²सहज याद का साधन - स्वयं को खुदाई खिदमतगार समझो

¹The method of easy remembrance is to consider yourself to be a Godly helper.

³बाप-दादा आज अपने सहयोगी वा सहजयोगी बच्चों को, जिनका नाम ही है - खुदाई खिदमतगार, ऐसे बच्चों को देख सदा हर्षित होते हैं।

²Today, BapDada was very happy to see His co­operative and easy yogi children who are called Godly helpers.

⁴खुदाई खिदमतगार अर्थात् जो खुदा व बाप ने खिदमत अर्थात् सेवा दी है उसी सेवा में सदा तत्पर रहने वाले।

³A Godly helper is one who always remains engaged in the task, that is, the service, that God, the Father, has given him.

⁵बच्चों को यह भी विशेष नशा होना चाहिए कि हम सभी को खुदा ने जो खिदमत दी है,हम उसी सेवा में लगे हुए हैं।

⁴Children should also have the special intoxication of being engaged in the service given to them by God.

⁶कार्य करते हुए, जिसने कार्य दिया है,उसको कभी भूला नहीं जाता। ⁷चाहे स्थूल कर्त्तव्य भी करने हो लेकिन यह कर्मणा सेवा भी खुदाई खिदमत है। ⁸डायरेक्ट बाप डायरेक्शन दिये हैं तो कर्मणा सेवा में भी यह स्मृति रहे कि बाप के डायरेक्शन के अनुसार कर रहे हैं तो कभी भी बाप को भूल नहीं सकेंगे। ⁹जैसे कोई विशेष आत्मा से कोई विशेष कार्य मिलता है - जैसे आज कल का प्रेजीडेन्ट अगर किसी को कहे कि तुम्हें यह कार्य करना है तो वह व्यक्ति उस कार्य को करते हुए प्रेज़ीडेन्ट को कभी नहीं भूलेगा।

⁵Whilst carrying out a task, you would never forget the One who has given you that task.

¹⁰सहज और स्वतः ही उसकी याद रहेगी। ¹¹न चाहते हुए भी सामने वही आता रहेगा।

⁶Even if you may be doing something physical, that physical service is a task given to you by God.

¹²ऐसे आप सब को यह कार्य ऊंचे-से-ऊंचे बाप ने दिया कार्य करते हुए देने वाले को भूल कैसे सकेंगे? ¹³तो सहज याद का साधन है - सदा स्वयं को खुदाई खिदमतगार समझो। ¹⁴पत्ते-पत्ते को भगवान हिलाता है - इस गायन का रहस्य

⁷Therefore, whilst doing any physical service, remain aware that Baba gave you thatdirection directly; that you are doing it according to the Father’s directions, and then you will never forget the Father.

¹⁵भक्ति मार्ग में बिना समझ के भी कहावत है और उनकी मान्यता भी है अगर पत्ता भी हिल रहा है उस पत्ते को हिलाने वाला भी बाप है। ¹⁶लेकिन इस रहस्य को आप जानते हो कि उन पत्तों को बाप नहीं हिलाता लेकिन ड्रामा अनुसार यह सब चल रहा है। ¹⁷यह गायन कोई स्थूल पत्तों से नहीं लगता, लेकिन कल्प वृक्ष के आप सब पहले पत्ते हो। ¹⁸संगमयुगी आप सब गोल्डन एजेड पत्ते जो बाप द्वारा लोहे से पारस बन गये हो, इन चैतन्य पत्ते को इस समय डायरेक्ट बाप चला रहे हैं।

⁸A special task would be given by a special person.

¹⁹बाप की डायरेक्शन है कि संकल्प भी जो बाप का हो,वह आपका संकल्प हो। ²⁰हर संकल्प बाप-समान,हर बोल बापसमान, हर कर्म बाप-समान हो अर्थात् इसी श्रीमत के आधार पर आप सभी का संकल्प चलता है।

⁹When aPresident gives someone a task to carry out, that person would never forget thePresident whilst performing that task; he would easily and naturally remember him. ¹⁰Even without wanting it, that President would appear in front of him.

²¹तो इस समय आप सभ् पत्तों को श्रीमत के आधार पर हर समय बाप चला रहे हैं।

¹¹In the same way, the highest on high Father has given you this task to perform.

