²विघ्नों से मुक्त होने की सहज युक्ति

²BapDada is very pleased to see you beloved, long­lost and now­found children.

³सर्व के मुक्ति, जीवनमुक्ति दाता शिवबाबा अपने सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति बोलेः -

³He looks at you with love and sees you most elevated, multimillion­times fortunate souls, the one who are the crown on His head.

⁴आज बाप-दादा सदा अपने सिकीलधे लाडले बच्चों को स्नेह की नज़र से, अपने सर्व श्रेष्ठ सिरताज बच्चों को उसी पद्मापद्म भाग्यशाली रूप में देखते हुए सदा खुश होते हैं कि कल्प पहले वाले बिछुड़े हुए बच्चे कितना श्रेष्ठ पद पाने के योग्य बने हैं।

⁴You are the same ones of the previous kalpa who became separated and have now become worthy to claim such an elevated status. ⁵Every child’s worthiness and speciality are always very clear in front of Baba. ⁶BapDada knows the speciality of each of you children and considers each of you to be an invaluable jewel. ⁷You children are the constantly co­operative embodiments of Baba’s remembrance.

⁵हर बच्चे की योग्यता, हर बच्चे की विशेषता बाप-दादा के आगे सदा स्पष्ट है और बाप-दादा हर बच्चे की विशेषता के मूल्य को जानते हुए हर एक को अमोलक रतन समझते हैं।

⁸BapDada always keeps His selection of invaluable jewels close to Him. ⁹BapDada has made you invaluable jewels into a necklace around His neck; He has seated you on His heart­throne; you are the star of His eyes, the crown of His head and worthy to be worshipped with Him.

⁶सदैव बाप-दादा के स्मृति स्वरूप सदा सहयोगी बच्चे हैं।

¹⁰You are also the special deities of many devotees. ¹¹Therefore, do you maintain such self­esteem?

⁷बाप-दादा अपने वैरायटी मूल्यवान रत्नों के ही सदा साथ रहते हैं।

¹²Are you constantly stable in the form that BapDada and people of the world see you? ¹³Today, Bap and Dada were talking about the children.

⁸ऐसे अमूल्य रत्न जिन्हों को बाप ने अपने गले का हार बनाया, दिलतख्त नशीन बनाया,नयनों के सितारे बनाया,सिर का ताज बनाया, विश्व में अपने साथ-साथ पूज्यनीय बनाया, अनेक भक्तों के ईष्ट देव बनाया-ऐसे स्वमान में सदा स्थित रहते हो?

¹⁴BapDada said: Sometimes, instead of moving quickly along, you co­operative, Raj Rishi children come to a halt. ¹⁵Why do you come to a halt? ¹⁶It is because you are unable to see clearly your future elevated destination. ¹⁷The test paper of the question: “What is going to happen in the future?” comes in front of you, and due to this, your fast speed or intense effort changes into just effort.

⁹जिस नज़र से बाप-दादा देखते वा विश्व देखता उसी स्वरूप में सदा स्थित रहते हो?

¹⁸You lack courage to remove the obstruction that’s come or to jump over the obstruction in your path. ¹⁹Therefore, you become tired of trying to progress.

¹⁰आज बाप और दादा दोनों की रूह-रूहान चल रही थी बच्चों के ऊपर।

²⁰Some of you become tired and some of you become disheartened; you lose hope.

¹¹बाप-दादा बोले-’’सहजयोगी बच्चे राजऋषि बच्चे चलते-चलते तीव्रगति के बजाए कभी कभी रूक जाते हैं-क्यों रूकते?

²¹At such a time, even though you have Baba’s support, you feel yourselves to have no support. ²²You forget the one second’s easy method; the trick that BapDada has spoken of from time to time, to clear any obstacle away from yourself.

¹²अपने जीवन की भविष्य श्रेष्ठ मांज़िल स्पष्ट दिखाई नहीं देती।

²³To stabilise in your original form of a point of light in a second and become an instrument whilst doing anything is to become the form of double­light.

¹³आगे क्या होगा यह क्वेश्चन मार्क का पेपर सामने आ जाता है जिसके कारण तीव्रगति वा तीव्र पुरूषार्थ बदल पुरूषार्थ के रूप में हो जाता है।

²⁴Becoming this form in a second enables you to take a high jump. ²⁵However, what do you children do? ²⁶Instead of taking a high jump, you begin to try to break or remove the stone.

