²सदा सहजयोगी बनने का साधन है - महादानी बनना

¹THE WAY TO BECOME A CONSTANTLY EASY YOGI IS TO BE A GREAT DONOR.

³सदा हर संकल्प से सेवा करने वाले, उदारचित्त आत्माएं, सदा सर्व खजानों की महादानी आत्माओं के प्रति बाप-दादा बोले:-

²The aim and effort of all of you Brahmin souls is to become easy, constant yogis and to remain stable in your elevated stage.

⁴सभी ब्राह्मण आत्माएं स्वयं को सहजयोगी वा निरन्तर योगी की श्रेष्ठ स्टेज पर सदा स्थित रहने के पुरूषार्थ में, सभी का लक्ष सहजयोगी बनने का है।

³However, because of your weaknesses, you experience it to be sometimes easy and sometimes difficult. ⁴By calling them your weaknesses, you make it difficult.

⁵लेकिन अपने कमज़ोरियों के कारण कभी सहज अनुभव करते, कब मुश्किल। ⁶कमज़ोरी कहकर मुश्किल बना देते हैं। ⁷वास्तव में हरेक श्रेष्ठ आत्मा वा ब्राह्मण आत्मा,मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान आत्मा, त्रिकालदर्शी,मास्टर ज्ञान सागर आत्मा कोई भी कर्म में वा संकल्प में मुश्किल अनुभव नहीं कर सकती।

⁵In fact, any soul who is an elevated Brahmin, a master almighty authority, trikaldarshi and a master ocean of knowledge cannot experience anything to be difficult in deeds or thoughts. ⁶Such an elevated soul is both an easy and natural yogi; for such a soul, the Father and service are the whole world.

⁸सहजयोगी के साथ-साथ ऐसी श्रेष्ठ आत्मा, स्वतः होती है।

⁷Baba’s remembrance and service are the sanskars of the Brahmin birth.

⁹क्योंकि ऐसी श्रेष्ठ आत्मा के लिए बाप और सेवा - यही संसार है। ¹⁰बाप की याद और सेवा के ब्राह्मण जन्म के संस्कार हैं।

⁸Only the Father and service are visible in their world and their sanskars; they cannot have any other thoughts.

¹¹बाप और सेवा के सिवाए,न कुछ संसार में दिखाई देता है, संस्कार में और कोई संकल्प उत्पन्न हो सकता।

⁹In the world, the intellect of a human soul is always pulled towards relationships and attainments.

¹²किसी भी मनुष्यात्मा की बुद्धि संसार में सम्बन्ध और प्राप्ति की तरफ ही जाती है।

¹⁰For Brahmin souls, only the Father and nothing else is the basis of all relationships and all attainment.

¹³ब्राह्मण आत्माओं के लिए सर्व सम्बन्ध का आधार और सर्व प्राप्ति का आधार एक बाप के सिवाए और कोई नहीं।

¹¹So, is it easy or difficult to become a natural yogi? ¹²Even against your conscious wish, your intellect would go towards all your relationships and attainments.

¹⁴तो स्वतः योगी बनना मुश्किल है वा सहज है?

¹³So this makes you a natural yogi, does it not?

¹⁵न चाहते भी बुद्धि वहाँ आयेगी जहाँ सर्व सम्बन्ध और सर्व प्राप्ति है। ¹⁶तो स्वतः योगी हुए न? ¹⁷अगर सहजयोगी और स्वतः योगी नहीं हैं;तो अवश्य बाप से सर्व सम्बन्ध और सर्व प्राप्ति नहीं है ।

¹⁴If you are not an easy and natural yogi, it means you definitely don’t experience all relationships with the Father; you have not made the Father belong to you in all relationships. ¹⁵The basis of all attainments is the one Father.

¹⁸तो स्वतः योगी हुए न?

¹⁶You haven’t made this experience your own.

¹⁹अगर सहजयोगी और स्वतः योगी नहीं है; तो अवश्य बाप से सर्व सम्बन्धों का अनुभव नहीं है।

¹⁷Now, what will you do to become an easy yogi? ¹⁸You do wish to become an easy yogi, do you not?