²²पत्ते-पत्ते को हिला रहा है अर्थात् चला रहा है।

¹²Therefore, whilst performing this task, how could you forget the One who gave you this task?

²³अगर श्रीमत के सिवाए संकल्प भी करते हो तो वह व्यर्थ संकल्प हो जाता है तो यह जो कहावत है,वह भक्ति के समय की नहीं लेकिन संगम समय का गायन है। ²⁴तो आप सभी पत्ते बाप की श्रीमत पर ही हिल रहे हो अर्थात् चल रहे हो ना। ²⁵ऐसे ही चल रहे हो ना?

¹³So, the easy way to have remembrance is constantly to consider yourself to be God’s helper. ¹⁴They have a saying on the path of devotion; although they don’t understand what’s behind it, they believe that even when a leaf moves, it moves on the instructions of the Father.

²⁶चलाने का काम भी बाप का, फिर भी इतना मुश्किल क्यों लगता है? ²⁷बोझ सारा बाप ने ले लिया फिर भी सदा उड़ते क्यों नहीं हो?

¹⁵However, you know the secret behind it: that it is not the Father that is making the leaf move, but in fact everything happens according to the drama.

²⁸हल्की चीज़ तो सदा ऊपर उड़ती है। ²⁹इतने हल्के जो हर संकल्प भी बाप चलायेंगे तो चलाना है।

¹⁶This saying doesn’t apply to the physical leaves, but in reality to all of you first leaves of the kalpa tree.

³⁰जैसे चलायेंगे वैसे चलेंगे यह सभी का वायदा है और बाप की गारन्टी है कि चलायेंगे। ³¹तो बुद्धि को क्या आर्डर दिया हुआ है?

¹⁷All of yougolden­aged leaves of the confluence­age have been changed by the Father from being like iron to now becoming divine.

³²बुद्धि को बाप ने क्या कार्य दिया है - उसको जानते हो ना?

¹⁸All of you living leaves are being moveddirectly by the Father at this time.

³³बुद्धि के बैठने का स्थान बाप के पास में है। ³⁴कर्त्तव्य विश्व सेवा का है।

¹⁹Baba directs you to make every thought equal to the Father’s thought.

³⁵तो जो वायदा किया है जहाँ बिठायेंगे जैसे चलायेंगे वैसे चलेंगे। ³⁶शरीर से या बुद्धि से?

²⁰Your every thought, your every word and your every deed should be equal to those of the Father.

³⁷तन के साथ मन भी दिया है या सिर्फ तन दिया है?

²¹You create all of your thoughts according to this shrimat.

³⁸तन और बुद्धि से जहाँ बिठायें,जैसे चलायें, जो करायें, जो खिलायें, वहीं करेंगे - यह वायदा किया हुआ है ना? ³⁹तो बुद्धि का भोजन है - शुद्ध संकल्प।

²²At this time, all of you leaves are moving along at every moment according to Baba’s elevated instructions. ²³He is making every leaf move, that is, He is making all of you leaves move along.

⁴⁰जो खिलाएं वही खायेंगे - यह वायदा है तो फिर व्यर्थ संकल्प का भोजन क्यों करते हो?

²⁴Any thought you might have that is not according to His shrimat would be a waste thought.

⁴¹जैसे मुख द्वारा तमोगुणी भोजन, अशुद्ध भोजन नहीं खा सकते हो, ऐसे ही बुद्धि द्वारा व्यर्थ संकल्प वा विकल्प का अशुद्ध भोजन कैसे खा सकते हो?

²⁵So, because all of you leaves are moving along according to Baba’s shrimat, this saying does not belong to the path of devotion, but is the praise of the confluence age.

⁴²जो खिलायेंगे,वह खायेंगे फिर तो यह राँग हो जाता है।

²⁶You are moving along in this way, are you not?

⁴³कहना और करना समान करने वाले हो ना?

²⁷It is the Father’s duty to instruct you on how to move.

⁴⁴तो मन बुद्धि के लिए सदा यह भी वायदा याद रखो तो सहज योगी बन जावेंगे। ⁴⁵बाप ने कहा और किया।

²⁸So why do you still find it difficult? ²⁹Since the Father has taken all of your burdens, why are you not constantly flying?

