²Today, Baba was seeing the contented souls everywhere.

³The jewels of contentment are spreading the sparkle of their jewels everywhere.

⁴sabse bade se badi sthiti hai hi santushtata ki।

⁴The greatest stage of all is that of contentment.

⁵sada santushta sabhi ko priy lagte hain, baap ko to priy hain hi।

⁵Those who are constantly content are loved by everyone. ⁶You are loved by the Father anyway.

⁶sada santushta vahi rah sakta hai jisko sarva praaptiyaan hain।

⁷Those who have all attainments remain constantly content.

⁷praaptiyon ka aadhaar santushtata hai isliye aisi aatmaayen sarva brahman aatmaon ko priy hain।

⁸The basis of contentment is having all attainments and this is why such souls are loved by all Brahmin souls.

⁸sarva praaptiyaan arthaat sada santushta।

⁹To have all attainments means to be constantly content.

⁹santushta aatma ka vaayumandal mein bhi prabhaav padta hai aur sarva praaptiyaan hain paramatma ki den।

¹⁰A contented soul makes an impact on the atmosphere, and all attainments are a gift from God.

¹⁰paramatma baap dvaara sarva shaktiyaan, sarva gun, sarva khajaane praapta ki hui aatma sada santushta rehti hai।

¹¹Souls who have received all powers, all virtues and all treasures from God remain constantly content.

¹¹santushta aatma ki sthiti sada pragtisheel rehti hai।

¹²The stage of a contented soul constantly progresses.

¹²paristhiti santushta aatma ke oopar prabhaav nahin daal sakti kyonki jahaan santushtata hai vahaan sarva shaktiyaan, sarva gun svatah hi aate hain।

¹³Situations cannot influence a contented soul because, where there is contentment, there are automatically all powers and all virtues.

¹³ek santushtata anek gunon ko apna leti hai।

¹⁴The one virtue of contentment is able to attract many other virtues.

¹⁴to har ek apne se poochhe ki main sada santushta aatma rehti hoon!

¹⁵So, each one of you should ask yourself: Am I a soul who remains constantly content?

¹⁵santushta aatma sada sarva ke, baap ke sameep aur samaan sthiti mein rehti hai।

¹⁶A contented soul is always close to everyone and has a stage equal to that of the Father.

¹⁶lekin is sthiti mein rahne ke liye bahut saakshi drishta avastha chaahiye, trikaaldarshi avastha chaahiye।

¹⁷However, in order to remain in this stage, you need to have a very detached and trikaldarshi stage.

¹⁷har karma trikaaldarshi arthaat har baat ke teenon kaalon ko parakh phir karma karne vaale।

¹⁸Such a soul is trikaldarshi in everything he does, that is, in every situation he will first discern its three aspects of time and then act.

¹⁸iske liye do baaten aavashyak hain।

¹⁹For this, two things are necessary.

²⁵You are then not distressed. ²⁶On seeing the Mickey Mouse film, you are entertained.

²⁷You experience the games of Mickey Mouse on the unlimited screen as different forms of Maya.

²⁷aisi sthiti ka anubhav baap dvaara sarva ko praapta karna hi hai aur kiya bhi hai।

²⁸All of you have to experience such a stage through the Father and you have all done that.

²⁸baapdaada dekhte hain - nirbhay, ekaagra buddhi ban vijayi aatmaayen koi bhi paristhiti mein dagmag nahin hoti।

²⁹BapDada is seeing that you remain fearless and have stable and concentrated intellects and do not fluctuate in any situation. ³⁰You are constantly such victorious souls.

²⁹jo baap ki har bachche mein shubh aasha hai ki har bachcha sada vijayi ban baap ko apna vijay ka swaroop dikhaave, to har ek apne se poochhe main kaun?

³¹The Father has a pure desire for each of you children: that each child becomes constantly victorious and shows the Father your victorious form. ³²So, each of you can ask yourself: Who am I?

