²होली हंस और अमृतबेला रूपी मानसरोवर

¹The holy swans and the mansarovar (lake) of amrit vela.

³आज चारों ओर के रूहानी हंसों वा होली हंसों के संगठन को देख रहे हैं।

²Today, Baba is seeing the holy swans and the gathering of the holy, swans everywhere.

⁴सभी होली हंस सदा ज्ञान रतन ग्रहण करते और कराते हैं।

³All holy swans constantly imbibe and inspire others to imbibe the jewels of knowledge Just as the food of those (physical) swans is the invaluable pearls, similarly, the food for the intellect of you holy swans are the jewels of knowledge. ⁴You imbibe the jewels of knowledge at amrit vela, through your heart to heart conversation with BapDada and the spiritual meeting. ⁵You also imbibe all the powers. ⁶In the same way, through your power of churning, you use in your practical life the jewels and powers that you have imbibed and inspire others to do the same.

⁵हँसों का भोजन अमूल्य मोती होते हैं। ⁶ऐसे ही आप सब होली हँसों के बुद्धि का भोजन ज्ञान रतन है।

⁷At amrit vela, the power of celebrating a meeting, the power to imbibe (to adopt) and the power to catch the inspiration of pure thought from the Father every day are extremely essential.

⁷अमृतबेले से बापदादा के साथ रूह-रूहान द्वारा, रूहानी मिलन द्वारा ज्ञान रतनों को धारण व्रते हो। ⁸शक्तियों को धारण करते हो।

⁸At amrit vela, through the power to imbibe each one becomes an embodiment of dharna. ⁹At amrit vela, two special images are needed. ¹⁰One is to be an embodiment of dharna and the other is to be an embodiment of experience.

⁹ऐसे ही सारा दिन मनन शक्ति द्वारा धारण किये हुए रत्नों को व शक्तियों को अपने जीवन में धारण कर और औरों को कराते हो। ¹⁰अमृतबेले मिलन मनाने की शक्ति, ग्रहण करने अर्थात् धारण करने की शक्ति, बाप द्वारा हर रोज के विशेष शुद्ध संकल्प रूपी प्रेरणा को केच करने की शक्ति सबसे ज्यादा आवश्यक है।

¹¹Especially at amrit vela, BapDada is the Bestower for the children and, in order to celebrate a meeting, He adopts the form of the love of all relationships and also the form of the Innocent Lord of all Treasures who fills the aprons of the children with all treasures. ¹²At that time, you can do whatever you want with the Father. ¹³If you want to persuade Him, cajole Him, fulfil a relationship with Him or experience an easy method, you can easily attain all these methods and the success of that.

¹¹अमृतबेले के समय हरेक धारण करने की शक्ति द्वारा धारणामूर्त बन जाते हैं।

¹⁴You can easily attain the treasure of attainments and also the Bestower who bestow everything. ¹⁵The mines of all virtues and all powers are open for the children.

¹²अमृतबेले विशेष दो मूर्तियाँ चाहिए - एक धारणामूर्त्त दूसरा अनुभवि मूर्त्त।

¹⁶One second’s experience at amrit vela is the basis of experiencing the form of all attainments throughout the day and night.

¹³क्योंकि अमृतबेले बाप-दादा विशेष बच्चों के प्रति दाता के स्वरूप और मिलन मनाने के लिए सर्व सम्बन्धों के स्नेह सम्पन्न स्वरूप,सर्व खज़ानों से झोली भरने वाले भोले भण्डारी के रूप में होते हैं।

¹⁷BapDada is free at that time for each and every child; to talk to each one to their heart’s content, to listen to their complaints, to finish their weaknesses, to forgive all the many types of sins they may have committed, and to give them that love. ¹⁸That time is notofficial. ¹⁹He is in the form of the Innocent Lord.

¹⁴उस समय जो भी करना चाहो, बाप को मनाना चाहो,रिझाना चाहो,सम्बन्ध निभाना चाहो,सहज विधि का अनुभव चाहो,सर्व विधियाँ और सिद्धियाँ सहज प्राप्त कर सकते हो।

²⁰When you have such agolden chance, some children take that chance whilst others simply watch those who take achance. ²¹Why? ²²They have the desire, but do you know why an obstruction comes in between? ²³In fact, Maya is also very clever.

