¹“मीठे बच्चे - बाप जो पढ़ाते हैं, उसे अच्छी रीति पढ़ो तो 21 जन्मों के लिए सोर्स ऑफ इनकम हो जायेगी, सदा सुखी बन जायेंगे''

¹Essence: Sweet children, the things that the Father teaches you now are your source of income for 21 births. ²Therefore, study very well and you will be constantly happy.

²प्रश्न:- तुम बच्चों के अतीन्द्रिय सुख का गायन क्यों है?

³Question: Why is the supersensuous joy of you children remembered?

³उत्तर:- क्योंकि तुम बच्चे ही इस समय बाप को जानते हो, तुमने ही बाप द्वारा सृष्टि के आदि मध्य अन्त को जाना है।

⁴Answer: Because only you children know the Father at this time. ⁵Only you come to know the beginning, the middle and the end of the world from the Father.

⁴तुम अभी संगम पर बेहद में खड़े हो।

⁶You are now standing at the confluence, in the unlimited.

⁵जानते हो अभी हम इस खारी चेनल से अमृत के मीठे चेनल में जा रहे हैं।

⁷You know that you are now going across the salty channel to the sweet channel of nectar.

⁶हमें स्वयं भगवान पढ़ा रहे हैं, ऐसी खुशी ब्राह्मणों को ही रहती है इसलिए अतीन्द्रिय सुख तुम्हारा ही गाया हुआ है।

⁸God, Himself, is teaching you. ⁹Only you Brahmins experience this happiness. ¹⁰This is why only your supersensuous joy has been remembered.

⁷ओम् शान्ति।

¹¹Om shanti.

⁸रूहानी बेहद का बाप रूहानी बेहद के बच्चों प्रति समझा रहे हैं - यानी अपनी मत दे रहे हैं।

¹²The unlimited, spiritual Father speaks to you unlimited, spiritual children, that is, He gives you His directions.

⁹यह तो जरूर समझते हो कि हम जीव आत्मायें हैं। ¹⁰परन्तु निश्चय तो अपने को आत्मा करना है ना।

¹³You definitely do understand that you are living beings, but you also have to have the faith that you are souls.

¹¹यह कोई हम नया स्कूल नहीं पढ़ते हैं।

¹⁴We are not studying in any new school.

¹²हर 5 हजार वर्ष के बाद पढ़ते आते हैं।

¹⁵We come here to study every 5000 years.

¹³बाबा पूछते हैं ना आगे कभी पढ़ने आये हो? ¹⁴तो सब कहते हैं हम हर 5 हजार वर्ष बाद पुरुषोत्तम संगमयुगे बाबा के पास आते हैं।

¹⁶When Baba asks you, “Did you come to study here before?” everyone replies, “We come here every 5000 years to Baba at the most elevated confluence age”.

¹⁵यह तो याद होगा ना कि यह भी भूल जाते हो?

¹⁷You do remember this, do you not? ¹⁸Or, have you forgotten this?

¹⁶स्टूडेन्ट को स्कूल तो जरूर याद आयेगा ना।

¹⁹Students definitely remember their school.

¹⁷एम आब्जेक्ट तो एक ही है।

²⁰Your aim and objective is the same.

¹⁸जो भी बच्चे बनते हैं फिर दो दिन का बच्चा हो या पुराना हो परन्तु एम आब्जेक्ट एक है।

²¹Whoever becomes a child of Baba, whether he is two days old or someone who has been coming for a long time, the aim and objective is the same for everyone.

¹⁹कोई को भी घाटा नहीं हो सकता।

²²There cannot be a loss for anyone.

²⁰पढ़ाई में इनकम है।

²³There is an income in studying.

²¹वह भी ग्रंथ बैठ पढ़कर सुनाते हैं तो कमाई होती है, झट शरीर निर्वाह निकल आयेगा।

²⁴Those people sit and relate the Granth (Sikh scripture) through which they earn an income and they are very quickly able to earn a livelihood for their bodies.

²²साधू बना एक दो शास्त्र बैठ सुनाया, इनकम हो जायेगी।

²⁵Some become sadhus and sit and relate one or two scriptures and become able to earn an income.

²³अभी यह सब सोर्स आफ इनकम है।

²⁶All of those are sources of income.

²⁴हर एक बात में इनकम चाहिए ना।

²⁷There has to be an income for everything.

²⁵पैसे हैं तो कहाँ भी घूम फिर आओ।

²⁸If you have money, you can go touring anywhere.