⁴⁶अपना बोझ अपने ऊपर न रखो।

³⁰Anything light constantly flies high.

⁴⁷कैसे करूँ, कैसे चलूँ, इस बोझ से हल्के होकर के ऊंची स्थिति पर जा नहीं सकते हो।

³¹You should be so light that every thought you create would be according to Baba’s instruction.

⁴⁸इसलिए श्रीमत से संकल्प तक भी चलते चलो तो मेहनत से बच जाओगे।

³²The promise that all of you made was that you would move along as He made you move.

⁴⁹मिलावट से भारीपन ⁵⁰कई बच्चों की मेहनत के भिन्न-भिनन पोज़ बाप-दादा देखते रहते हैं।

³³Babaguarantees that He will make you move along, so what order has your intellect been given?

⁵¹सारे दिन में अनेक बच्चों के अनेक पोज़ देखते हैं।

³⁴Do you know what task Baba has given your intellect?

⁵²ऑटोमेटिक कैमरा है। ⁵³साइन्स वालों ने सब वतन से ही तो कापी की है।

³⁵The place for your intellect to sit is next to Baba and your task is world service.

⁵⁴कभी वतन में आकर देखना क्या-क्या चीजें वहाँ है।

³⁶You have promised Baba that you will sit where He seats you, have you not?

⁵⁵जो चाहिए, वह हाजिर मिलेगी। ⁵⁶आप सब कहेंगे कि मँगाओ।

³⁷Is this in terms of your body or your intellect?

⁵⁷बाप पूछते हैं वतन को देखना चाहते हो या रहना चाहते हो।

³⁸Together with your body, have you also given your mind? ³⁹Or have you only given your body?

⁵⁸(ट्रायल करेंगे) शक है क्या जो ट्रायल करेंगे? ⁵⁹आप सबको बुलाने के लिए ही ब्रह्मा बाप रूके हुए हैं।

⁴⁰You have promised, have you not, that you will sit, do and eat whatever Baba asks you to do with your body and also your intellect?

⁶⁰तो क्यों नहीं सम्पन्न बन जाते हो।

⁴¹So, the food for your intellect is pure thoughts.

⁶¹बहुत सहज ही सम्पन्न बन सकते हो, लेकिन द्वापर से मिक्स करने के संस्कार बहुत रहे हैं।

⁴²You have promised that you will eat whatever Baba gives you to eat, and so why do you accept the food of waste thoughts?

⁶²पहले पूजा में मिक्स किया, देवताओं को बन्दर का मुँह लगा दिया। ⁶³शास्त्रों में मिक्स किया जो बाप की जीवन-कहानी में बच्चे की जीवन-कहानी मिक्स की।

⁴³Your mouth is not allowed to eat anything impure, so how can you allow your intellect to eat the impure food of wasteful or sinful thoughts?

⁶⁴ऐसे ही गृहस्थी में पवित्र प्रवृत्ति के बजाए अपवित्रता मिक्स कर दी।

⁴⁴It would then bewrong to say that you eat whatever He gives you to eat.

⁶⁵अभी भी श्रीमत में मन मत मिक्स कर देते हो।

⁴⁵You are those whose words and deeds are the same, are you not?

⁶⁶इसलिए मिक्स होने के कारण, जैसे रीयल सोना हल्का होता है और जब उसमें मिक्स करते हैं तो भारी हो जाता है ऐसे ही श्रीमत अर्थात् श्रेष्ठ मत बनाती हैं।

⁴⁶Therefore, by constantly remembering this promise for your mind and intellect, you will become an easy yogi. ⁴⁷As soon as Baba says something, you should do it. ⁴⁸Don’t keep your burden to yourself.

⁶⁷मनमत मिक्स होने से भारी हो जाते हो।

⁴⁹By keeping hold of the burden of: “How can I do this?

⁶⁸इसलिए चलने में मेहनत लगती है। ⁶⁹अतः श्रीमत में मिक्स नहीं करो।

⁵⁰How can I move?”, you remain unable to become light and so fly to your elevated stage.

⁷⁰सदा हल्के रहने से वतन की सभी सीन-सीनरियाँ यहाँ रहते हुए भी देख सकेंगे।

⁵¹Therefore, by continuing to follow shrimat even to the level of your thinking, you will become free from having to labour.