¹⁵प्राप्ति के भण्डार और देने वाला दाता सहज ही प्राप्त हो सकता है।

²⁴She comes especially at that time to separate you from the Father. ²⁵She cajoles you with her games of excuses.

¹⁶सर्व गुणों की खानें, सर्व शक्तियों की खानें बच्चों के लिए खुली हैं।

²⁶Just as a gambler would attract people through his dealings, in the same way, Maya also cajoles you with many types of excuses of carelessness, laziness and waste thoughts.

¹⁷अमृतबेले के एक सेकेण्ड का अनुभव सारे दिन और रात में सर्व प्राप्ति के स्वरूप के अनुभव का आधार है।

²⁷Then, you lose your golden chance. ²⁸Moreover, because of losing such a precious time; because of depriving yourself of easy attainment, your foundation for the whole day becomes weak.

¹⁸बाप दादा भी हरेक को जी-भर करके बातें करने के लिए,फरियाद सुनने के लिए,कमज़ोरी मिटाने के लिए,अनेक प्रकार के पाप बख्शाने के लिए,लाड़-प्यार देने के लिए सब बातों के लिए फ्री हैं।

²⁹No matter how much effort you make throughout the whole day, yet because the beginning of the day, that is, the time of laying the foundation was weak you therefore have to labour hard and receive less attainment. ³⁰Because of receiving less attainment, you experience two types of stage.

¹⁹वह समय ऑफीशीयल नहीं है। ²⁰भोले-भण्डारी के रूप में हैं।

³¹Firstly, whilst moving along, you experience tiredness, and secondly, you become disheartened.

²¹इतना गोल्डन चान्स होते हुए भी कोई बच्चे चान्स ले रहे हैं।

³²What do you then think? “I don’t know when I will reach my destination. ³³Is the time far or close?

²²और कोई किनारे चान्स लेने वालों को देख रहे हैं।

³⁴When will revelation take place so that we can go to the golden­aged world?

²³क्यों चाहना भी है फिर भी क्यों बीच में क्या रूकावट है - उसको जानते हो?

³⁵How much longer will I have these bondages of this household?” You put aside the attainment of the present time and start looking to the future.

²⁴चाहते हुए भी प्राप्तियों से वंचित क्यों? ²⁵माया भी बड़ी चतुर है।

³⁶Constantly keep a list of the present attainments in front of you, and then the question: “When will this happen?” will change into: “It is happening now”.

²⁶विशेष उस समय बाप से किनारे करने के लिए आ जाती है।

³⁷Instead of being disheartened, your heart will become happy. ³⁸Do not step away from the present time.

²⁷विशेष बहाने बाज़ी के खेल में बच्चों को रिझा लेती है।

³⁹Recognise the game of the excuses of Maya. ⁴⁰Maya makes you happy by giving you excuses.

²⁸जैसे बाज़ीगर अपनी बाज़ी में लोगों को आकर्षित कर लेते हैं, वैसे माया भी अनेक प्रकार के अलबेलेपन, आलस्य और व्यर्थ संकल्पों की बहाने बाज़ी में रिझा लेती है।

⁴¹Therefore, you are not able to cajole the Father, that is, you are not able to adopt the easy methods. ⁴²Instead of attaining something in the form of a blessing, you start to make effort to attain something. ⁴³Therefore, whilst recognising the time of amrit vela for easy attainment, take benefit from it.

²⁹इसलिए गोल्डन चान्स को गँवा लेते हैं।

⁴⁴Fill your aprons with this reward from the open treasure­store.

³⁰और फिर ऐसे समय को गँवाने के कारण सहज प्राप्ति से वंचित होने के कारण सारा दिन का कमज़ोर फाउन्डेशन हो जाता है।

⁴⁵At amrit vela, the Bestower of Fortune and the Bestower of Blessings is ready to draw your line of fortune to whatever extent you want. ⁴⁶You can easily have your line of elevated fortune drawn by Him.

³¹सारे दिन में चाहे कितना भी पुरूषार्थ करें लेकिन सारे दिन की आदि अर्थात् फाउन्डेशन समय कमज़ोर होने के कारण मेहनत ज्यादा करनी पड़ती, प्राप्ति कम होती हैं।

⁴⁷At that time, although He is God, He islove­full, and so, on the basis of that love, you can have that elevated line drawn by Him. ⁴⁸Whatever you want and for however many births, whether you want to come into the rosary of eight or the rosary of one hundred and eight, BapDada has made an open offer to you.