²⁰सर्व सम्बन्धों से बाप को अपना नहीं बनाते हैं। ²¹सर्व प्राप्ति का आधार एक बाप हैं। ²²इस अनुभव को अपनाया नहीं है।

¹⁹The way to become an easy yogi is to consider yourself a server and constantly use everything ­ your every thought, word and deed ­ to serve all the souls of the world.

²³अब सहजयोगी बनने के लिए कौन-सा प्रयत्न करेंगे? ²⁴सहजयोगी बनने चाहते हो न? ²⁵तो सदा सहजयोगी अर्थात् सदा सहयोगी।

²⁰Use the treasure of all powers, virtues, knowledge and time to earn an elevated income in service, that is, be co­operative.

²⁶सदा सहजयोगी बनने का साधन - सदा अपने को संकल्प द्वारा, वाणी द्वारा और हर कार्य द्वारा विश्व के सर्व आत्माओं के प्रति सेवाधारी समझ,सेवा में ही सब कुछ लगाओ। ²⁷जो भी ब्राह्मण जीवन के खज़ाने,बाप द्वारा प्राप्त हुये है उन सर्व खज़ानों को आत्माओं की सेवा प्रति लगाओ। ²⁸जो बाप द्वारा शक्तियों का खज़ाना,गुणों का खजाना, ज्ञान का खजाना वा श्रेष्ठ कमाई के समय का खजाना प्राप्त हुआ है, वह सेवा में लगाओ अर्थात् सहयोगी बनो। ²⁹अपनी वृत्ति द्वारा वायुमंडल को श्रेष्ठ बनाने का सहयोग दो।

²¹Co­operate by making the atmosphere elevated through your attitude.

³⁰स्मृति द्वारा सर्व को मास्टर समर्थ शक्तिवान स्वरूप की स्मृति दिलाओ।

²²With your awareness, remind others of their form of a powerful master almighty.

³¹वाणी द्वारा आत्माओं को स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी मास्टर त्रिकालदर्शी बनने का सहयोगी, कर्म द्वारा सदा कमल पुष्प समान रहने का वा कर्मयोगी बनने का सन्देश हर कर्म द्वारा दो।

²³Through your words, co­operate in making souls the spinners of the discus of self­realisation and master trikaldarshi. ²⁴Through your every act, give the message of being a karma yogi and constantly living like a lotus flower.

³²अपने श्रेष्ठ बाप से सर्व सम्बन्धों की अनुभूति द्वारा सर्व आत्माओं को सर्व सम्बन्धों का अनुभव कराने का सहयोग दो।

²⁵Through experiencing all relationships with the elevated Father, co­operate with other souls by enabling them to experience all relationships with the Father.

³³अपने रूहानी सम्पर्क के महत्व को जानते हुए, श्रेष्ठ समय की सूचना देने का वा समय प्रमाण वर्तमान संगम का एक सेकेण्ड अनेक जन्मों की प्राप्ति के निमित्त बना हुआ है।

²⁶Through your spiritual contact, bring others into spiritual connection. ²⁷Understanding the importance of elevated time, announce that one second of this elevated time is instrumental to give you an attainment for many births.

³⁴एक कदम में पद्मों की कमाई भरी हुई है।

²⁸Each step has an income of multimillions within it.

³⁵ऐसे समय के खज़ाने को जानते हुए औरों को भी समय पर प्राप्ति होने का परिचय दो।

²⁹Knowing the treasure of time in this way, show others the way of attaining everything at the right time.

³⁶हर बात द्वारा सहयोगी बनो,तो सहजयोगी बन ही जायेंगे।

³⁰Co­operate in every way and you will become an easy yogi.

³⁷सहयोगी बनना आता है ना?

³¹Do you know how to co­operate?

³⁸सहयोगी वही बन सकेंगे जो स्वयं खजानों से सम्पन्न होगा।

³²One who is full of all treasures will be able to be co­operate.

³⁹सम्पन्न आत्मा को अनेक आत्माओं के प्रति महादानी बनने का संकल्प स्वतः आयेगा।

³³A soul who is full and complete will automatically think of being a great donor for all souls.

⁴⁰महादानी बनना अर्थात् सहयोगी बनना और सहयोगी बनना अर्थात् सहजयोगी बनना।

³⁴The way to become a great donor is to co­operate, and to co­operate is to be an easy yogi.