¹⁴आई हुई रूकावट को मिटाने की वा पत्थर को पार करने की हिम्मत कम हो जाती है इसलिए चलते-चलते थक जाते हैं।

²⁷The courage and enthusiasm you have at that time, according to your own capacity, is used up in just trying to do this, and so you become tired and disheartened.

¹⁵कोई थक जाते, कोई दिलशिकस्त हो जाते अर्थात् अपने से नाउम्मीद हो जाते हैं।

²⁸BapDada feels a lot of compassion when He sees you children labouring so much. ²⁹You forget that you can go across it in a second by just taking a jump.

¹⁶ऐसे समय पर बाप का सहारा मिलते हुए भी अपने को बेसहारे अनुभव करते हैं - लेकिन बाप-दादा एक सेकेण्ड का सहज साधन वा किसी भी विघ्न से मुक्त होने की युक्ति जो समय प्रति समय सुनाते रहते हैं वह भूल जाते हैं।

³⁰So, this was the conversation taking place today between Bap and Dada about what the children do and what BapDada says. ³¹Because of forgetting this, you make an easy path so difficult that you become tired. ³²What else do you do? ³³You create a storm of your own waste thoughts, and you make yourself shake in that storm.

¹⁷सेकेण्ड में स्वयं का स्वरूप अर्थात् आत्मिक ज्योति स्वरूप और कर्म में निमित्त भाव का स्वरूप-यह डबल लाइट स्वरूप सेकेण्ड में हाई जम्प दिलाने वाला है। ¹⁸लेकिन बच्चे क्या करते हैं? ¹⁹हाई जम्प के बजाए पत्थर को तोड़ने लग पड़ते हैं।

³⁴You shake the foundation of your own faith and the basis of your many types of attainment. ³⁵You wonder whether destruction will take place or not; whether what God says is accurate or not; whether you should speak with faith to the people of the world; whether you should remain incognito or reveal yourself; whether you should accumulate everything or use it up in service; whether you should look after your family or engage yourself in service.

²⁰हटाने लग जाते हैं।

³⁶You wonder what is eventually going to happen.

²¹जिस कारण जो भी यथा शक्ति हिम्मत और उल्लास है वह उसी में ही खत्म कर देते और थक जाते हैं वा दिलशिकस्त हो जाते हैं।

³⁷The Father has become incorporeal and subtle, but you are the ones who have to face everything in the corporeal form. ³⁸You create such a storm of waste thoughts that you make yourself shake.

²²जब ऐसी मेहनत बच्चों की देखते तो बाप-दादा को भी तरस पड़ता है। ²³जम्प लगाओ और सेकेण्ड में पार हो जाओ यह भूल जाते हैं।

³⁹You shake the foundation of your faith. ⁴⁰Just as a storm can blow you far away, so too, this storm of waste thoughts blows you away from the stage of making intense effort to the stage of just making effort. ⁴¹Do not get caught in such storms.

²⁴तो आज यह रूह-रूहान हो रही थी कि बच्चे क्या करते और बाप-दादा क्या कहते।

⁴²BapDada asks you children: Are you still householders or have you become trustees? ⁴³Since you are trustees, then who is responsible?

²⁵सहज मार्ग को थोड़ी सी विस्मृति के कारण इतना मुश्किल कर देते जो स्वयं ही थक जाते। ²⁶और क्या करते हैं?

⁴⁴Is it you or the Father? ⁴⁵Then, if Baba is responsible, is it your responsibility or Baba’s responsibility as to whether something is going to happen or how it is going to happen?

²⁷अपने ही व्यर्थ संकल्पों का तूफान स्वयं ही रचते और उसी तूफान में स्वयं ही हिल जाते।

⁴⁶What is the first indication of an intellect that has faith? ⁴⁷Someone with a faithful intellect means one who is constantly carefree.

²⁸अपने निश्चय के फाउण्डेशन वा अनेक प्रकार की प्राप्तियों के आधार में स्वयं ही हिल जाते हैं।

⁴⁸Since Baba has taken away all your worries, why should you worry? ⁴⁹Why should you worry in your Brahmin life as to whether destruction will take place or not or when it will take place?