³²प्राप्ति कम होने के कारण दो प्रकार की अवस्था का अनुभव करते हैं।

⁴⁹What else do you want? ⁵⁰Become a master and claim your rights. ⁵¹There is no lock or key on any of the treasures.

³³एक तो चलते-चलते थकावट अनुभव करते हैं, दूसरा चलते-चलते दिल शिकस्त हो जाते हैं।

⁵²The key doesn’t require any effort. ⁵³Otherwise, throughout the day, you have to use the key of effort.

³⁴और फिर क्या सोचते हैं। ³⁵ना मालूम मंजिल पर कब पहुँचेंगे?

⁵⁴At that time, simply have the one thought: Whatever I am, however I am, I belong to You.

³⁶समय नज़दीक है या दूर है?

⁵⁵Overcome the games of Maya and come and sit next to Baba. ⁵⁶How?

³⁷कब प्रत्यक्षता होगी और सतयुगी सृष्टि में जावेंगे?

⁵⁷The games of Maya areside scenes. ⁵⁸You mustn’t come to a standstill on seeing them.

³⁸यह प्रवृत्ति के बन्धन कब तक रहेंगे?

⁵⁹Simply come and sit next to Baba.

³⁹वर्तमान की प्राप्ति को छोड़ भविष्य को देखते हैं।

⁶⁰Surrender your thoughts and intellect, that is, your mind and intellect to the Father.

⁴⁰प्राप्ति का सहज साधन

⁶¹Do you not know how to do this?

⁴¹वर्तमान प्राप्ति की लिस्ट सदा सामने रखो, ‘तो कब होगा’ यह खत्म होकर हो रहा है में आ जायेंगे।

⁶²Why should it be difficult to give back to the Father what He has given you? ⁶³Sometimes you say: “It is Yours”, and at other times you say: “It is mine”.

⁴²दिल शिकस्त होने के बजाए दिल-खुश हो जावेंगे।

⁶⁴You get caught up in the spinning of “mine” and “Yours”.

⁴³वर्तमान से किनारा नहीं करो। ⁴⁴माया की बहानेबाज़ी को पहचानो।

⁶⁵As soon as it is amrit vela and you open your eyes, just take a jump and sit next to Baba in one second.

⁴⁵माया बहाने में आप को राज़ी कर देती हैं। ⁴⁶इसलिए बाप को रिझा नहीं सकते हो अर्थात् सहज साधन अपना नहीं सकते हो।

⁶⁶Because of this company, you will experience Baba’s treasures to be your own treasures; not on the basis ofknowledge, but on the basis of attainment.

⁴⁷वरदान के रूप में जो प्राप्ति करनी चाहिए उसकी बजाए मेहनत कर प्राप्ति करने में लग जाते हो।

⁶⁷Whilst remaining seated on the throne of all rights, you will experience yourself to be one who has all rights. ⁶⁸So, Baba, as God, the Friend, is offering you the throne of all rights.

⁴⁸इसलिए अमृतबेले की सहज प्राप्ति की बेला को जानते हुए उसका लाभ उठाओ।

⁶⁹Wake up and sit on the throne. ⁷⁰Even by sitting for just a short time on the throne of all rights, you can become whatever you want.

⁴⁹खुले भण्डारों से प्रारब्ध की झोली भर लो वरदाता और भाग्य विधाता से अमृतबेले के समय जो तकदीर की रेखा खिंचवाना चाहो, वह खींचने के लिए तैयार हैं।

⁷¹Are limited kings not able to claim a kingdom on the basis of having a right to the throne for just a short time? ⁷²Now, at thisgolden time, those who are seated on the unlimited throne are easily able to create theirgolden­aged stage and also claim an elevated status in the futuregolden­ aged world.

⁵⁰तकदीर की रेख वरदाता से सहज व श्रेष्ठ खिंचवा लो।

⁷³Do you understand the time for making easy effort and the easy method for that?

⁵¹उस समय यह भोले भगवान के रूप में हैं लवफुल है तो लव के आधार से श्रेष्ठ लकीर खिंचवा लो।

⁷⁴So, why do you put aside that which is easy and try to do something difficult? ⁷⁵Now, will you become an easy effort­maker or a difficult effort­maker?