²⁶तुम बच्चे जानते हो - बाबा हमको बहुत अच्छी पढ़ाई पढ़ाते हैं जिससे 21 जन्मों की इनकम मिलती है।

²⁹You children know that Baba is giving you a very good education through which you receive an income for 21 births.

²⁷यह इनकम ऐसी है जो हम सदा सुखी बन जायेंगे।

³⁰This income is such that you become ever happy.

²⁸कभी बीमार नही होंगे, सदा अमर रहेंगे।

³¹You will never fall ill and you will remain immortal.

²⁹यह निश्चय करना होता है।

³²You have to have this faith.

³⁰ऐसे-ऐसे निश्चय रखने से तुमको हुल्लास आयेगा।

³³By having faith in this way, you will also have enthusiasm.

³¹नहीं तो कोई न कोई बात में घुटका आता रहेगा।

³⁴Otherwise, you will continue to choke about something or other.

³²अन्दर में सिमरण करना चाहिए - हम बेहद के बाप से पढ़ रहे हैं।

³⁵You should constantly remember internally that you are studying with the unlimited Father.

³³भगवानुवाच - यह तो गीता है।

³⁶These are the versions of God. ³⁷This is the Gita.

³⁴गीता का भी युग आता है ना।

³⁸There is the age of the Gita.

³⁵सिर्फ भूल गये हैं - यह है पांचवां युग।

³⁹They have simply forgotten that it is the fifth age.

³⁶यह संगम बहुत छोटा है।

⁴⁰This confluence age is very short.

³⁷वास्तव में चौथाई भी नहीं कहेंगे।

⁴¹In fact, it is not even a quarter of the other ages.

³⁸परसेन्टेज़ लगा सकते हैं।

⁴²You can work out the percentage.

³⁹सो भी आगे चल बाप बतलाते रहेंगे।

⁴³The Father will continue to explain everything as you make further progress.

⁴⁰कुछ तो बाप के बतलाने की भी नूँध है ना।

⁴⁴It is all fixed for the Father to explain to you.

⁴¹तुम सभी आत्माओं में पार्ट की नूंध है जो रिपीट हो रही है।

⁴⁵The parts that are fixed for all of you souls are being repeated.

⁴²तुम जो सीखते हो वह भी रिपीटेशन है ना।

⁴⁶Whatever you are learning is also a repetition.

⁴³रिपीटेशन के राज़ का तुम बच्चों को मालूम हुआ है।

⁴⁷You children now understand the significance of this repetition.

⁴⁴कदम-कदम पर पार्ट बदलता जा रहा है। ⁴⁵एक सेकेण्ड न मिले दूसरे से।

⁴⁸Your parts change at every step; one second cannot be the same as the next.

⁴⁶जूँ मिसल टिक-टिक चलती रहती है। ⁴⁷टिक हुई सेकेण्ड पास हुआ।

⁴⁹Time continues to tick away like a louse - tick, tick - the seconds pass by.

⁴⁸अभी तुम बेहद में खड़े हो।

⁵⁰You are now standing in the unlimited.

⁴⁹दूसरा कोई भी मनुष्य मात्र बेहद में नहीं खड़ा है।

⁵¹No other human being is in the unlimited.

⁵⁰कोई को भी बेहद की अर्थात् आदि-मध्य-अन्त की नॉलेज नहीं है।

⁵²No one else has the knowledge of the unlimited, that is, the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end.

⁵¹अभी तुमको फ्युचर का भी मालूम है।

⁵³You now know the future.

⁵²हम नई दुनिया में जा रहे हैं।

⁵⁴We are going to the new world.

⁵³यह है संगमयुग, जिसको क्रास करना है।

⁵⁵This is the confluence age which you have to cross.

⁵⁴खारी चेनल है ना।

⁵⁶There is the salty channel.

⁵⁵यह है मीठे-मीठे अमृत की चेनल।

⁵⁷This is the channel of sweet nectar.

⁵⁶वह है विष की।

⁵⁸The other is one of poison.

⁵⁷अभी तुम विष के सागर से क्षीर सागर में जाते हो।

⁵⁹You are now leaving the ocean of poison and going to the ocean of milk.

⁵⁸यह है बेहद की बात।

⁶⁰This is an unlimited aspect.

⁵⁹दुनिया में इन बातों का कुछ भी पता नहीं है।

⁶¹No one in the world knows about these things.

⁶⁰नई बात है ना।

⁶²This is something new.