²⁹नामालूम विनाश होगा या नहीं होगा, भगवानुवाच ठीक है वा नहीं है, दुनिया के आगे निश्चय से कहें वा नहीं कहें, गुप्त रहें वा प्रत्यक्ष होवें-जमा करें वा सेवा में लगायें…प्रवृत्ति को सम्भालें वा सेवा में लगें।

⁵⁰Do you not enjoy your Brahmin life; the life as valuable as a diamond, the life of celebrating a meeting with Baba, the life of the stage of ascent, the life of becoming full of all treasures and the life filled with total experience? ⁵¹Do you wish to end this life quickly? ⁵²Do you have any difficulty? ⁵³On the path of bhakti, you called out that you wanted to multiply four times everything of your life of supersensuous joy.

³⁰आखिर भी क्या होना है।

⁵⁴So, have you now become tired?

³¹बाप तो निराकार और आकारी हो गये-साकार में सामना करने वाले तो हम हैं।

⁵⁵BapDada is amused by those who have such thoughts. ⁵⁶What do you still lack that you are made to create such thoughts?

³²ऐसे व्यर्थ संकल्पों का तूफान रच स्वयं को ही डगमग करते हैं।

⁵⁷Since you speak of the benevolent Father and the benevolent life, then whatever God says must be filled with many types of benefit.

³³अपने निश्चय के फाउण्डेशन को हिला देते हैं। ³⁴जैसे तुफान कहाँ पहुँचा देता है-वैसे यह व्यर्थ संकल्पों का तूफान तीव्र पुरूषार्थ से पुरूषार्थ तरफ ले आता है।

⁵⁸In that case, why do you shake the foundation of your faithful intellect by having such thoughts as “why?” or “how?”? ⁵⁹If your foundation is shaken by such a small storm, then how are you going to bear the storms of the great destruction?

³⁵ऐसे तूफानों में मत आओ-बाप-दादा ऐसे बच्चों से पूछते हैं कि क्या अब तक भी ट्रस्टी हो वा गृहस्थी हो?

⁶⁰This storm is just of your waste thoughts, but the storms of the great destruction will be of many different types and come from all four directions. ⁶¹So what will you do then?

³⁶जब ट्रस्टी हो तो ज़िम्मेवार कौन, आप वा बाप? ³⁷जब बाप ज़िम्मेवार है तो होगा वा नहीं होगा, क्या होगा यह बाप की ज़िम्मेवारी है वा आपकी है?

⁶²You have been given extra time, companionship and many types of treasures to help you progress, so why are you so eager to finish everything because of a tiny matter? ⁶³In your days of happiness, you should have patience and not become impatient thinking about when or why.

³⁸निश्चयबुद्धि की पहली निशानी क्या है?

⁶⁴Stop creating storms of your own waste thoughts.

³⁹निश्चयबुद्धि अर्थात् सदा निश्चिंत।

⁶⁵Become wealthy, become powerful , let your intellect constantly have faith, and take benefit at every moment from the benevolent Father and the benevolent time. ⁶⁶These days of being the most wealthy and most fortunate ones; the days of having the companionship of the Bestower of Fortune, are not going to come again in the rest of the whole kalpa. ⁶⁷At the time of destruction, you will remember this time of attainment. ⁶⁸Therefore, according to the drama, whatever scenes take place in the drama, you souls have to remain courageous and enthusiastic; you yourselves have to remain powerful and also make the people of the world powerful.

⁴⁰जब बाप ने आपकी सब चिंतायें अपने ऊपर ले लीं फिर आप क्यों चिंता करते।

⁶⁹Do not wear yourself out trying to break the stones. ⁷⁰Do not shake in the storms that you yourself create.

⁴¹विनाश हो न हो वा कब होगा यह चिंता ब्राह्मण जीवन में क्यों?

⁷¹Remain unshakeable. ⁷²Do you understand what you should be doing and what you actually do?

⁴²क्या ब्राह्मण जीवन हीरे तुल्य जीवन,बाप से मिलन मनाने की जीवन,चढ़ती कला की जीवन, सर्व खजानों से सम्पन्न होने वाली जीवन, सर्व अनुभूति सम्पन्न जीवन अच्छी नहीं लगती है?