⁵²जो चाहे, जितने जन्मों के लिए चाहे, चाहे अष्ट रत्नों में चाहे 108की माला में,बाप-दादा की खुली आफर हैं- और क्या चाहिए!

⁷⁶Since you found Baba easily, how can that path be difficult to follow? ⁷⁷Become an easy effort­maker. ⁷⁸Finish all name and trace of anything difficult and you will be able to finish the difficulties of the whole world.

⁵³मालिक बनो और अधिकार लो।

⁷⁹To those who have all rights; who remain seated on the throne and pass in the games of Maya; to those who constantly understand the Father’s secrets; to those who transform effort into love; to those who keep their hearts happy instead of becoming disheartened; to those who make the world happy with their happy heart; to those who constantly stay with the Father; to the most elevated souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. ⁸⁰1. The easy method to serve through your mind is unbroken faith. ⁸¹Those who are constantly victorious through maintaining faith in their intellect are able, on the basis of that faith, to purify the atmosphere They serve through their mind because, when others see a soul who has faith in the intellect, they feel that this one has received something. ⁸²No matter how arrogant those others may be; even if they will not listen to this knowledge, yet internally they definitely understand that this one’s life is worth something.

⁵⁴कोई भी खज़ाने पर तालाचाबी नहीं है।

⁸³This service continues amongst those who have had unbroken faith from the beginning.

⁵⁵मेहनत की चाबी नहीं है।

⁸⁴This is truly service through the mind.

⁵⁶नहीं तो फिर सारे दिन में मेहनत को चाबी लगानी पड़ती है, उस समय सिर्फ एक संकल्प करो कि जो भी हूँ जैसी भी हूँ, आपकी हूँ।

⁸⁵2. The method to remain safe from Maya is to keep the guard ofattention awake. ⁸⁶Are all of you constantly moving along as the spinners of the discus of self­realisation? ⁸⁷Those who are constantly spinning the discus of self­realisation are constantly free from any spinning of Maya.

⁵⁷माया की बाज़ी को पार कर साथ में आकर के बैठ जाओ।

⁸⁸The one discus of self­realisation finishes all the wasteful spinning. ⁸⁹It chases Maya away.

⁵⁸बस। ⁵⁹यह माया की बाज़ी साइडसीन है।

⁹⁰Maya cannot stay in front of those who spin the discus of self­realisation.

⁶⁰उनमें रूकना नहीं। ⁶¹आ जाओ और बैठ जाओ। ⁶²संकल्प और बुद्धि अर्थात् मन और बुद्धि बाप के हवाले कर दो।

⁹¹Because of being constantly full, the spinners of the discus of self­realisation are constantly unshakeable. ⁹²Are you able to constantly remain full and overflowing?

⁶³यह करना नहीं आता? ⁶⁴बाप की दी हुई वस्तु बाप को देने में मुश्किल क्यों?

⁹³Maya tries to empty you, but when you are constantly cautious, awakened and like an ignited light, Maya cannot do anything.

⁶⁵कभी तेरी कभी फिर मेरी कहते हो इस तेरी मेरी के चक्र में आ जाते हो अमृतबेला हुआ ऑख खुली और सेकेण्ड में जम्प लगाकर बाप के साथ बैठ जाओ।

⁹⁴If the guard ofattention is constantly awakened, you will constantly remain safe. ⁹⁵You have in the past been constantly ignited lights, and so people still keep your memorials of the constantly lit lights in the temples.

⁶⁶साथ के कारण जो बाप के खज़ाने सो आपके खज़ाने अनुभव होंगे।

⁹⁶They don’t allow the lamps to extinguish. ⁹⁷Where did thefashion of having a constantly ignited light start from?

⁶⁷नालेज़ के आधार पर नहीं लेकिन प्राप्ति के आधार पर।

⁹⁸At the confluence age, all of you became the constantly ignited lights, and therefore this memorial has continued.

⁶⁸अधिकार के तख्त पर बैठे हुए होने के कारण अधिकारी पन का अनुभव होगा।

⁹⁹If the lamp is extinguished, they consider it to be bad. ¹⁰⁰So, what are all of you in your living form?