⁶¹यह भी तुम जानते हो भगवान किसको कहा जाता है। ⁶²वह क्या पार्ट बजाते हैं।

⁶³Only you know who is called God and what part He plays.

⁶³टॉपिक में भी बताते हो, आओ तो परमपिता परमात्मा की बायोग्राफी तुमको समझायें।

⁶⁴One of the topics in your list is: Come, and we will tell you the biography of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁶⁴यूँ तो बच्चे बाप की बायोग्राफी सुनाते हैं। ⁶⁵कॉमन है।

⁶⁵In fact, it is common for children to relate the biography of their father.

⁶⁶यह तो फिर बापों का बाप है ना। ⁶⁷तुम्हारे में भी नम्बरवार पुरुषार्थ अनुसार जानते हैं।

⁶⁶That One, however, is the Father of all fathers, but even you too understand this, numberwise, according to your efforts.

⁶⁸अब तुमको यथार्थ रीति बाप का परिचय देना है।

⁶⁷You now have to give the accurate introduction of the Father.

⁶⁹तुमको भी बाप ने दिया है तब तो समझाते हो और तो कोई बेहद के बाप को जान न सकें।

⁶⁸The Father has given it to you and this is why you can explain it to others; no one else knows the unlimited Father.

⁷⁰तुम भी संगम पर ही जानते हो।

⁶⁹It is also only at the confluence age that you know Him.

⁷¹मनुष्य मात्र देवता हो वा शूद्र हो, पुण्य आत्मा हो, पाप आत्मा हो, कोई भी नहीं जानते सिर्फ तुम ब्राह्मण जो संगमयुग पर हो, तुम ही जान रहे हो।

⁷⁰Whether human beings are deities or shudras, whether souls are pure or impure, no one knows Him. ⁷¹Only you Brahmins of the confluence age know Him.

⁷²तो तुम बच्चों को कितनी खुशी होनी चाहिए।

⁷²Therefore, you children should have so much happiness.

⁷³तब तो गायन भी है - अतीन्द्रिय सुख पूछना हो तो गोप गोपियों से पूछो।

⁷³This is why there is the praise: If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis.

⁷⁴बाबा बाप भी है, टीचर, सतगुरू भी है, सुप्रीम अक्षर तो जरूर डालना है।

⁷⁴Baba is the Father, the Teacher and also the Satguru. ⁷⁵Therefore, you must definitely write the word "Supreme".

⁷⁵कभी-कभी बच्चे भूल जाते हैं।

⁷⁶Sometimes, you children forget this.

⁷⁶यह सब बातें बच्चों की बुद्धि में रहनी चाहिए।

⁷⁷All of these things should remain in the intellects of you children.

⁷⁷शिवबाबा की महिमा में यह अक्षर जरूर डालने हैं।

⁷⁸You must definitely write this word in the praise of Shiv Baba.

⁷⁸सिवाए तुम्हारे और तो कोई जानते ही नहीं।

⁷⁹No one, apart from you, knows this.

⁷⁹तुम समझा सकते हो तो गोया तुम्हारी विजय हुई ना।

⁸⁰You can explain this, which means that it is your victory.

⁸⁰तुम जानते हो बेहद का बाप सर्व का शिक्षक, सर्व का सद्गति दाता है।

⁸¹You know that the unlimited Father is the Teacher of all and the Bestower of Salvation for all.

⁸¹बेहद का सुख, बेहद का ज्ञान देने वाला है।

⁸²He is the One who gives us unlimited happiness and this unlimited knowledge.

⁸²फिर भी ऐसे बाप को भूल जाते हो।

⁸³Even then, you forget such a Father.

⁸³माया कितनी समर्थ है।

⁸⁴Maya is so powerful.

⁸⁴ईश्वर को तो समर्थ कहते हैं परन्तु माया भी कम नहीं है।

⁸⁵God is said to be powerful, but Maya is no less.

⁸⁵तुम बच्चे अभी एक्यूरेट जानते हो - इनका तो नाम ही रखा है रावण।

⁸⁶You children understand the accurate meaning of the word. ⁸⁷Maya has also been given the name "Ravan".

⁸⁶रामराज्य और रावणराज्य।

⁸⁸There is the kingdom of Rama and the kingdom of Ravan.

⁸⁷इस पर भी एक्यूरेट समझाना चाहिए।

⁸⁹You have to explain this accurately.

⁸⁸राम राज्य है तो जरूर रावण राज्य भी है।

⁹⁰Since there is the kingdom of Rama, there must also be the kingdom of Ravan.