⁷³This was the heart­to­heart conversation of Bap and Dada about you children and the games you play. ⁷⁴Now, play such powerful games that all of those games will stop. ⁷⁵Instead of becoming disheartened, let your heart become constantly happy.

⁴³जल्दी समाप्त करने चाहते हो? ⁴⁴कोई कष्ट वा तकलीफ है क्या?

⁷⁶Now, put the sacrificial offering of such thoughts into this great sacrificial fire.

⁴⁵भक्तिमार्ग में यही पुकारा कि यह अतीन्द्रिय सुख की जीवन के दिन एक से चौगुने हो जायें-और अब थक गये हो।

⁷⁷Do not take them back! ⁷⁸Sacrifice them for all time! ⁷⁹You have sacrificed yourself, so how can you have these thoughts? ⁸⁰Therefore, before you leave, offer your sacrificial bhog.

⁴⁶ऐसा संकल्प करने वालों के ऊपर बाप-दादा को हंसी आती है।

⁸¹Offer bhog of the flowers of your powerful thoughts. ⁸²Do you understand what bhog you should offer?

⁴⁷अप्राप्ति क्या है जो ऐसे संकल्प उठाते हो-जब कल्याणकारी बाप कहते हो,कल्याणकारी जीवन कहते हो तो जो भी भगवानुवाच है उसमें अनेक प्रकार के कल्याण समाये हुए हैं। ⁴⁸क्यों और कैसे कहा, इस संकल्प से निश्चयबुद्धि का फाउण्डेशन हिलाते क्यों हो?

⁸³Achcha. ⁸⁴To such carefree souls who have a faithful intellect; to those who understand the meaning of these elevated versions; to those who remain trustees even of their thoughts; that is, whatever Baba thinks is also thought by the children; to the souls whose mind, intellect and sanskars are equal to the Father’s; to those who remain close to BapDada, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. ⁸⁵BapDada meeting groups:

⁴⁹अगर ऐसे छोटे-छोटे तूफानों में फाउण्डेशन हिल जाता है तो महाविनाश के महान तूफान में कैसे ठहर सकेंगे।

⁸⁶1.The easy way to remain worthy of God’s love is to remain detached. ⁸⁷Just as a lotus is always detached and yet loved by everyone, so too, do you always remain as detached as a lotus?

⁵⁰यह तो सिर्फ एक अपने व्यर्थ संकल्पों का तूफान है लेकिन महाविनाश में अनेक प्रकार के चारों ओर के तूफान होंगे फिर क्या करेंगे?

⁸⁸Whilst living at home with your family and amidst the atmosphere of the world, you have to remain beyond that atmosphere. ⁸⁹Those who remain detached become worthy of God’s love. ⁹⁰To the extent that you remain detached, you are accordingly loved.

⁵¹इतनी छोटी सी बात में जिसमें और ही आगे के लिए समय मिला है,साथ मिला है,अनेक प्रकार के खजाने मिल रहे हैं, प्राप्ति होते हुए समाप्ति की उत्कण्ठा क्यों करते हो?

⁹¹You claim your number on the basis of your detachment. ⁹²Those who are totally detached are totally loved. ⁹³2.Automatic service through your worshipful form. ⁹⁴Whilst seeing your memorials and hearing your praise of the previous kalpa, do you always have the intoxication that it is you who is being praised?

⁵²सुख के दिनों में धीरज धरो। ⁵³कब और क्यों के अधीर्य में मत आओ।

⁹⁵Whenever you go to a memorial, do you become intoxicated knowing that it is your memorial?

⁵⁴अपने ही व्यर्थ संकल्पों के तूफान समाप्त करो, सम्पत्तिवान बनो, समर्थीवान बनो।

⁹⁶It is very wonderful that you, in the living form, are seeing your non­living image.

⁵⁵सदा निश्चयबुद्धि। ⁵⁶कल्याणकारी बाप और कल्याणकारी समय का हर सेकेण्ड लाभ उठाओ।

⁹⁷On the one side, there are your non­living images, and on the other side you are in your incognito living form.

⁵⁷सारे कल्प में ऐसे सम्पतिवान,भाग्यवान दिन, भाग्य विधाता के संग के दिन फिर नहीं आने वाले हैं।

⁹⁸So many of your devotees are calling out to you. ⁹⁹By considering yourself worshipful, you will feel compassion for your devotees. ¹⁰⁰Devotees are beggars whereas you are full.