⁶⁹तो बाप खुदा दोस्त के रूप में अधिकार का तख्त ऑफर कर रहे हैं।

¹⁰¹Constantly ignited lamps. ¹⁰²Anything that is even slightly damaged cannot be worthy of worship.

⁷⁰उठो और तख्त पर बैठ जाओ।

¹⁰³Meeting a group from Nairobi (Kenya):

⁷¹थोड़े समय के अधिकार के तख्त निवासी होने से भी जो चाहो वह बना सकते हो।

¹⁰⁴Those moths who come last and constantly go fast in front of the Flame are clever in dying alive for all time.

⁷²जैसे हद के राजा थोड़े समय की राजाई क्या अधिकार में नहीं कर लेते हैं?

¹⁰⁵Are you the true moths? ¹⁰⁶Seeing the moths, the Flame is very happy. ¹⁰⁷The Flame is proud of such moths.

⁷³अब बेहद तख्तनशीन इस गोल्डन समय पर वर्तमान समय सहज ही अपनी गोल्डन एज स्थिति बना सकते हो।

¹⁰⁸You children are constantly the embodiment of the remembrance of the Father. ¹⁰⁹Just as you remember the Father, He too remembers you.

⁷⁴और भविष्य गोल्डन एज दुनिया में श्रेष्ठ पद प्राप्त कर सकते हो। ⁷⁵समझा,सहज पुरूषार्थ का समय और सहज साधन।

¹¹⁰Whereas all of you tried to garland the living Oneindirectly through the non­living images, now the Father constantly turns the beads of the rosary of the children’s virtues, and so you are solucky.

⁷⁶फिर सहज को छोड़ मुश्किल में क्यों जाते हो?

¹¹¹Souls remember Baba and Baba remembers you great souls. ¹¹²So, you have become even higher than the Father.

⁷⁷अब सहज पुरूषार्थ बनेंगे या मुश्किल?

¹¹³This is why the children’s place is in the crown of the Father.

⁷⁸जब बाप सहज मिला तो मार्ग मुश्किल कैसे होगा!

¹¹⁴You are thevaluable beads of the crown. ¹¹⁵The real jewels and diamonds sparkle so much.

⁷⁹सहज पुरूषार्थ बनो। ⁸⁰मुश्किल का नाम-निशान खत्म करो तो दुनिया की मुश्किलातों को खत्म कर सकेंगे।

¹¹⁶Nowadays, even the real jewels look like the artificial ones. ¹¹⁷In the golden age, each jewel will shine like abulb. ¹¹⁸It will be brightly sparkling.

⁸¹ऐसे सदा अधिकारी, तख्तनशीन,माया की बाज़ी से अपने को सदा पास रखने वाले, सदा बाप के राज़ो को जानने वाले, ‘मेहनत’शब्द को ‘मोहब्बत में परिवर्तन करने वाले, दिलशिकस्त के बदले दिल-खुश रहने वाले, अपने दिल-खुश से जहान को खुश करने वाले ऐसे सदा बाप के साथ रहने वाले सर्व श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं को बाप-दादा का याद, प्यार और नमस्ते।

¹¹⁹Just as on a plain bulb you use lighting gel to create light of that colour: you use green gel to create a green light or red gel to create a red light, similarly there, you will have as muchnaturally coloured light as you have diamonds of different colours. ¹²⁰As soon as there is even a little light, the room will begin to sparkle. ¹²¹So, all of you are the real diamonds of BapDada’s crown. ¹²²One kind of hero (diamond) is one that sparkles, and the other is one who plays the elevatedmain part, a hero or heroine.

⁸²पार्टियों के साथ

¹²³So, you are double heroes.

⁸³1. मन्सा सेवा का सहज साधन अटूट निश्चय :- जो भी सदा निश्चय बुद्धि होकर विजयी रहते हैं, उन निश्चय बुद्धियों द्वारा वायुमण्डल शुद्ध होता जाता है।

¹²⁴Constantly maintain the intoxication of being double heroes. ¹²⁵The beautiful fragrance of Nairobi is reaching the subtle region. ¹²⁶You children have courage. ¹²⁷Such a big group is the proof of your courage.

