आते हैं।

⁵⁶Our days of happiness are about to come.

⁵⁴यह खुशी की खुराक है इसलिए गायन भी है अतीन्द्रिय सुख पूछना हो तो गोप-गोपियों से पूछो।

⁵⁷This is the nourishment of happiness of which it is said: If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis.

⁵⁵अब हमको बेहद का बाप मिला है।

⁵⁸We have now found the unlimited Father.

⁵⁶हमको फिर से स्वर्ग का मालिक श्रेष्ठाचारी बनाते हैं।

⁵⁹He is making us into the elevated masters of heaven.

⁵⁷कल्प-कल्प हम अपना राज्य-भाग्य लेते हैं।

⁶⁰We receive our fortune of the kingdom every cycle.

⁵⁸हार खाते हैं फिर जीत पाते हैं।

⁶¹We experience defeat and then gain victory.

⁵⁹अभी बाप को याद करने से ही रावण पर जीत पानी है फिर हम पावन बन जायेंगे।

⁶²We now have to conquer Ravan by remembering the Father. ⁶³Then we will become pure.

⁶⁰वहाँ लड़ाई दुःख आदि का नाम नहीं, कोई खर्चा नहीं।

⁶⁴There is no mention of any war or suffering there. ⁶⁵There are no expenses there.

⁶¹भक्ति मार्ग में जन्म-जन्मान्तर कितना खर्च किया, कितने धक्के खाये, कितने गुरू किये हैं।

⁶⁶We spent so much on the path of devotion for birth after birth. ⁶⁷We stumbled so much and adopted so many gurus.

⁶²अब फिर आधाकल्प हम कोई गुरू नहीं करेंगे।

⁶⁸We now won't adopt any gurus for half a cycle.

⁶³शान्तिधाम, सुखधाम जायेंगे।

⁶⁹We will go to the abode of peace and then to that land of happiness.

⁶⁴बाप कहते हैं तुम सुखधाम के राही हो।

⁷⁰The Father says: You are travellers to that land of happiness.

⁶⁵अब दुःखधाम से सुखधाम में जाना है।

⁷¹You now have to go from this land of sorrow to that land of happiness.

⁶⁶वाह हमारा बाबा, कैसे हमको पढ़ा रहे हैं।

⁷²Our wonderful Baba! ⁷³Look how He is teaching us.

⁶⁷हमारा यादगार भी यहाँ है। ⁶⁸यह तो बड़ा वण्डर है।

⁷⁴It is a great wonder that our memorial exists here.

⁶⁹इस देलवाड़ा मन्दिर की तो अपरमअपार महिमा है।

⁷⁵There is limitless praise of the Dilwala Temple.

⁷⁰अभी हम राजयोग सीखते हैं।

⁷⁶We are now studying Raja Yoga.

⁷¹उसका यादगार तो जरूर बनेगा ना।

⁷⁷Therefore, a memorial of this would definitely be created.

⁷²यह हूबहू हमारा यादगार है।

⁷⁸It is our identical memorial.

⁷³बाबा, मम्मा और बच्चे बैठेहैं।

⁷⁹Baba, Mama and the children are sitting there.

⁷⁴नीचे योग सीख रहे हैं, ऊपर में स्वर्ग की राजाई है।

⁸⁰On the ground, they are shown practising yoga, and the kingdom of heaven is shown above them.

⁷⁵झाड़ में भी कितना क्लीयर है।

⁸¹This knowledge is so clear in the picture of the tree.

⁷⁶बाबा ने कैसे साक्षात्कार कराए फिर चित्र बैठ बनवाये हैं।

⁸²Look how Baba granted visions and had the pictures made.

⁷⁷बाबा ने ही साक्षात्कार कराया और फिर करेक्ट भी किया।

⁸³Baba granted those visions and also gave corrections.

⁷⁸कितना वण्डर है।

⁸⁴It was such a wonder.

⁷⁹सारी नई नॉलेज है।

⁸⁵All of this knowledge is new.

⁸⁰किसको भी इस नॉलेज का पता नहीं है।

⁸⁶No one knows of this knowledge.

⁸¹बाप ही बैठ समझाते हैं, मनुष्य कितना तमोप्रधान बनते जाते हैं।

⁸⁷Only the Father sits and explains how human beings continue to become tamopradhan.

⁸²मनुष्य सृष्टि बढ़ती जाती है।

⁸⁸The human world population continues to grow.

⁸³भक्ति भी वृद्धि को पाते-पाते तमोप्रधान बनती जाती है।

⁸⁹Devotion also continues to become tamopradhan as it progresses.