⁵⁸विनाश के समय भी यह प्राप्ति का समय याद करेंगे इसलिए ड्रामा अनुसार कल्याण अर्थ जो ड्रामा का दृश्य चल रहा है उसको त्रिकालदर्शी बन हिम्मत और उल्लास वाली समर्थ आत्मायें बन स्वयं भी समर्थ रहो और विश्व को भी समर्थ बनाओ।

¹⁰¹So, when you see your devotees, do you feel compassion and want to become an instrument to enable them to receive the fruit of their devotion? ¹⁰²Do you constantly have the zeal and enthusiasm to serve them? ¹⁰³By serving them, not only do many others benefit, but you also accumulate for your own future. ¹⁰⁴You must definitely give even a little of something to every soul; none should return empty­handed.

⁵⁹पत्थर तोड़ने में थको मत,स्वयं के तूफान में हिलो मत, अचल बनो।

¹⁰⁵By keeping your worshipful form in your awareness you will constantly keep busy in serving them, even against your conscious wish.

⁶⁰समझा।

¹⁰⁶3. The sign of royal, beloved children is that they remain beyond the dirt of body consciousness.Multimillion­times fortunate souls always swing in the swing of happiness; the feet of their intellect never touch the ground. ¹⁰⁷Beloved, long­lost and now­found children always remain in their parents’ lap; they never put their feet on the ground, they always tread on a carpet. ¹⁰⁸So too, the foot of the intellect of you multimillion­ times fortunate souls should always remain beyond the consciousness of the body and the bodily world. ¹⁰⁹Since BapDada has lifted you out of the dirt and seated you on His heart­throne, why do you get off the throne and go back into the dirt?

⁶¹करते क्या हो और करना क्या है?

¹¹⁰To become body conscious means to play with dirt.

⁶²यही रूह-रूहान बाप-दादा की हुई कि बच्चे क्या खेल करते हैं।

¹¹¹The confluence age is the age of ascent. ¹¹²The time of descent has ended, and only a short time to ascend now remains.

⁶³अब समर्थी का खेल खेलो। ⁶⁴जिससे यह सब खेल समाप्त हो जाएं।

¹¹³Therefore, instead of constantly remaining up above, why do you descend into that dirt? ¹¹⁴Achcha.

⁶⁵दिलशिकस्त के बजाए दिल सदा खुश हो जाए। ⁶⁶अभी ऐसे संकल्प इस महान यज्ञ में आहुति डालकर जाना-साथ नहीं लेकर जाना-सदा के लिए स्वाहा। ⁶⁷जब स्वयं ही स्वाहा हो तो यह संकल्प कैसे आ सकते।

¹¹⁵Blessing:May you constantly be raazyukt (knowing all secrets), yuktiyukt (tactful and diplomatic) and yogyukt (accurately linked in yoga) and thereby please the Lord with your honest heart.One of BapDada’s titles is Dilwala, the One who has won everyone’s heart. ¹¹⁶Another title is Dilaram, the Comforter of Hearts.

⁶⁸इसलिए स्वाहा का भोग लगाकर जाना।

¹¹⁷The Lord is pleased with the children who have a true heart.

⁶⁹समर्थ संकल्पों रूपी फलों का भोग लगाना-समझा कौन सा भोग लगाना है। ⁷⁰अच्छा।

¹¹⁸Those who keep Baba in their heart can easily stabilise in the point­form. ¹¹⁹They become worthy of Baba’s special blessings.

⁷¹ऐसे सदा निश्चिंत, सदा निश्चयबुद्धि,हर महावाक्य के महान अर्थ को जानने वाले,संकल्प के भी ट्रस्टी अर्थात् जो बाप के संकल्प वह बच्चे के संकल्प ऐसे मन,बुद्धि,संस्कार में समान, बाप-दादा के समीप आत्माओं को बाप-दादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

¹²⁰With the power of truth, they are automatically able to perform a task correctly in a yuktiyukt and yogyukt manner. ¹²¹Because all their thoughts, words and deeds are accurate, they please God. ¹²²Therefore, they become raazyukt, yuktiyukt and yogyukt. ¹²³Slogan:Constantly remain merged in Baba’s love and you will be saved from any type of deceit.