⁷¹ऐसे अनुभव करेंगे जैसे इस दुनिया की कोई भी सीन स्पष्ट दिखाई देती है।

⁵²BapDada continues to see the different poses of many children.

⁷²सिर्फ संकल्प शक्ति अर्थात् मन और बुद्धि सदा मनमत से खाली रखो।

⁵³Throughout the day, He sees many poses of many children. ⁵⁴He has anautomatic camera.

⁷³मन को चलाने की आदत बहुत है ना।

⁵⁵Scientists have copied everything of the subtle region.

⁷⁴एकाग्र करते हो फिर भी चल पड़ता है।

⁵⁶You should come sometime to the subtle region to see what is here.

⁷⁵फिर मेहनत करते हो ।

⁵⁷You would find here whatever you want.

⁷⁶चलाने से बचने का साधन है जैसे आजकल अगर कोई कन्ट्रोल में नहीं आता, बहुत तंग करता है,बहुत उछलता है, या पागल हो जाता है तो उनको ऐसा इन्जेक्शन लगा देते हैं जो वह शान्त हो जाता है।

⁵⁸All of you would then say: “Bring all of those things here.” Baba asks: Do you just want to see the subtle region or do you want to stay there? ⁵⁹(We will try it.) ⁶⁰Do you have any doubt about it that you want to try it first?

⁷⁷तो ऐसे अगर संकल्प शक्ति आपके कन्ट्रोल में नहीं आती तो अशरीरी भव का इन्जेक्शन लगा दो।

⁶¹Brahma Baba is waiting just to call all of you there, so why don’t you become complete?

⁷⁸बाप के पास बैठ जाओ। ⁷⁹तो संकल्प शक्ति व्यर्थ नहीं उछलेगी बैठना भी नहीं आता है क्या?

⁶²You could very easily become complete; however, since the copper age, you have been developing many sanskars ofmixing everything.

⁸⁰सिर्फ बैठने का ही काम दिया है, और कुछ नहीं। ⁸¹अभी तो समझ रहे हैं कि बहुत सहज है।

⁶³First, you mixed up everything in your worshipping: you put the face of a monkey on the deities.

⁸²बुद्धि का लगाम देकर के फिर ले लेते हो इस लिए मन व्यर्थ की मेहनत में डाल देता है।

⁶⁴You mixed up everything in the scriptures. ⁶⁵In the biography of the Father, you replaced His name with that of the child.

⁸³व्यर्थ मेहनत से छूट जाओ। ⁸⁴बाप को बच्चों की मेहनत देख तरस तो पड़ेगा ना।

⁶⁶Similarly, with your household, instead of maintaining a pure household, youmixed impurity into it.

⁸⁵साहेब, बीबी और गुलाम ⁸⁶बाप कहते हैं हर बच्चा बाप के साथ तख्त पर आराम से बैठ जाओ।

⁶⁷Even now, you mix up the dictates of your own mind (manmat) with shrimat. ⁶⁸Because of being mixed up, you become heavy.

⁸⁷तख्तनशीन होकर अपनी स्थूल शक्तियों और सूक्ष्म को अर्थात् कर्मइन्द्रियों को और मन, बुद्धि संस्कार सूक्ष्म इन शक्तियों को भी आर्डर सें चलाओ।

⁶⁹Real gold is very light, but when anything is mixed into it, it becomes heavy. ⁷⁰Similarly, shrimat, the most elevated directions, makes you light, but when you mix manmat into it, you become heavy.

⁸⁸तख्तनशीन होंगे तो आर्डर चला सकेंगे।

⁷¹You then find it difficult to continue to move along.

⁸⁹तख्त से नीचे उतर आर्डर करते हो इसलिए कर्मेन्द्रियाँ भी मानती नहीं हैं। ⁹⁰आजकल काँटों की कुर्सी की भी हलचल कर रहे हैं। ⁹¹आपको तो तख्तनशीन की ऑफर है।

⁷²Therefore, don’t mix up anything of yours with shrimat. ⁷³By constantly remaining light, you will be able to watch all the scenes of the subtle region whilst remaining down here.