³⁰baap-daada ne pahle bhi sunaaya hai ki kabhi-kabhi ka shabd samay pramaan abhi brahman dictionary se samaapta kar do।

³³BapDada told you earlier too that, now, according to the time, you have to remove the word “sometimes” from the Brahmin dictionary.

³¹jab baap se sada ka varsa lena hai to har praapti sada praapta ho kyonki baap ke dil ki aashaaon ko poorn karne vaale aashaaon ke deepak hain।

³⁴Since you are going to claim your inheritance from the Father for all time, you need to have all attainments for all time because you are the lamps of hope who will fulfil the hopes in the Father’s heart.

³²unke sankalp mein bhi kabhi-kabhi shabd aa nahin sakta, kyon?

³⁵There cannot be the word “sometimes”, even in your thoughts. ³⁶Why?

³³sada baap ke saath aur baap ke saathi hain।

³⁷Because you are constantly with the Father and you are the Father’s companions.

³⁴saath rahne vaale bhi aur saathi ban vishwa parivartan ka kaarya karne vaale।

³⁸You are the ones who stay with the Father and, as His companions, you carry out the task of world transformation.

³⁵to bolo, yeh sada ka vardaan baapdaada dvaara praapta kar liya hai na!

³⁹So, speak! ⁴⁰You have received this blessing of “sada” (constantly) from BapDada, have you not?

³⁶yeh to janma lete hi baapdaada har bachche ko sada yahi vardaan dete hain, sada yogi bhav, pavitra bhav।

⁴¹In fact, as soon as each child takes birth, BapDada always gives this blessing: May you be constantly yogi and pure.

³⁷us vardaan dvaara jo bhi praaptiyaan hoti hain woh sada ke liye hoti hain। ³⁸kabhi-kabhi ke liye nahin।

⁴²Whatever attainments you receive through that blessing are for all time, not for some time.

³⁹to sabhi bachche sada ke adhikaari hain kyonki baap ka har bachche se chaahe last bachcha hai lekin baap ko har bachche se dil ka pyaar hai kyonki jo bade-bade log hain, apne ko samajhdaar samajhte hain woh bhi baap ko pahchaan nahin sake, lekin baapdaada ke last bachche ne baap ko pahchaan liya।

⁴³So, all of you children have a right for all time because, even if it is the last child, the Father has love in His heart for all the children. ⁴⁴Even great, eminent people who consider themselves to be wise are not able to recognise the Father, whereas the last child of BapDada has recognised the Father.

⁴⁰dil se kehte hain mera baba isliye baap ka har bachche se avinaashi pyaar hai isliye har bachche ko baap ka vardaan hai।

⁴⁵All of you say from your heart: My Baba, and this is why the Father has eternal love for every child, which is why each child has received the Father’s blessing.

⁴¹bachche chaahe nambarvaar hain lekin baapdaada roz ek hi samay, ek hi vardaan sabhi bachchon ko ikattha dete hain।

⁴⁶Every day BapDada gives the same blessing to all of you children at the same time, even though you are numberwise.

⁴²baapdaada ka har bachcha nambarvaar bhale hai lekin mera baba kaha to har roz vardaan ke adhikaari ban gaya।

⁴⁷Although all of you children are numberwise, every day, as soon as a child says: My Baba, he claims a right to the blessing.

⁴³har ek bachche ko chaahe kahaan bhi rehte hain, india mein rehte hain ya foreign mein rehte hain lekin vardaan sabhi ko ek hi baapdaada ka milta hai aur vardaan ko praapta kar khush bhi hote hain lekin do prakaar ke bachche hain, ek bachche vardaan ko dekh khush zaroor hote hain lekin aage number vahi lete hain jo sirf vardaan ko dekh khush nahin hote, varnan nahin karte ki yeh mera vardaan hai lekin vardaan ko phaleebhoot karte hain।

⁴⁸Whether you children are living in India or abroad, each of you children receives the same blessing from BapDada, and, having received the blessing, you become happy. ⁴⁹However, there are two types of children. ⁵⁰One type is the children who definitely become happy that they have received a blessing, but the ones who claim a number ahead are not those who become happy just seeing the blessing and speaking about it, that this is their blessing, but those who make their blessing fruitful.