⁴¹महादानी सर्व खज़ाने स्वयं प्रति कम यूज़ करेंगे,सेवा प्रति ज्यादा यूज़ करेंगे।

³⁵A great donor would use very little of his treasures for himself; he would use most of them for service.

⁴²क्योंकि अनेक आत्माओं के प्रति महादानी बन देना ही लेना है।

³⁶To give as a great donor to other souls, is to receive.

⁴³सर्व प्रति कल्याणकारी बनना ही स्वयं कल्याणकारी बनना है।

³⁷To be a benefactor for all is to be a benefactor for oneself.

⁴⁴धन देना अर्थात् एक से सौगुणा जमा होता है।

³⁸To donate is to accumulate a hundred­fold return of one.

⁴⁵तो वर्तमान समय स्वयं के प्रति छोटीछोटी बातों में, वा चींटी समान आने वाले विघ्नों में अपने सर्व खज़ाने स्वयं प्रति लगाने का समय नहीं है।

³⁹Therefore, the present time is not for spending all your treasures for yourself, on trivial matters or on obstacles that are as tiny as ants.

⁴⁶बेहद के सेवाधारी बनो। ⁴⁷तो स्वयं की सेवा सहज हो जाएगी।

⁴⁰Become unlimited servers and you will easily be able to serve yourself.

⁴⁸फिराकदिल से उदारचित्त होकर प्राप्ति के खजानों को बाँटते जाओ।

⁴¹Be generous­hearted and with an open heart continue to distribute the treasures of attainment.

⁴⁹उदारचित्त बनने से स्वयं का उद्धार सहज हो जाएगा।

⁴²By becoming generous­ hearted, you will easily be able to uplift yourself.

⁵⁰विघ्न मिटाने में समय लगाने के बजाय सेवा की लगन में समय लगाओ।

⁴³Use the time that you would take to finish your obstacles, in serving with deep love.

⁵¹ऐसे महादानी बनो,जो हर संकल्प,श्वांस में सेवा ही हो।

⁴⁴Become such great donors that you constantly serve through your every thought and breath.

⁵²तो सेवा की लगन का फल, विघ्न सहज ही विनाश हो जाएगा। ⁵³क्योंकि वर्तमान प्रत्यक्षफल प्राप्त होने का समय है।

⁴⁵The fruit of service with deep love is the easy method of obstacles, because it is now time to receive instant fruit.

⁵⁴अभी-अभी सेवा का फल स्वयं में खुशी और शक्ति का अनुभव करेंगे।

⁴⁶The instant fruit of service is to experience happiness and power.

⁵⁵लेकिन सच्ची दिल की सेवा हो।

⁴⁷However, it should be service with an honest heart.

⁵⁶सच्ची दिल पर साहब राजी होता है।

⁴⁸The Lord is pleased with an honest heart.

⁵⁷कई बच्चे कहते हैं, सेवा तो हम करते हैं,लेकिन मेवा नहीं मिलता,अर्थात् सफलता नहीं मिलती।

⁴⁹Many children say that they serve, but do not receive the ripe fruit of it, that is, they don’t experience success.

⁵⁸यह क्यों होता है?

⁵⁰Why does this happen?

⁵⁹क्योंकि सेवा दो प्रकार से करते हैं।

⁵¹You can serve in two ways.

⁶⁰एक दिल से और दूसरी दिखावे से। ⁶¹अर्थात् नाम प्राप्त करने के अल्पकाल की इच्छा से।

⁵²One is to serve from your heart and the other is to serve superficially, with the desire to have your name glorified temporarily.

⁶²जब बीज ही अल्पकाल का है - ऐसे बीज का अल्पकाल का फल नामीग्रामी बनने का तो लेते हैं, तो सफलता का फल कैसे मिलेगा।

⁵³Since the seed is for temporary results, you receive the temporary fruit of being glorified for a short time. ⁵⁴How then can you receive the fruit of success?

⁶³नाम की भावना का फल, नाम और शान के रूप में तो प्राप्त हो ही जाता है।

⁵⁵You receive the fruit of glorification of your name and honour anyway.