⁹²फिर भी नीचे क्यों आ जाते हो। ⁹³नीचे आना अर्थात् सर्वेन्ट बनना।

⁷⁴You will experience it all as clearly as though you are watching some scene of this world.

⁹⁴किसका सर्वेन्ट? ⁹⁵अपने ही अनेक कर्मेन्द्रियों के सर्वेन्ट के भी सर्वेन्ट हो जाते हैं। ⁹⁶इसीलिए मेहनत करते हो।

⁷⁵For this, you simply have to keep your power of thought, your mind and intellect, completely free from any of your own dictates.

⁹⁷ईश्वरीय सर्वेन्ट बनो,ईश्वरीय सेवाधारी बनो।

⁷⁶You have a firm habit of using your mind unnecessarily.

⁹⁸सर्वेन्ट के भी सर्वेन्ट नहीं बनो। ⁹⁹ईश्वरीय सेवा तख्त पर बैठे हुए भी कर सकते हो।

⁷⁷When you try to keep it still, it continues to run by itself, and you then have to make effort again.

¹⁰⁰नीचे आने की जरूरत् नहीं। ¹⁰¹बाप अपने साथ बिठाना चाहते हैं लेकिन करते क्या हो? ¹⁰²संगमयुगी साहेब और बीबी बनने की बजाए गुलाम बन जाते हो।

⁷⁸The way you can remain free from allowing your mind to run unnecessarily is similar to what you do when someone cannot be controlled and causes a lot of trouble, or is becoming a bit wild or crazy.

¹⁰³तो सच्चे साहिब की सच्ची बीबीयाँ बनो।

⁷⁹He then has to be given an injection to calm him down.

¹⁰⁴गुलाम नहीं बनो। ¹⁰⁵जो सदा सबकी नज़र से बची हुई पर्दापोश में रहती, उन पर किसी की नज़र नहीं पड़ती।

⁸⁰In the same way, if you do not have the power to control your thoughts, then take an injection to become bodiless.

¹⁰⁶तो माया से पर्दापोश और साहेब के साथ बैठ जाओ।

⁸¹Come and sit next to the Father!

¹⁰⁷तो सभी गुलाम आपकी सेवा में हाज़र रहेंगे।

⁸²Then, your thought­power will not run wildly.

¹⁰⁸समझा - क्या करना है?

⁸³Do you not know how to sit next to Baba?

¹⁰⁹आज मेहनत से किनारा कर दो। ¹¹⁰सदा सहजयोगी तख्तनशीन बाप के साथ-साथ बैठ जाओ।

⁸⁴The only task Baba has given you is the task of just sitting next to Him, nothing else!

¹¹¹अभी गुजरात और इन्दौर आया है ना। ¹¹²तो पर्देपोश हो जाओ अर्थात् इनडोर हो जाओ। ¹¹³इन्दौर वाले तो सदा ‘इन-डोर’रहते हैं ना। ¹¹⁴बाहर तो नहीं आते हैं ना।

⁸⁵You now understand that this is very easy, but because you take back the reins of your intellect after having given them to the Father, you then have to make unnecessary effort to control your mind.

¹¹⁵हरेक ज़ोन अपना-अपना विस्तार अच्छा ही कर रहे हैं।

⁸⁶Now become free from having to labour over anything wasteful.

¹¹⁶गुजरात ने हाल तो फुल कर दिया है अभी गुजरात वाले को फुल करो और जल्दी फिर वतन में आराम से बैठेंगे।

⁸⁷Baba feels mercy on seeing His children labouring. ⁸⁸Baba says: Each of you children should come and sit comfortably on the throne with the Father.

¹¹⁷अब तो समय के प्रमाण ब्रह्मा बाप बच्चों का आह्वान कर रहे हैं। ¹¹⁸गुजरात वाले क्या करेंगे?

⁸⁹Remain seated on your throne and order both your physical organs and your subtle organs – your mind, intellect and sanskars.

¹¹⁹गुजरात वाले बड़े आवाज़ वाले माइक यहाँ लाओ स्थूल वाले माइक नहीं, चैतन्य माइक।

⁹⁰When you are seated on your throne, you are able to give them orders.

¹²⁰ऐसे पॉवरफुल माइक के सेट लाओ जो प्रत्यक्षता का आवाज़ बुलन्द करें। ¹²¹अच्छा, इन्दौर ज़ोन क्या लावेगा!