⁸⁹सदैव रामराज्य तो हो न सके।

⁹¹It cannot be the kingdom of Rama all the time.

⁹⁰राम राज्य, श्रीकृष्ण का राज्य कौन स्थापन करते हैं, यह बेहद का बाप बैठ समझाते हैं।

⁹²The unlimited Father sits here and explains who establishes the kingdom of Rama, the kingdom of Shri Krishna.

⁹¹तुमको भारत खण्ड की बहुत महिमा करनी चाहिए।

⁹³You have to praise the land of Bharat a great deal.

⁹²भारत सचखण्ड था, कितनी महिमा थी।

⁹⁴Bharat was the land of truth.

⁹³बनाने वाला बाप ही है।

⁹⁵That land is praised so much!

⁹⁴तुम्हारा बाप के साथ कितना लव है।

⁹⁶The Father made it that. ⁹⁷You love the Father so much.

⁹⁵एम आब्जेक्ट बुद्धि में है।

⁹⁸You have an aim and objective in your intellects.

⁹⁶यह भी जानते हो हम स्टूडेन्ट को अपनी पढ़ाई का नशा होना चाहिए।

⁹⁹You students also understand that you should have intoxication of your study.

⁹⁷कैरेक्टर का भी ख्याल होना चाहिए।

¹⁰⁰You must also be concerned about your character.

⁹⁸विवेक कहता है जबकि गाडली पढ़ाई है तो उसमें एक दिन भी मिस नहीं करना चाहिए और टीचर के आने बाद लेट भी नहीं पहुँचना चाहिए।

¹⁰¹Your consciences tell you that, since this is God's study, you must not miss it for even a day, nor should you come to class late, after your teacher has arrived.

⁹⁹टीचर के बाद आना यह भी एक इनसल्ट है।

¹⁰²It is an insult to arrive in class after your teacher.

¹⁰⁰स्कूल में भी पिछाड़ी में आते हैं तो उनको टीचर बाहर में खड़ा कर देते हैं।

¹⁰³When students arrive after their teacher at school, they are told to stand outside the classroom.

¹⁰¹बाबा अपने छोटेपन का मिसाल भी बताते हैं। ¹⁰²हमारा टीचर तो बहुत सख्त था। ¹⁰³अन्दर आने भी नहीं देता था।

¹⁰⁴Baba gives you the example of his childhood: My teacher was very strict; he never even allowed us to enter the classroom.

¹⁰⁴यहाँ तो बहुत हैं जो देरी से आते हैं।

¹⁰⁵Here, many come late.

¹⁰⁵सर्विस करने वाला सपूत बच्चा जरूर बाप को प्यारा लगता है ना।

¹⁰⁶The obedient children who do service are definitely loved by the Father.

¹⁰⁶अभी तुम समझते हो - आदि सनातन देवी देवता धर्म तो यह था ना।

¹⁰⁷You now understand that this is the original eternal deity religion.

¹⁰⁷इनका धर्म कब स्थापन हुआ।

¹⁰⁸When was this religion established?

¹⁰⁸जरा भी किसकी बुद्धि में नहीं है।

¹⁰⁹It doesn't enter the intellect of anyone.

¹⁰⁹तुम्हारी बुद्धि से भी घड़ी-घड़ी खिसक जाता है।

¹¹⁰It also slips away from your intellects again and again.

¹¹⁰तुम अभी देवी देवता बनने के लिए पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हो।

¹¹¹You are now making effort to become deities.

¹¹¹कौन पढ़ा रहे हैं?

¹¹²Who is teaching you?

¹¹²खुद परमपिता परमात्मा।

¹¹³The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Himself.

¹¹³तुम समझते हो हमारा यह ब्राह्मण कुल है।

¹¹⁴You understand that this is your Brahmin clan.

¹¹⁴डिनायस्टी नहीं होती है।

¹¹⁵There is no dynasty.

¹¹⁵यह है सर्वोत्तम ब्राह्मण कुल।

¹¹⁶This is the most elevated Brahmin clan.

¹¹⁶बाप भी सर्वोत्तम है ना।

¹¹⁷The Father is also the most elevated of all.

¹¹⁷ऊंच ते ऊंच है तो जरूर उनकी आमदनी भी ऊंची होगी।

¹¹⁸He is the Highest on High. ¹¹⁹Therefore, the income that He gives is also definitely the highest.

¹¹⁸उनको ही श्री श्री कहते हैं।

¹²⁰Only He should be called Shri Shri.