⁶⁴दिखावा करने का, संकल्प करने का बीज होने के कारण सर्व के सामने दिखावें में आ ही जाते हैं।

⁵⁶If the seed is the thought of being visible to everyone, then of course you do come in front of everyone.

⁶⁵सर्व के मुख से अल्पकाल के लिए महिमा का फल प्राप्त हो जाता है, कि सर्विस बहुत अच्छी करते हैं।

⁵⁷From everyone’s lips, you receive the fruit of temporary praise, that you served very well.

⁶⁶जब अल्पकाल की महिमा का फल मिल गया अर्थात् कच्चा फल ही स्वीकार कर लिया, तो सम्पूर्ण फल की प्राप्ति अर्थात् पके हुए फल की प्राप्ति कैसे हो सकती?

⁵⁸Since you have received the fruit of temporary praise, that is, you have accepted unripe fruit, how can you receive the perfectly ripe fruit?

⁶⁷रिजल्ट क्या होगी?

⁵⁹What would be the result then?

⁶⁸कच्चे फल को स्वीकार करने कारण वा अल्पकाल की कामना की पूर्ति होने के कारण सदा शक्तिशाली नहीं बन सकते।

⁶⁰Due to accepting unripe fruit, and having your temporary desires fulfilled, you do not become constantly powerful.

⁶⁹अधिकारी नहीं बन सकते।

⁶¹You cannot claim all rights.

⁷⁰और सेवा करते हुए भी कमज़ोर होने के कारण, न स्वयं से सदा सन्तुष्ट रहेगा, न सर्व को सन्तुष्ट कर सकेगा।

⁶²Due to being weak whilst serving, neither are you constantly content with yourself nor are you able to make anyone else content.

⁷¹सदैव क्वेश्चन मार्क में रहेगा कि इतना करते हुए भी क्यों नहीं होता?

⁶³You will constantly ask why you do not have success, even though you are doing so much.

⁷²ये ऐसे करता, यह ऐसे क्यों करते? ⁷³ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए, यह होना चाहिए।

⁶⁴You will constantly be caught up in questions such as, “This one is doing this; why is this one doing this?

⁷⁴इसी क्वेश्चन में रहेगा। ⁷⁵इसलिए सेवाधारी भी दिल से बनो।

⁶⁵It should not be like this, it should be like that.” Therefore, become a server who serves from the heart.

⁷⁶सच्ची दिल से सेवाधारी बनने का विशेष लक्ष्य क्या होगा?

⁶⁶What would be the special aim of servers who serve with an honest heart?

⁷⁷दिलसिकस्त आत्मा को शक्तिशाली बनाने वाले,कैसे भी अवगुण वाली आत्मा हो, गरीब आत्मा हो, लेकिन सदा बाप द्वारा मिले हुए, गुणों से दान द्वारा गुणों के खज़ाने से गरीब को साहुकार बनाने का श्रेष्ठ संकल्प वा शुभ भावना रखेंगे।

⁶⁷Souls who make disheartened souls powerful will constantly donate the treasures of virtues they have received from the Father to other souls, no matter how many defects they have or how poor they are. ⁶⁸These souls will always have the elevated thoughts and good wishes of making poor ones wealthy.

⁷⁸ऐसे सच्ची दिल वाले सेवाधारी सदा प्रत्यक्षफल से प्राप्त हुई आत्मा में,सफलता मूर्त्त को अनुभव करेगी।

⁶⁹Those who constantly serve with an honest heart receive instant fruit and therefore constantly experience themselves to be an embodiment of success.

⁷⁹तो ऐसे सदा सहयोगी बनो तो सहयोगी का फल सहजयोग प्राप्त होगा। ⁸⁰सदा सहयोगी बनने से सदा बिजी रहेंगे।

⁷⁰Therefore, constantly co­operate in this way and you will receive the fruit of co­operation, which is of becoming an easy yogi.

⁸¹संकल्प में भी बिजी रहेंगे तो व्यर्थ की शिकायतें, जो स्वयं से वा बाप से करते हो, वह सब सहज ही समाप्त हो जाएगी।

⁷¹By constantly co­ operating, you will remain constantly busy. ⁷²When you are busy in your thoughts, then the complaints that you make to the Father or yourself will easily come to an end.