⁴⁴vardaan se laabh lekar vardaan ka phal nikaalte hain।

⁵¹They take the benefit of the blessing and attain fruit from that blessing.

⁴⁵beej hai lekin beej ko phaleebhoot nahin karen, phal nahin nikaalen to sirf khushi hoti hai, vardaan se phal nikaalne ke liye jaise koi bhi beej hota hai, uska phal nikaalne ke liye unko paani aur dhoop chaahiye tabhi phal nikalta hai।

⁵²You have the seed but, if you do not make the seed bear fruit, that is, if you do not make it fruitful, then there is just happiness. ⁵³In order to obtain fruit from the blessing, just as with any other seed, it needs water and sunshine, for only then would it bear fruit.

⁴⁶to yahaan bhi har bachche ko jab vardaan ka phal nikaalna hai, jisse vistaar hota jaae, apne hi man mein vardaan ke phal dvaara vriddhi hoti jaae, to yahaan bhi baap kehte hain ki vardaan ka phal nikaalne ke liye baar-baar vardaan ko smriti mein laao।

⁵⁴So, here, too, when each of you children wants to extract fruit from your blessing so that expansion can take place, so that there is growth in your own mind through the fruit of the blessing, then, here, too, the Father says: In order to extract fruit from the blessing, repeatedly take that blessing into your awareness.

⁴⁷smriti swaroop ke sthiti mein sthit raho।

⁵⁵Remain stable in the stage of an embodiment of awareness.

⁴⁸baar-baar simran nahin lekin smriti, yeh hai paani dena aur swaroop mein sthit hona yeh hai dhoop lagaana। ⁴⁹to yeh phaleebhoot hone se svayan mein bhi bahut shakti bharti hai aur doosre ko bhi us phal dvaara shakti ka anubhav kara sakte hain।

⁵⁶This does not mean to keep remembering it again and again (simran). ⁵⁷To have that awareness (smruti) means to give it water, and to remain stable in that form is to give it sunshine. ⁵⁸So, by it becoming fruitful, you fill yourself with a lot of power and you can also give others an experience of power through that fruit.

⁵⁰baapdaada abhi kya chaahte hain?

⁵⁹So, what does BapDada now want?

⁵¹kyonki baapdaada kuchh samay se leke samay ki warning de rahe hain, har bachche ki padhaai ki result ka samay achaanak aana hai, iske liye sada ever ready।

⁶⁰For some time, BapDada has been warning all of you children about the time. ⁶¹The time for the result of each child’s study is going to come suddenly. ⁶²For this, remain constantly ever-ready.

⁵²saath-saath baapdaada yeh bhi ishaara de rahe hain ki abhi samay hai udti kala ke teevra purushaartha ka।

⁶³Along with that, BapDada is also giving a signal that it is now the time to make intense effort for the flying stage.

⁶⁴Not that you are moving along, but that you are flying.

⁵⁴saadhaaran reeti se apni dincharya vyateet karna, ab woh samay common purushaartha ka gaya isliye baapdaada ishaara de rahe hain, har second, har sankalp check karo।

⁶⁵The time for making common effort - spending your day in an ordinary way - has now passed, and this is why BapDada is giving you this signal: Check every second and every thought.

⁵⁵maano apna teevra purushaartha na kar ek ghanta saadhaaran purushaartha mein rahe aur ek ghante mein hi achaanak agar final paper ka time aa gaya to ant mate so gati, woh ek ghante ka saadhaaran purushaartha kitna nuksaan kar dega!

⁶⁶For instance, if you are not making intense effort, if you are making ordinary effort for an hour, and if the time for your final paper comes suddenly during that one hour, then that final moment will lead you to your destination, and that ordinary effort of one hour will then cause so much damage.