⁹¹If you try to issue an order after you have got off your throne, your organs don’t listen to you.

¹²²इन्दौर ज़ोन ऐसे पावरफुल टी.वी. सेट लाओ जिस द्वारा विश्व को विनाश काल स्पष्ट दिखाई दे और भविष्य उज्वल दिखाई दे।

⁹²Nowadays, there is upheaval in even a thorn seat (seat of position). ⁹³However, here, Baba isoffering you the seat of a throne, so why do you still get down from it?

¹²³समझा, क्या करना है?

⁹⁴To get down means to become aservant.

¹²⁴ऐसे-ऐसे व्यक्तियों को तैयार करो - जिनके अनुभव की टी.वी. द्वारा दुनिया को विनाश और स्थापना का साक्षात्कार हो जाए। ¹²⁵तो दोनों ही ज़ोन ऐसे सेट तैयार करके आना। ¹²⁶ऐसे खुदाई खिदमतगार, सदा मेहनत से मुक्त, सदा युक्तियुक्त संकल्प और कर्म करने वाले, सदा बाप की श्रीमत प्रमाण हर संकल्प और कर्म करने वाले, सदा कहने और करने को समान करने वाले, ऐसे सदा बाप के साथी बच्चों को बाप-दादा की याद, प्यार और नमस्ते। ¹²⁷महीन पुरुषार्थी भव

⁹⁵Whose servant?

⁹⁶You become your servant’s servant; theservant of your many organs.

¹²⁹टीचर्स का विशेष पुरुषार्थीर् किस बात का होना चाहिए?

⁹⁷This is why you have to labour. ⁹⁸Become God’s servant!

¹³⁰सर्विसएबुल बच्चों का महीन पुरूषार्थ क्या है?

⁹⁹Become God’s server. ¹⁰⁰Don’t become yourservant’s servant.

¹³¹महीन पुरूषार्थ है - संकल्प की भी चैंकिग।

¹⁰¹You can do Godly service whilst remaining seated on your throne.

¹³²संकल्प में याद और सेवा का बैलेन्स रहा! ¹³³हर संकल्प पावरफुल रहा।

¹⁰²You don’t need to get down. ¹⁰³Baba wants to make you sit next to Him, but what do you do?

¹³⁴सर्विसएबुल बच्चों के संकल्प कभी भी व्यर्थ नहीं होने चाहिए क्योंकि आप विश्व कल्याणकारी हो, विश्व की स्टेज पर एक्ट करने वाले हो।

¹⁰⁴Instead of being the confluence­aged queen with the Lord, you become a slave. ¹⁰⁵No one’s vision can fall on someone who remains constantly behind a veil.

¹³⁵आपको सारी विश्व कॉपी करती है। ¹³⁶अगर आपका एक संकल्प भी व्यर्थ हुआ तो सभी उसको कॉपी करने वाले हैं।

¹⁰⁶So, when Maya is in front of you, remain behind your veil and sit with your Lord, and then all your servants will be ready to serve you.

¹³⁷अपने प्रति नहीं किया लेकिन अनेकों के प्रति निमित्त बन गए।

¹⁰⁷Do you understand what you have to do? ¹⁰⁸From today, step away from labouring.

¹³⁸जैसे आपको सेवा के लिफ्ट की गिफ्ट मिलती है, अनेकों की सेवा का शेयर मिल जाता है।

¹⁰⁹Constantly remain an easy yogi seated on your throne next to the Father. ¹¹⁰Today, those from Gujarat and Indore have come here.

¹³⁹वैसे ही अगर कोई ऐसा कार्य करते हो तो अनेकों को व्यर्थ सिखाने के निमित्त भी बन जाते हो।

¹¹¹So, stay behind your veil, that is, remainindoors. ¹¹²Those from Indore must constantly remain indoors.

¹⁴⁰इसलिए अब व्यर्थ का खाता समाप्त।

¹¹³You don’t come out, do you?

¹⁴¹जैसे आजकल साइन्स के साधनों द्वारा मन की एकाग्रता को चैक करते हैं ना।

¹¹⁴Each zone is growing very well. ¹¹⁵Those from Gujarat have filled the hall.