⁸⁴वह मन्सा सेवा करते हैं क्योंकि चारों ओर के व्यक्ति निश्चय बुद्धि आत्माओं को देख समझते हैं कि इनको कुछ मिला है।

¹²⁸This proves that the children from Nairobi are servers like the Father. ¹²⁹This is why you have served everyone and brought them here. ¹³⁰This is the practical proof of service.

⁸⁵चाहे कितना भी घमण्डी हों,ज्ञान को न भी सुनते हों लेकिन अन्दर में यह समझते जरूर हैं कि इनका जीवन कुछ बना है।

¹³¹You have received the fruit of determined faith. ¹³²You developed faith in your intellect and then, with Baba’s help, the impossible became possible. ¹³³Instead of a little hut, you have now received a palace.

⁸⁶तो जो शुरू से अटल निश्चय बुद्धि रहे हैं।

¹³⁴(Baba, have you seen the palace [centre]?) ¹³⁵BapDada doesn’t stop doing His work.

⁸⁷उनकी यह सेवा चलती रहती है।

¹³⁶Baba constantly looks after His children.

⁸⁸यह भी मन्सा सेवा है। ⁸⁹2. माया से सेफ रहने का साधन - अटेन्शन रूपी चौकीदार सुजाग रहे :- सभी सदा स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनकर चलते हो?

¹³⁷In the world also, a mother would definitely be around her children because she loves them. ¹³⁸So, how could BapDada and the Mother and Father not circle around you children here? ¹³⁹This is why He comes here every day.

⁹⁰सदा अपना स्व-स्वरूप,स्व-दर्शन चक्रधारी का याद रहता है?

¹⁴⁰Both Bap and Dada are bodiless in terms of a physical body. ¹⁴¹One has a subtle body and the other One is incorporeal.

⁹¹जो सदा स्वदर्शनचक्रधारी हैं वह अनेक प्रकार के माया के चक्र से सदा मुक्त रहते हैं।

¹⁴²Neither of them needs to sleep, and therefore they are able to go wherever they want. ¹⁴³How many centres are there in Africa now?

⁹²एक स्वदर्शनचक्र अनेक व्यर्थ चक्रों को खत्म करने वाला है, माया को भगाने वाला है।

¹⁴⁴The area of Africa is very large; therefore, you should go everywhere and continue to increase service so that no one can then complain to you. ¹⁴⁵Open centres everywhere.

⁹³स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी के आगे माया ठहर नहीं सकती।

¹⁴⁶Go and serve, give the message, open a Gita Pathshala and continue to move forward. ¹⁴⁷Meeting a group of teachers:

⁹⁴स्वदर्शनचक्रधारी सदा सम्पन्न होने के कारण अचल रहते हो।

¹⁴⁸Teachersmeans those who are equal to the Father; those who transform many others through their thoughts, words and deeds.

⁹⁵ऐसे सदा सम्पन्न अर्थात् मालामाल रहने वाले हो?

¹⁴⁹You are servers not just through your words, but also through your thoughts and deeds.

⁹⁶माया खाली करने की कोशिश करती है लेकिन जो सदा खबरदार है, सुजाग है,जागती ज्योति है तो माया कुछ नहीं कर पाती।

¹⁵⁰Those who are embodiments of success in all three types of servicepass with honour. ¹⁵¹You should claim equal marks in all three. ¹⁵²So, you are theteachers who will pass with honour, are you not?

⁹⁷अटेन्शन रूपी चौकीदार सुजाग हों तो सदा सेफ रहेंगे।

¹⁵³Many would simplypass, but only a few special ones would pass with honour.

⁹⁸तो सदा जागती ज्योत बनो इसीलिए यादगार मन्दिरों में भी अखण्ड ज्योति जगाते हैं।

¹⁵⁴So what aim have you kept? ¹⁵⁵Check your timetable every day: Did I keep a balance of all three types of service throughout the whole day?

⁹⁹बुझने नहीं देते।

¹⁵⁶By maintaining this balance you will experience all virtues. ¹⁵⁷As you walk and move around you will be able to experience and enable others to experience all virtues. ¹⁵⁸Everyone would then say that you donate virtues because the decoration of divine virtues would be very clearly visible. ¹⁵⁹This is why, at the end, everyone will bow down and salute you, saying: “Deviji, deviji” (goddess); and this sanskar of the final time will then continue in the form of the worship of the goddesses.