¹¹⁹तुमको भी श्रेष्ठ बनाते हैं।

¹²¹He makes you elevated.

¹²⁰तुम बच्चे ही जानते हो कि हमको श्रेष्ठ बनाने वाला कौन है?

¹²²Only you children know who makes you elevated.

¹²¹और कुछ भी नहीं समझते।

¹²³No one else understands anything.

¹²²तुम कहेंगे - हमारा बाप, बाप भी है, टीचर भी है, सतगुरू भी है, पढ़ा रहे हैं।

¹²⁴You say: Our Father is the Father, the Teacher and the Satguru and He is teaching us.

¹²³हम आत्मायें हैं।

¹²⁵We are souls.

¹²⁴हम आत्माओं को बाप ने स्मृति दिलाई है, तुम हमारी सन्तान हो।

¹²⁶The Father has reminded us souls: You are My children.

¹²⁵ब्रदरहुड है ना।

¹²⁷This is a brotherhood.

¹²⁶बाप को याद भी करते हैं। ¹²⁷समझते हैं वह निराकारी बाप है तो जरूर आत्मा को भी निराकार ही कहेंगे।

¹²⁸They remember the Father and they understand that the Father is incorporeal, and so souls too would surely be incorporeal.

¹²⁸आत्मा ही एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरा लेती है। ¹²⁹फिर पार्ट बजाती है।

¹²⁹Each soul sheds his body and takes another and continues to play his part.

¹³⁰मनुष्य फिर आत्मा के बदले अपने को शरीर समझ लेते हैं। ¹³¹मैं आत्मा हूँ, यह भूल जाते हैं।

¹³⁰Instead of souls, people consider themselves to be bodies; they have forgotten that they are souls.

¹³²मैं कभी भूलता नहीं हूँ।

¹³¹I never forget this.

¹³³तुम आत्मायें सभी हो सालिग्राम।

¹³²All of you souls are saligrams.

¹³⁴मैं हूँ परमपिता माना परम आत्मा।

¹³³I am the Supreme Father which means the Supreme Soul.

¹³⁵उनके ऊपर कोई दूसरा नाम नहीं है।

¹³⁴He doesn't have any other name.

¹³⁶उस परम आत्मा का नाम है शिव।

¹³⁵The name of the Supreme Soul is Shiva.

¹³⁷हो तुम भी ऐसे ही आत्मा परन्तु तुम सब सालिग्राम हो।

¹³⁶All of you are also souls, like Him, but you are called saligrams.

¹³⁸शिव के मन्दिर में जाते हो, वहाँ भी सालिग्राम बहुत रखते हैं।

¹³⁷In the Shiva Temple, they have placed many saligrams.

¹³⁹शिव की पूजा करते हैं तो सालिग्राम की भी साथ में करते हैं ना।

¹³⁸When they worship Shiva, they also worship the saligrams at the same time.

¹⁴⁰तब बाबा ने समझाया था कि तुम्हारी आत्मा और शरीर दोनों की पूजा होती है।

¹³⁹This is why Baba has explained that you souls and your bodies are both worshipped.

¹⁴¹हमारी तो सिर्फ आत्मा की ही होती है। ¹⁴²शरीर है नहीं।

¹⁴⁰Since I don't have a body, it is just Myself, the soul, who is worshipped.

¹⁴³तुम कितना ऊंच बनते हो।

¹⁴¹You become so elevated.

¹⁴⁴बाबा को तो खुशी होती है ना।

¹⁴²Baba is very pleased.

¹⁴⁵बाप गरीब होता है, बच्चे पढ़कर कितना चढ़ जाते हैं।

¹⁴³Sometimes, a father is poor and his child studies and attains a high status.

¹⁴⁶क्या से क्या बन जाते हैं।

¹⁴⁴They become something from nothing.

¹⁴⁷बाप भी जानते हैं तुम कितने ऊंच थे।

¹⁴⁵The Father understands that you too were so elevated.

¹⁴⁸अब कितने आरफन बन गये हो, बाप को ही नहीं जानते।

¹⁴⁶You then became orphans because you didn't know your Father.

¹⁴⁹अभी तुम बाप के बने हो तो सारे विश्व के मालिक बन जाते हो।

¹⁴⁷You now belong to the Father. ¹⁴⁸Therefore, you are becoming the masters of the whole world.

¹⁵⁰बाप कहते हैं - मुझे कहते ही हो - हेविनली गॉड फादर।

¹⁴⁹The Father says: You called Me Heavenly God, the Father.