⁸²सदा हर संकल्प से सेवा करने वाले, अल्पकाल के फल का त्याग करने वाले,सदा सफलता मूर्त्त बनने वाले, हर आत्मा के उद्धार अर्थ निमित्त बनने वाले,उदारचित्त आत्माएं, सदा बाप और सेवा में तत्पर रहने वाली समीप आत्माएं,सदा सर्व खजानों की महादानी आत्माएं, ऐसी श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं को बाप-दादा का याद-प्यार और नमस्ते।

⁷³To those who constantly serve through every thought; to those who renounce temporary fruit; to those who are constantly an embodiment of success; to the generous­hearted souls who become instruments to uplift all souls; to the close souls who are constantly engrossed in the Father and service; to the elevated souls who are the great donors of all treasures, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

⁸³पार्टियों से

⁷⁴BAPDADA MEETING GROUPS:

⁸⁴आत्मा के सर्व गुणों का अनुभव किया है?

⁷⁵Have you experienced all the virtues of the soul?

⁸⁵जो स्वयं के गुण हैं ज्ञान-स्वरूप,प्रेम-स्वरूप वा सुख, शक्ति,आनन्द स्वरूप - इन सभी गुणों का अनुभव है?

⁷⁶Do you experience all the virtues of the self: of being an embodiment of knowledge, love, happiness, power and bliss? ⁷⁷What is the stage of an embodiment of bliss and knowledge?

⁸⁶आनन्द-स्वरूप वा ज्ञान-स्वरूप की स्टेज क्या है, उस स्टेज पर स्थित होने का अनुभव है?

⁷⁸Do you experience being stable in that stage? ⁷⁹To experience this is to experience all virtues. ⁸⁰To experience just peace alone depends on you.

⁸⁷यह अनुभव करना अर्थात् सर्व गुणों का अनुभव करना है। ⁸⁸सिर्फ शान्ति को प्राप्त करना स्वयं पर है।

⁸¹If you have experienced every virtue then, when an adverse situation arises, you should be able to change that situation on the basis of your experience.

⁸⁹अगर हर गुण का अनुभव होगा,तो परिस्थिति के समय भी अनुभव के आधार से परिस्थिति को बदल देगा,इसलिए वर्तमान समय का पुरूषार्थ है हर गुण के अनुभवी बनना।

⁸²Therefore, the present effort is to experience every virtue. ⁸³Your practice should be like a lift where you press a button to reach a certain level. ⁸⁴This is the lift of the intellect. ⁸⁵As soon as you switch on your awareness, you should reach there.

⁹⁰ऐसा अभ्यास चाहिए जैसे स्थूल लिफ्ट होती है, तो जिस नम्बर का स्वीच दबाओ उसमें ही पहुँच जाएगी। ⁹¹तो यह बुद्धि की लिफ्ट है,स्मृति का स्वीच ऑन किया और पहुँच जाएंगे।

⁸⁶Sometimes the lift doesn’t work; when you press the button for going up, the lift descends; or, you press the button for the second floor and the lift takes you to the third or fourth floor. ⁸⁷It should not be like that. ⁸⁸The lift should be under your control.

⁹²कई बार ऐसे भी होता लिफ्ट होते भी काम नहीं करती, स्वीच दबाते ऊपर का और आ नीचे जाते, या स्वीच दबाएंगे 2नम्बर का पहँच जाएंगे 3- 4में।

⁸⁹If the lift descends against your conscious wish, then there is definitely something loose; there isn’t the power of control. ⁹⁰How can someone who can’t control the self control the kingdom? ⁹¹There, the kingdom is very lawful and nature works under total control. ⁹²Here, the elements deceive you.

⁹³तो ऐसे तो नहीं है?

⁹³Who will have all rights over matter?

⁹⁴लिफ्ट अपने कन्ट्रोल में होनी चाहिए।

⁹⁴Those who have all rights over themselves will have all rights over matter.

⁹⁵अगर न चाहते भी नीचे आ जाते तो जरूर कुछ लूज (Loose;ढ़ीला) है। ⁹⁶कन्ट्रोलिंग पॉवर नहीं।

⁹⁵When you are not dependent on any thoughts, nature, person or material possessions, you can be called one who has all rights.