⁵⁶isliye baapdaada har bachche ko, har sankalp, har second samay ke mahatva ko, samay prati samay ishaara de rahe hain।

⁶⁷This is why, from time to time, BapDada gives each of you children a signal about the importance of every thought, every second and every moment.

⁵⁷halchal ke samay achal rahne ka purushaartha teevra purushaarthi hi kar sakta।

⁶⁸Only an intense effort-maker is able to make effort to remain unshakeable at the time of upheaval.

⁵⁸saadhaaran purushaarthi ever ready banne mein samay laga dega aur baapdaada ne kaha hai ki second mein bindi arthaat fullstop, agar teevra purushaartha nahin hoga to kya hota hai?

⁶⁹An ordinary effort-maker will take time to become ever-ready, whereas BapDada has said that you have to put a dot, a full stop in a second. ⁷⁰What happens if you are not making intense effort?

⁵⁹anubhvi to hain।

⁷¹You are experienced in this.

⁶⁰fullstop ke bajaae question mark to nahin ban jaayega!

⁷²Instead of a full stop, it would not become a question mark, would it?

⁶¹bindi kitna sahaj hai aur question kitna tedha baanka hai।

⁷³A full stop is so easy, whereas a question mark is crooked.

⁶²fullstop to fullstop ho jaae। ⁶³comma ki maatra bhi nahin ho, aashcharya ki maatra bhi nahin ho।

⁷⁴As soon as you say: Full stop, a full stop should be applied. ⁷⁵Not a comma or even an exclamation mark.

⁶⁴kya karoon! ⁶⁵yeh sochne ka bhi samay nahin milega।

⁷⁶You won’t even have time to think: What should I do?

⁶⁶to koi bhi bachcha yeh soch nahin sakta ki itna fast purushaartha karna hi paper mein paas hona hai।

⁷⁷No child yet is able to understand that to make such fast effort means to pass the paper.

⁷⁸BapDada sees that, even now, due to one reason or another, the questions: Why?, What?, How?, “Like this”, are visible in some children’s daily charts.

⁶⁹santushta aatma ke sankalp mein bhi yeh kyon, kya ki bhaasha svapna mein bhi nahin aayegi kyonki us aatma ko vishesh teen baaten, teen bindiyaan yaad rehti hain - aatma, paramatma aur drama, teen hi samay par kaarya mein laga sakte hain kyonki aise samay par sarva shaktiyon ka khajaana aavashyak hai aur master sarvashaktivaan woh hai jo jis samay jis shakti ko order kare woh haazir ho jaae।

⁸¹The language of: “Why?”, “What?”, etc. will not enter the thoughts or even the dreams of a contented soul, because that soul will be able to use the three special things at the right time, the three dots: the soul, the Supreme Soul and the drama. ⁸²This is because, at such a time, your treasure store of the powers is essential, and a master almighty authority is one who is able to order a particular power at any time, so that that power becomes present at that time.

⁷⁰chaahiye sahanshakti aur aa jaave saamna karne ki shakti, to hai shakti lekin us samay kaam ki nahin hai।

⁹²According to the time, BapDada has this pure desire for each child: you are going to meet the Father again in 15 days’ time, and so, for the next 15 days, use this special practice as a trial. ⁹³In fact, you have to remain like this for all time, but have a trial for 15 days and also get the centres in connection with you to do this. ⁹⁴Go there or phone them and remind them: Are you doing your homework?

⁸¹easy hai, har ek bhinna-bhinna circumstance baaton se cross to karte hi hain lekin yeh 15 din har ek ko sankalp, vaani aur karma mein kam se kam 80 pratishat marks leni hain।

⁹⁶It is easy! ⁹⁷Each one of you crosses through different circumstances and situations, but for these 15 days, each one of you has to claim 80% marks at the very least in your thoughts, words and actions.