¹⁵¹यह भी तुम जानते हो अभी स्वर्ग की स्थापना हो रही है।

¹⁵⁰You know that heaven is now being established.

¹⁵²वहाँ क्या-क्या होगा - यह सिवाए तुम्हारे और कोई की बुद्धि में नहीं है।

¹⁵¹No one’s intellect, but yours, is aware of what will exist there.

¹⁵³तुम्हारी बुद्धि में है कि हम विश्व के मालिक थे, अब बन रहे हैं।

¹⁵²It is only in the intellects of you children that you were the masters of the world and that you are now becoming that again.

¹⁵⁴प्रजा भी ऐसे कहेगी ना कि हम मालिक हैं।

¹⁵³The subjects will also say that they are the masters.

¹⁵⁵यह बातें तुम बच्चों की ही बुद्धि में हैं तो खुशी रहनी चाहिए ना!

¹⁵⁴These things are only in the intellects of you children. ¹⁵⁵Therefore, you should have so much happiness!

¹⁵⁶यह बातें सुनकर फिर दूसरों को भी सुनानी है, इसलिए सेन्टर वा म्युज़ियम खोलते रहते हैं।

¹⁵⁶After hearing these things, you have to relate them to others. ¹⁵⁷This is why centres and museums are being opened.

¹⁵⁷जो कल्प पहले हुआ था वही होता रहेगा।

¹⁵⁸Whatever happened in the previous cycle that will continue to happen.

¹⁵⁸म्युज़ियम सेन्टर्स आदि के लिए तुमको बहुत ऑफर करेंगे, फिर बहुत निकल पड़ेंगे।

¹⁵⁹Many people will offer to open a museum or a centre for you; many will emerge.

¹⁵⁹सबकी हड्डियां नर्म होती जाती हैं।

¹⁶⁰The bones of everyone are continuing to be softened.

¹⁶⁰सारी दुनिया की अब तुम हड्डियां नर्म करते जाते हो।

¹⁶¹You are continuing to soften the bones of the whole world.

¹⁶¹तुम्हारे योग में ताकत कितनी जबरदस्त है।

¹⁶²There is so much power in your yoga.

¹⁶²बाप कहते हैं तुम्हारे में ताकत बहुत है।

¹⁶³The Father says: You have a lot of power.

¹⁶³भोजन तुम योग में रहकर बनाओ, खिलाओ तो बुद्धि इस तरफ खीचेंगी।

¹⁶⁴Prepare food in yoga and serve it to others in that stage and their intellects will be pulled in this direction.

¹⁶⁴भक्ति मार्ग में तो गुरूओं का जूठा भी खाते हैं।

¹⁶⁵People on the path of devotion even eat from the plate of their guru.

¹⁶⁵तुम बच्चे समझते हो भक्ति मार्ग का विस्तार तो बहुत है, उनका वर्णन नहीं कर सकते।

²¹⁴त्रिकालदर्शी बन हर आत्मा की कमजोरी को परखते हुए, उनकी कमजोरी को स्वयं में धारण करने या वर्णन करने के बजाए कमजोरी रूपी कांटे को कल्याणकारी स्वरूप से समाप्त कर देना, कांटे को फूल बना देना, स्वयं भी सन्तुष्टमणी के समान सन्तुष्ट रहना और सर्व को सन्तुष्ट करना, जिसके प्रति सब निराशा दिखायें, ऐसे व्यक्ति वा ऐसी स्थिति में सदा के लिए आशा के दीपक जगाना अर्थात् दिलशिकस्त को शक्तिवान बना देना - ऐसा श्रेष्ठ कर्तव्य चलता रहे तो परोपकारी, सन्तुष्टमणि का वरदान प्राप्त हो जायेगा।

²¹⁹नहीं तो सारा दिन बुद्धि चलती रहती है, तो विदेही बनने में टाइम लग जाता है और अभ्यास होगा तो जब चाहे उसी समय विदेही हो जायेंगे क्योंकि अन्त में सब अचानक होना है। ²²⁰तो अचानक के पेपर में यह विदेहीपन का अभ्यास बहुत आवश्यक है।

²²⁹Otherwise, your intellect will continue to work throughout the day and it will then take time to become bodiless. ²³⁰If you practise this, you will become bodiless whenever you want. ²³¹At the end, everything will come suddenly, so, the practice of being bodiless will be most essential for the paper of “suddenly”.