⁸⁴यहाँ अब तुम सतोप्रधान बनने का पुरुषार्थ करते हो।

⁹⁰You are now making effort here to become satopradhan.

⁸⁵गीता में भी अक्षर है मनमनाभव।

⁹¹The term “Manmanabhav” is also mentioned in the Gita.

⁸⁶सिर्फ यह नहीं जानते कि भगवान कौन है।

⁹²It’s just that they don’t know who God is.

⁸⁷अब तुम बच्चों को सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर विचार सागर मंथन करना है कि मनुष्यों को भगवान का परिचय कैसे दें।

⁹³You children have to wake up early in the morning and churn the ocean of this knowledge about how to give people God's introduction.

⁸⁸भक्ति में भी मनुष्य सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर कोठीमें बैठ भक्ति करते हैं।

⁹⁴In devotion, too, people wake up early in the morning and perform their devotions while sitting in their little alcoves.

⁸⁹वह भी विचार सागर मंथन हुआ ना।

⁹⁵That is also churning the ocean of knowledge.

⁹⁰अभी तुमको ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिलता है।

⁹⁶Each of you is now receiving a third eye of knowledge.

⁹¹बाप तीसरा नेत्र देने की कथा सुनाते हैं।

⁹⁷The Father is telling you the story of the third eye.

⁹²इसको ही फिर तीजरी की कथा कह दिया है। ⁹³तीजरी की कथा, अमरकथा, सत्य नारायण की कथा भी मशहूर है।

⁹⁸The story of the third eye, the story of immortality and the story of becoming true Narayan are all well known.

⁹⁴सुनाने वाला एक ही बाप है जो फिर भक्ति मार्ग में चलती है।

⁹⁹The one Father tells them. ¹⁰⁰They then continue to be told on the path of devotion.

⁹⁵ज्ञान से तुम बच्चे सालवेन्ट बनते हो, इसलिए देवताओं को पद्मपति कहते हैं।

¹⁰¹You children become solvent with this knowledge, and this is why deities are said to be multimillionaires.

⁹⁶देवतायें बहुत धनवान, पद्मपति बनते हैं।

¹⁰²The deities become very wealthy, multimillionaires.

⁹⁷कलियुग को भी देखो और सतयुग को भी देखो - रात-दिन का फ़र्क है।

¹⁰³Look at the iron age and then look at the golden age. ¹⁰⁴There is the difference of day and night.

⁹⁸सारी दुनिया की सफाई होने में टाइम लगता है ना।

¹⁰⁵It takes time for the whole world to be cleansed.

⁹⁹यह बेहद की दुनिया है।

¹⁰⁶This world is unlimited.

¹⁰⁰भारत है ही अविनाशी खण्ड। ¹⁰¹यह कभी प्रायः लोप होता नहीं।

¹⁰⁷Bharat is an imperishable land that never disappears.

¹⁰²एक ही खण्ड रहता है - आधा-कल्प।

¹⁰⁸For half a cycle, only this one land is here.

¹⁰³फिर और खण्ड इमर्ज होंगे नम्बरवार।

¹⁰⁹Then, all the other lands emerge, numberwise.

¹⁰⁴तुम बच्चों को कितना ज्ञान मिलता है।

¹¹⁰You children are receiving so much of this knowledge.

¹⁰⁵बोलो - वर्ल्ड की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी कैसे चक्र लगाती है - आकर समझो।

¹¹¹Tell them: Come and understand how the world history and geography repeat.

¹⁰⁶प्राचीन ऋषि मुनियों का कितना मान है, परन्तु वह भी सृष्टि के आदि-मध्य-अन्त को नहीं जानते।

¹¹²Ancient rishis and munis are given so much respect, but they too don’t know the beginning, middle or end of the world.

¹⁰⁷वह हठयोगी हैं।

¹¹³They are hatha yogis.

¹⁰⁸हाँ बाकी उनमें पवित्रता की ताकत है जिससे भारत को थमाते हैं।

¹¹⁴However, they do have the power of purity through which they support Bharat.

¹⁰⁹नहीं तो भारत पता नहीं क्या हो जाता।

¹¹⁵Otherwise, you never know what Bharat would have become.

¹¹⁰मकान को पोची आदि लगाई जाती है ना - तो शोभा होती है।

¹¹⁶When a building is whitewashed, it looks beautiful.

¹¹¹भारत महान् पवित्र था, अब वही पतित बना है।

¹¹⁷Bharat was very pure, whereas that same Bharat has now become impure.

¹¹²वहाँ तुम्हारा सुख भी बहुत समय चलता है।

¹¹⁸Your happiness there lasts for a long period of time.