⁹⁷जो स्वयं का स्वयं कन्ट्रोल नहीं कर सकते वह राज्य का कन्ट्रोल नहीं कर सकते,वह राज्य का कन्ट्रोल कैसे करेंगे?

⁹⁶You shouldn’t even be subservient to your own nature. “It is because my nature is like this, that I did it.” This is being dependent. ⁹⁷Someone who has all rights is constantly powerful.

⁹⁸वहाँ राज्य भी लॉफुल है,प्रकृति भी ऑर्डर पर चलती।

⁹⁸Constantly sing the song of “Wah Baba!” and “Wah drama!” and you will constantly be absorbed in love.

⁹⁹यहाँ तो प्रकृति धोखा दे देती है। ¹⁰⁰तो प्रकृति के आधिकारी कौन बनेंगे?

⁹⁹Only someone who plays his or her part as a detached observer is able to remain absorbed in love.

¹⁰¹जो स्वयं के अधिकारी हैं।

¹⁰⁰People become totally absorbed in singing songs.

¹⁰²किसी भी संकल्प, स्वभाव,व्यक्ति व वैभव के अधीन न हो - इसको कहा जाता है ‘अधिकारी।

¹⁰¹In the same way, those who sing this song remain constantly lost in the love of One. ¹⁰²Continually sing the song: One Father and none other.

¹⁰³’अपने स्वभाव के भी अधीन नहीं, मेरा स्वभाव ऐसा है इसलिए कर लिया, तो अधीन हुए ना? ¹⁰⁴अधिकारी सदा शक्तिशाली रहता।

¹⁰³The army is very big. ¹⁰⁴The bigger the army, the more easily it can regain its kingdom. ¹⁰⁵All of you can do whatever you want through your determined thoughts.

¹⁰⁵वाह बाबा और वाह ड्रामा के गीत गाते रहो, तो सदा लगन में मगन रहेंगे,क्योंकि लगन में मगन वही रह सकता है जो साक्षी होकर हर पार्ट बजाता है।

¹⁰⁶Those who have little knowledge of the soul are able to attain temporary success through their physical temporary tapasya. ¹⁰⁷What can their thoughts achieve compared to the thoughts of you spiritual tapaswi souls who have God’s knowledge?

¹⁰⁶जब गीत कोई गाता है तो उसी में मगन हो जाता है। ¹⁰⁷ऐसे यह गीत गाने वाले सदा एक ही लगन में मगन रहते।

¹⁰⁸When you constantly have the awareness of being a victorious jewel, the many obstacles of Maya will vanish as though nothing had happened.

¹⁰⁸एक बाप दूसरा न कोई यही गीत गाते रहो। ¹⁰⁹बहुत लश्कर है।

¹⁰⁹It is said: Become victorious to such an extent that no name or trace of anything remains.

¹¹⁰जितना बड़ा लश्कर होता है,उतना अपना राज्य सहज ही प्राप्त कर लेते हैं। ¹¹¹इतना बड़ा लश्कर है तो दिल्ली पर विजय हुई पड़ी है।

¹¹⁰If you are constantly intoxicated in the awareness of being constantly victorious, there will no longer be any name or trace of Maya’s obstacles.

¹¹²इतने सब अपने दृढ़ संकल्प से जो चाहें सो कर सकते हैं।

¹¹¹Maya’s obstacles are like dead ants; you are not afraid of that, are you?

¹¹³वह आत्मज्ञानी भी जिस्मानी तपस्या से, अल्पकाल की तपस्या से अल्पकाल की सिद्धि प्राप्त कर लेते हैं।

¹¹²A brave, fearless soul will not be afraid of obstacles. ¹¹³You have now understood the obstacles, have you not? ¹¹⁴You understand why they come and how to finish them.

¹¹⁴आप रूहानी तपस्वी परमात्मज्ञानी हो, उन्होंका संकल्प क्या करेगा।

¹¹⁵Obstacles enable you to move forward. ¹¹⁶Obstacles make you experienced and strong.

¹¹⁵सदैव विजयी रत्न की स्मृति रहने से माया के अनेक प्रकार के विघ्न ऐसे समाप्त हो जाएंगे जैसे कुछ था नहीं।