¹¹³तुम्हारे पास बहुत धन रहता है।

¹¹⁹You have a lot of wealth there.

¹¹⁴तुम भारत में ही रहते थे।

¹²⁰You only lived in Bharat alone.

¹¹⁵तुम्हारा राज्य था, कल की बात है।

¹²¹It used to be your kingdom. ¹²²This is a matter of yesterday.

¹¹⁶फिर बाद में अन्य धर्म आये हैं।

¹²³Then, all the other religions came.

¹¹⁷उन्होंने आकर कुछ सुधार कर अपना नाम बाला किया है।

¹²⁴They came and reformed the world a little and had their names glorified.

¹¹⁸अब वह भी सब तमोप्रधान बन गये हैं।

¹²⁵Now, they too have all become tamopradhan.

¹¹⁹अब तुम बच्चों को कितनी खुशी होनी चाहिए।

¹²⁶You children should now experience so much happiness.

¹²⁰यह सब बातें नये को नहीं सुनानी हैं।

¹²⁷You mustn’t tell all these things to new ones.

¹²¹पहले-पहले तो बाप की पहचान देनी है।

¹²⁸First of all, enable them to recognise the Father.

¹²²बाप का नाम, रूप, देश, काल जानते हो?

¹²⁹Do you know the name, form, place and time of the Father?

¹²³ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप का पार्ट तो मशहूर होता है ना।

¹³⁰The part of the highest-on-high Father is very well known.

¹²⁴अभी तुम जानते हो - वह बाप ही हमको डायरेक्शन दे रहे हैं।

¹³¹You now know that that Father is giving us directions.

¹²⁵तुम फिर से अपनी राजधानी स्थापन कर रहे हो।

¹³²You are once again establishing your own kingdom.

¹²⁶तुम बच्चे मेरे मददगार हो।

¹³³You children are My helpers.

¹²⁷तुम पवित्र बनते हो।

¹³⁴You are becoming pure.

¹²⁸तुम्हारे लिए पवित्र दुनिया जरूर स्थापन होनी है।

¹³⁵Therefore, a pure world definitely has to be established for you.

¹²⁹तुम यह लिख सकते हो कि पुरानी दुनिया बदल रही है। ¹³⁰फिर यह सूर्यवंशी-चन्द्रवंशी राज्य होगा।

¹³⁶You can write that the old world is now changing and that there will then be the kingdom of the sun and moon dynasties.

¹³¹फिर रावण राज्य होगा।

¹³⁷After that, the kingdom of Ravan will continue.

¹³²चित्रों पर समझाना बहुत मीठा लगता है, इनमें तिथि-तारीख सब लिखा हुआ है।

¹³⁸It is very sweet to explain using the pictures. ¹³⁹All the times and dates are written on them.

¹³³भारत का प्राचीन राजयोग माना याद।

¹⁴⁰“Ancient Raja Yoga of Bharat” means remembrance.

¹³⁴याद से विकर्म विनाश होते हैं और पढ़ाई से स्टेट्स मिलती है।

¹⁴¹By having remembrance, your sins are absolved and by studying this, you receive a status.

¹³⁵दैवीगुण धारण करने हैं।

¹⁴²You also have to imbibe divine virtues.

¹³⁶हाँ, इतना जरूर है माया के तूफान आयेंगे।

¹⁴³Yes, there will definitely be storms of Maya.

¹³⁷सवेरे उठकर बाबा से बातें करना बड़ा अच्छा है।

¹⁴⁴It is very good to wake up early in the morning and talk to Baba.

¹³⁸भक्ति और ज्ञान दोनों के लिए यह टाइम अच्छा है।

¹⁴⁵This is a very good time for both devotion and this knowledge.

¹³⁹मीठी-मीठीबातें करनी चाहिए।

¹⁴⁶Have a very sweet conversation.

¹⁴⁰अभी हम श्रेष्ठाचारी दुनिया में जायेंगे।

¹⁴⁷We are now to go to an elevated world.

¹⁴¹बूढ़ों के दिल में तो यह रहता है ना कि हम शरीर छोड़ गर्भ में जायेंगे।

¹⁴⁸It enters the hearts of the elderly that they are now to leave their bodies and enter a womb.

¹⁴²बाबा कितना नशा चढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁴⁹Baba makes them all so intoxicated.

¹⁴³ऐसी-ऐसी बातें बैठ करो तो भी तुम्हारा जमा हो जाए।

¹⁵⁰Sit and talk in this way and you will accumulate a great deal.

¹⁴⁴शिवबाबा हमको नर्कवासी से स्वर्गवासी बना रहे हैं।

¹⁵¹Shiv Baba is changing us from the residents of hell into the residents of heaven.

¹⁴⁵पहले-पहले हम आते हैं, सारा आलराउन्ड पार्ट हमने बजाया है।

¹⁵²We are the ones who come first. ¹⁵³We play all-round parts.

¹⁴⁶अब बाबा कहते हैं इस छी-छी चोले को छोड़ दो।

¹⁵⁴The Father says: Renounce those dirty costumes.

¹⁴⁷देह सहित सारी दुनिया को भूल जाओ।

¹⁵⁵Forget the whole world, including your own bodies.

¹⁴⁸यह है बेहद का संन्यास।

¹⁵⁶This is unlimited renunciation.

¹⁴⁹वहाँ भी तुम बूढ़े होंगे तो साक्षात्कार होगा - हम बच्चा बनते हैं।

¹⁵⁷There, when you become old, you will have a vision of how you are to become a baby again.

¹⁵⁰खुशी होती है।

¹⁵⁸There is great happiness.

¹⁵¹बचपन तो सबसे अच्छा है।

¹⁵⁹Childhood is the best of all.

¹⁵²ऐसे-ऐसे सवेरे बैठ विचार सागर मंथन करना है।

¹⁶⁰Sit and churn the ocean of this knowledge in this way early in the morning.

¹⁵³प्वाइंट्स निकलेंगी तो तुमको खुशी होगी।

¹⁶¹When points emerge, you feel great happiness.

¹⁵⁴खुशी में घण्टा डेढ़ घण्टा बीत जाता है।

¹⁶²An hour to an hour and a half passes in happiness.

¹⁵⁵जितनी प्रैक्टिस होती जायेगी उतनी खुशी बढ़ती जायेगी।

¹⁶³The more practice you have, the more your happiness will increase and the more you will enjoy yourselves.

¹⁵⁶बहुत मज़ा आयेगा और फिर घूमते-फिरते याद करना है।

¹⁶⁴You have to remember Baba while walking and moving around.

¹⁵⁷फुर्सत बहुत है, हाँ विघ्न पड़ेंगे, उसमें कोई शक्य नहीं।

¹⁶⁵You have a lot of time. ¹⁶⁶There’s no doubt that obstacles will come.

¹⁵⁸धन्धे में मनुष्य को नींद नहीं आती।

¹⁶⁷People never fall asleep while doing business.

¹⁵⁹सुस्त लोग नींद करते हैं।

¹⁶⁸It is lazy people who fall asleep.

¹⁶⁰तुम जितना हो सके शिवबाबा को ही याद करते रहो।

¹⁶⁹Just continue to remember Shiv Baba as much as possible.

¹⁶¹तुमको बुद्धि में रहता है शिवबाबा के लिए हम भोजन बनाते हैं।

¹⁷⁰Keep Shiv Baba in your intellects when you are preparing food.

¹⁶²शिवबाबा के लिए हम यह करते हैं।

¹⁹⁸Some believe that they can become great scholars when they study many Vedas, scriptures, Upanishads etc. but for those, they need to learn that language.

¹⁸⁶बहुत हठयोग करें तब ही प्राप्ति हो सकेगी लेकिन यह तो हम अपने अनुभव से जान चुके हैं कि यह ज्ञान बड़ा ही सहज और सरल है क्योंकि स्वयं परमात्मा पढ़ा रहा है, इसमें न कोई हठक्रिया, न जप तप, न शास्त्रवादी पण्डित बनना, न कोई इसके लिये संस्कृत भाषा सीखने की जरुरत है, यह तो नेचुरल आत्मा को अपने परमपिता परमात्मा के साथ योग लगाना है।

¹⁹⁹It is only when they have done a lot of hatha yoga that they would attain something, but we know from our experience that this knowledge is very simple and easy because God Himself is teaching us. ²⁰⁰There is no physical force, chanting or doing penance, no becoming pundits of great scriptures, or any need to learn the Sanskrit language. ²⁰¹Here, souls have to have yoga with the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, in a natural way.

¹⁸⁹भल वो अपने साकार ब्रह्मा तन द्वारा हमें योग सिखला रहे हैं परन्तु याद फिर भी डायरेक्ट उस ज्योति स्वरूप शिव परमात्मा को करना है, उस याद से ही कर्मबन्धन की मैल उतरेगी।

²⁰⁵Although He is teaching us yoga through the physical body of Brahma, we still have to remember that form of light, Shiva, the Supreme Soul, Himself, directly. ²⁰⁶It is only by having this remembrance that the dirt on us souls will be removed.
